| We've got Biden imploding. | ||
| We've got AOC impeaching Supreme Court justices. | ||
| We've got Steve Bannon and Navarro in political prison. | ||
| I don't even know which one of those you want to start with. | ||
| Or do you want to take something else and pick up the football and run with that one? | ||

| Well, it's horrific what's going on, but I'm involved so much with my own business with Lawfare. | ||
| They're attacking my pillow every day. | ||
| We just got attacked again in the media today in Minneapolis. | ||
| It's disgusting. | ||
| And they're coming after me because I want to secure our election platforms. | ||
| And everybody sees a shift there too. | ||
| You see Elon Musk tweeted out again yesterday, this is like his fourth time in two weeks, that ultimately we need to get to paper ballots and count it and not use computers in our elections. | ||
| He just tweeted out yesterday how Argentina did it. | ||
| In four months, they completely went to paper ballots, hand-counted. | ||
| So I'm really liking that, Cash, that you've got a big voice like Elon that's putting it out there. | ||

| I know Cash, I've been doing a little program called Flipping Democrats and we were just in Chicago about a month ago and right in the heart of Chicago and all these Democrats that had voted for Biden are now voting for Donald Trump and you ask them why? | ||
| And like the Hispanics we talked to and the blacks, they're going, you know what? | ||
| Because the illegals are taking our jobs. | ||
| They're paying them cash. | ||
| And you know, their eyes are getting opened up to all these problems that this administration has caused. | ||
| So I'm real optimistic. | ||
| I think with the, when we talk about too big to rig and then everybody pouring into this bucket because of the bad thing, people got to look at the silver lining of these bad things that are going on. | ||
| But it's a shame. | ||
| It's just disgusting. | ||
| We're going to look back in history and say all the injustices that are going on right now. | ||
| You look at Steve sitting in prison there for a non-constitutional J6 committee that all went on, all these horrific things. | ||
| But in the long run, we're going to look back and say these things had to happen just the way God intended. | ||
| I think you're right, Mike, and I think, look, you have been a champion for and have a passion for election integrity and election security, and the project you outlined, I think it's worth noting for our viewers, maybe if you can give them just like the top three things that we can make maybe generically apply across the country. | ||
| Yeah, you guys, the one thing that we've added to it, you know, we're at the ground level. | ||
| I have over 300,000 people in all 50 states, and we've We're going to, you know, it's like a sales pitch to those clerks to get them to go to pay for ballots, but obviously we're not going to get there by the election. | ||
| But right now what we're doing, what we've added to this, is you request your mail-in ballot. | ||
| So you're pulling that off the voter rolls. | ||
| You request it. | ||
| Now you have it. | ||
| You don't open it. | ||
| Then we're doing this in the primaries too. | ||
| Then when you go to vote, if they say that you've already voted, now you're pulling it out saying, no, I haven't. | ||
| This is identity theft. | ||
| It's a whole different plan. | ||
| We've talked to our attorneys about it. | ||
| Now it opens up a whole can of worms for you. | ||
| You know what? | ||
| You can call your sheriff. | ||

| We all heard about it. | ||
| And, well, this happens everywhere. | ||
| And this will be something we didn't have in 2020 and 2022. | ||
| We're going to have a different kind of evidence that everybody can understand. | ||
| When you have all these counties in the country and they're going, Hey, did you hear about so-and-so? | ||
| They went down to vote and they said they already voted and they had their ballot right in their hand. | ||
| Now, of course, if you get there and they say, and they say, yeah, go ahead and vote. | ||
| You can, you know, you just, just vote as normal. | ||
| But we have it all laid out. | ||
| It's like you're part of this program. | ||
| And our great real president, when he gets in, he's going to need all this stuff anyway so that we can get to what he wants to get to, paper ballots, hand-counted, same-day voting. | ||
| We want to get the whole country wanting this, the people. | ||
| They just had a huge election in the UK, everybody, with paper ballots, hand-counted. | ||
| They've outlawed machines. | ||
| And And it was beautiful. | ||
| They didn't like what they had for the last five years, and that's what elections are for. | ||
| If they're not working for the people, we the people should be able to vote them out. | ||
| Well, if you don't have secure elections, you can't do that. | ||
| So we're really excited about this new part of the plan. | ||

| I think we got Hammer back because there was an unfinished segment that, as a nerd lawyer that I used to be and a congressional staffer I'm quite ticked off about, and I'll let Hammer take it, but I really just want to do a quick setup. | ||

| That when we have a 49-50 Senate majority, slim margin of majority for the Dems, and we are approving federal judges for lifetime appointments, and two Democrats yesterday just voted against a federal circuit court judge Because two Democrats were so horrified at her past record and what she would do on the bench, they actually showed up and voted no. | ||
| But Hammer, she was confirmed because eight Republicans failed to show up. | ||
| And for those that don't know how it works, it doesn't matter if it's 51. | ||
| What matters is how many people are there and a majority of people that are there. | ||
| So two Democrats had the audacity to do the right thing and say, no, we're not voting for you. | ||
| But eight Republicans were no-shows. | ||
| Hammer, what is going on? | ||

| Look, in our modern times, where the courts end up being the final arbiter of legal questions, not entirely obvious that that's the way it was always supposed to be, but holding that aside for a second, federal courts matter a lot. | ||
| I mean, I clerked on the Fifth Circuit, actually, six years ago for Judge Jim Ho, a fantastic Trump-nominated judge down there in the Fifth Circuit down in Texas. | ||
| So, I mean, I have seen firsthand how much judges who are good can help move courts to the right, and how judges who are bad can totally destroy the entire process. | ||
| There is zero excuse. | ||
| Let me say that again. | ||
| Zero. | ||
| Not like a morsel of excuse. | ||
| Not like a 1% excuse. | ||
| There is zero excuse to just simply skip on a confirmation vote of a judge, let alone, as you said, where this judge has two Democrats who are coming out opposed. | ||
| Look, the federal circuit is a federal court of appeals. | ||
| All the federal courts of appeals really, really, really matter. | ||
| A very, very small percentage of cases actually make it to the U.S. | ||
| Supreme Court every year. | ||
| They hear 60 to 70 cases or so. | ||
| The overwhelming majority, 98 percent, I don't know how the exact number, but around that, they end up at the federal courts of appeals. | ||
| You cannot let Joe Biden get away with just stacking the judiciary, especially when, as you said, you have Democrats, Democrats who are opposed. | ||
| It's an absolute shame on these Republican senators who can't even show up to simply vote no on an ill-qualified and left-wing judicial nominee. | ||

| And then in 2020, I made a film about Hunter Biden's Chinese deals. | ||

| This is kind of the penultimate narrative that talks about these things all in one place. | ||
| And so, you know, when you guys said, hey, let's make this film, I felt that we really needed to look into this and put it all in one place in so that we could, you know, help people understand the danger of the deep state and, you know, help hold government accountable, which is really what should be happening. | ||
| So how did you decide, Matthew? | ||
| I mean, there's so much to pick from, right? | ||
| It's not like we're just talking about one event at one department, at one agency, at one period of short time. | ||
| How did you, out of the voluminous plethora of material that you have at your disposal, putting aside even my book, how did you know what to go to? | ||

Well, you know, there's a through line and kind of the primary idea was, OK, you have a basically an independent intel community that kind of works in a clandestine manner. | |
| And for some reason, they really focused on Donald Trump. | ||
| He kind of drove them crazy. | ||
| And so what I did is I picked kind of the primary narratives where they targeted him in particular over and over and over again. | ||
| So, you know, unlike, say, Clinton Cash, which was a series of deals that doesn't really kind of cover a period of time, this covers from the Clinton email scandal all the way to the current documents case. | ||
| And what I really wanted people to understand was that there is a continuum of attacks that went against this president. | ||
| And here's the thing. | ||
| It doesn't matter if you like or dislike Donald Trump. | ||
| The point is, is that this clandestine Intel community can target anybody in any party at any time. | ||
| And so the thing about Donald Trump that's really interesting is again, whether you like him or don't like him, they continue to create false allegations. | ||
| It shows how it works with the media and effectively it creates kind of a map Of the of the continuum of attacks and it shows the pattern and how it can be used against not just citizens But the highest seat in the land and which of course is the commander-in-chief the president | ||

| What's your favorite part that you think the audience or most consequential part that you think the audience should hone in on that maybe wasn't dropped in the 60 second trailer we just played for them and why? | ||

Well, what's really interesting, I think, is, of course, breaking down Russiagate. | |
| You know, Russiagate, I think, is probably the best example of a false flag operation. | ||
| You know, it is, it is, we really kind of like hone down to this idea that the Steele dossier is fake. | ||
| We basically say that in the beginning. | ||
| It's not like you find out later, and then you watch everybody rushing to defend this document. | ||
| In fact, You know, I had so much material to go through. | ||
| There's a lot of stuff that didn't even make it into the film, especially about John Brennan, you know, and a number of, you know, there's so, there were so many hearings and things where they would be asked, you know, well, was the Steele dossier brought in for the FISA? | ||
| You know, and of course, they would say, oh, we don't know what that is, even though we do know that they put it into all these requests. | ||
| So to me, I think Russiagate is actually really a fascinating story because it kind of loops | ||
| everybody in. | ||
| It loops all of the agencies in, it loops all of the media in. | ||
| And it went on for, if you think about it, John Durham's investigation went two years | ||
| into the Biden administration. | ||
| And so it went on for a long, long time. | ||
| You guys helped with the Nunes memo, tie it together in some places and expose these guys. | ||
| But we wouldn't really find out the hard, hard, hard evidence until that Durham report, | ||
| which again, the media didn't really cover to the extent that it should be. | ||
| I mean, that could be a whole film by itself. | ||
| So yeah, I think, I think Russiagate is the cleanest, clearest example because everybody was so sure they were so sure this happened and it turns out 100% of it was false. | ||
| And I just want the audience to understand what you and Steve and Dan Flewett, special shout out to Dan Flewett, one of our producers, did to put... It's not like these guys came together for the last two years and pieced this thing together. | ||
| I think it's pretty cool for the audience to have the insight about how you guys methodically laid this out in what, like a hundred days? | ||
| Like from paper to film to final cut to presentation. | ||
| It's whether or not the audience likes the movie, and if you don't, you're not allowed to watch War Room ever again. | ||
| But whether or not they like it, I think it's, you know, for those that aren't in the cinema industry and don't understand how this works, can you just speak to how you were able to pull this thing off in such a short period of time? | ||

Yeah, so basically, you know, I took your book and I read through it. | |
| And of course, I also lived through it as well. | ||
| And I, you know, I've been working in this business for many years. | ||
| So I paid attention, of course, during when it was happening. | ||
| And I remember when the first leaks about the Trump campaign being tapped coming out, a lot of people are saying that's impossible. | ||
| For me, I thought it was entirely possible. | ||
| And this is back in 2017. | ||
| So I paid a lot of attention. | ||
| But what was great was when I read your book, again, it put it all in one place and it kind of explained it very clearly. | ||
| So when it came time to, you know, basically put this into play as a cinematic piece, the film came together. | ||
| Basically, we filmed in March. | ||
| And so from March until, you know, probably actually this morning, putting some tiny final touches on things, we moved pretty quickly. | ||
| And so, you know, and that includes, you know, a series of shoots. | ||
| I mean, we filmed cinematic scenes. | ||
| We filmed in Washington. | ||
| We filmed in Austin, Texas, where I currently live. | ||
| Um, and so it's not just a clip job. | ||
| It is a fully fleshed out cinematic piece of work, uh, that should, you know, sit by any documentary on Netflix or anywhere like that. | ||
| So, you know, we aimed very high for quality, uh, quality of editing, quality of footage. | ||
| And of course your interview was exceptional. | ||
| You know, it's, it's all has to rest on a, on a content infrastructure. | ||
| Um, and so, you know, we had, you had the goods. | ||
| And so from that point on, it was fairly easy to build something out of the, you know, very thoroughly researched and thoroughly put together content. | ||
| So, you know, it was quick, but it was, you know, I was very confident that we were going to hit our mark. | ||
| And I'm very confident that people will actually enjoy the film, even if you don't like Donald Trump. | ||
| Like, I still think that you'll sit there and go, I don't like this, but yeah, it looks pretty good. | ||
| Yeah, no, this film is so much bigger than any one individual, and obviously they targeted Trump the most, so exploiting what they did to him is part of the story. | ||
| And look, I just gotta say, I didn't know how I was gonna be working with y'all. | ||
| I thought Bannon, when he called me, I was like, you're out of your mind. | ||

| I didn't think I'd ever say that, but we've got the perfect guest on deck, Abe Hamadeh, an America First warrior running for the House of Representatives. | ||
| And it could not be more timely that you have a Donald Trump-endorsed candidate. | ||
| for one of the most consequential House of Representatives seats when the House of Representatives just failed us, yet again, in the Republican majority. | ||
| And I'm not going to put that blame on Abe because he's trying to defeat and cure it. | ||
| But what I'm setting up here is we had Ana Paulina Luna, my friend and congresswoman from Florida, come in and actually take the reins when the two-tier system of justice went rogue. | ||
| And she wanted to hold Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, in contempt For doing the same thing that he sent Bannon and Navarro to prison for, violating a congressional subpoena. | ||
| Even though they had a constitutional basis to excuse it, Merrick Garland didn't, went to daddy Joe Biden at the White House and said, please make this executive privilege. | ||
| The irony of that is not lost on anybody. | ||
| And the vote was just held. | ||
| Abe, I'm pretty fired up, but tell America what you will do when you will win this congressional seat for Donald Trump, for Americans, and our movement. | ||
| Yeah, everybody should be fired up, Cash. | ||
| This is unacceptable. | ||
| The reason why the Marxists are winning and why they're on the march right now is because we have had too many weak-kneed Republicans in Congress. | ||
| They've given up their power, they've ceded it to the bureaucrats in the deep state, and they just don't want to They don't want to do their jobs, do what's necessary to save our country. | ||

| because right now President Trump needs backup. | ||

| Luckily, the ranks in Congress, it's growing with America First Warriors, but it needs to grow faster. | ||

| My primary is really interesting cash. | ||
| For those in the war room have followed, you know, I am the rightful AG even though that race was stolen by 280 votes out of 2.5 million with 9,000 uncounted ballots. | ||
| But I'm fighting a deep political class here in Arizona. | ||
| I'm running against one candidate, a formerly endorsed candidate by Trump in the last race, Blake Masters. | ||
| He's pretending he's endorsed In this race, he's a total phony. | ||
| He abandoned me and Kerry and Trump, and now he's trying to come back to the America First | ||
| movement. | ||
| He's beholden by the big tech interests. | ||
| But I'm also fighting the guy, the Speaker of the Arizona House, Ben Toma, whose family | ||
| owns the mail-in ballot company. | ||
| They own a good chunk of the shares of the mail-in ballot company, Runback. | ||
| So I can't escape elections, Cash, but this is why I know what's going on, and I'm going | ||
| to take them. | ||
| I've been fighting the political class and the judiciary here in Arizona for the last two years, and they fear me because they know the American people are beside me, standing shoulder to shoulder, because I will never abandon them, and they know that. | ||
| I've been sanctioned by the courts. | ||
| They've called me a white supremacist in the media, and yet I'm still a happy warrior, even though I'm a pissed patriot a lot of times. | ||
| But the best warriors fight for what they love. | ||
| We love this country. | ||
| We're going to rescue the America they stole from us. | ||
| And hey, we've got about two minutes left. | ||
| I'd like you to hold you over through the break if you're if you're available, and we'll talk about what you will do in Congress when you are elected and win in this cycle after the break. | ||
| But for right now, what specific issues that you are facing in your district are relatable across American districts throughout California to New York? | ||
| I know you have unique ones, but I know there's a lot you've been fighting for. | ||
| If you could just give us like a 60 second outline. | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| Our border is completely open, and here in Arizona we're seeing the effects of it with these burglaries, with the crime increases, and that's why I want to label the drug cartels as a foreign terrorist organization. | ||
| We have to go to war against them, Cash. | ||
| If there's one war we should be fighting, it's against the drug cartels south of our | ||
| border who are bringing in the fentanyl that's being shipped in from the communist Chinese. | ||
| They're bringing in radical Islamists. | ||
| They're teaming up with ISIS affiliates. | ||
| It's completely open. | ||
| And, you know, I think all across the country, we're seeing the effects of this open border | ||
| in Chicago, New York. | ||
| And this is why you're seeing black Americans, Hispanic Americans rise up and joining the | ||
| America First movement ranks and supporting President Trump. | ||
| It's really beautiful to see. | ||
| So every state has become a border state, but here in Arizona, it's especially so. | ||
| And we have unique challenges. | ||
| My district, you know, has a lot of these Taiwanese companies moving in, which is great for economic development. | ||
| But there's also been 30,000 Chinese nationals who have crossed our southern border in the last six months. | ||
| We have to watch out for the communist Chinese threat as well. | ||
| But it starts with securing our border, Cash. | ||
| Uh, you know, that's the biggest issue and you hit it right on the nail, right on the head there. | ||
| We've got, I'm going to, I'm going to hold you over through the break because I'm so fired up about this contempt vote. | ||

| But, you know, go out and vote, spread the word, and make sure they go vote for the Trump-endorsed America's first candidate, Abe Hamaday, and I would appreciate all of the support. | ||
| You know, there's so much money coming in against me, trying to stop me, and so we're battling a deep machine. | ||

| Ranked-choice voting, this is their way of trying to Californiize our elections and have it driven by corporate interests. | ||
| We have to Keep the power to the people. | ||
| You know, the America First movement has taken over the Republican Party. | ||
| Now they're trying to wrestle control away from that. | ||
| So election integrity is on the top of my agenda. | ||
| Obviously, the border. | ||
| That's why I want to classify the cartels as a foreign terrorist organization. | ||
| And we have to honestly protect so many of our veterans and our seniors. | ||
| You know, these illegal immigrants are being treated better than our senior citizens. | ||
| In my district, for instance, they're on fixed incomes with Social Security, yet these illegal immigrants are getting paid more than the Social Security benefits. | ||
| So we have a big fight on our hands, but we need President Trump elected. | ||
| I need Carrie Lake elected here in the Senate. | ||
| And you need to send me to Washington to fight for the America we love. | ||

| To stop the inherent contempt vote of Merrick Garland. | ||

| Now, folks, I am not asking you and never would advocate for you to personally attack them. | ||
| This is a subject-based argument that they went against what we as Americans believe in. | ||
| And this is a perfect place to end the show. | ||
| If you don't understand what inherent contempt is, We got to this point because the Republican majority failed to initially hold Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for violating a congressional subpoena because he went to Joe Biden and said, you have to claim executive privilege over these audiotapes. | ||
| It is the complete hypocrisy and total two-tier system of justice on steroids to say that Joe Biden gets to claim executive privilege, but Donald Trump doesn't. | ||
| Putting that aside, Merrick Garland still broke the law and Congress needs to be able to rein him in. | ||
| And since the Republican majority failed to hold him in initial contempt, there is a unique power, which I discovered when I was heading the Russiagate investigation, called contempt of Congress, inherent contempt of Congress. | ||
| Simply because you cannot have America's top cop police America's top cop. | ||
| Merrick Garland is never going to arrest himself and put himself in jail, especially when he has created the two-tier system of justice. | ||
| So enter Ana Paulina Luna, a brave warrior from southern Florida and a friend of mine in the programs who thought to implement inherent contempt of Congress. | ||
| That is to say, Congress can go out there and say to anyone that has violated their congressional subpoenas, like Merrick Garland in this instance, And look, I know it's an extreme measure and the mainstream media will be like, why would you ever do that? | ||
| But they would never be afraid to do it to any one of us or any one of you or to Donald Trump if it came to it. | ||
| And we cannot have the top law enforcement officer in our country able to create an alternate universe of justice able to create an alternate system of exoneration | ||
| when every single one of us would be put down by that very same form of injustice | ||
| that he is seeking to get an excuse from and put us in prison. | ||
| Just think about it. | ||
| How would it fare if Congress subpoenaed you and said, we want all these documents | ||
| and if you don't show up, we're gonna throw you in prison? | ||
| You'd probably comply. | ||
| But Merrick Garland thinks he's above the law. | ||
| And folks, to me, that's what this coming election is about more than anything, the United States Constitution. | ||
| We don't have a revenge plan. | ||
| We don't have a revenge list. | ||
| We have the greatest document in US history. | ||
| It's called the United States Constitution. | ||
| That is our retribution, the U.S. | ||
| Constitution, when it is fully implemented. | ||
| One system of laws for every single person in this country. | ||
| Not hypocrites who say that, like Merrick Garland, and implement a separate system of injustice for them and so many other Americans who have been Broken down and attacked and targeted by the system of justice. | ||
| So on that one, I'm proud of the Republicans that voted for it. | ||
| I'm just completely in awe of the Republicans that we said that voted against it. | ||
