I think we've failed as media.
Eight years ago, we had our cameras parked at the airplane hangar where he was going to arrive because we knew it was going to be a good train wreck.
We knew it was going to be, if it bleeds, it leads.
We knew it was going to be dramatic.
And we've set up this kind of equivalency.
So we have not invested the time in, say, for example, the accomplishments of the Biden administration.
That is to say, given that equal time, Totally.
And we haven't said this may be the third most accomplished legislative accomplishments in a hundred years.
Obviously FDR and LBJ are a little bit ahead, but this may be that.
And so we have to, yes, and Obama is really strong at understanding that it's not just this argument.
It's sometimes superseded by a reconciling force, which we have to bring at this moment.
nicolle wallace
Yeah.
unidentified
This is not a question of Democrats or Republicans.
nicolle wallace
No.
unidentified
This is the survival of our republic.
If you like despots, dictators on day one, there's not a dictator who's ever given up power willingly.
There are times in the trial when you have to have guts as a defense attorney to stand up after a prosecution witness and say, I have no questions.
And then in summation, you say, you know what?
I didn't ask so many questions.
Tell me, Dan, if there's any questions.
She doesn't matter.
She doesn't matter.
They only called her to embarrass him.
They only called her to prejudice you.
It doesn't matter if they fooled around or if they didn't fool around.
You know what she really is, though?
You heard it.
It was her testimony, folks.
She's an extortionist.
She's an absolute extortionist.
She wanted money.
She wanted money for her story the same way she wanted money for sex her whole life.
The consequence is, watch out.
This system, which is, obviously it's sort of cliché to say how fragile it is and requires a vigilance, all of that is true, is that we are on the cusp of some place we have never been before in our history in which there is a huge number of people in this country who have sort of given up on a promise and think that the easy promises of a dictator will solve anything.
They will make things worse.
nicolle wallace
You acknowledge their pain, though, in calling Trump an opioid.
unidentified
Explain.
Well, I just mean that when we feel helpless, we often turn to alcohol, or we turn to drugs, or fentanyl, or these things, because they offer, at least in the moment, some sort of relief.
And there's something really satisfying about somebody who, the bull in the china shop, who just goes in and says, I'm gonna wreck it.
And you go, yes!
That's the way I feel.
And you need to extend sympathy to them.
Not pity.
They are active in their world.
You just have to make a better conversation about democracy as part of what the stakes are here.
And that's why there is literally no choice in November.
None.
You either have the continuation of the United States of America, or you do not.
Which do you want?
ben bergquam
Joy, just wondering, do you think people with Trump derangement syndrome know they have it?
unidentified
You're an idiot.
ben bergquam
And second question, did you steal Trump's haircut or did he steal yours?
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on this, people.
steve bannon
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
ben bergquam
The people have had a belly full of it.
steve bannon
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Wednesday, 29 May, Year of the Lord 2028.
Of course, major developments happening up in New York.
We're going to have also Ken Paxton join us about the great state of Texas, exactly how we're to interpret fully the results of last night's runoffs and where do we go from here.
A lot going on.
Ben Burquham's there.
Ben, once again, I can only mentor Ben so much.
You know, I've tried.
I work with him.
He's getting there.
One great question.
Of course, he always goes through too much one.
Only Royce White can do the wigs, okay?
Only Royce White can do the wigs.
Tell me about what's going on today.
They went until 8 o'clock, I think, last night.
Five hour Rule of thumb on a prosecution's case, if it takes you five hours, then you haven't made the case during the trial.
So, obviously, they had so many things that didn't connect, didn't match up.
They went four and a half or five hours.
Berquam, where were we this morning?
ben bergquam
Yeah, it was just more of the total time suck that this entire trial has been from the very beginning.
But before we get to that, Steve, I just have to say, on behalf of the War Room audience, the posse, thank you for running that at the end, because all of us watched the opens and were so pissed off when you run guys like that idiot who only said one thing that was right, that in November, we either save the Republic or we don't.
The problem is he's choosing the wrong horse for the race.
It's either Trump or nothing.
This country dies.
That's why this is going on behind me.
But thank you for ending with that.
That's so epic.
Perfect.
So right now they're in the middle of the jury instruction.
We're anticipating that taking about an hour, thank God, not four and a half.
And we could get an answer as early as this afternoon.
If it goes beyond that, if it goes into tomorrow, that's good news for President Trump and the defense.
If it is a quick deliberation, my gut and everyone else's gut is that it's A foregone conclusion that you have a bunch of leftists that have already made their mind up, especially when they get politically pressured by Joe Biden coming out here, having his campaign come out here.
And just make no mistake, all these jurors are going home every single night.
And to think that they're not watching social media when they all admit that most of them watch or they read the New York Times, you know, to think that they're not pressured when Joe Biden sends his campaign out here the day before the decision.
And MSNBC and New York Times.
Some of them actually watched Joy Reid.
steve bannon
I think it's an all-white jury, and I think it's Upper East Side, Upper West Side.
And they said there are two sources of information, MSNBC and New York Times.
What is it like outside?
Yesterday was amazing, particularly the fact of Robert De Niro, you know, wandering down there to read his script, to get humiliated.
That was a lead story in the New York Post.
What's the feel down there?
Is it a little more calmed down than yesterday?
ben bergquam
Yeah, I think the Democrats learned their lesson.
Hopefully De Niro did.
Stick to bad acting because bad script reading is even worse.
And so as far as I know, there's not any press conferences by the Democrats today.
There's a crowd of Trump supporters out.
Same crowd.
Again, we've had that woman you had play yesterday, Stephanie, Chinese-American.
She's been here for six weeks.
You have people that have come in for this entire trial because they know how important it is.
They're here.
They're here till the end.
They're in.
and uh... collect on park and they're waiting for the answer uh... and you know i think most of them anticipate this is a uh... a sham trial from the beginning then the question is where we go from here the logistic weather where we go from here we got a punch back because we're leading everywhere this is he's got they have two things they're working on uh... maybe three thousand third out there they've got the uh... the lawfare of which are getting crushed they've got uh...
steve bannon
They have the big steal, which they're working on nonstop, because Democrats can't win unless they steal it.
That's obvious.
Where are the 81 million votes that illegitimate Biden got the first time?
They're also working on an October surprise.
I don't know if I've put it up yet.
I think I have put it up on Getter.
If Grace and if the Denver crowd could pick it up.
I'm going to talk about this a lot later.
Axios finally caught up with War Room two and a half years later, three years late.
Axios actually goes through... Remember, Axios is the inside baseball for the ruling elite in the imperial capital, but also so the ruling elite throughout the country and the world can get a quick snapshot of what's going on.
All these pieces are very concentrated.
They just cut to the chase.
Today they've got a lengthy walkthrough of the beginning stages of the Third World War, and they go, hey, there's so many hotspots, these could blow up right away, and man, you need a strong commander-in-chief like Joe Biden.
So the third element is clearly wag the dog.
They've got lawfare.
They have the big steel and they have wagged a dog.
That is the threes.
Let me repeat this.
They have lawfare because what they want today or tomorrow is, even if Trump's just found guilty on the signing of the checks, right?
Because they've triaged this.
So some of this is so low-hanging fruit, even for jury members who say this is an unfair sham, so the kids don't get run out of school and tarred and feathered on the playground to give them some outs.
All they want is convicted felon.
It could be one out of three.
Convicted felon.
Number two is the big steal, and they're working, Mark Elias, these people are working overtime, overtime, overtime in the states on mail-in ballots, machines, everything.
They're working overtime to try to steal it, but I think they realize that may be a reach, but hey, they're the best stealers in the world.
The third is wag the dog.
So you've got lawfare, the big steal, and wag the dog.
Those are the three elements of how they're going to try to stop Trump On top of all that, they're trying to de-Trumpify Trump's second term.
We're going to get into that also.
And that is a project of the UNA party.
Ben Burquam, we want you to hang around.
We're going to come back to you for more context of what's going on.
And please don't pick on Joanne Reed.
Particularly, she's quite tiny.
I mean, she's very small next to you.
We love Joanne.
ben bergquam
That's why I gave her some space.
I gave her some space.
I gave her some space.
But hey, no cultural appropriating, Steve.
Just remember that.
It works for both sides.
It should anyways.
That's all I'm saying.
No cultural appropriating haircuts.
steve bannon
That's all I'm saying.
Hey, only Royce White.
Royce White's got the Barbie wig, so no.
But your first thing on Trump's derangement syndrome I thought was a very straightforward question.
She didn't appreciate.
She dropped an F-bomb.
So, hey, you know, going in early and they're going to be all day smirking on TV.
Remember, this is law first.
ben bergquam
It's like crazy.
It's like crazy people.
You know, do they know they're crazy?
Most crazy people don't know they're crazy.
So I wanted to ask someone who has Trump derangement if they know they have it.
And I think the answer, you know, her answer, her response speaks for itself.
That was great.
It was great.
steve bannon
Ben Berquand, thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
We'll get back to you here momentarily.
Just hang around.
Andrew Giuliani, everybody else is inside.
A jury instruction, as Ben said, the jury will get it maybe even before noon and start rolling.
We're on standby for all of it and we've got to fire back on this.
You can't let this lead.
The lead is because the American people Many of whom were not with us originally understand they trust Trump.
Can I, I want to play, can we play the Ken Burns second part?
Where he's talking about sympathy and empathy.
I'm talking to my crack producer team here.
Tell me, are you ready?
Is Denver ready?
I don't want to go too fast.
Is Denver ready?
Did we get, did we get coffee, did we get coffee and donuts for Denver this morning?
Okay, good.
They're good.
Denver, you good?
Let's go and play Ken Burns.
I want people to embrace this.
Okay, Ken Burns.
Who is he?
He's, I think, the greatest documentary filmmaker America has produced in the late 20th and early 21st century.
His documentaries are, now, he is a classic New England liberal, bleeding heart liberal.
He did the classic Civil War, I think it's 12 Hours.
Now, that is from a Union perspective and a Yankee perspective.
For people that follow the Civil War, it's an American classic.
He's done, I don't know, 20 or 30 or 40 films since then, all funded by, I think, a combination of big oil and your tax dollars at NPR.
But he's incredibly condescending.
First off, he's a total partisan, not even a question.
On Obama, I mean, he levitated when Obama won, and he's a complete partisan.
But look at the condescending.
This is how the elites, Particularly the public intellectuals.
Think of MAGA.
Think of America First.
Think of the deplorables.
Let's go ahead and play it.
unidentified
The consequence is, watch out.
This system, which is, obviously it's sort of cliched as to how fragile it is, and requires a vigilance.
All of that is true.
Is that we are on the cusp of some place we have never been before in our history, in which there is a huge number of people in this country who have sort of given up on a promise and think that the easy promises of a dictator
will solve anything.
They will make things worse.
nicolle wallace
You acknowledge their pain though in calling Trump an opioid.
unidentified
Explain.
Well, I just mean that when we feel helpless, we often turn to alcohol, or we turn to drugs, or fentanyl, or these things, because they offer, at least in the moment, some sort of relief.
And there's something really satisfying about somebody who, the bull in the china shop, who just goes in and says, I'm going to wreck it.
And you go, yes!
That's the way I feel.
And you need to extend sympathy to them.
Not pity.
They are active in their world.
You just have to make a better conversation about democracy as part of what the stakes are here.
steve bannon
Hey, bro, bro, bro.
We don't need your sympathy and we don't need your pity.
Your beloved New York Times.
MAGA's on the march.
The precinct strategy, the school boards, this is what they hate more than anything else.
They hate the fact that you're using your agency.
You see how condescending that is?
You've lost all hope.
You're curled up in drugs and alcohol.
No, bro.
We're on the march.
We're taking over institutions and we're going to purge those institutions.
We're going to purge it of the weaklings and pencil necks like you.
This is coming.
This is going to happen.
We are on the march.
We are ascendant.
This is not a cult.
President Trump's not a dictator.
This is the democracy you wish you had on your side.
Because you ain't got the votes.
All you can do is steal.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
Okay.
Part of the democratic process is continue to fight.
The reason we're ascendant is we did not quit.
Let me repeat this.
The reason we're ascendant is we did not quit.
We had every incentive to quit.
That's what they wanted.
They wanted to ground MAGA, America First of the Parables, into the ground after January 2021.
Remember the billboards down in Georgia?
It's like the Stasi.
The East German police in the lives.
Remember the movie Lives of Others we used to talk about?
That's what they tried to do.
This is why the institution has to be purged.
This is why the Justice Department has to be purged.
This is why the FBI has to be purged.
I know they hate saying that, but no, we're taking away billets, we're firing people, we're going to restructure it.
I believe we've got to get rid of the FBI and start over again.
If it's a consensus we need a federal law enforcement agency, fine, let's work it out.
But it can't be what it is today.
First off, not just politicized, it's incompetent.
We're going to talk a minute.
I think we got Todd Benson up here.
The terrorists attacked down at Quantico.
Only their training command and the Marines training command.
And what happens?
You know what?
They're not tracking anybody coming across the border on the invasion of the southern border.
You got guys like Ken Paxson fighting for that.
Ken Paxson, Attorney General Paxson.
Okay, so last night was not perfect, but we got some wins.
We took a couple of losses and the losses we had should reveal to everybody what the problem is.
Dade Phelan should not be, I mean, this was all Democrat votes.
I think we lost by 300, 400 votes in a tight race.
And 1,400 Democrats voted for him.
So where are we, Attorney General Paxton?
unidentified
So overall, you know, we had, after my impeachment, we had two months to recruit candidates.
There were 61 Republicans that voted with the Speaker on my impeachment and have basically aligned themselves with the Democrats.
So we recruited for two months, which wasn't a long time.
We got about 40 candidates involved.
We're going to end up winning about 24 or 25 incumbent seats, either by forcing them out because they couldn't run again or they didn't want to run again, or by winning these campaigns.
The runoff last night, we had, I think it was 11 that I was involved in.
We lost two.
We had one that I don't know yet, and then the rest of them we won.
So you're not going to win every race.
The reason we lost state feeling is because the Democrats, we have open primaries in Texas, which were The party is now trying to fix.
They just voted to do that a couple days ago at our convention.
But Dade Phelan, it wasn't just that he got 1,442 votes in a margin that he only won by 366.
That was just in one county.
That didn't count Election Day.
It didn't count the other two counties.
He got thousands of votes, probably 3,000 or 4,000 votes.
Had he not gotten those Democrats to come out and vote, Dade Phelan would have gotten wiped out, destroyed, 65-35 or worse.
So that's how they're doing it.
That's how he gets elected.
He gets elected by Democrats.
And even in his own district, he has spent $9 million recruiting and pulling in Democrats to vote for him in a Republican primary.
That's how he did it.
steve bannon
So two things before I get to the and just I want to give a shout out again So you had eight wins.
We got one we don't know about in two defeats, but overall the 61 Which were Bush establishment 25?
We won 25 of the 40 seats.
unidentified
We recruited a 40 people recruited 25 wins Yeah, we're gonna have that's not bad in a huge in a heat yeah, it's gonna be 24 25 around there that we will have replaced with people now, hopefully and They will stick together and go fight this.
steve bannon
So talk to me about fighting it first, because I want to talk about this open primary and what in Texas you can do.
Talk to me about feeling as Speaker of the House, a very powerful speakership down there, for a guy that would have lost 65-35 in Republican votes, how can this guy possibly be the Republican Speaker of the House, sir?
unidentified
Because his constituency is not the Republicans.
There's 150 House members.
It takes 76 votes to become Speaker.
It's all inside, decided by the State Reps.
65 Democrats will come forward and say, we got your back.
Then he just recruits 10 Republicans who get all the best committee assignments, appropriations, whatever they want.
They get it.
And then the deal's done.
And so then other Republicans who are weak Uh, capitulate and they join the team.
Others who are willing to continue to fight, they don't get their bills passed.
They don't get on good committees.
They get, they get treated like they are dirt by Dave Phelan and his team.
It's as if you were like a communist or something.
They treat you like the worst.
The Democrats get treated well.
The conservative Republicans get treated like they're dirt.
And so it's difficult to endure that every day, but that's what these people have to go do.
They have to endure that and be willing to, Basically give up their ability to accomplish things because Dave Phelan is not going to let him unless they do what he wants them to do.
steve bannon
That's how it works.
So what is the, what is our plan to make sure that he's not the speaker?
This is a, this a ways off, but the pick and shovel work has to be done today.
unidentified
Yep.
So it's, it's simple.
We have to educate the voters so that when these Republicans who have been aligned with Dave Phelan, They need to know we're coming after them again.
We'll be back.
We couldn't get all 61 of them, but we're coming back for more.
And if they're the ones aligned with Dave Phelan, they're going to be first on our list.
Guaranteed, we're coming after him.
If they vote for Dave Phelan, and they align with him, we are going to run.
We'll have longer this time.
We don't have two months to recruit.
We'll have two years to recruit, or a year and a half.
And so we can do a better job of getting more people to vote, good candidates out to run.
And these guys are going to have to run every two years.
We're going to wear them down.
Every two years.
They're going to have another fight.
It's not going to be nice and easy in the primary for them anymore.
They're going to have to fight it out.
And that's exhausting.
They're going to have to raise money.
They're going to have to spend their time.
It takes them away from their family, their work.
And if that's how they want to play this game, that's how we're going to play it.
steve bannon
What about, because you got guys like Covey and others that are sitting here this morning and lost by a couple hundred votes and you had all these Democrats.
What's the state party got to do to sort this thing out down there?
unidentified
So the state party passed a resolution to change the primary.
So they don't have the power to actually change it.
So it's going to be an effort by the Secretary of State It's going to be an effort probably by a legislature's changing our primary to a closed primary.
And the challenge of that is, if anything has to go through the legislature, Phelan will stop it.
He'll block any attempt to make this a closed primary.
Obviously, he benefits from Democrats, both in the House and in his election.
But I think there's a way.
We're just trying to figure this out now, because it just passed, as to whether we can do this without any legislative action.
We can run it through Either a court, based on what the party decided on their rules.
There's no reason, in my opinion, the party can't make their own determination as to how they want to run their primary.
If they want a closed primary, it seems to me that we could take this to court and get some type of declaratory judgment allowing us to go forward with a closed primary.
todd bensman
Okay, perfect.
steve bannon
So I take it that's a work in progress right now.
You guys are trying to figure that out right now?
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
We were so focused on this.
unidentified
It was fantastic.
steve bannon
It was fantastic.
I want to give a huge shout out to the Patriots down in Texas.
And I realize there's a lot of folks sitting here this morning sitting there going, God, it was a couple hundred votes on some of these.
And they fought for a year.
That's part of the process.
Trust the process.
We're ascendant.
We'll get more next time.
Take a bite, one bite at a time.
Attorney General, this whole thing of the Justice Department and FBI being out of control and having Matthew Kalandra up there arguing the case against President Trump, what can the state AGs do here?
When you have a lawless DOJ and you have a lawless FBI, you've been at the tip of the spear since you were one of our first guests on 20 January 2021.
You said, hey, where the Biden administration is going to be inside the Constitution, we'll work with them.
Where they're outside the Constitution, we're going to hammer them.
And you've hammered them more than any other state AG.
What can be done now when you see the lawlessness of these folks?
unidentified
So this is what happened to me three and a half years ago.
I got a referral from the Travis County District Attorney to investigate the FBI Department of Justice for corruption for violating state and federal law.
I started that process only to find that the FBI knew about it before I did.
They knew about the referral before I did, and they were already in my office threatening people and scaring the heck out of all of them.
And so that's how the whole coup in my office happened.
It was over that issue, because I told my staff, we are investigating them.
I don't care what they do to us.
If we can't stand up to the FBI and Department of Justice when they are committing crime, and they are committing crimes, if I could have finished this investigation, we would have found it, and we would have at least exposed it, even though we would have had to get authority to prosecute it.
I guarantee you, they don't follow any rules anymore.
They don't follow the Constitution.
And it's really hard to hold them accountable when they can turn an investigation on me, my investigation on them, into an investigation on me.
And that's exactly what happened to me.
That's how I got the impeachment.
That's how I got all this other garbage that happened to me.
It's because I decided, you know what?
I'm going to find out what happened here.
I'm going to find out the truth.
steve bannon
Hang on, I want to go back and hit rewind on this.
We're sitting here in the day after this historic runoff that came from a historic primary, that came from a historic impeachment, that basically brought to the attention of people how the Bush establishment still runs Texas, although it's a MAGA state, and you're saying that this all began years before When you got information that you should start an investigation of the FBI, or had to start an investigation of the FBI, and then they came immediately?
They knew beforehand?
Walk us through it.
Take your time.
unidentified
This was three and a half years ago, four years ago, this summer.
We got a referral from the Travis County DA to investigate the FBI for corruption.
FBI Department of Justice, both.
And for violating federal and state law.
I didn't even know about it.
It got referred.
My head of law enforcement didn't even put it into the system, which is highly unusual.
I've never heard of it.
He didn't even let anybody know.
And I found out from the complainant, the complainant called me and said, Hey, how come I'm not, how come no one's called me about this investigation?
I should be interviewed by somebody.
I said, what are you talking about?
And he told me about the referral, how he'd filed with Travis and they referred it to us.
So I track it down and I'm told by my head of law enforcement, I'm told by my Top guys.
We're not investigating them.
And I said, why?
And they said, because law enforcement cannot commit a crime.
And I said, what do you mean?
We don't investigate law enforcement because it's not possible for them to commit a crime.
That was what I was told by David Maxwell, who was head of my law enforcement.
And then I went to my first assistant, and I said, we gotta fire that guy, and he goes, I can't.
And I said, why?
And he said, because he threatened me, and he said, if I did what you wanted me to do, and I investigated them, they would come after me, like the FBI and Department of Justice are gonna come after you.
steve bannon
Hang on one second, we're gonna take a short break.
Attorney General Ken Paxton, the great state of Texas, the foundational element in MAGA in this nation.
Short break.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
Okay, pretty explosive information from Attorney General Ken Paxson of the state of Texas.
We're going to have Todd Bensman on about a terrorist attack down at Quantico at the FBI training, which Quantico is known as the Marine Officer Candidate School and the FBI Training Academy.
We're going to get to that here momentarily.
What the FBI should be doing, which they're not, because they're a lawless American Gestapo.
Ken Paxson, continue on in your story, sir.
unidentified
So when I couldn't get this done in my office, I hired an independent counsel, which my staff resisted.
Uh, although they, they actually, uh, signed onto it.
And then when I, when this independent counselor who I was not directing exactly how to do the investigation, I told him that I said, I'm not, I'm not here to tell you how to, I'm here to tell you to find the truth, whatever the best way to do that is inside the bounds of the law, do it.
So he sent out subpoenas to the FBI to get their phone records on the conversations they'd had about all this stuff going on with how they, uh, I think illegally treated this complainant.
That's when the guys in my office filed a complaint against me saying I had committed a federal crime, but they never said what it was.
And then supposedly because of that complaint, then now they could do whatever they wanted in my office and I couldn't get rid of it.
And that has led to the FBI investigating me saying that, I don't have the right to fire these people.
That's a federal crime, and now I've committed a crime.
And that's what I've been dealing with for the last four years.
They're harassing me.
And the downside of all this is the truth never came out.
We never got to finish the investigation.
I guarantee you, if we could have finished that investigation, we would have found that the FBI doesn't follow the Constitution.
They don't give search warrants like they're supposed to.
They go in and do their investigation.
And they issued search warrants later after the fact.
They violated the Constitution and then they altered government records, which is a violation of state law.
But I never got to do that because the Travis County DA, when this all blew up, pulled it.
And those guys in my office turned me in so that suddenly I became the subject of an investigation.
And that's what happens when you go after corruption at the FBI and the Department of Justice.
steve bannon
So what is then to be done?
You've seen now, you've got a brave judge in South Florida, Judge Cannon.
She is ripping Jack Smith, the special prosecutor and the FBI, all of it, right, on this phony raid at Mar-a-Lago that put the president and his personnel down there.
in physical jeopardy because they authorized lethal force, and they don't like us saying it, but hey, suck on it.
We don't care what you like and don't like.
What's to be done by law-abiding citizens, and why are more AGs not stepping up to this?
They've turned into a Gestapo, an American Gestapo, and the DOJ is just as corrupt with Lisa Monaco, Matthew Colangelo, Merrick Garland, all of them.
What is to be done by average citizens?
unidentified
Steve, I'm telling you, they are the Gestapo.
We're in Venezuela.
We might as well be in China.
We might as well be in Germany during the 30s and 40s.
It is corrupt.
It is the Gestapo.
They don't follow any laws anymore, and no one can stop them.
And because of what happened to me, all these other AGs are afraid to do anything anyway.
So there's a lot of fear, because what can you do?
How do you stop them?
The exposure of this case or this judge is unredacted and all that stuff.
We've got to have more exposure.
And then second, we've got to have a president that will come in, bring in an attorney general that will take these guys out and make sure that the corruption is eliminated and that we start over.
You were right when I heard you say we need to start over because right now, you know, they were formed, the FBI was formed to go after organized crime.
And the problem with that now is they are organized crime.
They're paid for by taxpayer dollars.
They have become organized crime.
steve bannon
Do you agree with me that we gotta... President Trump, God bless him, he's setting out for his urban renewal of D.C.
He's saying, hey, we're gonna build a big, beautiful headquarters.
I said, hey, how about plan B, which we take everybody out of the building, take it apart slab by slab because it's a monstrosity, and then do what the Rowans did to Carthage, salt the earth around it so nothing else is ever built there.
As an Attorney General of the most powerful states in the Union, Do you believe we have to start at scratch, take their charter away, which by the way is not renewed, it hasn't been renewed in decades, but just de-authorize them, de-take the charter away, and if we need a federal law enforcement force to work with the states and the state AGs and the prosecutors and the local U.S.
attorneys, rebuild it?
Do you agree with that?
unidentified
It would be better to have nothing right now.
Everybody's like, well, what about crime?
Well, they're not there to stop crime anymore.
They're a political organization designed to persecute people like you and me.
And so it would be better not to have anything than to have that.
So yes, you have to take it to the ground and start over.
I don't know any other way because there's so much corruption and it's been so built up by so many other people for so long.
I don't know how you figure out who's doing all the bad stuff unless you just like – because you don't have a lot of time.
You've got to do it fast and you've just got to start over with something else.
steve bannon
If it was just Paxton and Bannon and Peter Navarro and Trump, hey, we could work through that.
The problem is they're on traditional Catholics.
They're on people at abortion centers.
There are people standing up for their rights throughout the country, right?
You see them kick down the doors and have these shootouts, right, with honest American citizens.
unidentified
Now, there's some beggars, but... At school boards, they go after parents.
steve bannon
Go ahead, school boards.
unidentified
Yeah, I mean, it's insane what they're doing.
steve bannon
When you go around the state and talk to folks, and there's no greater group of patriots and independent-minded self-reliance than down in the great state of Texas, when you talk to folks in Texas, what are their thoughts on the FBI?
unidentified
No one trusts, no one that understands government, that cares about good government, and government is supposed to do what they're, protect the people, trust the FBI.
They've lost their credibility.
They don't trust the Department of Justice.
They don't have credibility, but I don't think they care.
They want the power.
They want the control.
They want to do what they're doing.
They're evil.
They've become evil.
And I think the American people have caught on, and I think this exposure is good, but it won't matter because right now, no one can stop them.
They do what they want.
They don't follow any rules, any laws.
They just run people over, and no one holds them accountable.
No judges hold them accountable.
They just run people over.
It's just like the Stasi.
steve bannon
It's the Gestapo.
It's the KGB.
It's the way the state security force in Beijing.
It's the Stasi.
It's the same thing happened.
This is what's happened to the FBI.
That's where they've got to be going.
Root and branch.
Ken Paxson, where do people get to you to follow this continual fight down in Texas to make sure we set things right?
And also your focus on DOJ and the FBI.
Where do people go?
unidentified
KenPaxson.com and at KenPaxsonTX.
steve bannon
Attorney General Paxson, thank you very much.
Fight on, sir.
unidentified
Hey, thanks Steve.
steve bannon
I appreciate it.
That is arguably one of the top two or three most powerful Attorney Generals in this union.
Todd Bensman, you've been at this a long time.
Talk to me about Quantico.
What they should be doing, they're not.
And not just that, protect the American people from terrorists.
You wrote a whole book about it, how that's not happening.
But then they cover it up.
So I want you to walk through what the facts are, what happened down at Quantico.
todd bensman
May 3rd, two Jordanians who were illegally present in the U.S., one of whom crossed the southern border illegally and got one of those rubber stamps into the country, tried to ram a large box truck into the base, to the small town inside the base, Quantico Village.
We don't know why, because the Biden administration has gotten into lockstep in not answering any questions about this.
Whether this was a terror attack, ruling out that it was a terror attack, all the normal things when there's an ambiguous initial kind of an incident like this that nobody really knows what it means.
Since 9-11, all administrations have, as a courtesy, At least given the American public something, but they're not, including not explicitly ruling out that this was a terror attack.
It was something bad enough.
Don't get me wrong.
But if this was a terror attack, that means it would be the first one that we know on U.S.
soil by a border-crossing illegal immigrant that many of us have been warning about for three years straight.
Because of this mass migration crisis.
And if it was a terror attack, and I believe it was, and I'll explain why in a minute, but I do believe it was, then this has electoral change.
It could change the trajectory of the November election because Biden is already suffering deeply from the mass migration crisis.
All the polls show it.
If they were to acknowledge that there was a terrorist motivation behind this border crossing Jordanians attempted vehicle ramming into a highly symbolic US military base, Donald Trump is going to use that like a sledgehammer nonstop.
And Biden is going to lose the election over that.
And that's why I believe they won't say a single word about it.
But some of us are just not going to let it go.
I mean, until we get an answer.
Hey, look, all you got to do to make me go away and Chip Roy and the 12 congressmen who have signed a letter demanding answers and the governor of Virginia and a few other media outlets.
All we'll do, we'll go away if you just say, look, there's no terrorism here at all.
Just tell us one way or another like you always do.
And we'll go away.
But that's not happening.
And that's why I believe it's probably a terror attack.
There was a terror motivation here by a border crossing illegal immigrant with a Jordanian passport.
steve bannon
Go back and just walk me through the incident.
A panel truck or a box truck, did we know what was in it?
Do we have any details?
And when you say rammed, how did it ram?
Who stopped them?
Was it the gate guards?
I mean, what details do we know that we have right now?
unidentified
Right.
todd bensman
What the government is willing to acknowledge, what they have told us for sure, is that two Jordanian guys pull up in a big box truck posing as Amazon delivery men.
But they don't have any ID with them or anything that would show that they're with Amazon.
So they were diverted over to secondary inspection.
This is routine.
Who are these guys?
Why are they, you know, let's check them out.
As soon as they get them over into secondary inspection, the guys hit the gas, not the brake, the gas and tried to ram through.
into the interior of the base, but the roads there have these, um, you've seen them, you know, these panels that can be popped up into the road and they quick thinking, uh, Marine military police officers hit those buttons and, and block the road.
So they weren't out, they weren't able to get in.
Uh, then they were arrested and they were charged with criminal trespassing.
We still don't even know their names.
If they charge them, we should be able to get their names, but We can't seem to find any record of a charge, at least a federal charge, about that.
And that's all we know.
They won't say anything about what was in the vehicle.
Maybe there were explosives, maybe nothing, because sometimes trucks are used as the weapon.
Those are the weapons.
We saw that happen in New York City a few years ago when an Uzbek drove his truck on a bicycle trail and crushed all those innocent people.
Uh, uh, nice France, a big, you know, truck attack.
there are many different kinds of attacks that could have been the weapon.
steve bannon
How do you say, first off, you've gone back We've had congressmen send letters now.
Why do they think they can stonewall this?
Don't they have a requirement to put at least the names out and to give some details about the arrestees?
I'm going to hold you through the break.
We have over 30 seconds here.
Why have they not put out any information?
todd bensman
Well, you know, I think informed speculation is that they know that this is a terror attack and they don't want to give Any fodder to regular media about it, which then Trump, I don't think Trump knows about this yet.
The second Donald Trump gets a hold of this thing, it's going into the televised public debate, presidential debate.
Does anybody think it's not?
Of course he's going to as soon as he finds out about this.
And I think that's really what they're worried about most.
So they're not providing anything.
Doug Ducey over at Fox News went into the White House during a press conference last week.
And questioned the spokeswoman there about this, and very tellingly, they were all on board.
They had their message set up.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on one second.
unidentified
Sure.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, talk about times of turbulence.
Remember, and I'll somehow get this up during the day-to-day.
It is lawfare.
They can't stop the rise of MAGA.
Why?
Well, America First and MAGA is kind of common.
It's love of this republic.
It's love of the country that was bequeathed to us and passed down to us for many generations.
Of people that fought for it, and not just that, people that worked for it.
Not just simply our honored dead on battlefields all over the world, and battlefields here in the United States, but those that worked silently and quietly.
The little folks, the forgotten man and woman, you, from generations back.
That built the most powerful nation, the best nation, and the nation with the most goodness that have done more for mankind than any nation in the history of this earth.
Full stop.
The forces arrayed against us are people that hate this country, hate what this country stands for, and hate what this country could potentially do in the future.
That's the fight.
So it's three aspects.
Lawfare, they try to stop and they try to decapitate Trump and people around him, and also put pressure on you, right?
Constantly.
So it's lawfare.
It's the big steal, because they can't win if they can't steal it.
They say, Steve, how can you say that?
Where are your 81 million votes?
Where are they?
They didn't exist.
We've put the nation through all of this because you are unworthy of people's votes.
You couldn't get 81 million votes.
You had to steal it, and you stole it.
And a lot of people who are too gutless stood to the side and said, oh, it's too hard.
It's too tough.
I can't do it.
Well, this audience did, and this show didn't.
Number three, and we have now for years, and Axios today is up there.
Axios, oh my gosh, there's hotspots all over the world.
Look at this.
The smartest guys in the room, years later.
Hell, we've already had two conferences.
with the American Freedom Alliance called the Third World War, the early years, write it down, get your number two pencil out Axios, Mike Allen, and Jim Vanderhay, all you geniuses over there.
Third World War has been ongoing and now we're to the kinetic part of it.
And, as an add-on, unable to stop us at the ballot box, the one that they worship, And talk about democracy and Ken Burns about democracy.
Ken Burns, go read Finish What We Started and come back and talk to me about democracy.
The problem is, your people are too lazy and too shiftless to go out and do the work.
You can see that in those quads of these ivy league schools and these colleges laying around like a bunch of bums and want somebody else to pay their debt.
Because the woke degrees you got them in can't get an honest paycheck.
And so working class people, I have to underwrite that.
You're trying to also de-Trumpify the second term right now.
That's the big project up there on Capitol Hill.
And that's at the state parties.
Look what's happened in Texas.
I have Patti Lyman on here from Virginia.
Look in South Carolina.
Look in Georgia.
Look in Nebraska.
Look all around.
They're just not going to sit there and go, oh, this is amazing.
People that watch and listen to the Word Room, people that follow President Trump, people that listen to Charlie Kirk or Jack Fosobic, they're showing up and they want to have a say-so.
Why didn't we think of that?
Isn't that terrific?
Here's the keys.
It ain't happening at the precinct level.
It ain't happening at the district level.
It's not happening at the state party level.
It's not happening at the RNC.
And those are people that are supposedly on our side of the football.
So what do you think the people, and you heard Paxton, the Attorney General of one of the most powerful states in this union, sat there and said the FBI is the American Gestapo and the political weaponization arm of a corrupt and incompetent DOJ.
And if you think these people are just going to sit there and go, man, this is amazing.
Look at all these patriots that finally awakened.
Look at all these black folks up in South Bronx.
Look at all these Hispanics and Dominicans and all these folks that are citizens.
They're waking up now and they realize they're MAGA and two-thirds of the nation.
Do you think they give a damn if two-thirds of the nation is MAGA?
They do not.
They have total and absolute control of the most powerful nation in the history of mankind, and they ain't just gonna give it up.
They're not gonna sit there and say, this is brilliant.
Man, your arguments really make sense.
Look at that.
They got a lot of people to vote for him.
It got a lot of people to vote for him in 2020.
74 million people.
I thought I did a damn good job in 16.
We got 63 million.
74 million real votes.
Certifiable chain of custody by American citizens.
74 million.
Where's their 81 now?
Remember, the railhead of all this, what goes back to 16, but the railhead for the purposes of this discussion is the steal in 2020.
And they hate when you bring it up.
Oh, we're going to de-platform you.
We're going to debank you.
Hey, guess what?
It didn't work.
We're not on any major platform.
This show's big and powerful because of this audience.
Because this audience will take action.
This audience, the one thing the system Does not want.
They do not want you to use your own agency.
They don't want you to be self-reliant.
They want you to be a Russian serf.
They want you to be the proletariat.
They want you just to be a faceless, nameless cog in the wheel.
Your job with the pay that is low because they're bringing in illegal aliens all the time.
Or, quite frankly, too much immigration.
Yes, I said it.
Just too much.
Because it's competition for wages.
They don't do it from some altruistic, oh, this is amazing, let's have a mosaic.
Let the United States be a mosaic.
It's all about money.
And money leads to power.
That's what they're about.
They don't give a damn about this republic.
They could care less about the citizens of the republic, and particularly they could care less about minority citizens in this country.
That has been a con and a scam for decade after decade after decade.
And now people are finally getting information sources that they can see and go, wow!
Look up in the South Bronx.
Look how in tune those folks were with what's going on.
Look at the information they had.
Look at the, look at where they, they were all Patrick Henry's.
They were standing up to the system and standing up to the man at their own detriment.
Because there's payback for them too at the local level.
It's all about intimidation.
This is why I keep saying.
It's quite simple.
If we don't quit, we win.
If you don't quit, we will win.
Why?
We have critical mass.
We actually have the numbers for their beloved democracy.
Little D, yeah Kent Burns, we're rolling and we're rolling hard.
Keep your sympathy and your pity for your side of the football, cause you gonna need them.
Cause we come from the town without pity.
Without empathy.
We're not sympathetic.
We don't pity you.
We're not empathetic.
We're about victory.
