alleged superpower, if it were, to rewrite history, to just say the same lie over and over and over again.

|
And why are people so prone to believe him?
When I look at the election, it's not so much Trump's strength that I see, it's Biden's weakness.
I don't think Donald Trump has convinced a lot of people who didn't vote for him to vote again, but he has a very passionate core of people who will turn out.
And the danger is that Joe Biden doesn't have that.
That young people who are the Democratic Party's base are not turning out.
passionate to turn out. They weren't passionate before the Gaza war and now they're more disillusioned. If you're a Democratic president and you can't hold a rally on a college campus without it being disrupted, that's a warning sign.
So I think that there are a lot there there there are enough Americans to defeat Donald Trump who remember what a disaster he was and recognize what a threat he would be to American democracy, but you still need passion on the other And you need to resolve this fundamental question, which is that there are a lot of young Americans in particular who care about what's happening in Gaza.
And they need to be shown by the Biden administration that there is a difference between Biden and Trump on this issue, which they're seeing in the news every day.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

|
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
|
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
unidentified
|
It's going to happen. | |
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
Welcome to The War Room.
It's Natalie G. Winters hosting, filling in for the one and only Stephen K. Bannon today, April 5th, in the year of our Lord, 2024.
But we have some very heavy hitters joining us.
We'll start off with Kash Patel.
We got so much more, so make sure you stay Stay around and stay tuned because the Biden regime is busy trying to basically pregame, do some counter-programming and make sure that the Trump agenda, because they know the Trump train is coming full force, full speed ahead.
They're already trying to put in restrictions and measures to make it so we can't implement an institute in America first agenda, acting out like the truly deep state that they are.
Joining us now, I think we got Kash Patel, who I have to say, In between coming on War Room, he gives wonderful, fiery speeches at Mar-a-Lago.
He was at the Border 9-1-1 gala last night.
It was great. | ||
Standing ovation, if the room ever got quiet.
There was a rowdy crowd, you can imagine.
But Cash, I'd love for you to walk us through what the Biden regime is doing on the regulation side of things to basically make it so we can't implement the president's agenda on day one.
It's great to be with you and good to see you both in person and on the show here.
Look, the deep state is going deep state.
That's the short answer.
How is it that the Biden administration can implement regulations regarding how and when government employees can and cannot be fired?
But Donald Trump can't.
It's a continued hypocrisy, the projection from the radical left in the deep state that somehow what Donald Trump is doing is unconstitutional, yet they themselves are the very ones underwriting that.
Donald Trump has said publicly that he wants to implement Schedule F employees.
And we have to remind everyone, government employment is not a constitutional right.
It's a privilege. | ||
And if you fail to perform in those duties for the commander in chief who's duly elected, you should be removed.
So I think that these signs that Joe Biden's implementing all of these rules and regulations show a couple of things.
One, they're on the run and they're scared of how powerful Donald Trump's movement To save this country is, and two, they think they can get away with it.
And look, I hope and I believe that Donald Trump's going to put in a team that can wipe out these, in my opinion, unfair and somewhat unconstitutional measures to prevent anyone from being fired ever.
What company in the world would allow this to happen?
Why would we allow it to happen in the United States government?
It's a company where you can't fire employees and you can never conduct audits on the billions of dollars that you're sending to corrupt oligarchs.
Sounds like a wonderful company.
Sign me up. | ||
Maybe I'll quit War Room.
But no, you're so right.
All this talk about defending democracy, it's purely projection, because what they're doing is dismantling democracy all the way down to the Schedule F level.
And I love it, right? | ||
Trump's not going to win, but hey, the only thing we have to run on The Pentagon is that we're going to do this whole-of-society, whole-of-government approach to make it so the America First agenda can never be implemented, but to talk about the deep state, to put a face to the names of these people who love to kind of hide in the shadows.
I know you're so good at doing that.
The Pentagon, I know there was some interesting clips today where they're basically dodging questions.
They're refusing to answer, refusing to be held accountable for the lives that were lost, the American lives that were lost.
There are many in Afghanistan, but particularly with what happened in the Biden regime.
Can you walk us through the latest kind of barrage of lies coming from the Pentagon on that front?
Yeah, look, this is utterly disgusting.
We already know about Joe Biden's disastrous Afghan withdrawal based on politics and not intelligence.
I was chief of staff at the DOD when President Trump Ordered the intelligence-based withdrawal out of Afghanistan.
We didn't have a set timeline.
We didn't have an arbitrary date.
And I was proud to say that we lost no soldiers whatsoever during our withdrawal.
When we handed it off to Joe Biden, they came in and told the world, we're out on X date.
We want the political victory.
We want a 20 year anniversary.
And what happens? | ||
Joe Biden does the one thing we told him not to do, unleashes Bagram Airfield, unlocks the prisons in Bagram where we were holding terrorists, and one of them was a suicide bomber that blew up 13 American soldiers and maimed countless others.
Then, the individuals responsible for advising the president, then-chairman Milley, and then CENTCOM commander McKenzie, testified before Congress the other week—I think it was a week or two ago—and they claimed no responsibility for the disastrous Afghan withdrawal.
They just sat there like typical government gangsters, deep state rung dunes.
Who just sat there and deflected blame and said, nothing to see here, we have nothing to do.
One of the most disgusting moments was when a brave congressman asked CENTCOM Commander McKenzie to turn and face the individual whose limbs were blown off and ask him if he had ever spoken to that man since Afghanistan, since that bomb blew his legs off.
And McKenzie said, no. | ||
That tells you everything you need to know.
And now you have the media going to bat for these people to say, after they drone struck seven children, And one USAID worker, seven children and one USAID worker in the name of retaliation for the bomb that they allowed to blow up at Abbey Gate.
They then covered up their tracks and thumped their chest in the name of victory.
And no one has called them out for it.
No one has been punished.
Milley, McKenzie, Austin, nobody in the Biden regime.
It is utterly disgusting.
They have permitted The celebration of the death of innocent children in Afghanistan because they are the biggest cowards to ever wear the uniform in the United States military.
You know it's bad when even Hollywood and sort of the normies, although maybe The Rock is a little bit of a step above your regular Hollywood type, but you know it's bad when they even start to backtrack their foolish endorsements of Joe Biden.
Before I let you go, your thoughts on The Rock not signing off on the same candidate that he did back in 2020?
Look, The Rock is pathetic.
He basically showed up not to show up, and he pulled an Obama.
He talks about how he wants the truth, how he wants transparency, and how he wants To quit, cancel culture.
And then he says, you know what?
I'm not going to participate in the 2024 election, even though I got it monumentally wrong in 2020.
What a total coward. | ||
He belongs up there next to Millie and Mackenzie.
Maybe he'll play one of those guys in the next Hollywood libtard version of whatever, of the disaster that was Afghanistan.
This guy is hiding behind Hollywood and the media is celebrating him for coming out and saying what?
The obvious that Joe Biden is an absolute disaster.
Then calling for truth and transparency and then saying, I'm going to stay quiet.
Hey, Rock, if you ever want to have a real conversation, give me a call anytime, anywhere.
I'll even let Adam Schiff be the moderator so you can stop being a coward.
Cash, if people want to get the book, which is a must-read, I know the president loves it, follow you.
You have a very interesting, true social profile picture.
I'm a big fan of it. | ||
For a second, I was like, is that The Rock?
No, I'm kidding. | ||
Very Miami Vice. | ||
I guess Palm Beach Vice.
But if people want to follow you, where can they go to do all that?
No, thanks so much, Natalie.
The only one place at Cash on Truth Social.
And look, yeah, Government Gangsters, the bestseller.
Get it. | ||
It's the wrecking ball of the deep state.
Donald Trump called it the roadmap for 2024.
And here's the cool thing.
War Room Entertainment and I have partners to bring you Government Gangsters, the movie, in May of this year.
That's next month. | ||
So buy up the book this weekend.
Distribute it out to every radical left-winger you know out there.
More importantly, get it to the moderates so we can help them, educate them on how to take out the deep state.
Thanks for hosting, Natalie.
You're doing awesome, as always, and great to see you in person.
Something tells me The Rock will not be starring in the film.
Ah, maybe. | ||
Actually, that's a good idea.
unidentified
|
Maybe! | |
There you go! | ||
There you go. | ||
Thank you for joining us.
There you go. | ||
Have a good one, Cash. | ||
Good times, good times.
It's always a good crew at Mar-a-Lago.
Someone who is always traveling, always on the road, doing the hard, real work is Kristen Hawkins.
I think she joins us now.
We have a clip that we'll play in a little bit.
I hear there's a lot of...
Explicit words, because I guess the people really don't like what you're doing.
They think you're horrible people, which frankly means you're over the target, and we're always honored to have you on the show, but I was just reading some of the mainstream media coverage of what's going on in Florida with regard to the abortion ban, and one of the headlines, Confusion and Terror Set in for Pregnant Women After Ruling Upholds Florida Abortion Ban.
Of course, more and more headlines like that.
If you could just sort of give us the clear-cut analysis, the clinical analysis that you're always so good at giving.
And what's happening in Florida?
And then we'll kind of get into the election ramifications of it.
unidentified
|
Well, this week, the Florida Supreme Court upheld their previously passed late-term abortion limit, preventing abortions at 15 weeks, which saves about 4 to 5% of children from abortion.
Because they upheld that 15-week law, the Heartbeat Abortion Protection Act, which we worked so hard with our students on last year to see that get passed through the legislature, we were there with Governor DeSantis when he signed into law, it had been held back while waiting for this decision.
Now, because of this decision, in 30 days, abortions will all be prevented in the state of Florida, starting at when a heartbeat of a child can be heard.
This is huge. | ||
This means tens of thousands of lives will be saved.
As many people may not know, Florida is actually an international abortion destination.
Women from Central and South America come into Miami for abortions.
And this will literally transform the entire state.
We are so excited about this.
about that. However, on the flip side, the Supreme Court also ruled on Monday that now the late-term abortion ballot referendum can go to the voters in November. It's one of the Democrats' many tactics, and what they feel is going to be a winning tactic for them to turn out what Cash was talking about, these dissuaded young people, these voters who aren't really excited about re-electing Joe Biden.
So they're attempting to bring him back by putting these ballot referendums up for a vote.
But in Florida, it's a little different.
They need a 60 percent threshold.
So, you know, Governor DeSantis has already predicted it's going to fail, as do I, and we'll obviously be there on the ground soon to live action.
All right, the studio will let me know when we have that video, and I want to play it, but can you sort of give us a little context for it?
And just more generally, for those who aren't familiar with Students for Life America, just, I mean, what you guys do, but also the hate, the vitriol, the attacks that you guys and your students, your supporters face every day.
unidentified
|
Yeah, I mean, the situation that happened yesterday in Charlotte, our team was there in front of Kamala Harris' event with the EPA administrator, talking about, they were talking about saving planet Earth, and we were talking about saving babies and planet Earth.
Because the Biden administration has allowed a dangerous proliferation of chemical abortion pills that mean aborted children and chemically tainted tissue, fetal remains, is now flowing into our waste water system.
So we were out there with toilet bowl seats, protesting the Vice President Harris and her abortion administration along with Joe Biden.
And some people get very angry when they see pro-life young people.
And the video you're gonna see is an older woman, which sadly is mostly the case, what we see happen, threaten our students and shout at them and wish that they will be raped.
Kristen, I'll hold you through the break because I want to get your analysis.
There was an interesting Axios piece where people were lamenting that the quote-unquote rage donations were not materializing as a result of what was happening in Florida.
We've been talking a lot on this show about how they know Trump's going to win.
So they're now, of course, pivoting to the cliche ad hominem attacks, right?
It was, you know, oh, you're a racist, you're a sexist, you're a whatever.
We know 2022, the playbook, of course, Amplified by social media platforms like TikTok, they really used abortion to turn out the vote.
I'll get your thoughts on that after the break.
And in the meantime, Warren Posse, if you want to go to birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the End of the Dollar Empire, because Birchgold is, I think, Steve's longest running sponsor.
You guys know he has high standards.
He wouldn't keep them around.
I don't think he'd keep me around.
Uh, we weren't good at our jobs, so you gotta give Philip Patrick a call.
He'll be on the show tomorrow, walking through all things economy, all things gold, but birchgold.com slash Bannon is the place to go.
In the meantime, and we will be right back.
unidentified
|
Welcome back to the War Room.
I think for the first time in this show's history, one of the videos that we want to play of deranged left-wing protesters attacking us on the pro-life side of the aisle.
It's just, it's too edgy to play.
I think if we were to censor it and edit it to make it approved for air.
I don't think you'd really be able to hear anything, but that should give you a testament to the evil forces that Kristen and her wonderful group are fighting against.
But Kristen, on the more political side of things, your analysis on if you think the 2022 playbook, if they're going to roll it out again and if you think it will be successful?
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
You know, the president's getting ready to make a proclamation on his pro-life views and where he sees America going on abortion if he—when, I guess we should say, when he's reelected in the coming week.
And we know what the Democrats are doing very clearly.
We see on campus—as I was on campus yesterday at University of Georgia, it was very clear—the Democrats are trying to drum up support with young people using fear tactics when it comes to abortion and to get young people to turn out for Joe Biden, even though pretty much they've destroyed everything that we care about in our country and they continue to do so and only promise to do more destruction.
This is why, you know, Democrats are upset that they're not seeing more rage donations come in.
But what we know and what we've been counseling and we're counseling the president, anyone that we're talking to, really don't play into their playbook.
The president needs to be very clear that he is going to be a pro-life president, that he will continue to be a pro-life president and pro-life champion that we all know him to be.
But don't play into their playbook and endorse some sort of federal late-term limit prevention act, which they'll use to drum up more rage donations.
And they'll call it a ban, even if a late-term limit, a 15-week limit, would only save maybe 5 percent of children.
They will call a national ban.
They'll do the whole media circus, use it to drum up donations, and they'll use it to also dissuade pro-life Americans from being excited and getting out to vote, work, volunteer, donate to the president.
The president should not get drawn into that fight.
We need to stay focused on the abortion extremism of the Democratic Party.
That will not name a single limit on abortion they will support.
A 15-week prevention act on abortion is like the Mitt Romney of the pro-life movement.
Totally propped up by the swamp and their consultants, but to grassroots Americans, the pro-life voting base is not what they want.
And there's so much that we need President Trump to do once he's back in office in Washington, D.C., to protect life in law and in service, and to finally drain the swamp once and for all, starting at the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, which is now putting grandmas in prison for up to 11 years for praying in front of abortion facilities
Not even just grandmas.
Great grandmas. | ||
But I guess that's what defending democracy looks like under the Biden regime.
Kristen, thank you so much for joining us.
If people want to get involved on the activism side of everything you guys do or just follow you, stay up to date, get the clips of the crazy protesters attacking you guys, where can they go?
And support you, of course.
Where can they go to do all that?
unidentified
|
Sure, go to studentsforlife.org.
If you find us on Instagram, TikTok, and I know I shouldn't say that here, or Twitter, you can look us up at studentsforlife and you will see that crazy video of that woman yesterday wishing that our pro-life students would be right and spitting at them.
So if you want to see that, your daily lives in the pro-life generation, go to studentsforlife.org or studentsforlife on your social medias.
Absolutely craziness.
Thank you so much for joining us.
Have a good one. | ||
Well, when you see what these people want, what they're willing to say to their fellow Americans, it's no surprise that they would welcome a wide-open southern border, because it seems like a lot of the people that are crossing that porous southern border, as President Trump would say, they're not sending their best.
They're sending their criminals, their rapists, their drug addicts.
They're emptying all their prisons into this country.
No wonder why our crime rates are skyrocketing.
Someone who has had his finger on the pulse of all of this An unfortunate job that I hope you get a reprieve from once Trump is back in office, although it might be bad for business, because there won't be such an invasion for you to report on.
But Todd Bensman, I know last time you joined us you were in Mexico.
Do you want to give us some updates on what you saw there, what you're working on now?
unidentified
|
Yeah, I'm just finishing up five days in Juarez, Mexico, and beyond Juarez into Chihuahua State.
In fact, I'm just like back within the hour to my house.
I've still got the beard and everything.
But there's so much going on down there in this particular area.
You've got the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas National Guard that are putting up all of this razor wire infrastructure.
Then you've got the immigrants that are cutting through it constantly.
I just shot this last night or yesterday afternoon.
Uh, constantly cutting through it.
And then when they cut through it, they don't have enough staff on the other side to, to block and guard it.
They're running for that wall over there because that's where border patrol is.
And then they're just like in the country.
So you have Texas trying to stop and block and Border Patrol just beyond them with this great shining beacon of promise, guaranteed that they're going to get let in right away.
And so the two policies are working at complete opposite of each other.
Look at this video right here.
I mean, in a minute, you'll see they just go pouring through there.
They cut an opening in there, and they're going to continuously try to do this because the Biden administration is letting them all in immediately, and they all know it.
Look at that. | ||
Look at this. | ||
Look at this. | ||
They rush. | ||
DPS kind of shuts this down a little bit, but it's going on all along this razor wire, and there's only so much they can do.
And then in the meantime, the Mexican authorities have cut this deal with the Americans to reduce the bad optics in this area.
Remember last week, there were these bonsai charges of immigrants over the Texas National Guard right through this.
They just overpowered the Texans.
And that made national and international news terrible for polling, terrible for the Biden administration, these scenes of complete lawlessness down there.
And so they've got the Mexicans sweeping up all these immigrants on that side, on the Juarez side, not all of them, obviously, and all through the state, hundreds and hundreds of immigration agents all through Chihuahua State, which is where Juarez is.
Um, you know, two hours South all the way down, uh, for miles and miles, uh, cleansing these towns and cities and buses, and they've got checkpoints and, uh, they're really putting, going medieval on trying to slow down the immigration to Juarez to make sure that nothing like, like those scenes get out there again to hurt the Biden campaign and help the Trump campaign.
That's what that's all about.
And the video you're seeing right there I took with my drone I think yesterday.
These are the ones that cut through the wire, got through.
Look at that. | ||
Border Patrol takes them right through the gate and puts them in that truck right there, that paddy wagon over there.
And then when it fills up, they'll bring up another one.
And it's just this crazy down there.
And then on top of all of that, just stopped me when I If you need to stop me.
No, you know, I'm not Steve.
I don't interrupt and this is too important to interrupt.
So keep going. | ||
unidentified
|
Okay. | |
But on the other side of the trail, west of town, you have, yeah, cause you're so right.
He would have been like, Oh, I could do that if you would like me to, but I think the audience would probably rather listen.
I know Joe Biden and Mayorkas would want me to interrupt you, but I won't.
unidentified
|
On the other side of town, we have La Linea Cartel controlling this huge flow of runners, runaways.
These are not the ones—there's no Texans over there.
It's across from New Mexico.
That's a Democratic governor over there, and that governor will not allow the state police to go anywhere near the border.
So you have this wall right there, and this is a cartel wall.
And they are just pouring through that wall, through these holes, by the hundreds every single night.
That over there on the other side is a welder that I met, who is, his job is to just constantly repair these holes that La Linea cuts through.
And he said, I've got him interviewed here, and he's saying, yeah, I patch 10, 12 every day.
My crew does. | ||
We'll go along this whole thing.
And then by the next morning, there's 10 or 12 new holes.
They'll be cutting new holes while I'm patching the old holes.
And it's just this nonstop cutting holes, repairing holes on the New Mexico side, cutting holes, and you can't get ahead of it.
And that's the kind of crazy stuff that's going on with this border crisis.
These ones, the people going over this wall or through this wall, are going to be a high concentration of criminality.
That's why they're going this route, spending five grand a head to go through this thing, instead of zero dollars to turn themselves in or cut through the razor wire on the other side of town.
Because these guys know that their fingerprints will flag if they turn themselves in across town or get caught over there, so they're running.
And there's nobody to stop them on the New Mexico side, really, just a few border patrol.
So this guy's got the best contracting job, the best federal contract on earth, because it's just this nonstop work.
He can never work himself out of a job, this guy.
And Todd, we're coming up against a break, so I guess I broke my word.
I interrupted you, but if people want to follow you, get the book, do all the things, where can they go to do that?
unidentified
|
That's right. | |
Benzman Todd is my ex-account.
The book is overrun. | ||
It's available anywhere books are sold.
It's the only book written about the Cold War crisis, how it started and how to get out of it.
All the more relevant, unfortunately.
That's why when you President Trump back in office.
Todd, thank you so much for joining us.
I'm sure we'll see you soon.
And Warren Posse, we got Kane from Citizen Free Press joining us after the break.
So you've got to stick around for that.
unidentified
|
We'll be right back. | |
Welcome back to The War Room.
It's always a pleasure to have Kane from Citizen Free Press.
That's not Citizens Free Press.
Sometimes people like to say that.
I'm glad we got the chyron right.
You beat everyone in terms of traffic.
You beat ABC, NBC News. | ||
You're like top ten. | ||
It's crazy. | ||
Seriously, you're saving the country.
I always go and check out Citizen Free Press whenever I'm prepping for these shows.
I also like having you on because you're always up to date with everything that's going on in the news, so it makes my job very easy.
But, Cain, I know you had some thoughts.
You wanted to walk us through what was going on specifically with Judge Cannon, Jack Smith.
I'm sure Deep State sponsored requests when it comes to jury selection.
If you want to rip on that, I'm sure the audience would love your take.
Yeah, happy to be here, Natalie.
And hey, you know what? | ||
We're not just beating ABC, CBS, NBC, even CNBC now, but we've got almost twice the traffic of ABC, NBC, and CBS combined.
Those three networks do about $200 million a month, and we're at about $400 million.
But that's not because of me or my insane work ethic every day for seven years.
It's because of CFP Nation and War Room Posse and all the great people.
But yeah, let's get to it.
Because, you know, there was so much news this week, but some of the stuff that I focused on in the last couple of hours is the ruling that Judge Cannon in the Mar-a-Lago case.
So to catch people up quickly, The Trump attorneys had filed several motions on different grounds in order to have the charges The case thrown out, essentially.
And Judge Cannon ruled on one of those motions three weeks ago, right after the March 14th hearing.
And as Julie Kelly had prepared us, she would deny that motion.
There was a second motion to throw it out on the PRA, which is the Presidential Records Act.
And that motion was also dealt with on March 14th.
And she finally issued that decision.
On Wednesday night and so everyone on the on the left celebrated right in the media they thought well this is great news she's throwing this out on the PRA but what they missed was highlighted by Julie Kelly and I would I would if you know every Julie Kelly is a fantastic follow on Twitter and everyone you know The following this case, people should just just follow her account.
She's got great stuff. | ||
But she pulled up this clip from CNN last night, Aaron Burnett show, and it was one of the leading lawfare guys.
I can't think of his name off the top of my head, but I can find the tweets in the stack.
People can find all these links right at the top on citizenfreepress.com right now.
But anyway, So Aaron Burnett and these lawfare clowns last night were discussing how on the surface this seemed like a positive ruling for Democrats and Jack Smith, but it really isn't.
Because what this is an argument about is the jury instructions, right?
At this March 14th hearing, Judge Cannon laid out two scenarios to both the Trump lawyers and Jack Smith.
And those scenarios included two different sets of jury instructions.
And it caused a huge mess.
I covered it pretty heavily in the stack.
Bannon loved it. | ||
He was quoting it the next day.
In fact, he texted me at 2 a.m.
unidentified
|
about it. | |
So these jury instructions are very controversial.
And Smith and the entire DOJ special counsel team, they were astonished that she would present this so soon.
So their strategy in response, their filing said they wanted They wanted the judge to declare whether or not these were going to be her final instructions.
Like we have some technological difficulties.
I always say you never know.
It's the Chinese Communist Party or Big Pharma.
Maybe in the case of Cain, it's ABC, NBC, CNBC.
They want his traffic. | ||
If we get Cain back up, just let me know.
But if we have Jacqueline Tovaroff up, I'd love to go To her about the degeneracy going on in New York when it comes to young women apparently just getting punched in the face.
I don't know if they're illegal immigrants or who knows, just maybe Democratic voters.
No, just kidding. | ||
But can you walk us through what it is like on the ground, day to day, New York, being a young woman?
unidentified
|
Yeah, thank you so much for having me.
I'm a big fan of yours. | ||
It's terrifying walking down the street.
In New York City, it's terrifying.
I'm a mom of two. | ||
My kids have recently started taking the subway alone.
And, you know, I say a prayer before they get on.
It's terrifying. | ||
These subways are filled with junkies, mentally unhinged, and criminals.
And yes, illegals, which are criminals by definition.
And it is a very dangerous situation.
So I'm curious, we saw, I believe it was, what, a few weeks ago, the governor roll out, what was it, the National Guard on the subways, right?
It was a nice performative display.
Is there any meaningful efforts to actually combat this, to take this on, or has it really been reduced to solely rhetoric and talking points?
And my real question in there is, do they actually care about the lived experience of the average New Yorker, or is it so once removed they don't They don't care about you guys.
They don't care about young women.
unidentified
|
No, they've told us. | |
Actually, Tiffany Caban, who's in New York City Council, told us point blank that we need to start violence protection centers for the criminals and that we shouldn't just take these violated women's stories into account.
We should really feel badly for the punchers.
Listen, crime is up. | ||
53% on the subway, fare evading is up 80%, and crime year-over-date in New York City is up 3.7%.
Gun arrests are up 83%, but Mayor Adams doesn't think we have a problem.
I don't know. | ||
The National Guard is deployed, as you said.
Toothpaste is locked up, and out-migration is what we're best at.
What is the cautionary tale that you would want people—I, myself, was born and raised in Los Angeles, believe it or not.
I just escaped Washington, D.C.
But these blue cities, about what it means if we continue to allow Democratic officials to dictate the policy, how it's—we always say every state is a border state, but every state is going to be affected by these just Ridiculous, asinine, backwards policies to criminal justice.
Of course, it's all couched under the euphemistic, you know, criminal justice and free and open society terms, all these programs that George Soros and the like are funding.
But what is the message that you would want to give to people who haven't been touched by this wave of criminality yet, but it's coming for them?
unidentified
|
They will all be touched.
I mean, you see people are losing their houses, and it's not just In New York and in New York City, this is getting real.
It's a land grab. | ||
They are coming for our land.
They're coming for our food.
They're coming for our money.
They're coming for our kids.
This is going to touch everyone.
It does already. | ||
I mean, every taxpayer is funding their own demise, but this is in our schools.
We've had schools in New York City that have closed because illegal alien invaders' children need a place to stay.
Jacqueline, if people want to get your website, stay up to date with anything you're working on, although the videos are pretty hard to watch, so I don't know if people want to see it, but I say it's better to be informed than ignorant.
If people want to get all that and more, where can they go to do that?
unidentified
|
You can follow me on Instagram at Jacqueline4NYC.
That's J-A-C-Q-U-E-L-I-N-E-F-O-R-N-Y-C.
My substack is Supermomsactivated.
My book is Supermomsactivated, and that's it.
Thank you so much for joining us.
You have a wonderful weekend.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Now, I think we have Kane back, if I'm not mistaken.
He claims to have a good work ethic.
I don't know. | ||
He's slacking, in my opinion.
I'm giving him a hard time.
Kane, if you want to pick up where you left off and I'll hold you through the break, we can get into some other topics.
But I think you were getting into just, of course, all the lawfare, something that we talk about a lot on this program.
Absolutely, but I have no idea where I cut off, Natalie.
I kept talking, telling great, great stuff for minutes.
So you'll have to tell me where I cut off.
You're putting me on the spot here.
No, you cut out pretty quickly after.
But just walk us back through this decision and how it works to sort of the, just really the broader, I would say, unfairness.
That's too nice. | ||
That's too cutesy, as Steve would say, a term.
But just how from the get-go all of this has been so rigged to, as Alan Dershowitz says, get Trump.
Well, that's undoubtable.
I could go on and on for that.
I'll do the short version of the Judge Cannon and Jack Smith stuff.
So they were deciding on the language for the jury instructions.
And the reason that Jack Smith wants a final decision is because if he gets a final decision on those jury instructions, he can immediately appeal it to the 11th Circuit.
And that circuit has been beneficial and helpful Uh, to her, uh, to his prosecution already once.
And she played a very smart, she played a very smart hand and said, no, she wouldn't, she wouldn't buckle to that.
That there's no reason she has to give final instructions now.
And the point is she can bring this up once the trial begins and the jury has been seated.
And the whole, the whole point for that is if she dismisses the case, if she either a, gives those jury instructions that are very beneficial to President Trump, and they're honest.
These are the jury instructions that should be given, either that or B, if she decides to toss the case on selective prosecution.
That's one of the points that Julie Kelly has been making, that there's this motion that she has not ruled on for total case dismissal based on selective prosecution.
And Julie Kelly thinks that if she waits until the trial has already begun, the jury has been seated, and then she dismisses, then there's no possibility for appeal because it's considered double jeopardy.
So there's a lot going on there, and I would just tell people, you can get it all figured out in about 10 minutes if you go to citizenfreepress.com right now, read the top six or seven links in the stack.
They're in red and purple, and they show this CNN clip where the lawfare people were freaking out last night about how Judge Cannon is sort of playing this well, as well as a couple of articles from Julie Kelly.
So it's, you know, back to your original question of the larger context, You know, these were all stacked.
You and I have talked about it before, Natalie.
These different trials were coordinated.
We've seen that there was coordination with the White House.
They played their hand too close to the vest, though, and they waited too long on many of these, and they didn't anticipate the delays that would occur, right?
So this was all to be political, right?
Have all of these trials against President Trump so that headlines dominated all news, For the entire year leading up to the election, they thought it would be good at least for plus five or so for Biden.
And instead, we've learned that it's the opposite.
It's turned into a plus five for Trump in terms of how people, especially independents, see him as being persecuted.
And as I said, they failed to anticipate all of the delays and how the press would sort of You know, how all of this press would work to help President Trump instead of hurting him.
So it's backfiring on them.
But there's no doubt this was planned, coordinated.
White House, Biden, DOJ.
This was their lawfare.
This was this was probably the if we're able to ever able to get freedom of information and get emails on the coordination, we'll find that this entire year, this entire charade has has, you know, has all been planned out.
I think it's why they're pivoting to, like I said, the ad hominem attacks.
It really, it's deja vu to 2016, right?
They're going after the immigration rhetoric.
You can't say the word bloodbath.
Oh, Trump's a racist. | ||
Oh, Trump's a nativist, a xenophobe, right?
That's the new tactic. | ||
And of course, they'll throw in a little bit like we were talking about with Kristen Hawkins of the abortion stuff, right?
That was sort of the 2022 playbook.
that they use all these tech platforms to manipulate.
And frankly, we'll get into the Nebraska stuff after the break, but I'm glad that some states got their act together to ban the privateering of elections, the Zuckerbucks.
But let's be frank with what the government is doing now at the Southern border.
That's sort of the new form of Zuckerbuck.
They're saying, hey, screw it.
We're not even going to try to turn out vote of Native Americans.
We're just going to flood the zone, flood the country with a mass number, a mass influx of illegals who of course are going to vote Democrat, although we don't even have voter identification so who even knows how they'll actually vote.
But it's all by design. | ||
They know they're losing.
Yes. | ||
That's why you see today we're talking with Kash Patel.
He's talking about how the Biden regime is already trying to pregame what President Trump wants to do when it comes to Schedule F employees and appointees.
They don't want the deep state to be undone.
They don't want the deep state to be dismantled, and that's why they're fighting tooth and nail.
But unfortunately, the lawfare tactics aren't working.
It's making the American people realize that the deep state is indeed real.
It is there, and it's very deep.
In fact, it's actually in your face.
And we'll be right back after this break with Cain.
unidentified
|
Welcome back to The War Room.
It's always Cain who can get a good rant out of me.
Now, Cain, before I let you go, with what's going on in Nebraska, you know you're always tracking everything.
Give us the rundown, and more importantly, why people need to pile in and call the governor to get a special session going.
Yeah, all of that is correct, including your rant.
That was some fantastic stuff.
If your producers clip that out, that's going in the stack.
So here's the latest on Nebraska.
People who follow the site and follow Warren, they know what's going on, right?
Trump can flip Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada and still lose 270-268.
Why? | ||
Because Nebraska splits their five electoral votes.
They give four to the winner and one to the congressional winner.
So Charlie Kirk got a wild hair up his butt this week, and he rallied the troops.
He marshaled the troops.
We have put major pressure on the Nebraska legislature.
They had a Democrat flip to the Republican Party this week, giving us a filibuster-proof majority.
However, it hasn't gotten out of committee.
So if people will go to CFP, in fact, I'll give them the number.
The number is 402-471-2244.
That is the number of the Republican Nebraska governor who supports this measure and what we're pressuring him to do now is declare a special session so they can bring this up.
It is that important, Natalie.
Can you imagine flipping Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada and still losing 270 to 268?
So, So that, and again, if people want details, go to the stack at citizenfreepress.com and you can just follow the purple and red headlines and you'll read everything you need to know about the Nebraska situation.
Cain, if people want to get to Citizen Free Press, like I said, it truly is my favorite aggregator website.
How do they get to it? | ||
It's not Citizens Free Press.
Where do they go? | ||
And if they want to follow you guys, where can they go to do all that?
You know what's so funny, Steve?
The reach of War Room is so big that Citizens Free Press, with that extra S, it's about 30% of my Google searches every day.
It's about 1,000 Google searches, so that's how many people.
So anyway, you can type in Citizen Free Press or Citizens.
Look, I'm here from 9 a.m.
until 2 a.m. | ||
every morning. | ||
All the news stories go at the top of the stack, so it's super easy.
It's not like Drudge, where you have to go dig.
It's super easy to find the new ones, and we have a great Twitter account that Spencer runs.
He also runs it seven days a week, about 14 hours a day, and that's CitizenFreePress at Twitter.
Thanks again for having me on, and let's crush it.
Let's crush it in November.
Of course, Cain. | ||
Thank you for joining us.
I have the same struggles.
My USA Made clothing brand, She's So Right, is she'ssoright.co, not dot com.
And I've seen that that site has had like a thousand percent, several thousand percent uptick in search and people going there.
So don't buy from she'ssoright.com.
Buy from she'ssoright.co.
We have a bunch of new stuff.
You've got to get your misinformation hat.
It's very stylish. | ||
You also got to go to birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of The End of the Dollar Empire.
It's a good one. | ||
Philip Patrick will be on the show tomorrow.
Of course, Steve will be back walking through all things gold, all things economy, basically everything that the Biden regime, the elites who are planning this economy who just want to spend, spend, spend, don't want you to know.
Someone else who also is very good at getting information out there that the elites don't want you to know, at least on the issue of election integrity.
He hasn't divulged his pillow secrets yet, is Mike Lindell.
But Mike, I hear you have some updates when it comes to the election integrity and the kind of getting out the vote side of things, if you want to let the audience know.
Yeah, everybody, and you can check everything out at LyndalePlan.com.
I just met with all my leaders in all 50 states today.
We were on the phone for a big call for about two hours, and we're about to go forward with the plan in all 50 states, all 3,143 counties.
We need your support. | ||

We're going to leave no county behind in the United States of America.
We're going to take our country back.
It's going to be amazing.
And I'll tell you, I'm really, I'm in such a great mood today.
So optimistic because we've got, I've been able to, I'm in Minnesota now, but I'm going to be leaving today.
I've been here for a couple of weeks.
We launched our biggest commercial, our third biggest commercial in history.
And one of the things, as all our products came in, one of the things that came in was all our slides and sandals.
And they came in and here's the white sandals.
Well, what happened was the vendor made a mistake and shipped us.
They got the gray and the white reverse.
So now we're very long on the white.
And I called him up and I said, you know, what can we do with this?
He goes, I don't want to exchange them.
And I said, I got the perfect place for them.
So we're discounted $9.50.
unidentified

Of course. | ||
And Warren Posse, thank you guys for hanging with me.
Don't worry, Steve will be back for the 6 p.m.
and, of course, tomorrow.
But like I said, I stand by the new form of Zuckerbucks is what you're seeing going on at the southern border.
They don't even care. | ||
We know they're America last, right?
They don't even want to rig the election with American votes.
They don't care about sovereignty.
I don't care about anything like that.
They gotta import all these people just like they do with the ballots to inflate the numbers so they can create the fake votes.
They gotta inflate the census so they can create fake voters on the voter rolls because luckily we have some Republicans who are willing to fight for election integrity, but we gotta make sure that also happens in Nebraska.
So go play back the segment, get the phone number Kane was giving you, and make some calls this weekend or this evening. |
