I hope your head is blowing up.

You're fighting for control of the greatest nation, not simply on the earth, in the history of the earth.
And this is a populist revolt.
You now have a say-so.
You're at the table.
Remember, in Washington, D.C., in the imperial capital, not in the room, not in the deal.
Donald Trump, the American Cincinnatus, has put you not only in the room, he put you at the head of the table.
And that's why they hate him.
Oh, and that's why they hate you.
This is a struggle for let's just be blunt.
This is a struggle for power.
It's a spiritual war, but it manifests itself in this veil of tears about power.
You got it and they want to take it from you.
You finally have it, and you have tremendous leverage.
Now we have to enforce the leverage, and that's where it gets a little sticky.
Right now you have people, good people, a good man like Mike Johnson, not getting it done, bro.
And guess what?
We're not going to tolerate that.

We're just not going to get another McCarthy that has a biblical worldview.

On 11 January, right near the Iowa caucus, he's got to be in court in Manhattan, closing arguments to take his business from him and fine him a quarter of a billion dollars.
That hasn't happened since the Moscow show trials of the 1930s.
That's something Mao Zedong did.
This has never happened in the history of this country.
It has never happened in the history of this nation.
A couple of days later, he's got another defamation case, I don't know, from this woman about, I don't know, it's some charge.
Sound ludicrous.
President Trump, I guess they said this thing, he lost, and then he's made some comment and they got him back again for a defamation case.

We couldn't even put that on the calendar.

They're trying to destroy everybody around Trump.
And to make sure that they're not focused.

And all of us said to a man on the morning show of Bloomberg, which kind of the Trader Show, the Dawn Show, said, well, you really got to go back to 19.
19 is really the recent.
That's the last year of real normalcy and growth in the economy.

And here's the thing, Julie Kelly, correct me if I'm wrong, the entire phony thing in the 14th Amendment, both in Colorado, the Colorado judge, The Supreme Court in Colorado, Zima took it more, and this clownish Secretary of State in Maine, they all predicate taking Trump off the ballot with what?

The J6 committee report, ma'am.

I mean, Jack Smith's 45-page indictment against Donald Trump on four counts for January 6th is basically lifted right from the January 6th select committee report.
I mean, you could go through it, and I think that I did as soon as the indictment was filed, and compare that to what we heard in the January 6 hearings and also their final report that was issued in December of 2022.
Jack Smith hasn't done any heavy lifting here.
He is cribbing all the work from the January 6 Select Committee, which means it's even more important that Mike Johnson and Republicans start their own January 6 Select Committee to investigate The other January 6th Select Committee.
Because if the predicate for this criminal indictment for the Colorado Supreme Court and others is based on the work of this committee, it is crucial that House Republicans expose the malfeasance of that committee, which is centered on now the destruction or concealment of evidence.
And not just from the public, now from the defendant in Jack Smith's January 6th indictment.
So this is so crucial and we've been calling for this for months.
I know that Representative Loudermilk said that his subcommittee would accelerate this investigation into the J6 committee and other related issues for J6. But look, that's not sufficient.

You know, he's been wandering around for a year.
And he says, hey, McCarthy, stop him. I don't doubt that.
But just because McCarthy said it doesn't mean it's wholly writ.
You should have come out and said, hey, this is not acceptable.
It's called having a set of stones. He seems like a nice enough guy.
And he wants to have a, you know, he wants to write a couple of sharply worded letters.
No, no, no.
We don't need that.
We need Johnson.
We need the highest level, not Loudermilk.
We need the leadership in the House to immediately act upon this.
They've got to take everything the J6 thing did and say, no, that no longer is operational and set up a new J6.
The number one thing is find out the destruction of evidence.
Remember, over 1,100 recorded depositions.
I think only 200, is the math here about 200 they even at one time made available?
So there's 800 or 900 we haven't even seen.
You say that the, and I want to make sure when you talk about our guy here, that that guy is the head of the Secret Service.
Bobby Engel is the head of the Secret Service.
He's not just some security guy.
He's the head of the Secret Service detail with President Trump.

And furthermore, what's more concerning to me, not only the transcript is missing, but all of his texts are missing.
As are the text messages between top Secret Service officials, including the head of the Secret Service.
Texts that were deleted at the end of January, 2021, even though they knew, the agency knew, and this is Department of Homeland Security, after Biden's people took it over, purged, they said, of course, you know, some cell device reset.
The text line to 30 plus Secret Service officials are completely gone.
Initially, the J6 committee said that they were going to investigate that.
They needed those text messages.
Suddenly, the interest in that completely disappeared.
Where are those messages?
That's something else that a House-led J6 committee could look into.
We know that those texts are somewhere.
We know the government has the capability of recovering them.
How can all of them be missing, including Bobby Engel's texts and of course his transcripts?

If you read it, the Secretary of State just took them off.
They both put everything on the J6 committee report.
In fact, the Supreme Court takes 200 pages to go through it.
They didn't bring in any witnesses.
The main woman in Maine admits it.
The judge had one lawyer.

The J6 committee report is being weaponized, weaponized with all its lies, and everything about it is being weaponized against Trump to keep him off the ballot or to prosecute him criminally.

The creation of a separate January 6th Select Committee.
I don't know who could staff it.
I know some members that I would like to see on that, but they need to start that immediately.
Set out a very clear and concise agenda.
We are going to expose the workings of the January 6th Select Committee, starting with the destruction of evidence that is related to a criminal prosecution.
Also get your own witnesses before this committee, before the American people.
Talk to individuals who were involved and why the security and law enforcement failures happen, which is something, by the way, that Jack Smith wants Donald Trump's defense attorneys to prevent the jury from hearing.
He actually, in a motion filed last week, asked Judge Chutkin to prevent the defense from discussing undercover agents, the use of undercover agents, And also why the Capitol was intentionally unsecure.
He said, it's like letting a bank robber accuse bank security of his robbing a bank.
That's what he compared it to.
Now, of course, that's not the case.
He is the one that is saying Donald Trump is responsible for January 6th.
Well, he wasn't responsible for securing the Capitol at all.
And we know that he offered many times additional security.
Where is all that evidence?
Jack Smith does not want the jury to hear that, and I'm sure Judge Chodkin will go along with him because that's what she has done every step of the way.
So back to the January 6th Select Committee.
They also need to accelerate the posting of all of this video.
We see it sort of on a rolling basis, but it needs to be done quicker.
So our own hearings, our own witnesses, expose the January 6th Select Committee, fight back on what Liz Cheney just posted today on Twitter, That Donald Trump is lying about the availability of evidence.
No, Liz Cheney, you are the one, your committee, specifically concealed and possibly destroyed evidence, including some evidence that's being hidden at Joe Biden's White House.
They also need to look into correspondence.

So apparently the January 6th Select Committee gave Joe Biden, the White House, his general counsel.
A handful of transcripts that they said they needed to vet for national security purposes, and that those needed to be then returned to the archives for posting and availability.
Over a year later, this is something that Representative Loudermilk did expose, Those transcripts are still buried at the White House.
We don't know who they belong to.
The basis of keeping them at the White House under a national security review is that these were long-term government employees, not political appointees, and that it was responsible, it was incumbent on the White House to review those transcripts.
Well, it's more than a year later.
Barry Laudermilk has asked again for those transcripts and has been told by the White House that the security review is ongoing.
Whose interviews are those?
Why is the White House involved?
And does this relate to more evidence that Donald Trump wants in his January 6 trial that's supposed to take place, you know, two months from Thursday?
So this is what the American people need to know.
And we can't just rely on Liz Cheney and a post that she clearly lies that this evidence has been made available and the corporate media doing their usual routine Well, look, I think that was what we believed the promise of the Weaponization Committee was going to do.

I don't think that committee has met since July.
That's what most of us believed where the January 6th investigation would take place.
But it simply hasn't.
And they need to bring this on the forefront because there are so many things happening in 2024.
The Republicans need to expose the truth.

So I might not be able to get to all of it I want to get to with this.
The Biden regime, you talk about radical, and we talk about this, you know, Russia just took over the one year rotating presidency of the BRICS.
in on January 1st.
Now, Argentina opted out.
The Saudis today, I think, officially became a part of it, but the Argentines opted out.
The Argentines opted out.
It's not a big deal.
I mean, the president down there is doing a lot of things that he can do to try to get that ship On an even keel, and that's a disaster down there.
He's tying himself to the American dollar.
So clearly, you can't be part of BRICS and do that.
BRICS's focus, the Global South's focus, the ones that have the resources, is the de-dollarization.
Now, one of the ways that we are still the prime reserve currency is people understand not just that the dollar is supposed to have stability, which obviously it does not right now, but Because we're crushing the purchasing power of these guys are I think 17% or 20% since Biden's the Biden regime has been in office.
But also thing like reserves right now because you have blocked this insane giveaway in Ukraine and that's why that thing's kind of off to the side and they're bemoaning they've come up with a fact since they can't get the 80.
That they are actually trying to take, remember, in the first days of this war, we froze the assets of the Russian Central Bank.
I think these are things we didn't even do against the Nazis or Imperial Japan.
We froze the assets.
That was, I think, between $300 and $500 billion of essentially treasuries, of where they would hold it in U.S.
banks, and that's to facilitate trade, etc.
There's now, this is how radical the Biden regime is, there is discussion about taking the Russian assets, those assets, not just keeping them frozen, converting them to dollars and sending that three or four hundred billion dollars to Ukraine to pay for the money laundering operation.
I think it's Professor Dr. Schiller at Yale, who ain't no fan of War Room, and is certainly not MAGA.
He's a Nobel Prize winner.
He said the other day, hey, if that happens, kicking us off of being the reserve currency will happen so rapidly, make your head swim.
Because then no nation on earth could ever think that, hey, I could keep these treasuries in U.S.
banks to facilitate trade, but if the United States doesn't like it, they can just freeze it, convert it, and give it to my enemies.
That's one of the responsibilities you have as being the prime reserve currency.
And this is how radical.
They talk about Trump being a disruptor.
They talk about Trump bringing chaos.
This will bring chaos.
And I'm not arguing about the Russians being good guys.
The Russian people are great people.

Now, The 101st Airborne.
Captain Bannon was in the 326th Combat Engineers as a logistics officer, junior officer, when she deployed to Iraq, I don't know, back 2010, 2011, back during the Obama administration after she got out of West Point.
Lieutenant Colonel Brad Miller was also in the 101st in a combat engineering unit.
Colonel Miller, thank you for joining us today.
You graduated from West Point in what year?

Yeah, I graduated in 2003.

So, and you dedicated that time, you kind of knew what you were getting into after 9-11.
Is that why you volunteered to go to West Point?
You knew what was going to happen?

So, I was at West Point when 9-11 occurred, so I was already there.
I had just started my junior year at West Point, which for those who may not know, is only about 50 or 60 miles away from where Ground Zero is.
I had just started my third year when 9-11 occurred, and then I graduated at the beginning of the summer of 2003.
But I will tell you that, yeah, when we graduated West Point, I mean, we knew exactly what was going to happen.
I mean, Afghanistan had already kicked off, you know, I guess a year and a half earlier, and Iraq was just heating up.
I mean, this was just happening the time that I would have graduated and gone into the Army.
So, yes, I mean, we knew exactly what type of Army we were entering as we graduated.

March 2003 was the march up country to Baghdad that was started really the war and then afterwards everything to do with the occupation so Tell me about you were I think relieved for you were relieved as a unit commander in the 101st And then you resigned from the army after that what why why were you relieved?
And and why did you resign on something you had dedicated your your life to the defense of your nation?

right so um So in 2021, I was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army and in the summer of 2021, I arrived at Fort Campbell, which is the home of the 101st Airborne Division to take command of a battalion.
The battalion that I took command of that summer was the 21st Brigade Engineer Battalion.
And again, this is a battalion in the 101st Airborne Division, you know, a unit with a storied history, just an immense legacy.
I was very proud to be there in that unit.
I was very proud to have the distinction of being chosen for battalion command.
Now, the summer of 2021, if we remember our timeline, I took command in June.
So this is a couple of months before the unlawful COVID-19 injection mandate went into effect.
Long story short, I was never going to take the shot.
I didn't believe the shot was safe, effective, necessary, et cetera.
I refused to take the shot.
I also did not want to force my subordinates to take it if they chose not to.
And, um, anyway, I was relieved to command.
And then a couple of months later, once I realized that DOD and the army specifically, we're not going to walk this back.
I decided this is my own personal decision.
I had a lot of trouble reconciling future service in the military.
With my oath that I took the constitution.
Now I realize a lot of people are going to hear that they're going to, they're going to find that strange.
They're going to find that paradoxical.
I understand, but that's the situation that I was in.
That's the situation that others are in.
So I decided that.
For me to uphold my oath to the Constitution and continue to serve the country, as strange as it may sound, I was going to have to do that out of uniform.
So in the fall of 2022, when all the administrative process of my resignation was complete, I finished my time in the Army.
I served a total of 19 years, 3 months, and 15 days of active service.

Why did you deem back in 21, it's to get a battalion command with the 101st is something that, you know, guys work there, men and women work their entire military career and just hope it happens, right?
With great performance, etc.
What, when you showed up at something you'd worked so hard to get, what was it specifically about the vaccine and the mandate that led you to basically throw it away?

Sure.
I just, I never trusted what we were being told in terms of the narrative that had been given to us from the very beginning of 2020.
In fact, when we first started hearing about COVID, when that term first entered our lexicon, I was actually stationed in South Korea.
So I was in East Asia at the time, of course, that we were being told that this had originated in China.
And I'm not here to tell you that I had it all figured out.
No, I just was extremely skeptical from day one.
And as we move through 2020 into 2021, My skepticism only grew.
And so by the time that people started talking about these shots, there was just no chance that I was going to take it.
And I was also not going to order anyone else to take it against their will.
Now, once I had taken command, many of my subordinates within the command had already taken it, but not all.
And there were plenty who did not want to take it.
And I didn't want to be the one to tell them to take it.
Now, at the end of the day, I couldn't absolve them of the consequences of not taking it.
I couldn't even absolve myself of the consequences.
I mean, I ended up losing my career over it.
But I will tell you, the day that I took off the uniform, I felt like that I had actually upheld my oath to the Constitution.
And I felt like I left the military with my oath to the Constitution intact, along with my integrity.
Now, I'm not saying everybody else had to make the exact same decision.
I'm just telling you the decision that I made and why I made it.

Not just subordinates, but guys in your group or guys you were close to, etc.
What was the general sense at that time among your peers, not just in the 101st, but in other places about the vaccine and about the mandate?

Yeah, I would say it ran the full spectrum, but I was at an extreme end of that spectrum, not because I had questions about the mandate.
I don't think that made me extreme, but I'm sure there are a lot of people who thought that I was being overly zealous.
By, uh, by sacrificing my career.
And that's, that's fine.
They can think that.
Um, now there were plenty who I would say at that time were true believers.
They believed what they were being told.
And many of those who believed it two years ago, two and a half years ago, they don't still believe it now.
So, uh, so opinions have changed a lot over the last couple of years.
But if you're asking me how people felt two years ago, I would say it was a full, full spectrum of emotions towards the mandate.

Why do you say things have changed?
Has there been evidence out there?
I mean, what has changed?
Because being an army officer, you live in the school of hard knocks and reality.
What is, you think, change?
What has it been that change, that sea change, that you've seen occur?

Yeah, so if we talk about the most extreme cases, and some of this is going to be anecdotal, but I would tell you that there are a lot of people out there who have similar anecdotes to mine.
But there are a lot of people who I would categorize as true believers.
So first of all, I believe that the mandate was completely unlawful.
But if we talk about individuals, well-intentioned, who did not understand some of the legally dubious nature of the mandate, and they went along with it because, first of all, they believed that it was lawful, and maybe even they believed that it was safe, effective, and necessary.
But if that's how they felt in 2021, that does not necessarily mean that that's how they feel now, just with so many individuals who thought they were doing the right thing by taking the shots that are now injured.
So many people that have other people that they know closely are injured or people who didn't take the shots didn't want to take the shots and also lost their careers or maybe that maybe they were able to salvage their career, but their career has been permanently sidelined because they've been kind of marked as someone who did not go along with this.

So tell me, you've now, today's about accountability.
We've had Rosemary Jenks, we've had Julie Kelly, we got Ben Burkhall at the border.
Talk to me, you've initiated kind of a firestorm over the weekend.
What have you done now?

Yeah, I mean, who knew that we would be where we are now?
So I'm part of a group of people, kind of a small committee of people, that over the last couple of weeks crafted a A document that document came to be known and we're the ones who put the title on it, the declaration of military accountability.
And this is a pledge to the American public.
Um, and what it is is it pledges to the American public that we service members, vets, et cetera, that we are going to attempt to clean our own house lawfully and within the power that we have.
But we look at the military and we say, military leadership has had plenty of time to clean the house themselves.
They have not done it.
Over the last two years, we have appealed to the law.
We have appealed to their oath to the Constitution.
We have appealed to their courage.
We have appealed to their integrity.
We have gotten zero traction.
So now we pledge to the American public that in as much as the power that we have lawfully, we are going to do what we can to hold these individuals accountable and affect change.
So we created this one page document, the Declaration of Military Accountability.
We socialized it, and we got 231 signatories to actually put their names on it.
And then at 4 a.m.
Eastern Time on January 1st, I shot an email to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and some other senior military leaders and sent the document to them, complete with the name.

I sent the document to them and let them know, this is a document that is about to hit the streets.
We are sending it to the American public.
We have appealed to your sense of constitution, law, integrity, courage.
We've gotten nowhere.
We're sending this to the people.
I sent that email to them.
Then I turned around, I took a tweet, I took a screenshot of the body of the document, put that in a tweet, sent that out like at 4.07 a.m.
