Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
President Trump got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
It's Thursday, 8 February in the year of the Lord 2024, a historic day throughout this country, a monumental, almost like Dred Scott type argument at the Supreme Court, that level of seriousness about removing President Trump via the 14th Amendment from the ballot.
I think now in 20 states plus, the immunity argument will be made, looks like, in the next couple of weeks.
The Supreme Court's getting involved in this.
On Capitol Hill, just breaking news.
Guess what?
They kept the vote at 58-41.
It's been open for 24 hours.
Looks like they've twisted some arms.
Looks like they're going to get to cloture.
They're going to block out five days for a debate.
They're going to try to put some amendments, fig leafs on Ukraine, but Ukraine's coming, baby.
As MTG just told you, it's coming this afternoon.
The number is 202-224-3121.
Make sure that's the direct number to the Senate, the United States Senate.
That's a switchboard or go.
Grace Chung will help you get on Bill Blaster.
Totally free app.
Download it.
You get all the information you need, direct contact.
You don't have to go through the switchboard because the switchboards will block you.
You just heard MTG, this Ukraine situation stinks to high heaven.
There's something deeply wrong.
Also, remember, and I want to connect dots here for the audience for a second, although I know you remember this, Victoria Nuland, the angel of death, as our own Ben Harnwell calls her from Rome, the angel of death who went over in the middle of this thing, this military coup that tells Zelensky, stand down because if you make a big deal about this, start firing guys, you ain't going to get the $60 billion.
We need the $60 billion because you got to make the payoffs and keep everybody's mouth shut.
Her husband, Robert Kaplan, remember, they're the husband and wife of some of the most destructive people in the history of this country.
In fact, Victoria Nuland ought to understand something.
In a second Trump term, I strongly believe that when we go through the records of the State Department and the Deep State and what she has done to the world over the last 10 years, I believe there will be significant criminal referrals against her.
She is one of the worst people this country's ever produced.
And her husband wrote that big piece about, in the Washington Post, I think 4,000 words, some huge piece of analysis that compared President Trump Not to General Cincinnatus who came back from the plow to save the Republic like President Trump has, but to Caesar and actually laid out the moral justification for President Trump's assassination relating him to Caesar.
That's the husband of Victoria Nuland.
So this whole Ukraine thing in the Senate, Mitch McConnell and as J.D.
Vance said, this is a fetish.
This is an obsession.
This whole thing, the last four and a half months, has been just a fig leaf to get to Ukraine.
And we're going to fight this.
2-0-2, 2-2-4, 3-1-2-1.
So let's get to the ramparts, because already they're going to start to cave over our dead bodies.
We'll give a penny to Ukraine.
Okay, we got to do a forensic audit in the first hundred twenty-five billion dollars that we sent.
I want to play a quick, and we're bringing Don Jr.
I'll tell you what, let me ask Don Jr.
about the lawfare.
I'll tell you what, let's play meet the press briefly.
I want to tee up Don Jr.
with the polling about how bad it is.
Let's go ahead and hit it.
unidentified
Let's just start with the bottom line.
When you ask folks, hey, if it's the general election and it's Trump versus Biden, in our poll, Donald Trump now leads Joe Biden by five points.
Compare that to the last time we polled back in November.
Trump was ahead then, but it was only by two points.
And it's even more significant when you look at it this way.
Over time, we have been testing for five years now, going back to 2019, a Biden-Trump matchup.
Remember, 2019, 2020, Joe Biden led.
He led big.
Every single one of our polls for the first time in November, Donald Trump pulled ahead in our poll.
And now at five points, this is the biggest lead NBC has ever had in 16 polls for Donald Trump over Joe Biden.
And of course, undergirding all of this is this question of he is the incumbent Joe Biden.
We asked voters, what do you think of the job he's doing?
And look at that, Kristen, 37% approve and now 60% disapprove.
And we should say that is the lowest approval rating since former President George W. Bush's second term.
Yeah, and put that in further context, too.
Bush, in his second term, wasn't running for re-election.
Here's the presidents who were running for re-election in our poll starting their re-election year.
What was their approval rating?
Bush was over 50.
steve bannon
In the last, you heard it, that was Kornacki.
That's not Rich Barris of the People's Pundit.
That's not Trafalgar.
That's not Tony Fabrizio.
That is Kornacki, and that is NBC News, okay?
And they don't even bring up the crosstabs.
The independents trump up by 19 because they're a proxy for the American people.
Approval by independents, I think, had a two-handle in front of us, like 27%.
It's over.
They know it's over.
And Trump has ascended.
Trump is powerful.
So, Don June, the last 48 hours, because we have to monitor MSNBC and CNN and BBC constantly here to curate it for the audience, because they don't want to waste their time.
It has been an obsession on lawfare.
That's all they're talking about.
The immunity situation in the Supreme Court and today, because they understand it is mathematically impossible for them to defeat Donald Trump at the ballot.
So now they've turned to the lawfare.
It's the last redoubt they've got.
Your thoughts, sir?
donald trump-jr
Well, listen, it's the lawfare.
It's the cheating.
And, you know, make no mistakes.
There's nothing that they won't do.
Right.
They've shown that over the last few years.
Now, people simply understand it.
You know, Joe Biden was going to be the genius elder statesman.
And all we've gotten is inflation and wars.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
I actually want to know who the morons in the 30% who actually approve of Joe Biden, because, you know, even being an objective person, because I'm still an American citizen, I have five young kids, I want our country to be successful.
I cannot think of a single metric, a single metric, where we have improved in the last three and a half years under Joe Biden and, you know, the quote unquote adults who are back in charge.
It's absolutely ridiculous what's going on.
So you see it, the lawfare, the insanity.
The problem is they've lost their minds because, you know, they live in their little D.C.
and L.A.
world and the billionaire circle.
You know, people are watching these things and they're laughing about how ridiculous these lawsuits are, whether it's E. Jean Carroll, whether it's, you know, Fannie Willis and, you know, the boyfriend and the sleeping with.
It's the perfect example of everything we've known about the Democrat Party.
And so now that it's so egregious, now that it's so ridiculous, people are actually watching and they understand.
They understand that if they can do it to Trump, and more importantly, if they will do it to Trump, they will do it to anyone.
They've shown it.
They're not pretending anymore.
And so there is no lengths that they won't go.
So I'm not saying it's over because There's nothing they won't try to do in the coming 10 months before the election to salvage the absolute Failures of Joe Biden, but more importantly, the Democrat Party, because we can't let them skate on this.
It's not Joe Biden.
Joe Biden's incapable of finding his way off of a stage that he got on four minutes before.
It's the Democrat Party.
It's their radical policies.
It's the, you know, China first, America last.
It's open borders.
It's pro-war.
It never ends.
And people are absolutely sick of it, Steve.
steve bannon
Don Jr., talk a second about your father.
I mean, they've got criminal charges against him for 700 years in prison.
This is a guy I think of every second.
Not a politician.
Beat the Clinton apparatus.
Greatest come from behind victory ever.
Gives us three years of peace and prosperity.
Amazing prosperity.
Amazing peace throughout the world.
Then hit with a Chinese bioweapon.
Still works through that.
His crime is coming back.
From the after they stole it to to say again no we have to set this right that crime 700 years in prison a Soviet trial show trial in New York City that the just just you know this judge is cooking up something because he had a deadline self-imposed deadline 31st didn't hit it to take away the entire business empire of the Trump family and fine you guys, I don't know, four or five hundred million dollars.
You've got, now we're at the Supreme Court today arguing, and these pro-Democrat guys arguing to take him off the ballot in 30 states. And they're about to take away presidential immunity so the president can actually take the actions he needs to defend the country, take away immunity. How is your father, with everything else going on, like today he should be in, he should be in Nevada all day.
It's a caucus day.
This is election interference.
How's your dad holding up with this stress that no president, including FDR, Lincoln, Washington has ever had on them?
donald trump-jr
Honestly, he's holding up well, and you know him.
I mean, he's sort of a game-time player, right?
He does better under pressure.
It's not ideal, obviously.
It's not something you want to deal with, and it's the entire purpose of what they're doing.
They want to try to break you financially.
They want to try to put you in jail.
They'll do anything they can to distract from the job that you need to be doing, which is campaigning, which is being out there, which is explaining all of this to the American people.
But again, People are understanding it because you can't hide.
There's no amount of assistance from even the trillion-dollar institution that is mainstream media, no amount of trillion-dollar influence, suppression of our side, artificial boosting of the other side from big tech that can cover up the facts.
If a guy like me walks into a supermarket with their kids when we're getting something for Super Bowl weekend, and I'm like, man, if I have sticker shock, Steve, imagine what every hardworking American family feels.
That's how ridiculous it is.
And Joe Biden can't hide from it.
So I think my father understands that.
He understood very easily that he could have just kept his mouth shut, walked away after 2020.
He would have been a legend to half the country, gone back to a really nice, easy life.
He's not going to do that because he understands where all of this is headed.
He understands what it means, not just for me and my siblings, but for his grandchildren.
That's why he's fighting.
For my grandchildren, for your grandchildren.
Because we're about to inherit a country that no one recognizes anymore.
A uniparty Marxist dystopia.
That's where we're headed.
And if you don't believe me, just look at all of the things that they're trying to do.
The people who have been screaming fascist yada yada yada for the last seven years, Are acting awfully a lot like the proper definition of fascists.
They are doing this and there's no amount of air cover from the institutions that function as the marketing department of the radical left today that can prevent real Americans from finally understanding just how badly they've been manipulated.
steve bannon
Don Jr., with that apparatus they've got, he's leading now, I think, with African-American men, with Hispanic men.
He leads with Latinos overall by 1%.
He's starting to draw close with people under 35.
With people under 30, I think it's virtually tied.
How are all these demographics that they've used against us for decades, and with no ability to get out to the mainstream media, how are those demographics flipping against Biden and starting to come to Trump right now?
donald trump-jr
Common sense.
You know, they saw it.
They see peace, peace deals in the Middle East.
That was the holy grail of geopolitical politics.
Uniparty politician has promised us they would get something done over the last 50 years.
Only Trump was actually able to deliver.
People see it in their wallets.
They see they pay their mortgages.
They see it in the grocery stores.
They understand that life was better under Trump.
Perhaps the only demographic that does it like suburban women, because, you know, their entire currency is just virtue signaling, peddling their woke nonsense, you know, amongst each other at Starbucks.
Because they don't actually face a lot of the hardship that real Americans actually face.
There's a reason there's that shift.
People can't hide from it anymore.
I actually saw it.
It was interesting.
I saw it the other day.
I was going through an airport, and it was actually the first time.
I saw it a lot from African-American men, but there was a group of flight attendants, four African-American ladies, that saw me go through security, and they started yelling, Trump 2024!
And it was like, wait, African-American women, like, this is unusual.
There's a couple that come up and they talk to me and they're curious or whatever.
This was the first time even they were like, no, we're voting for your dad.
We got to stop this nonsense.
You know, they're asking if I was flying on their flight because they wanted to talk further.
It was sort of amazing.
There is a seismic shift.
I'm not saying four people is indicative of anything, but when you're out there in public and people are vocally doing it, that That it was suppressed before.
If you were vocal about Trump, there was a social consequence.
People don't care anymore because they understand that life under Trump was better.
It was better for them.
It was better for their children.
It was better for their grandchildren.
They see the decline of our nation, of our civilization, and they understand that it's the radical, leftist, Marxist, Democrat Party policies today that are leading us down this negative path.
I think it's actually incredible what's going on.
We're really, it's a 1776 type of moment right now, without question.
steve bannon
This is why I think you're seeing this law fair.
They understand one thing.
If people, we curated it and we don't have enough time to play it all today.
The last 48 hours, ever since the immunity ruling, this over-the-top immunity ruling that really tries to stop President Trump going en banc to the appeals court, forces him immediately to the Supreme Court.
MSNBC and CNN have virtually turned all their coverage over to how to stop Trump through lawfare.
They've given up.
They've, quite frankly, given up on trying to beat him at the polls, trying to beat him with the votes, either going to steal it or stop it by lawfare.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Here's the program.
We've got Don Jr.
He's going to be back with us after the break.
We're then, at the bottom of the hour, going to go to our own Jane Zirkle, who's live in Mar-a-Lago.
The president's going to hold a press conference.
We've also got Mike Davis at the Supreme Court.
He's going to update us on all the arguments going on.
Quite intense there.
Short break.
Back with Don Jr.
in The Worm in just a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, looks like they're going to move to break cloture in the Senate.
We're going to get on that this afternoon.
Just hang with us.
We've got time to work that one.
It's going to be at least five days of debate.
We're going to kill this thing out of the crib.
President Trump's going to, I think, come out and hit the mark at 1130.
We'll go to Jane Zirkle down in Mar-a-Lago to hear his thoughts about this.
Mike Davis still at the Summary Court.
We're carrying Tucker tonight live at six o'clock off of his Twitter feed or the feed over to his company with Putin.
We're going to be doing pregame analysis on that at five o'clock.
Darren Beatty is going to join me.
So we've got a lot going on.
Don Jr.
You know, one of the reasons these numbers, I think, where they are, first off, as you know, Don Jr., there's no way that Biden got 81 million votes.
But we'll put that aside for a second.
donald trump-jr
Zero votes.
unidentified
Zero chance.
President Trump was a... Zero chance.
donald trump-jr
Let's just be clear about this right now.
Come on.
No way.
steve bannon
We're not election deniers.
We're election rationalists.
There's no chance.
I've talked to every hedge fund guy in the world.
Half of them hate Trump.
Every one of them says mathematically impossible for Biden to have beaten him.
Mathematically impossible.
Just did not happen.
donald trump-jr
There's no way.
But that's what we also still have to be prepared about the next time, though, because, you know, whatever games they're going to play, you know, they got 30 Mark Eliases out there.
We don't have, you know, we don't have anyone like that.
You know, we got to be prepared for all of that stuff because even if it's unrealistic, even if it's insane, even if it defies literally the laws of statistics, they will figure out a way to play whatever games they can possibly get away with.
So we just have to overwhelm it.
steve bannon
And they know even more than 16 that all the chips are in the middle of the table.
They understand President Trump knows exactly what the deal is.
He knows exactly where the bodies are buried.
And the Victoria Newlands of the world and all of her all of her Praetorian Guard colleagues in the deep state understand it's game over the moment that President Trump takes his hand off the family Bible at high noon on the 20th of January 2025.
So the stakes could not be higher.
Highest stakes in American history.
But the reason these numbers are where they are, he was a beloved figure Before he ran and before the media started spearing him.
And I think that's what you're starting to see.
And one of the reasons, you know, we did the special, I think back in May down at Mar-a-Lago with the president for an hour or so on the release of the book.
Tell me the book, your publishing company you're running.
We had an MTG on earlier who has the big hit out now with you guys.
Walk me through the publishing company and particularly the book.
I know we're putting a big effort on the letters to President Trump which is very moving and shows him how beloved he was by all of culture before he actually ran for president and stood up to defend his country.
donald trump-jr
Yeah, listen, I actually started a publishing company because I saw all these sort of voices on the conservative side that were going to the sort of usual suspects in publishing, and they'd be censored.
They'd be, you can't write that, or, I mean, they'd literally pay them their upfront.
And then all of a sudden, yeah, we're just not going to publish it.
You keep your money.
We're not going to let that out in the ether.
The censorship isn't just happening online.
It was happening in traditional publishing.
So with some friends started a group called Winning Team Publishing to do exactly that.
We published Carrie Lake's book.
We published a Marjorie Taylor Greene's book.
We did books for my father that just wouldn't have gone anywhere else.
Judge Jeanine, myself, Charlie Kirk, you know, people who are true, you know, leaders in the conservative movement that just weren't able to get their voice out any other way.
So we did a fun book.
We found in my father's, you know, literally his filings over the last 30 years.
All these letters to him, you know, from Princess Diana, from Oprah, from Alec Baldwin, all these people who, you know, were either historical figures or later became haters.
And it's sort of interesting to say, you know, these people didn't dislike Trump all that long ago.
They were actually big fans.
And so we made this book, put all these letters in there.
My father had sort of handwritten commentary and or regular commentary on each one of these stories.
And it's sort of amazing.
Yeah, you can find it at 45books.com.
And I know there's a you get 20 bucks off if you use promo code Bannon.
So you're all in on this.
I appreciate it.
But yeah, check it out at 45books.com.
But it shows you.
How contrived the world we live in actually is, how fake it all is, all of these haters.
I mean, the Alec Baldwin commentary is perhaps the most extreme, but leaders from all over the world, people that all of a sudden, magically, after a 30-year positive relationship, you put that big R next to your name as a Republican, and all of a sudden, It's easier to do it, but what we've really seen, Steve, in the last few weeks, you see Snoop Dogg, who did a video of a drive-by shooting of my father in 2017, because, hey, that would get you on TV, that gets you some clicks, that gets you...
You know, some love from your record label, whatever it may be.
Even he's now, well, you know, listen, Trump's never done anything to me.
He understands where his people are going.
He understands where the community who buys his music is going.
He understands the hardships that they're going through.
And so there is a big cultural shift going on right now that even, again, big tech, mainstream media can't hide.
They can't suppress it because it's so flagrant and it's so obvious.
steve bannon
By the way, one of the powers of the book, Don Jr., you know this probably better than anybody, but it's one of the things that being close to President Trump, it's one of the great gifts.
His sense of humor is absolutely self-deprecating, but it's incredible.
And you see that throughout this book and some of the comments he makes in the writing.
That's where it's worth it.
It's a treasure.
And this is something you will keep on the, it's the quality of it, the photography of it, the paper stock.
This is something you put on the coffee table as a conversation item and get people to flip through it, particularly haters.
If you get the haters, you'll see all of a sudden they're having a big change.
Don Jr., one more time, where do people go?
donald trump-jr
You go to 45books.com and I know you get 20 bucks off with promo code Bannon.
So 45books.com, you know, we have a lot of great stuff.
We had a good time with it.
It really is an interesting sort of walk down memory lane.
It was very cool that he kind of kept those kind of records.
And you see that seismic shift.
It probably tells you so much of what you need to know, but you're right.
It's a coffee table book, very high quality print.
It's large, right?
You know, 18 by 18 plus.
And so yeah, I think people will really enjoy it.
steve bannon
Large like the man's presence.
And you'll see, I think, this tectonic plate shift because people understand whether African-American men, whether Hispanic men, whether people under 35 youth, that Donald J. Trump has got their back and has been a great guy for a long time.
Don Jr., thank you so much for joining us.
By the way, Don Jr., your social media, I know you've been on occasion, on occasion you've put up something that's noteworthy.
How do people follow you, sir?
donald trump-jr
You know, Donald J. Trump Jr., you know, on all the usual social channels.
I also got my podcast twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.
on Rumble.
So, you know, download that, check it out.
I go long form with a lot of people.
I do a lot of Q&As, sort of ask me anything.
Uh, although tonight I'm going to go at 8 o'clock because I'm going to want to see what Tucker's doing and comment on that.
So tonight at 8 o'clock, I'll have Ken Paxton on talking about all the lawfare and the stuff that he's one of the few attorney generals fighting back.
He's also one of the guys that's, uh, that The rhinos in his home state in Texas tried taking him out.
So, you know, a lot to talk about there.
So I'll have Ken Paxton on tonight.
But yeah, the podcast is sort of great.
And you can also get it on Spotify and Apple podcasts any other time if you're not watching Rumble or you're not on there, if you're driving and whatever.
So all the usual channels, Donald J. Trump, Junior JR.
And yeah, I guess I probably talk a lot of crap there.
steve bannon
No, your sense of humor is pretty good, too.
Not too shabby.
Don Jr., thank you so much, man.
Appreciate it.
donald trump-jr
Thanks, Dave.
Have a good one.
steve bannon
I want everybody to go to check this book out.
It is something incredible.
You'll see what people thought of him before he came to save his country.
Let's go to Mar-a-Lago, Jane Zirkle.
The President's going to be up momentarily.
Jane, what do you got for us?
unidentified
That's right.
So we are waiting on President Trump, who's expected to make remarks just momentarily now before he heads to Nevada.
You know Nevada, Steve, right?
You know the state that Nikki Haley lost 30 points to nobody in?
Well, Nevada is definitely MAGA country.
But today is a historic day because the Supreme Court has a massive case in front of them, this Colorado 14th Amendment case.
Where the Colorado Supreme Court decreed that President Trump is an insurrectionist despite never being charged or convicted of insurrection.
How strange is that?
But President Trump is facing ballot disqualification in 35 states.
The magnitude of this case and what it means for the future of our republic is absolutely huge and it's going to be an exciting press conference to hear from President Trump and see what he has to say ahead of this.
steve bannon
Jane, hang on for one second right there.
I just want to get an update from Mike Davis.
I'm going to come right back to you.
Jane Zirkle is live at Mar-a-Lago.
The President is going to come up about 11.30.
Have a press conference.
Jane's got a couple of great questions for him lined up.
Let's go back to the Supreme Court.
Mike Davis, can you get us an update, sir?
mike davis
Well, the more you listen to this oral argument, I think the floodgates are opening for President Trump.
It could be an 8-1 decision for President Trump.
You know, you can never predict how these justices are going to rule based upon oral argument, but it seems like Kagan and even Here's the question.
How much longer do you think this is going to go?
President Trump had scheduled a press conference at 11.30 at the end of it.
the lonely, emotive dissent on this very easy case.
steve bannon
Here's a question.
How much longer do you think this is going to go?
President Trump had scheduled a press conference at 1130 at the end of it.
Do you think this will...
How long do you expect this to continue?
mike davis
I think...
I'm listening to Jason Murray, a friend of mine who's the lawyer for the anti-Trump forces, it decimated in there from Justice Kagan, his former boss on the Supreme Court, along with Justice Gorsuch, his former boss on the Tenth Circuit.
I think that Jason Murray may just want to throw in the towel and walk out of there as quickly as he can.
Who knows?
He's a good guy like Jason, but he's just getting destroyed in there, including by Kagan.
So, you know, maybe 15 minutes in this thing should, you know, maybe the TKO, the referee will come in and TKO Jason Murray.
steve bannon
You would give Jason a standing 8 count right now, is that what I'm hearing?
mike davis
I mean, he looks pretty dizzy right now.
I think it's time to just sit him down in the corner because he's getting the crap kicked out of him, including by Kagan.
steve bannon
Is that what you've seen?
At first you were saying some of the female justices on the Democratic side, the radicals, were all over this.
You believe you've seen Kagan and some others back off?
mike davis
Yeah, I think that they saw Jonathan Mitchell, who is a very effective Supreme Court advocate, just destroy all of the anti-Trump arguments.
And so I think Kagan and Jackson are cutting bait, cutting their losses.
Sotomayor, she'll go till the bloody end, I think, but this could be 8-1.
steve bannon
What has been the angle of attack to try to, from the justice you think, at least in the questioning, the angle of attack they're using to try to make sure they can make the case that Trump should be removed?
mike davis
Well, I think they're making a very emotional argument and it's a very dumb argument.
They're just arguing there's an insurrection Section 3 of the 14th Amendment allows to disqualify insurrectionists, and so therefore he should be disqualified, and we should just defer to these states.
And Kagan responded to Jason Murray, saying that the who's the president is a national issue, and you can't just have one state decide the presidency.
And that was pretty surprising to hear that from Kagan, and I imagine that Jason Murray was pretty surprised to hear that question from his former boss.
So, this case is done.
The question is whether it's going to be 6-3 or 7-2 or 8-1.
or 7 to 2 or 8 to 1 it looks like it's going to be 8 to 1.
steve bannon
Mike just hang on I'm a...
One last question I want you to hold, because we're going to go to Jane Zirkle.
We're going to look at this press conference.
I'm sure President Trump will wait till it's over, but I noticed the intensity this morning when you guys first got there.
The Star Wars bar in back of you were all jacked up, dancing around.
You know, this was the day Trump was coming down.
Is it just me, or does it look like a real lack of energy, that energy's kind of left the room?
Is that because they're listening also to what's going on inside?
Am I just perceiving that, or is the energy, are they a little deflated?
mike davis
Well, I mean, maybe they were only paid for an hour, so maybe, you know, maybe they had to go on to their next gig, you know, or maybe they went back to their homeless camp, I'm not sure.
But, no, maybe they realized that they put too much alcohol in their drink in the Star Wars bar, and time to go home.
steve bannon
Is it more dangerous to have Davis on here from his Article 3 headquarters or live?
Just hang on for a second, Mike Davis.
I think we've got a new gig for Mike Davis, live reporting from outside these intense legal arguments.
Jane Zirkle, can you give us an update?
I assume President Trump's going to wait to the end of the oral arguments to come out and make his case?
unidentified
Well, he does have a flight for Nevada, so we are expecting to hear from him any moment now, but we are definitely staying updated and anxiously awaiting his arrival.
But I'm wanting to really talk to him about the polls that have come out because he is just absolutely dominating.
He has huge leads.
And that's what these cases are trying to deter from.
They're trying to take away from the fact that President Trump cannot be beat at the ballot.
So they're trying to take him off it.
steve bannon
Jane, put us in the room there at Mar-a-Lago.
How much media showed up?
Is it the first team?
Is it pretty intense down there?
You expect a lot of nasty—holding a press conference is the only thing you can do—you expect a lot of nasty, a lot of one-sided, edgy, nasty questions?
unidentified
Well, I'll say this, I am in enemy seas right now, but I do want to say that it is a rather intimate press conference, so it'll be interesting to hear what everyone has to say, and if rather the questions are going to focus on the cases, if they're going to be going into the district case, for example, or the Eugene Carroll case.
But my questions will, of course, be focused on signal and not noise.
And that's what's important here, staying on topic, focusing on winning in November and ultimately seeing President Trump back in the White House in 2024.
steve bannon
Jane, I know you got to reposition before you punch.
And I know you got some questions for the president later.
Social media, where do people go to to follow you?
unidentified
You can find me at Jane Zirkle on Instagram, Twitter and, of course, Getter.
steve bannon
Jane, thank you.
I'll let you reposition now.
I want to thank the Real America's Voice team.
You've got great coverage.
Outside the Supreme Court is very difficult because of just getting a signal.
So I really want to thank Parker, Sig, and Rob Sig for the great job there.
And also on Mar-a-Lago.
Jane Zirkle, thank you.
Let Jane reposition.
I'm really proud of Jane.
Remember for years we had Jane on the bridge?
Jane on the bridge out there in the baking heat.
Of Palm Beach.
Now she's inside.
Mar-a-Lago is our correspondent down there.
She'll probably get a question or two in today.
I know the President thinks very highly of her because she always asks meaningful questions, not the kind of gotcha stuff.
See, President Trump, if you ask him a tough question, but it's a question of substance, President Trump will take it and, you know, he'll run with it.
He's not, I mean, Biden, you'll never, you can't see Biden up against a A group like this is absolutely impossible.
But you get Trump, he'll do it in a second.
OK, I want to go to Mike Lindell before President Trump.
We're going to go live as soon as President Trump walks out.
We're going to go live back to Mar-a-Lago.
Also got a couple more questions from Mike Davis I can fit in.
Mike Lindell.
First off, I had Don Jr.
on here, brother, and Don Jr.
saying, hey, look, there's two things, lawfare and stealing the election.
We still haven't solved the problems with a lot of the issues with the stealing the elections.
I want the feedback.
I haven't had a chance to get into the RNC today.
That's going to be a big topic for us.
Everybody, we got the fight on Capitol Hill with Ukraine.
We got the Supreme Court.
You got the You've got today the caucus in Nevada.
We've got a lot to get to.
We're going to get to the RNC.
But as people have been contacting you, what's the number one?
Because you ran for RNC chair, and they try to mollify you after and say, hey, Mike, if you're a good boy and don't attack us, we'll try to get a resolution.
Although they're not going to do anything about it.
Where do you think the RNC stands right now?
As far as making sure that the Democrats can't steal the elections, at least in these key battleground states.
mike lindell
I would say they're doing very little, if not zero.
They did pass a resolution in August, but what that resolution does to go and pay for ballots and count it, that does help my group, Steve, that we are going to every county in the country.
We've got over 200 counties that committed to pay for ballots and count it, and we will get these selections secure in spite of the RNC.
They need to jump on board.
They need new leadership right now.
We're in the homestretch here.
We've got to get these elections secure.
And you're exactly right.
This is the only way that Donald Trump could even potentially lose, would be if they steal it again and if we don't have secure election platforms.
So I don't believe they're doing anything.
I think there's, you've got a lot of innards within the RNC.
They want to do stuff, but they need new leadership.
And that includes different lawyers, if you want my opinion, Steve.
They, uh, I know the lawyers over there hold them back on so many different things.
Well, let's not do this with our election.
Let's not talk about this because, uh, you know, we could get in law fair and everything else.
That's rubbish.
We, you know, that's what they want them to think and want them to do nothing.
steve bannon
I want to go exactly to this point.
The opposition has Mark Elias.
He's a beast, OK?
And I realize people say, well, why do you say such good things about him?
I'm not saying the guy's pure evil, but he's effective.
This is why President Trump has got 700 years in prison.
You know, they're trying to get him in 700 years in prison, take him off the ballots, because you've got these evil demons like Mark Elias out there.
What President Trump shows you, President Trump is not risk averse.
If he was risk-averse, he would have never come back from Mar-a-Lago when they stole the election the first time.
He would have just gone and bought more golf courses and been a hero in pop culture and, you know, gotten his reputation back and everything they stole from him.
But he's not risk averse.
He's about risk mitigation.
He's smart about that, but he came back to save his country.
This is one of the central, the beating heart of the problem with the RNC.
All the RNC has turned into, and let me be blunt, is a social club.
It's a group that hangs out, goes to these big resorts, and they talk a big game, and they go on media, and it's all big talk, talk, talk, talk, talk.
I've looked at this thing now for a decade.
And I'm telling you, Mike Lindell, and this is why they're trying to bankrupt, you think it's random they're trying to bankrupt Mike Lindell?
No, they understand, as crazy as Mike Lindell is, that energy gets people motivated, and he gets focused on one thing.
And let me repeat this, Media Matters picked you up today, and I'm saying this because it's burned into my soul.
The Democrats cannot beat Trump.
They can only do one or two things.
Steal this election at the ballot box with all the machines and all the mail-in ballots.
I'm a mail-in ballot guy.
With that, steal it once again like they did in 2020 because it's a stolen election, it's had catastrophic consequences, or somehow these machinations at the court either bleed him out with money or somehow they get him like some random thing off the ballot.
This is the only thing they got.
They ain't got the policies.
They don't have the personality.
They don't have the connection with working class people in this country.
We are ascended.
His movement is ascended on everything they try to do to crush us.
And this is why they're coming after Mike Lindell.
And this is why the RNC, you know, pats Mike Lindell on the head and says, Mike, you're a good boy.
Here's a resolution.
We want to go to game day ballots.
Now get the hell out of here because you're bugging us, sir.
mike lindell
That's right.
And Steve, I want to tell a little more about the RNC.
What I noticed there is like, All these states, they're all going, well, we'll give you money.
Boy, we have money coming.
So they won't make decisions and help out what they know needs to be done.
The common sense things like secure our elections.
Oh, but we can't vote on this because we've been promised money over here by Ronna.
I heard this all the time when I was running.
They were afraid to vote against her and afraid to do these things they know.
Talk out about our election platforms.
Because of they were promised money.
It's disgusting.
They've got to get on board right now or we're going to lose our country.
You're exactly right.
The only way that the Democrats beat Donald Trump is if they steal it again.
And we're doing everything.
We're doing what the RNC should be doing.
Everybody can look at LyndalePlan.com.
Everything we're doing.
That's the grassroots out there doing all this.
steve bannon
Well, we need the RSC to do it.
We'll get to that when we get more time.
I got you prime time right here, Lindell, so I don't wanna hear any more whining from you.
I got you prime time right before the President comes to the sticks in a press conference.
Mike Lindell, you got a minute on my story and you got a minute on selling a lumpy pillow on my pillow right before the President of the United States comes up at Mar-a-Lago to address the nation.
What do you got for me, sir?
mike lindell
Well, everybody, MyPillow, we've got, we still have, remember the flannel sheets will be probably gone this week, so get the flannel sheets.
That was the War Room Posse, jumped on that.
They're as low as $29.98.
And you go to the War Room, there it is, the flannel sheets.
We still, I just checked before I came in.
All the colors and styles are there.
Free shipping on your entire order.
Go to mypillow.com.
All the blankets, everything, for all of January that we were gonna have all these Specials that we had.
We even reduced them more for the War Room Posse because you helped us so much.
That $29.98 queen size MyPillow 2.0, lowest price in history, $5 more for the King.
Then you have the blankets are up there, all the blankets on sale.
We're keeping the MyPillow down comforters on sale for 60% off for the War Room Posse.
Remember, all the beds, the beds and the mattress toppers, we just put, go to the website right now, we put all them on sale for present day coming up.
All of them for the War Room Posse.
You guys get first choice on them, okay?
Then we have, we just announced last week, the My Store platform actually showed up on Jimmy Kimmel last night, Steve, when you had all my group on TV here, and they were, of course, mocking it.
You know, it's like a mini Amazon.
What a great concept.
Hold on, hold on.
Hang on, stop.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
Jimmy Kimmel, of course they're gonna mock it.
This is the global elites, right?
Jimmy Kimmel with ABC, that whole Disney, the whole crap, and the people come on his show, all the celebrities, they all kiss the ass of Xi, they're in bed with every dictator in the world, they don't care about the people.
Jimmy Kimmel mocking my story is exactly my point.
Stop giving your money to people that hate you.
You've got the My Patron Supply people to get you ready.
You've got My Store.
You're providing entrepreneurs.
And here's the key to My Store that I love so much.
If you're some just schmendrick, right, and you come up with some idea, and you're lucky enough to get onto Amazon, you convince them to take you, whatever, Understand immediately, the CCP's got thousands of people to look and take that immediately, re-engineer it.
And Amazon, do you think Jeff Bezos cares about patriots in this country?
Do you think he cares about American entrepreneurs?
You would be dead wrong.
You see that 9,000 foot yacht he's got that's bigger than a U.S.
combatant, a cruiser, or my destroyer?
He's thinking about how he maximizes every penny of profits.
And if he's got a source out of China with slave labor, he's got a source out of China with slave labor.
So what you do is you protect these folks.
When they come to you, they can't go get a reverse engineer.
mike lindell
Right.
It's total protection.
I went through all this, everybody.
I'd put my products up.
I'd be copied with the... wouldn't matter if it's the sheets, the MyPillow, my mattress, it would all be copied.
Within like a week or two, you're going, made in China.
They'd even call it... they wouldn't even copy the names up there.
And this happened, by the way, in Walmart, too.
At Walmart, it was just as bad.
Walmart.com.
These places, these entrepreneurs, you just get gobbled up.
You either get copied, or they'll infringe on your patent, or they'll copy the name.
And I give these entrepreneurs a safe haven.
They come to my store.
We've uploaded and vetted probably over 2,000 of them, thousands of them.
And now they sit up there.
We don't let China products on mystore.com.
And you know what, if they have problems out there, I have a representative, one of my employees, that each one of them is assigned so we can answer their questions and help them like I needed help back in the day, but I had to just plow through because I didn't have someone to look up to as a mentor and to get through and get my great product to market.
And I'll tell you, it's been so amazing, Steve.
And by the way, the last week, all of them, or a lot of them, have texted me and called me and thanking the War Room Posse for checking out my store.
The sales have just exploded on there for these entrepreneurs, and they're supporting their families.
And remember, MyPillow and MyStore, these are employee-owned companies, so it's like you're supporting.
It's a win-win-win-win-win.
And all of them have a story there.
If you go to MyStore.com, there's stories there too.
steve bannon
MyStore.com, promo code WORM, you get the big discounts.
You go to MyPillow.com, you get the one-time great offers.
Although, Fox has blinked.
You're back up on Fox.
So TV for stupid people getting some of the good deals, but you still got all the specials for WORM.
MyPillow.com, promo code WORM.
And make sure you call 800-873-1062 and tell the operators Hey, heck with the IRS.
We got your back, right?
We're not going to fold.
We're always going to have your back.
Mike Lindell, you're a patron and hero.
Thank you.
And can you please not call me and whine that I don't get you the best times on War Room?
I got you right before the President of the United States comes to the sticks.
I got your prime time, bro.
If you can't sell pillows here, you can't sell pillows, right?
I mean, this is the audience that wants a good night's sleep.
Fight back on Jimmy Kimmel, folks.
No, no, no.
But Jimmy, okay, here's what they're trying to do.
The big shots in Hollywood, when they do that, they're mocking these entrepreneurs, and they're mocking you.
They're saying, you're the little people.
You don't matter.
You go to my store.
We got Amazon.
Well, Amazon's just an apparatus to essentially steal from entrepreneurs, and they'll tell you.
mike lindell
Steve, he actually mocked When I held up my blind painter that I grew up with, his name is Jim Hansel.
He's legally blind, and he's the best painter you'll ever see.
He actually mocked him last night on his show.
And he goes, a blind painter.
Disgusting.
steve bannon
Hang on.
This afternoon, we're going to do that.
I'm going to get that clip and then play it.
OK, thank you, brother.
mike lindell
All right, thank you.
steve bannon
OK, here's what we got.
Here's what we got, Warren Posse.
Because you guys are driving so much of the action here.
Momentarily, we're going to go to, if we can put up right now, the shot in Mar-a-Lago.
Thank you very much, split screen.
Ah, there they go.
unidentified
See that?
steve bannon
That's amazing.
Thank you, Denver.
Thank you, Denver.
That's a great shot.
So President's going to come out, and he's going to have a press conference in a few minutes.
And I'm sure he's gonna be off the hook as he often is at these press conferences.
He takes all questions, right?
He don't see Biden.
You know, Biden the other day forgot who the Hamas guy, you know, Hamas.
It's just embarrassing.
He sees dead people.
And I remember that movie years ago, I See Dead People.
Biden's wandering around telling these same stories, but these stories are lies, but he's putting in people who have been dead for like 20 years into the stories.
It's, if you know the pressure that goes on in the National Security Council down in the Kennedy room right below the West Wing, I can't imagine.
Well, first off, you got, think about it, you got Tony Blinken, you got Janet Yellen, you got Jake Sullivan, you got General Austin.
It's like, that's like the couch at Animal House, right?
That's like, that's like the couch at Animal House.
I mean, it's an odd collection, like the Adams family.
And then he got Biden.
Oh, I forgot Kamala Harris.
Man.
So you got that group.
Right.
And so Biden's kind of wandering around and he never has press conference.
He can't take these questions.
He just canceled for the second year in a row.
He just canceled the second year in a row, the Super Bowl interview.
He can't do that.
He can't sit there and answer questions.
But President Trump can.
He's going to come out momentarily.
We got Mike Davis back in the Supreme Court.
I'll go back to Mike Davis.
I think real America, Charlie Kirk's following us, but I'm sure real America's voice is going to take this presser because you got to hear what the president has to say, particularly on a day of such a historic nature.
Just to do a reset.
Not a great reset.
We're just in a reset here in the worm for the for the posse.
And I would strongly recommend get Bill Blaster because your work over the next couple of weeks is going to be essential to what's going on here.
So the they took 24.
And this is how rigged the deal is.
They're supposed to vote and get a vote and get all the senators up there and vote and then move on.
They lost a crushing defeat yesterday for the entire bill, the border bill, coupled with the bailout of Ukraine that lost.
Historically.
unidentified
50-48.
steve bannon
They got to get 60 votes and in the end they got 48.
Historic defeat.
I believe the beginning of the end of the McConnell regime.
Then they open up just to come back and just do the bailout of Ukraine and toss Israel in there and a taste to Taiwan.
And remember, we said, never can you bring this as a clean bill.
You've got to have, you've got to shut down the border as a minimum to do it.
So then they said, heck with that.
We can't get that.
We're not going to shut down the border.
So we're going to come back with this.
Not getting the votes, they hung up yesterday at about, they started at three o'clock.
By about 4, 430, it was 58, 41.
They knew they couldn't get to 60.
41 already gives you the win.
They kept the vote open for an entire day.
They're going to come back here at noon for an entire day.
They've twisted enough arms.
They're going to get to 60.
What does that mean?
It breaks the filibuster.
You get cloture.
And now because these guys want to get out of town, they get boondoggles set up to travel internationally in these congressional delegations because it's so necessary to get the wisdom of like Ben Cardin, right?
Or the guy from Hawaii.
You know, have you seen about if you want to get a sense of how your nation's governed, Whenever Grace and Mo put up on Getter in a Rumble, the C-SPAN feed, particularly in the Senate, that's the bar at Star Wars.
I mean, it's the oddest collection of people that you, you know, this is the leaders.
I mean, this is back what the founders thought as a As a kind of a replica of the Senate of Rome.
Remember the Senate and people of Rome ran the Roman Republic for what four or five hundred years?
Six hundred years.
This is supposed to be a replica of that.
You know all the stories you read in history of everything that went on in the Roman Senate.
And this is supposed to be a replica?
You see those guys, you're not thinking mythology, you're not thinking, you know, maybe this is not what the founders had in mind, right?
I don't know if Hamilton and Jefferson and these guys thought that this crowd, and this is one of the reasons the country's in the shape it's in.
Compare the presence of those folks to the presence of Donald Trump.
I mean, even if you hate Trump, he walks in a room, he just sucks the oxygen out of you.
He's a commanding presence.
A commanding presence.
Very few people have that.
That's called charisma.
That's a gift from the gods.
You either got it or you don't.
And of course he's got it.
Think about it for a second.
The man you're about to see come to these sticks, okay?
He's got, and this is why I keep saying, like, why am I so focused on the RNC?
People have to augment what is going on here.
You can't put all of it on Trump.
You can't.
Think about it for a second in your own life.
What guy in his 70s Would be able to do what he does and go around these things and give these speeches an hour and a half with no notes, make them entertaining, make them so you're sucked into the moment as he explains things.
Who could do that?
At the same time have the pressure of 700 years in prison on all these criminal charges, to then have all the stuff at the Supreme Court, the immunity situation where they just came back with a gun-decked ruling by the appellate courts to try to force him to go to the Supreme Court to try to keep this trial And maybe tonight at five if I can do it, if not tomorrow.
I'll put up the calendar they had at MSNBC because they're freaking out.
They're going, oh my God, right now, the trial is going to start in August and it's going to go up.
The verdict could come back like two days before the election.
Well, I don't think that's going to happen.
That is such obvious election interference that the American people vote 90-10 to put him in.
Because they're tired of the games.
And now these are not games, these are deadly games.
Do I have Mike Davis?
Can I go to Mike Davis one more time?
Let's go to Mike Davis.
Mike, I want to go to you for your summary.
We got a hard out here return over to Charlie Kirk, but also President Trump are probably going to come to the sticks in Mar-a-Lago for his press conference.
Can you tell me what's what's the latest?
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, this case against Trump is really falling apart inside of that Supreme Court hearing room.
I think the Democrats really, really miscalculated by bringing This case to the Supreme Court, it undermines their lawfare effort.
They're losing all credibility with the Supreme Court.
When it looks like you're going to lose Elena Kagan and Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson, it could be an 8-1 decision, you have miscalculated badly.
steve bannon
So, are they still concluding the arguments?
Are they still asking questions?
Or are we wrapped up?
mike davis
I think it's pretty close to wrapped up by now.
Like I said, they need to call an ambulance for Jason Murray, my friend, who is the lawyer for the anti-Trump forces because he just got gutted inside that courtroom, including by his former boss, Elena Kagan, who generally would not gut him.
It was pretty bad.
steve bannon
And so that's interesting.
You know guys on both sides of the case here, right?
You come from Iowa, but you live in Colorado.
Is that why you know both guys?
mike davis
I do.
Jason Murray clerked for both Justice Gorsuch when he was on the Tenth Circuit, and then Justice Kagan on the Supreme Court.
And I know him.
He's a really smart, good, young attorney, but he just got the crap kicked out of him today in the Supreme Court.
steve bannon
And how did President Trump's lawyer, the performance, this guy's supposed to be a superstar, you know him well, how did he do today?
mike davis
Jonathan Mitchell was exactly who President Trump needed in the courtroom today because he easily handled very tough questions and steered the court very quickly to President Trump's position.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, where do people go for Article 3, for your summaries today?
Hopefully we'll get you up here at 5.
We're going to go to the President's press conference.
unidentified
Where do people follow you, social media, all of it?
mike davis
Article3project.org, article3project.org.
You can donate there, at article3project, at article3project, on Gitter, Twitter, Truth.
My personal is mrddmia, mrddmia.
And thank you for letting me report from the Star Wars bar today outside of the Supreme Court.
unidentified
Amazing.
steve bannon
You were amazing.
Real America's Voice, I want to thank you.
We got a better shot than MSNBC or CNN.
I mean, come on.
Rob and Parker Sigg just doing an incredible job.
The entire crew down there, the DC crew, getting on Mike Davis.
Programming note, Charlie Kirk's supposed to follow us, but the president's going to come out for a press conference.
I'm sure Charlie will pick that up.
You got Poso after that.
We're back at five o'clock.
We're going to be covering all of this.
The Senate, we're going to be taking that live.
There'll be debate going.
I'm sure they've gun decked this thing.
They're now going to move forward with the Ukraine, putting a fig leaf on it.
So we'll be intensely all over that to get the War Room posse up on the on the ramparts.
Then at six, I think we're going to do, I was going to have Captain Fennell and others back tonight.
To talk about other topics, particularly it's been now exposed from yesterday that when Chris Raid came and gave that testimony, remember the testimony from WECO, talked about the Chinese Communist Party, it turns out for five years For five years, and this is a government report coming out.
For five years, the Chinese hackers have been embedded into certain of the infrastructure of the United States of America.
And this is what I keep saying, this is what I hear from everyone here.
And if you just do the math, that's back to roughly May of 2019.
And what have we said?
That's when they declared the people, that's when they tore up the Lighthizer deal that President Trump worked on for two years.
That's when they declared the People's War.
They said we're not going to be part of the West.
We're not going to go into the American overall economic system.
We're going to stop it.
For five years they've been embedded into our infrastructure.
This is one of the reasons for Home Title Lock.
