The lawfare apparatus now has President Trump in a courtroom.
unidentified
|
This is the first time we're going to see a former president and lead candidate standing trial here.
Trial of the century, the 21st century, the trial of Donald J. Trump.
unidentified
|
A very sad day in the history of our country.
This is an outrage that this case was brought.
This is an assault on our country.
Lawfare comes to America.
This is a banana republic in New York City.
This is what you do in third world Marxist hellholes.
unidentified
|
It's a country that's run by an incompetent man who's very much involved in this case.
It's absurd. | ||
It's egregious what they're doing to him here.
If they look at the facts of this case, they can't even point to an underlying felony.
We've crossed a Rubicon.
It can't get any more serious than this.
unidentified
|
All these fake news media frauds, they love running their mouth.
I want to know, how are all these prosecutors millionaires?
unidentified
|
Alvin Bragg, Fannie Willis, Letitia James.
We are watching our country devolve into a communist hellhole.
I would say 500 members of the media here.
unidentified
|
This city is overrun with illegal immigrants when the economy is absolutely imploding and this is what the media is here focused in on?
It's a joke. | ||
This is really an attack on a political opponent, that's all it is.
Alvin Bragg reduced 52% of the felonies to misdemeanors and here they're taking misdemeanor and making it 34 felonies.
Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Bershon donated to Biden.
His daughter is profiting off this criminal prosecution.
And we're not going to back down one inch on this.
You're going to go after President Trump.
I'm telling you right now, we're going on offense.
We're going to expose the Biden family for the pack of feral dogs that they are.
they asked for it and they're going to get it.
The campaign dynamics, the optics of all this and the and the sustained eye arresting that apparently happened in the courtroom.
I mean, I do feel like if you call your opponent Sleepy Joe, you have one job for the rest of the campaign, which is, like, you gotta, like, clockwork orange those puppies, like, open at all times.
But it's also interesting, too, to imagine, I mean, again, This man, who I think is not a particularly emotionally regulated individual, and does not have a tremendous degree of self-mastery and discipline, in a situation in which, to your point Ari, he doesn't control things.
In which he doesn't control the pace, the conversations are happening outside of his purview, but he has to sit there and watch it.
I mean, it is... | ||
I really can't think of a thing that's more nightmarish in some ways for him just at a personal level of like you don't you don't have like the stimulus you don't you're not getting like little ego bumps from some social media replies and you just got to sit there and watch this day after day I mean this was day one this is weeks and weeks of this so just at the most sort of human level I was just watching the reports today and thinking about Just the sheer psychological torture.
I really mean that. | ||
That is this. | ||
And then also the point that he keeps making, which is true, although not for the reasons he says, which is he's not on the campaign trail talking to people.
Like, he's not doing events with, like, you know, the farmers in Michigan or whatever swing state rally he would be doing.
He's sitting in a courtroom in New York where he's accused of serious crimes and felonies where a serious case is going to be presented.
Yeah, I mean, I was struck by the visual of him in the courtroom.
Obviously, cameras are not in the courtroom.
We didn't see, but we did see the photo of him in the courtroom.
He looks small in that photo, rough, a little rough in that photo.
I think it's fair to say.
But he also was treated as every defendant would have been treated as if that's how our justice system should work.
He walked down those same dark, dingy hallways, right, that others did.
Thank you very much. | ||
to face the judge and answer some simple questions.
That's not him, to Chris's point, controlling his own narrative and kind of spouting out to the public.
And that struck me. | ||
I was a little surprised by that.
unidentified
|
The court, thank you very much.
This is a trial that should have never been brought.
It's a trial that is being looked upon, looked at all over the world, they're calling it, they're looking at it and analyzing it.
Every trial is a trial. | ||
And I think that's what we're going to have to deal with.
I think that's what we're going to have to deal with.
I think that's what we're going to have to deal with.
Every legal pundit, every legal scholar said this trial is a disgrace.
We have a Trump-hating judge.
We have a judge who should be on this case.
He's totally conflicted.
But this is a trial that should never happen.
It should have been thrown out a long time ago.
If you look at it, Jonathan Turley, Andy McCarthy, all great legal scholars, There's not one that we've been able to find that said this should be a trial.
I called a... I was paying a lawyer and marked it down as a legal expense.
Some accountant. | ||
I didn't know. | ||
Marked it down as a legal expense.
That's exactly what it was.
And you've been indicted over that?
I should be right now in Pennsylvania, in Florida, in many other states, North Carolina, Georgia, campaigning.
This is all coming from the Biden White House because the guy can't put two sentences together.
He can't campaign. | ||
They're using this in order to try and win an election.
And it's not working that way.
It's working the opposite way.
So check it out. | ||
Legal expense. | ||
It's called legal expense.
That's what you're supposed to call it.
Nobody's ever seen it. | ||
Nobody has ever seen anything like it.
So thank you very much for coming.
I'm now going to sit down.
I am now going to sit down.
The voters understand.
All you have to do is look at the polls.
This is a sham trial. | ||
And the judge should recuse me.
Thank you very much. | ||
It's Tuesday, 16 April, year of our Lord, 2020.
You see there, and we could have played a lot more of the MSNBC, CNN.
They're sitting there just mocking nonstop.
You see what this is about.
President Trump, his own best spokesman, yesterday at the Styx, making a very concise case.
And then this morning, we've asked Don Jr.
to join us this morning.
Don Jr., your assessment and analysis of where we are in this, sir.
Well, Steve, it's absolutely insane, right?
What those people on MSDNC and CNN, what they don't tell you is that the Southern District of New York, the FEC, the Federal Elections Commission, Cy Vance, the prior district attorney in New York, Alvin Bragg himself, the first time around, decided not to prosecute this case because they understood that it had no legs.
Now, it may have legs in New York, not because of law, but because you have a jury pool and a judge that hates Donald Trump.
That's really clear. | ||
They don't tell you that.
They don't tell you, Steve, that they changed, literally changed, the stature of limitation rules in New York so that they could go after one man.
That's not how this law is supposed to work.
Alvin Bragg, who has taken the vast majority of criminals in New York, criminals like murderers and rapists and scum of the earth drug dealers, and taken their felony offenses and turned them into misdemeanors, actually took this offense, which at best was a misdemeanor, And up the statute to turn it into 34 felonies.
That has never been done.
They are literally custom tailoring the law to go after their political opposition.
That's the interesting part here.
We can say this till we're blue in the face.
The people that you watched at the opening of this show, the people we're seeing on CNN, they're literally just neglecting all of these basic facts that I think
If Americans, and I don't mean just conservatives, I mean independents, even some Democrats who haven't lost their minds yet, if they understood just how shoddy this is, just how much they are breaking the rules and decency of our justice system to be able to weaponize it against Donald Trump, people would be shocked that this judge, there's literally a statute
A statute, a law written in New York that if you're within six degrees of separation of someone that could possibly profiteer from this, you have to recuse yourself.
This judge, his daughter is one of the top Democrat fundraisers, does all of Adam Schiff's fundraising.
She has an organization that she's in charge of that profits from this directly.
If he says, you know what?
Donald Trump's innocent.
We got to let him go. | ||
His daughter suffers greatly financially.
There's an actual law, not just like, hey, these would be rules and norms and decency.
You got to recuse yourself.
There's a statute in New York.
It doesn't matter. | ||
They're ignoring that.
The appellate division kicks our complaints about that back down to this very judge.
That's how insane this is.
This is Bolshevik stuff.
It's happening right now.
And again, the mainstream media, they're carrying the Democrat, you know, the DNC talking points.
They're not talking about the facts of the case.
They're literally taking the Democrat Party, Joe Biden-tailored talking points and running with them as though those are facts of the case, not talking about the clear miscarriages of justice that are going on before our very eyes, Steve.
People, if they knew these details, if they understood everything that I just talked about, again, changing the law, moving stature of limitation regulations, you don't change our laws to accommodate or to be able to go after one individual.
And that's not how it works.
And yet that's what's happening right now in the People's Republic of New York.
When you first started, all those people you let, Cy Vance, you named 10 people, they are all Trump haters.
They are all Trump haters.
It was let go by a Trump person.
The Federal Election Commission, that's a governmental Washington, D.C.
entity. | ||
They are no Trump fans, Steve.
Cy Vance, former District Attorney of New York.
No Trump fan. | ||
We've had plenty of stuff with them as it relates to even real estate.
They didn't like us. | ||
The Southern District of New York, okay?
Not exactly Trump lovers, okay?
These are... Alvin Bragg himself!
decided not to prosecute this. But then all of a sudden, they're meeting with Joe Biden.
They have the number three person from some of the Biden entities move up into the Southern District of New York. They take place in an office. They're incorporating the D.C. swamp because they understand that weaponizing the state systems against Donald Trump in a place where they can rig the jury, essentially, or have a guaranteed outcome. That's how to take off all the enemies. They understand they can't do that. I want to go back to this point.
Even Alvin Bragg and they had, I think Cy Vance had a deputy district attorney that he actually wrote a book and said, this thing is dead.
This is a voodoo charge.
This thing's got nothing.
It was Merrick Garland, the Biden White House and Merrick Garland secunding, secunded Matthew Colangelo from the, from the Justice Department up there.
He's the one, this is hardwired back to Merrick Garland in the White House, is it not, sir?
Yeah, Matthew Colangelo was the number three person in the Biden Justice Department.
Number three. | ||
And magically now, he's working with the Southern District of New York, with Alvin Bragg.
Alvin Bragg magically, the second this happens, changes his mind to go after- I mean, it's not even a show trial anymore.
It's just, they're making a total mockery of us.
They're laughing at our faces.
You know, these are the people that talk about democracy and, you know, and fascism.
They scream about it. | ||
I mean, they are taking a playbook out of the fascists.
I mean, this is exactly what they're doing.
And they're laughing about it.
And again, the people on, you know, CNN and MSNBC, they're talking about these things as though, you know, the Biden Justice Department talking points are actually the gospel, not we've broken every rule.
Every norm, every level of decency.
If this stuff was happening to any Democrat, any other citizen, perhaps, you know, any other citizen who's not a conservative, people would be losing their minds, Steve.
These same people that are joking about these things, they would be in a tizzy.
It would be 24-7, non-stop, miscarriage of justice.
You know, everything you saw for the last eight years under Trump.
You'd be seeing that for them, that they can sit there and be silent as this happens in the United States of America in 2024 for something that's never been tried as a felony, for something that they're changing stature of limitations for.
But by the way, this is nothing new in New York.
This is the same stuff we saw with the Gene Carroll stuff.
Where they go back and they change the stature of limitations for one year.
Literally, they changed New York law for one year to enable them to go back in time, file something, continue it.
They're trying to break their political enemies.
They are doing that out in the open.
They are not hiding anything anymore.
And they're also trying to make sure that my father's off the campaign trail.
You could see the glee and the joy in their eyes that he is stuck in a courtroom in New York.
A courtroom that then also said that my father couldn't go see his son's graduation under penalty of being thrown in jail.
Okay, he's got a son that's graduating high school in a couple of weeks, but no, he's got to sit in a courtroom in New York and watch them pick a jury rather than be there.
Think about how insane that is, Steve.
But they don't care. | ||
That's the country we live in right now, and we better wake up to it, or it's not going to change.
This doesn't end with Trump.
You know, if they get Trump, they put him away, we're going back to normal.
We are never, ever going back to normal if this is allowed to happen in America.
Don Jr., can you just hang?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
I've got a couple more questions about how they're going to try to drag this out, because I think they see now an opportunity to keep President Trump off the campaign trail until after Memorial Day, and they're going to take every advantage of it.
You see the way the jury selection itself is going to drag out.
Don Jr.' 's with a short commercial break.
We're also going to talk about Dr. Peter Navarro.
Gold 2386. | ||
Gold does not make these type of moves.
Normally, another all-time high.
Go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
We give you the macro. | ||
They give you the micro.
Go talk to them today. | ||
We're going to have Dave Brat on later.
And at six o'clock tonight, we're going to go through all the capital market analysis.
Biden's government can't sell Treasury bills.
Short break. | ||
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Don Junior's with us. | ||
Don Junior, I want to go back to something you just said.
Jury selection, which is 80% of this, it looks like this could drag on for two or three weeks.
I mean, to get anything even close to a jury of his peers, impartial jury, could take forever.
You could see last night, as we curated MSNBC and CNN, The gleam in their eye, understanding Biden hurts himself every day he's on the campaign trail.
President Trump drives the message, drives the energy, drives his numbers every day he is.
Their plan right now, brother, I think, is to drag this thing out past Memorial Day.
The judge ruled yesterday.
Ms. | ||
December can now testify.
The Billy Bush transcripts can come in.
Every day they're adding things, adding things, adding things.
The prosecution, I guess, had mentioned before, but now wants in.
They want a three-month trial, not a six weeks.
They want a three-month trial.
Don Jr., your observations.
Oh, 100%, right? | ||
You're not allowed to talk about political affiliation for the jury pool.
Of course not, right? | ||
Again, you're never going to get a fair shake from this incredibly biased judge.
He's a Joe Biden donor himself.
Again, his daughter's profiteering off of all of this greatly, to the tune probably of millions of dollars.
That's not enough to get a recusal, despite the fact that there's a statute In New York, preventing, that's supposed to prevent these things, but again, we'll always make exceptions for Donald Trump.
So yeah, without question, they are going to drag this out as much as possible.
Every time you see Joe Biden, he falls in the polls.
He exudes weakness. | ||
His weakness is on display for the rest of the world, which is why you see what's going on happening.
They are going to do what they did in 2020.
They will hide this incompetent dolt in a basement.
They will make sure that no one ever hears from him.
But they're also going to try to make sure that no one understands what could be.
What could be if Trump was back in power.
If you take his resolve, if you take his strength on the world stage, if you take all of those things, people understand we could actually be in a significantly better place.
We could have a strong economy.
We could bring back jobs.
We can be signing peace deals in the Middle East rather than watch Iran send drone strikes into Israel.
Like, it can be a lot different.
It does not have to be this way.
But they want to make sure that as few people as possible They don't ever actually understand that.
They understand that Trump out there as his own representative is great.
That's why he has to actually take advantage of that pulpit every day coming out of these things.
Not just talking about the sham of what's going on in the courtroom, but talking about exactly that.
Talking about the fact that CNN will not cover what's really going on here.
How this miscarriage of justice is allowed to play out.
How they will break and bend the rules and norms of decency and our legal system To be able to attack him.
He has to make that point on his own, because none of those people are going to cover it otherwise.
They will never tell their viewers.
And so it's one of those things, you know, you're watching CNN, you think you're getting right?
No, you are being misinformed.
You are being led down a wrong path.
They are doing that with intention.
Heavily. | ||
They are all banded together to do whatever they can to function as the marketing department for Joe Biden and his radically failed Democrat party.
That's what's going on right now, Steve.
Make no mistake about it.
You mentioned something in the previous block, too, about people should understand that this is not about Trump.
This is about them. | ||
Because if this is allowed to go down, it's going to go everywhere, and particularly in these big metropolitan areas.
Dr. Peter Navarro is in federal prison.
We just found out last night.
They're not going to give him any time off for good behavior.
He's going to have to serve the entire four months.
Tell me why you fear That if President Trump is banged up in this Moscow show trial of 1935 in Manhattan, this is something we should fear coming to everywhere in the United States.
Oh, 100%. | ||
Listen, Peter Navarro, what was his crime?
Standing loyal, being anti-China, leading that policy.
I heard from him some of the other stories about the people he's actually serving with in prison.
They're not going to give him a break.
And don't forget, he's still under appeal.
He's following what his lawyer said, you know, as it relates to executive privilege.
That's under appeal. | ||
But they have him serve his sentence because they want to make sure they send a very clear message.
That you will be prosecuted if you stand in their way.
If you stand up for what we believe to be the basic tenets of freedom and democracy in America, you will be penalized.
You will not face any consequences if you're the most radically insane Democrat on the left.
But if you're a conservative, that will happen.
I've heard some of the stories from Peter.
I'm going to try to make it down there and actually see him because he's being held in Miami, in Miami prison.
And he's still fighting for all of the things that we believe in.
I mean, I published his book, The New MAGA Deal.
People should check it out.
I mean, he still believes in fighting for these things despite the fact that he's sitting in prison.
You can see his book at thenewmagadeal.com.
But Peter is serving a prison sentence while under appeal because people are talking about executive privilege.
He had to start serving this right now.
They couldn't wait for it to play out.
Of course they could, but they don't want to.
They want to make sure that you understand there are consequences to stepping out of line.
There are consequences to taking on the machine.
There are consequences to actually putting America first instead of China first.
That's what Peter did. | ||
That was Peter's actual crime, and they're going to make sure that he pays for it.
He could be totally exonerated, but guess what?
He's not going to get that four months of his life back.
These are the messages they're trying to show.
And Steve, if we think this stops with Donald Trump, you know what?
Okay, you know what? | ||
Donald Trump's in prison.
You think that's going to stop?
You think the Republicans, the weaklings that we have, the feckless losers that make up half of the Republicans in Congress, you think they're going to get tough all of a sudden and push back on this?
No, no, no. | ||
They're going to let the Democrats steamroll them like they do time and time again.
We need to say enough. | ||
We need to do that. | ||
We need to band together.
We need to unify and we need to put them back in check.
There are no checks and balances to the Democrats right now.
There's supposed to be.
It's called the Republicans in Congress.
It's called the rule of law.
It's called norms and decency.
That doesn't exist. | ||
With all of this in the last, frankly, few years, but especially as it's playing out right now before our very eyes, all of that garbage is out the window.
They don't care. | ||
It's all a joke. | ||
It's a sound bite that they use when they're laughing about us at their cocktail parties as they throw away everything we believe in.
We cannot allow it to happen anymore, Steve.
To Don Jr.' 's point, Russ Vogt and Senator J.D.
Vance are going to join us at the top of the hour, 11 o'clock.
Don Jr., where they get your podcast, you're on fire.
Where they get the podcast, social media, and winning team publications, your great book publishing company with Sergio Gore.
You've got the New MAGA Deal, go to newmagadeal.com.
This is the way you support Navarro.
His message from inside prison is that he's stronger than ever.
He misses the time he comes on here every other day and talks to the American people, but that's what they want to do.
They want to silence Trump.
They want to silence Navarro.
They want to silence everybody.
Don Jr., where they go to get to your podcast?
I'm on Rumble. | ||
I'm on Mondays and Thursdays live, 6 p.m.

I get to go full out, which is always nice.
On the usual social media channels, just hit me up on all of them and follow along.
It's because of people like your audience, Steve, that's why we're able to actually push back.
We don't get enough of it from the Republicans in the swamp.
We actually need to do it with a real movement.
And that's what the America First movement is.
And I'm just happy to be a part of it with guys like you, Steve.
Thanks so much for the platform.
And, you know, and guys, thanks for the follows because, you know, it matters.
We got to push back or we're going to wake up one day in a country that we don't recognize.

Everybody get over there and subscribe.
Our Rumble chat's the best going, so everybody go over and subscribe.
Don Jr., thank you so much for sharing your observations today.
Thanks a lot, Steve. | ||
So, Mike Davis. | ||
Hey, Mike, this is not punishment having Don Jr.
open for you. | ||
I don't know how you're going to top it, but I think it's punishment for you being on Laura Ingraham last night, okay?
So, sir, your observations of where we stand.
I would say Laura Ingraham's a little bit better looking than you are, so I'm happy to go on her show, but following Don Jr., that's a tough act, right?
I just want to say I concur with everything he said, and I'm ready to go home.
But no, we're out here in front of the courthouse again today.
You know what's amazing, Steve, is how much law enforcement in New York City has been diverted for this trial, because it's not an easy task.
to get a former president and the leading presidential candidate in a courthouse in New York City.
So you have these New York police officers who are doing a fantastic job, but they are diverted from real crimes here in Manhattan.
With this Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, he took time-barred bookkeeping misdemeanors at best, and I don't even think they're misdemeanors, from seven years ago and somehow converted those into 34 felonies in this unprecedented trial against a former president of the United States.
The first time ever they have done this, and this only happened after Matthew Colangelo, a senior Biden political appointee, as Don Jr.
said, the number three in the Biden Justice Department, got deployed Two Soros funded Manhattan D.A.
Alvin Bragg's office to bring this zombie case against Trump.
The prior Manhattan D.A.
Cy Vance, the Manhattan U.S.
attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Alvin Bragg himself declined to bring this case until Colangelo came up here.
And look, we're before this biased Democrat judge, this Juan Machon.
Again, his adult daughter, Lauren Machon, has a direct financial interest in this criminal prosecution, this unprecedented criminal prosecution against President Trump.
She is raising money off of this criminal trial.
She's raised almost $100 million for her political clients.
Her clients have included Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff, many other Democrats.
Under New York law, as a former Clinton federal judge said on Caitlin Collins' show on CNN on April 5th, Judge Mershawn should recuse from this case because his daughter is the first There's a bunch of rulings yesterday, this morning.
President Trump wants to go to the sidebars.
unidentified
|
Mike Davis, we've got Laura Loomer, David Zier, wall-to-wall coverage.
This is a bogus trial. | ||
There's a bunch of rulings yesterday, this morning.
President Trump wants to go to the sidebars.
Mike Davis, we got Laura Loomer, David Zeer.
Wall-to-wall coverage. Next in the world.
We're not going to be speaker next Congress if we're lucky enough to have the majority.
And I think that is widely held belief throughout the conference.
unidentified
|
Is he going to be speaker for the rest of this Congress, do you think?
That is to be determined.
Yeah, there's a huge firefight over there right now at the conference.
Also, MTG, Majorca is going to testify.
There's a ton going on. | ||
There's a ton going on about Ukraine, about the rule, about killing the rule.
We're going to get all to that once we get through their trial coverage because I want to take in that order.
By the way, gold at $23.86 when we started.
Dave Bratts is going to join me briefly this morning.
He's going to come back at six o'clock tonight because we need an hour to go through this.
The U.S. | ||
government, Wall Street Journal, is reporting having a tough time selling Treasury securities, even at these interest rates.
Why? | ||
Because what Congress is talking about right now is another $2 trillion deficit.
We told you it's $1 trillion every 100 days.
It's starting to turn up in the math now.
It's unavoidable. | ||
I had a bunch of hedge fund guys this morning calling me saying they've really never seen anything like this.
So, Dave Brat, we've got a lot of detailed breakdown on capital markets and macroeconomics later today.
So, Mike Davis, just yesterday, all the rulings were against President Trump.
I believe they now see the benefits to them to stretch this thing out.
They want this to go past Memorial Day into June.
And you see all the rulings.
You know, Ms. | ||
December is going to be able to testify.
They're going to be able to read into the record the Billy Bush situation.
There are many more aspects of this.
But in all this, also President Trump, there's a filing.
They're going to make a decision today.
He wants to be in the sidebars.
Talk about the rulings first that went against Trump, and then I want to talk about the sidebar situation.
It should surprise no one that this Democrat DA, the Soros Funded Manhattan DA, teaming up with this Democrat Manhattan judge, biased judge, who donated to Biden, donated to another anti-Trump cause.
His daughter, Lauren Michon, has a financial stake In this criminal prosecution, so it should surprise no one that Trump's not going to get a fair trial.
He's clearly going to get railroaded in this New York City courtroom led by Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Marchand.
You have a jury pool in Manhattan.
There are like two million people in Manhattan.
Eighty-five percent of that jury pool voted against President Trump.
You have the juror questionnaire that Judge Marchand submitted to the potential jurors where it asks These potential jurors if they follow President Trump on social media and President Trump's causes, but this judge doesn't ask these potential jurors whether they follow President Biden on social media and President Biden's causes.
This is a rigged criminal prosecution.
There's no chance that President Trump is going to get a fair trial.
He has not gotten a fair trial.
To date, it's not going to happen going forward, and this is part of Biden's lawfare against President Trump on many different fronts.
Four unprecedented criminal prosecutions in these Democrat hellholes with these Democrat prosecutors and Democrat juries.
New York, D.C. | ||
and Atlanta, you have the civil fraud lawsuit by Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General, for the non-fraud of a business ban, paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks in full-on time as agreed with interest.
They want to keep President Trump in this courtroom for the next two months because they know, they fear American voters on November 5th, 2024.
They know Biden is not up to the job.
He's not up to campaigning.
Just like with COVID, when they had Biden in his basement and they prevented Trump from campaigning in many places around the country, they're doing this now.
They literally want President Trump in a courtroom and then in prison for the rest of his life instead of back in the White House.
Talk to me about the immunity.
He rolled yesterday against, and it was very dismissive.
He said, hey, I understand it'd be very important for you to be at this, you know, Supreme Court hearing, which is this unique thing over immunity, never been argued at the Supreme Court before.
He says you're under a criminal trial in New York and that takes precedent.
How big a deal is that? | ||
Him dismissing the fact that President Trump can have the option to attend the immunity hearing of which I will announce Mike Davis is going to cover for war room.
Yeah, so the Supreme Court on April 25th is going to decide one of the most weighty constitutional cases in its history.
Whether the President of the United States, any President of the United States, is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts.
Not his private acts, his official acts.
And if the Supreme Court rules for Trump as they should, that means that anything that Jack Smith or Alvin Bragg or Fannie Willis, if they charge President Trump for his official acts, for example, because he contemplated firing his acting attorney general, that's part of the criminal indictment by Jack Smith, President Trump would be immune for those official acts.
And then they would not be immune for personal acts, but for official acts.
Federal judges are immune from criminal prosecution for their official acts.
So are members of Congress.
Why the hell would the President of the United States not be immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts?
Does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can indict and try President Obama for capital murder for his extrajudicial drone strike on two American citizens, including a minor?
Do the Democrats really want to go down this path?
Can the Trump 47 Justice Department charge Biden for his illegal mass parole of 10 million illegal immigrants into our country and the resulting rapes and murders, the easily foreseeable rapes and murders By letting in fighting-age, unvetted men from these hellholes around the world.
And so President Trump absolutely should be able to go to his proceeding on April 25th, but this Democrat Judge Monrachan is trying to keep him in his courtroom, even though New York statute specifically allows the prosecutor and the judge to excuse the defendant if they don't want to be there and their lawyer can represent them adequately.
And that's clearly the case here, but this is obvious Democrat lawfare, this is obvious election interference, and these Democrat prosecutors and these Democrat judges are not even hiding it anymore.
And I would say this as a final point, this is an obvious criminal conspiracy by these Democrat prosecutors, these Democrat judges, these Democrat attorneys and other operatives to violate the civil rights of President Trump and to interfere in the presidential election.
And they must face the most severe political, legal, and financial consequences for this because these are republic-ending tactics by these Democrats.
If they think that they can just throw the leading presidential candidates in prison instead of face him on November 5th, 2024 because these Democrats fear American voters, we're going to lose our country.
This is how the Roman Republic fell.
I know that in January of next year we can commence that, the criminal investigations, but doesn't the House Judiciary, don't they have purview over here to delve into this?
Because this is a direct involvement with Matthew Colangelo and the Garland Uh, Justice Department, the White House.
Why is, why is Jim Jordan and the House Republicans not all over this?
This is, this is the moment to do it, not to wait till President Trump gets back in and do it then.
Why are they not doing it and sending out criminal referrals?
Well, I've had an interesting relationship with Jim Jordan, as you know.
I've been highly critical of him on the Big Tech front.
I started to praise him when he issued subpoenas for these records with these various Democrat prosecutors.
I really do think that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan needs to step it up because these Democrat prosecutors are obviously in a criminal conspiracy with Biden Democrats, Biden himself.
Biden's fingerprints are on all four of these unprecedented criminal prosecutions of President Trump.
You have Matthew Colangelo deployed from the Biden Justice Department for the first indictment ever of a former president.
You have Deputy White House Counsel to Biden, Jonathan Su, waiving President Trump's claim of executive privilege on behalf of President Biden, which led to the Mar-a-Lago raid, which led to Jack Smith's two indictments.
And then you had Nathan Wade, the big, dumb, unqualified prosecutor slash boyfriend of Fannie Willis in Georgia, who billed 16 hours for his meetings with the Biden White House, including the Biden White House Counsel, before they brought their unprecedented indictment against President Trump down in Georgia.
So there are four criminal prosecutions.
Prosecutions against Trump, Biden's fingerprints are on all four.
This is a criminal conspiracy and House Republicans, House Judiciary Republicans need to step up their game now.
Mike Davis, where do people go for Article 3?
We're going to obviously focus a lot on this criminal conspiracy and why no action is being taken.
Where do people go to Article 3 in your social media to find out more about what's going on?
Article3project.org, article number 3project.org, you can donate there.
Add article 3 project, add article number 3 project, and my personal is at MRDDMIA.
An important case today before the Supreme Court is the Fisher case.
Half of Jack Smith's criminal indictment against President Trump could go away after the Supreme Court decides the Fisher case for the other January 6th defendants on obstruction of official proceedings.
You have the Biden Justice Department politicizing and weaponizing, misinterpreting federal statute to go after their political enemies.
Julie Kelly is going to join us.
She's following this very closely.
Mike, they will not rule on this, the Fisher situation, the case, until you believe June when they're ready to leave.
Is that what your timing is about?
They'll hear it today, but they won't put out their ruling until June, mid-June or late June?
Yeah, I imagine the Supreme Court will reverse these criminal convictions because the Biden Justice Department has intentionally misinterpreted and misapplied a post-Enron criminal statute on destruction of documents to go after January 6th defendants.
This obstruction charge and conspiracy are two of the four criminal charges that Jack Smith brought against President Trump.
I don't see how those two charges will survive if the Supreme Court reverses the criminal convictions of these January 6th defendants and then you have presidential immunity that will be decided by the end of June.
So you may have 20% of Jack Smith's case remaining starting on July 1st.
And so is he going to go to trial against a former president of the United States and the leading presidential candidate with 20 percent of his dog of a case remaining?
Remember, it's not a crime to object to a presidential election.
It's allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
Democrats didn't go to prison for objecting to Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.
It's also not a crime to twist arms politically.
It's allowed by the First Amendment.
And you have Democrats misapplying these laws, the RICO statute in Georgia and this obstruction statute in D.C.
to go after Trump. | ||
They're trying to put him in prison because they know the American people want him back in the White House.
But even if it's just this about stopping a government proceeding, if they rule and it doesn't come out to June or July, isn't it kind of mathematically impossible for Jack Smith to even get a trial before Election Day?
Isn't it just the timing of that take the Jack Smith situation off the table?
Well, D.C. | ||
Obama Judge Tanya Shutkin, a partisan in a robe like Judge Mershawn, is going to do everything she can to accommodate Jack Smith and try to keep President Trump in the courtroom, in her courtroom, after Judge Juan Mershawn keeps President Trump in his courtroom for the next two months.
That's their election strategy, is having Trump in the courtroom instead of the campaign trail.
It's going to be very difficult for Jack Smith Or Big Fanny Willis down in Georgia to win a criminal conviction before November 5th, 2024.
But they're going to do everything they can to try to take him out.
Mike Davis, thank you so much.
I look forward to talking to you later.
Mike Davis, Article 3. | ||
Make sure you go check it out today.
Particularly, they have an Action Center.
We're going to talk about your empowerment and your action at the top of the next hour.
We also have Senator J.D.
Vance. | ||
There's a lot going on in Capitol Hill, and I want to kind of put it all in one kind of Concentrated play, so you can see what's happening on the hill, because we're going to need you at the ramparts.
Also what's happening in the Senate, J.D.
Vance is going to be here to talk to us about.
They're trying to hide the football over there.
Once again, birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Go check it out today. | ||
Ask the team over there why every other day gold's hitting an all-time high.
And quite frankly, the movements are kind of not typical.
That's why you've got to talk to the experts.
birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Short break. | ||

|
Laura Luminet. | |
Okay, we have a lot of breaking news for everybody to kind of hang out with us.
MTG is going to join us in a second from Capitol Hill.
I've got to go to Laura Loomer outside the courthouse.
Breaking news, Laura Loomer.
Exactly what Mike Davis and you have been talking about last night and this morning.
What did Alvin Bragg just do, ma'am?
Well we're outside of the courthouse right now and moments ago Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg just filed a motion against President Trump holding him in contempt of court for what he says is violations, repeated violations of the gag order.
Specifically as it relates to attacking witnesses, in this case Michael Cohen.
Yesterday President Trump shared a video of me and Andrew Giuliani on the bullhorn talking about how Michael Cohen's lawyer, a guy by the name of Andrew Laufer, has donated to Kamala Harris, attended fundraisers for her, and also had a banner photo, to this day, on X if you go and look at it yourself, of him with Tish James.
He's also posted publicly about how he's met with Tish James to talk about getting Trump.
And President Trump, I guess, embedded this video on his true social yesterday and the media went ballistic while he was in the courtroom saying that it was another violation of his gag order.
I saw an article in Forbes last night as well that said that prosecutors are looking at potentially increasing the fines against him for violating the gag order.
I don't think it's a violation, but they want to charge him $3,000.
And as you recall, they said that President Trump violated the gag order because he shared my investigative reporting in the form of articles and videos in which I exposed Lauren Mershon.
So I offered yesterday.
I will gladly volunteer to pay the $3,000 fine for President Donald Trump in the name of free speech.
No, but they're trying to force.
They're going to try to put Trump in jail right now.
Laura, you hang out. | ||
We're going to come back to you at the top of the hour.
Laura Loomer outside the court.
Okay. | ||
Bragg just filed contempt charges against President Trump for this unconstitutional gag order that Mike Davis just broke down.
We'll go back to the folks in the next hour.
Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene now joins us from Capitol Hill.
A firefight looks like up there.
I thought you were going to be in a hearing grilling Mayorkas.
Is that going to come off today?
Yes, the hearing has already started.
I'm on my way to the hearing as soon as we finish this interview, Steve.
Mayorkas is here to answer about the budget.
I'm going to be asking Secretary Mayorkas about illegal votings.
It looks like we're going to have illegals voting in our elections.
We've seen numbers rolling out in the past few weeks of many new voters registering to vote with social security numbers, not voter ID.
We have to fight for democracy, Steve, but fighting for democracy starts with fighting for America and democracy at home, and that is our elections.
Election integrity is the most important thing that we have.
We have to make sure that a citizenship requirement is put into law in order to move forward or we're going to lose this election.
The Comms Director for the Speaker came out today and said, hey, just because he said President Trump backs him 100% doesn't mean he backs him 100%.
Your thoughts about where we stand with the Speaker, Ukraine, FISA, all of it, ma'am?
We have to be fighting for President Trump right now, Steve.
President Trump is currently in court, and he is fighting for all of us and being attacked, you know, by the politicization of the courtrooms that are being used in election interference.
That's what we need to care about, and we need to care about getting President Trump elected.
But we can't get him elected if we have illegals voting in our elections, and this is the way the Democrats are planning to steal it.
But moving forward right now, we have a Republican elected Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, who ran through Joe Biden's agenda, fully funded the Department of Justice, which has 91 federal indictments against President Trump, fully funded the FBI, which raided Mar-a-Lago, and he gave the FBI a brand new building.
And even more than that, he fully funded Joe Biden's illegal invasion by fully funding the open border policies that the Biden administration has implemented.
Now he has passed through FISA and he stopped the warrant requirement with his own vote, the deciding vote.
Now he's pushing for billions of dollars to go to Ukraine with a lot of dirty tricks happening here with this bill package that they're ramming and putting together and trying to trick Republicans to vote for with the Israeli aid package.
So we're not going to allow that.
From now on, Steve, we're only going to allow Republican leaders that understand the Republican agenda for this country is America first, not America last.
And that's why Speaker Johnson needs to resign.
He needs to do the right thing.
And we need time to elect a new Speaker of the House.
What's missing in any of this?
Didn't he commit to the American people?
Didn't he commit to the Republicans that nothing would go forward that didn't have securing the border as a top priority?
Any of this Ukraine stuff that we're talking about that's coming up in the next 72 hours, does any of it have anything to do with our border?
No, absolutely not. | ||
There's no provisions for our border.
What Speaker Johnson should be doing is he should be demanding that Chuck Schumer hold the trial in the Senate against Alejandro Mayorkas because the House impeached Mayorkas with my articles of impeachment.
But Speaker Johnson is not demanding that.
He also should be demanding that Joe Biden sign H.R.
2 into law. | ||
But Speaker Johnson is not demanding that.
And the biggest thing he should demand is a citizenship requirement in federal elections.
That should be passed through the House, passed through the Senate, and Joe Biden sign it into law, or we move no legislation through the House.
We should not vote on anything until we are making sure our elections are safe, And we are holding the Biden administration accountable for the border invasion that's happening every single day, the cartel that has waged war on America and Americans, and end this nightmare that's happening to our own country.
I know you got to bounce.
We got about a minute. | ||
Thomas Massey from Kentucky said he's going to join you in motion to vacate.
Can you give us an update on that?
Are you going to move on this?
Yes, I'm very thankful.
Thomas Massey has co-sponsored my motion to vacate this morning.
He made that announcement at the GOP conference.
There are others behind us that haven't come public yet that also support it.
And I'm not sure that the Democrats are actually going to protect Mike Johnson if we have to have that vote.
But I want to reiterate this, Steve.
I am very focused on maintaining our majority.
I will not let it fall into the hands of Democrats.
And I am fighting for this majority next Congress when we get President Trump back in the White House.
Because nothing matters more than that.
So I want to assure everyone at home, we will not have a Speaker Jeffries.
We are going to make sure that we elect an America first Speaker of the House.
Mike Johnson should resign, and he should resign soon, announcing a date, and give our conference the time to make that happen.
unidentified
|
MTG, how do people follow you today?
Please focus on all of my congressional social media accounts, and that's under the name RepMTG.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Congressman Green, thank you.
We'll let you go back to work on Capitol Hill.
From Georgia 14, Rust vote.
Senator J.D. | ||
Vance next. | ||
We'll go back to Manhattan.
President Trump just held in contempt or asked to be held in contempt by the D.A. |
