This is what you're fighting for.
unidentified
|
I mean, every day you're out there.
What they're doing is blowing people off.
If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians, get total control and total power.
Because this is just like in Arizona.
This is just like in Georgia.
It's another element that backs them into a corner and shows their lies and misrepresentations.
This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.
unidentified
|
As we've told you, this is the fight.
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
In the United States, voting is a sacred right guaranteed by our Constitution.
It is a right for which men and women for centuries were willing to sacrifice their lives to protect it.
If you are an American citizen, fulfill your duty, register to vote and vote.
But it is illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, including the 2024 presidential elections.
Doing so is generally a federal crime and a crime that can lead to deportation.
and a crime that could lead to deportation.
Only American citizens can vote for the president and other federal officials.
It is Friday, September 20th in the year of our Lord.
I am Mike Davis, the viceroy, standing in the next man up for Stephen K. Bannon, who the Biden-Harris regime has in the clink right now.
We have a powerhouse Show today, we're going to talk about election integrity.
That's very taboo for Republicans and conservatives to talk about election integrity.
We're going to do that with all star attorney Cleta Mitchell, my friend and protector for many years.
We have Mark Lucas, who's my executive vice president.
At the Article 3 project, who's going to be talking a lot about the action, action, action the War Room Posse must take to ensure we have election integrity in this election.
And then we have, of course, Jenny, Beth, Martin, and All Star.
And we are, what, 45 days before November 5th, and we're already in early voting in Virginia, Minnesota and South Dakota, we are in election season, so that's why the War Room Posse needs to be on high alert.
We need to make sure that anyone who wants to vote on any side of the aisle can vote for whoever they want, but people who cannot vote, people who are here illegally, non-citizens, cannot vote.
In federal elections, it is illegal.
It is almost always a federal crime, and it's almost always a deportable federal crime.
You saw the Article 3 Foundation's Spanish-speaking ad at the top of that show, 32nd ad, a public service announcement to these non-citizens that if you vote in federal elections, you're violating federal law.
You're almost certainly committing a federal crime and you will almost certainly get deported if you're caught.
If President Trump is back in office, that will almost certainly happen.
And so let's bring in Cleta Mitchell and Mark Lucas.
I don't think we have Jenny Beth.
Mark, no, we do have Jenny Beth on the horn, so that's great.
We have this all-star panel.
Cleta, let's start with you.
So what's the message that you have for the war room posse on election integrity?
Okay, I have two messages.
Number one, you've got to be engaged.
You need to not only vote, and I would urge everybody, every war room posse person, listen to me.
Vote early on the first day of early voting.
Vote in person early. | ||
Claim your vote. | ||
V-I-P-1. | ||
Vote in person first day.
So that's Virginia, Minnesota, South Dakota.
Early voting started today.
Go to the polls. | ||
Claim your vote. | ||
Claim your name. | ||
There's a big problem that the United States Postal Service has identified.
They've owned up to it. | ||
And that is the problem with mail ballot delivery.
And if you don't think that the left isn't playing fast and loose with delivery ballots, let me tell you, they are.
So vote in person early.
And the second thing I would say is in addition to voting, Get engaged.
Get engaged either as a poll observer, as a poll watcher, as a poll worker.
Get paid a little bit, help count the ballots.
And if you don't want to do one of those things, then help us continue to fight the battle against non-citizen voting.
Go to the website www.onlycitizensvotecoalition.com Say that website again.
www.onlycitizensvotecoalition.com and there are a zillion resources, things you can do.
Go to your local sheriff.
Go to your local city council.
Go to your local county commissioners.
Go to your local election board.
We've got resolutions.
We've got action items.
But you need to know what's going on with illegals in your community.
Are they being signed up to vote by these left-wing NGOs using our tax dollars, by the way?
And so you need to go to your DMV, your Department of Motor Vehicles.
Who's handing out the driver's licenses?
Are they registering illegals to vote?
We are not going to stop them unless we have a zillion eyes watching and deterring.
So those are my two messages.
Well, I would say this, isn't it kind of amazing that the Democrats are saying, well, non-citizens aren't voting.
It's already illegal for them to vote.
It's a figment of your imagination.
And then we have Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, who found thousands of non-citizens on the Virginia rolls.
And Texas Governor Greg Abbott found at least Two thousand non-citizens who have voted in prior elections.
And so you have to ask if people who are coming here illegally, violating federal law by coming here illegally, do we think that they're law-abiding illegal residents who are going to follow our federal laws as it deals with voting?
No, of course not. | ||
But here's the other thing.
We've had this week, National Only Citizens Vote Week, to try to shine a spotlight on different aspects of this.
Today, Friday, September 20th, is the last day of National Only Citizens Vote Week.
And today is a day that we're focusing on, who are these people that are being preyed upon by these left-wing groups?
One of the things that you always have to remember is that the left is all about these progressive Democrats, these left-wing national—I mean, these nongovernmental organizations, Catholic Charities, Lutheran Social Services, they're the ones who are bringing these people around and shepherding these groups all over the country, selling them into communities like the Haitians in Springfield, Ohio.
And they get the paperwork, and they hand it to these people to sign.
Do you think That these left-wing groups are saying, oh, no, no, be sure you don't check that box.
Be sure you check this box.
Know that you're not a citizen.
No, they're not doing that.
They want them to get the IDs, the licenses, the social security numbers so that they can vote.
That is their goal. | ||
And I don't sometimes even blame the people who don't speak the language and who've been shepherded here by these left-wingers.
But today's the day we're looking at these vulnerable voters.
Well, I would say this, that is exactly why the Article 3 Foundation is running this 30-second Spanish-speaking ad, so these non-citizens understand that even if they're inadvertently registered to vote, if they get a ballot, it is against federal law for non-citizens to vote, and that is almost certainly A crime almost every time and it's a deportable crime.
And that's why the Article 3 Foundation is putting out this public service announcement in these key jurisdictions.
We'll talk about the seven states that are the most critical for election integrity.
We have Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Nevada.
So between the SAVE Act, which is to ensure that states verify that new voters are actually citizens, they prove their citizenship, and to focus on election integrity in these key seven states, we could ensure that we have a free and fair election.
Well, we could, and I want to point to Arizona, because I think this is kind of an interesting thing that's happened in Arizona.
If I had to pick a state where we need to be the most worried about non-citizens voting in a presidential election, it is Arizona, because there have been over 50,000 People who have been added to the voter rolls in Arizona who have not since just this year.
And since they cannot be since the Supreme Court ruled that you can't require them to provide proof of citizenship, if they can't provide proof of citizenship, they go on what's called the federal only ballot.
And that means that the people who are not able to prove their citizens are being allowed to vote for president.
unidentified
|
U.S. | |
Senate and U.S. | ||
House. | ||
Over 50,000 of those just this year.
Well, so now what we have is a situation where just this week it was announced that in Maricopa County, which is Phoenix, the largest county, the fourth largest county in the country, that they've discovered that there are all these people who've been registered since before 1996 Who didn't have to provide proof of citizenship and they're on the voter rolls.
There are 90,000 of them.
And the first one they were double-checking was not a citizen.
So the Arizona Republican Party, and I know there was a segment on this earlier this week, but I think the Arizona Republican Party is doing the wrong thing by taking the position that, okay, well, we'll just waive the citizenship proof requirement for these voters because there's a lot of Republicans on it.
No! | ||
They should be. | ||
Everyone should be checked.
This is not a partisan issue.
And the America First Legal Foundation has filed an action that was filed, I think, two days ago.
They're supposed to have a hearing today to say there's a way to confirm citizenship for these and everyone else on the voter rolls in Arizona, and we should be consistent and demand that nobody be allowed to vote until they have proved they're a citizen.
unidentified
|
Amen. | |
And I would say this, before I bring in Jenny Beth Martin to talk about Georgia and other issues, let's bring in Mark Lucas at the Article 3 Project.
He's my Executive Vice President there, and he does the action, action, action, the phone to action.
So Mark is a friend for a long time.
I made him quit his job. | ||
And his wife loved this.
I made him quit his job and join the Article 3 Project to help us with fundraising and action, action, action.
He has to sell me to donors, which is a pretty interesting job, as you know, Cleta.
But Mark, let's talk about what we're doing at the Article 3 Project on the phone to action, the Action Center.
unidentified
|
The Article 3 Project has an Action Center where the War Room Posse can go very easily and take action to their lawmakers.
And we want to make it easy because we understand that activists have real jobs, they have family commitments, they have hobbies.
So when you go to A3P Action Center, we want to make it very easy for you to take action.
So, you can go there and you can click on the take action button on the article number three, project.org webpage, and you can do a pass-through call to, for instance, the Maricopa County recorder.
Let's do the Steve Richter one there.
Let's go to the top right, Steve Richter.
unidentified
|
Yeah, Steve Richter, you can do a pass-through call, you can email him, and you can also do a social media post, and you can take those three actions in less than five minutes.
And we've had over 15,000 people organically through the War Room Posse go to the Article 3 Project Action Center to take action on whether it's the SAVE Act, whether it's defunding the lawfare against President Trump.
We make it very easy. | ||
And Mike alluded to the fact that we had worked together before.
We saw this type of grassroots activity work very well in the confirmation battles for Neil Gorsuch and for Brett Kavanaugh.
And oftentimes, I would get calls from lawmakers or chiefs of staff, and they would say, Mark, we got the point.
Please stop the calls. | ||
I'd say, thank you very much.
And I'd tell our grassroots army, keep on calling.
We will not stop contacting these officials until every single vote is counted.
And Mike, you work for Chuck Grassley.
You know he takes constituent services very seriously.
So you can know when you go to the A3P Action Center, it's not just you alone.
There's thousands of people in all 50 states who are taking these actions.
And when you go to an even more local level, Like Arizona or Georgia and these election officials are getting these emails and phone calls and they're being lit up on social media.
They're going to pay attention and some people on the left are accusing us of doing voter intimidation or of trying to harass local election officials.
That is the furthest thing from the truth.
We just want you to follow the law.
And we're going to make sure that as these absentee ballots are counted, as people are going to early voting sites, that you're going to do so in a lawful way.
You're just going to follow the law.
And if you do that, you have no issues.
But you have thousands of people all across the country.
They saw what happened in 2020.
We don't want that to happen again.
We understand that election integrity is foundational for our country, for our republic.
So we're going to continue to drive this action.
And we've got several different items that people can take action on, whether it's the SAVE Act, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, for instance.
We have a very problematic Secretary of State by the name of Jocelyn Benson.
She actually created a snitch hotline.
where Michigan residents could call and snitch out their neighbors who were spreading voter misinformation.
But Secretary Benson herself has been caught on multiple occasions spreading misinformation.
This was reported in the Washington Examiner, in the Federalist, that two separate judges invalidated Secretary Jocelyn Benson from Michigan, invalidated her guidance to local election clerks on the validity of ballot signatures.
And just recently, unfortunately, the Michigan State Legislature passed two very bad bills in the Senate.
Senate Bill 603 and 604 that actually eliminate the ability of a local canvassing board to investigate fraud.
But that law has not gone into effect.
It takes 90 days after they close their legislative session for that law to be valid.
And the Michigan legislature is still in session.
So what Secretary Benson is doing is she's issuing guidance to local officials saying that you cannot investigate voter fraud.
So, she has been accusing conservatives of spreading disinformation, but on multiple occasions, she has been caught, in fact, spreading that same type of misinformation.
So, you can go to the Article 3 Project Action Center.
You can contact her via pass-through call, email, and social media.
She's got higher aspirations.
She's traveled to be on set at national media outlets to talk about what she's doing in Michigan.
We're seeing that there's a concerted and coordinated effort by these leftist secretary of states to spread their own misinformation on the interpretation of their election laws.
But also included, you can talk about this in the state of Wisconsin.
We're also seeing that they're not validating the citizenship of the people on their voter rolls.
And this is a systemic issue that's plaguing our country.
And we understand the Article 3 project, that this is the next phase of lawfare.
We saw what they tried to do with President Trump.
We saw that they tried to bankrupt his family.
They tried to throw him in jail.
They've underfunded his Secret Service protection, which Mike Davis has illustrated several times, and we've already had two assassination attempts.
They know that they cannot beat President Trump fair and square on the ballot.
They know they have an issue on these down-ballot, very consequential U.S.
Senate races. | ||
So they're going to try to run the same play that they did in 2020.
But we are paying attention with people like Cleta Mitchell and our grassroots, the War Room Posse, to ensure that all of these election officials know we're watching.
And if you don't follow the law, we can guarantee you there will be justice, unlike there was in 2020.
Thank you, Mark. | ||
Article3project.org, article number 3project.org, and take action.
Mark is building out these phone-to-action sites for all seven of these states.
We have Georgia, Arizona, and Michigan up right now along with the SAVE Act.
It's most important. | ||
SAVE Act is a national issue.
Everyone should go on there and take action on the SAVE Act.
These state-specific issues, anyone can do it, but it's most effective if the constituents of that state handle that.
Let's bring in Jenny Beth Martin here.
She is the all-star grassroots warrior at the Tea Party Patriots.
Tell us what's going on in your world, Jenny Beth.
So right now, the state election board is meeting in Georgia and they are making changes to or adding additional rules to make sure that the laws in Georgia are followed and there is a clear process to do that.
And Mike, I want to talk about that, but let me just take a step back and reflect on something that your previous guest was saying that I was thinking about that I think is important context.
Back in the year 2000, after the Bush v. Gore election in 2001, the media were allowed to go into every single county in the state of Florida and hand count every single ballot and ensure that the totals matched what was reported.
and that Bush indeed was a winner.
And that helped settle a lot of uncertainty around the rest of the country
because a third party was able to come in and look at everything and there was transparency.
What we're seeing right now is a lack of transparency.
When Michigan is saying that those local election boards cannot investigate fraud, how is that transparent?
All that does is create questions and uncertainty and doubt in our elections, and we must have faith in the elections regardless of who wins.
In the state of Georgia right now, the state election board has a 3-2 setup where the three votes are really in favor of more clarity and transparency in the processes related to elections in Georgia.
And they have passed a rule.
It's my understanding now that they have passed a rule today, and we're recording on Friday.
They passed this rule that says that the ballots will be hand-counted.
And this is a little bit different than what they passed previously, where they said that they're going to hand-count the total number of ballots coming out of the scanner in each precinct to ensure that that matches the number on the scanner and that this, I mean, yeah, it
matches the number on the scanner, and then the scanner matches the total number of people who've
come in. | ||
That one is just counting the physical number of ballots.
Today, they're saying they want to hand-count the actual ballots. And they're doing this because
they want to ensure that there's uniformity across the entire state when it comes to how ballots
are handled. | ||
God. | ||
The state election board, like all boards in Georgia, are allowed and empowered and entitled to make rules to implement the legislation and the laws and the statutes
on the books. And that is what they are doing. And they're following the rules and
the laws in Georgia. | ||
There's one board member who keeps warning that, if they pass these different rules,
there might be a lawsuit that might come into play. But if there is a lawsuit, I think that
the lawsuit is going to stand up, because the board is empowered to do this, and the
rules are just telling how the law will be implemented and ensuring that it's implemented
in a fair manner and in a uniform manner across the entire state.
So I applaud the efforts of these three courageous board members for trying to ensure that there is transparency in the elections in Georgia.
That is an excellent explanation, Jenny Beth.
Cleta, jump in here really fast, and then I'm going to have Mark talk about the phone to action for Georgia.
Well, the number one thing you need to know about these, there are three, as Jenny Beth said, there are three, what I call the rule of law, members of the state election board, and they are looking at the statute and saying, and they're seeing that all over Georgia, that there are counties that don't follow this, and so you have counties From 2020, you have county results that are different.
Ballots double counted.
Ballots double scanned.
There's a delta between the number of ballots and the number of votes and the number of voters.
Those numbers should match.
And nobody has ever reconciled all of that, even though Georgia law requires that reconciliation.
We call it kindergarten math.
But these rules are to require every county to do it the same way, which is also required by law, and that they should have the number of voters needs to match the number of ballots issued, needs to match the number of votes.
And that has caused the left's collective heads to explode. Well, Cleta, as you know, it's very hard
to rig and steal elections if the numbers match. That's exactly right. And I have said, I wrote an
article about this three years ago, Democrats are cheaters. They want to cheat. They do not
want these rules to apply because they want chaos. They figure out of chaos comes their opportunity to
manipulate the outcome. That's what we're fighting about. That's what those courageous
board members in Georgia are fighting about. And they have been attacked by every establishment
media outlet in the country.
Mark Lucas, let's talk about the Article 3 Project Action Center alert for Georgia.
unidentified
|
Georgia is ground zero again, and unfortunately, Republicans oftentimes are our biggest impediment to ensuring election integrity.
So if you look at the Georgia State Election Board, the chairman is a Republican appointee by the name of John Pervear.
And he invited a Soros-funded attorney to testify at one of these board meetings.
This attorney worked for CRU, the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics.
And Mike, you know that group very well because CRU tried to illegally kick President Donald Trump off of the ballot in Colorado.
That's who a Republican-appointed chairperson invited to Georgia's meeting.
Also, this Radical Soros group, not only did they try to kick Trump off of the ballot, they're actively calling for the resignation of Supreme Court Justice Alito.
So we see that Republicans oftentimes cause most of the issues down in Georgia.
We wanna make sure that our activists, the grassroots, people all across the country,
but particularly in Georgia, you can go to the Article 3 Project Action Center
and contact John Furbier and just say, we want more transparency,
we want more election integrity.
I have to commend the people that serve on the state election board.
These are ordinary people who have a monumental task.
They believe in fair and free elections, and they are getting bombarded.
So please thank those people as well.
And they're Republicans.
Those three are, the three that are voting correctly in this case are Republicans and the chairman's voting with the Democrat.
unidentified
|
And John Fervier has also fought transparency every step of the way.
He unilaterally canceled in-person meetings for the Georgia State Election Board.
And who are showing up to these meetings?
Traditionally, they're conservatives that are trying to have election integrity.
So we're being failed by Republicans.
And I was on a call with some grassroots leaders in the state of Georgia.
Hey, Mark, we have to go to a break, Mark.
And we're going to pick this up on the other side of the break.
We have to pay the bills in the war room.
With a massive tax hike proposed by Harris, an almost 40% top income tax rate, 7% increase
to the corporate tax, a capital gains tax on unrealized gains, and the fact that she's
proposing to add almost $2 trillion to a current $2 trillion deficit.
You might be thinking it's time to make more of your savings tax sheltered and inflation sheltered.
This is where I trust The good people at Birch Gold to help you.
Birch Gold will assist you in converting an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold.

|
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back to the War Room.
I am Mike Davis, the viceroy, standing in, the next man up for Steve Bannon, who Biden and Harris have in the clink.
We have an all-star panel today on election integrity.
Kalita Mitchell, Mark Lucas from the Article 3 Project, and Jenny Beth Martin from the Tea Party Patriots.
And before the break, Mark was talking about the Article 3 Project's action alerts for Georgia.
So I'm going to hand this back over to Mark to finish what he was saying.
unidentified
|
Yeah, if you look at the Georgia State Election Board, they're chaired by a Republican appointee, John Fervier.
And even though we are seeing good results by them passing rules that, in fact, have already been codified in state law, we need to remain vigilant.
So between now all the way until Election Day, we're going to keep this action alert open on John Fervier, where you can leave him a message on the phone.
You can light them up on social media.
You can send them emails.
It's also important to thank the champions because these state election board officials really have a tough job.
They're being ridiculed by the left.
They're getting all this negative attention.
There are some people that I was hearing in Fulton County on local commissions that were fearful for violence.
So these people are really risking a lot.
Their personal reputations.
They're investing a ton of their time.
So it's important that we understand Georgia, again, is ground zero.
I do find it amusing that after some rules were passed, I think it was a few weeks ago, the New York Times put Georgia from toss-up to leans Trump.
It's incredible how we have fair and honest elections.
President Trump seems to fare pretty well in the polls.
So we have to stay focused.
We have to stay vigilant.
Like I said, Republicans, especially in these southern states, they tend to let us down.
And these Republican appointees on these commissions, we have to hold them accountable.
We're going to let them know that we're going to watch them from now all the way into election day because there's probably going to be some curveballs in the state of Georgia between now and November.
Thank you, Mark. | ||
Jenny Beth Martin, let's talk about what you're doing in the state of Georgia to turn out the votes.
Okay, so with our 527 Super PAC Tea Party Patriot Citizens Fund, we are focused on Georgia.
It's our number one priority.
We are also concerned about Pennsylvania and Arizona and North Carolina and Wisconsin.
So, here are a few things that we're doing.
First, we have a new website called KamalaQuiz.com, KamalaQuiz.com, and it's a Jeopardy-themed website that is a very easy way for people to learn more about Kamala and her record, since she won't do any real media, and we're not going to have another debate.
So, that's a great thing for anyone across the country to inform people and teach people more about her record.
And then we are sending handwritten postcards, like the one that's right here, to voters
in Georgia. | ||
And if you want to get any of these, you can go to MarchtoVictory.com, MarchtoVictory.com.
You'll get a pre-addressed postcard, and then you handwrite a message, and we give you sample
messages that you can include.
And you send that to voters that are B in Georgia who are swing voters.
So it's a great way to get active, even if you don't live in Georgia.
And then starting tomorrow, I'll have more details on this tomorrow and next week, but we're launching a new app to help us do what's called relational organizing.
And you can sign up at MarchToVictory.com on that, and we'll get more information.
We're recording training videos A little bit later today to teach people how to reach out to their friends and family in a modernized way, the way Democrats have been doing it.
And the Democrats have done this to increase voter turnout anywhere from 3.8 to 9.2%.
And we've got to keep up with them and do the exact same thing.
So we're focused on that as well.
Make sure the War Room Posse goes to Jenny Beth Martin's website.
We need to get active and engaged now.
We are 45 days from November 5th.
We are in election season now.
We have early voting that's already started in Virginia, Minnesota, South Dakota.
We need to make sure we protect the vote, and that includes the SAVE Act, and that includes Contacting these key officials in these seven swing states to make sure that Democrats don't rig and steal the election again like they did in 2020.
Next up, Cleta, let's talk about your state, North Carolina.
Tell the posse what's going on there.
I will, but I want to talk about my home state.
I want to throw something in here.
My home state of Oklahoma.
Oh shoot, I meant that. | ||
You're living in North Carolina now.
I live in North Carolina, but I do want to say something about Oklahoma.
The governor of Oklahoma, Governor Stitt, announced yesterday that they have removed 400 thousand bad registrations from the Oklahoma voter rolls.
It is dead people, it is duplicates, it is non-citizens because the legislature passed
a law that basically said the state election board and every county had to go through and
compare the voter rolls and do something to get rid of these.
And that's a remarkable achievement because the Department of Justice, the Biden-Kamala
Harris Department of Justice just sent a memo to every state election official basically
threatening them if they clean voter rolls.
In Ohio, man, if they'll have their cats registered to vote, and even after the Haitians eat them,
those dead cats will still vote, right?
And by the way, I don't know if anybody saw this, but the city manager of Springfield,
Ohio went to the city council this week and basically said, yes, we've been getting these
reports all year about the domestic pets being eaten and disappearing.
So take that, ABC. | ||
You asked me about North Carolina.
You know, North Carolina, one of the things everyone needs to know is that one of the reasons the left has been going berserk about these rule of law election board members in Georgia is because the Democrats control The election offices in all of those seven states.
And I—Brad Raffensperger, who is a faux Republican, he is adored by the left.
And they love him because he gives them everything they want.
But Adrian Fontes in Arizona, the secretary of state there, is a Marxist.
He's an avowed Marxist.
He's definitely not on our side.
In Wisconsin, the woman who is the election— the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Election Commission.
Her job expired, her term expired July 1st of a year ago, and she's still in the office. We've
talked about Jocelyn Benson.
She's the poster child for irregularities and misinformation. And then we come to Pennsylvania,
where the appointee used to be a Republican, the Secretary of State, but he's appointed
by a completely Democrat-controlled election apparatus in Pennsylvania and a very partisan
Democratic Supreme Court.
North Carolina, where I live, and in North Carolina, the governor's party controls the state election board and every county election board.
And the executive director of the North Carolina State Board of Elections does not seem capable of reading the statutes.
And they have done everything they can do to not follow the law, to completely interpret the law incorrectly, and the RNC has now—I've been banging on this drum for a while. And finally, we have four
lawsuits that have been filed by the state Republican Party of North Carolina against the
state election board for such things as the University of North Carolina just authorized
digital student IDs. | ||
Well, a digital student ID does not meet the requirements of state law to be used for voter identification, voter registration, and voter ID at the polls.
And so, of course, the North Carolina State Board of Elections says, oh, sure, that's fine.
Well, you know, you don't have to be a citizen or a resident to get a student ID.
So there's a lawsuit about that.
There's a suit about the fact that they are not Requiring — there are over 400,000 voters on the voter registration rolls who have not had their identity and residency validated as required by federal law, so the RNC and the state GOP have filed suit against that.
Just go down the list. | ||
There are so many granular problems.
When you have an election office, an official, dedicated to just ignoring the law, you cannot have a fair election.
It's like letting one team at the Super Bowl play by whatever rules it wants to play by, and you have one team trying to follow the rules, but another team playing by completely different rules, and referees trained by the team that's not following the rules.
That's what we face in our country, that we're so much better off than we were four years ago.
We're fighting them. | ||
We have lawsuits. | ||
We have citizen groups.
So all I can say is the only way we can overcome their Extreme advantage and having been revamping our election system for a decade, spending billions of dollars.
The only way we can combat that is with people getting involved.
So that's why I want everybody out working the polls.
That's exactly right, and this is why Cleta Mitchell and Jenny Beth Martin and Mark Lucas and the rest of us at the Article 3 Project are fighting for this election integrity, because we want these lawyers and election officials and judges to find their backbones and follow the law.
And when they do that, when they follow the law, oftentimes they get beat up by Mark Elias and the Democrats.
And it's our job with the War Room Posse to make sure that these lawyers and judges
and election officials find their backbones.
And when they don't, we call them out.
So we call them out very publicly to make sure that they're following the law
and they're counting the votes that should be counted and they're not counting votes that should not be counted,
like non-citizens voting.
Let's ask Mark Lucas, he's a military man.
Mark, let's talk about military voting that is so important in North Carolina
and other states like that.
unidentified
|
Yeah, I was just thinking about North Carolina in Georgia.
You know, you have Fort Bragg in North Carolina, Fort Benning in Georgia.
I know the woke new military, I think, has renamed those bases.
I refuse to call them anything but Bragg and Benning is what we grew up in.
But you look at what we did as a military with these forever wars.
You know, we're deployed to far off lands to try to build democracies.
And to try to secure elections in Iraq and Afghanistan.
And now we come home to our country, to our republic, and we're being told that we can't speak out on election integrity.
And we start to see that our citizenship is being diluted by radical leftists who want to allow non-residents or illegal aliens to vote in our election.
Let me show you how consequential this is.
In the state of Wisconsin, There's testimony at the state legislature that revealed that the Department of Transportation identified 72,000 people with state driver's licenses that were permanent residents but non-citizens.
They also found that 17,000 non-residents had ID cards.
That's close to 90,000 people.
If you look at the margin of victory for Joe Biden in 2020 in the state of Wisconsin, it was 20,000 votes.
So we're seeing that our citizenship is being diluted.
We have a right to vote in this country and we're seeing people, a lot of them are great people, right?
Just because you're a non-resident doesn't make you illegal or doesn't make you a criminal.
But we have strong election laws that have been on the books for years that said, I think it's very simple.
American citizens should vote in American elections.
Jenny Beth Martin, let's talk to the War Room Posse again about your websites and what they can be doing on your websites.
Sure thing. | ||
So you can go to two different websites for us.
First, KamalaQuiz.com.
KamalaQuiz.com. | ||
And when you go there, it is a Jeopardy-style quiz about Kamala Harris.
And it's a great way For you to share information about the current vice president in a manner that isn't quite so argumentative.
If you've got friends or family or know people who are undecided about her, or maybe they think they should vote for her because she's a woman, but they don't really know her record, this is a great way for them to learn more about her.
So share that with your friends and family, social media, everywhere you can, kamalakwiz.com.
And then the other thing is that when you go to marchtovictory.com, marchtovictory.com,
you can sign up for our volunteer efforts and you can help in a swing state,
even if you don't live in a swing state.
We have postcards like this one, which has President Trump on the front.
It says, fight on it. | ||
And then on the backside, when you get it, it will be pre-addressed to a voter in Georgia.
And you will write a note to that voter to tell them to go and make sure that they vote for Trump.
and you're telling them why you think it's important that they vote for Trump.
We have those available, very easy activism.
We also are launching a new app that will have training videos and materials
within the next 24 hours or so that does relational organizing.
The left has been using relational organizing in this modernized method since at least 2020,
and they increased voter turnout when they started using this
by anywhere from 3.8 to 9% plus.
Now, think about that. | ||
In Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, the elections were decided by less than 12,000 votes in Georgia, less than 10,000 in Arizona.
And 20,000 in Wisconsin.
If we can increase voter turnout even by a half a percent or a single percent, that may be what it takes in order for us to swing the election and win the White House.
We will have that available, and we urge people to download it, match your contacts, and get the vote out to your friends and family in the very important key swing states.
Look, we all know the game that the Democrats play.
They want to get as many people on the voter rolls as possible, even college students who have moved three times since the last election, non-citizens they want on these rolls.
They want to make it very hard for us to stop these illegal voters from voting, like through the SAVE Act.
They want to make it very hard to stop noncitizens from illegally voting in federal
elections. They want to stop all election integrity efforts because their game, they
know, look, they fear American voters, American voters. They know that so long as we do our job
and turn out and vote as early as possible, bank your vote. Do not wait till election day because if
you think the BLM and Antifa riots were bad in 2020, wait for the Hamas riots in 2024.
And the Democrats know that President Trump is going to beat Kamala Harris like a drum on November 5th.
unless they can rig, cheat, and steal.
And that's what we're doing is making sure that does not happen.
And Cleta Mitchell has her own story from her own daughter.
Tell us about that. | ||
Well, this is pretty interesting.
A week ago, I received, I have a daughter who is 38 years old
and lives in London and has not lived in the United States since 2009, October of 2009.
Last week, I received a text message to my cell phone number addressed to my daughter
saying that they had sent a voter registration packet to her address in Texas but had not received a response.
And then it was from a Kamala Harris site.
It said, to Kamala Harris, we have to elect to defeat Donald Trump.
And so I'm looking at that thinking, she has moved away from that address.
She's been gone for 15 years.
She lives in another country.
They're sending it to her at my cell phone number.
Who is this? | ||
I did send it to Ken Paxton in Texas, but this is something I would tell every single person.
Go to your state's website, your county website.
Confirm your voter registration.
Look and see, is there anybody else registered at your address?
Is there anyone of your children who used to live at your address, might have been registered there?
Are they still? | ||
We have to look at our own addresses.
Go to a former address. | ||
Did you move from one state to another?
Go look and make sure you're not on those photo rolls.
And if you are, send a written request to remove you.
I promise you, The left will use your name and cast a ballot in your name if you don't get your name off the rolls.
So, we all need to be doing that kind of thing, and we need to be on high alert, because let me tell you, they'll stop at nothing.
Yeah, I was in D.C. | ||
and got a live ballot mailed to my house in D.C.
from the prior resident, and he was a very prior resident because he was long dead, right?
And I got that live ballot in my house, and the only thing that would stop Someone from voting a live ballot that's set like that is to make sure we have signature verification and election observers.
And what do they do in 2020?
They use COVID as an excuse to illegally, unconstitutionally change the state laws.
They threw out the election observers, the evidence gatherers.
That's right. | ||
And then they said, oh, you don't have any evidence.
We're not kidding. | ||
You threw out the evidence gatherers.
And did you know this, Cleta, that COVID changes your signature?
Well, I did learn that because the Secretary of State, the Democrat Secretary of State of Pennsylvania in September of 2020 sent a guidance letter to every county in Pennsylvania saying, because of COVID, you don't have to have a matched signature because apparently you can't write your signature because of COVID.
Yeah, I mean, that COVID's just a really, really tricky disease.
It's bad on your signature.
It makes you change your signature.
Well, anyway, this has been a great time on The War Room with Cleta Mitchell, Jenny Beth Martin from the Tea Party Patriots, And Mark Lucas from the Article 3 Project.
We're talking about election integrity, and our message from all of us to the election lawyers, election judges, election officials, is do your job and follow the law.
Make sure that lawful voters are voting, and it doesn't matter For whom they're voting.
Lawful voters can vote.
Unlawful voters, including non-citizens, cannot vote.
And we will have the backs of the election lawyers, election judges, election officials who follow the law.
And we will ferociously call out.
We will name and shame through the Article 3 Projects Action Center, through the Tea Party Patriots, through Cleta Mitchell.
You do not want Cleta Mitchell on your butts.
Let me tell you from first and experience.
It's not a pleasant place to be and we will call you out.
We're going to make sure that this election is a free and fair election.
The Trump campaign is doing a fantastic job.
So is the RNC. | ||
We're firing on all cylinders.
We're going to win in 2024 and save this country.
