donald j trump
There is no gag order to Michael Cohen.
What the judge did was amazing, actually.
It was amazing.
Everybody can say whatever they want.
They can say whatever they want.
unidentified
I'm not allowed to say anything about anybody.
donald j trump
It's a disgrace.
And you see it.
The media sees it.
And it's really very sad.
If you look at the legal experts and the legal scholars, every one of them say this trial is a scam.
It's something that should have never happened.
By the way, it could have happened seven years ago.
They bring it right during the election.
Nobody sees that.
Nobody talks about it.
This should have been seven years ago.
It shouldn't have been brought.
But if it was going to be brought, it should have been brought seven years ago.
And, you know, we're talking about 2016.
We're talking about something that goes back a charge of 2006.
Think of it.
We're talking about 2016.
We're talking about a charge that's 18 or 19 years old.
It's all fake.
The whole case is fake.
The judge is corrupt.
And the only thing he gives us is to make him look a little bit good.
He gives us nothing.
And what he just did now is a joke.
unidentified
That's all fine and good, Congressman, but why aren't you being louder about this?
Why aren't I hearing anything from this committee?
I had to just ask you about it, okay?
Just let me be clear.
Viewers are sick and tired of hearings.
They're sick and tired of letters.
They're sick and tired of hearing complaints.
They want action.
President Trump is in a trial all day long, every day, in New York City.
Where is this committee of weaponization, and what are you doing about it?
I just spoke with Kevin Hassett, the former chairman of the White House Economics Council, and he said, Make no mistake, if we see President Trump go to jail because he violated this gag order, markets will react.
donald j trump
Right here, Biden made a claim that inflation under Trump was 9%.
When it wasn't, it was a tiny fraction, it was 1.4%.
And actually going down, we had essentially almost no inflation.
But we had 9% inflation, and that's a fake number because not everything was included with Biden.
And if you add it all up, I think it's a 50% inflation tax.
I call it the Biden inflation tax.
So he lies, and he lies about everything, including his golf game, because he can't hit a ball.
He can't hit a ball 100 yards.
Lies about everything, but he came out and I saw that this last couple of days he was talking about the Trump inflation was 9%, no, his inflation was 9%.
That's a tax on the American people due to gross incompetence.
And it was all started because of his energy policies, his stupid green nuclear energy policies.
And you wait and see.
If we don't win this nation, this nation is finished.
You wait and see what would happen.
Because all of that stuff will be closed up.
He let a lot of my energy policies go through, because energy was starting under his, what they were doing, starting to go up so high.
So he let a lot of them continue, including the drilling, because the prices were going so high for gasoline and energy.
And now he comes out and he actually says, I guess with a straight face, but I'm not sure he knows what he's saying anyway.
That it was 9% under Trump.
So, at least the New York Post and I hear the Wall Street Journal and a couple of others did correct it.
Now, it was 1.4, it was actually lower than that.
We included everything.
They didn't include everything.
They took some of the worst categories and didn't include them in the 9%.
So it's 9% is actually much higher than that.
But it's a tax over a four-year period of more than 50 percent.
And I call it the inflation tax, the Biden inflation.
unidentified
No, let's look at the choice for president in 2024 among Biden's 2020 voters, alright?
Because I think this sort of illustrates sort of how Biden's getting pushed a little bit.
So if you like Biden on the Israel-Gaza war, look at that.
He's getting 87% of the vote.
harry enten
RFK Jr.
unidentified
is getting 8.
Donald Trump way down here at 4.
But if you dislike Biden, if you disapprove of the job he's doing on the Israel-Gaza war, Look at this.
harry enten
He's getting just 50% of that vote.
unidentified
My goodness gracious.
harry enten
These are people who voted for him last time.
RFK Jr.
is getting 20%.
This is just a 30-point margin compared to a 79-point margin among those who approve of Biden and the Israel-Gaza War.
This is a huge dividing line within the Democratic Party.
And that's something, of course, we're seeing right now between the progressive wing and those more centrist or mainstream Democrats.
donald j trump
Inflation tax.
Now, here's another one that just came out.
Axios.
No friend of mine.
They say that Biden's big donors fume over Israel criticism.
Biden's donors are the ones that are against Israel.
So somehow, maybe those people, Jewish people, that vote for Democrats or vote for Biden, if they look at what they're doing, the donors to Biden are against Israel.
Very much and vehemently against Israel.
They hate Israel.
And that's why Biden hates Israel, because he goes with his donors.
And he always has, so they ought to start thinking about that.
And now you have the lawfare implosion.
This is the Wall Street Journal.
Kim Strassel, who's a great reporter, they ought to read this story, because it talks about what's going on here.
What's going on here is a disgrace.
Jonathan Turley just came out.
This case is becoming legally obscene.
It's, uh... I mean, the articles are unbelievable.
And I'd hand you the articles, but the problem is I'm not allowed to.
Because if anything's mentioned against certain people, and you know who they are, certain people, anything's even mentioned, he wants to put me in jail.
And that could happen one day, and I'd be very proud to go to jail for our Constitution, because what he's doing is so unconstitutional.
There's never been anything like it.
This is story after story, right here.
Look at this.
One after another.
And this is over the last two days.
Story after story.
Hannity, big story.
They're all big.
Dershowitz, Jonathan Turley.
Andrew McCarthy.
Rick Jarrett, they've all been amazing.
They're not friends, nobody's friends.
They're writing stories, they've never seen anything like that.
They've never seen anything like what's going on today in this court
is a very dark day for New York City, New York State, and it's a very dark day for our nation.
And in the meantime, I can't be out campaigning.
They could have brought it, I told you, seven years ago.
They could have brought it if they were going to bring it.
Remember, everybody turned it down.
Southern District turned it down.
Washington turned it down.
The Federal Election Commission turned it down.
And you know who else turned it down?
Cy Vance turned it down.
Everybody turned it down.
And then Brank came in and he turned it down.
And he got very angry, actually, because a man named Pomerantz came out.
unidentified
And what's happening with Pomerantz?
Are the papers looking into that deal?
And the number that jumped out here, RFK, a 20% among people, Democrats who voted for Biden in 2020 and dislike him on the Biden war.
I think your next slide points to a little bit of what's going on here.
What exactly is cooking?
Why do they dislike Biden on Israel?
Okay.
harry enten
America's support for Israel is, now this is among 2020 Biden voters who are currently not voting for him.
So it's those dislike, those disapprovals.
unidentified
Take a look here.
harry enten
Do you believe that America's support for Israel is too much?
The clear majority, 60% of those folks who are currently not voting for Biden but did last time around, say that America's support for Israel is too much.
Just 24% say about right.
You get this 4% who say not enough.
But this group is double the size of the about right and not enough combined.
And a lot of those folks at this particular point aren't necessarily going for Donald Trump.
They're going for RFK.
unidentified
I gotta say that not enough is virtually nothing here.
In general, what is Biden's support among those who were with him before?
Yeah, this I think is the key point.
harry enten
Biden versus Trump 2024 poll margin.
unidentified
The reason Trump's ahead, he's holding on to more of his base right now.
That 2020 voter's leading by 81 points.
Biden's just holding on, winning among that group by 73 points.
harry enten
That's the story of this election.
unidentified
It's why Trump is in a much better position than he was four years ago.
donald j trump
And then when the election comes along, he said, well, let's go.
But it's not a case that's been turned down.
Remember this.
It's a federal case.
They all turned it down.
And he's bringing it into the state, or the city, I guess.
Look, he's a district attorney where crime is rampant.
Violent crime is all over the place.
The city's going to hell.
And they have many prosecutors in there.
I couldn't even count them.
I'd look to be like that.
Certainly, they have had more than 20 prosecutors sitting there over the fact that somebody paid a lawyer And in paying the lawyer, so it was a legal expense, that somebody happened to be me, I didn't do the bookkeeping, I didn't even know about it, but a very good bookkeeper marked a legal expense down as a legal expense.
They didn't call it construction.
They didn't call it building something or concrete or electrical costs.
They called, very simply, a legal expense to a lawyer who's a lawyer.
Not a fixer, who's a lawyer.
Legal expense to a lawyer, they called it legal expense.
They said it was marked incorrectly.
What else would you call it?
It's a legal fee or a legal expense, and we called it a legal expense.
This is what the case is about.
And it's not about all of the other stuff that you've been seeing, because we're using that to attempt.
It's had no impact because it's so old.
attempt to do something to me politically.
But the good news is the people understand that our poll numbers are the highest they've ever been.
And it's ridiculous that I'm not going to be out campaigning for another week or two as these thugs,
these corrupt thugs.
unidentified
Okay, Congressman, we're losing the country.
So with all due respect, I'm not blaming you specifically, but it's not enough to set up a committee that's called the
weaponization of federal government.
That's not doing it for anybody.
We want to hear more from you.
We want to hear action.
We want to know what the heck is going on in this New York trial where nobody can seem to come up with a crime!
Well, I'll tell you what I'm specifically doing.
Of course, I serve on these committees.
I don't chair them necessarily, but I serve on them.
Happy to play whatever part, because I agree with you.
I've introduced, and we have actually passed out of the Judiciary Committee, the No More Political Prosecutions Act, which would actually inhibit state prosecutors from being able to go after presidents, former presidents like they are, it would
remove these venues in the state of New York, Atlanta and elsewhere to a federal court
should the president decide to do it.
It has passed the Judiciary Committee.
We're waiting on it to be voted on in the House.
These are substantive things I think that we can be doing to inhibit and stop these
elected Democratic prosecutors from targeting President Trump.
New York is rife with crime.
They've got murders and all types of chaos within their subways and on their streets.
And they're using every bit of capital they have to go after a presidential candidate
on a statute that they actually had to extend the statute of limitations for.
So this bill is one of a larger package I think that could work, but it is certainly
something that I'm pushing.
donald j trump
And that includes the judge.
He should throw this case out.
This case should go no further.
Every legal expert, the ones I named and many more, Calum Reason, another one, many of them, they came out and they said this case should not go forward.
It's not a case.
There's no crime.
There is no crime.
And they failed to show a crime.
This is election interference.
It all comes out of Washington.
They have their reps here.
You know they have their reps here, haven't you?
You know that.
But this all comes out of Washington.
It's to damage crooked Joe Biden's political opponent, happens to be me.
unidentified
And we're leading big in the polls and the American people get it.
donald j trump
It's a scam.
So tomorrow we're doing a big rally, and it's going to be in Wildwood, New Jersey.
We're going for the state of New Jersey.
We think we can win New Jersey.
And we think we can win a lot, because what's happening in our country is horrible.
Between inflation and the horrible economy.
And the only reason, by the way, the stock market goes up is that I'm leading in all the polls.
If I weren't leading, the stock market would be way down.
But I'm leading, and based on the fact that I'm leading, the stock market is up.
And if I didn't win, you would have a crash like 1929.
Mark my words, I can write about everything.
If I didn't win, You would have a crash like the crash of 1929, because the people that are running our government right now are corrupt and incompetent.
Thank you very much, everybody.
steve bannon
Okay, it's Friday, 10 May in the year of our Lord, 2024.
Explosive news day.
President Trump laying down right there.
Maria Bartiromo coming in and having his back.
The Weaponization Committee puts out a tweet today about hearings next week.
And most importantly, Rudy Giuliani fired and his show canceled on WABC.
Why?
Because he talked about the 2020 election and the big steal.
Short commercial break.
Back in the war room.
Boris Epstein, Mike Davis, and the greatest mayor in New York ever had, Rudy Giuliani.
unidentified
Next, The War Room.
Why aren't I hearing anything from this committee?
I had to just ask you about it, okay?
Just let me be clear.
Viewers are sick and tired of hearings.
They're sick and tired of letters.
They're sick and tired of hearing complaints.
They want action.
President Trump is in a trial all day long every day in New York City.
Where is this committee of weaponization and what are you doing about it?
I just spoke with Kevin Hassett, the former chairman of the White House Economics Council, and he said, Make no mistake, if we see President Trump go to jail because he violated this gag order, markets will react.
Okay, Congressman, we're losing the country.

We want to hear more from you.
We want to hear action.
We want to know what the heck is going on in this New York trial where nobody can seem to come up with a crime.
Well, I'll tell you what I'm specifically doing.
Okay.
steve bannon
Okay.
No, I don't need to hear, I don't need to hear a backbencher.
I'm sure you're a good guy and I'm sure you're trying to do a lot, but it's not as Maria Bartiromo says, and man, she lit him up.
Mike Davis.
Um, there has been some action.
There has been some action this afternoon.
A tweet went out from the Weaponization Committee.
There's going to be a big hearing they're calling on next Wednesday, bringing a couple of lawyers.
I might know a couple, three of those guys.
Trump's lawyer, my lawyer, Rudy's lawyer, and one of the great lawyers over at Gene Hamilton over at AFPI to kick things off.
Your thoughts?
You've been at the forefront of this.
You've been hammering this.
You saw Maria Bartiromo.
She's going off like she's on War Room.
Like she's trying to be Mike Davis.
Actually, I think she's actually, no offense Mike, Maria, she brings the heat.
You gotta admit that.
What's going on, Mike?
Is this bayonets to the back of finally getting some movement on the Weaponization Committee?
mike davis
Yeah, we are 22 months after the unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful raid on the office of former president in Mar-a-Lago for presidential records.
He's allowed to have.
We are four criminal indictments in.
We are in week four, going into week five of the first criminal prosecution ever of a former president who happens to be the leading presidential candidate under a bogus legal theory that the prosecutors and the judge can't even explain up through week four of this trial.
We still don't know what the legal allegations are.
In this case, yeah, I mean, it's nice that these House Republicans are starting to wake up and I commend them for, you know, getting up and putting on their big boy pants, changing their own diapers and putting on their big boy pants.
But so much more needs to be done, so much time Hold it.
Hold it.
Hang on.
I want to put it.
This has not been taken seriously for the last 22 months.
I've been talking about this on your show constantly.
steve bannon
Okay, hold it, hold it, hold it.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I want to put it, let's hit rewind.
What do you mean we have the House, the framers set the House up to make sure they had oversight,
had committees that oversaw the executive branch, specifically in the House, which is
built like on the House of Commons?
What do you mean has not been taken seriously?
mike davis
Well, where are the subpoenas for documents between the Biden White House and all these Democrat prosecutors?
This is obviously coordinated lawfare by President Biden and his White House.
Jonathan Su, President Biden's Deputy White House Counsel, worked with Gary Stern, the General Counsel of the National Archives, along with Jay Bratz, who was then in the counter-espionage section of the Justice Department and is now the Counselor to Special Counsel Jack Smith to orchestrate this Mar-a-Lago raid.
Where are those documents?
Why aren't those people in a chair right now with staff depositions under oath?
Why aren't there public hearings?
Where is Matthew Colangelo?
Where are his documents?
Where he got deployed from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department to Soros front at Manhattan D.A., Alvin Bragg's office to resurrect this zombie case.
against President Trump that was passed over by the prior Manhattan DA, the Manhattan U.S. attorney,
the Federal Election Commission, and Bragg himself until Colangelo got deployed and brought the first
indictment ever against a former president. Why do we not have Matthew Colangelo in a chair,
in a staff deposition, in a public hearing? Why have they not subpoenaed Lauren Mershawn,
Judge Juan Mershawn's daughter, who is fundraising off of this unprecedented trial?
She's raising millions of dollars.
She's been a fundraiser to Biden, to Kamala Harris, to Adam Schiff, many Democrats.
Her fundraising off this criminal trial requires Judge Wanmershan's recusal under New York statute.
That's not just crazy Mike Davis saying that.
A former Clinton federal judge said this clearly on April 5th.
on Caitlin Collins' show on CNN. So not exactly the vast right-wing conspiracy, right? So why
have we not subpoenaed Lauren Michon and Matthew Colangelo?
This office gets federal funds, right?
There is an oversight responsibility with these federal funds. The House Judiciary Committee also
has responsibility to ensure that our civil rights laws, our federal civil rights laws,
are not being violated.
And if they need to be updated or amended because of what's going on, if it's not very clear that this is a criminal conspiracy, maybe we need to update our 18 U.S.C.
241 conspiracy against rights, because this seems like a clear criminal conspiracy against President Trump's Civil rights, along with his top aides like Peter Navarro, who's sitting in a prison right now, like you, Steve Bannon, who could go to prison soon for asserting constitutional executive privilege that's been going on for 250 years since George Washington.
They're going after Trump's lawyers like John Eastman and Jeffrey Clark.
They're going after his supporters on January 6th.
This is outrageous what Biden and these Biden Democrats like Merrick Garland and Jack Smith and Matthew Colangelo
and Jonathan Su and Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis and her dumb unqualified boyfriend, Nathan Wade
and Tish James in New York and the Arizona Attorney General.
Every one of these people should have their records subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee,
including the Weaponization Subcommittee.
They should be coming in for staff depositions.
They should be, we should be having public hearings, right?
It's about their coordination.
That's the key.
They've been coordinating, and it ties to Biden.
Biden's fingerprints are on all four of these criminal prosecutions, unprecedented criminal prosecutions, with Jonathan Sue leading to the January 6th case with Jack Smith, along with the presidential records case with Matthew Colangelo, We know something's up.
steve bannon
By the way, weaponization, we know something's up, and here's how we know something's up.
Number one, the Supreme Court already ruled 9-0 on this Colorado situation, which was also coordinated.
A federal judge just had to step in the breach and say, hey, how about this?
You're going to come in and actually argue these motions to dismiss, and I'm going to put Jack Smith on trial with an evidentiary hearing in the last days of June.
How about suck on that?
And you've had an appeals court since the Georgia Senate has been so slow to get off the dime on their newfound powers that they got last year to oversight here.
An appeals court has had to come in in the middle of a criminal trial and say, full stop.
We want to have a hearing on this and get to the bottom of whether Fannie Willis and her boyfriend should even go forward on this.
This is the judicial system that sees it so outrageous they've had to step in here, why the House has been completely passive, and all you have is Johnson saying, well, you know, I don't know if we can defund him.
I don't know what we can do.
unidentified
It's too hard.
steve bannon
Right now, the House has a responsibility, a mandate, and a duty to do this, Mike Davis, and they refuse to do it, and they refuse to do it because they won't have Trump's back, and they won't have the back of the American people, sir.
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, think about this.
Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' dumb, unqualified boyfriend in Fulton County, actually was stupid enough to bill his time to Fulton County taxpayers, 16 hours of his time, $250 an hour, for Nathan Wade's meetings with the Biden White House, including the Biden White House Counsel, before they brought this bogus RICO indictment against Trump and 18 others down in Georgia.
And guess what?
Big Fanny was taking illegal kickbacks from this.
She got taken on lavish trips by her dumb, unqualified boyfriend after Fanny used taxpayer money and federal COVID funds to pay him $700,000.
I mean, this is obviously corrupt on so many levels.
It's coordinated.
By President Biden and his White House staff, we have the evidence.
We have the billing records from Nathan Wade.
We have Jonathan Su orchestrating, the Deputy White House Counsel, Jonathan Su orchestrating the Mar-a-Lago raid.
And we have Matthew Colangelo going from the Biden Justice Department, the number three office, to Bragg's office.
I mean, the evidence is so clear.
Why has the House Judiciary Committee not subpoenaed It's just baffling to me that they have not subpoenaed Nathan Wade and Matthew Colangelo at a minimum to go testify about their communications with the Biden White House, with the Biden Justice Department, and maybe even the DNC.
Matthew Colangelo was a paid Democrat National Committee consultant, and back in 2018, Why, like you said, Steve, why is it taking these judges who have to step in when the House Judiciary Committee has a weaponization committee that's supposed to have been doing this for nearly the last two years?
steve bannon
Mike, can you hang on for a second?
We're going to take a short break.
I want to bring you back.
We also have Rudy Giuliani up.
We're going to get Boris eventually just leaving the trial.
President Trump, as Mike's laying out, President Trump comes out every day, argues, has to argue his case in front of the media because they're not exactly reporting it accurately.
From inside the courtroom.
I know that shocks you.
But President Trump came out today.
It was 10 minutes.
That's why our cold open was so long.
We wanted to get into all of President Trump, what he had to say, brilliantly to make his own case.
It's time people stepped up to the plate.
You need to fight.
These Marxists are just not going to sit there and go, oh, you want your country back?
Sure.
Just won an election.
We'll give it back to you.
unidentified
It don't work that way, folks.
steve bannon
Times of turbulence and we got them and they're gonna get worse.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
Philip joins me tomorrow morning talking about capital markets, but you can talk to him today.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
unidentified
Reach out to the experts at Birchgold.
steve bannon
Back in a moment with Rudy.
unidentified
Owen, who's a disbarred attorney and a convicted perjurer raising money on TikTok, and now you just had this bimbo porn star say that I think calling a bimbo porn star is pretty offensive and I'd like to ask you what you make of the trial in terms of the possibility that actually, in a way, that Donald Trump could benefit, certainly from his base, but benefit, because you might have heard Anthony Zurcher saying that it is having an impact on the campaign, but it may not be a negative one.
mike davis
You just had a bimbo porn star come out and accuse President Trump of trying to have a threesome with Stormy Daniels.
This woman is so credible that the prosecutor doesn't want to call her in to be a witness?
unidentified
Let me just ask you a question.
You think it is totally outlandish that Donald Trump would ever have a threesome.
I just want to ask you that.
Totally outlandish.
Would never happen.
mike davis
It's not relevant at all to this criminal prosecution, and that's the point of Stormy Daniels' testimony.
Not only is it not relevant under Rule 401 of the Rules of Evidence, it is unfairly prejudicial under Rule 403.
And the fact that this judge has President Trump gagged, or he can't respond to Michael Cohen, and he can't respond to Stormy Daniels and this bimbo porn star you just had on, who made that I think we get the message about how you're addressing her.
Thank you very much for joining us.
That just proves what a kangaroo court this is.
This is Democrat lawfare and election interference.
And frankly, the BBC should be ashamed of itself that you just put a bimbo porn star
on to make that outrageous.
unidentified
I think we get the message about how you're addressing her.
Thank you very much for joining us.
mike davis
What would you call her?
unidentified
I would call her a woman who happens to be either a film star or she has a job.
I don't think, you know, that you have any particular locus in this.
mike davis
She definitely has a job.
She definitely has a job.
unidentified
Well, let's talk to Alana because she is still here.
Do you think, Alana, do you think that... Hold on, let me jump in here.
steve bannon
I can't take the bimbo film star.
By the way, in the history, the over 100 year history, I think 120 year history of the BBC, the revered BBC.
It is the single greatest interview I've ever seen.
Mike Davis, I know you're going to hang on.
I got Brian and Rudy here for a second.
I'm playing this in its entirety.
Josh Hammer from Newsweek, he and I have talked.
Hammer's also a lawyer.
We're playing it in its entirety at the top of the six o'clock hour.
And Josh Hammer is going to deconstruct because he said it's the single best interview he's ever heard in his life.
Mike Davis, absolutely stunning that the BBC tried to take you on, brother.
mike davis
When she asked me if Trump was above a threesome, essentially, I thought, wow.
I wanted to say, listen, you old British lady, I don't think you're President Trump's type.
You kind of look like the beat up version of Gene Carroll with the British accent.
unidentified
But I decided not to go down that path.
steve bannon
You were classy.
You saved that for the war room, obviously.
Very classy.
Mike, hang on for a second.
I want to ask you, I want to talk to you right after we get Rudy up here.
Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
New York Times lead story just blasting across the tape.
You've been fired by WABC, Johns Katz and McTeedy's.
Your show has been cancelled.
I understand now Dr. Maria Ryan's been fired.
The number one show on Sunday mornings, the one you do with Dr. Maria Ryan, that's been cancelled.
Any truth?
Because the New York Times is full of fake news.
Is this true?
rudy giuliani
Oh, it's absolutely true.
We're also the leading show at three o'clock in New York.
Leading handy.
For that matter.
steve bannon
Now you were, hold it, you were fired.
Hang on, you're fired.
I want to be very specific.
You were fired according to the New York Times because you talked about the 2020 election and John Katsimatis says there was nothing but fouls.
rudy giuliani
Yeah, well, I don't know.
I don't know what, you know, I've talked about the 2020 elections from the day I realized they were fixed until now.
And I've talked about it on that station, I would say a thousand times.
They now tell me there was a policy that I wasn't allowed to talk about the 2020 elections.
I never heard about the policy until yesterday.
And even if there was a policy, just go back and listen to the last three and a half years, and I commented, I'd say almost every day.
And what they wanted me to agree to, to retain my job, knowing that I'm in fairly difficult financial circumstances, And they also, by the way, leaked this before they told me, which will give you an idea of what dishonorable people they are.
This letter serves to remind you that you are prohibited from engaging in conversations relating to the 2020 presidential elections on your program broadcast on WABC radio.
Well, first of all, it says I'm prohibited from engaging in conversations relating to the 2020 presidential election.
That could mean if I talk about when I went to vote that day.
This is what we call in First Amendment law, overly broad.
Then they say, these specific topics include, but are not limited to, the legitimacy of the election results, allegations of fraud, and your personal lawsuits.
Well, okay, those are three it's limited to.
But it's also not limited to, but they don't tell me what those are.
So they can make up anything they wanted and fire me tomorrow.
Now, how is it that I've been doing this for three and a half years without any interruption?
I commented on the election two days ago.
I commented on it three days ago.
Their hosts and broadcasters questioned me about it.
I'm also not allowed to talk about the case in Atlanta because they say I signed a stipulation that I defame them, the women.
The fact is that stipulation was just for the purposes of the case, the litigation.
It specifically has no application to anything beyond that.
In fact, how could I appeal?
steve bannon
That's what I'm talking about.
But hang on for a second.
Hang on a second.
The cases, because I never talk about my case.
To me, cases are separate.
I want to go back to the core allegation.
Were you fired?
The New York Times is reporting this.
That you talked about the big steal in 2020.
You talked about the... Because Joe Biden, for WABC and John Katz and Mattides and all the hosts, let me be blunt.
Donald J. Trump won the 2020 election.
Biden stole it.
Biden's illegitimate.
And if any of the hosts want to come on and Cats Matitis wants a lesson on this, we will go through chapter and verse.
unidentified
First look at the hearing in Georgia.
steve bannon
It completely is completely, completely, absolutely outrageous.
Are WABC arguing that the 2020 election was not stolen and they will fire you for talking
about Joe Biden stealing because they will lose half of the audience at WABC and quite
unidentified
frankly they are going to lose all of the audience.
rudy giuliani
They're sucking up behind Newsmax's back with Dominion.
John and the president of Dominion have had secret talks for the last three or four years.
It's now come to the point where Newsmax is raising in the lawsuit, why did ABC get special treatment?
How come Giuliani is allowed to talk about this all the time?
And they want to depose John.
And John is trying to avoid turning anything over, deposing anything.
And that's why it comes up now.
steve bannon
Also, I'm sure that John- Hold it, hold it, hold it.
This Obama- Also, I'm sure that John-
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, slow down.
You're dropping bombs left and right.
You're saying this ties back to the Newsmax Dominion lawsuit and that you're saying Dominion-
How do you have evidence of this?
How is this not rumor hearsay?
The New York Post.
What evidence do you have?
unidentified
The New York Post has a particle- Do you want me to-
rudy giuliani
The Daily Beast has an article entitled Newsmax wants to force a Trump pal to testify in its Dominion mess.
And it says that Magda Cable Network Newsmax is attempting to force a longtime Trump friend and billionaire grocery store magnate John Castamatidis to testify in Dominion voting system's affirmation lawsuit.
Electioning the right-wing channel knowingly peddled election lies.
Castapatidis is trying to avoid the subpoena.
unidentified
This is a very, very dirty story.
steve bannon
So he's trying to avoid the subpoena by firing you?
How does that work?
Why would that back off Dominion or Newsmax an inch?
rudy giuliani
Because the complaint is by Newsmax.
How is it possible that you didn't get sued when Giuliani talks about the election all the time?
In other words, we now have a policy created that never was created before, that nobody's supposed to talk about the election, that at least I was never informed of.
And I was told, I mean, I could stay on if I just stopped talking about it.
But I'm not going to sell my soul to that guy.
No way.
steve bannon
So tell me what the current outcome is.
They gave you an ultimatum.
And by the way, you've never seen this policy before.
This policy was only explained to you.
This sounds like Animal House.
You're on double secret probation.
They just explained this to you yesterday of what the rules are?
rudy giuliani
They didn't explain it to me.
They just sent me a letter telling me as if this letter serves to remind you that you are prohibited from engaging in conversations relating to the 2020 presidential election.
Now, how could I possibly have been prohibited when I did it a thousand times?
I didn't know it.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Hang on.
They sent you a letter.
You're telling me the station guys were on the station and John Katsimatidis didn't call you and it didn't sit you down and explain all this?
rudy giuliani
You think I got the guts to do that?
unidentified
Get out of here.
rudy giuliani
Come on.
People that do this kind of stuff are not strong men.
They wouldn't sit down man to man.
And every time I sat down man to man with John, all he would do is give me books.
I never got a straight thing out of John.
And the guy that works for him, Chad, keeps telling you, I can't make any decisions, only John can.
And they played both sides.
I mean, they got Weiner on the air, right?
They got Cuomo on the air.
unidentified
And they may have a policy.
rudy giuliani
They never showed it to me because they know if I saw the policy, I'd have walked out.
You think I'd be at a station that had a policy where you couldn't comment on the 2020 election?
I mean, I walk out in a second.
I would consider that gross violation of any First Amendment value you could possibly have.
And anybody who thinks they can do that should be 10,000 miles away from any radio station in a democracy.
Anybody who thinks they can tell you you can't comment on the 2020 election, you know, belongs in the old Soviet Union or the present Venezuela.
And if we don't stop this, we're not going to have an America anymore.
Just read the first.
This letter serves to remind you that you are prohibited from engaging in conversation relating to the 2020 presidential election.
If I knew there was such a policy, I'd have walked out.
They say they sent a memo around in January with such a policy.
I never saw it.
And since January, their hosts and other people have asked me questions about the 2020 election.
So either they didn't see it or they violated it.
This is also an attempt to play both sides against the middle.
But, you know, John was originally a Democrat.
And this idea that he's very pro-Trump, well, let's not count on it.
steve bannon
Has Dr. Maria Ryan also been fired?
You guys are the number one show on Sunday morning.
Has she been fired?
unidentified
Yes, absolutely.
steve bannon
Mary Clox, you guys are the number one show on Sunday morning.
Has she been fired?
unidentified
Yes, absolutely.
rudy giuliani
Fired unceremoniously by email.
Not only that, she's been harassed for about five or six months, which had me very close
to leaving, so I'm not so unhappy about being fired, to tell you the truth, because working
there has been a terrible strain on a person with integrity.
How can you, I mean, how can you live under, you can't discuss the 2020 elections?
Tell me that isn't interference in the 2024 elections.
I mean, it looks like it was written by Biden's lawyers.
The part about the $145 million judgment wasn't supposed to talk about that either, except every host on that station has asked me about it.
What are they trying to attract me?
steve bannon
Rudy, hang on for a second.
We're going to hold you.
We got Mike Davis.
We're going to wrap up with Mike Davis.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Philip Patrick of Birchgold joins me tomorrow morning on our Saturday morning show, right here on Real America's Voice and the John Frederick Radio Network.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon, the end of the dollar empire.
It's all free, downloaded today before our talk tomorrow.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
Massive news day today.
Of course, Rudy Giuliani, the firing of Rudy Giuliani, leaked to the New York Times, by the way, before Rudy even knew about it.
That shows you the classiness and the manliness of Katsimatidis and the rest of that crew over WABC.
Mike Davis, closing thoughts.
I know you've got to bounce.
By the way, I'm announcing right now the 6 o'clock show.
I'm opening with the entire BBC interview.
It is a classic.
Josh Hammer from Newsweek joins me to deconstruct it.
Mike Davis and the unfortunate BBC announcer.
Mike Davis, your thoughts.
mike davis
So I've been saying this for 22 months, since the Mar-a-Lago raid.
These Biden Democrats not only are going after President Trump, They're not only trying to, they are imprisoning Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon, his top advisors.
They're trying to destroy his outside lawyers like John Eastman, like Jeff Clark, like Rudy Giuliani, America's greatest mayor ever.
They're trying to destroy His life.
They're trying to destroy his outside supporters like Mike Lindell.
They're going after his January 6 supporters.
They're putting old ladies in jail from January 6 for trespassing and taking selfies.
They're trying to go after parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting
rapes in high school bathrooms.
They're going after Christians, Christian old ladies praying outside of abortion clinics
while they give amnesty to BLM and Antifa and Hamas and these trans terrorists and these
abortion activists and the Biden family, the Biden scumbag family.
Most Republicans need to step up because these Democrats have walked through an open door
for the last two years and they have not done a damn thing other than sending some tweets
and some stupid letters and ineffective subpoenas that never get responded to.
House Republicans need to get serious.
The Judiciary Committee needs to get serious.
This Weaponization Committee needs to get serious.
They need to have people like Matthew Colangelo and Jonathan Sue and these other bad actors
in this obvious Biden criminal conspiracy to take out Trump and his supporters.
They need to have them in front of the cameras.
They need to have them in staff depositions with their documents, then in public hearings.
steve bannon
And so this lawfare ends.
We'll be covering it live.
It's 15 May 2024, next Wednesday, 10 a.m.
up on Capitol Hill.
The Weaponization Committee bringing in Rudy's lawyer, my lawyer, President Trump's lawyer as a kickoff, plus the AFPI great Gene Hamilton over there.
Mike Davis, where do people go to the Fight Club over at Article 3, brother?
mike davis
Article3project.org, you can take action there, you can donate there, and you can find our social media there.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Appreciate it.
Grace Moe, Carly Bonet, let's push out Article 3, let's push out Mike Davis.
Everybody go, everybody hit it, everybody join.
Rudy Giuliani, we've got a couple of minutes.
Your thoughts on the day you're terminated as the number one show at three o'clock in New York City over WABC, and they leak it to the New York Times for they tell you.
Your thoughts, sir.
rudy giuliani
My thoughts are that I saw it coming.
I realized that these are people who play both sides against the middle.
He's been having secret conversations with Dominion for three or four years.
The reality is the whole thing is absolutely incredible that I'm being told that I can't comment on the 2020 election and there was a policy to do so when I probably have done it 500 times in the last three and a half years without a single peep.
And now my partner, Dr. Maria Ryan, is fired because she mentioned Newsmax.
And there was also a policy not to mention Newsmax that I didn't know about.
So you put the two things together and you realize I'm being fired because of deals that Castamatidis is making behind everybody's back with Dominion to limit the news that's presented.
And I screwed it up because of my big mouth.
Plus, I didn't know about that part of the deal.
I didn't mention Dominion because I was in lawsuits with them.
unidentified
I agreed to that three years ago.
steve bannon
But if you knew about, you couldn't talk about the election fraud and the big steal, you would have said, go pound it.
Go put it where the sun don't shine and give a New York response.
rudy giuliani
I would know that I would try to do today.
steve bannon
Rudy, I want to announce right now, Real America's Voice, Rob Sigg, Stephen K. Bannon, are going
to put their heads together and figure out how we get Rudy and Dr. Maria over to Real
America's Voice because that may be the last platform of freedom in this country.
Rudy, where do people go to get your podcast, Getter, all of it, social media?
rudy giuliani
Tonight at 8 o'clock, you can get me on X, you can get me on Rumble, you can get me on Getter, you can get me on Newsmax tomorrow night.
I have an audience that varies from 250 to 1,000,003, and I bet tonight it's going to be really, really big, and I think I'll go on, for the time being, I think I'll go on X and my other channels in competition with them.
steve bannon
Get it?

Rumble loves you.
You're all over.
You're great.
