In the House, two articles of impeachment were released against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
First, charging him with willful and systematic refusal to comply with the law.
And second, breach of public trust, accusing him of making false statements.
The Department of Homeland Security calling the upcoming impeachment vote a farce.
Eight million encounters, 300 on the terror watch list, 200 million people dead now thanks to fentanyl poisoning that this one man is responsible for.
I think that is a dereliction of duty.
And, you know, we looked at the founding fathers here.
They didn't have a lot of federal criminal statutes.
Breach of the public trust is sufficient to impeach.
And just to give you a sense of how difficult of a lift it will be for some Republicans to support this plan, you saw over the weekend the Oklahoma Republican Party condemning and censuring James Lankford's actions as he's negotiated this border deal.
Just a sign of some of how this conservative backlash is shaping up across the country.
The details, which I first reported on Friday, would require the federal government to temporarily block almost all migrants from entering the U.S.
when daily crossings reach an average of 5,000 per day in any given week.
The border would be closed to most migrants until the U.S.
sees fewer than 2,000 approach the border per day over a two-week span.
This comes after crossings reached a record 300,000 last month.
And crucially, for Ukraine, the bill would be paired with billions of dollars to help in its war against Russia.
Republicans have been railing on the border for three years, saying Biden has not done enough.
They've been going down the border, having press conferences.
Now there's a chance to do something.
Yeah, maybe not go as far as you want, but potentially do something.
And that is the argument that a lot of the Republican senators have been making, who've been supporting this, including Senator James Lankford, who was on the Sunday shows this morning, pushing back on the GOP criticism.
Now it's interesting, a few months later, when we're filing it at the end, they're like, oh, just kidding.
unidentified
|
I actually don't want to change the law because it's a presidential election year.
There are a number of us who won't be looking to third parties in assessing the propriety of passing this bipartisan proposal.
I just reject the idea that we should reserve a crisis for a better time to solve it.
I don't see how we have a better story to tell when we miss the one opportunity we have to fix it.
I mean, Republicans were united over the border.
Now they're divided over it.
They are. | ||
And I mean, to Molly's point, I think that this could very well end up playing well for Biden, because even if a Senate deal is reached, once it reaches the House, House Republicans appear ready to just kill it, as everyone has reported.
And if they kill it, which maybe will make progressives happy, it allows President Biden to say on the campaign trail, I was willing to concede a lot because he was willing to concede so much in this border deal that the left flank is really angry at him.
They essentially feel as though he's totally changing potentially in this deal, asylum law, which is a right right now under US law for migrants, whether they're entering at a port of entry or entering between ports of entry, it's a right that they have to claim. And this law, this bipartisan deal would potentially totally change that. So it's big concessions on Biden's part, and it allows him to essentially
make that argument against Trump. This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
We pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
It's Monday, 29 January in the year of our Lord 2024.
It's Monday, January 29th, in the year of our Lord 2024.
We're live at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We're here for the Restoring National Confidence conference put on by Charlie Kirk and the great team at Turning Point USA.
We're here for the next two days to go through exactly how we close in the deal of President Trump's massive, massive victory this November.
shotgun with me today is going to be Rahim Kassam.
Since it is 7 a.m. | ||
here on the West Coast, it was a little too early for Rahim to get in hair and makeup, so Rahim's going to be doing it by Skype.
So I've got to fill in. | ||
The great Ben Burquam is also going to be riding shotgun with me today.
Ben, thank you so much, because we're going to go to the border.
Everything you just heard there...
is lies and misrepresentation.
This is how nervous they are.
Lankford got censured by the Oklahoma GOP over the weekend.
This bill is dead. | ||
It's not dead because it secures the border.
It's dead because, quite simply, this bill codifies the invasion of our country.
And we're never going to put into law the invasion of our country and even more of it.
MTG is going to join us for a second.
Also, Mayorkas. | ||
I mean, I don't even know, Ben, in what world Are we going to pass a bill that is going to be dependent upon, all actions dependent upon, is dependent upon Mayorkas who the file on impeachment, the articles of impeachment for Mayorkas just got leaked over the weekend or filed over the weekend.
MTG is going to be here to join us.
Ben, you've been down the border.
We got a team at the border today we're going to be talking to.
Tell me how This bill, and they just sit there, this is the toughest bill.
This bill is nothing more than codifying the invasion of the United States of America.
And specifically here, that bill will destroy the African American working class community, the Hispanic citizens of the United States working class community.
It will give six or seven million invaders work permits immediately.
Wages will be destroyed.
The education system will be destroyed.
Healthcare will be destroyed.
The hardest working Americans in the working class will absolutely Absolutely be destroyed by this bill, and we will never let it pass, and I'm telling you right now, I don't think it'll come out of the Senate if the war room posse does its job.
Ben Burquham. | ||
Yeah, no, I mean, clearly, James Lankford has lost his mind.
The fact that he's in Oklahoma and he does this, I mean, we've got somebody here on set right now from Oklahoma, and they're livid.
The entire state is livid.
But this is what we've come to expect.
This is what the rhino establishment class does.
They line up, they align with the Democrats, and this, I mean, just the one fact That they are guaranteeing, rather than saying we're going to stop the invasion, which any bill that doesn't stop the invasion should be dead on arrival.
Any one of these, we have to stop it.
Absolutely. | ||
Absolutely. | ||
Zero. | ||
As Andy Biggs and Rosendale and these guys say, it's quite simple.
No, a day. | ||
Todd Bensman, detain and deport the double D's. Detain immediately at the border, seal the border and deport them back and including the six to eight million. Anything else in the bill is all happy talk and just to codify the invasion that's already happened and to allow 1.8 million minimum in in the future.
Yeah, five five thousand a month is what they're doing.
No, a day, a day, a day, a day, a day, a day, a day, a day.
Excuse me, excuse me, excuse me. Five thousand a day. One hundred and fifty thousand.
One hundred and fifty thousand a month. This is guaranteed.
This is just guaranteeing the invasion continues. What you're doing is saying to the world, the golden ticket has now expanded.
It's not just it's not just the the going through and getting your your your your free pass at the ports of entry, not just going in and saying, you know, I'm turning myself in. Now it's saying we are guaranteeing five thousand a day and then everybody else gets to come and just simply walk across.
We know it does absolutely nothing. So any Republican that votes for this bill, it's they should be out of office. I mean, there's.
They should be absolutely turfed out.
Do we have MTG? | ||
Okay, let's bring in MTG.
I think we got her by phone from an airport.
She's going back to D.C.
today. | ||
Congressman Green, you're the leader of filing these charges against Mayorkas.
Can you give us an update?
unidentified
|
Absolutely, Steve, and I'm very happy that my articles of impeachment are receiving a vote on Tuesday in my Homeland Security Committee.
It's pretty outrageous that I had to go to such an extent to get these articles for a vote.
Back in November, I forced a floor vote on the House floor, forcing Congress to take a vote on these articles of impeachment against Mayorkas.
But look at the timing of this.
I just heard you guys talking about the very fact that Democrats and Republicans holding hands together in a border surrender deal that would allow 5,000 illegal immigrants to come in our country, and they want to call this a deal and a win for the country?
If America lasts as it gets, then every Republican should be thrown out that actually votes for it.
Democrats, too. | ||
It's ridiculous. | ||
But we'll be impeaching Secretary Mayorkas on Tuesday in Homeland, and I am looking forward to seeing that those articles of impeachment have a for-vote in the House, and then we'll have everyone on record that stands with the invasion of America.
Are you going to vote tomorrow?
When you say Tuesday, that's tomorrow in Washington at the Homeland Security Committee?
You're going to vote tomorrow on the articles?
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
Tomorrow, on Tuesday, in the Homeland Security Committee, my articles of impeachment of Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas will receive a vote.
And every Republican on the committee is going to be voting to impeach Secretary Mayorkas.
So, MTG, help me out here.
You've been down in Texas.
How do we have this bill that the happy-clappy part of the Republican Party is on TV?
Oh, this is so great. | ||
to be executed is Mayorkas. The $5,000 per day is still Mayorkas' decision of how to execute.
At the same time, the federal government is suing at the Supreme Court the state of Texas and threatening to cut down the razor wire to allow more invaders in. How do we have the federal government taking on the state of Texas, trying to let more invaders in? Mayorkas, who's being impeached by your committee, is the guy that executes everything on their bill. And they're looking at the American people in the eye and saying, oh, this is the toughest bill that's that's ever been coming forward to secure the board.
How does that work? | ||
unidentified
|
They're lying. | |
They're flat out lying.
H.R. | ||
2 is the toughest border security bill that was ever passed in the House.
The Democrat-controlled Senate refuses to take up H.R.
2 and pass it. | ||
Joe Biden refuses to sign it into law.
But that is the absolute best security that we can bring for our border laws.
And that's what Congress should be doing.
That's what the White House should be doing.
But they don't care about that, Steve.
We all need to remember and understand what happened in 2021.
This was a takeover of our country.
The Biden administration, the Democrats took over our country.
They are America last. | ||
They want our country willfully invaded.
They want to fight as many foreign wars as possible.
And they want to finish what Obama started, the radical transformation of America.
That's what this is. | ||
And so when they stand on TV and say Republicans don't want to secure the border, when Joe Biden says Republicans don't want to give me money to secure the border, they are flat outlined.
They want a global invasion of America.
That's what they've been doing since they started.
And we are doing everything we can possibly to stop it.
And that includes impeaching Alejandro Mayorkas.
MTG, over the weekend it was released, I think by the Telegraph in London, a $40 million massive stealing of American taxpayer money in Ukraine by defense officials.
$40 million for fake artillery vouchers they put in and got paid for.
There's rumors there's billions of dollars that the Ukrainian government has stolen At the same time, we have carrier battlegroups up with troops and we have troops who just got shelled, three dead, dozens wounded by the Persians up on the Jordanian-Syrian border.
Why are we putting carrier battlegroups, sending money to Ukraine?
We have troops up on Jordan-Syria border and no troops and no carrier battlegroups down on the Gulf of Mexico on the southern border.
Why do we protect other borders and not our own?
unidentified
|
Well, they don't care about our border.
They clearly don't. | ||
They only care about other countries' borders.
And we have a lot of answers that we want from the Biden administration and the Department of Defense.
Number one, which AUMF are they following?
Which one? | ||
Because it's outrageous.
Congress has not voted to go to war with Iran.
Congress has not voted to go to any wars, at least since I've been there.
And then also, why are our troops, why are they being killed?
What are they doing that is happening that's causing them to be killed?
The Navy SEALs, the two Navy SEALs that were tragically killed, there's a lot of questions around their deaths, and the official story is being questioned.
And now we've had three more American soldiers die, and it's over 30 now that are injured.
We didn't vote to go to war.
The only war that we care about is the one at our southern border, and that's the one that our military should be posted up on to stop the invasion into America.
But Joe Biden is going to lead us into World War III, Steve, and none of this would have ever happened if we had President Trump in the White House.
MTG, how can people track you on social media?
How do they get to your site?
unidentified
|
Well, just everyone needs to follow and pay attention to all my social media.
They can also go to mtg4america.com.
Councilman Green, thank you for stepping out in the airport and giving us a call.
Appreciate it. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, thanks so much, Steve.
Okay, what MTG is talking about there is the War Powers Act.
Lindsey Graham and company want to go in and start bombing Persia today.
Tehran want to get us into actually the kinetic part of the Third World War.
American troops being hit in Jordan and on the Syrian border.
We got carrier battlegroups all over the place taking incoming.
You've got now a massive scandal, a massive scandal of stealing American taxpayer money in Ukraine.
We're going to break it all down for you.
We're actually going to go to, I think, hopefully Arizona.
Why was Carrie Lake booed on the stage the other day?
We're going to get all the details from the new head of the Arizona GOP, Ben Berkron, Zoroastrian Rahim Kassam, Jack Posobiec later.
We're here at Turning Point USA, Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on The Strip.
Back in a moment. | ||
unidentified
|
I know we've proven today that we don't agree.
I know we don't agree. | ||
I know we've proven today that we don't agree.
I know we don't agree. | ||
I know we don't agree on everything.
But one thing we do agree on is the elections in Arizona are a corrupt mess.
The elections in Arizona are a corrupt mess.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
We're live at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada on the Strip.
It's what, 7.15? | ||
Most people, the Turning Point crew...
A lot of young folks at Turning Point.
They're coming in, actually, from last night, okay?
So they're going to be a little groggy.
Maybe not. | ||
We're not too packed this morning for the afternoon show.
I got Ben Berquam. | ||
We're going to the border in a minute.
Raheem's going to join us.
But we're now joined by Gina Swoboda, the new Arizona chairman of the GOP.
Gina, here's a question.
Carrie Lake, who is beloved throughout the country, MAGA superstar, Iowa, New Hampshire, big surrogate, probably the president's most important surrogate.
There was a lot of passion, tension, anger.
Why was Carrie Lake booed?
I've never seen Carrie Lake booed anywhere.
Why is she booed in Arizona, her home state?
unidentified
|
So the Republican Party of Arizona is divided.
And two weeks prior to the state party election was the Maricopa County party election.
And at the Maricopa County party election, one group in our kind of schism won all those races.
And so when we got to the state party election, the group that did not prevail at the county was upset.
And they, I think that they viewed The endorsements and what happened with Chairman DeWitt and just kind of the rapid back-and-forth over like a 72-hour period, they put that on Carrie.
Whether people think that's fair or not, I think that's what they had in their mind.
Did you guys work it out?
She came up early and took the incoming.
Have you guys started the process of healing?
Look, if we don't win Arizona, We're not going to win the presidency, and we're not going to win the Senate.
So Kerry-Lynch Senate run, absolutely urgent.
The president, we've got to win.
You know, we've won before.
We won in 16. | ||
We won in 20. | ||
It was stolen. | ||
The governorship was stolen.
You're the expert on how not to steal it.
I think that's the reason you're the GOP chair, correct?
Correct. | ||
So, DeWitt, Jeff DeWitt, is there a problem?
Is that there was no money raised?
I mean, what was, besides the tape, what are the problems in the GOP?
Because I keep hearing word that you got these factions, everybody's in each other's throat, you still got the old McCain factions putting the knife in everybody.
What is the reality? | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, there is no money in the AZGOP.
Okay, last time I looked, we're eight months away, nine months away from an election.
Let me repeat this. | ||
Arizona, as Arizona goes, so goes the nation.
We have to win with President Trump.
We can't have it stolen again.
We've had a presidential election stolen, and Fox News coming in at, what, 8 o'clock at night and saying it's over.
We had one stolen. | ||
We had the governorship stolen.
You have a lot of people out there that are despondent.
You have people throughout the country.
We have to win the presidency in Arizona, and we have to win Cary Lake.
We don't take back the Senate unless Cary Lake wins.
You're saying, how can the Arizona GOP be dead broke in an election year with nine months to go?
unidentified
|
They are. | |
So I'm coming in. | ||
I haven't seen the PNL. | ||
There hasn't been a profit and loss statement or issued in the prior year.
For a year? | ||
For a year. | ||
So we don't know where we are and we haven't known where we are for a year?
unidentified
|
That's correct. | |
Jeez. | ||
unidentified
|
That's correct. | |
How did that happen? | ||
unidentified
|
It's unknown. | |
So coming in, got to look at the books.
On the election side, we have to litigate.
We have to litigate now.
We have a lot of lawsuits going on.
We've got to get rid of the unmanned drop boxes.
That lawsuit, that judgment is imminent.
But the courts in Arizona, I hear you.
Don't get me wrong. | ||
I love the fact we're in the courts.
I know you're an expert.
But let me just posit, I don't think the courts in Arizona have exactly cut our way as far as decisions.
Has there been any ruling in Arizona at all?
You're the expert. | ||
I'm not. | ||
That has actually gone our way as far as election fraud?
unidentified
|
Yes, there are two. | |
Give me two. | ||
We survived the motion to dismiss, so it's not final, but that's the preliminary ruling from the judge.
So the Dropbox case, which is in Yavapai, and the signature verification case, which is also in Yavapai.
So Yavapai is very red. | ||
It's very conservative.
And we brought it, I think, early enough.
What usually happens to us is we get into the election and then the bad thing starts to happen.
And yes, none of the judges will help us once the election starts.
The third thing is this procedures manual thing.
The legislature is going to join us this time.
They have not done that in the past.
Well, they didn't follow the procedures at all last time.
That's one of the reasons Kerry lost.
That's right. | ||
unidentified
|
So we're going to remove from him all of these unlawful... From who?
From Secretary Fontes.
All of the procedures that are not in the law.
Fontes, who's the cartel lawyer?
That Fontes, who's the cartel lawyer?
unidentified
|
Asian Fontes. | |
Now the Secretary of State of Arizona?
Correct. | ||
unidentified
|
Who was the county recorder in Maricopa in the 2018 election, which is when we really start to see things go off the rails.
Started super bad 18, 20 is worse, 22.
They're not even trying to hide it anymore in Maricopa.
They're just breaking the seals on the tabulators and running ballots through.
So what we can do is get in there now, eliminate the things that are the worst of the gaps in the system. And what are those? The unmanned drop boxes. Got it.
The lack of any requirements for signature verification. So you see a video, click, click, click, click. Yep. And what's in this procedures manual will blow out the door. So if we thought what we saw before was bad, this is off the rails. I mean, it's worse than the other procedures manual. It's 100% worse. And how do we block that? That's what we're suing about now.
So the legislature is going to drop a lawsuit this week.
Yep. | ||
unidentified
|
The AZGOP is going to drop a lawsuit this week.
And the funding is coming from... Why didn't DeWitt drop the... Why didn't AZGOP drop this lawsuit six months ago?
The manual was released on December 30th.
Okay, fine. | ||
Got it. | ||
Okay. | ||
Listen, you've got a task in front of you.
You've got to bring all these factions together, number one, in all work and unified thing.
You've got to raise a ton of money, and that's normally the position.
People say, hey, I want to be chairman of the state GOP.
I keep telling folks, 99% of your job is to raise money, right?
So you've got to raise money.
At the same time, you're still the head and chief Voter integrity person in Arizona.
So, explain to this audience how you're going to... Any one of those efforts is a full-time gig.
unidentified
|
It is. | |
Okay, so that's three full-time gigs.
How is Gina Svoboda... Are you Superwoman?
unidentified
|
I am. | |
I'm Wonder Woman. | ||
You're Wonder Woman? | ||
unidentified
|
I am. | |
I'm fueled by God. | ||
Well, the President... I love that.
I have to say... Empowered by the Holy Spirit?
unidentified
|
Empowered by... Yeah, I'm wearing the armor of God.
Amen, amen. | ||
unidentified
|
You know? | |
And if the person... I think that the reason that God made me my nerdly election self is for this time.
So that the person that's... Because there's been a lot of times... I didn't want to say that.
I said we've got an Arizona, GOP kind of a nerd, but hey.
You're saying you're raised up for a reason?
Amen. | ||
We've had in the past, like I sat in the war room where the lawyers are, as you know in 22 and in 20, and I've seen things happening for 27 days, we have 27 days of early voting, so the stuff starts to happen right away.
And as soon as that starts to happen, you know, just Gina is like yelling, flag on the play, I need a lawyer, I need to go to court, I need this, I need that.
And that just has not happened.
I was not going to run for this.
The president called me and said, you need to do this.
That would be President Trump.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
The one and only president.
So to me, the president, right?
The real president. | ||
unidentified
|
The president. | |
And he said that you have to do this.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
And I said, yes, sir. | ||
I'm in. | ||
That's perfect. | ||
unidentified
|
I'll fight for every vote.
Walk me through one more time.
Look, you have a huge audience, not just live here, starting to be huge, for the guys coming off the tables early in the morning.
But you have a national audience, you have people in Arizona, the show's huge there.
Walk us through the support you need.
In addition to prayer and people, you know, spiritually having your back, in the material realm, Give me your ask right now because we got Arizona's everything.
We lose Arizona in the presidential race like they stole it last time.
And Mark Elias knows this.
The forces of evil know this.
I mean, they're licking their chops right now.
We got Gina Swoboda, right?
The chief nerd. | ||
These evil demons are out there.
They're saying, hey, we got her.
So walk us through what you need.
How do we have your back in the material realm?
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
I think Mark is scared of me and I think they actually did try to do a lot of damage over the past three days.
Are you throwing down on Mark Elias right now?
unidentified
|
I am 100% throwing down.
Are you going to beat Mark Elias?
You're going to beat Mark Elias?
unidentified
|
Mark brought it to me on Twitter and said, yeah, come and get it.
I'm going to give it to you.
I need to litigate. | ||
We need to litigate. | ||
We need to protect ourselves from lawfare.
That's how they weakened the system in 2020 and we didn't see them coming.
So we know where they are and please go to azgop.com and donate whatever you can.
We've got to litigate. | ||
I need money to do that. | ||
The other side has like Arabella advisors right on down and they're funding the lawfare and they've got an endless supply of cash.
We're running on fumes and if I can't litigate, I can't protect us.
So you need help to go on offense, is what you're saying?
unidentified
|
I need help. | |
Yes, we've got to take it to them.
We can't sit here and wait and then try to flail about when it's too late and it's already started.
We've got to do it now. | ||
We're bringing it now. | ||
But we need support to do it.
Thank you. | ||
OK, this is a providential move.
Everybody have Gina's back.
She was raised up for a reason.
She's an expert. | ||
Everybody said, hey, it's all about stealing the vote in Arizona.
We understand that. | ||
That's why Gina, who's our top dog here, she's going to take on Mark Elias.
You're committed to this audience.
You're going to beat Mark Elias?
unidentified
|
I am. | |
I'm gonna beat him many times.
I'm gonna beat him every time that he comes at us.
I love that. | ||
Okay, one more time. | ||
Where do people go? | ||
unidentified
|

Please, anything you can do.
We would love to have you back here.
And when you go to the site, we'd love to have you back here on a little deeper drill down when you're ready to go through, you know, the nuts and bolts of how you have to happen.
But the folks in Arizona, we got to come together.
We got to put, we got to put all of our swords and differences aside right now.
We got what, nine months?
We got to bring, like I said, as Arizona goes, so goes the country.
unidentified
|
Amen. | |
And don't forget, they're trying to give ranked choice voting to us everywhere, so we're fighting that too.
Because we're gonna win, we're gonna win this time, but then they're trying to change the rules because that's what they do.
I'm voting in Arizona. | ||
We'll never win an election again.
We need to do both. | ||
That's the great thing about what's happening here in Las Vegas the next two days.
Charlie Kirk has really got everybody on offense.
They're talking about ring choice voting.
There's a big detailed presentation about Arabella.
This is going to be pretty extraordinary.
I really want to thank you.
You were coming anyway.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
This is what a power player she was.
And then, oh by the way, over the weekend on Saturday.
What I loved about it, it was fascinating television.
I mean, and Carrie Lakes, she gave as good as she got, right?
She's very, she's a very, you know, sweet, classy person, but it got a little, it was kind of a fracas there, but everything turned out, and the president's choice, Gina Swoboda, is the chairman of the Arizona GOP.
Thank you so much, Gina.
unidentified
|
Thank you, Steve. | |
Good luck. | ||
Go with God. | ||
unidentified
|
God bless you. | |
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break here.
We're live at Planet Hollywood on The Strip.
This is restoring national confidence.
Restoring national confidence and they're not going to steal the 2024 like they stole the 2020.
Charlie Kirk's on watch.
The whole Turning Point crew is here.
We're going to return in just a moment.
We've got Jack Posobiec, Ben Burkheimer, Heem Kassam in the War Room.
Yeah, that's right. | ||
This was definitely a lethal attack, no question about that.
We think it was a single drone.
unidentified
|
this facility where it could endanger these American lives, killing three, but also we should note wounding some seriously up to two or three dozen more.
Yeah, that's right. | ||
You know, this was definitely a lethal attack.
No question about that.
We think it was a single drone.
We're still working out the details of how this drone got through and how it was able to actually target what in essence was a barracks building.
And given the hour upon which this attack occurred, you know, these troops were mostly in their beds and asleep.
They were in a barracks.
So we're still working out the details of exactly how this happened and how it occurred.
As for attribution, Again, we're still working our way through the intelligence on this as well.
Clearly, it has all the earmarks of a group or groups that are supported by Kitab Hezbollah, which is one of the big IRGC-funded, supported and resourced groups that operates in Iraq and Syria.
Again, it has all the earmarks of that, but we're still working our way through it.
You got all this happy talk.
You know, the Persians hit us.
I don't know why we got troops.
Why are we defending the Jordanian-Syrian border?
We tried to get those troops out in the first months of the Trump administration.
Of course, the deep state had a complete, total meltdown.
Raheem Kassam joins us live.
Thank you. | ||
And thank you for being here live.
I thought at first we were going to do Skype.
You told me you didn't do 7 a.m.
in person. | ||
Normally in these casinos, this is when you're leaving, right?
This is when you're taking your winnings?
unidentified
|
This is when I'm just getting started.
This is when I'm warming up in here.
By the way, we are standing in an incredibly important position here because in that ballroom, just down that hallway to our right, is where I first ever watched President Donald J. Trump give a speech in person.
And it was the first time we ran an op-ed, not by me, by one of our contributors at Breitbart London.
Yeah, so getting back to this nonsense coming out from the Senate that they're trying to push on the American people.
Yes, it's amazing. | ||
Fantastic. | ||
I didn't realize it was a planet in Hollywood.
It's right here. | ||
Yeah, it's pretty, pretty impressive operation they've got here.
Ben, before I go, I got cash, I got Posobiec about this and I want to get Rahim's thoughts.
You got some other thoughts on the border?
Yeah, so getting back to this nonsense coming out from the Senate that they're trying to push on the American people.
Bottom line is everything you're hearing is a fraud.
Anything they're talking about on the southern border is an absolute fraud.
Joe Biden, this is all political.
Anybody, they're, they're basically slapping you in the face, slapping the American people's intelligence and saying, don't, don't believe the three years of the treason that we've given you the last three years.
Believe what we're telling you now.
And we're just going to give you treason light.
Instead of having 300,000 a month come across, we're going to guarantee that we have 150,000 a month coming across.
It's all political. | ||
And I think, 1.8 million a year.
Minimum. | ||
Minimum. | ||
And I think what's going on in Jordan, I think the happiest person about this right now is Joe Biden.
So he can deflect and he can use this war, this World War III to start, to have something to run on.
This is a group that you have articles of impeachment about to be voted on tomorrow by the House Homeland Security Committee.
For the guy that would execute in every part of this deal.
It's dependent upon my York is actually executed.
Number one. | ||
Number two, total BS. | ||
The state of Texas has said, hey, this is so bad.
We've had taken our own hands.
Biden's troops are down on the border to cut the razor wire with the Supreme Court saying you can do it.
And the state of Texas said, reread the Constitution.
It's not happening. | ||
And other states are sending troops down there and people are sending razor wire.
I think Kristi Noem said a bunch of razor wire.
That's what the only reason.
They're even doing the phony amnesty bill is to get the $60 billion to money launder into Ukraine.
Rahim, over the weekend, big story, just $40 million, complete phony invoices for artillery shells by the top guys in their defense, we have said now for over a year.
Zelensky, it's a known fact, you should understand, it's a known open secret in Washington D.C.
that Zelensky and his cohorts have stolen at least $20 billion of aid that's come from both the Europeans and the Americans.
Rahim. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, but it's a known open fact, it's been a known open fact in Europe.
That's what Zelensky was there to do.
That's what his cadre was there to do.
Just like here, just like COVID, just like 2008, it's a wealth redistribution mechanism for these people.
It's to create a new oligarch class.
Remember, they were not just replacing a class of oligarch in Eastern Europe, they were replacing all the heads of state at certain points across Europe.
You know, you take out the more, you know, Putin-friendly, more Russo-friendly people, you replace them.
But you can't just replace the Prime Minister and expect that to be the... You know, Victoria Nuland will tell you all about this, right?
You have to replace everything and every piece of apparatus.
And so what was that money used for?
Yeah, in a lot of senses it was used for private jets and fancy cars and nice apartments.
But in a lot of senses, it's there to actually rebuild civil, open society in that globalist world.
Along lines of slosh, right?
unidentified
|
This isn't just slosh. | |
Right, we can't treat this as just pure corruption.
This is actually the undoing of the fabric of society that has gone back decades and hundreds of years in Europe in certain cases.
That's what the money's used for.
Okay, now we're going to start the war with the Persians.
Let's bring in Kash Patel.
Kash, I don't think it should be lost on anybody.
By the way, Kash is President Trump's national security advisor.
Kash, it shouldn't be lost on anybody.
This was a drone strike.
And Post is going to be on in a minute.
Where was the air defense against the drones?
Why weren't our local partners up there on watch, Kash Patel?
Yeah, look, this area, it's called Tower 22.
It's located 22 miles south of Al-Tanf garrison, which we've had for about 20 years in southern Syria.
And the reason this post exists is because of the humanitarian refugee crisis that Jordan has allowed to exist in this country.
Because the world just keeps shipping refugees down there and expects the U.S.
to monitor them. | ||
And the answer to your question about why didn't we defend and why didn't we see it coming is because Joe Biden has deprioritized intelligence collection matters for the protection of our troops and counterinsurgencies that attack our American troops and American locations like this one.
It's simple. | ||
When you have a secretary of defense who is bedridden for five weeks, who doesn't show up to work, who lies to the world and gets his chairman and joint chiefs of staff to lie to the president with him, And they care more about DEI and white rage than they do about terrorists, like we did in the Trump administration.
American soldiers die.
And I'd like to remind the world, we lost two Navy special warfare operators two weeks ago, another three service members in this attack, five service members killed wearing American cloth, and 145 bombing attacks on American military installations.
This is a war of Joe Biden's doing.
Yeah, 30 additional casualties.
But here's the question.
You can defend, like the carrier battle group in the Red Sea, you can defend for incoming.
He's taking offensive capabilities and of course the forever war warmongers like Lindsey Graham are sitting there going bomb, you know, bomb the Persian capital of Tehran right now.
When are the Republicans going to force Joe Biden, even have Tim Kaine and Democrats saying, hey, this is just not defensive anymore.
It's offense. | ||
You've got to come to Congress, get permission to do this.
When are we going to force Biden to come and lay out a plan for Ukraine, for the Middle East, for his coming war with the Persians?
When is the War Powers Act going to kick in here?
I hate to tell you, but you're not going to force Biden to do anything.
That guy can barely stand or speak.
You expect him to operate a war?
Do you trust him and his cabinet to operate us in a wartime posture in any of those countries?
I don't. | ||
I think that there's some people in Congress that are trying to make the right moves.
To protect our soldiers, which is of paramount importance.
But beyond that, let's be honest, without a good commander in chief like Donald Trump, courageous enough to have our troops back and collect the intelligence necessary to conduct the operations you're talking about, you are going to senselessly send more Americans to murder by terrorists and other senseless actions of violence because you are going to seeking headlines instead of posturing for war footing.
Which you can't do retroactively.
You can't undo the last three years by saying, oh, we're going to go collect a few bombs and drop them.
You remember the last time they did that in Afghanistan?
They drone struck, Mark Milley, Secretary Austin, Joe Biden, drone struck seven children, seven children, because they thought they killed a network that blew up 13 Americans because of their disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
They tried to reverse engineer national security and innocent children got killed.
On top of that, we're losing American soldiers now.
So I don't have any faith in this institution or structure to issue a National Command Authority that protects Americans and Americans as soldiers.
Cash, correct me if I'm wrong, you were a senior staffer over at the House Intel Committee.
You were in the Broke Russia Gate.
You're the one that stopped that, or helped stop that, one of the senior guys did it.
You were over at Intelligence.
You were chief of staff at the Defense Department.
You're one of President Trump's senior advisors.
Under President Trump, did we have a war in Ukraine?
Did we have a war in the Middle East where the Israelis attacked No.
as bad or worse than 9-11?
Did we have a war in the southern border?
Did we have a potential war in the South China Sea?
Were any of the hot spots in the world, including the southern border, these kinetic activities, did any of that happen on President Trump's watch, sir?
No, in fact, we wound down out of three wars.
And we also had an intel-based withdrawal plan in Afghanistan that I'm proud to say that led to zero US casualties, and we handed that off to Joe Biden.
And the reason that happened is because Donald Trump had the wasta on the world stage to go to these leaders and shut this stuff down.
We also ran some great operations covertly and overtly against our enemy.
And here's something that I probably haven't talked about.
You know what we did in the Donald Trump administration?
On the back of my board in the National Security Council where I led the counterterrorism programs, we wiped out 98 percent of al-Qaeda's senior leadership, the emirs of ISIS, and Soleimani.
I had Xs going across these charts that people never thought could possibly happen.
And Donald Trump said, go get it done.
And he made that the priority.
And that's why there wasn't any wars or senseless acts of violence against children or U.S.
soldiers. | ||
And that's the difference when you actually have a commander in chief who gets after the fight rather than one who sleeps through it and has a secretary of defense in his bedside collecting intelligence to talk about white rage.
President Trump took down the caliphate, took down the physical caliphate of ISIS.
Wanted dead or alive. | ||
Trump likes them dead better.
Cash, government gangsters.
How'd it get to all your content, brother?
Thanks, man. | ||
Good. | ||
At Truth Social, I cash and pick up government gangsters.
Best-selling cop, best-selling book right now.
Blueprint for 2024. | ||
Look, this is all the deep state.
That's why I wrote the book.
We got to take a wrecking ball to the deep state.
And of course, Bannon, you would visit my hometown of Vegas.
The three days I'm not there.
But have fun and always bet black.
Hold it, hold it. | ||
The reason we heard Cash was out of town is now we can party non-stop.
Cash Patel, thank you. | ||
Mr. Insight, by the way, thank you for Saturday for being with President Trump.
Really appreciate it. | ||
President Trump gave a great speech out here.
Thank you, brother. | ||
Thank you. | ||
People, the first time I heard President Trump, we're going to get to it later, this bizarre thing about the caucus, which President Trump's going to win, going away versus this bogus Nikki Primer.
We'll get to that in a second.
Thoughts on the coming war with Persia?
unidentified
|
Well, you know, I think...
To come back to something about President Trump and his, you know, the peace plan, right?
Look at the way that Brussels, look at the way that Davos, look at the way that all these guys are talking right now.
You find it across the media, obviously we aggregate a lot of that to the national pulse as well.
You see their comments on a day-to-day basis.
What are their comments?
Oh, this is going to be terrible.
You know, this is the end of democracy, all this stuff.
None of them are saying, oh, he's a cakewalk.
We'll handle him easily.
Don't worry about it. | ||
You know, they fully understand that if he's back in that Oval Office in January coming, that they are going to be held to account for not just the financial side of it, but the moral side of it.
The criminal side of it.
unidentified
|
How can you keep indiscriminately bombing these places to prop up your failed foreign policy?
And that's what we're seeing again.
It's a wag the dog situation.
Big time. | ||
unidentified
|
For sure. | |
Certainly. | ||
But it's also far bigger than that.
Two things. | ||
You're going to stick with us.
Your best analysis I've seen on this fiasco in New York with the Carol woman.
Where do people get it? | ||
I actually sent it to the president and I think he tweeted it.
It was so brilliant. | ||
How do people get that? | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, it's at thenationalpulse.com.
If you go to the website, it's in the left-hand sidebar.
There's so much I didn't really know about the case.
unidentified
|
I talk about the case to people, and they're like, what do you mean?
What do you mean the dress didn't actually exist when she claims that the rape occurred?
What do you mean? | ||
Hadn't been made yet. | ||
unidentified
|
Hadn't even been designed yet!
You know, there are so many things, by the way.
How many people she accused?
I mean, it was really, it's stunning.
Your thing was stunning.
And this is the first time I've ever seen it in one place.
unidentified
|
She's accused about 10 different men of doing the same thing to her.
You know, obviously you've got this storyline being plucked out of a Law & Order episode.
There are all these details that people missed out.
But the best thing you had was Anderson Cooper.
I saw that live when it happened, but I'd forgotten about it.
Once she starts talking rapist sexy, Anderson Cooper's producers blowing him up.
Hey, we're going to break.
unidentified
|
Boom. | |
It's so jarring. | ||
And just for this audience, I'll preview something real quickly for you.
She's going to have a little bit of a rough time, I suspect, with her confession on Stan to illegally owning a weapon in New York.
Wow. | ||
Okay, short commercial break.
We're gonna try to get Poso up.
Ben's here with us, got a lot on the border.
Rahim's with us. | ||
Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
You think the world's turbulent?
Look on Monday, the 29th of January, the year of our Lord 2024.
Turbulence is before you, folks!
Back in a moment. | ||
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome. | ||
We're here at the, what is it, Restoring National Confidence.
Charlie Kirk and the team at Turning Point USA putting on a two-day conference on how we not just win in 2024, but more importantly, how we close the deal.
We can't have it. | ||
We won in 2020. | ||
We had it stolen from us.
Can't happen again. | ||
Charlie Kirk's got the entire Turning Point team.
unidentified
|
Two days. | |
It's going to be incredible, incredible.
We've got Ben Berquam. | ||
We've got a lot of stuff from the border.
Raheem Kassam is here. | ||
National Pulse has been on fire.
You must have hired some people because there's actually great stuff going on up there.
I will say that the piece on E.J.
I will say, I will say, I will say, I will say that the piece on E.J. Carroll, and I follow this.
I actually read it and I sent it to the President's team right away and said, man, this is the It's all, it's succinct.
It's a couple of, it's a thousand words or something.
Boom. | ||
And it lays it all out. | ||
And it's shocking how this thing went forward.
unidentified
|
He's a speed reader. | |
It's 2000 words, but, but, but that's the thing.
People just don't realize the details of that.
And even after we published it, by the way, I realized there are several things which I could have got into, which I didn't even touch.
Right. | ||
Because you ought to get into them.
People need to see it. | ||
unidentified
|
It has to be a whole thing.
And by the way, why did we do it?
Nobody's done it. | ||
It's shocking the way this case has been covered by the press.
Very little coverage. | ||
Who is E.G. | ||
Carroll? | ||
Oh, she's a writer back in the day.
Don't worry about it. | ||
Don't get into her history.
Actually, I think we want to know a few things.
thing of justice in modern American history.
I go, man, Rahim is, you know, he's worked up on this.
And I read it and at the end of it, I go, wow.
It's true. | ||
The second worst. | ||
The second worst. | ||
I've got up on ghetto right now.
Yahoo Finance actually did a piece this morning.
And Yahoo Finance, let's say this, are not Trump fans.
They did a piece on why what's happening to him this week with the Attorney General to basically strip him of his business, right?
Strip him of his cash, essentially put him in technical bankruptcy.
They're trying to, right?
Is the worst thing that's ever happened in the history of New York State.
They went back over 70 years.
You know how you like to steal my lines?
businessmen and all and this is why there's an exodus from New York State and New York City for businesses is because of what's happening to President Trump. By weeks in, not they'll have to pay it eventually, but he could be liable for $400 million in just cash payments, correct?
unidentified
|
Yeah, you know how you like to steal my lines? I'm gonna give you one.
Yes. | ||
They fined him last week a dollar for every real vote he got in 2020.
Wow. | ||
Wow. | ||
There you go. | ||
Wow. | ||
My gift to you. | ||
That's good. | ||
That's good. | ||
Or almost a dollar for every vote that Joe Biden didn't get, right?
unidentified
|
That's right. | |
That's exactly right. | ||
OK, let's go. | ||
We got Jack Posobiec. | ||
Posobiec, they are This is Wag the Dog.
This is Wag the Dog on the Jordanian-Syrian border.
You've got a lot of thoughts about this, particularly about the drones and people asleep at the switch.
What do you got for us? | ||
Well, Steve, I hate to disagree with the luminaries at the New York Post who on their cover this morning decided to put the deaths of our honored dead in the Middle East on the lower half of the cover and present their upper half of the cover to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.
But for myself, looking at this strike which occurred over the weekend, I was on the phone with a lot of sources about this, texting, calling, secure comms, etc.
that this is most likely what we've seen, the very first deaths from kamikaze drones, known as one-ways.
So the first deaths we've seen from one-ways of US troops in all of US history.
This was an emplacement called Tower 22, which is just on the Jordanian side of the Jordanian-Syrian border.
This is an area where there's a lot of, there's an IDP camp there, so displaced persons camp there, basically a refugee camp of people who fled from ISIS, but of course there's also people who are members of ISIS within the camp.
Got about 15,000 people there.
We've got a huge U.S. | ||
force in placement. | ||
These guys were hit in their sleep, Steve.
These guys were hit, they had no idea what was coming.
This thing either got around radar, under radar, over radar.
Jack, hang on. | ||
Pam, Pam, why do we have, you gotta help us out here.
Why is the federal government cutting the razor wire down in Texas to let more invaders into the country, yet we have troops on the Jordanian-Syrian border?
Explain how many troops, why do we have them there, why are they sleeping there?
I understand they're hit by kamikazes, which you explained to us what a kamikaze is, a drone, but why, what is the task and purpose of American troops on this border when the troops he sent into the American border in Texas are cutting razor wire To let the invaders in quicker.
There's no goal. | ||
There's no strategy whatsoever.
They're essentially human shields.
They're human shields there because they believe that they're preventing Iran from, you know, the Shia militia groups having a foothold in the region.
Of course, this is also the same area where ISIS broke out about a decade ago.
But what they really are, Steve, is they're human shields.
They're sitting ducks.
And in an era of drone warfare like this, the Middle East has become a shooting gallery since October 7th.
They are sitting ducks with the U.S.
responding the way they have.
The fact that these things are able to break through our defenses, they're depleting our air, our anti-aircraft missiles.
I've talked about this before, the ADAs.
These one-way drones, they'll be using them to complete annihilation.
And the fact that our people are sitting in harm's way, Steve, unfortunately, this was the first time we've lost troops to kamikaze drones.
It will not be the last as long as they're still there.
Were the kamikaze drones also used?
Was this a development of the Ukrainian war?
Is this what they were sending in to St.
Petersburg and to Moscow?
Well, both sides have been using these types of drones now.
FPV drones, one-way UAS, there's a bunch of different names for them.
But these are the same types of drones that we're seeing all used across Ukraine.
And it's essentially taken out the ability for anyone to have these large-scale counter-offenses.
This is what happened to Ukraine.
Russia was able to deploy these drones and strategic ballistic missiles to really deny them any type of air superiority whatsoever.
That's what destroyed the Ukrainian counteroffensive last year and the fact that Russia just dug in in the old school trench warfare the way that the Russians have been doing for a century at this point.
But Steve, what's really dangerous here is that you've got these neocons who are willfully, and Nikki Haley along with them by the way, it's not just John Cornyn and Lindsey Graham, Nikki Haley came out yesterday strongly for, she said, the full strength of American power should be used to retaliate against Iran.
They are calling for war with Iran.
She is the World War III candidate.
They have been talking about this.
I would not put it past the neocons and the globalist establishment to use this.
To try to cancel our elections or draft up a bunch of Trump supporters and send them to die in the sand in the Middle East.
That's what this is about.
They want these deaths to take place because it gives them that Gulf of Tonkin-like inciting incident for a war, a wider war with Iran and the entire region.
Jack, can you hang on one second?
We have a 90-second break.
Just want to hold you through.
I've got a couple other questions.
Ben Burkhorn's with me, Raheem Kassam.
We're here live at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, Nevada, on the Strip.
This is Turning Point USA, restoring national confidence.
It's the precursor to the RNC meetings later this week.
I think Charlie Kirk and the team at TPUSA will have a lot to say about that.
HomeTitleLock.com. | ||
We know from the last big event here, CES, Consumer Electronics Show, As Joe Allen told us, the merger of cyber and artificial intelligence makes your home, where 90% of your net worth is, more susceptible than ever to stealing.
HomeTitleLock.com. | ||
Short break. |
