They're most salient to voters in polls.
Immigration, economy, crime and public safety, these are all Trump areas.
He's got a significant advantage in trust and handling these issues.
The only areas where Biden has an advantage, healthcare and protecting abortion.
And Biden seems to be struggling with key demographic groups that he would need to win and win big.
If he stands a chance of being reelected.
John, there is significant softness in the support for Joe Biden among core Democrats.
In this poll, he's carrying black voters by 61 points.
That sounds like a lot, but he carried them by 84 points back in 2020.
Latino voters, a very slight Biden edge in this poll, but it was a 21 point advantage in the exit polls back in 2020.
And among younger voters, under 30, we're actually seeing Trump with a slight edge. That was a big win for Biden last time around. It's particularly stark to see that difference among voters of color. Black voters under age 50 far less likely in this poll to say they're supporting Joe Biden than older black voters. Those of us who believe that this is about democracy, democratic norms, a constitution that for all its imperfections continues to
enable us to try to create a more perfect union, all of which shouldn't necessarily be on the ballot.
Right?
I mean, ordinarily, we're voting on the role of the state in the marketplace.
We're voting, perhaps, on the role of how we project force in the world.
Those are the ordinary political choices.
This is not that.
This is about do you believe in a we the people?
Do you believe in I am your retribution?
Even though we're in the minority, we effectively have been governing as if we were in the majority because we continue to provide a majority of the votes necessary to get things done.
Those are just the facts.
It's a difficult situation on the other side of the aisle because many of my Republican colleagues are more interested in creating chaos, dysfunction, and extremism.
For what purpose?
That's a good question that has to be asked of them.
We were sent by the American people to get things done, to solve problems.
At the end of the day, some people don't have that view of the job.
For some years now, there's been a part of the American right helped by some other foreign actors who've been pushing the idea that autocracy is stable and safe and democracy is chaotic and destructive and degenerate.
And therefore, we need a different kind of political system in America, or we need different kinds of people running it.
And what Trump is doing is playing into an existing sentiment, one that's been built up and created for many years.
So the idea that his presidency would be stable, more prosperous, is part of a broader argument about the decline of democracy and the rise of autocracy.
After he worked with Democrats to pass the foreign aid bill that included $61 billion for Ukraine, Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who opposed it, said she will follow through with the threat to oust him.
Jeffries told us he works to find common ground with the other side of the aisle, and at least one Republican who might be happy about that is Speaker Johnson.
Johnson, at some point today, This past week, Democrats said they would vote against Congresswoman Greene's effort to remove him.
Has Speaker Johnson asked for your help?
He has not.
And our view would traditionally be, let the other side work its own mess out.
But when that mess starts to impact the ability to do the job on behalf of the American people, then the responsible thing at that moment might be for us to make clear that we will not allow the extremists to throw the Congress and the country into chaos.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
It's Monday, 6 May in the Year of Our Lord 2024.
Welcome to the Still Point in a Turning World.
Just moments ago in the Kangaroo Court in Manhattan, the judge called, I think called the lawyers up to the bench and threatened President Trump with jail for continuing to work the edges on this gag order.
We're going to get into all this in what should be an explosive week.
In American politics, let's go.
I want to make sure we talk about some statistics and some facts.
Right now, we talk about this democracy and that, you know, Biden was going to run a democracy and you saw Applebaum up there talking about autocracy and, you know, democracy in the ABC polling.
And if you break the ABC polling down into its component pieces, what we call the crosstabs, absolutely shocking what President Trump is doing to the basic core coalition of the Democratic Party.
And that would be the African-American community, the Hispanic community, the youth vote.
He making tremendous gains in the African-American community, particularly black men under the age of 50.
Huge gains there.
I think President Trump, hey, if he keeps rolling like this, may draw that segment of the demographic to a 50-50, get 50% of the vote or 40% of the vote, which would be extraordinary.
Biden only leads Hispanics, all Hispanics, by 4%.
I think it was 21% in 2020, the way they counted.
Youth vote is now, to Trump's side, by plus five, under 30.
Shocking, stunning.
Finally, the Russian serfs are waking up and they want to break the chains of their bondage and understand there's a better deal with President Trump than this mad—the lived experience right now, this madness, as Columbia University, the Marxists on the faculty and the Marxists in the administration, cancel graduation, bow down, And give a big win to the Neomarxist protesters and the Sharia Supremacists?
Because they're just surrendering?
There's a huge shift in narrative.
Okay, so Axios, Mike Allen, and Jim Vanderhay are the inside baseball of inside baseball.
Well, like, when you go in Hollywood, you get the red carpet, but then you have velvet rope after, you know, you have a VIP area, then you get a super VIP area, then you get, like, the inner circle.
You always have a rope within a rope within a rope.
Jim Vanderhay and Mike Allen are the inside baseball of the corporate media.
They have all the big advertisers, big pharma, the defense industry, all of it.
A very profitable tip sheet, but they always give you inside baseball.
Two massive stories in today's Axios, and I'm going to take them one at a time.
First, it is the 6% of the seven states.
If you know, we do battleground in the six o'clock hour, but we specifically on this show have focused on those seven battleground states since the spring of 2020, where we walked through and said, hey, here's where the fight's going to be.
Here's the 25 counties.
Here's here's what you got to look at.
Here's what this vote's going to be.
Remember, Trump won, what, 19 of the 21 bellwether Districts, I think, in 19 and 21 in 2020.
You also picked up a net 12 House seats.
This shows you that is mathematically impossible for Biden to really have won.
People understand that.
And in understanding it, we know where the focus is.
We know how tight these margins are going to be.
Well, Axios today talks about the Biden strategy.
The Biden strategy owes 6% of those battleground states.
Yo, they have completely thrown overboard.
To save themselves, anything about the fantasy of the 81 million votes, excuse me, Mike Gallant, you're just not going to change the narrative.
You're not going to have a narrative framing shift that, oh, Biden is really, they're really focused on the 6%.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
That has been Trump's strategy from 2016 when we broke the blue wall.
Is to know specifically where you have to focus in order to win.
Biden got 81 million votes.
Biden beat Trump by a landslide in the popular vote, so you say.
Biden has sweeping, you know, over 300 electoral votes.
It's all a lie and today you've been exposed to show it's a lie and trying to change the narrative.
Where are your 81 million votes?
Where are they?
Where are the 81 million votes?
Where are they?
They didn't exist.
And now, when it comes down to it, and you see what the polling is, you see the rise of MAGA and the ascendancy of MAGA, and you see the MAGAs now attracting African-American men and Hispanic families.
In the youth vote under 30, because you understand the crosstabs as well as anybody, when you understand it, you throw over the lie, and it's a bald-faced lie, of the 81 million votes.
Where are they?
If you got 81 million votes, what are you sweating?
Where are they?
Okay, say a few people disgruntled.
A million.
Where's your 80 million votes?
Where are they?
They never existed.
They were all lies and made up of mail-in ballots.
You've been exposed your lie when you're in a desperate mode and in war mode and we got to save it.
And the article goes down and says, guess what?
It's going to come down to, you know, 80,000 votes could flip it either way.
80,000 votes could flip it either way.
You never got 81 million votes.
You're totally illegitimate.
And that's eating on people, of how this actually happened.
How would a legitimate president of the United States allow 10 to 15 million people to illegally invade this country?
What sort of person would continue to spend this kind of money on this Keynesian infusion to basically destroy our capital markets and put this kind of debt on our children and grandchildren and the lived experience of people today?
The Oracle of Omaha, all you guys that follow the capital markets, Berkshire Hathaway, they had their big annual meeting, I think it's on Saturday, and they packed that arena out in Omaha.
They dropped the bomb.
He said the current financial plan of the United States government is unsustainable.
This ain't Steve Bannon saying it.
This ain't Steve Bannon saying it.
This is Warren Buffett.
He says it's unsustainable.
And there's no political will on Capitol Hill.
There's no guts on Capitol Hill for anybody to step forward and say, these are the types of cuts we have to have to get to a balanced budget.
We can't continue to finance this.
Then he says the inflation is not going to go away until you do it.
Not going to go away until you do it.
So what do you say is going to happen?
Massive tax increases.
Massive tax increases.
You see right now, The polling shows that MAGA is ascendant, that Trump is ascendant.
The only thing they have to thwart President Trump is lawfare.
They believe that if they can get a conviction that that can convince enough of these people in the battleground states that in the way they do it is not even a crime.
There has been no, we're four weeks into this, no one can tell me now what actually the crime is.
They're talking about election interference?
They're talking about election interference?
In 16?
Are you kidding me?
What is exactly the crime?
Can you please spell out the crime?
Because...
The prosecution led today by Matthew Colangelo, Matthew Colangelo from the Justice Department, seconded by Lisa Monaco and Merrick Garland to New York to come up with this Rube Goldberg machine of a charge is up there.
It's all this smear Trump.
The only thing you've seen in the narrative in the courtroom in the last couple of weeks is Trump's a scumbag.
Trump's a scumbag and it's put out and reinforced time and time again on MSNBC and CNN to the fact that Morning Joe saying they're lecturing CNN about watching the neo-Marxist and Sharia supremacist on campus instead of going back to the trial.
The trial is the only thing they've got and today they threatened President Trump.
They threatened President Trump with jail.
They threatened President Trump with jail because of this unconstitutional gag order.
And my question is, why are we not going on offense?
We must go on offense.
All this stuff about Billy Bush weekend and Billy Bush weekend, hearing on the courtroom, Billy Bush.
Hey, let me be very blunt.
I told the president the day it happened, nobody cares about locker room talk.
What they care about in places like Michigan, in places like Pennsylvania, in places like Wisconsin, hey, I think it's called the Blue Wall, is that they're countries managed to climb by the elites led by Hillary Clinton.
And hey, how about this?
Why don't we go on offense and bring the people that Bill Clinton raped and Bill Clinton sexually molested.
And let's bring the rapists that Hillary Clinton defended as a public defender against a little girl.
Let's bring them to St.
Louis and let the American people compare and contrast the words of Donald Trump on locker room talk versus the actions of the Clintons and let the American people decide.
And you know what?
We won Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
You know why?
Because the American people have revulsion for the Clintons.
You have to go on offense on this vast criminal conspiracy against Donald J. Trump, and the House of Representatives, and the feckless, gutless leadership over there has to step up to the plate, and they need to step up to the plate today.
It's absolutely outrageous what's going on.
President Trump's taking incoming from everywhere.
He still leads and we have a massive sweeping win on his shoulders.
But somebody has got to come to his defense.
Short commercial break.
unidentified
back in the room in a moment gravity of the situation about putting a former president of the united states is that even possible future president of the united states in jail for contempt of court uh... and the fact that it would also involve secret service if you were to be put in jail if you were to violate uh... this gag order he understands and sees that the one thousand dollar fines is not really making any difference and knows though that he has a job to do in spite of how
difficult the decision may be he said although he is not putting him in jail for now it seems to be yet another threat for the former president to not continue to violate this gag order were awaiting that official decision because because it was handed over to both the prosecution and the defense THEY DID NOT READ THAT FROM THE BENCH.
WHEN WE GET IT, I'M GONNA BRING IT TO YOU.
BUT NONETHELESS, IT SEEMS LIKE THE JUDGE IS READY, WILLING AND PREPARED TO PUT THE FORMER PRESIDENT IN JAIL IF HE CONTINUES TO VIOLATE THE GAG ORDER.
BUT AGAIN, UNDERSTANDING THE GRAVITY OF THAT SITUATION AND REALLY WHAT IT WOULD GO INTO IN MAKING THAT DECISION HAPPEN, RIGHT, WITH SECRET SERVICE AND EVERYTHING LIKE THAT.
Zero surprises from Justice Mershon here, because I didn't expect that he would jail Trump on this hearing, on this decision.
I think he's going to give him at least a couple more chances, because contempt violations are about a continuum.
You start with admonitions, then you say, well, here's your statutory maximum $1,000 fine in New York.
I don't think he would have gone to jail right away.
I think from there, he's giving him another chance or two.
But one thing really interesting to me is that he verbalized what I think everyone knew this judge and every judge with a Trump case is thinking, which is, I do not want to try and put an ex-president in jail, not for an hour, not overnight, not for a week.
It will be a logistical administrative nightmare.
To say nothing of the fact that he has to be flanked by Secret Service agents, the issues involved make it so.
I don't think any judge wants to do that, and Justice Mershawn just confirmed that this morning.
steve bannon
Okay, they are If you look at the polling, ladies and gentlemen, the only way they can beat Trump is through lawfare.
And even that's crumbling.
And they don't have a chance to beat him on lawfare if we go on offense.
It's exactly analogous to Billy Bush weekend.
Billy Bush weekend, all the rhinos, all the Republicans, you know, they were all curled up in the fetal position, sucking their thumb.
Oh, this is the end of the world.
This is the world's ending.
The world's ending.
I said, hey, how about this?
Nobody cares.
Nobody cares in Michigan.
Nobody cares in Pennsylvania.
Nobody cares in Wisconsin.
Nobody cares.
They don't care.
They don't.
Let me repeat that.
They don't care.
You have 100% metaphysical certitude to win.
We focus on what's important to them, and that is the loss of their country.
As personified and manifested in the loss of the jobs that families can build a family life around.
And the loss of their communities.
That's what's important to them.
That's what they're looking for a populist nationalist to step forward against the globalist Clintons and the corrupt Clintons.
And hey, if they want to, if they want to play this game, if they want to play this game, we can play this game.
You want to play the game?
We'll play the game.
We don't want to do it.
President Trump never went out.
Up until that moment, President Trump never really went out and made this a big deal.
Said, hey, you want to do that?
Let's bring the women he raped.
I didn't say they raped him.
They say he raped him.
Let's bring the women he sexually molested.
I didn't say that.
They say that.
And let's bring them and put it up in the national media's face.
And oh, Let's top it off with the woman who as a little girl was molested and raped by a demon that Hillary Clinton represented as a public defender and shamed her.
And shamed her.
Let's do that.
Let's bring that to St.
Louis and let the whole world see it.
Let's weigh and measure your locker room talk versus their actions.
And let's see where people came down.
Hey, you didn't really see him running with that anymore after that, did you?
Didn't see Hillary Clinton running her big mouth about that.
She had defended a rapist, her husband, a sexual predator, her husband.
The only way to defeat these people is to go on offense.
They know how to do it.
Nancy Pelosi had a two-seat majority, and she's jamming stuff down your throat every day.
They play for keeps.
And we got wimps and nerds like Mike Johnson.
Let me talk about the second Axios article.
Johnson down there, greasing up President Trump all weekend, running around.
And by the way, the guy who was his escort, walking him around, Charlie Speeds, is gone now.
Because President Trump woke up to the fact that he didn't want a rhino in there who was doing nothing on the election integrity front as the chief counsel.
He ordered him to be fired.
He wasn't fired.
So he humiliated him and perp walked him out of this conference this weekend.
You're fired.
Get out of here.
That's action.
So what does Johnson do?
After down there in Mar-a-Lago all weekend with the big fat cat Republican donors, and we're going to do this, we're going to do this, he goes to D.C.
and he has a meeting with the fat cat Republican donors.
And Axios reports it in all its glory.
And what does it say?
It says that his plan, his plan is to reverse all of the changes that we had in with, when we forced McCarthy to accept them.
Including the all-important rules committee, of which you have three conservatives on.
Chip Roy, Norman, and Tom Massey.
That we control the rules committee, so we control what comes to the floor.
Also, all the transparency, all the accountability, all of it.
Mike Johnson, the conservative, and don't take it from Stephen K. Bannon.
I'm just repeating what Mike Allen and Jim Vanderhay say.
I'm just giving you the inside baseball.
He's doubled down and daring you.
Hakeem Jeffries goes on 60 Minutes and says, I run the House of Representatives.
And then Johnson comes up and says, hey, to keep our majority, here's what we're going to do, and we're going to, I'm going to go and give the D.C.
cartel everything.
So if your congressman votes to keep this worm in office, they're just as guilty as he is.
You ask him flat out, hey, Johnson's saying he's going to undo all the reforms we've gotten so far.
To at least force accountability.
Remember, in all the bad stuff they rolled over for, and all the bad stuff McCarthy agreed with, at least you understand who did it and why they did it.
This is all part of the process of breaking the cartel.
And now Johnson, that little worm, wants to reverse all of it.
Ain't gonna happen, bro.
This guy hides behind the Bible, hides behind his phony Christianity, And then goes up there to the demons that got us in this mess, because, as Warren Buffett tells you, once again, ain't Stephen K. Bannon, Warren Buffett, the Oracle of Omaha, who is a Democrat, he says, hey, the political class has no ability, capacity, he used capacity, to stop spending.
They can't do it, they don't have the political will.
So what does that mean?
What does that mean?
Massive tax increases.
And do you think for a second those tax increases are going to come on the wealthy, going to come on the 1% and the 5%?
Are you kidding me?
It's not going to happen.
Even anything they were put forward would be totally performative so their tax lawyers and accountants can get away from it.
Look at alternative investments, get tax shelters, all of it.
The 10,000 agents, you think the 10,000 agents were hired to go after them?
You would be incorrect.
They're going after you.
They're going to go after the middle class and they're going to get blood from a stone.
He just told you.
Buffett just told you.
It's gonna be massive tax increases.
So this thing's unsustainable.
You can't sell the Treasury.
You can't sell this stuff.
You can only print so much money.
The inflation's now embedded.
It's now embedded.
This is exactly where we are.
And that's why Johnson has to go.
Here's what's going to come forward in this.
What's the power sharing?
Hakeem Jeffries is not going to save him without a pound of flesh.
And we want to know what the power sharing agreement is.
What is the power sharing agreement?
One thing is quite evident.
It's quite evident.
They're not going after the vast criminal conspiracy against Trump because the Democrats won't allow it.
That's why nothing's happening.
That's why Johnson's people are suppressing what's coming out of the, what's coming out of Jordan's committee, which is only being forced at the tip of the bayonet by the war room.
And Julie Kelly, we're going to have Solomon on here in a minute.
He's going to give you more about what's going on with evidence tampering, flat out evidence tampering in the classified documents case.
And are they taking with Solomon?
Are they taking with Julie Kelly and with Tom Fenton and Mike Davis?
And can I go on and on and on and on about the outside groups doing this?
No.
You know why?
Because the big donors have a plan.
The big donor's plan is they agree with Matt Boyle, the great political reporter over at Breitbart.
Matt thinks his mathematics works that way.
It's 52 to 53 seats minimum in the Senate.
So they're going to take the Senate.
They believe they're going to give Mike Johnson, Paul Singer, these guys are going to give Mike Johnson unlimited funds to hold the house or pick it up, to save Lawler in the Hudson Valley, to save these seats on Long Island and around New York City.
And with the redistricting wins we've had from Alex DeGrasse and the great teams throughout the states working on these redistrictings that it looks at, we're going to net out, okay, we hold the house and maybe even pick up a seat or two.
Then you get down to the executive branch.
The donors, what do they need Trump for?
Because with Trump comes you, this audience.
With Trump comes MAGA, and MAGA's a pain in the ass.
They're unclubbable.
We wouldn't have you at the club.
You're unclubbable.
You're not part of the cool kids table.
That's not you.
Trump brings what we refer to on Wall Street as deal baggage.
The deal baggage is MAGA.
You.
You are too surly, too tough, too relentless, too much grit, too much determination, and you put your country and the citizens of your country first, and they don't.
They are just a part.
They are the controlled opposition of the globalist.
The destruction of our country could not have happened if it had not been for Murdoch, Fox News, and the Republican donors as the controlled opposition.
To give you the false impression there was true opposition as they got everything they wanted.
Just like what's happened in this Congress.
It's so obvious, it's up in your grill obvious.
Johnson must go.
We must have a motion to vacate.
And we gotta get all the cards on the table.
Unmask everybody.
And ask your congressman, are you supporting this?
You support Johnson's plan to roll back all the reforms we got?
Do you support that?
unidentified
Ask him.
steve bannon
It's a yes or no question.
Next in the war room Your host Stephen K band There are victories all over And you see this at the local level, through the precinct strategy, the school boards.
I know it's tough.
You're not welcome.
You're not accepted.
If you get the book, Finish What We Started, you see the fight you have and how they hold you in contempt.
But over the last couple of days and the weekends from Missouri to all over the place, in Virginia, you've got fights and you have patriots winning and putting the establishment on notice.
Two of the toughest.
All of them are tough.
Two of the toughest are like in South Carolina and Georgia.
These are not.
These are complete and total throwdowns.
The vested interests that have controlled the Republican Party apparatus from the precinct level all the way up to the RNC are not going to give this thing up without a fight.
They got a pretty good deal.
They're controlled opposition.
So they don't really have to fight Democrats that hard.
They just gotta control the Republican Party.
Then they get all the benefits of controlling that without actually having to fight the Democrats.
That's why the country's in the shape it is.
You don't really have an opposition party.
That is what this whole MAGA movement's about.
We're trying to save this republic, this constitutional republic.
And hey, guess what?
MAGA's prepared for a fight.
Not only prepared for a fight, wants a fight.
You know why?
Think about it.
When we don't quit, we win.
You eventually wear them down.
That's why they hate MAGA.
This is why the donors won't put the monies into the House and Senate.
Hey, if Trump can win, that's okay, but they made so much money off of Biden.
What are you talking about?
The top 105% never had it so good.
Only guy they had it on better was Obama.
Because Obama, that's the lords of easy money are all Democrats.
The Wall Street and this massive Keynesian stimulus, they're making money hand over fist.
What are you talking about?
It's good times.
Trump brings deal baggage.
And you, this audience, you're deal baggage.
You're a problem.
Because you want full accountability, you want transparency.
They don't want transparency.
They want to do their work at night.
Mike Johnson, that little weasel.
Flies out of Mar-a-Lago after talking all the talk, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do this, telling President Trump one thing and doing another.
Only question he should have to answer to President Trump is where is the formal investigation and the subpoenas on the vast criminal conspiracy to destroy Donald Trump?
From Colangelo, the number three person in the Justice Department, seconded up there by Lisa Monaco and Garland in the White House Counsel's Office, as Mike Davis has shown, arguing the case today!
Arguing the case today, a guy from the Justice Department, not some grundoon, the number three guy!
And look at Fannie Willis.
Look what's happened.
Solomon's going to be in a minute.
Look what's happened.
Look what Julie Kelly's exposed because the judge is putting it out.
The judge is putting it out.
It's her cry for help.
Where is the House of Representatives?
Where's George?
Where's the committee?
Everything that's come out of them has come forced out.
Why was the 300 page report not put out before the start of the trial?
Why was the filmed under oath deposition all five and a half hours not put out before the trial began?
Why did we not frame this as it should have been framed?
Because they don't want Trump.
How did they get Charlie Spies in as a general counsel?
A Trump hater!
They don't want Trump.
And they don't want Trump because they don't want you.
Because you're deal baggage.
You're too mouthy.
You're too ornery.
You got cussedness.
You're not clubbable.
You don't go along.
You're not going to play the game.
We're not going to play the game.
We're here to save the country.
And they can't have all their benefits and signatures.
They can't have all that.
Look who Johnson goes up to the donors on Sunday night to tell them, you gotta get the word out to these guys.
If it's a motion to vacate, I'm gone.
If I stay, I'm gonna reverse everything they did.
This is how this sneaky little creep works.
Remember Clinton?
Remember Clinton in the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal?
He had the 50-pound Bible he'd take everywhere.
Remember that?
Remember Bill Clinton had that big Bible?
Wandering around with his big Bible.
Even the Democrats were mocking him.
Had that big Bible all the time.
Got old-time religion.
After the situation Monica Lewinsky came.
Remember that?
That's Mike Johnson.
I've got a biblical worldview.
Well, the biblical worldview wants transparency and accountability.
Not you going up To the Pharisees, to the Pharisees, of which you did, and cut a deal with the Pharisees, this is what you did.
And you were outed by Mike Allen and Jim Vanderhay and Axios.
You went there and said everything we fought for, for the last year and a half, so that the common man can sit there, the common man and woman can sit there and see exactly how the cartel rolls, you want to go back to non-accountability.
That will not happen.
This criminal conspiracy.
John Solomon, you've got breaking news about, and John Solomon, thank you for changing your schedule to do this, but I have to ask you, brother, and I want to get into this.
You've got the thing on the witness tampering.
If we, given all, and you're one of the top investigative reporters in Washington, D.C., and you have done this now for years about the, if we had, if Jordan had a, the Judiciary or Weaponization Committee had hearings On the vast criminal conspiracy of the FBI and the Justice Department and the Biden White House at every aspect, from the classified documents to the J6, to Arizona, to Fonny Willis, to Colangelo, New York.
How many days, if you had to actually just give forth an official proceeding in an adjudication, how many days would John Solomon be as a witness?
Would it be two days, three days, four days, just with the information you have, sir?
john solomon
Well, listen, everything I know is out in public, so they wouldn't necessarily need me as a witness.
That said, listen, this should start in 2019.
The main committees, Judiciary and Oversight, now have overwhelming evidence that the testimony given at the 2019-2020 Ukraine impeachment was inaccurate, false in some cases, knowingly false in some circumstances.
You start there, and then you wind your way all the way through the five-year effort to get Trump, as Alan Dershowitz writes in his book.
There is months of hearings, Watergate-style hearings, that could be conducted that would expose how False testimony, a trickery, collusion between the Biden White House, the National Archives, the Justice Department, collusion between the Justice Department and these local Bragg and Fannie Willis prosecution teams.
There would be months of hearings and it would really be jaw-dropping to the American public.
There just isn't Apparently the will or the imagination to do something that big in Congress right now.
And that is a terrible abject failure.
Just think of what we learned on Friday night.
Jack Smith had to go in on a Friday night dump and say, I misled this court.
And we did not keep the sanctity of the evidence that we gathered from the FBI in those boxes.
Somehow the evidence in the boxes got jumbled up, and there's one chronology of how the boxes were formed on a scan.
When we scanned it digitally, there's another one the way the box is right now.
And that's going to be a real problem because anyone who does criminal rules of evidence 101 knows right away that you don't change the order or sequence of evidence that you gather.
You don't let it get jumbled.
That's just 101 basics.
It's not an accident.
Why is this such an important dispute?
Because Donald Trump was going to argue that the boxes were in chronological order, which means he put the documents every day after he got out of the Oval Office into a box, never looked at them again, never opened them up, didn't even know he was bringing classified documents to Mar-a-Lago, and the prosecutors somehow now have fumbled up that potential argument for Trump.
by tampering with this evidence, allowing this evidence to get contaminated, not in a chemical sense, but in an evidentiary sense. That is just the latest in a five-year effort that really goes back to Ukraine or, quite frankly, goes all the way back to Russia collusion.
unidentified
I want to go back there.
steve bannon
I want you to repeat this for this audience.
You're saying that your belief in the evidence there is overwhelming.
If we went back and had an official platform to adjudicate this and brought that, you're saying that in the 2019-2020, the original impeachment of President Trump, that you would be able to show their evidence to show that there was not just false testimony, but willful false testimony, that they lied and they colluded to lie, sir?
Is that what you're saying?
john solomon
Yeah, listen, the Washington Post, not exactly the most favorable newspaper to Donald Trump just a few months ago, had to go back and say the entire story Joe Biden gave the American people, and that was given during impeachment, that he was simply following the orders of the career bureaucrats when he tried to fire the Ukraine prosecutor.
They now say that's not true.
They acknowledge it's not true that Joe Biden actually made an audible on the way to Ukraine when he decided to fire the prosecutor, why did they have to make that major change?
Why did the truth watcher at the Washington Post, the fact checker, suddenly have to change it?
Because I sued and got documents that show that the career staff actually told Vice President Biden, keep the prosecutor and give the billion dollars.
And Joe Biden threatened to fire the prosecutor or force the firing of the prosecutor by withholding the billion dollars.
Those documents are now in public evidence.
There are numerous instances where documents I sued, it took years to get them, but by suing I got them, they directly undercut the testimony.
Remember during the impeachment trial, it was said by several witnesses at the State Department that Hunter Biden might have created the appearance of a conflict of interest, but he never had any impact on Ukraine anti-corruption policy.
Didn't affect him.
Whatever he was doing didn't affect policy.
There's a classified email that I now have made public from George Kent, the guy that wore the bow tie, to his boss, Maria Vanovich, the star witness for the Democrats, in which he said someone should tell Joe Biden his son undercut all of our anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine.
A direct contradiction to the testimony that was given at the trial.
I have dozens of instances.
I've written stories on this.
These committees know that that evidence exists.
They've now looked at it.
They've even called me and talked about it.
That's where you would start this story.
You'd start it in 2019 and you'd carry it all the way through, all the NARA documents that I've been able to show, and you'd finish with what Jack Smith had to embarrassingly admit, which is, we didn't follow the rules of evidence, we allowed it.
Key evidence, something very key to President Trump's defense to be tampered with or to be contaminated in our possession.
That would be five years of history and several months of really great hearings.
steve bannon
And the whole lawfare and the criminal conspiracy from the court in New York, to Florida, to Fannie Willis, even to Georgia, is all because they understand, they're stunned that he was able to come back to where he was, but under no circumstances can they allow him to take over the executive branch, because then you've got, they get access to all the records.
So they, to save themselves, They had to do this law firthing and that is that would be the final chapter that would be presented in these these bigger than Watergate hearings?
john solomon
Yeah, listen, somewhere out there there are people funding this, right?
There are people that funded the false narratives that allowed some of these prosecutions and impeachment to go.
You could open up the nonprofit world and find out, is it really George Soros?
Who is it that's funding these things?
Who paid for these things?
Remember the shocking information we learned years into Russia collusion, that it was Hillary Clinton paying for the Russia collusion bogus story.
And of course, John Durham laid that bare even more.
But it took us five years to get there.
There's no time to waste.
The American public should realize that there has been a complete hijacking of government agencies in an effort to just oppose the opposition candidate to Joe Biden.
And it's going on with our tax dollars.
It's going on with our truth being hijacked.
There are, you know, there's a war on truth right now.
People are trying to suppress the truth.
And our congressional committees could easily put on convincing, compelling, extraordinary hearings for months.
And it would have a profound effect on the electorate going into Uh, the fall election.
Keep in mind that despite the fact that other than that one story mentioned from the Washington Post, New York Times, Washington Post, the networks, they haven't covered anything about Joe Biden's scandals.
But three, two thirds of Americans in an AP poll last month said they now believe Joe Biden and, uh, Joe Biden did something either unethical or illegal in conjunction with his son's business.
They didn't get that from the mainstream media.
They got it from your show and my site and the great work that Julie Kelly and Amen.
John, hang on for one second.
This is the horniest day of this break.
done, the public is much faster ahead of the deep state right now. They know the truth. Amen. But our congressional committees could give them a healthy important dose. John, hang on for one second. This is a horny thing to say. John Solomon, real American voice.

John Solomon, they're reporting, actually, specifically, the judge said, and I want to give a hat tip to Rob and Parker Sig, but they're specifically saying on the gag order, they're threatening Trump
With a now jail on the gag order, another criminal contempt, I think the judge saying it's 10th or 11th one, and he's specifically citing I think the John Frederick interview on the John Frederick radio show that you replayed on your show on or about the 21st of April of this year.
Is that enough?
You're a savvy, smart guy.
What you played on your show from the interview with John Fredericks, would that be enough to throw a guy who was leading presidential polls in jail because he's breaking a gag order, sir?
john solomon
I think it would be shocking to the American people.
It'll fell something like Nelson Mandela in South Africa.
In the 70s and 80s, I think that that is the moment we're facing in this country, that the leading presidential candidate, the likely nominee for the Republican Party, could be thrown in prison because he's trying to defend himself against an onslaught of attacks that the government's own witnesses were putting on TikTok, were putting on social media, were saying in the public in media interviews.
And he's not allowed to respond, but the government's witnesses can smear him all day in the middle of an election.
I think most Americans feel that is not American.
And I think that if there is a jail penalty for contempt, there's going to be quite an uproar in America over it.
steve bannon
John, you believe there's enough evidence from this entire scandal to hold hearings immediately.
If those hearings were held, how would they compare, in your mind, as both a historian and an investigative reporter, or a student of history and an investigative reporter, compared to the Watergate hearing, sir?
john solomon
Watergate was about a singular crime in 72 and a two-year cover-up that finally got busted in 74 and that's why Richard Nixon left office.
Right now there is evidence that this has been a nine-year whole of government effort to try to keep one man from being president or from governing this country.
It began with the FBI in 2015 and 2016 trying to concoct a case and knowingly misleading a court using Hillary Clinton's dirt To create the false illusion that President Trump was a patsy for Russia when, as John Durham recently concluded, there was a single iota of evidence of that.
Then it goes to 2019 impeachment.
Then it goes to 2020 false claims that the Hunter Biden laptop's not true, a protection racket for Joe Biden.
And then it carries into 21, 22, 23, trying to manufacture four cases that would all hit in the 2024 election year, tying down the president with legal bills and trials and court hearings.
And the Biden White House is at the center of at least some of those prosecutions.
It was the Biden White House that told NARA to sick the FBI on Trump on the documents.
The Biden White House clearly had contacts with Georgia's prosecutors.
Clearly, the Biden Justice Department sent their guy over to New York to bring the third case or at least three of the four cases the Biden administration is.
Directly instigating and involved in going after their chief political rival on an eight-year, nine-year conspiracy.
It's much larger and much more government involved than anything we saw in Watergate.
steve bannon
It dwarfs it by many orders of magnitude.
John, your site, the news site, Just the News, and the show has been kind of the rear head of all this.
Where do people go to get access to all of it?
john solomon
Thanks, yeah.
JustinNews.com, that's where all the news is.
I'm lucky enough to follow you every day on this network at 6 o'clock.
Justin News, no noise.
And on social media, Jay Solomon reports on all of the platforms.
steve bannon
John, thank you.
And thank you for the work, most of all.
Just amazing.
John Solomon.
See, you have some tough—you got Fenton, you got John Solomon, you got Mike Davis, you got Julie Kelly.
I like who's on our side of the football.
Unleash them!
Just don't have them in these independent little organizations.
Unleash this!
In a formal setting, we have the power.
Nancy Pelosi did it, and we now know that there was knowing false evidence.
They knew that!
And look what they did to impeach President Trump.
The gutless, feckless House Republicans.
And you are gutless, and you are feckless.
And the constituents should call them out today.
We have a scandal that is so up in your face and obvious.
Amy Kramer is fighting this fight in Georgia, and man, they hate Amy Kramer down there, their establishment, because you're another one.
You're a pain in the ass because you out them every day.
Tell me about your fight, Amy.
unidentified
Hey Steve, thanks for having me on.
Yeah, I'm running for National Committee Woman for the Georgia GOP to represent at the RNC, and I'm not a part of the club, and I don't want to be a part of the club, and they don't like that.
So, I'm getting a lot of pushback.
The chairman of the Georgia GOP endorsed the two incumbents last week.
It was 10 days after the incumbents got the delegate list for the delegates who are going to vote at the convention on May 18th.
It was 10 days later before the grassroots candidates that are running got the delegate list.
But listen, this is the thing.
Nothing's been done here in the state of Georgia on election integrity.
Absolutely nothing.
I've run around the state trying to recall Raffensperger, trying to get to paper ballots.
Our Georgia legislature hasn't done anything.
I think the Georgia GOP can do more.
And since our National Committee man and woman have been in there, we have lost 15 seats in the Georgia State House.
As well as five seats in the Georgia Senate.
And that is inexcusable.
It's time we secure our elections and win again.
And I have a history with Tea Party Express from 2009 up to 2014 where we took back the House in 2010 and then in 2014 we took the Senate.
I have a winning record.
I know how to do this strategically.
I know how to raise money.
And it's time for change.
It's time for strong leadership at the RNC.
And we're seeing that across the country with some of these great leaders that have gotten in.
And now we need change as well at the Georgia GOP, because the RNC committee, man and woman, have a seat on the executive committee at the Georgia GOP.
And it's time we have some strong leadership there, Steve.
steve bannon
We've got 30 seconds.
Where do people go?
I want to pile everybody into your site.
Where do they go to find out more about your fight, Amy?
