As you've noted with respect to Judge Marchand, I mean, I am, I am like now, you know, I felt like a man crush on him.
He is such a great judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't have the same impression and he's just, you just keep on thinking if you looked in a dictionary for like judicial temperament, that's what you get.
And my feeling has always been the same as what Nate Cohn said.
He's already done the hard part.
Right? | ||
He's already done the hard part.
I always say in politics, conversion is the hardest thing to do.
What Joe Biden has to do now, as Cohen says in this article, is he needs to bring his base home.
Black voters, Hispanic voters, young voters.
Much easier to say, come home.
It's going to be okay. | ||
Stay with me here. | ||
We're facing a real and imminent danger.
Much easier to say, come home, than say, hey.
Go to that other house over there that you've never been in before.
No, conversion's hard in politics.
This is my Creston Colgate thing.
If your family, and I've told people this since I was 30, I say, no, no, no, don't convert.
If the family's been a Crest family their entire life, they're not going to switch to Colgate.
That's, you know, 1980s, 1990s toothpaste wars.
But it's like marketing.
Biden just has to bring them home.
And you look at these three states.
They are very close. | ||
They are very tied. | ||
And what I always talk about is blocking and tackling.
They are light years ahead right now.
Light years ahead, the Biden team is organizing on the ground.
Thank you very much. | ||
Here we go again. | ||
Five weeks. | ||
I've been here. | ||
I'm gagged. | ||
I'd like to answer all of your questions.
They're very easy questions to answer, but I'm gagged, so I can't talk as much as I would like to about this ridiculous case that's hurting our country so badly.
Some of the reviews from yesterday are the... And by the way, everyone's against this case.
I haven't seen one legal scholar or expert in the law say that this case It should have been filed.
It should not have been filed.
Or at a minimum, it should have been filed seven years ago.
At seven years old, everybody turned it down, including federal elections turned it down.
Southern District turned it down.
Bragg turned it down. | ||
Then he rejuvenated it when I was running for office.
It's a terrible thing. | ||
At the request of Biden, the editors of the National Review say, quit Trump!
Bragg has failed to prove his charges.
Totally failed. | ||
Greg Jarrett. | ||
Who exactly was defrauded?
Voters who had already voted.
Well, they already voted because all of this stuff came in after the elections.
How were they defrauded?
And then you say, what about Hillary with the dossier?
What about all of the other things that go, and this is nothing.
This is nothing. | ||
But what about all of the corruption, the voter fraud?
That you've seen over the last year on behalf of the Democrats and nobody talks about it?
This is ridiculous what they're talking about.
This is called running for office.
Eli Honig, legal analyst for CNN.
The crime here is not easy to explain or to understand.
It's just not understandable.
In other words, there is no crime.
This is CNN. | ||
Catherine Christian from MSNBC.
I call it MSDNC Legal Analyst.
It's difficult because it's a very nuanced argument.
It's never been prosecuted before.
This is an argument that has never been prosecuted before.
And hopefully it'll never be prosecuted again.
Is this a pep rally for Joe Biden?
No, it's not. | ||
Just like it wasn't a pep rally for Trump in 2016, whenever he said, oh, he can't win, he can't win.
I said, yeah, he can. | ||
He can get 270. | ||
We were mocked and ridiculed and abused because we predicted the hurricane was coming in September and October.
I'm here to tell you the freaking out, the Democratic freaking out is just so tiring.
And I think the thing that bothers me the most is they're freaking out.
About things in a national campaign, right?
They're freaking out whether it's about this obsession with the national race and the national polling, whether it's truth social tweets, whether it's all the crazy things and confused things Donald Trump says at rallies.
That's fine. | ||
But this race is not going to be won in the courthouse in Manhattan, regardless of the outcome of the case.
It's going to be won by knocking on doors in Kenosha, by planting yard signs in the suburbs of Detroit.
By making sure you've got the Philly suburbs locked down and you get the margin you get by making phone calls, knocking on... I'm sorry to go so far into this, but again, the stupidity that I've been listening to over the past several months about how this race is over and, you know, Democrats are freaking out and Trumpers are so overconfident.
So that's it. | ||
It's a disgrace. | ||
The millions and millions of dollars that are spent daily on this case.
Outside, it looks like it's Fort Knox, like they're guarding this.
I've never seen so many policemen.
Now, with Columbia University, you can plant a tent right in front of the main door, no problem.
NYU, just put your tent up, don't worry about it.
Over here, But I just want to say that this is a very sad day for America.
The whole world is watching.
And it's a very sad day for New York.
I've gone through two of these trials already.
It's a very, with the same kind of a judge.
It's all worked. | ||
It's all rigged. | ||
The whole thing, the whole system is rigged.
Judge Ed Gordon was overturned five times in my case.
And he's going to be overturned again.
And we were treated very, very badly.
And the outside world is watching.
And the outside world is just not going to bring their business to New York.
And that's going to cost the city trillions and the state trillions and trillions of dollars.
Businesses are leaving.
And people are fleeing.
So you can see the courts yourself.
And thank you all very much.
We'll comment later on in the evening.
But we'll be here. | ||
It looks like a long time.
Thank you. | ||
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
unidentified
|
Because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
It's Thursday, 30 May, Euroverallure 2024.
Morning, Joe. | ||
They're already trying to shift the narrative.
They understand what's happening, they understand the math, and it's a Biden and a free fall.
By the way, Joe and Mika, let me ask Mika, Joe's the side piece.
Mika, where's the 81 million votes?
Where are they? | ||
Why are Democrats and the savviest Democrats, this is not the low information voters, this is not the infrequent voters, This is the most knowledgeable people of the math in the Democratic Party are freaking out and trying to remove Biden and trying to come up with something, I don't know.
Michelle Obama. | ||
Why is it, why is it that the smartest people, the people with the inside baseball in the Democratic Party and the Atlantic, for the editors of Atlantic, why the Atlantic?
Why the Washington Post?
Why the New York Times? | ||
Why is Maggie Haberman, you know, wringing her hands?
Why is everybody wringing their hands?
They're pulling their hair out, gnashing their teeth, starting to cry.
Where's the 81 million votes?
Where are they? | ||
Where are the 81 million votes?
It ought to be easy. | ||
Start at 81 and go up. | ||
Where are they? | ||
They were manufactured.
They were fictional. | ||
Because you stole the 2020 election.
And he's illegitimate.
And you know it. | ||
And we know it. | ||
And we know that you know that we know it.
They're not there. | ||
Now he's back down to, now they're back down to three states.
The blue wall, that's not gonna hold.
Even with stealing it, you barely won it.
Even with manufacturing all those votes, you barely won it.
Those are blowouts. | ||
Those are blowouts. | ||
And they finally said the quiet part out loud because of our hammering and MAGA standing up and conservative media doing a great job, or at least some of it breaking this apart.
And most importantly, President Trump President Trump coming out there every day, and that was the best, most succinct analysis of where we are.
President Trump coming today, off the top of his head.
Hey, Robert De Niro, Trump ain't reading off a script.
He's giving it from the head and the heart.
He lays it out right there.
Can we play the morning mica?
The second hit again. | ||
I gotta hear the... This is not going to be determined in a courthouse, no matter what the outcome.
They're finally admitting... The quiet part out loud, because this audience stood up to the plate and braced these folks up.
Let's hear it. | ||
unidentified
|
Is this a pep rally for Joe Biden?
No, it's not. | ||
Just like it wasn't a pep rally for Trump in 2016, when everybody said, oh, he can't win, he can't win.
I said, yeah, he can. | ||
He can get 270. | ||
We were mocked and ridiculed and abused because we predicted the hurricane was coming in September and October.

I think the thing that bothers me the most is they're freaking out about things in a national campaign, right?
They're freaking out whether it's about this obsession with the national race and the national polling, whether it's truth social tweets, whether it's all the crazy things and confused things Donald Trump says at rallies.
unidentified
|
That's fine. | |
First off, they're a total lie about those guys in 16.
They were mocking us for spending time up in the blue wall on states we would never carry.
This guy's a clown. | ||
But I gotta look to Mika.
She's the adult supervision.
It doesn't matter. | ||
What happens in the courthouse?
And if they have to depend... Remember, we're the grassroots.
We're the folks where the rubber meets the road.
Right? | ||
The precinct strategy, the school boards.
If it's got to come down, Joe Scarborough, to you guys knocking on doors in Kenosha, that you don't have to pay people and they're not really knocking.
If you have to do yard signs that are not manufactured and paying people to take them.
And in Philadelphia, they don't want to hear about it.
They hated Hillary Clinton, right?
They hate Joe Biden more.
He came to draw a crowd when he had 1,000 paid, max, a couple hundred paid black, quote-unquote, supporters yesterday.
You can't unpack a junior high school tiny gym.
If this is what it is, it's us against that and that, we're not overconfident.
We have steely resolve, and our folks know what they're doing, and you're not going to win that fight.
And you know you're not going to win that fight.
That is why people are freaking out.
Because you never got 81 million votes.
They were all manufactured with the phony mail-in ballots, all the breaking of the laws in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, in Georgia, in Arizona.
And that's a long way from perfect.
A long way from perfect.
Remember, they've got three ways.
Lawfare, and that's what you've seen in Manhattan.
And even Joe and Mika, because they've seen the numbers.
Washington Post, Philip Bump's got a big piece out.
How we've inoculated MAGA against this.
Lawfare, the big steal, and wag the dog.
Those three. | ||
Just keep those in your mind.
That's the only way They can possibly even keep this closed.
Otherwise, a blowout. | ||
And we're not overconfident.
In fact, we're working harder and harder and harder and harder every day.
Because the afternoon of 20 January 2025 is going to be a new national holiday.
Accountability Day. | ||
We're going to let the nation take off.
By the Trump second term gets down to business on DOJ, FBI, also MSNBC, also Andrew Weissman, the guy up there at the beginning.
I don't know if it's a good sign for Andrew Weissman to be saying he's got man crush on people during family TV hours.
Is that like, you know, shouldn't that be adults only or something?
Andrew Weissman? | ||
I've got a man crush on him.
unidentified
|
He's so delicious. | |
No, not a good look. | ||
You're getting blown out on your lawfare.
It's phony, it's sick, it's repulsive, it's disgusting.
The American people have had a belly full of it and particularly minority voters that understand they will do anything to crush Donald Trump and they're empathizing with Trump and now are hearing his message.
Once they hear the message, you're done.
So once again, Morning Mika and the Morning Mika producers, where are your 81 million votes?
Why do the savviest, most inside baseball people in media and the Democratic Party, they're the ones freaking out.
Why? | ||
Because you know you stole it in 2020 and you know you can't steal it at that scale again.
Let's match up against Trump's 74-80.
Locked in this time. | ||
Short break. | ||
Mark Pialetta on the other side.
unidentified
|
This letter is nominally addressed to Congress.
It is a giant double-fingered F.U.
to the American public.
This man is not simply saying he is not fond of flying flags, but his wife is.
He's basically trolling Americans who know that he is the author of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, the decision that withdrew the constitutional right to an abortion that Roe v. Wade established.
He wrote that decision.
And he says not once, not twice, but three times, he refers to his wife as a private citizen who's in possession of rights, rights that allow her to quote-unquote make decisions that he has always honored and respect her choices to do so.
Again, this is the same man who withdrew from millions of American women the right to make decisions about their own body.
This is a trolling, trolling letter, a giant F.U.
to the American public.
He does not dispute the fact that the flags flew upside down at their home in Fairfax County, nor does he dispute that the flag, the Appeal to Heaven flag was flying at their vacation home in Long Beach Island, New Jersey.
Instead, he just says, she did it.
It's her problem. | ||
And I can't control her.
That's the best part of this.
What is going on among these conservative justices where They cannot seem to control their own wives.
Clarence can't stop Ginny Thomas from texting Mark Meadows in the middle of an insurrection.
Justice Alito can't seem to stop Martha Ann from flying the American flag upside down at their home.
But nonetheless, they have decided that they are going to write opinions that seek to control every other American woman.
So Democrats have an opportunity right now.
Dick Durbin should be holding hearings today, right?
He can do this. | ||
If he were a Republican, he would be doing it.
And if he doesn't want to hold those hearings, he can step down and let Sheldon Whitehouse do it.
Because Sheldon Whitehouse has wanted that job.
Okay, it gets nastier. | ||
It gets nastier than this.
Jamie Raskin all of a sudden.
So we're going to get into all that, but I've got to ask.
Payaletta, you heard Morning Mika, and Morning Mika is kind of the nerve center of the established order, the Washington Consensus is what they call it.
So folks, take your No. | ||
2 pencil out and write that down.
The Washington Consensus.
This is what the Uniparty, the brain, the giant brain of the Uniparty thinks.
The Washington Census is all of a sudden trying to run away a little bit from New York City.
He says, regardless, we're not going to win it in the courthouse no matter what happens today.
Your thoughts, sir? | ||
Yeah, it's fun to watch them melt down.
You know, when the left is on display and their tactics are on display, they're so offensive, right, that they know the American people are recoiling from this.
This is the most unfair, un-American trial up there, you know, persecuting President Trump.
And you saw it happen, right?
I always go back to — I'm an old-timer here, Steve, right?
— to Justice Thomas and Anita Hill going after him and the Democrats doing that to him, and even Brett Kavanaugh.
When the American people see the unhinged, baseless attacks in full display, it blows up in the left's face.
And that's what's happening here.
So, yeah, they're in full retreat.
You know, the Biden campaign does a press conference right across the street with Robert De Niro, of all people.
And somehow they're not promoting this outrageous, unjust, un-American trial against President Trump, but it's blowing up in their face and they're running hard.
In that clip you just saw.
unidentified
|
David Axelrod even trashed the De Niro thing saying the Biden campaign clearly doesn't have a strategy.
I want to go back to the clip for the details.
David Axelrod even trashed the De Niro thing saying the Biden campaign clearly doesn't
have a strategy. | ||
unidentified
|
I want to go back to the clip for the details.
Are these progressive women, these feminists, are they saying we should have handmaid's
tale? | ||
Did they just say, can't you muzzle your own wife?
I think that was a quote.
Are they that unhinged?
Because Justice Alito's wife, right, is now on my short list to be VP.
She's a hammer. | ||
And I don't think you're, I don't think, she's not handmade, so I don't think you're a muzzler.
Did a woman, did a feminist just say, hey, can't you conservative justice muzzle your wives?
Mark Paoletta. | ||
It's crazy. | ||
Again, it shows the sexism, the misogyny, even the racism, right, with respect to the Thomases, that the left has.
I mean, they get triggered and show their real feelings.
Yes, these people have, these individuals, these women, have the right to their own opinions.
They have a right to do their job.
And when you're on their same page, they'll protect you to the sky's the limit, right?
But you see, when you disagree with them, they don't really believe in those rights.
It is astonishing. | ||
I hadn't seen that clip until just now.
But yes, Martha Anelito can have her views.
She can fly her flags. | ||
She can even comment on issues that are out there in the public domain.
You know, there's a case, I always refer to it, beating the same drum, where Stephen Reinhardt, a left-wing judge on the Ninth Circuit, had a wife who was the ACLU head out in California, Southern California, and she filed a brief in a case on same-sex marriage ban.
And that case went up to her husband, and he didn't recuse.
And you know what he said?
He said, my wife's views are her views, mine are mine, and I don't condition my views on her views.
And then you had the left-wing, you know, judicial ethics machinery weighing in, saying the same thing.
Stephen Gillers filed a brief.
It is astonishing that there's this idea of muzzling your wife.
I mean, how offensive, how bizarre.
And Joy Reid, right? | ||
Joy Reid is sitting there, shaking her head agreeing with her.
It's astonishing. | ||
unidentified
|
It's funny, actually. | |
It's funny or sad, whatever, because the true colors come out.
Okay, Jamie Raskin, this is one of the reasons I wanted to have you on this morning because, folks, you've got to focus on the judicial branch now because they're trying to go after Judge Cannon in Florida.
They're trying to go after the justice on the Supreme Court.
Raskin came out and said, hey, why are we wasting time and having Mark Payaletta come on Bannon's show and talk all kind of trash?
We don't need anybody. | ||
We don't need them to recuse themselves.
We can use the DOJ. | ||
Merrick Garland. | ||
can go and take them off.
He can quote-unquote recuse them himself.
Talk to me about Jamie Raskin, who's by far one of the biggest, you know, he comes from a Marxist family.
He's a red diaper baby. | ||
His dad was a Marxist, an ally of the Soviet Union when he was around.
He's a red diaper baby, a total Marxist.
Talk to me about Jamie Raskin's radical idea of using the Justice Department to muscle, you know, they've already been muscling.
We had Tiffany Justice on last night.
They're muscling The folks, the parents, they're monitoring the parents going to school boards.
The FBI's trying to muscle all the innocent parents, trying to sit there and make sure pornography is not rammed down the throat by these groomers and these teachers, these groomers and these groomers on these school boards.
Now he's recommending they go, the Gestapo go and muscle Alito and Thomas.
Your thoughts, sir? | ||
Yeah, it's one of these, I think it's like a clickbait article because it's so stupid and so absurd.
I mean, literally Jamie Raskin is saying that the Department of Justice and every prosecutor under the sun should file, here's what he's recommending, they should file a complaint with the seven other justices on the Supreme Court, right, to make them, right, Force the recusal of Alito and Thomas.
That's what he's advocating.
I'm going to mention the Department of Justice so people think, but all they're going to do is file a complaint with the Justice Department citing the Constitution and the recusal statute, which is 28 U.S.C. 455,
which Alito talks about in his letter and why it doesn't merit his recusal.
But here's the thing about Jamie Raskin's op-ed.
He obviously hasn't read the Supreme Court Code of Ethics,
which literally says that individual justices, I'm just reading,
rather than the court decide recusal issues.
That is a document that was signed, I think in November of 2023 by all nine justices, okay,
of the Supreme Court, every single one of them that say
that I am the captain of my ship because that's the way it works under our constitution,
right? | ||
There's no body that sits on top of the Supreme Court.
What Raskin is arguing is, let's have these other seven justices gang up and say, we're kicking Thomas off this case, or we're kicking Alito off this case.
One, it's not going to happen.
It's absurd. | ||
It's stupid. | ||
But secondly, If you were going to do this, this is again a classic Democrat lefty idea, right?
Just like these attacks on President Trump on Kavanaugh, it blows up in their face.
If you were going to do that, right, they would have kicked Ruth Bader Ginsburg, right, off of every single case dealing with the Trump administration, right?
If you had this rule that Jamie Raskin is talking about.
Because why? | ||
Because she absolutely and publicly attacked President Trump, showed hatred for him.
Attacked him on his not releasing his taxes.
And guess what? | ||
That's clear bias. | ||
Did she recuse any case from the Trump administration?
No. | ||
If they had this rule that he's proposing, yeah, I think all seven, eight justices would have said, you're out of here on those cases.
Or on abortion cases, where she, you know, auctioned off an opinion of hers to raise money for NOW, National Organization of Women, pro-abortion group, where she has a lecture named after her at the National Abortion Rights Action League, NARAL.
and she spoke at it and she celebrated abortion rights.
And did she ever recuse from an abortion case?
Of course not. | ||
But under this crazy rule, this ridiculous idea that Jamie Raskin has,
she would have been kicked off of those cases by the other justices.
So they're just flopping around.
I think it was great that Alito came out with this letter and answered, right?
You saw Professor Murray saying, you know, this isn't just a letter back.
That's what they asked for.
They asked for a response back, you know, to White House and Durbin, who wrote to the chief justice.
Sam Alito responded. | ||
Why? | ||
Because he's in charge of the recusal for himself.
No one else, not Chief Justice Roberts, not the rest of the court.
What I find a little disappointing, Steve, is that the legal institutions, the legal groups, right, that you would think are defending the integrity of their court, the independence of the court, are not defending the Supreme Court.
I think I talked about yesterday the ABA, the American Bar Association.
Even the Federalist Society, a group that worked hard on the rule of law, they have been radio silent on these attacks on the justices, on the attacks on Justice Thomas, on Justice Alito, our greatest justices for the rule of law.
And they are stone cold silent on defending the Supreme Court and individual justices.
And I think they need to suit up and get on the field, okay?
This is not a partisan issue, right?
This is a rule of law issue.
And that's what I would recommend right now, that more people, I'm glad you're having me on, you've had me on several times, and I appreciate it, to talk about this issue, about the attacks on the court, how the left wants to control it, how they want to burn down the court, and how that's so dangerous for our democracy.
Hang on, we're taking a short commercial break.
I'm going to hold you for a couple of minutes on the other side about your theory of the case of shrinking the court than to pack it.
And why, quite frankly, the Federalist Society and other conservative groups are not outraged by this.
Birchgold.com, I think we've proven the case that it's a time of turbulence.
Precious metals have always been a hedge against times of turbulence.
Don't ask me, ask Philip Patrick and the team.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Go there. | ||

|
You can see his truck peeling through the Pride intersection in Delray Beach, leaving behind black tire marks through the symbol of unity and support for the LGBTQ plus community.
For you guys to see that video, would you consider it a hate crime?
Absolutely. | ||
There are a lot of, I mean, there are a lot of intersections.
You pick that intersection because you want to make a point.
The teen was charged with felony criminal mischief and reckless driving.
The same crime a 20-year-old was charged for three years ago at the same intersection.
It's a message. | ||
unidentified
|
It's a message of hate. | |
It's a message of intolerance.
And we need to have, I think, more of a deterrent for that.
Deputy Vice Mayor Rob Long wants to memorialize the intersection, hoping it allows stricter charges to be made, but it'll be up to commissioners to agree.
I wanted to break you an update on a story I brought to you back in February of this year.
You guys might recall I covered this incident that took place in downtown Delray.
This is the LGBT whatever mural you want to call it these days.
It is in the center of downtown Delray, obviously poorly maintained.
But interesting enough, Palm Beach actually charged a 19 year old with allegedly doing burnouts on this mural.
Now, like I mentioned, it's badly maintained.
They hit him with a felony charge, claiming he caused over $1,000 worth of damages.
And interesting enough, those tire marks they allege that he created, they actually naturally faded away.
Now keep in mind, we are a beach town, so obviously there There's a lot of sunlight in the area, so they did fade away, and then new burnout marks did appear.
Now, he has not had those charges dropped against him, even though the marks disappeared, and obviously, as you can tell, they needed to repaint over it anyway.
Currently though, it looks like there's signage all around the area saying that they are going
to paint over this mural.
And we don't know if it's still gonna be the same rainbow nonsense they have on it right
now, but they will still be doing some type of construction in the area and painting over
this. | ||
But interesting enough, the suspect in this case is a 19 year old named Dylan Brewer,
like I mentioned earlier, and Dylan is charged with a felony.
Those charges are still pending.
So it's interesting that they're going to cover it prior to his trial.
Brianna Morella joins us.
Brianna, here's a question.
Is just your reporting on this, does that, like in England, are you now crossing the line for a hate crime of how you just described that, ma'am?
According to at least, looks like the county commissioner, the city manager.
Well, they're not officially charging with a hate crime, but they want to.
And it's pretty absurd in itself because if you're familiar with that intersection, that intersection, a lot of cars kind of gloss over it because it is a very glossy finish to it.
So it's prone to be damaged anyway.
Those, though, on the left want to say that it is a hate crime.
But again, it's not because it's an intersection.
Tire marks take place at intersections.
If you don't want tire marks, don't paint political statements on intersections.
And I think that's the key point to all of this here.
Tell our audience that are maybe not familiar with these towns and some of these beach towns in Florida, what exactly has happened?
I think people have seen it in Washington, D.C.
or by the Hay Adams Hotel, I think, and other places.
What exactly, what's the beef?
They've made this a monument, this painting of the rainbow flag, and anybody that goes over it, or some kid that decides to do a wheelie or a burnout, all of a sudden is a felon that could go to prison, I don't know, for five or ten years?
Yeah, as absurd as it sounds, that's kind of what they're doing here in the state of Florida, it looks like.
This isn't the first kid.
Who's done it, as that news package detailed.
This is actually the same intersection, the second one, allegedly, who has committed this.
But honestly, at this point, it's absurd because, again, we're a beach town.
We're actually not even that left-leaning.
We just elected a Republican mayor.
So it's pretty interesting on how extreme the county is willing to take this right now, just to put that in perspective.
There's also another case going on right now in St.
Petersburg as well, where just recently they say there was a burnout done on another intersection with a rainbow flag.
And they're trying to charge that suspect as well with a felony.
So they're trying to cook up these charges, and I think that's the real issue here.
The left likes to manipulate laws, and they like to charge people aggressively in order to go after them.
And for them, it's a slap in the face, because they can't exactly charge you with a hate crime.
So they're going to teeter and see how far they can actually take it.
And so it's extremely frustrating, because as many of you know at home, we're supposed to be the free state of Florida.
We're supposed to be a very red state.
And yet, for some reason, I can't find a single Republican lawmaker, our AG, our governor, to step in and say, this is ridiculous.
You have gone overboard in shutting this down.
Now, interesting enough, too, that video I took yesterday morning, I went to go revisit this scene just a couple of hours afterwards, and they immediately repainted over this.
So if I didn't grab that footage of how badly it was faded, People like Brewer wouldn't have the footage to prove that
the damages were extremely harsh and that his car really didn't cause much in the way of
damages that they're alleging.
And so he would have potentially had to pay for all of this.
He shouldn't have to pay for any of this at all if he is found guilty.
Because again, folks, he didn't do any of those damages that you saw in that video.
Those were already there.
So they're trying to sit here and kind of offset it a bit.
But it's really just nonsense at this point.
He's a 19-year-old kid.
He shouldn't be prosecuted for this.
This is going too, too far.
Brianna, hang on for a second with us, because the Gay Pride Month, which has been an epic fail, is about to start, and this is one of the reasons they're trying to come after everybody for hate crimes and all this.
Anthony Sabatini, you're the lawyer here.
Brianna makes a good point.
This has been happening throughout Florida, but you don't see a lot of Republican representatives.
I don't even think you see dissenters.
I don't see lawyers. | ||
What is going on here? | ||
Why the crickets? | ||
Why is it just Sabatini jumping in here?
That's exactly right, Steve.
The legislature and the governor, sadly, are ignoring this issue.
Now, this is the second time a person in Florida has been charged with speeding over a transgender flight.
These cities are using taxpayer money to put these giant displays up, and they know, they absolutely know it's going to entice the super majority of the public, which has to take these streets every single day to go to work.
And they're annoyed by it, and so they're using it basically to start friction and start this sort of drama.
Like Brianna said, the police department in St.
Petersburg and Pinellas County in Central West Florida said this is their number one issue right now.
They have pretty much every single cop on the lookout trying to find out who sped over the
flag over there. | ||
The legislature and the governor in Florida sadly always ignore these issues until basically
people who listen to your show like the War Room Nation and other Americans start like
speaking up and demanding that they actually do something.
And that's coming down.
I mean, Brianna's video yesterday actually had 3 million views, so people are starting to pay attention to this, and they're wondering why we have a supermajority Republican state legislature, a governor, supermajority on the Supreme Court, and yet they're still allowing the cities and counties to use taxpayer money for these gross displays, and then turn around and prosecute all these people.
So in Florida, the legislature has almost supreme power.
They could shut this down in two seconds.
They could preempt any city or county from spending money on these crass political displays.
I've actually personally been advocating for this for two years, since I left the state legislature.
Right when I left is when this became a major issue in Florida, and yet it just goes completely and totally ignored.
We even have a Republican representing that area who could easily file a bill to fix this thing.
But in the meantime, more importantly, more timely, we're calling on the governor to pardon Mr. Brewer and the other individual who is Uh, actually, um, prosecuted under this previous law.
And by the way, this isn't like a speeding ticket.
When I say prosecute, I'm not talking about like, you know, like a thousand dollar fine.
He's facing a felony for what we call in Florida criminal mischief, which means destruction of property more than a thousand dollars.
In addition to that, he's being faced with reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor, even though he quite literally never lost control of the car or even went faster than anybody who would have been going through that intersection had they just continued at their normal speed.
So the whole thing is a fabrication.
They know it's a fabrication, but who's it being brought by?
It's being brought by The radical left Democrat state attorney in the area, Dave Ehrenberg, who, if you Google, one of the first stories that comes up is a guy who got divorced three years ago because his wife was a hardcore Trump supporter, and he hates Trump.
It was like national news.
He's a real radical left-wing Democrat.
He's leaving office pretty soon here.
At the end of the year, there's an election for his position.
But in the meantime, he's trying to bring down every conservative he can in the meantime.
And so the governor has the power to fix this.
The legislature has the power to fix this.
And of course, Of course, the court system does too.
We're going to be taking this all the way through trial.
Mr. Brewer absolutely knows he didn't destroy any property like Brianna showed through the evidence that's going to be in the case.
None of the tire marks even lasted.
They didn't destroy any of the paint, although quite literally the paint should have never been there.
So on the political and legal front, we need to be fighting this as much as we possibly can.
Sabatini, one of the things that concerns me, and one of the reasons I wanted to jump on this story now, because, you know, we played this documentary last night about, what, Hampteric, Michigan, outside of Dearborn.
We follow what happens in the UK and France.
This issue of hate crime.
You just had, I think, the county commissioner on there saying that they want to add charges.
That this is a hate crime, and they want to send a message, and they're going to add additional charges.
It's bad enough that it's a felony.
For, you know, $1,000 worth of damage.
They want to add more hate crime to this.
Is anybody standing up that this is the way it spirals out of control?
Either shut this down at the beginning, or it starts to take on a life of its own, and it just crickets down in Florida.
What in the hell is going on there about raising this up to hate crimes?
Well, the big picture here is that the problem is the Republicans in Florida are still always in defense mode.
I mean, you got a little city manager here always on offense saying, we need new criminal laws.
We need to go further than prosecuting 19-year-olds for this.
We need to go further and put them in jail forever.
And the Republicans are just too weak.
They're always in defense.
They don't realize they should be quite literally zeroing out that man's job.
They can quite literally fire him from Tallahassee, from the state legislative Uh, power center that they have, because that's how much power the state legislature has.
Not every state is like that, but the dynamics here are different.
Thankfully, he's stupid and wrong and doesn't realize that cities and counties are preempted from making criminal laws.
So there's zero chance that Delray or Palm Beach can enhance you know, new hate crimes. Now, do I think that the
Republicans in Tallahassee are weak enough and dumb enough that they would buy into that logic and try
to like push a bill like that?
Probably. I mean, you literally have people who still wince at these types of issues,
and they still don't understand that the left's only position and best tactic in destroying the
First Amendment and lessening it is through this idea of enhancing hate crimes.
That's the way you destroy the First Amendment, is by broadening this umbrella of so-called hate crime to the point where it's all speech that they disagree with, and then the First Amendment's gone.
Of course, this is just another articulation of that.
Thankfully, the city and county can't do that.
They don't have that power.
This guy, of course, probably didn't know that.
He's just dumb and speaking.
aimlessly, but the legislature needs to go on offense and actually repeal the city's authority
to even do these sorts of things and commence these types of investigations and crimes.
And of course, doing these crass displays to begin with.
And also take away this prosecutor.
This prosecutor is identical to Andrew Warren.
Andrew Warren was the radical left-wing Soros-financed prosecutor in Tampa Bay
in Hillsborough County, which is Tampa, who DeSantis removed two years ago
for saying he was not gonna enforce laws that he disagreed with.
Well, this is the opposite of that.
You're enforcing laws that are made up, fabrications, and politically motivated.
So guess what? | ||
DeSantis, you need to remove this guy, too.
You need to remove Dave Ehrenberg because he's a radical left-wing moron that's commenced war against MAGA and average people.
And this is a 19-year-old kid.
You're trying to destroy his life with a felony?
Hang on one second. | ||
Breanna, where is this story going to go?
this, the legislature can fix this, and we need to just stay on them throughout the summer
until it gets done. | ||
And unfortunately, for the last few months, they have not returned my request for comment.
So I'm hoping that the public outrage, the people who are sharing this online will actually create them.
create a fire under their butts.
Because honestly, at this point, it's outrageous that we're gonna allow
this law fair to take place in our state.
It's happening at a local level where our governor could step in.
You know, most of the time when I try to get them to intervene, it's on a federal level
and they always say that they can't do anything about it.
But this, as Anthony Sabatini just, you know, described to you all right now,
is something that's well within their wheelhouse.
So we wanna create pressure so our governor gets involved because we need Democrats to know
you can't sit here and manipulate laws to go after people you politically disagree with.
We've had enough of that.
We're not going to tolerate it, and our governor needs to step in right now.
Brianna, where do people go to follow your reporting?
Where do they go for your social media?
Yeah, thank you, Steve.

Sabatini, this is dangerous because hate speech.
They're going to start throwing this all out.
You can already see the Gay Pride Month is a collapse.
It's an economic failure.
They're going to be striking out everywhere, particularly on hate speech.
You're running a one-man crusade right now, but where do people go to get more information about what you're fighting, and how can they actually make this a big deal in the state of Florida?
Because it's got to be made a big deal.
The first thing I would tell folks is to follow me and Brandon Morello.
So I'm at Anthony Sabatini or at Brandon Morello to stay updated on what's happening because we're going to be pushing this issue all throughout this summer.
The second thing I would tell people is to actually tag and reach out and push The legislature in Florida, sadly, is so pathetic.
They wait until the leadership tells them to do something, or the governor tells them to do something, and they react.
You're almost going to have no luck with the legislature leading on this issue until session begins in January.
But the governor might do something.
So I would tell people to reach out and tag his communications staff, people like Christina Pushaw, Jeremy Redfern.
I think Kate Strickland.
These are the names of the people who work for the governor.
They're on Twitter. | ||
They float around talking about him all the time.
But they're his eyes and ears.
If you're tagging them, pushing them, calling on them, to letting them know this is a very important issue,
then I think it's gonna get back to the governor.
The governor's gonna be forced to do something on this.
He cannot ignore it as every single couple of weeks, another Floridian gets thrown in prison in the court system
with a potential felony because of this ridiculous fake crime.
So follow me and Brianna, we'll keep you updated, but definitely reach out and push the governor
and his communications staff to take a stand.
He could fix it right now with a pardon and an executive order telling the state attorneys of Florida that this is an invalid crime, that the FDLE, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Attorney General don't see these as valid crimes and they should not be prosecuted.
They shouldn't be clogging up the court system with something that's so political and stupid.
And, you know, we got 800,000 illegal immigrants.
We just had an El Salvadoran, like, murderer arrested in my county here next door in Sumter County two weeks ago, who is a pretty menacing guy.
I think that should be the focus of the court system, the sheriffs and the state attorneys in Florida, not the 19-year-olds who are speeding too quickly over transgender flags.
Sabatini, thank you so much for doing this, and thank you so much for taking time away today to come on.
Appreciate it. | ||
Anthony Sabatini, tip of the spear.
Gotta get on top of this whole thing of hate crime.
Mark Paoletta, walk through, and thank you for sticking around, shrink the court now in order to pack it later.
Take your number two pencil out in the audience, write this construct down.
This is what they're trying to do.
Walk us through what that means.
Yeah, Steve, unprecedented times right now.
So basically, the left, right, it's the springtime, these big decisions are coming down, you know, the abortion case in 22, affirmative action last year, these Trump cases coming down in a couple weeks, and they want to shrink the court by forcing justices to recuse themselves from these cases, right?
And so there's a working five, six vote majority, right, of conservatives.
If you can take a couple off through recusals, right, you're increasing your odds of having
the liberals cobble together something and have a winning decision for them.
So they've lost control of the court.
They hate it. | ||
They're trying to shrink the court, take people off by recusal and get a working majority of the leftover liberals.
You notice they don't attack any liberals on the court for ethics violations or anything like that or recusals or that sort of stuff.
Then, as they've softened up the court, made its poll numbers go down, although thankfully, I think with some of this exposure of how crazy they are, the numbers seem to be coming back up.
But the idea is, drive the poll numbers down, get people not believing in the Supreme Court, and then say, we need to correct this.
If we lose in 24, and the Democrats take over, right, the House and the Senate, and they have the presidency, they will, okay, they will try and pack the court.
What does that mean? | ||
They will pass legislation saying, We are going to add four justices to the Supreme Court.
And this is not Mark Paoletti saying this.
This is, you know, Hank Johnson, Jamie Raskin, many other Democrats saying, and I think White House, we need to pass legislation to increase the number of justices.
Those will be liberal. | ||
They will then basically wipe out the governing majority that's on there right now.
That majority came through a time-honored You know, nine justices on the Supreme Court, I think since 1879, something like that.
It hasn't changed. | ||
They want to change the number of the justices so that what happens then?
That they control the Supreme Court again.
They can have the court be their super legislature to enact all these left-wing, crazy, destructive, anti-American policies.
And so that's the game here.
Shrink the court right now.
Go after them. | ||
Go after these justices.
And the other thing, Steve, also is...
There's also this idea of making the justices or forcing the justices to trim their sails on some of these opinions, right?
That they'll get attacked even more.
So they get shy. | ||
They get gun shy of, you know, standing up.
I do think, going back to the greatest American and our greatest justice of all time, Justice Thomas, has set that flag down to show, I will, you know, I will do my job.
I will issue my opinions come what may.
Bring it on. | ||
Attack me. | ||
It's not fun for him. | ||
That's why people need to go out and defend him and the other justices, but that's what's going on here.
They want to attack the court and these justices on so many levels.
I know you're busy, but I'm going to take a 90-second break.
I need you to hang on because I want to get to the heart of this.
This is why I played the last segment.
I bifurcated yours. | ||
We have a crisis now, and the crisis is that the left is smart, understanding ours is a rule of law society and predicated upon The courts and the law they're going at they're trying to freeze lawyers in place These are trying to say things or hate crimes or you're working for haters So they're trying to freeze the law firms the lawyers you got project.
What is it? | ||
65 that's going after so many lawyers.
This is the crisis and now more than ever we need the institutions on the right to Not simply individuals, the institutions on the right need to step up.
Mark Palette is going to stick around.
We've got a packed second hour, but this is one that we've got to lay down today.
It's one of the reasons President Trump, they're all over President Trump and trying to make sure he can't get great legal counsel, trying to freeze everybody out.
We have an institutional issue on the right we have to take care of now.
Also, I'm going to spend some time maybe at the six o'clock.
No, six o'clock we're going to do a special in Taiwan, but I got to get to hometidalock.com.
The situation at Graceland, if you don't think they can get to your title, you're wrong. |
