This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||

|
Because we're going medieval on these people.
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!

War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banner.
It's Thursday, 4 January, Year of Alert 2024.
I'm asking Ben's in San Antonio and we have a couple of great guests, some activists down there.
We're going to hold and come back to them in a moment.
I want to get Dr. Peter Navarro in here because I got to talk some economy and capital markets.
But first, here's what I want to do.
I want to play the Molly from the cold open since I got... Dr. Navarro, thank you.
Happy New Year, brother.
I'm glad you're off your two-month vacation.
The boardroom posse missed you and we're glad you're back.
We hope you're tan. | ||
We hope you're tan, rested and ready.
I got to play this piece.
Yeah, trying to keep the public safe from the rhino establishment and Nikki Haley.
Yay, baby, you're one of the good ones.
Hang on, let me play this.
Your head's going to blow up.
You may not have seen the cold open.
Let me play this, and I'm going to start.
A lot of people remember Peter Navarro as the anti-CCP, bringing manufacturing jobs back to the United States, the tariff guy, etc.
He was also, just as much as Miller, Miller took a different attack on it.
But Peter was just as much a wingman on President Trump on the whole border situation.
In fact, he was the one that came with the smart idea of using tariffs to get border enforcement, of which we got.
That's why he didn't have a problem during the Trump years.
And that was hard. | ||
Hey, nothing's easy. | ||
unidentified
|
By the way, I never claimed credit for the boss's genius.
All I was was the facilitator.
He asked me, do we use tariffs?
I said, yes, in this case, because of national security reasons.
We put those, we threatened Mexico with terror 24 hours later, Steve, 24 hours.
They had 20,000 troops heading to the border.
And most importantly, a safe third nation agreement that kept the illegal immigrants on the Mexican side of the border.
It was one of my best days in the White House.
Pat Cipollone had a good bit to do with it as well.
And it shows you, Steve, how simple, simple it is To lock that border down.
Because not only did Mexico put the safe third in, we parlayed that down in the Northern Triangle countries.
They did it too. | ||
And just like that, we were able to solve that problem.
But hang on. | ||
You say it's simple. | ||
That was Trump's genius.
What Trump did is thought about, hey, we have geopolitics and we have economics that we can bring to bear here.
Peter, come up with a menu of what you can do.
He saw the menu. | ||
This is why President Trump On the afternoon of the 20th of January of 2025, just about a year away, we'll solve this border crisis.
The crisis at the border.
I'm not talking deportations.
He's going to solve that crisis in 72 hours.
The policies are already being worked on.
They'll be in place, implemented.
And he's a hammer. | ||
He's going to make sure it does.
And you're going to have this thing.
You're going to see the difference.
Now, right now we've got to shut down this government until they start to do what they're going to do here, but you know what they're going to do.
They're going to try to end-run everything.
Hang on for one second. | ||
I've got to play this cold open.
Just take a minute and I want to have your response, because this cuts to the heart of what the issue is.
The young woman you're about to see is not an economist.
She's one of the biggest progressive public intellectuals.
Let's hear what she has to say about the border crisis.
unidentified
|
Right, and look, they're also trying to impeach Biden.
Let us not forget, they're trying two multiple impeachments at the same time.
Mike Johnson is worried, right?
The last speaker did not keep his job.
And I think that this is a ploy.
I also think, look, gas is under $3.
This is, you know, inflation is coming down.
Economic news is good, right?
We've had that soft landing.
People may be cranky about the economy, but the fundamentals are solid.
That is kind of a miracle.
And I think that Republicans don't have that much to run on, and these crime numbers are down.
So the thing they have, the thing that they need is fear.
And the only thing that they can find that they think will help them run is the border, because they think that there's fear.
But the thing that we don't talk about when it comes to immigration is we don't talk about, this is a very tight labor market.
We actually need these people to work jobs.
And I think that you're not, you know, there's a larger issue here, which is that we don't have a path to immigration.
Let them. | ||
Oh, baby. | ||
I'll get a reanswer on cable left wing TV is like, let them be.
Never mind about the black, brown Americans in our inner cities to face this flood of illegals flooding in their jobs and and putting them on the unemployment roll, keeping their wages down.
We need them. | ||
B.S. | ||
We do not need two million illegal aliens coming over in six months, flooding our labor market and bringing all sorts of things with the drug trafficking, the human trafficking.
We got we got communist Chinese military age men coming in and infiltrating our country.
Islamic terrorists. | ||
We don't know what's coming in.
unidentified
|
Trump. | |
We'll seal the border within 72 hours, but then there's the whole issue of all those people who are already here, what to do about that.
And that's going to take a while, but these people drive me crazy because the ones who always say we need those people to work, they're either in the corporate suites wearing pinstripe suits or they're wearing their Louis Vuitton stuff on a TV set with all their makeup on.
You'll never see a black and brown worker, blue collar worker, come on CNN and say, we need those people.
You will not see that. | ||
In fact, that's what the guests we just had were confirming.
I want to go, you didn't catch the Andy Biggs part.
Andy Biggs yesterday with Gates and Eli Crane were able to sit down, break off from the group, and sit down with the Inspector General of the DHS, who's no MAGA guy, but the Inspector General did a report of the 8 million that are in the country He said that six million we have no ability to track because they filled out, they didn't even make them fill out documents on the border.
They're just in the country and who knows.
How does that change? | ||
Cause you're going to be part of the traveling squad.
You're going to be part of the team in 2025, not just in the campaign.
I'm talking about actually to run the thing.
Go ahead. | ||
The best way to round those folks up over time is when they actually do commit crimes, which will happen with great frequency.
We are able to get those folks, And the best way to do that is shut down these sanctuary cities and states somehow, through federal action.
We fought that battle when Trump was president in his first term.
It's a very difficult one to fight.
But as long as these sanctuary cities can allow criminals, illegal alien criminals, to come in and out of the justice system without any notification to the border agents, we will not be able to round those folks up.
But that's where You're going to be able to make a big difference if you can do that.
California right now, they're giving free health care to illegal aliens.
You know how much that costs?
I mean, it's like people here in America can't get good health care, and we're giving free health care at taxpayer's expense to illegal aliens.
This is insanity, but that woman, she's absolutely wrong.
The only thing we got to run on the border is the border.
That's nuts. | ||
There's termites in this economic house, Steve.
And one of the things I wanted to talk about today was like this S&P 500, which rallied towards the end of the year and everybody was making a big deal of it.
You know, in my sub stack last Friday, I did the numbers on that.
Guess what? | ||
Only 20 companies, only 20 companies in the S&P 500.
Accounted for 90% of the year end gains.
Think about that. | ||
That means 480 companies were either stagnant or maybe going down.
That's the American economy right now, Steve.
It's struggling. | ||
People are struggling.
People aren't buying the binomic stuff.
Companies are struggling.
And on top of that, Steve, the other thing, you can see this coming, Steve.
You've been talking about this for months.
Iran, Houdis, this, that, and the other thing, we're just sliding into wars all around the world, whether it's in the Middle East, whether it's in Ukraine, whether it's in the Taiwan Straits.
And it's just, we are so adrift right now.
This election is going to be so important in 2024, yet the Democrats are trying to take away Donald Trump's right Yeah.
to run on top of all this.
It's nuts, sir. | ||
God bless you for being there, Steve.
Because there's not a lot of places you're hearing about this.
The legacy media still has the spin wrapped up.
No. | ||
But that's why now everybody's talking about the borders.
It's a huge thing. | ||
Our audience has been on this for months and months and months, but this day was coming.
I want to make sure people, we're trying to get Mike Davis.
We're going to talk about all the Trump's legal and some wins they've got.
That'll be at five o'clock.
We're going to have some Naomi Wolf on about the vaccine.
You saw what Dr. Latipo did yesterday, the great interview he gave here.
We've got Rahim. | ||
5 to 7 is going to be packed with stuff we're not going to get here because we've got to stay focused on this.
So Peter, you've seen this drill before.
The 19th is the first part of the money runs out.
We don't have all the bills done yet.
You need to secure the border.
You shut it down. | ||
But nobody's talking about, and that's why I want you...
When you and I fought the debt ceiling deal that McCarthy gave Biden, that was in late May, early June, when they signed that, the debt was $31.4 trillion.
It's $34 today. | ||
It's $2.6 trillion in six months.
This thing, tell people what the law of large numbers, this is starting to explode exponentially and you're quickly losing gap.
The year we're talking about right now is a $2 trillion deficit.
It's going to be $2 trillion next year also, Peter Navarro.
The first thing that's going to happen is we have to Finance all this massive debt, that's going to push interest rates up and keep them up, which in turn is going to force the Federal Reserve not to lower interest rates.
So you've got that dynamic in and of itself going.
And then a lot of the debt we have is financed through short-term debt.
So as you roll over lower interest rates, short-term debt into higher interest rate, Servicing on the debt becomes exponentially more expensive.
What does that mean for you and me?
It means that our tax dollars that we give the government increasingly are used to pay for the interest on the debt rather than for roads and bridges and healthcare and education and national events and everything government is supposed to do.
And you can just draw the lines out in time, Steve, and it's a friggin' apocalypse, but At this point, it doesn't feel like that, so nobody's paying attention.
And that's what the war room does better than any other show, forces us to pay attention.
It feels like that because the accumulated, look, looking at inflation numbers on a point, the aggregate inflation is about 22%.
This is why the purchasing power of the dollar has gone down.
This is why the life of the working class, the middle class, and the young, you can't make ends meet.
You're working multiple jobs and you've got to gap it with a credit card and it's at 30%.
That's because, I want to go back to something, don't bury the lead.
Yellen and Biden, they're in a jam.
They got to finance this short term because so many people lost so much money on buying the 10s and the 30s, which you would normally finance the government with longer term.
They're now in this thing of all short terms of T-bills and notes.
They're running a high-risk game, right?
Because, and this is why Pal made talk cuts.
I don't know how you're going to see cuts when you got to continue to refinance this and it's just going to get bigger.
The deficit they're talking about with the happy talk they're talking about is another $2 trillion deficit, sir.
Yeah, and for your audience, this is like sophisticated stuff in some sense.
Let me just explain. | ||
It's like at any given time, the national debt is financed by bonds of different durations and different interest rates.
And a lot of that debt is low interest rates from the past.
And yeah, like there may be five-year or 10-year bonds, but that stuff was issued five or 10 years ago, it comes due.
As it comes due, the government is forced to pay for the debt now with a higher interest rate bond, so they've got to pay more out in interest rates.
That means more to service the debt, and that's taxpayer money.
It's a zero-sum game. | ||
If it goes to servicing the debt, it can't go to national events or education or healthcare or whatever.
One trillion dollars. | ||
I don't know, the Congress doesn't understand the math.
The worst thing that Kevin McCarthy ever did, and he should never show his face anywhere in public again, was when he pushed that whole thing to the 2024 election.
I mean, criminal. | ||
No, past the 2024. | ||
Okay, a quick break. | ||
Back in a moment. | ||
Back with the bar in a second.
unidentified
|
Spread the word all through Hong Kong!
We will fight till they're all gone!
We rejoice when there is no more!
Let's take down the CCD!
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
Okay, um... | ||
How do you get jacked up like Worm in the morning?
And you gotta be to man the ramparts.
Warpath coffee, the dark roast mariners blend with the subtle skull and crossbones on the cover, on the back.
Make sure that's the dark roast, the one that Tej Gill and I worked on for about a year and a half.
Tej did most of the work, as usual.
I'll take the credit. | ||
They've got all the mild blends, the breakfast blends, everything like that.
But this, I'm telling you, is extraordinary coffee.
We are coffee Junkies here at the War Room.
Warpath.coffee, War Room is the promo code.
Warpath.coffee, promo code WORM.
You get the discounts. | ||
Go check it out today. | ||
Also Birch Gold. | ||
You want to understand everything Peter Navarro is talking about and how it impacts your life.
Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon to check it all out.
Peter, a couple things real quickly because I know you got to bounce.
Number one, they talk about the post-war international rules-based order and Trump's a chaos agent and yet he brought peace and prosperity.
They're the adults. | ||
They're talking about They've already seized the Russian assets, something they didn't do to the Nazis, they didn't do to the Imperial Japan.
They seized the assets, I think it's three to five hundred billion dollars, all in treasuries by the way, held in American banks.
They're now, because we are saying no more money for the Ukraine, the Toronto House Ukraine, they want to, and they're justifying it, and thank God the Financial Times came out today, I'll talk about more in five to seven, and somebody said no, you can't do this, the international rules-based order will collapse.
That's pretty chaotic.
and the dollars of prime reserve currency do this.
They are arguing right now, and I'm telling you, it's up on Capitol Hill, I can tell you the conversation they're having, to convert the treasuries of the Russians into cash and give three to five hundred billion dollars to the Ukrainians, which will be the end of the dollar in the dollar system.
Your thoughts on, is that as lawless as you can get?
Is that as bad as much anarchy as we could ever have, sir?
That's pretty chaotic.
The worst part for me about the whole Russian situation is that they're making more money on their oil now than they ever did because of the war tensions and because Biden surrendered strategic energy dominance to the Saudis and the Russians and the Iranians.
and I'm going to be back in a minute.
And that would be an extremely, I mean, that's beyond provocative, Steve.
When Biden put the seizing of the assets, the Russian economy is hitting on all cylinders.
Here's one of the reasons, and this is a lesson kids at home, girls and boys, take your number two pencil out and write this one down.
Oil, all that stuff is big.
The most important thing they did, they started seizing assets of the billionaires.
The billionaires couldn't get their capital out of Russia.
What did they have to do?
Wait for it, they had to reinvest in the Russian economy.
That is one of the things here at the War Room, and this whole thing in Dubai, Dubai is the new capital market, is they want to get as much of your capital that they manage out of this country, out of the United States of America, get it offshore, and then devil catch the hindmost.
Besides massive tax increases for the super billionaires, also Yeah, I mean, I can't tell whether Putin is really a chess master, because everything that this war has brought to Russia has actually on net benefited them, the carnage aside.
But think about this, Steve.
whether Putin is really a chess master, because everything that this war has brought to Russia has actually on net benefited them, the carnage aside.
But think about this, Steve.
If Iran, if the Iranian mullahs, Xi Jinping of China and Putin sat in a room and said, how do we destroy America?
They say, all right, Iran, you start some stuff over in the Middle East with Israel, have a Moscow in there.
Russia, you go into Ukraine and have us drain all our arsenal of the Pentagon and then go into further debt by financing that.
And oh, yeah, China, you can go ahead and have Taiwan and create that.
Once America has lost all its armaments, you know, I mean, you have to wonder what goes on on those red lines.
Those hotlines between those three leaders because that's the scenario.
No, they're working together.
Unfolding, okay? | ||
That's the crush America scenario.
You're going to see in the impeachment whose Biden's real loyalty is.
Real quickly, your thing about the S&P 500 is brilliant.
People got to read your capital markets report that comes out every Friday.
Just real quickly about Apple, the Mag 7.
Listen, the Dow Jones Industrial, just don't look at this for morons, but the Mag 7, the tech companies, particularly ones associated with AI, drove all the growth.
But you've got big concerns about Apple.
What are they? | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, yeah. | |
You got the real truth on Fridays come out on my Substack, peternavar.substack.com.
That's the market and economy rap.
What I indicated was of the 500 companies on the S&P 500 that were driving All of that gains up for 2024.
Basically, it was 20 companies, meaning that 480 are gone.
Now, of the magnificent seven who are part of that 20, Tesla is getting their clocks cleaned by China, by this company called BYD, as Xi Jinping puts the squeeze.
He's got Elon Musk right there by the cojones.
And Apple is facing the same kind of pressures in China as Apple is being punished and pushed away.
So that's a paradigm of assumed inevitability.
It's only a matter of time, Steve.
Every time an American company goes to China before they're stripped of their technology and a home Chinese company takes over their business model, it's going to happen with It's going to happen with Tesla.
I think Elon Musk is supposed to be the smartest guy in the world, but he's pretty dumb when it comes to what he's done with Tesla.
I'll leave that for another day.
The supply chain. | ||
You were President Trump's supply chain guy.
You warned us about the strategic... I had Dr. Rollin on yesterday at Jace Medical.
Now in unrestricted warfare, and she, after being toasted by the treasonous 400 in San Francisco, dropped a bomb on us on New Year's Eve, said, hey, however this election comes out in Taiwan, the inevitability of the reunification is going to happen.
Eric Prince said, balloons going to go up on kinetic warfare in the South China Sea by spring.
That's Eric Prince. | ||
the supply chains, they're going to choke us down with these supply chains. This is why Jace Medical. Go to jacemedical.com right now. Just check. Immerse yourself in information.
They took Rosemary Gibson's book and Peter Navarro's work and made a company out of it to say, hey, these Chinese, the CCP is very smart. Will they use everything they've got in unrestricted warfare to choke us down, Peter? Is there any doubt about that?
When I was in the middle of the pandemic fight as effectively the quartermaster for getting all the PPE out, right?
When we raised the question of whether that virus came from the Wuhan lab, the most chilling words I've ever heard from them, the communist Chinese came out.
We are going to drown you in a sea of virus.
Do you remember that, Steve?
You remember that quote?
Yes. | ||
They control most of our supply chains for pharmaceuticals, For personal protective equipment and everything in between.
We made some great inroads in the Trump administration in terms of moving some stuff forward.
But boy, we've got a long way to go on that.
Yeah, they can blackmail us.
They can bury us in a sea of virus.
And the viruses are the ones that they create as bioweapons.
So, yeah, we... I don't... Trump 2024.
I don't... | ||
I don't have time to get to your Michelle Obama piece, but there's the most clicked thing over at Washington Times.
Where do people go to see your Washington Times?
I'll have you back on. | ||
Peter Navarro does a lot of numbers and people go to him for the numbers, but every now and again he'll get into politics.
This piece, it was on fire, it went viral.
How do people get access to it?
Where do they go for your Washington Times column?
Tuesday weekly on the Washington Times comes out and on the Substack, peternavarro.substack.com, peternavarro.substack.com.
We have three outputs a week, and the Friday one is really important for the economy and stock market.
That's my weekly wrap, and I appreciate the support of the posse.
Help me help you. | ||
That's what peternevar.substack.com, that's the organizational culture of that.
So keep fighting away there, Steve.
unidentified
|
It's going to be an interesting year.
Happy New Year, Peter. | ||
Glad you're back from the beach.
You look tan, rested, and ready, so glad to have you back on board, sir.
Welcome forward. | ||
Dr. Peter Navarro. | ||
Kerry Lake joins us. | ||
Kerry, we had the Johnson at the border.
Rick Scott's out today.
Lead story in the Hill, Rick Scott saying in the Senate, hey, look, there's been a sea change.
Unless we can get security on the border, we may have to shut this thing down.
When you ran for governor and was stolen from you, you were saying, hey, as governor, I'm going to shut this border down day one.
It's only gotten 10 times worse.
What is your recommendation to all of this, ma'am?
Well, my recommendation is that governors step in along the border and say enough is enough.
Call it what it is. | ||
A declaration of invasion is issued and you take control of the border.
Take it away from the federal government.
The federal government is delinquent in their duties.
They're complicit in this invasion.
Joe Biden started this whole thing.
And it's about time the states take back control.
But of course, because of our election and that we have fraudulent people sitting in our state here in these offices, they're never going to do anything.
They just want money now from the federal government to process more people coming across illegally.
We all saw James O'Keefe's video.
I mean, I know you and I were talking about it, Steve.
This is just a processing of people coming in.
And the processing centers are getting millions of dollars from the federal government.
It's a money laundering operation.
The federal government's pouring money into these outlets.
They're being processed and sent.
All these people coming illegally to a city and town near you.
Peter just talked about free health care.
They get a free airline ticket.
I mean, if you've been to Sky Harbor Airport, which is the main airport here in Arizona, it looks like a refugee camp.
It does. | ||
When you go at night for these red-eye flights, I've taken many flights over the last year or two years, and all you see are people who are here illegally with their little Ziploc bag full of papers.
They don't have to go through the same type of TSA screening that we do, where every nook and cranny is examined.
A toothpaste and shampoo bottle of ours is examined, and these other people who are here illegally don't have to go through that.
Carrie, hang on for one second.
We're going to take a short break.
Carrie Lake's going to join us.
Also, she's entangled just like President Trump in the courts.
We're going to break it all down for you next in the war room.
unidentified
|
I'm streaming across our border costing taxpayers billions and almost as many Americans killed from fentanyl as killed in world war two.
Yet Haley and Biden oppose Trump's border wall, confirm warnings of terrorists sneaking in through our southern border. Yet Haley joined Biden in opposing Trump's visitor ban from terrorist nations. Haley's weakness puts us in grave danger. Trump's strength protects us. I'm Donald J. Trump and I approve this message.
you We need strength more than ever.
That's a new spot. | ||
I want to thank Grace and the team.
I think that spot just went up as a 30-second spot of President Trump.
Before I move to, we got to win Arizona and they're all over you.
I want to get to that in your legal situation in a second.
But you see President Trump, I mean, you were very clear when you ran for governor and it resonated with the people of Arizona.
And it's only gotten 10 times worse since then, that this is an invasion.
I mean, one of the things I think that galvanized people around the world, because a lot of people didn't know you, you know, they didn't know your big TV personality, but I'm talking about the world media.
You kept sitting there going, hey, this is an invasion.
And Joe Biden's in back of this invasion.
It's only gotten worse.
Tell me about in the Senate, because Rick Scott's coming to the side, you know, Jake Tapper, the two Jakes, Jake Sherman at Punchbowl and Jake Tapper, they both said they've never seen a sea change like this as quickly as they have on this whole issue of the imperial capital actually addressing shutting down the border.
Your thoughts, Kerry? | ||
I think these D.C. | ||
politicians are finally getting the message.
I mean, they must be getting flooded with phone calls.
People are, for lack of a better word, pissed off about this, Steve.
We're watching an absolute invasion.
These aren't huddled masses coming across.
These are fighting age men.
And we're supposed to sit here and take this?
How much longer can America Take this.
Americans are struggling.
We're going to watch our jobs go away.
We don't have housing for Americans, but we're putting millions of people up.
Where do people think these illegals are staying?
They're being put up in hotels and apartments that Americans don't even have access to.
This is an assault on Americans, on hardworking everyday Americans.
And you know who's struggling the most?
Poor and middle class Americans.
Our social services are being stretched to the limit.
Our tax dollars are going into processing and putting up and taking care of all these people when Americans can't even afford the basics.
I'm glad these D.C. | ||
politicians are finally waking up, but it's a little bit late.
They better get on the move quickly because I don't know how much more of this America can take.
And having a photo op on the... The photo op was ridiculous, by the way.
Did these people think they have to go down and see this?
Don't they know? | ||
Aren't they looking at the images that great reporters like Ben Burquam are showing us and others?
This is ridiculous. | ||
Save us the tax dollars of you guys all going down for a photo op in Texas.
Get to D.C. | ||
Fund the wall. | ||
Build the wall. | ||
All hands on deck. | ||
Get it done. | ||
Just before I go to you, correct me if I'm wrong.
Your opponent, the Democratic opponent, isn't he one of the most radical people out there about this border situation?
I mean, isn't he one of the most radical Democrats in the House right now?
Absolutely. | ||
I mean, well, now he's trying to act like he cares about the border, but all he wants to do, Steve, is pour money into processing people, getting people put up in a place to stay.
He doesn't want to stop the problem from happening, which is putting the border wall up, preventing people from coming across. He wants to pour billions into just processing people. And this is a guy who voted against the border wall every chance he could, voted against all of President Trump's measures to try to secure the border. And he even threatened ICE agents, if they did their job, they would have, there would be hell to pay. So this is a little guy who has a big, loud voice
He plays Twitter tough guy, but he's actually a little guy who is not for protecting our interests in America.
He's for not for protecting our national security and he's very dangerous and we must defeat him in November.
I carry, you know, on the 11th, President Trump goes back into Manhattan to have the closing arguments where they're trying to strip him of his company that he and his father, his family worked on this for generations.
Take it. | ||
Mike Lindell is going to join us here in a moment.
They're trying to put my pillow into bankruptcy.
The most undercovered story in this campaign so far, in the 2024 election cycle, in any of the House, Senate, or the White House, is they're coming after you.
People don't realize that they're trying to put Carrie Lake out of business right now and divert your resources into all these lawsuits so that you can't focus 100% on actually running for the Senate.
Tell us about that. | ||
Yeah, I mean, it really should be an in-kind donation to Ruben Gallego, this Soros group called Protect Democracy Project.
They're the same people behind suing Rudy Giuliani for defamation, and they're going after the Gateway Pundit.
You know, this is a coordinated attack.
on our America First movement.
This is a coordinated attack with these defamation cases on our First Amendment.
And don't think for a minute it doesn't affect you out there watching.
It's going to take away, if they are successful, your First Amendment rights.
And you know, they just sued Rudy Giuliani.
The judgment was like $148 million, something astronomically ridiculous for defamation, for calling out our elected officials This is what they're going after me for, calling out our elected officials.
Let's be specific. | ||
This is a source-backed group, Protect Democracy.
They're backing this defamation suit.
What do they say that you actually did?
The person behind it is Stephen Richer.
He is a guy who runs our elections, and obviously we had rigged elections here in Arizona, and I pointed out everything he did wrong, and I stand by every word I said about Stephen Richer.
And if they think I'm going to stop using my First Amendment rights, they're crazy.
I'm not going to. | ||
I can prove everything I said was true.
And what they're trying to do, Steve, which is more frightening and why I think people need to care and pay attention to this, they're trying to take away our protected political speech so nobody running for office will be able to speak out and criticize elected officials.
They're trying to take away honest journalism and our freedom of press.
They won't be able to. | ||
Criticize and hold elected officials accountable.
And they're trying to prevent you, moms and dads out there, from going to city council meetings, school board meetings, and criticizing your elected officials.
unidentified
|
If they're successful, our First Amendment's dead.
This is what got people's attention, though.
There's suits like this all the time, right?
People come in and file suits and they either want settlements or they just go away and get their return.
The question here is the judge.
What did the judge, the judges, is this actually going to go forward now?
And if that's the case, how did the judge come to that decision?
Because I think that's what shocked people.
So can you walk us through that?
Well, obviously, this is tyrannical lawfare.
And I think it's pretty obvious by now that our court systems are a wreck as well.
And this should have been tossed out immediately.
I mean, every attorney who looked at it said, oh my gosh, this will be tossed out immediately.
But the judge is allowing it to go forward.
This is a First Amendment case.
This is an assault on our First Amendment.
They're calling it a defamation case, but this is truly, our First Amendment is on the line with this case.
And I'm really, really happy that there's one great organization out there called American Media Council, americanmediacouncil.org.
It is a C3 nonprofit that recognizes, in my case, what is at stake.
Our ability for fair journalists to do their job and hold government officials accountable is on the line.
And this organization has said they will take donations to help pay legal fees, because this is going to be a very expensive case, because they know that Freedom of Press is on the line right now with this case.
And what this Soros-based organization and Stephen Richer are trying to do is drain all of our resources and grind us down so that we don't keep fighting for our country.
This is an important case.
We must win it. | ||
We're still trying to get it thrown out.
It should be thrown in the trash.
But if it goes forward, our First Amendment will be on the line with this case.
And that's your First Amendment rights, my First Amendment rights, everybody in this country's First Amendment rights.
We're going to try to get Mike Davis and some others, maybe Boris today, to walk through President Trump, because now you have the collision of all the legal situations he's in, the Supreme Court, all these complicated filings, the money, and the campaign itself.
But walk us through yours.
What's the problem? | ||
When you say the judge has said it's going to go forward, just give us a critical path so the people, your supporters, and our audience can figure, OK, here's what's going to happen to Kerry.
If it doesn't get thrown out, let's say you fail and get thrown out, what's the process of when this takes place?
Well, of course they're trying to move this case fast.
Have you noticed with our election challenges, they drag those out.
But this case, they want to move quickly.
They want to take a look at every email, text message, every word I've ever said.
I stand by everything I've said, by the way.
I've always been truthful in everything I've said about this rigged election, and they want to get a jury and try to find me guilty.
And I am not going to go into this without fighting, because I have the right to speak out.
When is that going to take place?
When does it start, jury selection, right now, on the path that they're proposing and you're fighting?
We're right now trying to get the judge to throw this out.
It's a ridiculous case.
It's a frivolous case. | ||
It's lawfare. | ||
But if not, it's going to start immediately.
It's going to start immediately with discovery and we'll have subpoena power.
We'll be subpoenaing all kinds of records from Stephen Richer pertaining to this rigged election that he was part and parcel to.
So, you know, it goes both ways.
But it's really designed to take me off track from running for U.S.
Senate From us being able to take back the Senate and get it out of the hands of these destructive Democrats and put some America First people in there.
And really this should be an in-kind donation to the Democrats because what they're trying to do is get the media covering this.
And the media is so crooked as you know.
With Discovery and all that, when do you think the trial, when do you think this starts?
Is it going to be in the spring?
Is it the summer? | ||
Is it right near where the voting is going to be in August?
Is it going to be in a couple weeks?
Just give us an idea. | ||
Some people, you know, they got a Kerry Lake.
unidentified
|
It's going to start in January.
It'll start in January, February, and it'll, I don't know how long it'll go on, but it's, it's already being pushed, pushed through.
Well, discovery normally takes months.
Is there some fast track on discovery that they've already won in court to set that table?
That seems pretty extraordinary.
Oh, I see what you're saying.
You're asking when the actual trial will start.
Yeah, it'll take months.
It'll be very involved.
It'll take hundreds of thousands of dollars to dig through all of the evidence and interview all the people.
But this will be going on basically through the entirety of our run for the United States Senate, which is exactly what they're looking for.
This is a coordinated attack on our movement.
It's a coordinated attack.
They want to take you off, just like Trump, they want to take you off the campaign trail sometime in the late spring, summer to have a trial and have Carrie Lake sitting there like Trump is sitting there.
Is that essentially what the audience should be looking at?
That's exactly what they want to do, and they want to give these filthy, dirty scoundrels in the mainstream media, who spent the entirety of my last campaign writing just bogus lies about me, they want them to be out writing every day about this ridiculous trial, is what they're going to want.
Give them something to write about because I don't have any I don't have any dirt, Steve.
I mean, this is the problem with me.
They they hated it. | ||
I didn't have what they call opposition research, which is the dirt on a candidate.
I can't be blackmailed.
I can't be bribed. | ||
And they're looking for dirt.
That's why they've had to make it up.
That's why they make up stories about President Trump all the time, because he's an honest, good man.
I'm an honest, good person.
And they've got to have some dirt to cover.
And they're going to try to give him a trial to cover.
Where do people go to find out everything?
Where do they go to find out everything about this?
Social media? | ||
Website? | ||
People aren't going to immerse themselves in the details.
Where do they go? | ||
Well, I've got to put out all of the, you know, we have covered it.
Some organizations have covered it well.
Some have not, you know, obviously the Gateway Pundit and those folks cover it and cover it fairly.
I haven't put out all of the court paperwork, but I can do that.
And like I said, we have an incredible organization, AmericanMediaCouncil.org.
They stand up for truth in journalism.
And they recognize in this case, What is at risk?
Our free press is at risk with this case.
And so they're standing by to help fund my attorneys, which is critical.
You can make a tax deductible donation to that organization and it will pay for the legal fees.
Carrie, thank you very much.
We're going to get on top of this, get into more depth about it.
Thank you very much. | ||

|
short break. We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
...across our border, costing taxpayers billions and almost as many Americans killed from fentanyl as killed in World War II.
Trump and I approve this message.
you That's President Trump's new 30.
Pretty powerful. | ||
Just up. | ||
We've got a lot going on at six.
Charlie Kirk follows us at noon, Real America's Voice.

Ben Harnwell from Rome.
We've got to keep our eye on this situation with the Ukraine because it's going to try to slide in that $100 billion here, folks, that we ain't got all of it.
Kerry Lake right there, what they're doing, and it's very sophisticated.
This is where I'm trying to get Mike Davis and Boris on to talk about the legal strategy and how it's going to dovetail with the campaign.
President Trump's going to be in court in New York starting the middle of the month.
Not going to be, you know, I don't know if he's going to be in Iowa or how much is going to give him a chance in Iowa or New Hampshire.
They're trying to tie him down in court.
They're trying to tie Carey Lake.
That's where I was trying to get the critical path because if you look at it with Discovery, this thing could take place in the spring or the summer where Carey should be cutting in the afterburners on the campaign.
The other guy they're trying to take out is Mike Lindell.
Mike Lindell, how are we fighting back, brother?
Well, and by the way, Steve, maybe I should run for office so I can get triple attacked.
I see what they're doing to Kerry.
Tomorrow, everybody, I'm speaking in Iowa.
We're going to stream that live on frankspeech.com.
And I'm gonna get down there.
I'm able to go out and get back in the fighting for our election platforms because of all you at the War Room Posse.

Mike Lindell, thank you so much, brother.
Mason City, Iowa. | ||
Last night with Kristi Noem, that thing was extraordinary.
We had a massive audience here.
We streamed it live. | ||
These are all these pre-caucus meetings.
They learn how to do the caucuses.
They're very important.
And Mike Lindell is there to support the real president.
So Mike, look forward to having you back on tonight, talking more about Mason City, Iowa, the great folks out there.
So thank you so much for joining us.
Let's go back to the border.
We've got two extraordinary individuals, activists and Ben Burquand.
Ben, give us some closing thoughts from these great activists down there.
We're going to have them back on the show.
I know you've got to bounce to get back home.
I think there's a baby. | ||
The stork is heading towards Arkansas.
Wrap it up here, bro. | ||
Yeah, first off, shout out to my wife, the most beautiful girl in the world.
I love you, Vili. | ||
I'm the most blessed man in America.
We're having our baby on Monday, so stay tuned for that.
War Room Posse. | ||
Another MAGA baby coming out on Monday.
But I want to throw it over to Joe and to my girls, Chloe and Olivia.
I love you, too. | ||
To Joseph. | ||
Joseph, you caught some video, and we're going to be releasing this a little bit later.
There's a San Antonio police officer out here.
Many of them are just as frustrated.
What did the police officer tell you?
unidentified
|
Sure, sure. | |
So I walked up to the police officer and I walked up on camera.
So this is on video, everybody.
This police officer told me verbatim that they are here under the direction of Catholic charities.
He said that. | ||
I have it on video and I will share that with everybody.
Obviously extremely concerning.
I don't know how I feel about our law enforcement apparatus being under the direction of a Catholic charity.
I'm a Catholic myself, and I'm really, really surprised and shocked by learning the involvement of the Catholic Church in this.
So stay tuned for that. | ||
And Hernando, what do you want the American people to know?
We're out here in San Antonio.
San Antonio is being overrun.
Our border is being overrun.
But to the men and women across America, what's your message?
unidentified
|
Well, my message is hashtag no one is coming to save you.
Greg Abbott just signed a law that has no teeth, in my opinion.
It's not going to stop the surge.
He is the Commander-in-Chief of Texas.
He has a right to bring the National Guard to the border and stop this madness.
He's not doing it. | ||
In my opinion, he's dereliction of duty.
So that's my message to the American people.
That there is no one coming to save you.
Not your Attorney General, President, no one.
Where can people find you guys?
So I know you guys are out here fighting this fight every day.
Joseph, where can they find you?
unidentified
|
Sure, they should find me on Twitter, on X and Instagram as Joseph Trimmer and follow the free speech podcast out of here in San Antonio.
We'll be covering this all the time.
Hernando Orsi, Twitter.
All day. | ||
And Hernando's fighting a fight.
He actually got arrested at the San Antonio airport for exposing this.
It's out of control. | ||
Steve, God bless you. | ||
If you want to follow my stuff, at Ben Burquam, AmericasVoice.News, FrontlineAmerica.com, and our next episode of Law & Border, this Saturday, 7pm Eastern, only on Real America's Voice News.
Gentlemen, you're the tip of the tip of the spear.
We look forward to getting back to you in the great city of San Antonio.
The fight continues. | ||
He's right. | ||
Nobody's going to come to save us.
That's why it's your agency.
It's this audience. | ||
And I understand some people, oh my gosh, it's so much hate.
We got a man up here. | ||
You got to. | ||
Don't need sunshine patriots.
We need war room posse. | ||
And we got some very tough fights right out of the box.
But look, this is ground we want to fight on.
Okay, Charlie Kirk's next.
Make sure you stick around two hours on populist nationalism.
Then we've got POSO. | ||
We're back five to seven.
It is going to be packed!
We'll see you back 5 p.m. |
