News on the deadliest terror attack in Moscow in decades.
More than 100 people are dead after attackers stormed a concert hall yesterday, shot people inside, then set it on fire.
The U.S.
says it has no reason to doubt a claim of responsibility made by ISIS-K.
CNN's Fred Peitgen is following this from Berlin.
So, Fred, let's start with what you've been learning about who was behind this and how Russia might respond.
Hi there, Victor.
Well, first of all, the Russians are saying that that death toll that you mentioned is already well over 100 now, actually.
The Russians fear that that is actually still going to rise.
They say right now that the authorities are actually combing through that building, the Crocus City Hall, on the outskirts of Moscow in a place called Krasnogorsk.
The roof of that building obviously partially collapsed.
A lot of the place has been burned down, so the Russian authorities still going through that right now.
Now, as far as the attackers themselves are concerned, the Russians are now saying, claiming, that they have They have apprehended not just the four attackers that they say went inside the Krokus City Hall and started shooting people at point blank, as eyewitnesses said.
They also say that they have seven people who they say worked together with these perpetrators.
So 11 people in total in custody right now.
The Russians are saying that the alleged gunman fled Moscow in a white car and that they were stopped and apprehended in the Bryansk area.
Now that's significant because that area is very close to Ukraine and as of right now and all this is still preliminary as far as the Russians are concerned, they claim that That the attackers and their accomplices wanted to flee to Ukraine, wanted to go across the border and had, quote, relevant contacts inside Ukraine.
They have so far not confirmed that they believe ISIS is behind all of this.
The U.S.
obviously says that, at least says they have no doubt about the claim that ISIS put forward.
ISIS, of course, put forward their claim.
The Russians at this point in time They were found and apprehended.
They tried to escape.
Talk about some sort of possible link to Ukraine the Ukrainians for their part of course have vehemently been Denying having anything to do with this Victor Rep I can thought they were They tried to escape they were moving towards border with Ukraine And we have data that suggests that they were About to be moved towards the territory of Ukraine
In Ukraine Military services Services everyone is investigators are working on finding out the orchestrators of this terrorist attack those who gave them transportation who Created who gave them weapons This is the primal scream of a dying regime Peace.
steve bannon
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

Saturday, 23 March, Year of Our Lord 2024.
A lot to get through today.
MTG is going to join us at the top of the next hour.
We're going to talk about this debacle over the last couple of days.
Ended early this morning.
The massive budget, over $7 trillion total, in total.
Now approved with a two trillion dollar deficit and of course the border wide open But we want to start I've got a lot more to go through is gonna be packed today, but I want to start With this situation in Moscow because this is inextricably linked to what happened yesterday And you're gonna get more of it when they get back
The Democrats have vowed to save Speaker Johnson if he comes back with the full Ukraine package of $60 billion, of which they will toss in a few optics, some lipstick on the pig on border security.
They're going to hold hostages since they didn't do anything on border security yesterday.
And the talking points the Republicans are putting out are humiliating.
Oh, we got 8,000 more ice bags.
I mean, it is humiliating the ridiculous talking points they're putting out.
So what's happening in Moscow because, and I've got Tej Gill, a former Navy SEAL, many combat deployments fighting al-Qaida and ISIS.
Kash Patel is with us.
Also Kash got big breaking news in the J6 committee.
We're going to start with Jack Posobiec.
Jack, here's the question.
This situation in Ukraine.
It's spinning more and more out of control and sucking America more and more into a direct war with the Russian people that we have never we are not at war with the Russian people.
The American people are not at war with the Russian people and yet our leaders and what's happening in Ukraine and driven by the Victoria Nuland's of the world and the Intelligence agencies and the Special Forces guys over the Special Projects Division at the Pentagon are going to continue to drag us in here until we can't get out.
Walk us through what happened, who these quote-unquote ISIS are heading back to Ukraine, sir.
jack posobiec
Yeah, Steve, it's very interesting.
Thanks so much for having me on.
Thanks so much for being here and doing Worm today.
This situation, number one, this is the worst terror attack in Russia since the Beslan school massacre all the way back 2004.
That was Chechen members of Al-Qaeda, aligned with Al-Qaeda that perpetuated that attack.
Now today, or I guess last night I should say, What we get out of Russia, this concert hall that's attacked within a two-week window after the U.S.
State Department specifically put out a cable to Americans residing not just across Russia but in Moscow where they directly stated extremists are planning to attack a concert hall.
They specifically use that.
Usually the State Department, when they put out warnings, It doesn't have that level of specificity.
And so my question is, did the U.S.
State Department share whatever intelligence they had at the time with Russian officials?
If this truly was just an attack on civilians and the U.S.
didn't have any information of that, surely you would share that off.
I'm not sure, but we do know, Steve, that over the past few weeks, I've been coming on War Room, I've been saying this on Human Events Daily, I've been going on Alex Jones and saying this, that we, that I believe that Ukraine is moving into a period of a new phase of the war the insurgency phase and I said specifically that we are going to see Terrorist attacks and insurgent attacks using false flag provocations blame them on somebody else blame to say this wasn't us We don't have any fingerprints on this
And that you would see those attacks taking place not just in Ukraine, but certainly in the Donbass region, and then further back afield in Russia.
Zelensky just said a couple of days ago that the Russian people need to feel the brunt of this.
And Victoria Nuland, in her exit interview from the U.S.
State Department, came out and went to CSIS, she was at the CSIS summit, saying, with this money, this was just a couple of weeks ago, With this money, Ukraine will be able to accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been the most effective.
This supplemental funding will ensure Putin faces some nasty surprises.
That's Victoria Nuland.
And when Victoria Nuland promises nasty surprises, you get stuff like this just a couple of weeks later.
Though I will say, Steve, and if you've looked at any of these interrogation videos, I know you played some there, we posted some up on my Twitter, we posted some up on my Telegram.
These are very graphic.
There's a couple of things that are striking at me, and I say this as a guy who did a tour down at Guantanamo Bay in the interrogation cell as an intelligence officer, that these, number one, you don't usually see ISIS jihadis fleeing from the scene of a terror attack.
Usually they want to go down as martyrs.
That's number one.
Number two, let's just say the Russians don't exactly have the same ROE as US interrogators.
There's a There's few places in the world that are worse than in the bottom of a Russian interrogation cell.
And as you can see in some of these videos where they caught these guys, Putin came out publicly and addressed the nation already.
Short five-minute terse address where he said, these terrorists were captured, they were hired Tajiks.
They're claiming in these videos that they were hired by some guy on Telegram who referred to himself as The Preacher, didn't give much information, but was able to send money, direct deposit, to them, provided weapons from cells already operating, it seems, within Russia.
We know Ukraine has conducted terrorist attacks in Russia already, conducting the car bombing of Alexander Dugin's daughter, Darya Dugina.
And these videos, you can see what they're doing is they're stripping this guy down, taking their jackets off, Leaving just their shirt on, putting them in stress positions out there in the Russian forest.
Steve, they're letting the Russian winter do the interrogation for them.
They're saying, give us the information and we'll make it quick.
So I think that whoever was behind this, the perpetrators and the organizers miscalculated because they didn't count on the Russians capturing these guys.
alive. They counted on these guys being killed. They counted on the Russians doing what Russians usually do, sending in Spetsnaz and wiping everybody out like the Moscow Theater attack in 2002 where they used nerve gas to basically kill everybody that was in there. And so the miscalculation is, if you watch these videos, Steve, they're not mentioning anything about And all of a sudden, ISIS, which we haven't heard about in years, is being blamed for this.
The U.S.
comes out immediately.
It's amazing.
You already know this is ISIS, but you can't tell us who blew up Nord Stream 2.
It's the fastest investigation since Jeffrey Epstein's cell.
So these videos, Steve, I don't think these are very good for whoever planned this thing.
It's already a botched operation.
These guys were not supposed to be alive.
They're going to give up everything.
A bunch of hired Tajiks.
is not going to be enough to ward off the Russian response.
steve bannon
Hang on, but hang over a second.
Have you ever seen a situation, and we got Cash and Tejra jumping in a second, have you ever seen a situation where the quote unquote ISIS fighters didn't go down with the ship I mean, they go at guns blazing.
unidentified
That's what I'm saying.
steve bannon
Do you believe these videos are actually not just Russian propaganda and Russian disinformation?
The KGB has been known to put up some disinformation before to point the finger at the Ukraine.
jack posobiec
Well, it's certainly propaganda.
There's no question.
It's certainly propaganda.
The question before us is whether or not the things that these people are saying are true.
And that being said, you know, you're still going to have to conduct more investigation the same way that we would on the battlefield in Iraq or Afghanistan, the same way we would in Guantanamo Bay when I was there.
You still have to conduct further investigation.
steve bannon
And so that's what we have.
Hang on.
Could elements of the Ukrainian government Could elements of the, because this would have to be approved at the highest levels, could elements of their intelligence force, their armed services, all the way up to Zelensky, could they, hold it, could this have been approved unless it went to the highest levels?
jack posobiec
Steve, the real question here is, is the Ukrainian government even listening to Zelensky anymore?
Because this guy, Budenov, who was just put in charge of Ukraine's military, people can go back and pull, and Alex Jones pulled my clips from a couple of weeks ago, you can pull my clips from here, this is the CIA's guy in Kiev.
He was the guy who was mentioned specifically as being trained by the CIA in that New York Times article a couple of weeks ago, where they said, this guy was trained, the kill squads that were trained by the CIA in those 12 bases that they put up on the border, The same border region where these terrorists were just caught in the Bryansk region right between Ukraine and Russia and Putin's up there saying that the Ukrainians prepared a quote special window for them to cross through the forest into Ukraine.
You tie that back to what it just read the New York Times just read the New York Times article that says Putin off was trained by the CIA to put together hit squads and they were going after people in Russia.
Steve, what are we to make of this?
What are we funding in Ukraine?
Who are we funding in Ukraine?
That's my question.
steve bannon
This is the question, right?
And now they're going to have this supplemental look.
Speaker Johnson, we'll talk about this in the second hour with MTG, he's tied his survival to the Democrats.
Yesterday it was Democrat votes that got his governing proposition through.
He's completely strapped himself to the mast of Ukraine and the Democrats by saying they're going to bring a supplemental.
The $60 billion is still coming and they're going to put a little border security on it.
This $60 billion, repeat, before we go to break, repeat what Victoria Nuland said at her farewell address over at CSIS.
jack posobiec
With this money, Ukraine will be able to accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been most effective on the battlefield.
As I said in Kiev three weeks ago, this supplemental funding will ensure Putin faces some nasty surprises this year.
What can I say, Steve?
Not the first time the United States government has funded an ISIS attack.
steve bannon
Jack Posobiec, hang on for one second.
I know you got to bounce.
Thank you for taking the time away from the kids and Mrs. Posobiec to join us today.
We're just going to take a short commercial break.
Tej Gill, Navy SEAL with multiple combat tours fighting these guys over in Afghanistan, Iraq, and also Kash Patel, former Chief of Staff of the Defense Department and also a senior executive over at DNI and one of President Trump's top national security advisors.
We'll join us in all this.
Turbulence, I'm telling you, we're getting sucked into this thing, whether it's in Gaza, the Red Sea, or Ukraine, day by day.
This is one of the reasons gold bounces to all-time highs every couple of days.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Talk to the experts, talk to Philip Patrick and the team, and do it today.
Short break, back in a moment.
victoria nuland
With the $60 billion supplemental that the administration has requested of Congress, we can ensure that Ukraine not only survives, but she thrives.
With this support, in 2024, we can help ensure Ukraine can continue to fight, to build, to recover, and to reform.
With this money, Ukraine will be able to fight back in the East, But it will also be able to accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been most effective on the battlefield.
And as I said in Kiev three weeks ago, this supplemental funding will ensure Putin faces some nasty surprises on the battlefield this year.
steve bannon
Okay, this is one of the most dangerous people in the United States of America, a total war criminal, Victoria Nuland, and her husband, Robert Kagan, never forget Kagan, Robert Kagan wrote the piece in the Washington Post to give the moral just about the assassination of Julius Caesar at the hands of Brutus and the plotters and make the moral justification for the assassination of Donald Trump.
These are the type of people you're dealing with.
This inextricably is linked with last night and the direction of the country by the Atlanticist and the elites in this country.
And now I'm telling you, Jack, how do we know?
And by the way, the videos on this are too horrific for us to show on Real America's Voice.
But Jack, I think you're going to curate some.
So Jack Basovic's site, his Twitter feed, we'll have it up.
Jack, I just want to make sure, how do we know Do we know for a fact that they were caught in the forest going back to Ukraine?
jack posobiec
Steve, the region where they were caught is this Bryansk region.
This is kind of a tri-border region between, so it's northern Ukraine, southern Russia, directly south of Moscow, a couple hours south, and then it's right up against the easternmost border, or excuse me, the westernmost, no, easternmost border of Belarus.
And so it's a very heavily forested region.
This isn't an area where, outside of wartime at least, There aren't really any physical barriers and so it's either sensors in the forest that might pick you up if you're crossing the border region.
And so, you know, Putin came out publicly and said, number one, it's geolocated from the videos that are coming out where they were captured.
And then number two, Putin and part of this, Steve, we have to remember.
This is what the Russian government has said.
So they are going to be operating off of what Putin addressed to the people.
He specifically came out and fingered Ukraine when he said the Ukrainians prepared a window on the other side of the border region, the other side of this forest, to receive these guys across.
So keep in mind that the Ukrainian border with Russia is heavily fortified right now, of course, all the way across.
What he's saying is they had a welcoming committee on the other side.
That's why they were fleeing.
ISIS does not flee attacks.
ISIS wants to be martyrs.
ISIS wants to go to Allah to get the 72 virgins, all of that.
These guys, you can watch every single one of these videos.
What's the one thing you're not hearing?
You're not hearing anyone say ISIS.
You're not hearing anyone say Allahu Akbar.
You're not hearing anyone say all of the hallmarks that you would focus or that we've seen for, what, Twenty-three years now, associated with radical Islam, you're not seeing in any of these videos.
steve bannon
If the videos are correct, and we still got to ask, if the videos are correct, they're all talking about how they get paid by these preachers, these, I'm sure, mullahs, these preachers paid them 11,000 bucks to do this.
jack posobiec
What you're watching, it's referred to as shock of capture.
So in a shock of capture interrogation, typically it's very hard for someone to, your adrenaline is high, your cortisol levels are high, this is something that's used for battlefield interrogations on every single U.S. officer.
operation in the war on terror.
So those, when you capture somebody like that, they're in a shock position.
Of course, the Russians are putting them in stress positions.
Many of them, one of them, the guy's got his ear shot off, looks like they fed it to him.
The other one, the guy's sucking leather while they've got him on the floor.
steve bannon
Was it, was it, was it, was it, was it shot off?
Was it shot off or was it, was it a shot off or cut off?
The ear.
jack posobiec
Remains to be seen.
Remains to be seen.
I don't know if they went full Reservoir Dogs on him, but again, this is the Russians and their ROE is a little bit different when you come for Mother Russia.
These guys, these Tajiks are giving up everything.
They're going to give up absolutely everything.
steve bannon
Okay.
Back to Victoria Nuland.
When she says asymmetric, explain that to the audience, please.
jack posobiec
Sure, so everyone knows your typical 2GW, 3GW types of warfare are on the battlefield.
So that's your battlefield operations, that's your trench warfare, these offensives and counteroffensives like Ukraine was attempting all throughout 2023, this major counteroffensive in the South.
They claimed they were going to be able to push all the way to Crimea.
They said that we were going to be in Crimea, what did they say, in Crimea by Christmas, right?
We'll be in Sevastopol by Christmas.
Of course, that never panned out.
And so what do you do?
You move from symmetric operations to asymmetric.
That's special warfare, that's regular warfare, that's the special operations group of the CIA, that's MI6, and that's specifically proxy war.
So proxy fighters find a bunch of Tajiks, pay them up, say, hey, you guys are going to go up for Mother Russia, or even just for money.
You just hire a couple of guys, a couple of criminals for money and say, you go and do this and we're going to pay you a ton of money.
And we'll get you out and everything will be safe and oh by the way we'll take care of your families, we'll set you up for life, etc, etc.
You find some guys in poverty down in the Caucasus or some Georgians, whatever it is, and you hire them up and you go and they go and do it for money.
You provide them with weapons.
I mean, where did they get the weapons?
That's a huge part of this.
And it seems as though they got weapons from cells that were already operating in Russia.
This is exactly how you would conduct asymmetric warfare.
And by the way, Ukraine has been conducting asymmetric warfare within Russia for over a year at this point.
This is just obviously, if this is effectively tied back to them, this would just be the most significant operation.
But we've already seen firebombings of military recruiting stations, we've seen drone attacks in Moscow, specifically one on the Kremlin itself, we've seen the car bombing of Darina Dugina, we've seen bloggers who were We're bombed when they took a an award and blew up somebody in a cafe in st.
Petersburg So we've already seen elements of Ukraine special forces doing this and then of course probably the most significant one would be the explosion and the destruction of Nord Stream 2 Jack, thank you.
steve bannon
By the way, we're getting sucked into this war, in a real war with the Russian people.
jack posobiec
It's called the Ladder of Escalation, folks.
We're climbing the ladder.
steve bannon
And Victoria Nuland, they talked about the 60 billion before.
It was all about victory in Crimea and the eastern provinces.
Now it's asymmetric warfare against the Russian people.
Jack, you've got a huge book that's coming out that deals with a lot of this, Unhuman, about your series about the revolutions.
Tell us about it and where can people go?
jack posobiec
Look, Unhumans and the response has been absolutely fantastic.
This book, myself, Joshua Lysak, we put together.
Steve, we went through what we did, and this was great working with Joshua, because what I did with The China Files and Chronicles of the Revolution over the past couple of years during Christmas break, We put together these stories of how did the communist revolutions get started.
Everybody knows communism is bad when it gets in power.
We get that.
How did they get started?
How did they get traction?
How did they get off the ground?
And what Joshua did with myself is, Steve, we came up with a system.
We actually went into each communist revolution going all the way back to the proto-communist revolutions of France and even the Roman Republic, a proto-communist revolution which was stopped by none other than Julius Caesar himself.
And we came up with a playbook.
Steve, we figured out their playbook, we've systematized it, and we've gone through step-by-step what their pre-revolution standards are, what their operational preparation of the environment is in every single one of these instances, and we go through as like case files all the way through.
From Rome, to France, to Russia, to Spain, and of course to China.
The great Netflix show is out actually depicting the Chinese Cultural Revolution now.
It's incredible that they're actually doing this.
And then Steve, most importantly, we put together what's going on now, a way to identify the cultural Marxists, and finally, a way to actually defeat them.
We put together a six-step process, four tactics to defeat defeat these things before they get off the ground because I'm sick of being outraged about this.
I'm sick of people coming up and saying, oh, this is terrible.
What can we do?
What can we do?
Steve, there's one word that we need to introduce to the lexicon and whether you're right wing, whether you're conservative, whether you're in the middle, where the essential, even if you're one of these guys who's like, I'm a, I'm a farmer's market liberal and I just don't want to go the full communist route.
Okay.
The word is reciprocity.
Reciprocity.
reciprocity.
The word is reciprocity.
They come for you.
They come for Peter Navarro, who's currently behind bars.
They come for us.
They try to harass you.
They try to cancel you.
They try to dox you.
The word is reciprocity.
And conservatives for far too long have been sitting back and saying, oh, we need to play by the rules.
Don't be mean.
Don't call them mean words.
Don't say nasty.
No, it's time for smash mouth.
It's time for reciprocity.
This is how you defeat these guys every single step of the way.
And we walk through, Steve, what we're currently in is an irregular revolution, just like the asymmetric warfare we're talking about, with micro revolutions that are waged against all of us on a regular basis.
Look what they did to me with my CPAC speech.
That was a micro-revolution that was launched against me.
They launched micro-revolutions against the war room on a daily basis.
And so this is why, and when you read Unhumans you'll understand this, and it comes out the 4th of July, the pre-orders have been incredible.
You'll understand why it is you can walk down the street and say, wait a minute, we're not in a civil war like Russia or Spain.
I'm not seeing the Chinese cultural revolution going on.
So how can you say we're in a communist cultural revolution?
You're in an irregular communist revolution.
That's what's going on right now.
So you think you're not in one, but why don't you walk down the street and say something like Trump won or the vaccines are bad and see what kind of reaction you get.
That's what we're in right now.
That's what we need to fight against.
That's why everyone needs to get this.
steve bannon
Jack, social media, everybody go, it's on Amazon right now.
By the way, is it Amazon we go to?
I know it's a War Room book.
It's one of our new titles.
It's up on Amazon for pre-order, correct?
jack posobiec
It's up on Amazon for pre-order.
We're going to be doing some other stuff.
We got a lot of requests.
People say they want signed copies, etc.
All of that's going to come a little bit down the line.
Right now, the main spot is Amazon.
steve bannon
Jack, social media.
I want people to follow you all weekend, because this thing in Russia is developing by the minute.
unidentified
People have to be savvy about this, because it ties in directly with Capitol Hill.
jack posobiec
We've got the subscriber option now, so I will say this, that for some of this graphic footage, I'll put it up for subscribers only, or if you go to the Telegram, I'll put that up, because some of this stuff, I mean, this is what they ban you for on Twitter, some of these videos, but it's very important to get it out, and I'm not going to be censored.
I'm putting it out.
steve bannon
Uh, Jack, great.
I'll check in with you after the show.
Okay, Tej Gill, Navy SEAL, has dealt with these guys before.
Thanks, brother.
Uh, Kash Patel.
Intelligence, intelligence, intelligence.
Take a short commercial break.
Be back in a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, Kash Patel, I've got Tad Bensman, Tej Gill, MTG's going to join us.
We're going to hammer this through.
We have an open border.
We're letting through a combat division of people a day.
They surged the gates the other day.
All those people got through, got processed into the United States.
Bensman's going to be here on the numbers for February.
It's unbelievable the invasions happening in the country.
But you're seeing now In this Russia situation, how deadly all this still is.
Cash, as an intel, senior intel executive under President Trump, in all likelihood be one of the senior guys in the second administration.
Tell us what's going on here.
This is very suspect.
You got the Victoria Nuland talk about first time asymmetric warfare.
You've got Kirby at the White House warning about this a couple of weeks ago.
Now it looks like these guys are captured and all this has to be verified.
But it looks like, unlike what Tej Gill will tell you, the ISIS guys and Al-Qaeda guys who go down guns blazing, these guys are caught and they say they did it for money and they're caught in the woods going back to Ukraine, sir.
kash patel
This is what happens when you fail to put national security interests at the top of the pyramid.
And when you have State Department hussies like Victoria Nuland running around talking about asymmetrical warfare, your job is diplomacy.
Leave the asymmetrical warfare or any warfare for the professionals.
The fact that she's out there lobbying for asymmetrical warfare for the Ukrainian government tells you everything you need to know.
about this line of effort that they are all, as you laid out, intertwined with the Ukraine conflict.
But to me, here's the thing, Steve.
This happened in Russia.
This happened in Vladimir Putin's Russia.
They have to have been planning this for a long, long time.
And my scare is that they've been doing the same type of planning here in America because of the open border.
That's how these guys got into this country.
The same MO is how they got into the Russia, into Moscow.
to perform this attack and that's the problem Steve. If they can do it there and they can get all the propaganda they want and the world running scared, what happens when they do it to America because Victoria Nuland and our Congress are too busy talking about Ukraine aid and asymmetrical warfare.
steve bannon
Do you think that this is actually ISIS?
I mean, President Trump destroyed the caliphate, the physical caliphate.
I mean, destroyed it in, what, under 18 months, where they said it was going to take a generation to do it.
President Trump did that.
Do you think this is ISIS, or do you think this is some cover?
Because it's very suspect about what's happening in Ukraine, and why is this happening in a theater in Moscow?
Why is it going after total civilians, not military targets?
Are you suspicious about this at all?
kash patel
I'm very suspicious about the whole thing.
Look, ISIS supposedly put out a statement on Telegram on their mock newsletter claiming responsibility.
Now, that's not normally what they do if they are the ones behind this attack, but they're also not stupid.
They are propagandists.
If they claim this attack, it allows for them to get free advertising to recruit around the world.
But here's the thing.
Yes, President Trump defeated ISIS.
Senior leadership wiped out al-Baghdadi and so many of his cadre.
But like Joe Biden came in and flipped a switch and said, well, basically Iran's not our enemy anymore.
We're going to pay them money and they're going to fund terrorism around the world.
What you could have happened three years into a Biden administration is the rise of ISIS.
We have the rise of al-Qaeda already in Afghanistan again.
And it doesn't take a lot of money or a big cadre of people to perform scarily this type of terrorist attack.
So it could be a small cell, but it's entirely too early.
And the important point is, we don't know because President Biden has not prioritized intelligence collection efforts against any form of terrorism around the world.
Or literally, Steve, if you can believe it today, today, the Office of Director of National Intelligence, the entity, the office responsible for all intel in America, you know what they put out a newsletter today about?
Applauding themselves for having a transgender covert officer operating in the world somewhere.
That's their headline.
The American Intelligence Agency headline today, the day after Russia's attack.
It is a form of terrorism, whether it's ISIS or otherwise.
And our intel community is talking how great their DEI program is in covert affair operations, and how great it is to have a transgender there.
That tells you everything you need to know about the posture of security in the world right now.
steve bannon
And this is the reason that people hate the foreign partners.
They feel that the United States, through the intelligence services, DOD, and the State Department, is ramming this down their throats.
We'll get to that in the second hour.
Also, Tej, I'm going to have you come back and talk about the company here in a little while, but I need your expertise.
You fought these guys.
How many combat tours as a SEAL and a contractor did you do?
tej gill
16, Steve.
steve bannon
Sixteen.
So you're familiar with these guys.
Do they normally surrender like this and kind of give themselves up?
I mean, I thought true ISIS, real ISIS, and Al-Qaeda, their formation group, their original group, I thought they always went out guns blazing with you guys.
tej gill
They usually do.
They usually wear suicide vests along with their small arms and they do what's called a complex attack.
Explosives are an integral part of their tactics.
And then the other thing that seems fishy here is they caught him going back to Ukraine.
So that might be a misdirection play for a false flag setup.
Maybe they told him to go back to Ukraine and they intentionally got caught on the way back.
So all fingers point at Ukraine and the ISIS thing is another misdirection thrown out there.
That's what I think.
unidentified
I don't think this was ISIS.
tej gill
We dealt with a lot of ISIS-K in Afghanistan.
And these guys, they don't look like any of the ISIS fighters I've ever seen, but that doesn't matter.
And there's a video floating around on the internet right now on social media of Trump at one of his rallies saying Obama is the creator of ISIS, which I agree with.
Al-Qaeda, Arabian Peninsula, they evolved into ISIS and then there's splinter group ISIS-K in Afghanistan now that supposedly these guys are ISIS in Russia and Ukraine.
And there's also some videos of Ukrainian fighters with ISIS patches on their shoulders.
But yeah, to your point, Steve, these guys usually After they get done with the killing, they start cranking off suicide vests so they can go to paradise and get 72 virgins.
That's part of their religion and that's part of the play.
These guys look like amateurs.
After they conducted the attack, they made a run for the Ukrainian border.
I think that was intentional and having them caught going back to Ukraine was intentional.
So all fingers point to Ukraine.
So it's a false flag.
So it draws NATO and the US deeper into this war.
I think that's the whole plan here.
steve bannon
One more thing, when you say they don't look like the ISIS-K guys you're familiar with, what do you mean by that?
tej gill
Those guys are traditionally Arabs, and these guys are Eastern Europeans.
Not to say that there's no Islamic extremists in Eastern Europe, but these are definitely not the run-of-the-mill ISIS fighters that we've seen in the past.
And say like, same thing with the tactics.
unidentified
Yeah, they hang on.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on one second.
Let me get Todd Bensman in here.
Todd, you warned us about this in your first book about the jihadis coming across the border.
Your second book, the one out, Overrun, you specifically said, Our open border that nothing was done yesterday at all.
Not one thing was done with this $7 trillion budget.
We didn't lift a finger to secure the border and we didn't force Biden to the table.
Does this concern you?
If it in fact is ISIS or one of these terrorist groups, which is still quite frankly, I think up in the air.
Does this concern you about what's coming across our southern border, particularly the surge you saw the other day in El Paso and the numbers that you just got last night on what February looked like?
todd bensman
Well, those new numbers that came out on February show 11 more on the terrorist watch list crossed just in February.
And so that brings us to somewhere in the order of 330 plus immigrants crossing the southern border who have showed up on the terror watch list.
And that doesn't count those who are on the terror watch list who were probably among the two million gotaways.
And also, a lot of mistaken releases of people on the terror watchlist, way too many, at least half a dozen, were just mistakenly released with the crowds at the border and then they had to go clean it up and do manhunts and everything in the interior and try to round them up.
That's what a crisis does.
It reduces the effectiveness of the counterterrorism programs that are in place Since 9-11, that I write about in the first book, America's Covert Border War, they're offline, pretty much.
They're defunct, they're neutralized by these numbers coming through, and FBI Director Wray, Chris Wray, even testified the other day that we are at very much elevated risk of a terror attack from our southern border.
That's not crazy Todd Bensman, that's the FBI Director, plus their Homeland Security Threat assessment for 2024 talks about the threat of infiltration at the southern border in a way that it's never talked about before.
That's not crazy, Todd Bensman.
That's the 2024 threat assessment put out by the IC, the intelligence community.
steve bannon
So Todd Bensman, since you're the one that's the biggest expert on this, this budget that we just signed off yesterday and the Republicans got the gall to come and say this is a national security budget, is there anything on that that jumps off the page on you that specifically addresses completely hermetically sealing that border for the threat that you have warned the American people about?
Because when it comes, baby, Todd Bensman's been out there for years banging the drum on this.
Is anything that got passed last night that's another $2 trillion deficit?
Okay, $7 trillion overall on total spending with entitlements and all of it.
Did any of it specifically address your issues to secure the southern border of the United States for the American people, sir?
todd bensman
I am still reading through the hundreds and hundreds of pages of it, but from what I understand so far, there's very little in there that's going to change anything at the border.
If anything, what's in the spending package will increase and incentivize the mass migration crisis.
There's a section in there I'm starting right now.
I'm going to fly somewhere today.
I'm going to read it on the plane.
300 pages that provide funding for the United Nations, for the NGOs in South America, and for NGO resettlement efforts and migrant advocacy efforts.
On the U.S.
side of the border, that's a big problem.
That kind of funding that was just approved is often considered at fault for enabling and facilitating what we're seeing on the border.
A lot of Republicans want to shut that off.
I don't think they're shutting any of that off.
And worse, their funding for more Border Patrol agents isn't what normal people think it is.
Normal people think that when you put more badges and guns down on the border, that that means that they're going to stop, block, and deter.
But it's exactly the opposite under this administration.
It's upside down, all gravity turned off with these guys.
Those extra Border Patrol agents are going to help facilitate more in faster.
That is how they plan to use them.
steve bannon
By the way, everybody that made that search of the gate has been processed into the United States.
The Justice Department said they're indicting and may go after a couple of the ringleaders because they didn't try to come in here peacefully.
You see that crowd right there on the show?
They're all in the United States right now.
They've been processed in.
And one of the reasons they're processed in is the Republicans are paying for it.
Todd, real quickly, we've got about a minute.
I know you've got to bounce.
The numbers in February blew you away at the scale of it.
todd bensman
Well, it's a mixed bag.
For one thing, 140,000 were apprehended crossing illegally, but another, and that's a low number for this border crisis, but it doesn't account for, watch this in the media, they'll always cite that 140, there's another 70,000 that they flew in directly from foreign airports over the border and walked over through the ports of entry at the land.
So, do the math.
That's, again, doubled 250,000, not to mention the gotaways, probably 50,000 or 60,000 more of those.
They're not counting the CBP-1 admissions program that they just sort of made up on the fly without Congress.
steve bannon
Todd, hang on one second.
I'm just going to bring you back after the break.
We've got Cash, Tej Gill, Cash Patel, Tej Gill, Todd Bensker.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCB!
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
Okay, Todd, the February numbers were horrific.
The budget that is the Republican budget that they approved, Biden's, allows this all to happen, underwrites it, particularly underwrites the worst elements of it, which is the NGOs are fully paid by American taxpayers.
You see that thing at the border, that surge?
That is what's happening right now.
That is what you're paying for.
That is what they knew was going on and failed to stop.
I know you're doing a bunch of analysis of this.
It's going to come out next week.
Where can people go to get all your content?
todd bensman
That's right.
You can follow me at Twitter, BenzmanTodd or X, BenzmanTodd.
Also, I'm at Getter and I have accounts at Truth Social, which I guess just went public.
And also, you can buy my book at anywhere books are sold, Amazon or Barnes and Noble or your local bookstore, Overrun.
It's the only book out there about this mass migration crisis.
steve bannon
No, you nailed it.
You nailed it.
You've been the best, by far the best on this.
We'll look for you now.
So remember, combat division after combat division after combat division of fighting age men have come across this border.
Look at that.
Look at that surge.
They all got processed in and DOJ says we're going to indict a couple of the leaders because they didn't come across peacefully.
Everybody in that photo, everybody there is now in the United States.
Just remember that.
Todd Bensman, thank you so much.
Honored to have you on here.
todd bensman
Thank you.
Welcome to your new neighbors there.
steve bannon
Yeah.
No, they've already been flown to the country.
Look at the thing.
He's the first to do the parole.
The Haitian situation is going to get worse next week.
You see, it's all this is and because people are gutless and rollover MTG at the top of the hour.
Let's play this cold.
Okay, what you're going to see from cash is an interview back in June of 2022 with former Secretary of Defense Miller and Kash Patel chief of staff at the Pentagon back under President Trump's first term.
Let's go ahead and play it and I'll jump in.
sean hannity
My understanding is this.
There were five of you in the room.
President Trump, Mark Meadows, both of you, and General Milley.
Is that correct, Mr. Secretary?
unidentified
Yeah, that's exactly correct, Sean.
First off, if you don't mind, thanks for taking this on.
I can't help but think 78 years ago tonight, if we were alive, Cash and I would have been on the front lines.
You would have been there along with Edward R. Murrow and Walter Cronkite, taking back Europe from the Nazis. And this is our front line now.
So thanks for taking this on and being serious about it.
There hasn't been enough serious conversation. And this is an exclusive.
First time Cash and I have been on together because we've been separated to make sure there wasn't an appearance of collusion or anything like that.
So thanks for taking this on.
sean hannity
So the four of you that I've had an opportunity to interview now confirm that on January 4th in the Oval Office, that you heard Donald Trump authorize up to 20,000 troops, Cash Patel, two days before January 6th even happened.
Tell us about that meeting.
kash patel
Yeah, it's not one of those—thanks again, Sean, like Chris said, for having us, especially on D-Day, to talk about this serious matter.
It's not one of those meetings you forget.
The Secretary of Defense, Chris Miller, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, the Chief of Staff to the President of the United States of America, Mark Meadows, and the President of the United States himself, in the Oval Office, talking about some of the most serious national security threats we were facing, and then we pivoted to setting up for January 6th, and Mr. Trump unequivocally Okay.
That goes on.
Grace and Mo will put that up.
should the second part of the law, the request...
steve bannon
Okay, okay, okay. That goes on. Grace and Mo will put that up.
Cash, when that happened, Daily Mail has an explosive exclusive that says Chris Miller and you, or particularly Miller, was intimidated right after that interview by Liz Cheney and members of the January 6th staff to say that if you guys continue to come out and publicly talk about this, there are going to be consequences, sir?
kash patel
What you found out is twofold, Steve, thanks to your great reporting over the years, is that that was the truth.
Donald Trump wanted to prevent any insurrection narrative and any actual insurrection, and did that.
And right after that authorization, Pelosi and Bowser rejected the request for national guardsmen and women, and now we've caught them.
And what is worse, Steve, is the cover-up of the corruption from these government gangsters.
The January 6th committee who preached to America about equality under the law and finding the truth, last week we found out suppressed evidence of innocence of Donald Trump and Tony Arnado's testimony.
And now what do we do?
Now what do we see?
They threatened a cabinet secretary, the former Secretary of Defense.
Just think about that.
day with legal maneuvers to bury him in legal fees and investigate him should he dare to come out with the truth.
Just think about that.
A congressional committee led by Liz Cheney and funded by our taxpayers actually threatened And Steve, I think they did it to the media too.
They threatened him with lawsuits and subpoenas if they dared to put out the truth.
All of for one point, because it buries the truth about the insurrection narrative that they have been rolling out there.
There was no insurrection.
Donald Trump is innocent.
And now we have actual legal warfare by a congressional committee against the former cabinet secretary, I think others, and I think against media organizations as well.
steve bannon
Look, Barry Loudermark's doing a great job.
Don't get me wrong.
But Loudermark's not just getting the traction.
When is Johnson and Jordan and these guys going to take this committee and shut it down and reboot what has to happen?
This is outrageous.
Because they're using that committee as the pretext.
In Colorado, they just take the committee file and say, oh, Trump's an insurrectionist because Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger and Benny Thompson said so.
And little Jamie Raskin, the worst of the worst.
And they just read it into the record and that's it?
When are we going to go after this committee, sir?
kash patel
Well, maybe they need to start reading this great reporting by the Daily Mail, which, by the way, I think is a part of a multi-part piece that's coming.
There's more on this.
This story is not being done.
One headline alone would be the story of the year about threatening a cabinet secretary with legal action for daring to put out the truth.
What the members of Congress need to do is start subpoenaing every single member of that committee.
Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson should be front and center before the United States public answering questions under oath.
By the way, Cassidy Hutchinson, who lied under oath and is now being sued for defamation and was their star witness, these two combined to write the Christopher Steele dossier of January 6th and now have been completely exposed.
Why they haven't been subpoenaed is beyond me.
Why hasn't Congress subpoenaed every text message, every email, every phone call, and every communication that the members on that committee and their staff have had?
It's also beyond me.
It's not hard.
It's a piece of paper that they send out that has their signature on it that says, we're getting all the documents, we want all the receipts.
I don't know what it's going to take, Steve.
steve bannon
It takes political will.
It's going to take us getting on top of it and making sure we kick down the door on this.
Cash, where do people go over the weekend to get you all your content?
kash patel
Hey, like your colleague just said, Truth Social just went public, baby.
We're out there for the world to see, and the world hates us for it, but we're not going to stop the free speech empire.
At Cash, at KSH, baby, and buy some government gangsters for your adult family this weekend.
steve bannon
Okay, brother.
Fantastic.
Cash Patel.

You think it's turbulent now?
You ain't seen nothing yet, baby.
