It's a before-and-after moment for America.
What just happened today is a line we can't uncross.
And these Democrats will rue the day they decided to use lawfare to stop a presidential candidate.
I'm not talking about violence.
I'm talking about tit-for-tat.
You just wait, and it won't be Hunter Biden the next time.
It's going to be Joe Biden.
It could potentially still be Barack Obama.
It could still potentially be Hillary Clinton.
We're going to have to look at what the statutes of limitations are on the various crimes they surely committed.
We're going to have to look at passing laws to revive those dead crimes, felonies or misdemeanors, so that those cases can be brought out of time.
That's what may be in the interests of justice, just like they did for E. Jean Carroll.
With a New York state law that was passed so that she could sue him.
That's what happened. | ||
Turnabout is fair play.
And John Yoo, an amazing lawyer who worked in the Bush administration, Department of Justice, has a great piece out today talking about how that's the only way they'll learn.
The only way to save the republic now is to give them a taste of their own medicine.
That's it! | ||
That's it. | ||
They tasted blood today.
They're the wolves with the bloody piece of meat in their mouths.
That doesn't stop the wolf from coming back for more.
This is what Donald Trump is promising Americans if he gets elected.
That he's going to throw Hillary Clinton in jail.
That he's going to throw political opponents in jail.
That he's going to throw people on this show in jail.
Steve Bannon's promised that.
that he's going to get banned networks that aren't favorable to him, that he's going to
execute generals who are not politically allied with him, that he can use SEAL Team 6 to execute
political opponents and be immune from prosecution.
He actually had his lawyers argue that in court.
He's going to terminate the Constitution.
He's going to encourage Vladimir Putin to invade NATO allies.
He could go on and on and on.
But these are the things Donald Trump has promised.
Some crazed left-wing ideologue is saying he might do.
No. | ||
These are his words, Chris, underlying that danger if this authoritarian-in-waiting gets back into the White House.
We have a banana republic.
We're no longer a serious country.
But you want to know what, Steve?
You know what they talked about in conference this morning?
More tough talk in support for Israel.
More tough talk in support for Taiwan.
Talking about supporting and protecting other countries' borders while our border is under invasion.
What I wanted to hear in our conference today is that we were going to shut down the government and demand that the state of New York Turn over these convictions.
We want them turned over.
But you want to know something?
No. | ||
Republicans up here in Washington just want to toss it over to the Supreme Court and say the Supreme Court needs to do their job and they need to stop all of this mess.
Well let me tell you, let me tell you what they do not understand.
Thousands of people have been put in jail and are continuing to be put in jail every single day for protesting the 2020 election.
Protesting. | ||
And many of them peaceful protesters and they're being put in jail.
It's going to continue happening because now they've succeeded.
unidentified
|
I agree, but you fight a lack of principle with a principle defense.
You don't get down into the gutter with them and allow the pendulum... You know who we need?
No. | ||
I'm going to utter words I never thought I would utter in my life.
We need Steve Bannon. | ||
That's how I feel today.
Bring it on! | ||
Get somebody who knows how to fight dirty!
Calling the shots. | ||
We're losing! | ||
They're taking out our people!
This is about the president!
He ran for president because he knew he was going to be prosecuted.
Yeah, that's the bet. | ||
If he wins, it all goes away.
And he's actually, outside of the case that was just decided with the 34 felony guilty verdicts against him last week, he successfully has used delay tactics his team has to probably get these pushed past the election.
He thinks if he wins, Merrick Garland's out.
He puts, I don't know, Don Jr.
in as Attorney General or something, and everything goes away.
And Jonathan, there is actually, Axios has a little bit of reporting this morning, quoting Steve Bannon.
Take it for what it's worth.
a voice of a Maga world saying that they're going to go after Alvin Bragg first and try to put him in jail.
So, you know, this is a lot of people go, oh, it's Donald Trump popping off. It's what he does.
He's, you know, he's calling into Newsmax. But you've got to take this stuff seriously, given not only who he is,
but who he has surrounded himself with.
unidentified
|
We've learned that when he makes a threat like this, we have to take it seriously.
And what's different here, I mean, there's a lot, there's been Republican anger for years now.
They claim the witch hunts against Donald Trump.
But what's different about this verdict is just how out in the open it is, and how they're not trying to be subtle.
There's no euphemisms here.
There's no sort of like, let's be clever.
They're flat out saying, we're going to go after.
Those who have done this to Donald Trump.
Yes, Steve Bannon talking about Alvin Bragg.
We have Speaker Johnson.
The House Speaker yesterday saying they're going to look at the Department of Justice and try to defund a lot of what it can do as payback, they say, for the Biden DOJ going after Donald Trump.
unidentified
|
Now, of course, there's a limit to what they can actually do, but the threat is still there.
And it erodes Americans' faith in our institutions.
This has been one of the most dominant themes, Mike, of the Trump era.
Is going after, perceiving whether it's the FBI or the media.
And they have singled out those of us there as well as targets for retribution and trying to get Americans to say, hey, look, they're not on our side.
They're for them and really vilify everyone.
And it's putting us in a very dangerous place.
You won't comment on it, Mr. Attorney General, but you had no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo.
Who's Matthew Colangelo?
unidentified
|
That is false. | |
I did not dispatch Matthew Colangelo.
Matthew Colangelo became the Assistant Attorney General at the very beginning of the Biden administration.
without having been Senate confirmed, goes and gets the senior role at the DOJ, and then
after, I believe it's Gupta replaces Colangelo, Colangelo makes this remarkable downstream
career journey from the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and then pops
up in Alvin Bragg's office to go get Trump.
And you're saying that's just a career choice that was made that has nothing to do with
the lawfare coordinated by the D.C.
I'm saying it's false. | ||
unidentified
|
I did not dispatch Mr. Colangelo anywhere.
Well, do you know how he ended up there?
unidentified
|
I assume he spoke, uh, he applied for a job there and got the job.
But see, you know what- I can tell you I had nothing to do with it.
Well, you might not have had anything to do with it, but we've got this contemporaneous evidence in Mr. Pomerantz's book.
So Pomerantz writes this book, which I'm sure you're aware of, where he says, We put together the legal eagles to get Trump.
We got all these folks together and we assembled them for that purpose.
And so when we on the Judiciary Committee think about attacks on the judicial process, our concern is that the facts and the law aren't being followed.
A target is acquired. | ||
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
from DOJ, Mr. Pomerantz, and you bring everybody in to get him.
I really... | ||
And meanwhile, the judge is making money on it.
The judge is making money on it.
The judge's family is making money on it for stuff that you yourself wouldn't do.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
Because we're going medieval on these people.
You're not going to get a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
|
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
It's Wednesday, 5 June, in the year of our Lord.
I want to thank my crack team of producers here at the War Room and also the Real America's Voice team in Denver.
That was extraordinary.
That sums it up. | ||
Lead story this morning in the New York Times about seize the day, fight fire with fire.
Many people quoted Mike Davis, John Yoo, yours truly, others, about taking the torch to the enemy.
It has to happen. | ||
It won't stop. | ||
Yesterday, two of President Trump's lawyers and Mike Roman, one of the best men in this country, indicted on felony charges in Wisconsin.
It will not stop until it's stopped.
Axios lead story, also about this.
Morning Joe in full meltdown about it.
National Pulse, Rahim Ghassan's done a great job of kind of summarizing everything.
Rahim's going to join us in a minute.
But also two other important stories.
A major op-ed in the Washington Times by one Peter Navarro, the reason Dr. Navarro's not on the show a couple times a week, with his brilliant calls on the economy and how Bidenomics has been an epic fail is because he's in a federal prison.
Also the great Matt Boyle over at Breitbart with an incredible jailhouse interview, prison interview with Dr. Navarro.
I want to bring in Sergio Gore, publisher of not just Dr. Navarro's new book, but also I think you've got MTG on your back list.
Sergio, you've been at this a long time.
In fact, we've had Good morning, Steve.
I think it's a shocking day.
I think the points that you made in the New York Times are 100% correct.
on a lot. Where are we right now? You've been in a lot of these fights, a lot of these wars
since the Tea Party got here. Where are we right now, brother?
unidentified
|
Good morning, Steve. I think it's a shocking day. I think the points that you made in the
New York Times are 100% correct. I think the fighters that we have in Congress on our side
are standing up, but we need more of them.
We need more individuals like Matt Gaetz.
We need more individuals like Marjorie Taylor Greene.
They're 100% right. | ||
We laugh. | ||
We go about our evenings.
In the meantime, the other side gets together and figures out a way how to destroy us.
And so when you have members of Congress who go on TV networks every night and say, we're going to investigate.
And then nothing happens.
That's a problem. | ||
And we saw this. | ||
This is not new. | ||
This has been going on for years.
For many years, Lindsey Graham would go on Hannity every night, and he would say, this is when he was chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
I worked for almost a dozen years on Capitol Hill.
And he would say, we're going to subpoena them.
And guess what? | ||
Did Hillary get subpoenaed?
No. | ||
Did the Clinton Foundation get subpoenaed?
No. | ||
Did Hunter Biden? | ||
Did Joe Biden? | ||
Did anybody? | ||
We didn't have one subpoena going out.
The other side gets in on day one.
They politicized everything.
They took control of the judiciary system.
And this is the result. | ||
That we have people like Peter Navarro who are sitting today in jail.
This guy had an office in the West Wing.
And today he's in a Miami prison.
That's just abhorrent.
No, he's one of the top. | ||
By the way, the whole phony situation with Biden and the border, we'll try to get to that a little bit later, if not this afternoon.
Peter Navarro came up with a solution about tariffs.
I mean, Peter Navarro just wasn't the China tariff guy.
He was one of President Trump's right hand on all economic policy.
And in fact, the book, The New MAGA Deal, and I recommend if you want to support Peter Navarro, get the book.
And the book is a is a tool, a learning tool for yourself, and particularly as launch Trump Force 47, part of that is individual canvassing is going to be part of it.
This is the type of thing that will arm you with the economic arguments, the arguments of what really MAGA policy is in the White House under President Trump, as he talks about in all his rally speeches and interviews.
Of course, the mainstream media twist it, twist it.
Sergio, you work for Rand Paul, you work for Michelle Bachman, you were a major staff person up on the Hill.
What is stopping Johnson and his people from fighting back?
You know the inner workings over there better than anybody.
What are holding people back?
Because if you don't engage this, if you don't fight it, if you don't take the torch to them, it's going to continue.
They just indicted two Trump lawyers yesterday and Mike Roman, one of the best guys in the MAGA movement, indicted for felonies in Wisconsin at a state AG.
The only way to stop it is to fight it.
unidentified
|
You're 100% right. | |
I mean, the issue is here, people get to Washington and they catch Potomac Fever.
And for those that don't know what Potomac Fever is, they want to get invited.
They want to be included.
They want to be part of the club.
And so you get these fighters that genuinely, I think, get elected on a good platform.
They arrive there and they want to be part of the club.
And so you have individuals who would just get mesmerized by Capitol Hill.
We need individuals that want to go there, fix things, burn things down, frankly, because things are out of control.
You mentioned Peter Navarro in this great interview with Matt Boyle, which is available this morning on brightbar.com.
He talks about how he's not surprised that Trump got convicted.
And he also predicts that just like he ended up in prison, they could actually put President Trump in prison.
This judge in New York is out of control.
The fact that he's doing sentencing four days before convention, if that's not election interference, I don't know what is.
How do you have sentencing and the president won't be able to go to his own convention to accept the nomination?
This would have never happened before.
For decades, the Department of Justice had a policy that for the year leading up to the
election, they would stay away from politically sensitive cases such as this.
Because if that was election interference...
Sergio, hang on. | ||
You're going to stay...
unidentified
|
Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Birchgold.com. | ||
Read the New York Times.
Read Axios. | ||
Read Matt Boyle's great interview from prison of Peter Navarro.
Read Peter Navarro's op-ed in the Washington Times.
If you think it's turbulent, you ain't seen nothing yet, baby.
It's coming. | ||
It's got to. | ||
It's not going to stop. | ||
Let me repeat. | ||
They indicted two Trump lawyers yesterday on felony charges and Mike Roman.
One of the best operatives out there, a mega superhero.
Not going to stop. | ||
It will not stop until it is stopped.
And how do you stop it? | ||
You fight fire with fire.
Megyn Kelly said, we got to go Old Testament.
Sergio, I want to bring back, but I got a comment on something from MTG who's been on fire about this.
MTG, your thing on Potomac Fever.
Is the audience, write that down.
What happens is that the people you work for in these districts, good folks, they come here and they get enveloped by and embraced by the system.
The cocktail parties, the conferences, the dinners, the private dinners, that not just the lobbyists, but the apparatus, the administrative state, and all the hangers-on.
And they look at all the glory of the architecture and just the presence of the imperial capital, because this is like imperial Rome.
Not a small-R Republican city like the founders set up.
That's why they look to Republican Rome.
This is a different deal.
This is the imperial capital of a global empire.
And they tell these Yahoo lawyers to blow in from, as you know, from districts all over the country.
And they tell them, you're going to be a big shot.
You're a statesman. | ||
You're a man of purpose.
This is why we've got to give hundreds of billions of dollars to NATO.
This is why we've got to be all over the world.
This is why you've got to give money everywhere.
This is why you've got to support The open borders because it helps the economy.
That's in Politico today.
It helps the economy. | ||
You can't shut down the border because it helps the economy and it helps people.
You're going to be a good guy.
They're going to say good things about you in the Atlantic Magazine and on MSNBC, in the New York Times.
They're going to say good things about you.
That's Potomac Fever. | ||
There's a story out there about Johnson.
Polly Pockets went over, do you remember the flip-flop he did on Ukraine?
They took him over to the Situation Room.
And remember, the West Wing, as you know, Sergio and Rahim, the West Wing's essentially a military command post
with an old kind of office on top of it attached to the residence.
You had the Oval Office, and you had these small cubby holes
where everybody else works.
It's, you know, the thing is, oh, I don't know, a hundred and some years old, right?
But below that is a military command center.
A very sophisticated military command center called the Situation Room.
In rooms. | ||
They take Polly Pockets over there.
He's never been there. | ||
They take him down there and he's got those big eyes.
He's looking around and they're doing all the things on the screens and doing all this.
They give him the brief.
They throw a little top secret stuff in there.
And he comes back and goes, golly, you know where I just was?
Right? | ||
And it's a clown show. | ||
But now he's part- that's Potomac Fever.
Now he wants to be part of the club.
You want to know why Johnson switched from biblical worldview MAGA Mike to now John Boehner's mentee as coordinator Axios?
That's why. | ||
Sergio Gore, you've seen it so many times.
That's how we lose the fight, is it not, sir?
unidentified
|
You're 100% right. | |
I mean, I've been there.
I remember coming to your office, and if I can share with everybody, nobody had an office with so much paper on the wall about what they're going to do and how they're going to save the country.
But that's not what they show people when they want to impress them.
You're right. | ||
They bring them into that dark room downstairs.
They've got screens. | ||
They've got satellites.
They've got all kinds of drones flying around the world.
And they tell you, you want to be the next Winston Churchill.
And if you do, you gotta send your money to Ukraine.
And forget about the border.
That's not the priority here.
We gotta fund Taiwan instead.
And so you're 100%. | ||
Look, the reality is there's very few people, and we know most of them, it's Peter Navarro, it's President Trump, that are willing to put everything on the line.
Who do we know that is willing to just frankly go to prison?
I don't think there's ever been a case where somebody went from the White House to a prison.
Dr. Peter Navarro is one of those patriots.
He put it all on the line out there because he was not impressed by the shiny objects
that they try to sway you with.
One more time, I want you to give this judge, so folks, understand something on July 11th.
Look at the sign. | ||
There ain't no coincidences.
It's one week, I think, to the day when President Trump would take the stage in front of the world and accept a Republican nominee and give a blowout speech like in 16 and 20.
They will send him to prison.
Now, they may delay that with home confinement or something, but it's all to election interference, and he's got to come and be a supplicant to Mershon to make sure that he can go to Ohio, or he can go to Wisconsin, or he can go to Michigan.
How big a concern is that for you, Sergio Agoura?
unidentified
|
It's a massive problem.
I'm a delegate from Florida for the president.
I was actually with the president last night.
He appreciates the massive support that he has received, that our ticket has received from everybody, and that includes heavily this audience.
The president has raised close to $200 million in the last two, three days.
So that has been absolutely incredible and heartwarming to him.
But it's concerning and such as president, he could bar him from leaving New York.
He could bar him from leaving his apartment.
He can bar him from leaving Mar-a-Lago.
They got a hundred options under their belt.
So if that's not election interference again, I mean it is beyond ridiculous.
This is what you see happening in Africa.
You have one candidate running, they arrest the opposition and they throw away the key.
Because that's how they get They're reelection, frankly.
And so we're seeing the exact same thing happen here under the guise of justice.
Well, there is no justice today.
Where does this book, as a key part of the campaign going forward, where do people, it's going to be published, I think, at the campaign, at actually the convention.
And hopefully Peter Navarro will be out by then and can address the convention.
Where do people go to get the book?
And you've got a back list of amazing, you've got Carey Lake's book, you've got ATG's book, you guys have done an amazing job.
unidentified
|
We started Winning Team, thank you Steve, we started Winning Team publishing about three years ago, Don Jr.
and I, and we published the President's books, we published Don's books, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Carrie Lake, Jeanine Pirro, so we got quite a few MAGA and America First authors.
And so if you go to newmagadeal.com, newmagadeal.com, you can get a signed copy from Peter Navarro, you can get a regular copy, but that's a great way to support him, and you're absolutely right.
Right now, If everything goes to plan, Peter gets released on the morning of the 17th.
That is the day before convention ends and our plan is for him to fly to Milwaukee and join everybody including President Trump at the convention.
Amen. | ||
Incredible. | ||
By the way, the Matt Boyle piece, Matt's the best reporter we got.
Matt Boyle's piece is incredible.
The op-ed in the Washington Times is incredible.
Make sure you get that and go to newmagadeal.com.
One last thing, Sergio, make sure you tell your partner.
On Morning Joe this morning, they mentioned Don Jr.
as Attorney General. | ||
Hey, I gotta say, I think it may go to the top of my list.
It may go to the top of my list.
You don't need a law degree, you need common sense.
Don Jr.' 's got common sense.
I want to put him at the top of the list now for A.G., which I would love to be there for the confirmation hearing, sir.
unidentified
|
I love that idea, and I'll share that with him.
I'm actually flying out with him in about an hour, so that'll be our topic of conversation.
Yeah, tell him we're going to push it hard.
Thank you, brother. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
Sergio Gore. | ||
Sergio, what's your personal, what's your social media?
Where does everybody catch you?
unidentified
|
I'll give you an X, and it's just at Sergio Gore.
Right there. | ||
They got it. | ||
Sergio, thanks. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you, Steve. | |
Rahim Kassam, you've got an amazing kind of summary piece up on National Pulse, I think is the lead.
Also a very good picture.
I don't know where you get that picture.
My staff doesn't get those pictures.
Rahim gets it. | ||
A great picture. | ||
I think it's from one of Charlie Kirk's deals.
Tell me about your thoughts.
You did the consolidation of all these pieces.
What do they say? | ||
What's the meaning of them?
And what's the meltdown response been already?
Well, look, this is a lot more of the Kabuki theatre, I think, that you start to see from the left as they, you know, profess to panic.
And there is a lot of profession of panic out there at the moment.
There's a lot of professional panic out there at the moment.
These people are paid to do this.
It's whipping up the frenzy against Donald Trump and his allies.
Whereas, well, at the same time, You know, they are the ones who are complicit in totalitarianism, real totalitarianism, American totalitarianism.
You know, on this continent, in this nation today, there is a political party, there's a political movement that is routinely, routinely called for to be locked up and persecuted and prosecuted and dragged through the streets and sent to the longhouses and the gulags and so on and so forth.
And so, you know, this This status quo that we have at the moment on the political right, which basically says, oh, you know, and I'll give you an example of this, right?
When the verdict was handed down last week and I was outside that Manhattan courthouse, I texted a bunch of people in Congress and I said, look, you know, where are the legislative remedies here?
What can be done? | ||
Who can be hauled in? | ||
You know, what are you working on?
And the answer I got from most of them was, you know, under what Article 2 authority would I be exercising this?
You know, and I was just like, I really don't care, actually.
You know, they don't care.
The left has not cared for a very long time.
The globalists certainly don't care.
This isn't a constitution.
It isn't a legal settlement that they even believe in, let alone believe in adhering to.
And all the while, our people are Running not towards the fire, but towards the rulebook.
And going, oh, where can we fight back?
What does it say in this rulebook that we're allowed to fight back?
And so this is, these are the thematics, right?
On the one hand, very few fighters.
unidentified
|
As much as you have Potomac, Phoebus... Hang on, I want to go back to your point.
I want to hold you for a break.
Mike Davis is going to join us.
Rahim is going to stick around.
Rahim is doing Yeoman's work here because Rahim is under the weather.
But it's so important that Rahim is up and actually working.
We would have him in the war room, but he might get me sick.
Rahim, do you believe like Mark Levin, and Mark Levin I always take as the authority in this because he's so smart about the Constitution, do you believe like Mark Levin that we're in a post-Constitution America?
Well, firstly, I thought being in the war room was the cure, because I thought no malign germs or influences could survive near your clarifying presence, right?
The presence. | ||
The presence. | ||
Hang on. | ||
Stop. | ||
I'm gonna bring you back.
You're so good, you're coming back as a starring role in the next segment.
Raheem Kassam, go to National Pulse.
He's got an amazing summary of everything that's happened overnight and this morning on this firefight.
Between patriots in the administrative and deep state in lawfare in defense of President Trump.
Short break. | ||
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
I have Raheem Kassam from National Pulse.
Go over to National Pulse right now and check it out.
It is absolutely Fundamental reading every day.
One of the first sites I go to to get a summary of what the important news is.
Also have Mike Davis. | ||
Mike, Rahim, I'm gonna do a little... I'm gonna reverse the order here because Rahim tells you about these congressmen whining.
Where's the article to power?
You're our guy. | ||
Walk me through... And I think some even some of the stuff maybe didn't get in the New York Times article with your with some of your other quotes.
You've got a real plan, and other people are working on that plan.
Local DAs are working on this, certain attorney generals in states.
But walk us through, when people are whining, I don't have the power, we don't know what to do.
Mike Davis, you've thought this through, have you not, sir?
I have, but I would say this, that President Biden, his top aides, and his allies are running a republic-ending criminal conspiracy against President Trump.
His top aides like Peter Devaro who's sitting in prison, like you Steve Bannon who they're trying to send to prison, his attorneys like Jeff Clark and John Eastman, his supporters on January 6th, they are violating They're constitutional rights, and they're doing this for the purpose of their Democrat lawfare and election interference.
They fear American voters on November 5th, 2024, so they just want to have President Trump die in prison after they tried to bankrupt him and after they unsuccessfully tried to throw him off the ballot.
And if Republicans are scratching their head in the House right now and trying to figure out How they can fight back, that's shocking to hear actually, that they are this weak, that they are this feckless.
I can think of four constitutional authorities right now where they can do something about this.
They have the power of the purse, so they can investigate how federal funds are being spent on this Biden lawfare against President Trump.
There is the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, where the federal governments must provide due process of law.
An equal protection of law to all Americans, so that would apply to Jack Smith's two criminal charges.
You also have the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, where states must provide due process and equal protection of the law.
And there's Section 5 of the 14th Amendment that gives Congress very broad power to enact federal legislation to make sure that states are providing due process of law and equal protection of law.
So there's your legislative purpose on the first three.
Number four, the House can open an impeachment probe on President Biden, on Attorney General Merrick Garland, on any of these Senate-confirmed officials like Matthew Graves in D.C., who has politicized and weaponized the D.C.
U.S. | ||
Attorney's Office to go after Just about every person who trespassed and took selfies on January 6th.
He's gone after elderly Christians who are praying outside of abortion clinics.
He's gone after Trump's aides, like Peter Navarro, like Steve Bannon, while they give amnesty to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and James Biden.
Every scumbag Biden except for the six-year-old granddaughter who they finally acknowledged seems to have gotten a piece of that 20 plus million dollars that House Oversight Chairman James Comer has been able to track going from these corrupt foreign entities into every Biden just about every Biden's Bank accounts, right?
unidentified
|
So there are four hooks right there that House Republicans could use.
I want to go back to you first.
Because they're talking about defunding it in the appropriations bill.
We're going to have Andy Clyde on there.
He's got some writers, but you talk about Andy Clyde a lot.
But you're saying something different that could happen like this afternoon.
It's the use of appropriated money that is being spent and has been spent that they have full authority and oversight to come in and to look at.
Walk me through. | ||
I want to see every penny.
That's gone between justice and any and funny was I want to see every phone call every email.
I want to see the collaboration.
You know the the judge in Florida a federal judge cannon a hero who the onslaught of her they get they're getting a thousand ethics complaints from the Antifa left the BML left on her every day.
They've had to kind of stop it.
She's going to have a three-day trial.
And I think 27th, 28th, 29th in Miami to go through the details of Jack Smith.
The House has a legislative purpose.
They appropriate the money that's been spent.
I don't care about going for it.
Yes, we got to do that. | ||
But today on what they've already spent in the coordination and you can see you can see the conspiracy right there.
They have every authority to do that this afternoon.
Do they not? | ||
Mike Davis. | ||
Yeah, I mean, all they have to do is look at, take Andrew Clyde's appropriations rider that the Article 3 Project championed, and I think Andrew Clyde is an all-star, so we really commend him, and then hold a hearing on that rider, and as part of that hearing on that appropriations rider to cut off Federal funding for this Republic-ending welfare and election interference by President Biden against President Trump.
Colin, all these witnesses, ask for their documents.
Ask for staff depositions.
You don't ask, you subpoena.
So you subpoena their documents.
You subpoena these witnesses for staff depositions.
You subpoena these witnesses to come in for public hearings, and you hold them accountable.
And you get the communications between...
Nathan Wade, for example, Fannie Willis' dumb, unqualified boyfriend
in Fulton County, Georgia, big Fannie paid her dumb boyfriend $250 an hour, $700,000.
dollars right. | ||
And he's stupid enough where he actually billed his time for his two meetings with the Biden White House, including the White House Council.
He billed this to Fulton County taxpayers.
And they used COVID funds on this investigation.
There's your hook. | ||
Call in Nathan Wade, right?
Call him in, ask him about his communications with the Biden White House, including the Biden White House Counsel, right?
Do the same thing with Gary Stern, the General Counsel of the National Archives, and Jay Bratz at the Justice Department.
Call them in, ask them about their communications with Deputy White House Counsel to Joe Biden, Jonathan Suh, who orchestrated The Mar-a-Lago raid, which led to Jack Smith's January 6th and Mar-a-Lago bogus indictments.
I mean, call in Matthew Colangelo and ask Matthew Colangelo about his communications with anyone in Biden's world about the... Hang on, I want to play the Garland thing again, but hang on.
So, Rahim, you just had Mike Davis walk you through a menu of four things immediately from the Constitution you go after.
Did you hear any of that?
From these congressmen that were texting you after the judge ruled, you know, the verdict came in on the 34 felonies, sir?
No, I did not. | ||
No, I did not. | ||
And look, I know it's complicated and I know it requires reading and it requires, you know, doing some work.
But, you know, those are the sorts of things and also just the starts of the sorts of things that can be doing.
And look, you asked me another question.
I haven't answered that question.
You know, the fact of the matter is that if they want to play in a post-constitutional America, then we have to show them that we are ready and willing to play in a post-constitutional America.
I understand that's not the ideal.
We're not living in an ideal world.
We're not living in an ideal time.
And all of these things, you know, barring the legal remedies, the constitutional remedies, you also have to show the other side that just as they are willing to overreach, we are willing to overreach.
In fact, I'm not just willing to overreach at this point.
I'm happy to overreach at this point.
You have to be glad about the scenario in which you find yourself in.
Otherwise, you're not any use to me on the battlefield.
Mike Davis, before I play this garland clip, you keep talking about republic-ending conspiracy.
Do you agree with Mark Levin and Raheem Kassam that right now we're in a post-constitutional America?
And you've got to accept that as it is.
To get back to a constitutional America, you've got to fight on the battlefield that they've laid out, sir.
Your thoughts? | ||
There's no question. | ||
No question. | ||
And I call it the dead chicken strategy.
If you don't use power against the left, if you don't give them a healthy dose of their own medicine, this will never end. This has been a
one-way ratchet. I would say to the House Republicans, pretend like President Trump, his
last name is Zelensky, or pretend like the Trump campaign is Google. If you actually put it in
those terms, House Republicans may actually start fighting for President Trump and the Trump
campaign. Wow. | ||
Wow. Okay, I want to play, I believe strongly that under Matt Gaetz's tough questioning of
Garland, he perjured himself in a bald-faced lie, but I want to play it again so you can
hear it and then I'll bring in Rahim and Mike Davis for commentary.
Let's go ahead and let it rip.
So you won't comment on it, Mr. Attorney General, but you had no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo.
Who's Matthew Colangelo?
unidentified
|
That is false. | |
I did not dispatch Matthew Colangelo.
That's false. | ||
And you're saying that's just a career choice that was made that has nothing to do with
the lawfare coordinated by the administration?
I'm saying it's false. | ||
I did not dispatch Mr. Colangelo anywhere.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Well, do you know how he ended up there?
unidentified
|
I assume he spoke, he applied for a job there and got the job.
A target is acquired. | ||
Mike Davis. | ||
Did he just perjure himself?
You assemble the legal talent from DOJ, Mr. Pomerantz, and you bring everybody in to get
him. | ||
I really- And meanwhile, the judge is making money on it.
The judge is making money on it.
The judge's family is making money on it for stuff that you yourself wouldn't do.
Mike Davis, did he just perjure himself?
Is that a bald-faced lie?
Look, so Matthew Colangelo was the acting associate attorney general on the Biden parachute
team into the Justice Department on January 20th, 2021.
Then when Vanita Gupta got confirmed by the Senate as the Associate Attorney General, the number three Matthew Colangelo was the principal deputy associate attorney general, the number two to the number three.
And to the people out in real America with real jobs, they may not understand how powerful and influential that job is.
That's the job that my former boss, Neil Gorsuch, had in the Justice Department before he became a Tenth Circuit judge in Denver and then went on to the Supreme Court.
Matthew Colangelo took a different path.
He went from that very top-level political appointment in the Biden Justice Department where he was essentially the chief operating officer for the entire civil side of the Justice Department, the Civil Rights Division, Civil Division, Tax, Antitrust, Office of Justice Programs, COPS, all the money that goes out of the Justice Department.
Matthew Colangelo went from that very senior job to Bragg's office, With very little experience as a prosecutor to go work in a dingy D.A.'
's office to run this lawfare and election interference against Trump.
It's just not believable that Matthew Colangelo would not have had a conversation.
It's not believable. | ||
It's not believable. | ||
Hey, he's the number three guy.
Come on. | ||
And they're going to reward him by making him dag as soon as they can if Biden was ever win, which will never happen.
It strains credulity. | ||
He lied. | ||
There is zero probability and when we get the text messages and the emails and we get people under oath and you start grilling them in a star chamber, right?
They're gonna break and they're gonna cough up the fact he went as the chief architect.
There is zero probability.
Zero. | ||
He left one of the most powerful jobs in all law in this nation The number three job in the Justice Department, underneath Lisa Monaco and Garland, to go take some assistant district attorney in the hellhole of New York working for Bragg and the rest of the clowns up there.
He went as the architect.
He went as the chief architect of this.
Pomeranz tells you that.
He went as the chief architect.
Garland perjured himself.
He lied to Congress and America.

I want to thank her for coming on a great interview last night.
Mike Davis, I know you've got to bounce.
Your closing thoughts on this, sir?
I would say to these Democrat politicians and operatives, including in the liberal media, who are panicking right now about what the Trump 47 Justice Department could do in response to President Biden's Republican lawfare and election interference against Trump as top aides.
His attorneys and supporters, I would say buckle up guys and also lawyer up because unlike this Biden lawfare where you bring in bogus charges like settling a nuisance claim seven years ago or objecting to a presidential election which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment or having your presidential records in the office of former president which is allowed by The Presidential Records Act, what the Biden Democrats are doing, those are actual federal crimes.
You have a conspiracy against rights and related civil rights crimes under 18 U.S.C.
241 and 18 U.S.C. | ||
unidentified
|
242. | |
These are very serious federal civil rights felonies up to 10 years in prison.
And it's very clear that's what's happening with these illegal, unconstitutional DAG orders on President Trump and people like Roger Stone, that this politicized and weaponized Justice at every level with Jack Smith, with Alvin Bragg, with Fannie Willis, with Matthew Colangelo, Jay Bratt, Gary Stern, Nathan Wade.
I mean, there are so many, Judge Mershawn, Lauren Mershawn, Tanya Chutkin in D.C.
There are so many Democrat prosecutors and judges and witnesses and operatives who are at a minimum fact witnesses in this criminal conspiracy against the rights of Trump, his top aides like Peter Navarro, who's in jail right now.
Steve Bannon, who they're trying to send to jail.
John Eastman, Jeff Clark, these January 6th supporters.
The Biden Justice Department is selectively prosecuting Trump and his aides and his allies and his supporters while they give amnesty to Joe Biden and James Biden and Hunter Biden for their obvious foreign corruption and bribery.
They have a Bogus show trial and a gun charge in Delaware right now where there's no chance the jury's gonna find him guilty even though there's overwhelming evidence of Hunter's guilts and they're giving amnesty to BLM and Antifa and Hamas and trans terrorists.
They're going after parents, they're going after Christians.
There's gonna be a reckoning come January 20th, 2025.
20th, 2025. So buckle up, lawyer up.

You can also follow us on social media.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Thank you, brother. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
Rahim, any closing observations, sir?
Yeah, I mean, you know, I'm sick.
And the way you deal with the sickness is not to kind of wag your finger at it and go, oh, that is a terrible thing to do.
Why would you possibly attack the host body like that?
And if the host body is America, then the Democrat Party, the globalists behind them are the cancer.
And it needs eviscerating.
We've got to a point now where, you know, and we'll say it till we're blue in the face.
I'll certainly say it till I'm blue in the face.
When you look at what's taking place over across the other side of the ocean at the same time as well, whether it's the European parliamentary elections, whether it's the election of the United Kingdom, people are kind of done being like, oh, but, you know, can't we just go back to a time?
No, you actually can't.
You've got to get it out of your head.
You're not seeing that time again in your lifetimes.
Maybe if you're lucky, your kids, your grandkids might see that time again, but you're not going to that time again in your lifetimes.
So act appropriately. | ||
Rahim, we'll have you back on about Nigel and Normandy and all that in the next couple days.
