steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot all these networks lying about the people.
eric prince
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
unidentified
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
monica crowley
You are back in the War Room.
I am Monica Crowley, in for our good friend and fearless leader here in the war room, political prisoner Stephen K. Bannon.
Once again, I am so honored.
It's such an honor and a joy to sit in his chair and take all of you, all of us deplorables, our despicable crowd, through the war room today and into the election in just about 53 days.
Before we get back to Catherine Engelbrecht on election integrity, we also have Eric Prince standing by, Mike Lindell.
We've got a great hour lined up.
Just want to make another really important point here.
And we started the last hour with a montage of the media, and I would attach it to what Kamala Harris and her campaign are also doing in talking smack about Donald Trump and America First, calling us despicable.
Along the lines of what Obama and Hillary Clinton did in dismissing and mocking us, those of us standing up for the U.S.
Constitution, free market capitalism, all of the foundations that made America great.
The reality is you have a system and a regime that is increasingly desperate, so they have resorted to the smears and the attacks, and of course using weaponized government to go after President Trump and the rest of us.
They have no alternative.
They cannot, Kamala Harris in her campaign and all of her wingmen in the press and in the regime, they cannot talk about inflation because under Kamala Harris inflation has reached a 30 year high.
And these prices that are astronomical are crushing the middle class, the working class, and the poor in particular.
All of the groups that they profess to champion, right?
We're out here for the little guy.
Their inflation, their cost of living crisis is affecting everybody but those groups specifically.
Gas prices also continue to crush working families.
So, she and they cannot talk about that.
They cannot talk about taxes.
Donald Trump, cut your taxes.
And she is proposing the largest tax increase in U.S.
history.
She and they cannot talk about illegal immigration because her no borders policy has created a criminal illegal alien invasion to the tune of over 10 million illegals just in the last three and a half years, bringing The economic, social, and national security threats with them, along with the murders, and the rapes, and the burglaries, and all of the other problems that have targeted innocent victims like Lake and Riley.
So she can't talk about that.
She can't talk about the collapse of law and order, and the crime crisis in this country that she created.
And she can't talk about foreign policy.
Two new hot wars, the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan, Iran marching toward a nuclear weapon, strengthened terrorist organizations around the world, including here at home, because they've come marching across the border.
So she and her wingmen are left with nothing else to talk about, and that is why they have resorted to talking smack about all of us.
They are doing this, and it's meant to demoralize you.
It's meant to dispirit you.
After the debate, I got a number of texts.
My Twitter feed was full of people in despair.
That is what they want.
They want you in despair.
They want you discouraged.
The reality is completely different.
Donald Trump is winning this election, despite everything that they have thrown at him and us.
Do not fall for it, guys.
Do not get discouraged.
Do not get dispirited.
We are winning this race.
Do not play into their hands.
And by the way, to anybody who comes to you, and I'm telling the people who are coming to me with this moaning and groaning about the race, have you learned nothing from 2016?
Every time President Trump came out with what was deemed as a controversial comment, oh, they're sending murderers and rapists, they're not sending their best, and there was a massive pile-on, or his criticism of John McCain, every time the left and the nervous nellies out there told you that he was going to implode as a result of it, well, you can't say that.
You can't attack the military.
No, he attacked John McCain.
He didn't attack the military.
And by the way, the base Was so full of anger toward John McCain that they were more angry at John McCain than they were at what Donald Trump said about John McCain.
Do you understand the way Donald Trump works?
You should by now after nine years on the political scene.
Have you learned nothing since 2016?
Donald Trump, there is always a method to what he says and does.
Trust him, trust the process, and trust America first.
All right, let's go back to our good friend Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder of True The Vote.
Catherine, thank you so much for hanging with us.
Walk us through Georgia.
You had a significant victory for election integrity there.
And then if you would address what is going on in Wisconsin.
I was just there in Milwaukee doing a Trump Agenda 47 live event with Governor Burgum, but it was recently announced that they will refuse to remove four million plus Ineligible voters from their voter rolls.
Is there anything we can do about that?
catherine englebrecht
Taking Wisconsin first, I'll just say, you know, it is the purview of the Wisconsin Election Commission to to manage their roles in the way that they see fit unless and until you find a way through litigation or legislation to correct that positioning.
It's frankly what's happening in Georgia right now where they're refusing to clean up the voter rolls.
So it's, you know, Wisconsin is a particularly challenging state because not only do they not remove their inactive voters, but they have silos of voters that they label as indefinitely confined, which means that they will always get permanent mail-in ballots.
They have same-day voter registration, and historically, you have people come that will register on election day, vote, and then, as required by NVRA, the state or county's municipalities will send out postcards to those voters who registered on the same day as the election just to confirm their address, and tens of thousands routinely come back undeliverable because they were not real people.
Circle that all the way back to the fact that they don't remove inactive voters, and you get where we are today.
So yeah, it's a huge mess, but we have many more eyes on it now.
We have identified, we had a project called IV3 that took a look at the nation's voter rolls.
We identified over 25 million ineligible records, and now we're watching to see if those ineligible records go on to cast ballots.
That's something that we will immediately report to the proper authorities and to our litigation partners.
So lots of work, but I'm so appreciative of your opening comments at the top of the hour, Monica, because look, this is the Thousand Front War.
This is not easy.
But we must not lose focus.
We are winning.
Liberty will find a way, but we must stay in the fight.
And all of the other propaganda, It's just noise.
Focus on the signal.
53 days.
Focus on the signal.
monica crowley
That's right.
And do all of the heavy lifting that you and your teams are doing on election integrity.
True, the vote is doing extraordinary work.
Talk to us a little bit about Georgia.
There was a big victory there, right?
catherine englebrecht
Right, right.
Well, we had a big victory in Georgia earlier this year.
We had been sued by Fair Fight.
Fair Fight was represented by Mark Elias and the Elias Law Firm, along with the Biden DOJ, who jumped in against us.
And we were sued over our helping citizens across the state file what are called voter, or in the case of Georgia, elector challenges To point out ineligible records at the county level.
It's a state-authorized process.
But because the numbers are so out of whack in the state of Georgia, there are over 400,000 ineligible records.
And that drew a lawsuit.
Long story short, we fought it out for years.
That lawsuit was filed in 2020.
We finally won it at the federal court level in the Northern Division of Georgia.
And now, just to tie that off, now we are on appeal in the 11th Circuit Court.
Fair Fight filed an appeal.
We're very optimistic, but that's still in active litigation
at the appeals level.
Circle all the way back, what did we see happen two days ago?
In another case where two Georgia residents, heroic patriots, Jason Frazier, excuse me, Jason Frazier,
couldn't get it out, Jason Frazier and Earl Ferguson filed to sue the County of Fulton
and the State of Georgia for Fulton's public disregard for the maintenance of their odor rolls.
And what did we see happen just recently?
In the same courtroom where we were fighting and ultimately were victorious against Fair Fight, we see Mark Elias now move to intervene on behalf of Brad Raffensperger and the state of Georgia to prevent the rolls from being cleaned yet again.
I think that the fact that it's in the same court is very encouraging because this is a judge who listened very patiently to a very long trial that we went through and must now be seeing for himself the fact that there's a thumb on one side of his scale that needs to be addressed.
And the thought that Mark Elias is now representing the state of Georgia, I think also should, or at least has moved to represent the state of Georgia, I think should tell us a lot as well.
But the patriots across the state in Georgia have just been just unparalleled.
Fantastic group of people fighting for their state.
monica crowley
amazing in all of these states and I was just about to ask you about Mark Elias
so thank you for addressing that. You know things are dire for the left and
the Democrats when Elias shows up so good for you in Georgia. The Postal
Service, I was at the Treasury Department from 2019 through the end of President
Trump's first term January of 2021.
We saw the COVID, all of the rules changes related to COVID with mass mail-in balloting, etc.
A lot of states have kept a lot of this.
Wisconsin has drop boxes still.
But When I was there, we did hear that there were a lot of problematic things happening with the Postal Service.
Not the Postal Service per se, although I'm sure that the Postal Service has some deep state actors involved in some of this as well, but that it gets so overwhelming that the Postal Service can't really, they can't monitor fraud, they can't really watch for this kind of thing.
Could you address the Postal Service as it relates to this election as well?
catherine englebrecht
Sure.
I think that this was engineered chaos set in motion under the fog of COVID in 2020.
And what we saw was an all-out push for the mass mail of ballots into an infrastructure that was not designed to support it.
And the Deep State picked two particular forms of paths for dysfunction.
The first was the United States Postal Service during holiday season in a system that they are not equipped to manage millions of ballots.
That was known and that weakness was exploited.
And then on the other side, you had drop boxes that were, as we all now know, clearly unmonitored
and still to this moment, aren't procedurally sound as we move into the November election,
just 50 some days away.
So it's a problem, but it was, in my opinion, it was a known problem.
It is an institutionalized layer of fraud, and it is designed to better control outcomes.
We must be smarter than that with our ballots, and if at all possible, hand that ballot in in person.
If you intend to vote early, hand it in in person if you can.
If you can't, Okay, then no matter what, you must crawl across broken glass to get that vote cast this cycle.
But the challenge is making sure that it is not just cast, but counted.
And the best way to do that is to put it into the hands of someone at your election administrator's office or at the polling place.
monica crowley
Absolutely.
Very, very good advice.
And we all need to make sure that we're voting and that we're voting in a way that we can, to the best of our ability, ensure that our vote is counted.
Catherine, thank you so much.
Where can people find you and True The Vote?
catherine englebrecht

monica crowley
Hi, doing great.
What do you got for us?
You got some deals?
You got some news on election integrity?
Where do you want to go?
mike lindell
We got some deals and I want to tell you, but you know, we partner with True2Vote and Catherine and everything she says is spot on, everybody.

We've got it all laid out there for you.
So no matter what state you're in, we will give you instructions what you need to do.
And, uh, but we're doing in the meantime, all that going on.
I've been in Minnesota here for a week because my pillow continues to get attacked.
And the biggest special we've ever had a box store actually ordered from my pillow.
They said, Hey, we've changed our mind.
We're going to put in an order.
They canceled after we had a maid at the last minute.
As you know, if you've been watching, I've been running this special all week.
These are the box store cancellation.
It's a blowout sale.
$14.98 for these MyPillows, the standard MyPillows.
Once they're gone, they're gone.
I believe we're about three-fourths the way through them.
This is a War Room exclusive.
You guys have responded to Help out not only my employees, but help yourself.
Best gifts ever.
We put a limit of 10 so everybody gets some of these.
Promo Code War Room.
You go to the website and you can call the 800 number.
My operators, they're loving this because they're paid on commission and working from home.
They've been attacked too.
But there you see the blowout sale on the MyPillows I'm holding in my hand.
Right next to them, we put our sheets on sale as low as $24.98, exclusive for the War Room Posse.
Next to that is all this new product, all the US-made socks.
These are the best socks I've ever used in my life, as low as $3.75 a pair.
But you've got to get these while they last today.
The MyPillows, the original MyPillows.
For $14.98.
They're normally $49.98.
This is what that box store would have paid.
They waited until the last minute.
The trucks were ready to go out and they canceled on us.
So, it's a win-win-win-win.
It's helping my pillow, my employees.
It's helping the war room.
I told Steve we would break records and we are with this offer, I'll tell ya.
And then it's a win for you at home to get the best sleep of your life in the times we're in.
We all need good sleep right now.
We're in the homestretch here to secure our elections and get our real president back in office.
monica crowley
We need to be well-rested in this fight.
We're the army of the awakened, but we need to awaken after phenomenal sleep.
And you get it on a MyPillow.
I got the MyPillows.
I got the mattress topper, which I just sink into.
It's a heavenly sleep.
Mike, you were incredible.
Once again, how did people get this deal?
mike lindell
That you guys go to mypillow.com and use promo code war room.
Also you guys don't forget about mystore.com too.
Steve always would bring that up.
I kind of forget sometimes.

We need to support them.
Your promo code war room works there too.

Thank you.
mike lindell
Thanks, Monica.
God bless you.
Thank you.
monica crowley
You bet.
God bless.
Joining us now is fan favorite Eric Prince.
Eric, welcome to the War Room.
unidentified
Thank you.
eric prince
Thank you for that warm introduction.
monica crowley
It is great to see you, as always.
Let's start, we've got a couple of different topics I want to cover with you.
Let's start first with yesterday.
It was supposed to be a day of rage on America's college campuses.
The target, of course, Israel, pro-Hamas, pro-terrorism demonstrations.
Didn't get a lot of coverage, but there were college campuses across the country that were
once again aflame.
The administrators of a lot of these schools simply will not crack down.
Some of them have, but most of them have not, and have allowed these protests to take over these universities.
Again, the issue is never the issue.
The issue is always the revolution.
So this is the latest attempt to destabilize not just our campuses, but American society writ large going into this election.
Where do you think we are on this particular destabilization effort?
eric prince
Well, this is the fruit, the plants that were, the seeds that were planted years ago with the amount of foreign money Muslim Brotherhood friendly money coming from the Gulf states that have infected universities and it's really worked in parallel to what the American left wanted to do to make universities into left-wing factories of of super progressive Marxist socialist thinking people and And this is the product of it.
So it's why The university system probably needs to be re-looked at.
Tax the endowments.
Competition, I think, will end it.
It will curtail some of the nonsense.
Because if people want to go to school and learn and have a trade after that, that they can get a good return on their investment, When you look at what people are paying to go to college now, and with some of the nonsense degrees, it's just not working out.
So, between very weak administrators in these schools, which they in themselves are super left-wing products of those universities, they're not going to do anything to change it.
I went to Hillsdale College.
There was never a protest or any such nonsense at Hillsdale College, because the administration would not have tolerated it.
monica crowley
And by the way, let me just tell you about my parenting.
So my mother, who worked hard to send me to Colgate and then on to Columbia, pray for me, where I got my PhD.
But if I had spent part of my time at college or graduate school protesting in such an anti-American, anti-Israel way, my mother would have shown up on campus and grabbed me by the ear, Eric.
Okay, and marched me away from the protest, back to my door room or the library to study.
But that's a separate issue.
Are you surprised?
eric prince
Or take them home.
Yeah, it's like multi-generations of people that were never spanked.
monica crowley
Yeah.
Or say, I'm not paying for your college education if this is how you're going to spend your time.
Are you surprised that it's essentially fizzled out?
I mean, you do still have pro-Hamas activity on these campuses and it has spread.
It has metastasized.
But I think that the originators of these protests I think they expected the same kind of energy and activism and effect this time around with the pro Hamas demonstrations and they weren't able to really cash in in the way they were in 2020.
to try to stop President Trump and America first.
I think they expected the same kind of energy and activism and effect this time around with
the pro-Hamas demonstrations, and they weren't able to really cash in in the way they were
in 2020.
unidentified
Are you surprised by that?
eric prince
It's definitely the same infrastructure of organizing and fomenting rebellion, whether
it's Black Lives Matter, or first it was the Wall Street protesters, and then it's Black
Lives Matter, Antifa, now it's the pro-Hamas wing.
I guess most American people are still, can see clearly enough, a good versus evil, that taking Hundreds of hostages and holding them is still unequivocally a wrong thing.
And so I think people can still see a good versus bad struggle there and can still see through that.
It speaks to just how bad universities are because nobody has been turning any of this money back from the kind of the Muslim Brotherhood promoting Uh, countries that are pushing that money, and no politicians really made them do it, so maybe it is time to start taxing the endowments of all these schools, which really makes them immune to almost donor input anymore.
monica crowley
Yeah, I mean that's really the only way to really get their attention is going after the endowments, is going after their money.
And you've had a lot of big Jewish donors to major Ivy League schools and other institutions that have pulled their money and that is what got the administration's attention.
If you go to the source and attack their funding, that is what will turn their heads and force their hand.
Not because they want to, but because they have to for financial reasons.
We've got two minutes left in this block and I'd love to hold you over.
Eric, you want to put a finer point on this?
Go ahead.
eric prince
Sure.
Seven out of the eight Ivy League school presidents are Jews themselves.
And so it's got to be an interesting quandary for them to be in, to say this left wing of the Democrat Party has really now turned into a very anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish approach.
And so it's got to be a very interesting choice for Jews in America that have You know, a lot of them have gone very left in their politics to figure out where is their political home now.
monica crowley
Yeah, but it's only an interesting choice.
Eric, it's only an interesting choice if they care.
And a lot of them don't care.
They don't care about Israel.
They don't care about their faith.
And so the choice is very clear for them.
All right, Eric, I'm going to ask you to please stand by.
We've got to hit a quick break here.
More with Eric Prince and Jeff Clark on what happened in Georgia with the lawfare against President Trump coming up on the other side.
Sit tight.
dave brat
Did you know there is nearly $1 trillion of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent?
That's right, there's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months.
If Biden can push out these funds, we could see another prolonged inflation surge, just like during COVID.
And I'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had on Americans and still do.
But there's hope.
A surge in prices can be beaten.

Protect your- Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
monica crowley
Welcome back to the War Room.
I'm Monica Crowley in for Stephen K. Bannon, and we are rejoined by Eric Prince.
Eric, let's turn, if we could, to Haiti.
A lot of conversation about what is happening in Springfield, Ohio, and other communities that have gotten this massive influx of Haitian immigrants.
Talk to us a little bit about what's going on here in the United States with the Haitian illegal immigrants who have come into the country courtesy of Harris's no borders policy, but also at the source in Haiti.
Very volatile, it's long been that way, but it is a source of the kind of destabilization that we're seeing in American communities.
eric prince
Look, I'm particularly disgusted at what's happened in Haiti because they've been an independent country for 220 years.
Haiti has had independence, no slavery.
But it is the embodiment of horrible management.
It is the embodiment of socialism run amok.
The U.S., through NGOs, has pumped hundreds of billions of dollars into Haiti, and there is more poverty, more chaos, and more carnage than really any planet, than any country in the world.
It's probably the worst country in the world.
I had a lot of friends that have worked in the worst of places.
I actually swam ashore there in 94 as a young SEAL officer when the U.S.
invaded.
It's the worst.
Bodies in the streets being eaten by dogs.
Human bodies.
It is such a mess and the NGOs U.S.
funded NGOs are the true enemies of America because they're literally organizing, facilitating mass migration of people from Haiti into the United States.
And now they deposit these people, 20,000 of them, in a nice quiet town in Ohio, Springfield, Ohio.
And you're hearing the legitimate complaints of the citizens there saying, what is going on?
My pets are disappearing.
Jobs are being taken.
Can't afford rent.
And there's a lot of crime and even murders.
National borders are supposed to be a distinct line delineating governance approaches.
And you can really see that if you fly over Haiti.
The island of Hispaniola, the western side is Haiti, the eastern side is the Dominican Republic.
Haiti has been so badly governed that you can literally see where the border stops because all the trees in Haiti have been cut down.
They have like 2% of their original forests remaining because the country has been so badly governed.
And I feel terrible for the people.
Haiti would be better governed if it was the United Fruit Company doing it, instead of the mess of governance that's been.
And you know, I talked to some of the business community in Haiti, and I said, what was the best time for Haiti?
He said, it was actually the 80s.
There was one third the population.
And Duvalier was a bad guy, but he wasn't crazy.
It's really when the U.S.
got involved and they put Bernard Aristide, basically a Marxist priest, in charge that the country really went off the rails and socialism has run amok.
And this is what we must stop.
You see it in Chicago.
You see it in New York.
You see big, blue-run cities that become urban hellholes.
We have to do everything to prevent that.
And to think of what's happened in Venezuela, there's a reason that Venezuela was called El Dorado, the City of Gold, because there is unbelievable natural wealth in the ground.
They have more oil than Saudi Arabia, more gold than you can imagine.
But now, the government there, the Maduro cartel, has been allowed to steal not one, not two, but three elections.
This last round, this election that they just had in July, The opposition parties won 70% of the vote.
Maduro won 30%.
And all, of course, all the diaspora, all the people that have left Venezuela, that are living in the United States, or Mexico, or Colombia, Peru, are not permitted to vote.
But even then, 70% of the people voted to oust these guys.
They are backed by the Cubans, they're backed by the Iranians, they're backed by the Russians.
And also they're taking it down the road of more poverty, more despair, more socialism.
And it to me, it's very concerning because what they've done, you know, the goal of kind of a state capture of a political party to where there's really not elections anymore.
It's kind of what happens in California when the Democrats win those elections and the people in California are stuck with it.
Now a lot of them are voting with their feet just like the people in Venezuela are voting with their feet and leaving.
There's been another million and a half people just since July have left Venezuela.
Trump is right to complain about Venezuela because they've literally sent all their murderers, they emptied their prisons and sent them as illegals up in the United States.
You have the Trendyagua gangs active in New York and Colorado.
They took over some apartment buildings recently.
It's just a mess.
And I actually, after the election, I trolled Maduro.
Uh, by posting on, uh, on X, uh, his wanted poster because he's actually wanted for drug trafficking, uh, as a $15 million bounty.
I said, if, if Biden and Harris want to support justice and actual democracy in Venezuela, they should up the bounties of these wanted criminals of him, of Maduro, his interior minister, uh, uh, Cabello and some others just up the bounties to a hundred million dollars apiece.
They could use frozen funds of the Venezuelan government that the U.S.
is already sitting on and sit back and watch the magic happen.
They didn't do that, but it's really gone viral in Venezuela.
They are expecting, they're really hoping, People from America, people from freedom-loving countries will help them get rid of this Marxist-Socialist gang that is now fully oppressing the country, having rejected three elections where they lost, and now staying in power.
The Cubans literally flew hundreds of additional security agents into the country.
The Iranians are there in force, as are the Chinese.
The Monroe Doctrine is definitely dead by the United States allowing this kind of nonsense to continue, and it does affect us because it pushes more and more people from Venezuela into the United States.
Some are great, some are not so great.
monica crowley
Well, and these are two very dangerous countries in the Western Hemisphere that have literally taken their own countries and shaken them, and all of the dregs of their humanity have entered the United States, either over the no-borders situation in the South and in the North, or have been actively, proactively flown into the United States by Biden-Harris.
Before we let you go, Eric, just let everybody know where they can find you and follow your work.
eric prince
Sure.
Also, today, Friday the 13th, the World War I Memorial is being dedicated in Washington.
If you're in the DC area, please come, especially if you're a veteran.
Sabine Howard, the artist, did a phenomenal job.
It's a beautiful bronze sculpture.
It's 60 feet long, 38 different life-size sculptures.
It's called The Soldier's Journey.
It's of a soldier Being recruited, training, off to war, the cost of war, and then coming home.
He did an absolutely beautiful job.
It is old-school, excellent, artistic work.
And it's located just southeast of the Treasury Building, directly south of the Willard Hotel on Freedom Plaza.
It is a proper World War I memorial, finally, 124 years later.
People can follow me at realerickdprince on X. And I have a podcast called Off Leash with Eric Prince.
And also, since this is the War Room, you should pick up an unplugged phone if you're sick of big tech crawling through your data and monitoring everything you do, whether it's big tech or Big Brother.
This is the phone that's designed to keep your, it's really to restore your data sovereignty and privacy so that your personal data is not leaked anywhere and everywhere.

Fantastic, Eric, and thank you so much for raising the World War I memorial.
It's located in my former stomping grounds of the Treasury Department, and I remember when they were clearing that area, Freedom Park, to build this memorial for World War I and all of our veterans who served and paid the ultimate price on the killing fields there in Europe.
So I want to thank you for reminding everybody that it's being unveiled today, right?
eric prince
And I have to give credit where credit is due.
I rightfully criticized many parts of the U.S.
government, but the American Battlefield Monuments Commission did a phenomenal job with this memorial.
Good job to them.
monica crowley
Yes.
Yes.
Fantastic.
And thank you for reminding the audience.
If you're in the D.C.
area, please go down there, show your respects, and attend the unveiling.
Eric Prince, you are terrific.
Thank you so much.
eric prince
Thank you, ma'am.
monica crowley
You bet.
All right, joining us now to talk about what went down in Georgia, besides the devil, is our fan favorite, Jeff Clark.
Jeff, it is great to see you.
And I saw the breaking news yesterday and I told camera, I said, we got to have Jeff Clark on to take it all apart for us.
So you have the judge in the Fannie Willis Rico case, the bogus lawfare prosecution down there of President Trump.
Who dismissed two out of the ten criminal charges against him, saying Fannie Willis had no standing to bring those charges.
Can you walk us through what happened?
jeffrey clark
Sure, Monica.
So it's great to be here.
And look, here's what we're talking about.
It's a decision from Judge McAfee down in the Fulton County Superior Court that goes strongly against Fannie Willis.
dismisses three counts and those are three counts that were challenged by
John Eastman and a state senator named Still. And then President Trump, as you
noted, was a party to two of those counts. And so he benefited from the fact that
they won the dismissal of those counts. President Trump and I and several others
are up on appeal to the Georgia Court of Appeals arguing that Fannie Willis needs
to be disqualified from this case and that Judge McAfee erred in not
disqualifying her.
That case is going to be argued in December, but John Eastman and, uh, Senator state Senator Sean still did not, uh, join that appeal for whatever reason.
And so judge McAfee issued this decision kind of grinding through their emotions, attacking the indictment.
And here, let me explain to you what's going on in terms of what got dismissed.
So a little bit of, I guess, uh, you know, Clark law school class for the war room audience, but it's a sophisticated audience.
There's a, uh, an area of federal law called preemption, which is based on the supremacy clause in the constitution.
And it says that, uh, federal law, you know, supersedes conflicting state law or even areas where the federal government occupies it, uh, completely.
There's a famous case called in Ray Loney L O N E Y. And that case basically says that if you're talking about making representations, To the federal government, certainly in court, but maybe even beyond courts, you know, to other federal agencies and the like.
And those representations are, you know, alleged to be false.
It's exclusively for the federal government in its sphere of authority to go after that.
It's not something that the states can go after.
monica crowley
Jeff, can I ask you, hold that thought.
I want you to complete the thought and the point on the other side of the break.
We're going to hold Jeff Clark over.
We also have Jim Rickards coming up as well, so don't go anywhere.
I'm Monica Crowley in for Steve Bannon on The War Room.
We'll be right back.

Let's take down the CCP!
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
monica crowley
Welcome back to War Room.
I'm Monica Crowley in for Steve Bannon, and we've got Jim Rickards coming up here about the potential for a U.S.
recession as well as a global recession, so you don't want to miss that.
Turning, though, back to Jeff Clark.
Jeff, before we were unceremoniously interrupted by that break, finish your point, the broader point, and then I've got another couple of questions for you.
jeffrey clark
Sure.
So the broader point is, look, the federal justice system, what's subject to that?
Can't be second-guessed or double-guessed in a state court system.
And that's what this In re Loney case holds.
And so what are we talking about?
The judge applied that to, we're talking about the so-called fake electors scheme, right?
And they're not fake.
They're alternate electors that those around president Trump were essentially trying to tee up because they questioned the election and they wanted to try to either convince Congress or the Georgia legislature to change the slate of electors.
And that's been alleged to be false.
So Judge McAfee has now thrown out the counts that say that, you know, when the so-called fake electors scheme was being pursued by sending documents to the federal courts, or there was a discussion about that, that that can be penalized under state criminal law.
He says, no, they can't.
It's exclusively a subject for the feds.
So that was the ruling yesterday.
monica crowley
So what happens to the remaining eight criminal counts against the president?
jeffrey clark
They, well, the first thing is that everything is frozen at the moment directly as to President Trump and to me and to Rudy Giuliani, for instance, and some others who were up on appeal until we get this ruling on whether Fannie Willis has to be disqualified or not.
And it's possible that that could lead, you know, to the collapse of the entire case.
And we're seeing more and more of it get pared back, right?
So, you know, what I guess Fannie Willis would say is that even if she's disqualified, A Georgia counsel will assign it to a different prosecutor, but that prosecutor might decide not to go forward.
And then things would potentially return to the trial court to continue adjudicating the rest of the case.
So one thing as a takeaway for the war room posse is that this case is on a very slow boat and it's not going to be resolved until probably well into 2025.
monica crowley
Yeah, I mean all of the lawfare is falling apart, so it's been fascinating to watch.
Jeff, before we let you go, where can everybody find you on the socials and elsewhere?
jeffrey clark
Sure, so I am at JeffClarkUS on Getter and X, and at RealJeffClark on Truth Social, and you can follow the work of our think tank, the Center for Renewing America, at AmericaRenewing.com, Monica.
monica crowley
Terrific.
Jeff, thank you so much for being here.
We appreciate you.
Thanks.
jeffrey clark
Thanks, Monica.
monica crowley
You bet.
All right, turning now to financier extraordinaire Jim Rickards.
Jim, welcome back to the War Room.
Wanted to ask you, we just got a couple of minutes here and next time we'll have more time, but I wanted to get your thoughts on this idea that we could be heading into a global recession and how that will affect the U.S.
economy.
james rickards
Thanks, Monica.
It's a big issue, and it is coming very quickly.
We've spent 30 years talking about globalization.
So extend the supply chains, capital goes wherever it wants.
This is obviously devastated U.S.
manufacturing, U.S.
jobs, but that was the theme.
Now we're seeing the downside of globalization.
It used to be the case that one country or maybe the European Union could go into a recession, but the U.S.
could pull us out, or maybe China could pull us out, etc.
But now we're seeing a synchronized global recession.
China is Literally collapsing.
I don't mean the end of China, but they're arresting bankers.
They basically revoked all the passports of all the bankers in China.
They're not allowed to leave the country, you know, investment bankers and so forth.
The real estate sector is collapsing.
Europe, Germany's been in and out of recession, but growth is around zero at best, falling into recession.
So that brings us to The United States.
Now, technically, GDP is still estimated to be positive for the third quarter of 2024.
But without being too geeky, there's something called GDI, gross domestic income.
And gross domestic income and gross domestic product Should be about the same.
There are always differences in leads and lags, but right now they've diverged.
Gross domestic income is going down and gross domestic product is still going up a little bit.
When that divergence arises, it has to reconverge at some point.
It's usually because gross domestic product collapses and kind of meets up with gross domestic income.
You've seen that you're familiar with the jobs report.
Jobs are much weaker, but all those jobs, over 100% of those jobs, when you net Creation and losses are going to illegal immigrants.
And a lot of them, almost all of them are part-time jobs instead of full-time jobs.
And then June and July were revised downwards.
So if you, the 86,000 jobs disappear.
So if you subtract those from what they say they created in August, we're almost at the point of net job losses.
So, and just again, without being too technical, there's something, you know this, the yield curve.
So, it's basically looking at different maturities and different interest rates.
The yield curve is supposed to go up, meaning the longer you borrow, the higher the interest rate.
About a year and a half ago, it became inverted, which meant longer rates, 10-year notes, 5-year notes, were actually lower interest rates than 3-month notes and 6-month notes.
That happens, but it's very unusual.
But it's a sign that a recession is coming.
The big money, sovereign wealth funds and so forth, is saying, hey, I'll take that 3.5%, 4% coupon on the 10-year note, because that's going to look really sweet when interest rates collapse to 2%.
It's warning you the recession is coming.
Now we're here, and what's happening is... Jim, I'm so sorry.
monica crowley
We're up against a hard break.
james rickards
That's okay.
monica crowley
More time next time, I promise.
Just quickly, where can people find you?
james rickards
