Von Hilliard.
There's a verdict.
unidentified
Von Hilliard, what do we know?
There's a verdict.
ben bergquam
A note that was sent at 4.20 p.m.
unidentified
Eastern.
That was 17 minutes ago.
We have a verdict in the criminal trial of Donald Trump.
The jury has been asked for 30 minutes to fill out the juror form.
They would like an extra 30 minutes to fill out that form.
Nicole, that is what we know from inside of this courthouse in lower Manhattan.
nicolle wallace
All right.
Another historic day in these United States of America.
The first ever jury to sit and render a judgment in the first ever criminal trial of an American ex-president has done its civic duty.
They have done what they were asked to do.
They have served.
They listened to 22 witnesses.
They asked for some very specific chunks of testimony read back to them.
They asked for the instructions read back to them and they have rendered a verdict on whether or not Donald Trump is guilty on these 34 criminal counts.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
You're not going to get a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
steve bannon
It's Thursday, 30 May in the year of our Lord, 2024.
Take out your pen and write down an historic day, as we're about to find out here momentarily.
We're going to go to the courthouse in Manhattan.
Judge Mershon has now gotten back in the courtroom, and I think that he's sitting on the bench, so they're all ready to go.
I think the jury's filling out some additional forms.
We have Ben Berquam, David Zier, and Andrew Giuliani, I think Andrew and Dave are actually inside.
We're going to go to Ben momentarily.
We have wall-to-wall coverage on this, of course, Real America's Voice in the World.
Let's start with Mike Davis.
Mike, can you put it in perspective?
There were some long faces at MSNBC this afternoon when they were having additional testimony read, and there was word out initially that they were going to send the jury home at 4.30 and continue tomorrow.
There were some worried looks, some knitted brows.
Your thoughts, sir?
mike davis
I have no confidence in this partisan, corrupt, and rigged process by these Biden Democrats in New York.
You have a partisan Soros-funded prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, who campaigned on getting Trump.
You have this Biden political operative, Biden and Obama political operative, Matthew Colangelo,
who got deployed to Bragg's office to bring these bogus charges against President Trump
from seven years ago, based upon what they allege is a bookkeeping misdemeanor, which
it's not, but that they've tried to transform it into these felonies.
You have this corrupt Judge Juan Marchand, who illegally donated to Biden's campaign
and whose daughter is raising millions of dollars off of this unprecedented, rigged
trial against a former and likely future president.
And you have a jury pool that voted 87% for Joe Biden and Colangelo and Bragg and Judge Marchand further rigged the jury selection process to weed out the Trump social media followers, but not the Biden.
And then they rigged the jury instructions where they gave the jurors clearly unconstitutional jury instructions That they don't have to unanimously agree with the second crime that somehow transformed this bookkeeping misdemeanor, alleged bookkeeping misdemeanor.
It's not.
A legal expense is a legal expense, but they told their jurors they didn't have to unanimously agree on what that second crime was in furtherance of that bookkeeping misdemeanor that transformed this into 34 felonies.
That is a direct violation of Supreme Court's precedent from 2020 that states have to
ensure that their jurors find unanimous guilt on all essential elements of the crime.
They disregarded that here.
This judge illegally, unconstitutionally gagged President Trump, a criminal defendant, during
this bogus kangaroo court trial over the last several weeks, where Trump can't even point
out the evidence that Lauren Michon is raising millions off of this trial over which her
father is presiding, requiring Judge Michon's recusal under New York statute.
Clearly requires.
That's not according to me.
That's according to a former federal Clinton judge from New York on Caitlin Collins' show on April 5th on CNN, right?
And Trump can't talk about the fact that Colangelo got deployed as a senior former Obama and Biden operative and DNC operative to go to Bragg's office to make up these bogus charges to take out Trump.
Trump can't respond to the so-called star witnesses, Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen,
who have changed their stories many times, both of whom are raising money on social media
off this trial, trashing Trump and peddling Stormy's porn site, this Bimbo porn star.
And Michael Cohen has changed his story so many times.
He's a serial perjurer, a convicted felon, disbarred attorney who admitted during this trial
that he embezzled from Trump.
He was mad that Trump didn't pick him to go into the Trump White House back in 2017.
Stormy testified she hated Trump.
Trump can't respond to them even though they're online trashing him.
This judge let in highly irrelevant and highly unfairly prejudicial testimony by both of them to trash President Trump and Trump can't talk about any of this and
it's just let's just also point out something that at least a phonic pointed out
This judge just happened to be randomly picked for the prior Trump Organization criminal trial
This current Trump trial and Steve Bannon's trial. That's not random
This guy was selected by these Biden Democrats and his daughter's making a lot of money. I can either I
steve bannon
Can either confirm to deny about that?
Mike, hang on for one second.
We have John Solomon in the studio, Real America's Voice in D.C.
Let's go live outside the courthouse.
Think momentarily.
They're going to read the verdict.
We got Ben Burquam and Raheem Kassam.
Ben, Bob Costa of CBS News is saying he's the biggest crowd he's ever seen in the park the entire time.
Police helicopters overhead.
Put us in the room, or better than that, put us outside the courthouse.
ben bergquam
Yeah, we're actually out where President Trump's motorcade is expected to leave.
It leaves every day.
We've got a crowd out here.
It's been building every single day.
We've got a couple hundred people of Trump supporters out here waiting for President Trump to leave.
And, Rahim, I don't know if it's confirmed or not.
I want you to jump in.
You just got some news?
raheem kassam
Well, Ben, we have a number of people breaking news right now that says the jury has found guilty.
ben bergquam
Sorry, Steve, go ahead.
Sorry, Steve, go ahead.
steve bannon
Yeah, go ahead, Rahim.
Go ahead and read.
Rahim, go ahead and read the guilties.
raheem kassam
Well, we have a number of... I haven't got all of the things in front of me here, but we're getting notification that there is a guilty verdict here in Manhattan in the trial against President Trump right now.
The news is breaking.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on.
I think he's guilty on 18?
On 10 counts?
unidentified
Count one guilty, count two guilty, count three guilty.
steve bannon
No, they keep going.
Yeah, hold on, hold on.
I think they're all... I think they're guilty on all so far.
What's the over and under on 32?
I think it's going to be 32.
ben bergquam
I just got word from Cassandra in the courtroom, and she says guilty on all so far.
Guilty on all counts so far.
I don't know what the total number is yet.
steve bannon
So, Rahim, I think it's going to be 32 guilties, it looks like.
34 guilties, excuse me, 34 guilties.
Guilty, it looks like guilty on all of them.
Your thoughts, Rahim Kassam?
raheem kassam
CNN is reporting that Trump is found guilty on all counts.
On all counts, Steve.
ben bergquam
We just got that confirmed from Cassandra in the courtroom.
Guilty on all counts.
unidentified
The death of America, as we see it.
steve bannon
No, it's not the death of America.
It's far from the death of America.
ben bergquam
Of the justice system.
steve bannon
Hey, here's the thing, Ben.
We're going to set things right on a victory.
This is not going to damage President Trump at all.
You saw how quickly they came in.
Guys, hang right there.
I'm going to come right back to you.
Is John Solomon up?
Okay, let's go.
Tell me when John Solomon's ready.
Let's go back to Mike Davis.
Mike, you picked it, brother.
Guilty on all 34.
Your thoughts?
mike davis
This is predictable and predicted.
It's utter horse manure.
I won't say what I really think.
This trial was rigged from the beginning with these partisan prosecutors, this corrupt judge, this rigged Jury selection and these rigged jury instructions.
You're going to see Biden and these Biden Democrats celebrate tonight and celebrate tomorrow, but when this backfires, Spectacularly in their faces because the American people know that this is a bogus Biden trial in New York.
This is a third world Marxist trial to lock up your political enemy.
When these Biden Democrats hear from the American people, they're not going to like what they hear.
So I've said all along they're going to find him guilty because it's rigged.
This is going to help Trump win by a landslide.
On November 5th, 2024.
Before, he was winning by two points.
He's probably going to win by four points now.
And if this corrupt Judge Marchand tries to put you up in prison, it's going to be six points.
steve bannon
But hang on.
I want to make sure this audience understands something.
This is now all about your agency.
Ben Burcombe's right.
The traditional... I've just had some very smart lawyers who are not MAGA, who are not Republican.
I would actually say they're progressive Democrats.
They're even sitting there going, they can't believe this happened.
The only way we set things right is through victory.
And the only way we have a victory now is through this audience being force multipliers.
Very simple.
It's time to collect yourself and say, yes, we've seen what's happened.
We've seen how they've run the tables on this and this crooked process.
But you got to say, hey, I'm more determined than ever to set things right.
Let me know when I got John Solomon.
I want to go to John in the studio.
Let's go back.
Mike, hang on for a second.
You're right.
Shotgun with me here for a while.
Let's go back to Raheem Kassam, Ben Burquam.
Raheem, your thoughts.
raheem kassam
Well, tensions are increasing here outside the courthouse right now.
You can probably see and hear a lot of commotion behind me.
A lot of the corporate press kind of cheering, or smiling, grinning, egging these people on, who feel clearly aggrieved with what's happened today.
But, you know, I echo your sentiments, Steve.
I think a lot of America will watch today and will watch the proceedings that have gone on over the last couple of weeks and last couple of months and say, you know, what the heck is this?
This is an election year.
This man is fighting a political campaign and he's being held up in a courtroom and he's being found guilty on things.
By the way, I think everybody, as much as the polling shows us as well, that everybody kind of agrees, you know, what is this?
This is not a crime.
This is things that they've dredged up.
These are exceptions that they've made to the way that the rule of law works in the United States that is deemed to prosecute this person.
I actually feel like, despite how deeply sad and deeply distressing the abdication of rule of law is for the United States right now, I actually feel like this is more wind at the back of President Trump here.
More wind at the back of the campaign.
More wind at the back of his supporters.
And of course, you know, not to sound crass about this, I'm sure it'll be a record fundraising day for the campaign as well.
steve bannon
Ben, what is going on outside?
Tell us.
You've been down there from the beginning.
What's happening here?
Tensions starting to rise, sir?
ben bergquam
Yeah, they're pissed.
I don't know if you heard some of that language coming through.
They're pissed.
Let me grab one of these guys over here.
We just got the guilty verdicts on all of this.
Tell me what you guys think about what's going on out here, man.
unidentified
It's angering, it's upsetting, but at the same time it gives us hope because the people on the ground, people like me, people that are here, people who have been fighting, grassroots people, the minority community, Latin Black community, we are going to be so angry and we're going to find and we're going to say, he's just like one of us.
That's what's going to happen.
We're going to understand that he's just like one of us and that if they could do that to a sitting president, to a former president, if they could do that to him, they could do that to us.
But now what you're going to see is I guarantee the poll numbers are going to go so high up.
He's going to get a brand new wave of new supporters like he's never had before.
If you thought he won in 2020, which he did and won in 2016, wait till you see 2024.
You're going to see a massive red wave.
And we the people here on the ground are pissed, but we're happy because we know the end.
ben bergquam
Amen.
Amen.
And Steve, one other thing, just to jump in on this.
This is, so people understand this, you know, we're in the mafia, the heart of mafia.
This is where mafia really, outside of Sicily, grew in America and Chicago.
This is the new mafia.
The courts, the bar association, this injustice system is the new mafia in America.
And it's up to this generation to stop it.
steve bannon
Hey Ben, Ben.
Yeah, I got it Ben.
Can we get some more comments from people down there?
ben bergquam
Yep.
unidentified
Yep.
ben bergquam
Jump in.
unidentified
Jump in.
Okay.
The most... First of all, we... Hang on.
ben bergquam
We gotta keep that shot up.
unidentified
Okay.
Okay.
The first thing we... First thing we all knew, we knew it was gonna be guilty.
If it wasn't gonna be guilty, they wouldn't have came back so fast today.
Okay?
That's number one.
Number two is we all knew it was a sham.
The thing is that we have to take a deep breath and realize that this is not a sprint, this is a marathon, okay?
So all this did is, like the Fannie Mae mugshot, all this did is basically stamp him into everything what we said about.
So it's all about this take a deep breath, okay?
No violence.
What is the judge going to do now?
That's the most important thing.
Are they going to release him?
Are they going to make a statement?
What's really going to happen from now on in?
That's the main question.
But we all knew this was coming.
But it's the universe and God, believe it or not, we needed to see it this way so every single person wake up.
I live in the east side of the 20s.
There's crime everywhere.
I walked my girlfriend everywhere.
There's a million cops here and it's just embarrassing.
I can't wait for this to be over so we can get to the streets and make this city safe.
This is an embarrassment and the whole world sees it.
There's absolutely no way we was going to come back completely innocent.
How could you say that if you look at all the charges, the way everything is set up?
That's just the bottom line!
I mean, it's the truth!
ben bergquam
Thank you.
I love that.
Let me bring in— Steve, I want to bring in now, here, Stephanie.
Stephanie from China.
Jump in on this as well.
unidentified
I'm very sad that this happened, although I'm prepared, because I know the political persecution has been going on.
And also, I know those jurors are under great pressure, you know.
This weaponization of justice system, this abuse of power has been going on for a while.
So I'm sad, but I'm prepared.
So Trump will fight.
ben bergquam
And you said this—you're on with Steve Bannon right now—you said that courage is contagious.
We played that the other day.
What does this do for you?
unidentified
Yeah, courage is contagious.
Everybody should stand up.
Trump supporters are silent majority.
Please do not be silent anymore.
Just because good people are silent, the evil people get away for so long.
Too many cowards.
I admit I used to be a chicken, but now to save our country, to bring back our country, we have to be courageous.
Wait, one person stand up and you can bring more people.
ben bergquam
Yeah, Steve.
Thank you, Stephanie.
steve bannon
Hang on.
No, no, no, no.
Get Stephanie back.
Get Stephanie back.
Ask her, what does she recommend we do now?
What should the Trump movement, what should MAGA do now?
ben bergquam
Steve is asking, what is your message to the Trump movement?
What should we do now?
unidentified
Action, action, action.
Don't complain.
Don't blame.
Complain, no use.
You have to take action.
Do something.
Campaigning.
Door knocking.
Or make phone calls.
That's what we did.
We did.
We go to New Hampshire door knocking.
We do phone calls for primaries.
We're going to do Thank you.
door-knocking in the swing state.
That's a lot of Chinese-Americans are doing.
You're getting involved.
You're getting involved.
ben bergquam
Take action.
Yeah.
unidentified
Amen.
I love you, Stephanie.
Thank you.
ben bergquam
I'm talking from my heart.
Steve.
donald j trump
Hi.
steve bannon
Keep going, Ben.
Anybody else you got?
ben bergquam
I've got another one.
Come over here, sir.
unidentified
Okay.
Let's go.
Let's go.
We gotta be out in the streets, everybody.
There's some 300 million Americans.
Let's get out there.
Let's take refuge in the sacred heart of Jesus and the immaculate heart of Mary.
Pray and act.
Pray and act.
The Lord helps those who help themselves.
Let's show some guts!
Because there's too much selfishness.
So show some guts!
I was in the rescue movement.
I tried to save the life of Terry Shabo down in Florida.
And because there's evil, it's evil running this government now.
It's not a land that are free and a home of the brave.
And for me to have to say that about America, but look what's happening!
ben bergquam
Yeah.
unidentified
Look what's happening.
God bless you.
Thank you.
Thank you, sir.
God bless you.
Hi.
They've opened up a can of worms.
As Schumer said to the Supreme Court, there's going to be a firestorm of stuff.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander, and they don't realize it.
They don't learn a lesson what they did with the Supreme Court nominees.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
When Trump wins, they'll get their kumbumpins.
ben bergquam
Keep going, Steve.
steve bannon
Ben, ask him what our next action should be.
Tell the country what should be the next action.
ben bergquam
I want to get both of you guys in on this.
Same question we asked Stephanie a minute ago.
What should be the next action for all Americans?
I'm going to go here first and then to you, sir.
unidentified
Let's turn to God.
We gotta turn back to God.
Put prayer back in school.
Protect the babies.
Protect people like Terry Shabo.
donald j trump
They wouldn't give us a venue change.
We were at 5% or 6% in this district, in this area.
This was a rigged, disgraceful trial.
The real verdict is gonna be November 5th by the people.
And they know what happened here and everybody knows what happened here.
You have a sole respect DA and the whole thing.
We didn't do a thing wrong.
I'm a very innocent man and it's okay.
I'm fighting for our country.
I'm fighting for our constitution.
Our whole country is being rigged right now.
This was done by the Biden administration.
In order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.
And I think it's just a disgrace.
And we'll keep fighting.
We'll fight till the end and we'll win.
Because our country's gone to hell.
We don't have the same country anymore.
We have a divided mess.
We're nation in decline.
Serious decline.
Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now.
From prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and they're taking over our country.
We have a country that's in big trouble.
But this was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case.
Never.
And we will fight for our Constitution.
This is long from over.
steve bannon
Thank you very much.
Let me go to John Solomon, Real American Voice Studios in D.C.
John Solomon, you've been in all of this from the beginning.
You just heard the President.
Give me your thoughts.
john solomon
Well, first, listen, it's a very dark day for America.
Historically, we've never had a president convicted of any crimes.
That's happened today.
I think this sets a long path where it's going to lead to reversal.
I think there's a significant, from all the experts we've talked to, significant judicial error in this case.
But it's also another moment to realize that our judicial system will never be the same.
Today is the day.
That the judicial system that governed America for 238 years pretty successfully through very big crises, it's going to be changed forever because Democrats used the judicial system to settle a political score.
They tried to get Donald Trump on Russia Collusion.
They couldn't.
They tried to get him on impeachments.
He got acquitted.
They had to go to Manhattan to a 90 plus percent Democratic district with a Soros funded DA and a lent Biden DOJ prosecutor to try to finish a job that they've been going on for six or seven years because it's political in nature.
These charges are political in nature.
Our system will always be tempted to go this route now.
We're no matter who's in charge of it.
So our system has changed forever.
I think When Alan Dershowitz said that on our show the other day, he was right.
This is a moment that's going to have far-reaching consequences for the American judicial system, far beyond the 2024 election.
We know voters don't care about this verdict.
67% said it wouldn't affect their vote in 2024, so Donald Trump probably will stay in the lead, may even gain some points in the lead.
He may make more connections to the African and Hispanic communities, who often feel they've been victimized by an unfair judicial system.
The temptation to use the judicial system to settle political scores, that's a threshold we cross today that I think will have profound consequences for a long time to come.
steve bannon
When you say it's going to be set right, what do you mean?
After President Trump wins?
john solomon
Well, listen, I think there are two things.
First, obviously, the ultimate jury—I think the president said it himself—the ultimate jury of the American people on November 5th.
They'll decide who they believe in this trial and who's best for our country.
I think in the court system, this is probably going to get reversed.
I think there is—just again, I'm not a lawyer, but all the lawyers I've talked to, including many Democrat lawyers—listen, Alan Dershowitz voted for Joe Biden, right?
He says that there is significant errors in this case.
There are legal experts who are as anti-Trump as you can get.
They believe judicial errors occurred.
Judge Murchon created a stew of bad instructions and bad moments in the trial that likely influenced the jury.
So I think it will get set right in the courts eventually.
But that's a one or two year process.
Joe Biden and the Democrats knew it would be a one or two year process, right?
They just want to be able to say, Donald Trump, we're running against a convicted felon, just like what's happened with Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil, where they indicted him.
We're now inspiring other countries to follow this model.
The once great American jurisprudence system now is going to be held up and said, is this really what we want to be a model for in the future?
This is a really consequential day for America.
steve bannon
John, you've argued for a long time that we have to have a mass investigation in the House to think through legislation that could stop this.
Do you still believe that?
john solomon
Yeah, listen, there is so much evidence that the American public could benefit from between now and election day if Congress does its job.
We can go back to one of the times, the early year get Trump scenarios.
Let's go back to the 2019 impeachment trial.
We can demonstrably show, Congress could demonstrably show that the testimony used to try to get the president impeached is inaccurate and false, right down to The fact that Joe Biden claimed and all of his witnesses claimed that it was career bureaucrats that recommended that the prosecutor show can be fired.
We now know career bureaucrats recommended the opposite.
How do we know that?
I sued and got the records from the State Department.
But why not remind between now and election day that the evidence used in earlier get Trump scenarios, Russia collusion, Ukraine, January 6th, that it is flawed and in some cases downright inaccurate,
so that people start to judge this verdict in light of a seven or eight year machine.
Congress could do a lot more between now and election day, whether they'll do it or not, I don't know,
but the evidence is there, the 3.3 million documents on Hunter Biden.
You wanna go back and challenge every time Joe Biden tampered with the election
by giving the American people false information.
That's the allegation against Donald Trump today.
In this conviction, Joe Biden did the exact same thing.
He lied to us over and over again.
The laptop, not meeting his partners, not knowing his family got China money.
All those things can be litigated by Congress between now and Election Day, but it needs to be done better than the way they've done it to this point.
They need to have a big-name council that doesn't let the members muck up the story, leads the American people through a narrative-telling thing through the witnesses so Americans can understand it, and simply not in the complex way that sometimes five-minute questions by members of Congress muddy it up.
They need to run it like Watergate, they need to run it like the China money fundraising scandal of 96-97 with Fred Thompson, or Alphonse D'Amato's 1996 Whitewater hearings.
A council, lead the questions, get the public to understand the evidence, leave all the congressional antics on the sidelines until later in the day.
If they do that, they can really make a really strong case that the government has been weaponized to stop Donald Trump, often using false evidence.
That evidence is in record now.
steve bannon
Real quickly before we go, we're going to bounce to some other folks, but John, they just announced the sentencing of President Trump is going to be July 11th.
That's only a few days before he takes the stage in front of the nation and the world to accept the Republican nomination for president.
He's now leading.
There's no coincidences, John Solomon?
john solomon
Well, just like the sign behind Joey says, Steve Bannon, there are no coincidences, right?
Of course, this has all been timed to hit at this exact moment.
Now, Donald Trump's lawyers can put a wrinkle in that.
They could potentially get an injunction.
They could potentially go to court and delay sentencing, much like what happened with Devin Archer in his long-running case from the Hunter Biden years.
So there's a lot of tools in the defense team's arsenal, including going through the appeal of the New York courts quickly, then to go to federal court.
Uh, but if, uh, if there are none of those interventions, then July 11th, that's exactly what they want.
They wanted the campaign general election season to start with Donald Trump having some sort of criminal conviction and sentence against him.
steve bannon
John Solomon, uh, thank you.
We'll look for your show at the top of the hour, brother.
john solomon
Thanks, Sissy.
Good to be with you.
steve bannon
John Solomon, one of the best around.
Let's go to Professor Alan Dershowitz.
Professor Dershowitz, you wrote a book at the start of this process called Get Trump.
Did they get him today?
unidentified
Hello?
steve bannon
Hello, Professor Dershowitz?
unidentified
Yes?
Can you hear me?
steve bannon
Steve Bannon, can you hear me?
Yes, I can hear you fine, sir.
unidentified
Can you hear me?
steve bannon
Yeah.
I can hear you fine.
Perfect.
You wrote the book Get Trump.
Did they get Trump today?
unidentified
Well, they got him and they got him good because he's unlikely to even be able to successfully appeal.
He has to appeal first through the New York system.
The New York system are all judges that don't want to be responsible for freeing Donald Trump.
These are people who have to live with their families.
These are people who don't want to be Dershowitzed.
People know what happened to me when I defended Donald Trump on the floor of the Senate.
Nobody on Martha's Vineyard would speak to me.
Harvard Law School canceled me after I'd been there for 50 years.
And judges don't want that to happen to them.
So I am not encouraged that he'll get a fair appeal.
It's possible.
And ultimately, maybe he'll get to the Supreme Court.
But by that time, the election will be over.
steve bannon
Yeah, he can probably get a stay of that.
announced a sentencing for July 11th, just a few days before he takes the stage in front
of the world to accept a Republican nomination.
Your thoughts?
unidentified
He can probably get a stay of that, but the sentencing will be before the election.
I don't think he'll get prison time.
With this judge, you never know.
But I don't think he'll get prison time.
But he might get some, you know, home arrest or probationary conditions or a big fine.
This is a non-crime he's been convicted of.
Never in American history has anybody been charged with a crime as ludicrous as this.
Nobody has ever been charged with not reporting a hush money payment.
If you have to report hush money payments, why would anybody ever pay hush money?
And, you know, this is a stain, a terrible stain on the American system of justice.
You know, in my book, Air Trump, I predicted this.
I said there were going to be convictions, particularly in New York, where you have 85 to 90 percent of the jurors who don't want to see him president of the United States, and where you have a judge who has a clear bias because of his daughter and other activities, and where he doesn't want to be the guy who freed Donald Trump.
So this was a rigged case from the very beginning, and I was not surprised at the verdict.
I predicted it.
steve bannon
You've given your life to teach the Constitution.
Many of your students are prosecutors, judges.
Is this an irreparable scar on the system?
I mean, have we gone so far now to find on a made-up Moscow show trial like the Soviets used to run or like the Nazi judges used to run?
Is this not irreparable harm to the system?
I mean, can we fix this?
unidentified
Yes, no, and yes.
It's done irreparable harm.
It's not like the Nazis or the Stalinists.
It's not nearly as bad.
Nobody's going to take them to the gulag.
And it is fixable.
It's also breakable.
What may happen now is rogue Republican local prosecutors around the country may start Indicting presidents, senators, people of the opposite party, and making up comparably weak cases, and leaving it to local juries to decide who the next president or the next senator is going to be.
So I think this is the first battle in what is a war of weaponized legal system, and the criminal justice system particularly.
It's a very, very dangerous day for America.
steve bannon
Professor Dershowitz, how do people get your content?
How do they get your book?
unidentified
Well, my book is called Get Trump.
You can't get it in a bookstore, because liberal bookstores won't sell a book called Get Trump.
But you can get it on Amazon.com.
And you'll see, I predicted all of this, including this case.
And I wrote a whole chapter on this case alone.
And so if you want to get background on this case, get Get Trump.
And they got him.
And we'll see what the result is.
It may help him win the election.
I'm not a politician.
I don't know.
But it hurts America.
It hurts America more than it hurts him.
steve bannon
Professor Dershowitz, thank you.
Thank you for writing the book.
Thank you for coming on and giving us this type of content.
Thank you.
Andrew Giuliani is down live.
Andrew, your assessment, where are we on this?
unidentified
Where are we on this?
Well, President Trump will come back on July 11th for a sentencing hearing.
I think what Professor Dershowitz said was, you know, pretty much makes my thoughts.
Steve, what I could tell you in the courtroom there was when Murshan, the judge, came back in at 4.20 something in the afternoon, nobody was expecting, certainly myself included, That a verdict was to be reached this afternoon.
I think just a few short minutes before, I had said that it seems more likely that we'll see a dismissal of the jury for the day.
Maybe there'll be a request of different evidence or anything like that.
And at that point, once we knew that there was a verdict, even though there was about a 20 to 25 minute delay, you had to know at this point, considering the jury pool of Manhattanites in a place where Joe Biden won with 86% of the vote, where they overwhelmingly elected the Soros-funded District Attorney Alvin Bragg, that this was not going to be good for the 45th President of the United States and the leading candidate for the president united states of america steve uh... it is uh... it's a sad day in our republic and sadly it was uh... palpable in that courtroom
steve bannon
Are you surprised?
You've sat through this whole thing.
You've been in and out.
You've been covering it non-stop.
I know there was some discussion about there might be one juror to kind of hang out and they've got all types of, you know, they had other jury instructions read a couple times.
They had other testimony read.
It looked like, for a few minutes there, it looked like they were going to go home for the day at 4.30, not work till 6 until this was announced.
Your thoughts?
unidentified
Yeah, I am surprised, Steve.
Frankly, I thought, considering that all this evidence that they showed was based off of Michael Cohen, and Michael Cohen just a few weeks ago perjured himself, likely on multiple occasions, with the 96-second phone call where he lied about what he had said about that, as well as then Costello representing him.
The fact that all the evidence was based off of Michael Cohen, and this isn't just somebody who perjured himself before, perjured himself in this courtroom, And the way that they actually ended up convoluting this charge, which they didn't really officially announce even until the very end of all this, I really thought that there would be a few jurors that would have the principle to be unbiased and to actually look at the evidence.
But I think that they ended up taking the advice of the prosecutor, Steinglass.
In Steinglass' summation, at one point he asked the jury, he said, you know what?
Don't fall for the defense looking at the specifics of this.
Look at the whole case.
Steve, to me, that was a very, very clear signal to this jury that don't worry if we've proved our case.
If you don't like Donald J. Trump, convict him because you do not like him and you don't want him to be the 47th President of the United States.
steve bannon
Andrew Giuliani, social media, where do we go to get you, sir?
unidentified
At Andrew H. Giuliani, Steve, God save our Constitutional Republic.
steve bannon
Here's how we're going to save our Constitutional Republic.
We're going to save it by action.
Folks, it's very simple right now.
You know what's before us.
We can turn this easily into a Trump landslide if we're focused.
If you sit there and go, oh, this is so terrible, what are these independent voters, what are these suburban moms going to do, what are these Karens going to say?
Isn't Rachel Maddow going to get inside their head?
Doesn't have to be that way.
This is all about us.
This is all about MAGA.
This is the tough times.
This is the Billy Bush weekend to the 10th power.
We did it then and we can do it now.
It's just focus.
Action, action, action.
I hope you're seething mad.
I want you to be seething mad.
I want you to be angry.
But I want you to channel that energy.
I want you to channel that anger.
I want you to channel that seething.
To something positive, it's called victory.
The only way we sort this out, the only way this is sorted out, is to win.
If we win, we can sort it.
If we don't win, we're going to be fighting this for a long time.
It's all about victory.
And victory gets down, that's why they're so maniacally afraid of the rise of MAGA.
The precinct strategy, the school boards, all of it, precinct by precinct.
Precinct by precinct, vote by vote.
And making sure they don't steal it.
Remember, I've said, and I've said it now over and over and over and over again.
They've got lawfare, the big steal, and wag the dog.
Lawfare, the big steal, and wag the dog.
That's what they've got.
They don't have the American people, and they certainly don't have the votes.
But right now, take it on board today.
It's historic.
Take it all in.
Take exactly what happened, everything we've talked about.
Take it all in.
Immerse yourself in it.
Think about it.
And then we're going to direct energy.
Boom!
Downrange to victory.
Action, action, action.
Stephanie, who understands the repression of the Chinese Communist Party in mainland China, she said it.
Action, action, action.
If you want to set things right, we can set things right on 5 November.
But hey, we've got a long and tough struggle until then, and then we've got to make sure we close it, and then we've got to make sure they don't dethrone Jeff Clark.
Hang on, let me go to Jeff.
Hang on for one second.
Let me go back to Mike Davis.
I haven't heard from Mike in a while.
I've got Rahim, Mike, Jeff Clark.
Mike Davis, your thoughts, brother?
mike davis
I think you're spot on, Steve.
I think the American people are waking up to what we've been talking about for the last two years on your show, almost every day, that this is a republic-ending lawfare and election interference by President Biden.
His lawyers, like Jonathan Sue, And Matthew Colangelo going from the Biden Justice Department to Bragg's office.
Biden has his hands on all four of these unprecedented criminal prosecutions of President Trump, whether it's Colangelo, where we just got this bogus guilty verdict in New York, Jonathan Su working with Jay Bratt and Gary Stern at the archives, Jay Bratt at the Justice Department to orchestrate the Mar-a-Lago raid for presidential records Trump was allowed to have.
under the Presidential Records Act. That led to Jack Smith's two indictments for January 6th and
for Mar-a-Lago. And then we have Nathan Wade billing his time to meet with the Biden White
House, including the Biden White House counsel. Sixteen hours, $250 an hour that Fannie Willis
said her dumb, unqualified boyfriend Joe Biden's fingerprints are on all four of these.
steve bannon
This is Biden all over. OK, real quickly, when you started Article three years ago
for exactly this reason.
I want everybody, I want you to talk about Article 3 for a minute.
I want everybody to go there.
This is all about action.
This is all about your work.
We don't need people.
You don't have to write big checks.
You don't have to be a big donor.
We need shoulders to the wheel.
That's what we need.
And that's why this audience has so much muscle.
Mike, you saw downrange.
You saw what was happening to our judicial system.
You saw what was happening to DOJ and the FBI.
That's why you start Article 3.
Give me a minute on that and where do people go.
mike davis
It's article3project.org, article number 3project.org.
You can take action there, and that's the most important thing you do.
Click on that take action page.
One of the things that you can take action on right now is calling both of your senators and calling your U.S.
House representative and tell them to defund this Biden lawfare and election interference right now.
They waited seven years in this case and 30 months in these other cases to bring these bogus Biden-driven criminal indictments against Trump to interfere in the election, and they can suspend this.
They can wait until after the election to bring these bogus cases against President Trump.
Let the American people, not these Democrat prosecutors and Democrat judges and Democrat juries and these Democrat hellholes, decide the election.
steve bannon
Okay.
Mike Davis, thank you very much.
We'll see you up on social media tonight.
Thank you, brother.
Everybody pile over to Article 3.
Once again, folks, who's going to set this right?
You.
There's no cavalry coming for you.
There's no cavalry coming for this republic.
There's no cavalry coming for Trump.
It's just you.
And I'm long MAGA.
unidentified
Okay?
steve bannon
I'm long the deplorables.
I'm long America First.
We got this.
Two-thirds of the nation.
And now we have to explain to our countrymen that maybe have not been paying attention exactly what went on here.
That is incumbent upon us.
We have to do that.
We have to take the action.
You are the cavalry.
You are the ones coming to save the homesteaders.
Okay?
Take a deep breath, but today I want you to immerse yourself in this.
I want you to see the crimes that were committed against President Trump, the crimes that were committed against the American Republic, the American legal system, all of it.
Immerse yourself in it.
Because, like I said, lawfare.
That's how they're going to win.
And they're all over the Supreme Court.
They're all over Judge Cannon.
These people will stop at nothing.
You saw this today.
This is a president that gave us four years of peace and prosperity, or at least three and a half years of peace and prosperity, until the Chinese Communist Party tried to take him out with a bioweapon.
Yes, I said it.
So it's very clear what's in front of us.
Take a deep breath.
Now it's time for focus and channel.
I know you're angry.
I know a lot of people are hurt.
I want to channel that.
Channel it into positive, um, how do I say this?
Energy.
Let's bring in Jeff Clark right now.
Jeff, you've been in the thick of this.
They've come after you to destroy you, your assessment, sir.
You'll, you'll, maybe the attorney general have to clean this up.
Your thoughts?
unidentified
Steve, look, it's a state of the republic, but just like you said, Okay, we have to reboot him.
steve bannon
We gotta try it again.
Okay, if that's it, then we just gotta drop it.
We'll get Jeff Clark some other way.
Maybe get him on FaceTime audio or something.
Do I have Rahim?
Rahim Ghassam, I'm back to you outside the courthouse.
Your thoughts?
I got David Zero.
Go to David in a second.
Your thoughts, Rahim?
raheem kassam
Yeah, well, Steve, just to channel something you were saying a moment ago, I'm reminded of a St.
Augustine quote, right?
Hope has two beautiful daughters, anger and courage.
Anger at the way things are, and courage to ensure that they do not stay as they are.
And that seems to be the prevailing consensus, the prevailing feeling out here, outside the courthouse right now.
And I think, again, to quote the opening of this show, What you're seeing here in Lower Manhattan today is the primal scream of a dying regime.
This is a group of people, this is a cabal, this is an oligarchy that has clearly weaponized the apparatus.
We all know it, we all see it, your friends and your family all know it too.
Everybody watching out there who understands it, they talk about it every day.
And I think we have President Trump due to be coming out of the courthouse any second.
People, you will hear, you will hear What people have to say on this street corner, you will hear what people have to say in New York tonight, and you will hear what people have to say in America between now and November 5th.
It is no surprise that four days before the Republican National Convention, they will bring him back here to sentence him.
And again, just to stress the gravity of this moment, to stress the importance of this moment, to stress the fact that your country is slipping away from you right in front of your very eyes.
There is a cavalcade of ordinary people out here today who are all on Trump's side.
And the only ones I see grinning and smiling around me right now are the corporate media reporters who are gleeful, who are happy, who are delighted at what they've heard today.
Don't forget, you know, I understand that there are problems with the appeals process here in New York, but don't forget, there is a long road ahead, ladies and gentlemen.
steve bannon
Rahim, real quickly, particularly given the Vox Populi, the voices of the people we've heard down there through Ben Burquam and others, I'm getting reports now for some of the Swells I know that live in the Upper East Side and they say they're actually coming out of buildings and celebrating in the streets the guilty verdict.
Talk to me about the tale of two cities, Upper East Side and what you're seeing there with the working class of New York City having President Trump's back.
raheem kassam
It couldn't be more palpable.
You know, you can tell it by the way they talk, you can tell it in the way they walk, you can tell it in the way they dress.
The ordinary people, the working class people, the people who are awake before six o'clock in the morning and don't get home before sundown.
Are belligerent, rightly belligerent, about what they're seeing, what they're hearing today.
Many of them have taken time off of their work schedules.
Many of them have been down here for the weeks that this has been going on, and understanding, and getting into the weeds on it.
The people who are celebrating, you will know because I've seen them, I've met them, I've interviewed them, I've talked to them, I talk to them, unfortunately, every day in Washington D.C.
and New York.
Lock him up!
Lock him up!
We actually have the motorcade coming out here, so I'm going to make sure that we get the shots of that, Steve.
And for the audience here, for the audience, if you can't see it, this is President Trump and his motorcade coming
out of the courthouse right now.
unidentified
Lock him up! Lock him up! Lock him up! Lock him up!
steve bannon
Yeah.
What you're seeing is President Trump's motorcade.
That will head back up to Trump Tower.
I believe President Trump's going to stay in Trump Tower.
Maybe he might go to Bedminster.
We'll see one or the other.
Can I have Rahim again?
You may hear, for audience, you may hear a little bad language in the background, okay?
Rahim, President Trump's leaving right now, heading up to either Trump Tower or over to Bedminster.
Continue on with your observations.
raheem kassam
Yeah, I apologize for the foul language of some of those around us.
You may be able to hear it, but it is a tiny, tiny, loud, and quite frankly, disgusting minority of people out here.
ben bergquam
Let's walk away from this guy a little bit.
Yeah, we're going to step away from that guy for a second, Steve.
Just get a little distance.
But real quick, as Raheem's coming back, this is what the left is.
And I want to say this to the audience out there.
You're going to see salivating.
You're going to see the excitement from the left.
You're going to see the overplaying of the hand from the left.
And what we need to remember is the darker the darkness gets, the brighter your light shines.
And this is the time.
We have to be cheerful warriors in this.
But we have to understand the enemy.
This is dark versus light.
This is Angels vs. Devil, Angels vs. Demons, God vs. the Devil.
raheem kassam
We have some scuffles breaking out here as well, outside of the courthouse.
steve bannon
Of course, there are going to be some people who want to get it on.
But here's the thing, guys.
We need steely resolve now.
I don't know how cheerful we've got to be.
We have to have steely resolve.
They're going to be dancing.
Watch MSNBC tonight.
Rachel Maddow, Joy Ann Reisman lighting one of those wigs on fire.
Right?
You're gonna see all that.
They're high-fiving.
This is exactly... This is exactly... Ben, you gotta stop picking on... No.
Folks, this is exactly like...
When the early returns came out at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 8th of November of 2016, Jared Kushner and I got them, and President Trump was losing everywhere.
It looked like it was going to be a blowout.
And then, starting at 8, when votes started to be counted, and through the evening, you saw they were all drinking champagne, and Megyn Kelly and all of them were laughing.
It was the end of Trump, Trump's humiliation.
Well, by 11 o'clock at night, folks, they weren't laughing at all.
They had long faces.
And guess what?
At 2.30 in the morning, the Associated Press, on the 9th of November, the Associated Press called President Trump, named President Trump President-elect of the United States.
We have to have Steely resolved.
Just take a deep breath and let him celebrate tonight.
OK?
You see what they're doing?
It's the demise of the legal system.
They will use any weapon.
Let me go back through it.
Lawfare, the Big Steel, and Wag the Dog.
You're going to get all three of them.
And they ain't finished with Lawfare.
They're certainly not finished with the Big Steel.
They're going to try to do that, even more of it.
And they're certainly not finished with Wag the Dog.
Ben, are there any other participants down there we can get that we think we can put on during the dinner hour, in a five o'clock hour, that will keep the composure?
ben bergquam
Yeah, the screaming leftist looks like he's left.
We're going to come over here.
We've got a gentleman over here who's been waiting patiently.
And by the way, Steve, you're exactly right.
Everything starts from now on.
This is up to the American people.
You said it.
The posse, everybody who's out there.
From now on, nothing before matters.
Everything is from here on out.
And if you want those liberal tears again, it comes down to what you do.
Sir, what's your name, where are you from, and what do you make of I'm the white soul bot of Chicago.
unidentified
I happen to be here for work, and I'll just tell you, this is an absolute disgrace.
I served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, and one of the things that we really appreciate about America is that we have a fair and justice system.
I mean, you come to see something like this, where people don't even understand the gravity of what they're doing.
It really, it's a sad, you feel a lot of sadness around here because people are disappointed and they can't trust the justice system.
That's why people come to America, for that cornerstone of freedom.
ben bergquam
I'm not asking the same question Steve's been asking everyone.
What would your message be to the American people?
What do you go from here?
unidentified
Just, you know, America's home of the free, land of the brave, and we just fight harder, and we just make sure that we stay committed to the freedoms and the values that we hold so dearly.
That's what makes America great, and that's what we're trying to do here.
So just stay, keep your head up, and keep hopeful.
ben bergquam
God bless you.
Thank you for your service, sir.
Steve, you want any follow-up?
steve bannon
Yeah, is he still there?
How do you recommend we have these values?
This is Memorial Day.
We just commemorated Memorial Day to our honored dead.
Then we get this.
Holding those principles and holding those values, what action should be taken?
ben bergquam
You know, we just went through Memorial Day.
We just honored the sacrifice of those that spilled their blood for the sake of our freedom.
What action, in understanding that and now seeing this travesty, what action would you say the American people take from here on out?
unidentified
I'd just say, all those friends that I've lost, they don't die in vain.
You just got to remember that.
That freedom is precious.
The Republic is precious.
And America is a gift.
But we got to maintain it.
We got to maintain the freedoms that we're sold.
that for you know and encased in blood. I'll put that that way. People fought so
hard for that and you can't take that for granted ever. So just remember it's
a precious thing that can easily fall away from us if we don't honor our
justices and we don't honor our our commitments to our values. Do you think
ben bergquam
this gets more people, the supporters behind President trump and even those
that are on the fence? What do you think that does for them from here? Well, I
unidentified
think everybody can kind of see this as a sham.
And I think people that really understand and people that are educated will really take this apart and will understand what this has been.
It's an injustice.
And that people that really do their research and understand what makes America special, our Constitution, our justice system, that I think they'll have a stiff upper lip and then continue to research that or continue to be committed to freedom.
ben bergquam
Thank you, sir.
Tell me your name again?
unidentified
Dwight Silva.
It's a pleasure.
ben bergquam
God bless you, sir.
unidentified
Steve?
steve bannon
Ben, let's get some more folks down there.
I just want to say, he summed it up perfectly.
If you believe America is a gift, you believe our rule of law is a gift, you've got to fight for this.
You've got to sit there and go, I'm just not going to let it be taken away from us.
President Reagan used to always say, and people, when he said it, didn't really believe it, that freedom is only one generation away from leaving.
And that is because it can leave, and you're seeing it before you.
You're seeing this happen in real time.
And that is why we have to have steely resolve.
You know, I'm not a happy warrior.
I'm a focused warrior.
And right now, I think we have to be incredibly steely, incredibly focused.
You'll understand that they will go to any lengths.
And it's not President Trump they're trying to destroy.
They're trying to destroy you.
They don't want you to have a voice.
And for you not to have a voice, they have to destroy the instrument of MAGA, and that is President Trump, our leader.
And you saw today, 34 felony counts.
President Trump will be back on 11 July, which is no coincidence.
Of course they want to sentence him right before he's about to take the stage in front of the world.
Do I have Ben Burkham?
Can I go back to Ben?
Ben, do we have anyone else there we can talk to?
ben bergquam
Yeah, I just got word.
Josh, jump up here real quick.
What are you just about the donation site, President Trump's donation site?
unidentified
Yeah, my sister just went to go donate and it is down right now because so many people are donating.
steve bannon
God bless them.
The man was wrongly convicted.
unidentified
He's innocent of all charges.
I'm outraged.
Outraged.
Yeah, I'm outraged too.
It's going to backfire on Joe Biden.
Trump is going to win, even if he's in the jail or not.
So that's it.
Trump 2024.
Screw Joe Biden.
ben bergquam
And right now, Steve, I think we have a dump button on that, hopefully.
There is a parade that's actually leaving here and they're heading up to Trump Tower as we speak.
unidentified
We are marching up to Trump Tower to show our support for this wonderful man.
steve bannon
He supports gay rights.
unidentified
I love you, Donald Trump.
I will always support you.
God bless you.
steve bannon
God bless you.
unidentified
We're going to Trump Tower to go celebrate his win in the 2024 election.
We're going to Trump Tower to go celebrate his win in the 2024 election.
steve bannon
Let's get some more voices out there.
We've got a couple minutes left.
ben bergquam
I want to grab this guy, this gentleman over here.
We started with you.
I wanted to give you a chance, sir.
We asked you the question, what should the American people do now?
I know you said we're marching up to Trump Tower right now.
What was your message?
You said, God, and then we got cut off because President Trump started speaking.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
We do everything we can.
Give some money when we can.
I've given some money to different causes, pro-life causes for America, and we had the We have to reach down and know our pockets.
We've got to be willing to put up with some inconvenience.
We've got to be brave because we've got a bunch of cows running things.
But they're in low lives in high places.
They turned the Constitution into the constipation.
And the only bar that the judges came from, those judges, is the kind that requires a designated driver to get them home.
But we're the real Americans.
steve bannon
Thank you very much, sir.
unidentified
I was no hero, but I served in the Marine Corps.
steve bannon
Thank you very much.
We're going to come back to you in a second.
Thank you so much, brother.
We got Mike Lindell.
Mike Lindell, we got about a minute or two before we got a punch.
They've been trying to put you in bankruptcy.
FBI took your phones.
Your assessment of your dear friend and colleague, President Trump, on these guilty charges today, sir?
mike lindell
Well, Steve, you know I always look at the positive in everything, and when you want to expose everything that's gone wrong in our country, you've got to expose our justice system, and boy, it got exposed tonight.
I just told everyone's been clocking to me in my office going, what do you think?
What do you think?
He just won the election.
I mean, people are pouring into this.
I have people that are Democrats that are on this level in my office here.
In this level, there's 25 offices here.
Two of them go, you know, this is horrible.
They're saying this, and they're all going to vote for Trump.
I really think, Steve, that if you're going to expose everything, let's expose it all.
This is a travesty, and the whole world knows it.
And I'll tell you, You can't beat this for publicity.
If you want to expose something, this did it in the biggest way, one of the biggest ways in history.
Right before this came in, I'm going, wow, that came back fast.
