| The deranged, desperate Democrats are trying anything they can to come after President Trump. | ||
| And why? | ||
| Because they know what the numbers are saying, and they know that the American people are all in to bring President Trump back to the White House and have him walk back into the Oval Office on January 20, 2025. | ||
| The President and his team have filed papers all week, including a robust, powerful filing in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. | ||
| Stating that after waiting for three years to bring this hoax in D.C., even the suggestion that there's any sort of rush, any sort of hurry, is clear and obvious election interference. | ||
| And you had even left-wing outlets, CNN, Politico, and others calling, calling out the DOJ, calling out crooked Joe Biden for being so nakedly political in their persecution of President Donald J. Trump. | ||
| And they're trying to play little games about it while we hear the political story. | ||
| What is Jack Smith not saying? | ||
| Well, we all know what he's not saying. | ||
| What he's not saying is that there's no facts. | ||
| There's no laws that are backing up these fake indictments. | ||
| It is just clear election interference. | ||
| And the reason it's happening is because of the political and powerful strength of President Donald J. Trump. | ||
| She's not being deterred. | ||
| She's not going to back down. | ||
| She's going to continue to fight and continue to win all across the board. | ||
| Talk to me, is this now, aren't they understanding that the crazier they get that, uh, this is, um, this is really playing towards president Trump that you're now seeing all kinds of ethnicities, demographic groups. | ||
| I played on the morning show, this incredible, uh, throw down by this, uh, black man in the Chicago, uh, City council where he's sitting there going. | ||
| Hey, we got to bring back and this guy's looks like obviously a Democrat He's calling out people about the invasion of the southern border and how's destroying the black community in Chicago And he says hey, we need to bring Trump back to clean up this mess doesn't the deranged left see that the more they press whether it's in Manhattan to take away his company or Particularly with Jack Smith. | ||
| Who's not exactly a guy who presents well to the public That they're only driving Trump's numbers to be bigger and larger, and what looks like could be a sweep next November? | ||

| And the shining city on the hill that America was under President Trump in the first term and will be again once he's back in the Oval Office. | ||
| Can you just give a heads up, what should people, because this is not going to be like a typical Christmas. | ||
| There's tons of activity. | ||
| There's all this expedited to the Supreme Court. | ||
| What should this audience be looking for? | ||
| What's going to happen between, let's say, today and next Friday? | ||
| Because we're going to be up every day on the show. | ||
| We just want to know for the audience, who a lot of people are punching out from Christmas, don't punch out too far, because things are happening. | ||
| As you see this play out over the next week or 10 days, what should people be looking for? | ||

| First of all, there's the continued fight over this terrible, un-American, unconstitutional attempt regarding the ballots. | ||
| The Colorado Supreme Court embarrassing itself and the state of Colorado with that sad ruling where they, even they know what they did is wrong because they stayed their own ruling. | ||
| So look for powerful filings from President Trump on the 14th Amendment front and continued, continued strength from the President and his legal team and pushing back against this This is an un-American, unjust attempt to rush to the Supreme Court, to rush through the appeal process on presidential immunity. | ||
| President Trump, everything he did throughout his time in office, including very much investigating, getting to the bottom of the rigged and stolen 2020 election, was done as part and duty of his official role as President of the United States. | ||
| And the President and his team will continue to make that point loud and clear. | ||
| And Andy McCarthy and others who are not huge fans of the president are saying the presidential immunity is a real problem for Crooked Joe Biden, Deranged Jack Smith, and that whole team, and Fonny Willis down in Georgia, because they are tempted to criminalize official behavior. | ||
| And if they're successful doing so, if they're successful getting that done, that'll be the end of the American presidency, the end of the American democracy. | ||
| And the end of our country as we know it, the president Trump will always continue to fight for our country and our constitution. | ||
| Um, Boris, you know, I'm not a lawyer. | ||
| I depend upon guys like you and I know the president does. | ||
| He's not a lawyer. | ||
| He's a businessman. | ||
| I'm a financier. | ||
| Um, and I depend upon great lawyers like yourself and the team you've collected and the audiences by and large, not, not lawyers. | ||

| Is it not more and more evident with all the jujitsu and moves they're making That this is 100% about election interference. | ||
| They are just maniacally focused on getting Trump in some sort of federal court or down in Georgia to try to somehow, you know, with the 14th Amendment or any of these different ones from Jack Smith to Fannie Willis, somehow get him in a court. | ||
| With one of these left-wing judges, and to try to both in the information warfare, but also in front of these juries, try to stop him from winning 2024. | ||
| Is there any doubt in your mind, as a lawyer, that this is all just pure election interference? | ||

| President Trump appealed, using the correct and proper process, to the D.C. | ||
| Circuit Court. | ||
| What does the D.L.U.A. | ||
| do under Crooked Joe Biden? | ||
| They run, and they whine, and they cry, and they say, oh, we need to go to the Supreme Court. | ||
| Well, there's a problem. | ||
| What are they appealing? | ||
| They're appealing, and when, it's President Trump's right to appeal. | ||
| And why are they doing it? | ||
| And that's, well, that was the political story. | ||
| What is Jack Smith not saying? | ||
| They're trying to twist themselves into knots to get in front of the Supreme Court as fast as possible for one reason and one reason only, because that is their hope to maybe somehow win on presidential immunity, which is actually a stretch on its own for them because of the makeup of the court. | ||
| At least we should have a logical court that will rule the right way on presidential immunity, the just way, the lawful way on presidential immunity. | ||
| So why are they rushing? | ||
| For one reason, one reason alone, election interference. | ||
| This should not be allowed to do it. | ||
| President Trump will continue to fight against their breakdown of the American justice system. | ||

| I had it in one of the earlier shows, but Luke Zaleski is very upset, and Luke is the fact checker over at GQ, and Luke says, when is it going to What is it going to take to break the spell of right-wing propaganda? | ||
