I mean, this is really... even these people over here are kind of... It's kind of crazy.
It's really crazy, and this... this... thing, Donald Trump, has created this.
He should be telling them not to do this, but he's just...
He wants to sow total chaos, which he's succeeding in some areas and places to do.
Anyway, beside all that, this is my neighborhood, downtown New York City.
I grew up here and feel at home in these streets.
I feel comfortable.
The Twin Towers fell just over here.
Just over there.
This part of the city was like a ghost town.
But we vowed we would not allow terrorists to change our way of life.
And we started the Tribeca Festival to bring people back.
I love this city.
I love this city.
I don't want to destroy it.
Donald Trump wants to destroy not only the But the country, eventually he could destroy the world.
But we vowed we would not allow terrorists through.
I owe this city a lot.
That's why it's so weird that Donald Trump is just across the street.
Because he doesn't belong in my city.
I don't know where he belongs.
But he certainly doesn't belong here.
We New Yorkers used to tolerate him when he was just another grubby real estate hustler masquerading as a big shot.
A two-bit playboy lying his way into the tabloids.
Pretending to be a spokesman, a spokesperson for himself.
He was calling it, as himself, for himself.
To fool the press into inflating his net worth.
A clown.
But this city is pretty accommodated.
We make room for clowns.
We have them all over the city.
People who do crazy things in the street, we tolerate it.
It's part of the city.
It's part of the culture.
But not a person like Trump who will eventually run the country.
That does not work, and we all know that.
Anyway, we make room for clowns for each his own.
But no one takes him or took him really seriously.
They take him seriously now, of course.
But around the country, people who didn't know him, as we did, started to support him.
They bought into his bull****.
Trump bought their votes with outrageous lies and empty promises.
He got the most religious evangelicals to applaud a sinner.
who bragged about sexual assault, and just a couple of blocks from here, a jury found him liable for sexual abuse.
Somehow, he even got self-styled patriots to support a man who called for terminating the Constitution, and on January 6th, rallied an angry mob to threaten democracy, leaving death and destruction in its wake.
That's why I needed to be involved and wanted to be involved in the new Biden-Harris ad, because it shows the violence of Trump and reminds us that he'll use violence against anyone who stands in the way of his megalomania and greed.
But it's a coward's violence.
You think Trump ever threw a punch himself?
Or took one?
This guy who ran and hid in the White House bunker when there were protesters outside?
No way.
He doesn't get blood on his hands.
No, he doesn't.
He directs the mob to do his dirty work for him.
By making a suggestion.
An inference.
And his gang grovels and follows his obvious order.
It's no surprise that the murder rate and other violent crimes peaked under Trump and are falling under Biden.
And now he's promising to use our own military to attack U.S.
citizens.
That's the tyrant.
That's the tyrant he's telling us he'll be.
And believe me, he means it.
This buffoon running for president?
Nah, never could happen.
We'd forgotten the lessons of history that showed us other clowns who weren't taken seriously until they became vicious dictators.
With Trump, we have a second chance.
And no one is laughing now.
This is the time to stop him by voting him out once and for all.
We don't want to wake up after the election saying, what, again?
My God, what the hell have we done?
We can't have that happen again.
Yesterday was Memorial Day.
It's a good time to reflect on how Americans fought and died so that we may enjoy the freedoms guaranteed to us by a democratic government.
A government that, as President Lincoln said, of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
Under Trump, this kind of government will perish from the earth.
I don't mean to scare you.
No, no, wait, maybe I do mean to scare you.
If Trump returns to the White House, you can kiss these freedoms goodbye, that we all take for granted.
And elections?
Forget about it.
That's over.
That's done.
If he gets in, I can tell you right now, he will never leave.
He will never leave.
You know that.
He will never leave.
What does that mean?
Is that the country we want to live in?
Do we want him running this country and saying, I'm not leaving, I'm dictator for life?
You are gangsters!
You are gangsters!
You're a little punk!
You're a softie!
You're a nobody!
Your movies suck!
You're trash!
You're trash!
You're done!
You're good, now get out of here!
You're good!
Oh, my God.
Don't start lying on us.
We're paying you out.
Let's go, let's go.
You want to get the f*** out of here?
Are you already getting the f*** out of here?
Get back, get back.
Get back.
You f***ing street dog.
Get the f*** out of here.
You tight s***.
steve bannon
Nero kind of had a meandering talk and it's never good when you go to the sticks like that.
It's got to come from the heart and from the head.
You can't read it.
We understand you're an actor.
We understand actors are pieces of furniture.
That you can't have a thought unless you're reading it somebody else's writing, but in this case, if you're going to go after President Trump, you're going to go after his followers.
You're going to call us gangsters and thugs and etc, etc.
You can't read off a page, bro.
You got to bring it.
You talking to me?
Right, this is, I mean... Embarrassing.
Of course, the crowd down there gave him the old, what for?
Ben Berquam joins us from Lower Manhattan outside the court.
Ben, there's still the prosecution.
It's a little different in New York.
The defense goes first in the prosecution.
Todd Blanche went about two and a half hours, three hours.
Prosecution's got it, my understanding.
Prosecution's still going at it.
Give us a summary of outside the courtroom today.
ben bergquam
Yeah, it was wild, Steve.
And you know, you said it.
Yeah, he's an actor, but come on, you're an actor.
Practice your lines.
I mean, you show up out there and you have to read, oh wait, maybe I do want to scare you.
It was the saddest thing I've seen.
You know, once a great actor, now...
You can't say anything but it has been.
Once a tough guy and a wise guy, and he got chased out of there by Italian-Americans calling him a mook.
That's about the worst thing you can call an Italian.
It was sad.
But again, it's right in line with Joe Biden.
The fact that Joe Biden can't actually campaign himself.
He has to come out to the trial that he and his DOJ set up against President Trump because these guys wouldn't show up.
The mainstream media wouldn't show up.
All they want to do is Crucify President Trump, he wouldn't show up.
So that's happening on the outside.
And then on the inside, it's just the most disgraceful, pathetic...
Pretend trial I've ever seen simply to take President Trump off the campaign trail.
So that's happening now Yes, I just got word from our friends actually from one of the Australian networks confirmation This is going to at least 7 p.m.
Tonight.
If not further than that, they want to get it done They want to have the prosecution finish their closing statements and then ultimately give jury instruction tomorrow So this you know, it could be wrapping up as early as tomorrow Possibly into Wednesday, Thursday.
We'll see.
But it's just, what a disgrace.
I mean, it's as bad as De Niro reading the lines.
steve bannon
Hang on.
That's a lot longer than people thought.
If they're going to go, that would mean, correctly if I'm wrong, that would be a four or five hour summary, right?
If it goes to seven o'clock tonight with the prosecution still making their case, I think that's like four or five hours.
Four and a half hours.
And that means the jury instructions will be tomorrow.
That means the jury doesn't actually get the case.
Right now it looks like to late morning, maybe noon, maybe after lunch on Wednesday, correct?
ben bergquam
That's right, that's right.
And really it comes down to, you know, how far this goes.
One of those things, if you're kind of a betting man, which way it goes.
If the deliberation is fast, you're pretty much assured.
It's the conviction that they've all planned for.
If the deliberation takes a while, it means that this is either a hung jury or, you know, you could say acquittal.
I would be shocked if it went that way.
I don't think we have to worry about that.
steve bannon
We're praying for a hung jury.
What I found extraordinary is that the Biden regime, and I've got a, there's a great tweet out there that shows how far Biden's back after 30 polls, you know, added up, aggregated, where he's in these battleground states.
He's down everywhere except Wisconsin.
I think that's pretty much a dead heat.
But it was extraordinary that Biden had De Niro and Harry Dunn and these guys coming as surrogates today.
I mean, they are completely politicizing it.
They don't make any pretense that this is about the rule of law.
Do they, Ben Berkram?
ben bergquam
No, I mean, that's the joke about this entire thing.
We've been talking about it, you know.
Mike Davis has brought this up.
We broke that news on War Room that this is from the DOJ.
The fact that you would send one of your DOJ representatives down to try this case Uh, it's just, it's so clearly political.
And then now the icing on the cake that you would send your campaign operatives to the trial to, to basically stump for Biden because they can't get these guys to show up for their own campaign events.
I, the whole thing is, you know, it's laughable if it wasn't so serious and the implications that it has for our country if they weren't so serious.
steve bannon
Here's the, the, um, for this audience.
The focus and heat we put on this to make sure that this Moscow show trial didn't get too out of control.
The opening line of the prosecutor who gave the closing argument today stood up and said, as Matthew Colangelo said in the open, Colangelo did the opening.
That's it.
I think it's quite unusual to not do the closing.
He's not doing the closing because there's all of a sudden we've made Matthew Colangelo famous.
Colangelo famous as a DOJ guy, the number three guy in DOJ.
So they don't want, they want a downplay.
Matthew Colangelo who?
Matthew who?
Where'd he go?
Is he even sharp today?
No, but that all comes from Ben, the great job, Real America's Voice, Andrew Giuliani, The War Room, Mike Davis, Julie Kelly.
The heat and light that people put on here to make sure people understand fully what's going on.
Your thoughts, sir?
ben bergquam
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
And as we speak, Andrew Giuliani's in there.
He's actually going to sit through the whole four and a half hours of this dreadful, disgusting, pathetic show trial, whatever you want to call it, injustice.
It is.
And if it weren't for the War Room Posse, if it wasn't for the War Room audience, and you heard it this morning, that Chinese-American, American citizen who said, Steve Bannon is the one who inspired me.
Courage is contagious.
It absolutely is.
And that's why this is it.
You know, this network is The key, we're the spearhead of this fight.
You really are.
But the audience is really the key.
The pressure that this audience puts on these politicians that have never had it before is the key to saving this country.
steve bannon
The key to saving it is Lao-Bai Jing.
Is that elderly woman that came down there and just laid it out right there?
ben bergquam
That's exactly right.
steve bannon
She spoke more truth to power in 90 seconds than Robert De Niro stumbling to his notes.
Doesn't this clown understand about stage presence?
If you're going to go to lower Manhattan and you're going to compete with Gates and these people we've had down there, you can't come and hold a thing.
You're so out of bozo.
Hey, Ben, I'm going to ask you to hang around.
Hang around.
The big takeaway today is the prosecution had a tight case.
Something to easily understand.
I don't think it would take four and a half hours to do the summary.
Also, my understanding is they're not exactly leaning on the Michael Cohen testimony.
They're trying to downplay that and show everything else.
I think it's one of the reasons it's taking four and a half hours.
They've got to put the charts back up.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to go to Texas.
Also, a terrorist attack now.
I think people realize what happened in Quantico.
Todd Bensman is going to be with us.
Maybe even talk about the one, I think, down in Bragg also.
Birchgold.com, promo code Bannon.
Today, in this world of turbulence, it's only going to get worse.
You need a hedge for your financial security.
Gold is that hedge.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
By the way, that was birchgold.com slash abandon.
Make sure you go check it out and talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
Remember, they're so busy during the week, we can only get Patrick on the Saturday Showdown, which is a good sign.
So make sure you talk to them.
They make themselves available to you.
It's part of the deal week out with them.
You can talk to all the senior analysts over there.
So make sure you take advantage of it.
Even if you decide not to do it.
You may not just do it now.
You may decide later.
We don't put any pressure on you with any of the sponsors.
We want to immerse you in information.
Make sure you get to know people.
Think about it.
You're free men and free women.
That's what MAGA is.
Speaking of MAGA, Jace Yarbrough down in Texas.
This is one of the biggest days in the history of voting in the great state of Texas.
Jace joins us.
How's it going, sir?
Are you outside a polling station?
unidentified
Hey Steve, I am.
Thanks for having me on.
I'm out here in front of the West Texas Fairgrounds.
Folks are coming in.
We're encouraging to go vote for Jayce Yarbrough for Senate District 30.
steve bannon
Jayce, why is this such a big day?
How did the grassroots, Paxton, even Abbott, some of his guys, what's this uprising against the Texas business establishment and the way things have been run under the bushes?
unidentified
Sure, there are a number of candidates like me that are running against the business rhino establishment.
You talked with David Covey earlier today, you know the historic race that he's in.
So I'm actually running for the only open Republican state senate seat this cycle.
And the same business establishment that he's running against, I am as well.
So just this past week, for example, TLR, which is backing Dave Phelan, gave almost half a million dollars to my opponent.
Why'd they do that?
Well, they did it for, among other reasons, because I had the audacity to question their weak border policy of seeding our country with illegals.
The only place we should be busing illegals is back home.
I've been very clear about that throughout this campaign, and it's policies like that that make the establishment in Austin uncomfortable.
steve bannon
Chase, talk to us about that for a second.
Why would the business establishment be down on MAGA?
What policies do you propose MAGA proposes?
What do you guys propose that is so radical that the business community can't live with it?
unidentified
Sure.
Well, in addition to what I just mentioned about shipping illegals only back home, right, our policy is we should stand up our own border protection unit to protect our state ourselves.
We should finish the border wall ourselves.
We should ban foreign adversaries and their agents from owning our land.
We should end the magnets that draw illegals and keep illegals in our state to make Texas the last place that someone who enters our country illegally wants to come.
Right?
Texas is a Republican state, and so people here that want power, whether they're Republicans or not, they know they have to claim that mantle.
And they try and wear the MAGA clothes in order to get that power so that they can be part of those who have a seat at the table, right?
Their conception of power is someone who's close or proximate to others with power, whereas we, conservatives, we have values and policies we want to implement.
That's why we're fighting hard in this race in Senate District 30.
That's why David Covey's supporters are fighting so hard.
And I would encourage folks Who have yet to vote.
Today's the last day.
It's election day.
If you're a MAGA Republican, you need to get out.
You need to vote for David Covey if you live in his district.
If you live in Senate District 30, you need to come vote for Jace Yarbrough.
steve bannon
Jace, real quickly, social media, where do people get to you?
unidentified
Sure, I'm at Jace4Texas.
That's all spelled out.
It's J-A-C-E-F-O-R-T-E-X-A-S dot com.
Jace4Texas dot com.
You can find links to all our social media accounts there.
steve bannon
Okay, we want everybody to turn out.
Jace, give me a minute on your background.
Talk to people where you came from, where you're going.
unidentified
Sure.
Yeah, I was raised in a tiny town outside Abilene, Texas.
Seventh-generation Texan.
I'm a veteran that stood up against the vaccine.
I was Senator Angela Paxton's counsel during the sham impeachment proceeding against the Attorney General.
I founded a low-cost classical Christian academy so that parents can get their kids out of woke schools.
I'm proud to be endorsed in this race by every grassroots conservative group in our district and across our state, including many local leaders, local conservative fighters like Lieutenant Colonel Allen West, Sarah Gonzalez, and Kyle Rittenhouse.
This is a huge race, and there's a stark contrast between me and my opponent in terms of who's backing us.
steve bannon
It's a huge race.
One more time, where do people go to find out more about it, and particularly to find out where to go to vote?
unidentified
Sure, you can go to jacefortexas.com.
That's jacefortexas.com.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Good luck tonight.
Talk to you guys later.
unidentified
Appreciate it, Steve.
Thank you.
Bye now.
steve bannon
Historic day down in Texas.
First off, won so many primaries, and the primaries that we didn't win went to runoffs.
Today's runoff day, I gotta tell you, a MAGA, ultra MAGA, populist revolt down in Texas.
Texas is MAGA, has been controlled and run by rhinos, and this is what, this is, you know, this is where we are.
We are, we're fighting for at every, they say end of democracy?
No.
This is really the resurgence Look at that beautiful black and white.
Times, our beloved paper record gives you guys a shout out.
Look at that beautiful black and white. That is a Trump. MAGA on the
march. MAGA on the march is about the book Finish What We Started which is that great
line of President Trump's but it's talking about the MAGA movement at the
grassroots level.
These candidates down in Texas are outgunned three, four, five to one when it comes to money, but they got the grassroots muscle.
People have been hustling, been working, so today's going to be a big day.
Glenn's story tells me he thinks things are, looks like a lot of people voting, so we'll have to find out.
Every day during Election Day, it looks like a lot of people are voting according to folks deep into the race, so we'll see tonight.
But Glenn's story is all over it, as is the pack of Patriot Mobile, the great team over at Patriot Mobile.
We had General Paxson on this morning.
He's all over this, so this is going to be a historic day.
In Texas, remember this race with the House Speaker?
I don't think it's been done I don't think it's been done.
Well, first off, I don't think a primary challenge ever got this close in 50 years.
The Speaker of the House of Texas is very powerful, particularly the business community.
But now to come to a runoff like this, I don't think, I'm not sure it's ever been done.
So this may be a nail-biter tonight, we'll see.
But everybody, all grassroots, you have to get out and you have to, down in Texas, you have to turn out.
Do we have these clips?
A couple of clips.
Let's play the clips right now on the board.
60 Minutes did a terrible thing.
You got both of them?
Can we play?
Let's grab a rip.
unidentified
Thousands of people a day crossed here in late December, a record for this section of the Texas border.
There were so many people, the U.S.
Border Patrol had to transform Shelby Park into an open-air holding center.
Weeks later, once the surge died down, Governor Abbott ordered his Texas National Guard to block the federal government's Border Patrol from entering the park without permission.
Governor Abbott argued the federal government had failed to fulfill its obligation to the states, And in that, some heard echoes of Texas' history of rebellion and threats of secession.
I can't believe, Governor, I'm going to ask you this question, but I'm going to ask you, do you believe that Texas has the right to secede?
Is that what we're talking about here?
Those are false narratives.
What Texas and the United States have the right to do, and that's to enforce the law.
You heard the argument against what you're doing out here.
Each state can't control its own border policy.
You're looking at a completely chaotic system.
That's the job of the federal government.
We're not imposing a Texas border policy.
greg abbot
Texas very simply is enforcing the laws that are the policy of the United States Congress.
unidentified
What gives you the authority to tell the U.S.
Border Patrol what to do?
For one, as governor of the state of Texas, I have the authority to control ingress and egress to any land in the state of Texas.
For another, this land we're on right now was used by the federal government to further illegal activity, and I wanted to put a stop to it.
We went behind the guarded gates of Shelby Park in January, shortly after Governor Abbott had taken control.
So this is called an anti-climb barrier.
Texas Department of Public Safety Lieutenant Christopher Olivares showed us where state National Guardsmen were installing fresh razor wire barriers along the river.
Help me understand at the heart of this, why Texas has a problem with the Border Patrol coming in to process migrants in this park.
The issue is trying to prevent another influx because when Border Patrol is here setting up a processing center, it's going to attract, it's going to encourage more migrants to cross the river because they know where to go.
It's one of many spots along the Texas border where coils of sharp wire have been going up ever since Governor Abbott launched Operation Lone Star in 2021.
Since then, thousands of migrants have been arrested and detained on trespassing charges, State troopers have cracked down on human smuggling rings, and the state has spent more than $150 million sending migrants on buses to cities like New York and Chicago, turning the trouble at the border into a political and financial headache for Democratic mayors.
Once the site of ballgames and flea markets, Shelby Park is now Governor Abbott's model of what the Texas border can be.
greg abbot
Where we are right now, there used to be 3,000 or 4,000 people crossing illegally a day.
unidentified
For the past three days, there's an average of just three people crossing the border illegally.
tim pool
I know that you've said that there's going to be the largest deportation effort in your next term.
unidentified
How do we do it?
So millions and millions of people are coming into our country, and it's not necessarily exactly what we want or had in mind.
They have open borders where people just flow in, and many of those people are coming from prisons.
Many of those people, frankly, are murderers, and they're drug dealers, and they're coming from mental institutions.
And they're coming from places that are not going to work very well.
It's not going to be very good for our country.
So we're going to start with that and we have to get them out.
No country can sustain what we're going through.
I believe the number is 15, 16 million, could even be 17 million people right now.
That's more than almost, that's bigger than almost all of our states.
I think it's freaking out young people.
ben bergquam
Do we, how do we do it though?
I mean, is it going to be new personnel?
Do we?
unidentified
It will really be done with local police.
You know, The respect has been taken away.
The honor has been taken away from our police forces.
They're not allowed to do anything.
And whether it's libertarian or not libertarian, people have to have, you have to have... President Trump laid out right there.
steve bannon
It was Tim Pool, right?
The Tim Pool interview.
It's going to happen.
The deportations are going to happen.
There may be a structure of incentives, federal, state.
President Trump laid it out.
They're going home.
They're going to be deported.
They're not going to stay in the United States.
And now, the Wall Street Journal, big op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, you must not deport the illegal alien invaders because the economy depends on them.
I told you that was coming.
Just took Murdoch a little while to catch up to MSNBC.
No, they're going home.
And Abbott, as weak as Abbott's been, 60 minutes, I said, just hectoring.
Who gives you authority?
Who gives you authority?
Hey, lady, the country's being invaded.
Open your eyes.
Open your eyes.
This is why Biden's getting crushed in the battleground states.
This is why they've got Trump in the docket.
They want to radically transform this republic.
And we ain't gonna let them.
Accountability day is coming.
unidentified
To all of them.
steve bannon
Short break.
Back in a moment.
unidentified
Your host Stephen K. Banner.
steve bannon
The polling, this polling tweet, and I'll get that up later after the show, the polling
tweet's got a breakdown of all the battleground states.
and And I think the aggregate, they're talking about 30, 33 polls.
And they have President Trump up in all of them, I don't know, four, four and a half points.
Biden's still down, stuck in the low 40s.
unidentified
It's pretty consistent.
steve bannon
This is why the political piece today had, there's complete freak out on the, on the big money and the serious political operatives in the Democratic Party.
From his policies and from what people take of his character or lack thereof, it's not so much the age, it's just the way he comports himself.
It's not regardless of age.
Look at President Trump.
President Trump is what?
Late 70s?
Coca-Cola 600?
Walks into the lion's den at the Libertarian with a ton of left-wing anarchists?
Holds his cool as Raheem Kassam says?
He's at South Bronx.
He's doing the bodega run.
He's doing all of it.
President Trump just truth out or truth out just came out on his account about the prosecutors summary boring and filibuster.
MSNBC was saying earlier that, hey, it's so crisp.
He starts off, he's crisp.
He's telling a narrative.
It's not like Todd Blanchard's trying to cherry pick.
This guy's going.
Now at the end of it could be four and a half or five hours.
Why would it take, why would it take one four and a half, five hours if you had it tightly wrapped?
It shows you the problem they had with their witnesses the entire time.
Now the prosecutor's got to go back, put up all the charts, put up all the flow charts and do it again.
Doesn't sound like they're highly confident.
You know, CNN particularly, not so much MSNBC, but CNN's had a lot of people on there say this thing's not, now it's going to take, there's no chance for a court order just in the makeup of the jury.
But there's a chance for a hung jury if one or two brave individuals actually look at what a fiasco this is, if they look at what a fiasco it is, and a farce, and look at guys like Cohen, You could get a hung jury.
Now, there's a lot of people standing around the courthouse, they think this thing could go quickly.
Particularly the way they have a triage on all these 32 counts.
They have these checks and all this about what's the cause, and it gets pretty technical.
But they're looking for, remember, they don't need all 32 to come in for them.
Because all they need, and this is what the White House was testing, convicted felon.
Convicted felon.
This is the lawfare aspect.
This is not the case they wanted because it's the most bizarre, it's the stupidest, it's the one that's obviously the biggest sham.
But at the federal, Fannie Willis has blown herself up with the non-case in Georgia.
The Arizona case is a non-event.
That's another farce.
The mission case, it's the documents case of the Supreme Court, and this is why there's so much pressure.
They're hitting with concerted 30-front warfare.
Alito, whether it's the flags or Thomas, they've got to get him off the court.
They've got to shrink the court to get the rulings they want in the Fisher case.
Which is about the stopping of the government event that really added to the charges of most of the J6 people, and then the immunity.
And the immunity when they're freaked out, that will never go, that trial will never start before November elections.
But the one down in Florida, of which yours truly, you the audience, were the drivers of it, they came out at what, 9 or 10 o'clock on Friday night of a Memorial Day weekend, whenever he's gone, and Jack Smith filed And use and exhibit this show, where we're talking about the assassination attempt on President Trump.
And look, it's not standard operating procedures to have in there about lethal force, deadly force, the authorization to use deadly force on a bunch of documents you're talking about.
It's absurd and don't insult my intelligence by continuing to go on there and say that.
Why did you have the use of deadly force?
Why did you have a medic?
Why did you have a triage plan for casualties?
Why did you pick a trauma center that's 18 miles away?
Why?
Because you wanted to stir something up.
You wanted something to happen.
It's obscene.
It's an obscenity for you to desecrate Mar-a-Lago with your presence.
And to come in and roll heavy.
And to have that plan as backup.
Well, you know, we thought they were bad guys.
When they have been cooperating the entire time.
It's absurd.
And don't sit there and treat us, oh, this is standard.
We don't care what your standard operating procedures are.
When you're kicking down the doors of cartels.
We care when you go after a president of the United States over some Administrative filekeeping.
You got a bookkeeping trial up in New York, and you got a file drawer issue down in Florida.
This is how nitpicky they have to get to try to put Trump on trial, because they don't care.
They just want to be able to say convicted felon, indicted felon, convicted felon.
Well, the American people have seen through you.
You've done more to turbocharge our movement than anything, and we thank you for that.
We thank you for being awful people.
We thank you for overplaying your hand.
We thank you for not understanding the temper and the texture and the tone of the American people who are rejecting this.
Yes, you've got your MSNBC crowd, and they're all, you know, MSNBC is every tiny thing in this trial for six weeks.
That's all they've done.
CNN's almost as bad, but MSNBC, they're obsessed with it.
Andrew Weissman.
Andrew Weissman.
After all that time and money on Russiagate, zero, nothing.
This is the apparatus that will be purged.
And from this morning, remember I said, hey, Accountability Day is coming.
We are going to deconstruct the administrative state.
We're going to purge the deep state.
We're going to take out billets and we're going to fire personnel.
And the Biden-Harris campaign put it up and said, this is what's going to happen to America.
You betcha.
And a whole lot of people want that.
Why do you think we're on the move?
Why do you think we're rising?
We're not hiding it.
We're talking about it.
And you got old man De Niro down there reading the thing on the paper.
Hey, De Niro, if you're a man, you talk a lot about being a man.
If you're a man, you and little Marty Scorsese, if you two tiny tots don't have a script, look in the camera and speak from your heart.
Look in the camera and speak from your head.
Don't have something written trying to sound more serious like you've got gravitas.
You have negative gravitas.
You were heckled as badly as I've seen anybody heckled from New Yorkers.
You're losing.
And every day we can expose this and show it, you're losing more.
There is a great awakening that is so powerful in this country.
Because it is made up of working class and middle class people that have been lied to constantly, consistently throughout their adult lives.
These are good people.
These are good citizens.
They've been told this is what you should do.
This is the right thing.
These are these institutions.
Why are the institutions need to be purged?
Because it's the institutions that are rotten.
And why are they rotten?
Because you have people like Merrick Garland.
You have globalist elites that do not put America first and particularly don't put American citizens first.
They mock American citizens.
And why are they so obsessed with Trump?
And why is MSNBC and the New York Times and the Atlantic Magazine obsessed with Trump?
Because they believe they get rid of Trump, they end MAGA.
Well, number one, you ain't getting rid of Trump.
And number two, MAGA is in the top of the first inning.
Let me repeat this, and they hate when I do this.
Two-thirds of the American people are common sense, make America great, America first, put American citizens first, deplorables.
Two-thirds.
This political realignment is right before us.
We can't be stopped by lawfare or them trying to steal.
The only way Democrats win is by stealing.
Oh, they hate when I say that.
Where's your 81 million votes, baby?
Show me where your 81 million are.
Where are they?
Show me.
Show me.
Show me in the polls.
Where are they?
They're not there.
You're illegitimate.
And I'm so proud that from the very moment That you had that phony inaugural with about nine people there, with the big circles, and the mask, that we said, kill it in the cradle.
If we hammer his illegitimacy, the illegitimacy of this regime, it'll eventually take, get traction.
As people see, and the American people are seeing, that's why you're losing in all the battleground states.
Right now it'll be a blowout.
I don't know, 350 electoral votes north, and I'm not sitting there saying, rest on your laurels.
Hey, we got a long way to go.
Including what happens in the next 24 or 48 hours when the jury comes back, and at least they find him guilty on a couple things.
Not that he's guilty.
This thing's been rigged.
It's completely and totally rigged.
But they have to have that.
They think that's what's going to save him.
Let me pop the bubble of Rachel Maddow.
Since Rachel gave us a name check last night, the lie from the Apollo.
Steve Bannon's name said from the stage of the Apollo, unfortunately not by the godfather of soul.
That's why I got a lot of time for Al Sharpton, the former manager of James Brown, only the greatest musician in the history of this nation.
But from the Apollo, Pretty cool hearing your name, although it came out of the mouth of Rachel Amato.
And once again, she misquoted.
Rachel, you've got to go back and look at the footage.
I said, once you lose all the arguments, and you've lost all the arguments, that's when you guys start calling people racist and xenophobic and natives, because you've got nothing else.
And when they start calling you that, wear it as a badge of honor, because you've got nothing.
To quote De Niro, you've got nothing.
You guys have nothing.
You can't argue anything.
The facts and the receipts bury you.
And the American people understand that and know it and embrace it.
MAGA and MAGA Media against all odds.
Trump against all odds.
It's the greatest political comeback in world history.
Why?
A man came back committed To save this republic and there was a collection of patriots that said yeah, we're in What do we do next?
The New York Times has has has has has Codified it on May 26 It's MAGA on the march.
They don't talk about MAGA in retreat.
They don't talk about MAGA in decline.
They don't talk about MAGA losing.
MAGA on the march.
We're at the very beginning stages of the ascendancy of this movement and back of our leader, President Trump.
And let me pop the other bubble for Andrew Weissman and, you know, and Joanne Reed and Rachel Maddow and the entire crew, the entire crew.
It doesn't matter what you do in New York.
We're going to power through this.
And Donald John Trump is going to win massively on 5 November.
And at 30 seconds after high noon on the 20th of January 2025, things are going to start getting set right.
They're gonna start getting set right, including massive criminal investigations of this conspiracy to destroy MAGA, American citizens, American patriots, and Donald J. Trump.
As sure as the turning of the earth, that will happen.
Embrace it.
Engage with it.
Better than that, suck on it.
Because it's coming.
In Biden-Harris campaign, we love the way you clip the show.
Clip this one.
There's zero probability, zero, that you're returned because you're illegitimate and you stole it in the first place.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
Um, the war room does the heavy lifting, the audience.
That's why people want to come on the show.
That's why people want access to you because they understand you're down for a fight.
You've got the grit, uh, the determination, the stick-to-itiveness, indefatigable, that's built this nation.
Not the glamour positions, I mean the tough stuff that needs to get done to save this republic and make sure this republic went forward.
It was bequeathed to you and you're not prepared to let these scumbags destroy it.
This is a fight we've always wanted and we got it now folks.
Let's go to Wisconsin.
Robin Voss, where do we stand on Mike Lindell?
mike lindell
Well, I just got this from my team.
They turned in over 9,000.
Remember, you need 6,850 to do the recall, to get the recall done in full force.
But they sent a note here.
On a third party, these are validated ones that, in any kind of a challenge, they are well over the minimum needed.
So they are a couple hundred over the minimum.
And these are ones that have been validated by a third party, so they feel very strong at any challenge that comes in.
But remember, we're living in unprecedented times, so this could end up being a battle with them if they try and discredit ones that we've already credited.
steve bannon
Of course it's going to be a battle.
Robert Voss is one of the biggest blockers in the country.
He and Raffensperger.
He ain't leaving easy.
Just like Dade Phelan down in Texas.
None of this is easy.
These people have money and power.
And in this case, maybe the CCP and back them, they're not going to sit there and say, oh, this is lovely.
The war rooms there and Mike Lindell, the guy with the crummy pillows, they're there and they want to and they want to and they want me to leave.
I'm going to leave.
No, they're going to they're going to they're going to question everything.
Continue on, sir.
mike lindell
Absolutely they are, but I just want to tell you that they have spent over, or we have spent, I say us, I haven't been part of that part, but almost a million dollars on this.
So I'm just here to say, we're not giving up.
Obviously they're not giving up.
If they try and fight back, we're not just going to walk away either, Steve.
We're going to stand firm and we are going to get, no matter what it takes or how long it takes, Robin Voss has to go.
And that's it.
So we're not backing down.
We will never back down.
So there's that too.
You're right.
They're not going to go away easy.
See, Robbins has been quite an opponent for two years, let me tell you.
steve bannon
No.
Come on.
He's dug in and we're going to dig him out.
Mike, give me a deal before you bounce.
Great news on Voss.
We'll stay on top of that.
Give me a deal before you punch him.
mike lindell

catharine oneill gillihan
Thanks so much, Steve.
steve bannon
You're one of the tough ones.
Dave Brat's going to join me.
We've got some math to go through, and I want to make sure we break down.
You understand why the polling is going the direction it is when you understand the math, not just of inflation, but also where the real economy is going and how it's impacting your fellow citizens.
This is what they can't get away.
This is what they can't change.
Their actions have led to this.
Their actions have led to a terrible lived experience Among the American people, particularly working class and middle class folks that can't afford to live right now, that have to gap it with a credit card.
This is why you have $1.3 trillion of credit card debt with, I don't know, 10% cancellations, their actions.
Also, the third world war has commenced and the kinetic part has really commenced.
We're going to go to Rome and Ben Harnwell is going to break all that down for us.
Also, Graceland.
A home title problem.
They tried to steal Graceland.
Elvis Presley.
Fantastic.
We're going to get to the bottom of that.
Stick around.
