| They did a filing. | ||

| That was the bombshell filing that had all the cell phone records of Nathan Wade. | ||
| So the Fannie Willis's office was hurried all day Friday and they put in, put out a filing Friday night that was full of errors. | ||
| The arguments didn't match the exhibits. | ||
| This thing was a nightmare. | ||
| The guy TechnoFog, who's one of the leading lawyers who analyzes these things, sort of broke it down. | ||
| But in my case, it broke down to four things, Steve. | ||
| They didn't examine the photo in my tweet. | ||
| There was no personal identifying information in that tweet. | ||
| And they lied about it. | ||
| So it's, it's, it's, they essentially libeled or slandered CFP. | ||
| All we did was use a small graphic that was in the Trump filing itself. | ||
| It had nothing on it, no name, excuse me, it had Nathan Wade's name, but no account numbers, no phone numbers, no addresses, nothing. | ||
| And it just shows you how sloppy they were overall that they included this as an exhibit in their official filing. | ||
| And the last, you know, indignance was that they, They only included a screenshot. | ||
| They didn't include a link. | ||
| So Judge Scott McAfee, I doubt he'll pay attention to it, but if he were to look, he would not be able to go back to the original tweet and see that there was absolutely no identifying information in it. | ||
| They just included a screenshot that didn't show the graphic large enough. | ||
| So it's just sloppy stuff, but I want to add one more thing. | ||

| Judge McAfee announced the next hearing and it's going to be this Friday and this is, you know, it'll be the last testimony and Fannie's last chance to sort of make her case and then we'll get a decision. | ||

| State Department and USAID directly grant NGOs, dozens of them, cash for migration support, for immigration support south of our border. | ||
| I looked at about 30 of the NGOs and found just the religious organizations and found that all of them are taking grants directly from the State Department, which is U.S. | ||
| taxpayer money. | ||
| Now, the State Department and USAID also send money directly to about 15 different U.N. | ||
| agencies that are also down there. | ||
| So between the UN agencies and the NGOs, a huge proportion of this is funded by U.S. | ||
| taxpayer money directly, checks cut directly from the U.S. | ||
| Treasury, straight down there. | ||
| So I just wanted to point that out. | ||
| We don't know the full extent of it. | ||
| There are also contracts, federal contracts, in the hundreds of millions of dollars that are going to NGOs on the north side of the border Uh, helping to resettle and, um, and move people around the country. | ||
| Uh, we don't know the full extent of this, but all of that is happening. | ||
| The UN is spending money. | ||
| The state department is spending money to the tune of about 1.6 billion dollars proposed for just 2024. | ||

| We have the ability, this Friday, if they don't shut the border, shut the government. | ||
| And part of that is shutting down all this crap you're giving hundreds of millions and billions of dollars out of your tax money to destroy your own country. | ||

| You have the authority, the President has the authority to put Remain in Mexico in place and to deny asylum claims from the beginning. | ||
| That's the opening negotiation from the Republicans, not the other way around where we'll give you $5,000 a day, $35,000 a week first, and then maybe we'll, under certain circumstances, shut the border down in ways that are never specified. | ||

| MSNBC and Bloomberg reporting that President Donald J. Trump will be in Brownsville, Texas on Thursday to meet Border Patrol agents and to talk about his plan for the border. | ||

| This guy's doing everything. | ||
| I mean, he's going down there, traveling down there, because he's going to raise the stakes on Biden and the House Republicans. | ||

| Don't tap the no more, another CR for a week. | ||
| I don't need another. | ||
| Oh, it's going to be a week, another 10 days. | ||

| We gave you enough time. | ||

| So he's going right to a constituency where he should find a lot of support. | ||
| And I think that's going to be very symbolic. | ||
| It's going to draw attention back to the border where it belongs, where 5,000, 6,000 people a day are still crossing in from all over the world. | ||

| This is how you know for Biden and these guys, it's only a banner to the back. | ||
| With all this talk we've had and all the bad, there's still 5,000 or 6,000 a day. | ||

| We are looking at 10 million encounters, gotaways, CBP-1 altogether just in three years. | ||
| And now we're looking at about 100%, I mean north of 85%, I believe it's closer to 100%, of everybody who reaches that border gets in. | ||
| Even Alejandro Mayorkas admitted that above 85% of everybody reaching that border is actually being allowed into the country. | ||
| That's just historic. | ||

| I believe it's more like 100% the definition of an open border. | ||

| What they're claiming is that in 2024, this is Biden's DHS, that they expect operatives from China To continue, it doesn't say whether they come over the border or whatever, to come into the country and man secret police stations, CCP police stations inside the United States to go after dissidents in the United States. | ||
