| With the major shakeup in the Republican presidential race, as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis suspends his campaign, he announced it yesterday, and then he endorsed Donald Trump. | ||

| Now, following our second-place finish in Iowa, we've prayed and deliberated on the way forward. | ||
| If there was anything I could do to produce a favorable outcome, More campaign stops. | ||

| I would do it. | ||
| But I can't ask our supporters to volunteer their time and donate their resources if we don't have a clear path to victory. | ||
| Accordingly, I am today suspending my campaign. | ||
| I'm proud to have delivered on 100% of my promises. | ||
| And I will not stop now. | ||
| It's clear to me that a majority of Republican primary voters want to give Donald Trump another chance. | ||
| They watch his presidency get stymied by relentless resistance, and they see Democrats using lawfare to this day to attack him. | ||
| While I've had disagreements with Donald Trump, such as on the coronavirus pandemic and his elevation of Anthony Fauci, Trump is superior to the current incumbent, Joe Biden. | ||
| That is clear. | ||
| I signed a pledge to support the Republican nominee, and I will honor that pledge. | ||
| He has my endorsement because we can't go back to the old Republican guard of yesteryear, a repackage formed of warmed over corporatism that Nikki Haley represents. | ||
| The days of putting Americans last, of kowtowing to large corporations, of caving to woke ideology are over. | ||

And I also think This issue to do with the technology and the digital infrastructure, I just want to emphasize how important I think that is. | |
| Because in the end, you need the data, you need to know who's been vaccinated and who hasn't been. | ||
| Some of the vaccines that will come on down the line will be multiple, there'll be multiple shots. | ||
| So you've got to have, for reasons to do with the healthcare more generally, but certainly for a pandemic or for For vaccines, you've got to have a proper digital infrastructure, and many countries don't have that. | ||
| In fact, most countries don't have that. | ||
| So again, you've got to say, OK, who are the people that can make this happen? | ||
| How do you get the right partnerships in place? | ||
| So my view is, this is what I'm arguing that should happen in the G20 particularly, I think, which is, I mean, G7 is an important forum, but the G20 is the broader forum. | ||
| You've got to work out What is it that you want to achieve in order to make sure that any future pandemic is properly handled? | ||
| And what are the partnerships that you're going to create in order to ensure that the answers you get are the right answers? | ||
| And then you're going to have to have the mechanisms of implementation. | ||
| And those mechanisms will be partly through the formal institutions that you have, like the WTO, but they'll also be through Organizations like yours, which I think have many advantages because they don't get landed with the same bureaucracy and, frankly, small-p politics around them. | ||
| So I think that's what we need to do. | ||
| But if you want the politicians to focus on a plan, I promise you it's got to be because they think in the next few years, not in the broad future, it's going to matter to them to have that plan. | ||

| Political elites tell the average people on three or four or five issues that the reality is X when in fact reality is Y. | ||

| Elites tell us that open borders and even illegal immigration are okay. | ||
| The average person tells us in the United States that both rob them of the American way of life. | ||

| President Trump will take that on on behalf of the average American. | ||

| Just travel to New York or Washington or Dallas, Texas. | ||
| The average person will tell you that the lack of public safety damages not just the American way of life, but their life. | ||

| Thirdly, I guess the favorite at the World Economic Forum. | ||

| Elites tell us that we have this existential crisis with so-called climate change, so much so that climate alarmism is probably the greatest cause for mental health crisis in the world. | ||
| The solutions, the average person know, based on climate change, are far worse and more harmful, and cost more human lives, especially in Europe during the time that you need heating, than do the problem and the problems themselves. | ||

| The number one adversary, not just to the United States, but to free people on planet Earth. | ||
