It's going to be a very, very close race.
I think there are terrible choices that we're being presented with.
And that's just the fate of it.
That's what the primary voters selected, and I regret the fact that that's where we are.
Steve Bannon and Kash Patel, who many people believe is going to be his next CIA director, looked straight into the camera and said that they were coming after Morning Joe.
And warned us, as well as our producers, watch out, we're coming after you.
Kash Patel agreed with Steve Bannon.
It doesn't get any more direct than that.
You know, of course, this is the same guy that accused me of being a murderer a dozen or so times, wanting me to be arrested, tried, executed.
That was in his first term, right?
So it's a pretty direct threat, a pretty direct threat to generals who don't bow down to him.
He says they should be found guilty of treason and executed.
He said he'll fire any U.S.
attorneys that don't go after his political enemies.
We go on and on and on, but as Mika said, People need to believe what he's saying.
They need to hear what he's saying and understand that a second Donald Trump term takes America into a very, very dark place.
How do we stop and get the right information into people's hands as they go into the voting booths?
unidentified
|
Well, one of the things we can do, of course, is providing them with accurate information and helping voters know where to go for accurate information, having a plan ahead of time.
So, someone's Secretary of State website, for example, will have accurate information.
I often tout the League of Women Voters.
voters as a place where you can get accurate information because you know we are going
to see a deluge of false claims designed either to influence the outcome of the election,
to dampen turnout, or to convince people that voting is not worthwhile because the election
is rigged. | ||
Some of the things we're already hearing from Donald Trump and some of his supporters about
their refusal to accept the outcome of the election until they know what it is, is already
planting those seeds that the election is rigged.
And so we have to build that resilience by helping people know where to get accurate information about the election, how to vote, and how the system works so that they aren't duped by these false claims.
He's fired up and he's ready to go when it comes to seeking revenge to anybody who's opposed him in the past.
Yeah, and I'm told there's a similar dynamic behind closed doors when he meets with advisors or other Republicans where he'll talk about revenge, sometimes get a look like, well, do you really mean that?
And he makes it clear he does.
Uh, this is, this is retribution.
That's the word that has been the center of this Trump campaign for a year now.
Uh, and that has only been heightened with his anger about this criminal conviction.
And let's be clear, he is blustering about how he would be fine with going to prison if he had to.
He'd be a martyr for the cause.
He says things very differently in private, per my reporting.
Uh, he also makes it clear on social with those all caps screeds, just how concerned he is at the prospect of ever being Behind bars and he and his team are putting together an actual agenda of revenge.
This is just going to be his rhetoric, which was sometimes what happened in 2020.
Trump would spout something off, but you know, his administration would be unable or frankly at times unwilling to follow through.
But there are not going to be grownups in the room this time.
They're not going to be guardrails.
It is just going to be true believers and loyalists.
And if Trump says he wants revenge, if Trump says, I want to target a particular person or institution, they're going to do just that.
unidentified
|
All right, now I know a lot of these folks who also shared your same concerns about Donald Trump have sort of said, all right, we're rallying around Donald Trump.
You had said, though, that would not be the case with you.
You had said that he's a populist and an authoritarian narcissist, that character is too important to me, and it's a job that requires the kind of character he just doesn't have.
That's pretty strong. | ||
Yeah, that's the way I feel.
I agree with that. | ||
I don't support Biden either.
I think his policies are terrible.
I hate the fact that I feel I've got to write in a Republican like I did the last time in 2020.
I voted for him in 2016, hoping that there was going to be a different kind of person in office.
And I do think character is a really important issue.
If you put yourself above the Constitution, as he has done... But what happened?
What turned you on? | ||
This is the whole January 6th thing?
Uh, that's a part of it. | ||
I think it's a contribution of factors, but I think it really is just character at the end of the day.
And the fact that if you're willing to put yourself above the Constitution, an oath you swear when you take office in federal office, whether it's president or a member of Congress, you swear an oath to the Constitution.
And if you're willing to suborn it to yourself, I think that makes you unfit for office.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
|
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bambs.
It's Wednesday, 12 June in the year of our Lord 2020.
It's a complete and total meltdown.
Uh, by the mainstream media for the last, I don't know, 48, 72 hours about their obvious, deep concern and former officials, FBI officials, intelligence officials, DOJ officials.
They are scared. | ||
The only thing they can focus on, the only thing they can focus on is accountability day, which is the afternoon starts the afternoon of January 20th, 20 January, 2025.
Accountability in the long arm of American justice, and I mean real justice, as run by President Trump or, you know, be strictly by the Constitution, by the rule of law, not this police state that we've allowed the United States to deteriorate into.
If my great producers here, by the way, we're going to be going to the floor, They're debating, I think they're debating or just have debated the rule on Merrick Garland's contempt charge.
That vote is now scheduled for 3.30 p.m.
Eastern Daylight Time at the House.
Must means that Tom Emmers and the guys have the votes, but it's penciled in at 3.30, of which we will obviously cover here in the War Room.
Mainstream media completely freaking out about all things which they call retribution, we call justice.
Yes, we have said that, and we mean this.
I told Morning Joe that first part where they accused, not accused, they pointed, yes, we have said that.
And we mean this, the Ministry of Truth, the Ministry of Information that is mainstream media,
particularly MSNBC, MSNBC and the hosts and all these guys, you know, Weissman and all that crowd,
you pulled out, CNN, McCabe, Whining, all the people that are associated
with the persecution of MAGA, the persecution of folks at the abortion clinics
trying to shut down traditional Catholic churches, starting with my parents' Catholic church.
Latin Mass Catholic Church in Richmond, Virginia, all of it, all of it, all of it, all of it, all of it.
We're going to get to the root of all of it.
We're going to get the receipts.
We'll have control of the apparatus.
And that's why they're freaking out.
That's where they're concerned.
Have you ever seen, have you ever, you can smell the fear.
You can smell the fear, not just across the nation, across the world.
It is going to happen. | ||
President Trump, on the first day he takes office, he's got three big things to do, and we've told you that over and over again.
Number one is to seal the southern border and begin to kick in the program of mass deportations, of which 62% of the American people want.
You saw Ms. | ||
Brennan the other day on Face the Nation when she heard the statistic from the CBS pollster.
62% of the American people, including, I believe, a majority of Hispanics, Support mass deportations.
Sealing of the border and the commencement of the program for mass deportations the afternoon of 20 January.
President Trump on getting control of this economy and making sure that he starts looking to how he's going to get a supply-side tax cut or basically his tax plan.
Re-initiate also with, I think, and we're going to have to force, um, set off, you know, uh, set asides.
It's going to have to be one, uh, $1 for every tax cut dollar.
That'll all start. | ||
And then to stop the, uh, and to stop these wars.
He's got to stop the endless wars.
First Ukraine, what's happening in Israel, the Red Sea, all of it.
That's the priorities.
That's all for the afternoon of the 20th.
Also, but in addition, it's to work with his acting Attorney General.
His Attorney General will sure be put up by that time and will be in a slot to be confirmed.
But the mainstream media, you colluding With the Justice Department?
You colluding with the FBI?
Collusion? | ||
Yes, it's all going to come out.
These will all be investigations, right?
They'll be investigations under the Constitution and by the rule of law.
They're so nervous about finally having justice dished out to them.
And now you can see it. | ||
Look at Joe Scarborough.
He's wetting himself. | ||
McCabe's wetting himself.
unidentified
|
You guys are such tough guys.
What's the problem? | ||
What are you afraid of? | ||
What are you afraid of? | ||
Are you afraid of MAGA? | ||
Are you afraid of President Trump?
Are you afraid of American justice that you're afraid of?
unidentified
|
Uh-huh. | |
It's coming. | ||
And we're going to be unrelenting in it.
Because you tried to destroy the American Republic and you came very close.
Of course, the American people rose up and in their righteous indignation said, no, not on our watch.
Not going to happen. | ||
That's what you have. | ||
And it's a very close race, but we're leading across all the battleground states.
We're leading in almost virtually all the general polls.
Right now, if you look at the crosstabs, it could be an absolute landslide if we perform.
And by if, I mean, we have to get the job done.
This is going to be, as Bill McGinley said here on the weekend, then it came back, On Monday, it is not the DNC versus the RNC.
It's not the Biden campaign versus the Trump campaign.
It's the $2 billion of foreign billionaires' money that are trying to steal this country, that fund the activists.
It's the Tides Foundation.
It's Soros. | ||
It's Arabella. | ||
$2 billion in cash money.
And we showed you all those get-out-the-vote and legal.
This is what's funding the Mark Eliases of the world.
Right? | ||
That's what they're going to come with.
That's what we have to go up against.
Mono a mono. | ||
And right now, with our commitment, our focus, our urgency.
We will win. | ||
And that's what they hate.
That's what they hate about Trump.
That's why they feel they have to destroy Trump.
Everything. | ||
We're going to have Garrett Ziegler on here about what's happening with Hunter Biden.
What he saw yesterday, it's just all performative.
That is nothing but to give air cover when they give President Trump a prison sentence on July 11th.
They're going to say, oh, they're so fair.
He's going to he's going to obviously pardon the crack addict Hunter.
The feral dogs that are the Biden family.
That's a nice group of parents, aren't they?
Great track record there, folks.
Next week, I think we're going to go, we're going to get into Ashley Biden's diary.
You know, I hate doing it, but these times kind of call for it.
You've got to go down, you've got to present the receipts.
It's a receipt. | ||
We're also, and by the way, talking about retribution, we're going to get into, and I think we're going to do, Natalie Winters is going to co-host with me today at five.
We're going to talk about the 51 intelligence officers who now are doubling, many of them are doubling down, that the laptop from hell was Russian disinformation after it was used in a federal court to basically as evidence that a jury took and took, you know, just about three hours to find Hunter Biden guilty of three felonies.
Those three felonies, all of those, Garrett Ziegler rejoins to talk about that's just a misdirection play to take off any of the charges.
So Weiss, David Weiss, who is approved by the senators from Delaware, so I don't think he's a Trump appointee.
So to take your eye off the ball of the crimes of Joe Biden, we had Mike Davis on here yesterday.
We went through all $20 million country by country that the Bidens took.
These are wire transfers that came from the Treasury Department.
This is not some newspaper article or some interview with someone or even a deposition.
This is hard money wire transfers that are reviewed by the Treasury Department.
A Treasury Department, I might add, that knew about this transfers in both the end of Obama's term and more importantly in President Trump's term.
You talk about the Deep State and the Praetorian Guard trying to do a selection.
The laptop from hell was held by the FBI at the senior levels, and they knew it was accurate.
They knew it was Hunter Biden's.
They knew the information was accurate.
In late November or early December of 2019, that's a stone-cold fact, it was presented in federal court.
The wire transfers, most of them happened during President Trump's administration, so the guys at the Treasury knew about it.
Did that come forward to the FBI?
Did that come forward to the DOJ?
Who in the DOJ knew that?
Who in the FBI knew it? | ||
Yesterday, Comer, the head of the Oversight Committee, and brother Jim Jordan sent a letter to the director of the Central Intelligence Agency, William Burns.
They said, it's come to our attention that you have interfered, that your agency has interfered in the investigation of Hunter and, wait for it, Joe Biden.
We need a full accounting of that.
So no, we're not going to back off.
We're not going to back off one inch.
We're not going to back off one centimeter.
It's all engines ahead flank.
Judgment Days, 5 November of this year.
Accountability Day starts at high noon on the 20th of January, 2025.
And Morning Joe and McCabe, you guys can cry and whine.
And Joe, you can lean on Mika's head.
It's not going to change anything.
It's going to happen. | ||
It's going to be under the Constitution.
It's going to be inside the rule of law.
Like you said, no guardrails.
We'll have big guardrails.
But the guardrails will have a road, will be on the side of a road that leads directly to you, the mainstream media, the new Gestapo, the FBI, DOJ, Merrick Garland, all of you folks.
Short commercial break.
You know what I want? | ||
unidentified
|
I want a sacred Heart of Jesus flag because I have to look across the lagoon at the Pride flag for the next month.
Exactly! | ||
And he's like, oh, please don't put up a flag.
unidentified
|
I said, I won't do it because I'm deferring to you.
But when you are free of this nonsense, I'm putting it up and I'm going to send them a message every day.
Maybe every week I'll be changing the flags.
There'll be all kinds of... I made a flag in my head.
This is how I satisfy myself.
I made a flag. | ||
It's white, and it's yellow and orange flames around it, and in the middle is the word vergonia.
Vergonia in Italian means shame.
For those of you who did not hear that clearly, I'm just going to reread this to you because I think you need to understand what she said.
This is Mrs. Samuel Alito.
You know what I want? | ||
I want a sacred heart of Jesus flag because I have to look across the lagoon at the pride flag for the next month.
Then she says, Oh, please don't put up a flag.
He's like, and he's like, she means Samuel Alito.
Oh, please don't put up a flag.
I said, I won't do it because I'm deferring to you.
But when you are free of this nonsense, I'm putting it up and I'm going to send them a message every day.
Maybe every week I'll be changing the flags.
There'll be all kinds. | ||
I made a flag in my head. | ||
That's how I satisfy myself.
I made a flag. | ||
It's white and it has yellow and orange flames around it.
And in the middle of it is the word Vagonia.
Vagonia. | ||
She emphasized that as an Italian word that means shame.
unidentified
|
As a Catholic and as someone who really cherishes my faith, I just don't know that we can negotiate with the left in the way that needs to happen for the polarization to end.
I think that it's a matter of winning.
I think you're probably right.
One side or the other is going to win.
One side or the other is going to win.
I don't know. | ||
I mean, there can be a way of living together peacefully, but it's difficult.
Because there are differences.
unidentified
|
on fundamental things that really can't be compromised.
They can't be compromised.
So it's not like we're going to split the difference.
And that's what I'm saying.
I just... I think that the solution really is, like, winning the moral argument.
Like, people in this country who believe in God have got to keep fighting for that to return our country to a place of godliness.
Oh, I agree with you. | ||
That was Justice Alito sharing his religious fervor with the stranger who turned out to be progressive activist and documentarian Lauren Windsor, who is known for approaching high-level conservative figures, pretending to be an ally, and recording them making candid comments.
Whoops. | ||
Lookit, lookit. | ||
Joanne Reed's wig is, uh, is, is like, you know, it spins around.
This blows her up so much.
It's all a non-event, except for the deep faith of Justice Alito, and more importantly, that steel in the spine of Martha Ann Alito, who, like I said, should be on the short list to be VP.
That's the type of fire we need.
She's not going to back down an inch.
Just a note, I'm bringing Mark Palletti in now, but CNN, as I told you they would, Steve Collinson, who's the smart guy over there, Massive headline on the top of the site that Hunter Biden's prosecution kills the persecution.
No, no, Steve. | ||
Come on, man. | ||
You're too smart for that.
What happened in Delaware yesterday is irrelevant.
Weiss and these guys, they try to get these gun shots.
Yeah, this is terrible.
It should have been done years ago.
The only thing that matters to us is Hunter Biden and Joe Biden selling out the country, selling out the country to the Chinese Communist Party and to the Ukrainians for cash money.
That's what we want to see.
That's what they're talking to the CIA director about.
Why did you intrude here in the investigations?
You're not going to do a misdirection play.
Misdirection plays don't work.
Don't work in the war room.
Yeah, Hunter Biden's going to get, I don't know, five years, 10 years or whatever, and they're going to use that to justify giving President Trump time in prison on July 11th.
No, we're not falling for that.
Those games, they fall for that over at Fox.
Fox did the Hunter Biden thing all day yesterday, right?
People whining, oh my gosh, Hunter Biden.
No, that is totally irrelevant.
It's a misdirection play.
And that's what controlled opposition falls for.
We ain't controlled opposition.
We got the receipts and we want to see the impeachment of Joe Biden and then criminal referrals and then criminal charges later.
That is what we want. | ||
And that is what we are going to get.
As sure as the turning of the earth.
And Hunter's tax deals, and Hunter's gun deals, and all the cocaine, and all the... You know, the testimony yesterday, people should watch it.
They're just a pack of feral dogs.
They're a pack of feral dogs.
Don't take it from me. | ||
Listen to the testimony.
Listen to the... I think his daughter's supposed to be for the defense, and they says, Happy Lowell picked the worst.
That's what buried him with the jury.
Because it's a pack of feral dogs.
And their crime family on top of it.
But they're coming after the good guys, and they're coming after them in a relentless fashion.
Remember, this is all about... Remember Mark Paoletta and Senator Lee?
Shrink the court until you can expand the court.
And right now, they've got... Mark, I gotta tell you, they've had Justice Thomas in their gun sights for 30 years, and Joe Biden particularly.
You've got some insight on that.
But man, oh man. | ||
And Jenny Thomas, but man oh man, they are freaked out at Martha Ann Alito and Justice Alito.
It is relentless, sir. | ||
Lead story in the Hill this morning from Alexander Bolton, who's one of their biggest guys.
The lead story there was about how the new audio tapes Yeah, it makes me love the Alitos even more.
on this fire. So Alexander Bolton over the hill, going and doubling and tripling down
about how this controversy is one of the biggest controversies the nation's capitals had in
many decades. Your thoughts, sir?
Yeah, it makes me love the Alitos even more. They're friends. They're wonderful people.
They're great patriots. And everything they said on those tapes is admirable.
He's a justice. | ||
People are going to win.
One side's going to win.
One side's going to lose.
He's probably thinking of litigants before the court.
One side is going to win.
One side's going to lose.
Martha Ann Alito? | ||
Patriot. | ||
And as you've talked about her being on the shortlist for the vice presidency, she's She's outspoken and in a good way.
And, you know, they've been after her.
I found particularly funny the part where she said, we're going to get you.
And the reporter says, who?
The media. | ||
You know, everyone hates the media and they should hate them even more after this and the coverage of this.
And I find it, you know, I do a lot of work in this area, Steve, looking at the hypocrisies of the left.
And the left actually celebrated Ruth Bader Ginsburg when she literally directly entered the 2016 presidential election campaign to attack Donald Trump, to literally prevent him from being president of the United States.
And Politico put up a piece praising her, that here is this woman who built up all this political capital, literally saying this, and that she was going to make sure that her legacy was protected by taking out Donald Trump because everything depended on it.
And as we know, because she overstayed her time on the court, Donald Trump got to replace her, won the presidency, and in a good karma moment, if you will, was able to pick her successor, which truly changed the court's direction.
Thank God for President Trump and his appointments, the three appointments.
But this is a nonstop attack on the justices, on the Alitos right now, the Thomases.
Last week, Fix the Court came out with one of the most absurd dishonest, sloppy, error-filled charts that I put up a big thread on, I'm going to be writing some pieces, where almost everything in there is wrong or dishonest.
It had to do with how many, the value of the gifts, they're not even gifts, that Justice Thomas received versus the rest of the court, and how they count gifts for Justice Thomas, but don't count the trips that Stephen Breyer took, the 17 trips that he took funded by the billionaire family, the Pritzker family,
big Democrat family, J.D. Pritzker on Illinois, Penny Pritzker, Secretary of Commerce under Obama.
That family funded 17 trips for an architecture review board
nothing to do with the Supreme Court.
It doesn't count as a trip, doesn't count as anything.
And so it's this double standard, it's the gaslighting of the conservative justices.
Again, Martha Ann, I would tell the posse should listen to those interviews over and over.
They're so enjoyable. | ||
Martha Ann talking about how the Washington Post fashion critic was tearing into Martha Ann for the clothes she was wearing, right?
During her husband's confirmation hearings back in 2005.
Just nasty stuff. | ||
And they're supposed to Turn the other cheek and walk around saying, oh, I love the media.
No, the media is despicable.
OK, and they target conservatives.
That's what goes on. | ||
They give the left a pass.
Justice Ginsburg. | ||
I go back to Justice Ginsburg because she has a stamp in her honor.
She has movies and books.
She's celebrated. | ||
And yet she was, in my opinion, the most unethical justice in modern times.
And so that's the disparity, the disconnect of the left protecting those who bring them the results that they want on the Supreme Court.
You can do no wrong. | ||
If you say abortion is a right in the Constitution, and if you say otherwise, you are unethical, you are stupid, you are bought and paid for by donors, and that's the game here.
And as I've said before, it's June, right?
All the opinions are coming down in the next couple weeks.
They want to try and force some of these justices to recuse, as Mike Lee says, they're not going to be successful with Justice Alito.
Hang on, hang on. | ||
You're gonna stick with me through the break.
Some of the other ones in terms of trying to intimidate them to trim their sails on
their opinions, we'll never know.
But that's why it's important to defend these justices and show them that the left is this
tiny sliver, right, the real, and it is the left.
It's not the kind of liberals.
Yeah. | ||
Go ahead. | ||
Hang on. | ||
Hang on. | ||
You're going to stick with me through the break.
This is the point. | ||
You have guys like Ryan.
He's on Fox yesterday pontificating about, oh, I believe in the Constitution.
second. | ||
Where are, the Democrats are pure evil, I got that.
But they get in a phalanx and they move, they're senators that every single day are trying to destroy the Supreme Court justice and their families.
And Mark Paoletta said the quiet part out loud, if they don't get them to recuse, they want them to back off these decisions of taking down the administrative state, of the immunity, of Fisher, of these huge votes.
This is political and information warfare.
They understand, pure Alinsky 101, they understand it and they're playing hardball.
My question is, Where are the constitutional conservatives? They talk a big
game, but eventually you've got to get in the trenches and fight.
Short commercial break. The War Room. Mark Palletto joins us on the other side.
Steve Bannon and Kash Patel, who many people believe is going to be his next CIA director,
looked straight into the camera and said that they were coming after Morning Joe
and warned us, as well as our producers, watch out, we're coming after you.
Newcash Patel agreed with Steve Bannon.
It doesn't get any more direct than that.
You know, of course, this is the same guy that accused me of being a murderer a dozen or so times, wanting me to be arrested, tried, executed.
That was in his first term, right?
So, it's a pretty direct threat.
A pretty direct threat to generals who don't bow down to him.
He says they should be found guilty of treason and executed.
He said he'll fire any U.S.
attorneys that don't go after his political enemies.
We go on and on and on, but as Mika said, People need to believe what he's saying.
They need to hear what he's saying and understand that a second Donald Trump term takes America into a very, very dark place.
unidentified
|
It's going to be a very, very close race.
I think there are terrible choices that we're being presented with.
And that's just the fate of that's what the primary voters selected.
And I regret the fact that that's that's where we are.
That's pretty strong. | ||
Yeah, that's the way I feel.
I agree with that. | ||
I don't support Biden either.
I think his policies are terrible.
I hate the fact that I feel I got to write in a Republican like I did the last time in 2020.
I voted for him in 2016, hoping that there was going to be a different kind of person in office.
And I do think character is a really important issue.
If you put yourself above the Constitution, as he has done... But what happened?
What turned you on? | ||
Is this the whole January 6th thing?
That's a part of it. | ||
I think it's a contribution of factors.
But I think it really is just character at the end of the day.
And the fact that if you're willing to put yourself above the Constitution, an oath you swear when you take office in federal office, whether as president or a member of Congress, you swear an oath to the Constitution.
And if you're willing to suborn it to yourself, I think that makes you unfit for office.
I don't know if there's a more loathsome person in this nation than Paul Ryan.
My question to the Murdochs, my question to the board of a publicly traded company, how can you have a guy that's a board member of a publicly traded company that has a cable network and he's a board member and he sits out there and trashes?
I mean, would that happen to any, has that happened to anybody else that on camera every day will trash somebody?
You talk about above the constitution, wasn't President Trump the selected Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Comey Barrett?
About the Constitution?
Is he talking about the steal of 2020?
Including the steal of his own state?
Remember in 2016, this is the guy, this is how gutless he is.
He waved us off in that last weekend in 2016 when we were campaigning and with Reince I got into a big fight.
Ryan said, no, you can't come to the state on Sunday, the Sunday right before the election.
I go, what are you talking about?
We're going across the nation.
We're going to hit every battleground state.
We have to do it. | ||
We pivot in Iowa, in Wisconsin to come back across the South.
He says, no, no, no, Paul can't do it.
Because he lost Wisconsin in 12 with Romney as his pathetic vice president.
And if he loses again and he's on a stage, he'll be, you know, his national political career will be over.
As a national political figure, I go, what are you talking about?
We've got an election to win and we're right over the target.
You go, no, no, no. | ||
Our polling is we're two or three down.
You're not going to do it.
It's going to be worse. | ||
Johnson will lose too. | ||
This is what a clown this guy is.
We won Wisconsin by a handful of votes.
And we won Wisconsin because we had teams that just went and just ran the tables there.
This guy is, you know, he was, he's just a stone cold loser.
And my question to the Murdochs, is it even, or the SEC, is it right to have a guy that sits on the board of directors of a public trade company and sits there and trashes, trashes the candidate for one of the parties?
It's never been done before.
Somebody's got to show me another board member that's done that and done it as frequently and with the hate that Paul Ryan has.
Because if I remember, he says he's terrible.
He's a populist. | ||
Yeah, we are populist. | ||
Yep. | ||
Yep. | ||
See, populists have fight.
They're not gutless cowards.
And that's the problem with the establishment of the Republican Party.
You're just controlled opposition.
This nation got into the shape it's in because of Paul Ryan.
Because of the gutless, feckless incompetence of Paul Ryan, that wants to get all the benefits from the system, but doesn't want to fight for what he believes in, and fight for what this country stands for.
Remember, Paul Ryan was the one that basically set up President Trump to get impeached.
How? | ||
He threw in the talus speaker.
Right after he failed, President Trump succeeded in getting his tax cut with no help from Paul
Ryan because Paul Ryan had a different idea.
We got President Trump's supply side tax cut done that Paul Ryan didn't help on because
he had this crazy idea about, I don't know, border taxes or whatever that got jettisoned.
And but Paul Ryan, the one thing he had to do was replace repeal and replace Obamacare,
which was the one epic fail we had because Paul Ryan couldn't get it together.
Of course, McCain put the knife in everybody.
Remember McCain? | ||
Put the knife in everybody in the middle of the night, including Mitch McConnell.
But Paul Ryan, incompetent, coward, feckless, coward.
They're coming for the Supreme Court, Mark Payaletta, and my concern is the Democrats, they know how to fight.
They're pure evil. | ||
But they're down for it.
And your thing about RBG, she was hailed as a modern-day saint.
She was Mother Teresa with a Supreme Court robe on it.
She was everything. | ||
It's only some progressives now that said, hey, she was such a narcissist, she stayed
too long and Trump got to replace her.
But the left knows how to fight.
They're going after the Supreme.
What they're trying to do is a digital lynching or a smearing or a digital assassination attempt,
a media assassination, just like they had people at their houses before.
They tried to assassinate Kavanaugh.
Which would have been, if it had been a Republican assassin, you'd have heard that story five million times.
Nothing on that. | ||
Crickets on that. | ||
But now they're using media.
This is information war.
And they want these people to pull back on these major decisions that are coming.
The five big ones about the administrative state.
The Fisher decision, which will blow up the Justice Department on J6.
And also, the all-important immunity decision.
They want them, in your words, which is perfect, trim their sails.
That's why this pressure's on it.
Yeah, you know, we could always use more out there, Steve.
The guy's out there all the time.
I'm a constitutional conservative.
Where are they in this fight, sir?
We could always use more out there, Steve.
I've been focused on pushing back, exposing the lies, exposing these tactics and the bad
faith, maliciousness of the left going after the court.
These are our heroes. | ||
This is our greatest branch right now, the most independent, and we need to protect it.
People need to get out there.
Mike Lee's been out there.
unidentified
|
Some of the Judiciary Committee members have been out there.
Mike Lee's been great. | ||
Ted Cruz has been very good.
Jim Jordan wrote a great op-ed.
Jim Jordan wrote a great ad, but it's got to be more.
We have to have a mass. | ||
I mean, it just can't be the guys are always dealing with the court.
This is a bigger fundamental issue.
This is not simply about separation of powers.
They are trying to destroy the Supreme Court now to then rebuild it to be like FDR's packed the court, sir.
No, I think from the speaker to the leaders in the Senate, they need to do something en masse to protect the court and push back on these attacks.
White House is reprehensible.
Okay. | ||
Durbin is, you know, reprehensible in their attacks on the court.
Jamie Raskin, Jamie Raskin just had an event yesterday.
We just filed CRA, Center for Renewing America, filed an ethics complaint against Jamie Raskin.
This is some of the stuff we need to do.
His wife had a million dollar asset he never disclosed until after he sold it.
Tom Fitton filed an ethics complaint against White House.
We need to keep those things in the press.
We need to hold those senators and representatives accountable for the lies they are doing and
also their unethical conduct.
It just needs to be a much more vigorous, rigorous defense of the court because right
now it is under assault.
Right now the Democrats are doing everything, every single day there's a new attack on the
Supreme Court. | ||
Just think about how...
How dangerous this is. | ||
And you're right. | ||
You know, the left, going back to what you were just talking about, President Trump and the rule of law, and going back to Scarborough, going back to even the tapes with the secret recordings of Alito.
The left are the ones who go and try and assassinate people, burn down buildings, right?
Do things like this. | ||
Go to justices' homes, which is a crime, to intimidate them.
They're outside of Justice Barrett's home.
She has little kids, right?
And they protest outside their home in an intimidating way and against the law.
That's what the left is doing.
The right does need to wake up and do more to defend the Supreme Court.
Also Ted Cruz, because Ted Cruz defended him.
Don't they go to Ted Cruz's house every Saturday morning and cause just havoc and chaos to embarrass his family and to make sure the neighbors are all irked?
I mean, they go, I think they've been going every, I think it's every Saturday for months and months and months because Ted Cruz, not just in his podcast, Ted Cruz is one of the few guys up there that defends him every day.
So if you defend them, they come after you.
Is that, is that, am I correct in that, Mark Payalotta?
100%. | ||
They want to make life painful.
They come after, look, They're going after Justice's wives, right?
This is how despicable the left is, right?
Ginny Thomas gets attacked.
Martha Annelito gets attacked.
Jane Roberts, you know, right before I think again, I track this stuff, you know, when the affirmative action case was coming down the track of Pike last year, who did they go after?
They went after Roberts.
unidentified
|
Why? | |
Because Roberts has been great.
on affirmative action over the years, right? So on that case, they wanted to make life painful
for him. So they went after his wife and her work, right?
Making up all these ridiculous recusal standards and attacking her. They attacked Jesse Barrett,
Amy Barrett's, Justice Barrett's husband, who I know, for just practicing law. They want to go after
the justices and their spouses and their family, and it's despicable.
They won't stop until they have undermined the Supreme Court.
As I said, shrink the court to try and get the decision.
You talked about there are some significant cases coming down in the next couple of weeks.
That's why this is on red alert, high alert for the left to smear, attack.
You saw Joy Reid with this, I don't even call her journalist, laughing about these undercover audiotapes.
Again, I've listened to him several times and walk away smiling each time about Martha Ann and how great she is and Justice Alito.
But there does need to be a more rigorous defense of the Supreme Court.
And you're saying now, their spouses and families, you've got the husband of Comey Barrett, Jesse Barrett, you've got Chief Justice Robert's wife, they went after her, now Martha Ann Alito, relentless on her every day, they're thinking up things, neighbors, all of it, like how can he even live, it's like the Stasi back in East Germany, and of course Ginny Thomas has been Unrelenting assault.
What can people do? | ||
What can average people do?
Where do they go for your site?
I mean, people want to get engaged here.
People want to be involved.
So what should they do, Mark?
Sure. | ||
Get educated. | ||
My website, MarkPayaletta.com has all my op-eds, has a lot of information on the court and the left's attack on it.
At Mark Payaletta is my ex-handle.
I would write to your senators.
I would get out there and, again, showing support for the Supreme Court, showing that these attacks are basically a, you know, the left is just this vicious group that doesn't represent the American people, right?
You talk about godliness, right, in this exchange with Alito.
Our anthem says, one nation under God.
We are a godly country, right?
And we should be a godly country and move more to a godly country.
Um, and, and so, um, you know, Mark Palette at Mark Palette is on X. That's my, my handle on X. Um, but I would write to the members of Congress.
I would let them know that this is, you know, in particular, Raskin, Whitehouse, Hank Johnson, um, Durbin, and tell them that this is, you do not support this.
This is a threat to our country, to these institutions, and it's dangerous.
Payaletta, CRA, absolutely amazing.
Russ Vogt's going to join us at the top of the 11 o'clock hour.
Mark, fantastic. | ||
Great work. | ||
Keep fighting, brother.
Thanks, Steve. | ||

Many of you will be there at Detroit this coming weekend.

We'll take the photographs, sign anything you've got.
And, uh, and just basically have some camaraderie.
How's that? | ||
Uh, team, a kind of a team meeting.
Um, we're very, very proud to be part of the, uh, Turning Point USA.
We get it. | ||
We're going to speak sometime, I think on Saturday afternoon, that'll all be worked out, but love to see you guys there.
If you go to TP, it was a TP USA action.
Um, just put in war room, you get a 25% discount.
Um, we're going to get a lot more into the fight in the second hour because now, Hey, If you're the tip of the spear, you gotta fight.
I would love to be able to focus on other things we're gonna have.
There's so much economic news.
I'm gonna have EJ and Tony join us tonight at 6.
He's going to join us tonight at six to go through all the economics.
Also, Ben Harnwell is going to join me at six.
We have tons of geopolitics, a lot happening on Europe, a lot happening on this war in Ukraine that we've got to get everybody up to speed up.
They're actually voting on, I think, one of the... I don't think it's the rule on national defense authorization, but they're voting on... They're pairing up, I think, that with...
The rule on Garland, this contempt charge on Garland, that's supposed to be voted by the overall House floor, and it looks like Johnson's saying he's got the votes.
It's going to happen at 3.30, we'll cover all that.
Birchgold.com, you heard MTG yesterday saying one of her big concerns was the global South being involved in the Ukraine situation.
The global South, I think, may end up being the peace broker.
They're showing their muscle.
They're flexing their muscle.
And while they're flexing their muscle, they've got tons of the resources of the world's, I would say 80% of the natural resources in the world.
And right now they ain't too happy with the US dollar because it continues to lose purchasing power.
Inflation news was out today.
We're going to break all that down tonight at six o'clock.
The purchasing power of the US dollar continues to drop.
And the Global South ain't happy about it, and that's why they've banded together.
They're all buying gold, they're central banks, but they're banding together to try to come up with an alternative to the U.S.
dollar. | ||
It's not going to happen overnight, but it shows you that we're weaning ourselves off Brenton Woods.
Now, Birch Gold can explain all that to you and what it means for your financial stability going forward.
So go to birchgold.com slash bandit and talk to Philip Patrick and team.
Philip is absolutely incredible.
The reason he can't come on the show during the week.
So tied up with talking to clients just like yourself.
So get there and do it today Field of greens.

What are the differences when people see these other things that are supposed to be healthy?
You get your vegetables, you get your fruits all in one location, but they're not exactly what they seem they are.
Why is field of greens better?
unidentified
|
Number one, thanks for having us back, Steve.
But the main thing is ours is, if you look at the bottle, it's actually... We just lost Miles.
We just lost him. | ||
Got my big tee up right there and just lost him.
We'll get Miles back up in a second, maybe at the top of the hour.
Okay, let me hit reset for a second.
Here's the important thing.
The most important thing.
The most important thing is that we are on offense here.
The mainstream media knows that.
They're absolutely freaked out about it.
They're not happy about it.
Every show, all you hear about is the whine, the whine, the whine.
Oh, it's retribution. | ||
They're coming after us.
No. | ||
This has nothing to do with retribution.
Has nothing to do with revenge.
The Biden regime stole the 2020 election and since they've stolen the 2020 election, since they've stolen the 2020 election, they've been on a jihad.
They have been on a jihad to destroy this country from the FBI to the CIA to the Justice Department.
To U.S. | ||
attorneys, right? | ||
You've seen it. | ||
You've seen what they've done to the traditional Catholics of how they've had reports trying to say, oh, you're breeding domestic terrorists and some of the most patriotic people in the country.
You've seen what they've done.
You've seen what the Justice Department did.
They just put in a 75-year-old woman at an abortion center who was peacefully protesting.
What did they do? | ||
They sent her away to two years in prison.
75 years old and they had a doctor and a lawyer there sitting there saying she was in absolutely terrible health.
She didn't care. | ||
They didn't care one whit.
This is what we're after.
When President Trump takes over, like I said, don't ever forget the three things that have to be accomplished right away.
Seal the border and begin mass deportations.
Uh, the second is that you have to, uh, the second is that you have to, um, then start to work on the economy.
You've got to get the tax cuts back in, but also you have to think of offsets, offsets on this spending to offset to offset.
I think at least some of the tax cuts and he will be directly involved in getting a solution to the Ukraine workers.
We're not going to pour any more money into it.
I think stepping in the middle and sorting out this situation in Israel with its enemies, particularly the Persians.
President Trump backed off the Persians for years and years and years.
Also sort this mess out in the Red Sea.
That's President Trump's number one priority.
He's got to take care of those three things immediately.
But we have to go after the deep state.
This is the Praetorian Guard.
This is the constant government we've had.
This is why we're going to go after the administrative state.
Not just the 2 million basic billets in the civilian side of the government, also the contractors, the 8 million contractors.
We're going after all of it.
And we're going to take it apart.
And we don't care what the mainstream media thinks about that.
So good morning, Joe. | ||
If you're worried, McCabe, why are you so worried?
McCabe, why are you saying people are having conversations about leaving the country?
What have you done that's so terrible that you think you have to leave the country?
OK, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to go out with modern day Holy War.
We've had a slight technical hiccup.
We will get that sorted.
Russ Vogt will join us on the other side.
Short commercial break. |
