War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
It's Thursday, uh, 21 December, Year of the Lord 2023.
We'll have plenty of great Christmas music as we have over the last couple of days.
I want to thank the team at Real America's Voice, my own production team here at the War Room, and of course our audience.
Great seeing everybody at AmFest.
And of course last night, I think kind of may be a historic meeting At the Cowboy Church in Casa Grande had Andy Biggs, Matt Gaetz, Eli Crane, Raheem Kassam, and yours truly there for a town hall.
We may play some cuts off that tomorrow morning and tomorrow afternoon.
Make sure everybody gets up to speed on what happened.
I want to start, we've got a lot to go through.
We haven't had enough time to focus on geopolitics.
I want to catch up today.
I got Dr. Seb Gorka joins us as he does every Thursday afternoon, but I got the top, I think, analyst for all things CCP in China, Bill Gertz.
Bill, you got two stories up the Washington Times.
I want to talk, I want to take the more mundane, but very important.
There's all kind of discrepancies about exactly what we're doing in the South China Sea, Taiwan, against the CCP's force structure, funding, all of it.
Tell us, your piece is amazing.
Tell us what the fight's about.
Well, basically, I've been working on this story in the background.
I heard that the Pacific Command Indo-Pacom was going to set up a joint task force.
And then I found out that there was a requirement in law to do so in not this year's defense bill, but last year's defense bill.
And it said very specifically, they want to create a joint task force.
Now, a joint task force militarily is something that combines Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines in one unit so that they can communicate and I was able to understand a little bit of why they were doing this.
There are either two reasons.
conflict, whether it's in North Korea or the Korean Peninsula, or more dangerously, on the Taiwan Strait or the South China Sea. And the Pentagon is resisting this. I was able to understand a little bit of why they were doing this. There are either two reasons.
One, the Biden people are back to appeasement and reengagement with China, and they see this would be a provocative move, basically, by setting up a warfighting join task force to be ready for conflict.
And of course, Congress has been pushing them, they put it in law.
And this is bipartisan.
This is both Democrats and Republicans.
And yet the Pentagon is not doing it.
Instead, PACOM, what they did was they created a smaller, lesser unit on Guam called Joint Task Force Micronesia.
And it's basically an air traffic control system for the military there.
It's not what Congress wanted.
So there's going to be a big fight over this.
We now NBC it was a Christian Kirsten Welker and Andrea Mitchell and a couple other heavy hitters are there reported two days ago that in the meeting in San Francisco which hadn't been reported before in the meeting in San Francisco she said to Biden's face We are going to reunify Taiwan, period, end of story, at a time and place of our choosing.
Let's move on to the next topic.
And the White House went out of their way to suppress that information.
Do you think that ties at all to their refusal to set up the Warfighting Joint Task Force?
Yes, it's all part of the appeasement neo-engagement policy.
And by the way, I reported that in November.
The NBC just kind of woke up to it.
Xi Jinping also, at that meeting, denied that his commanders had come to him and said, you know, they're ready to rock and roll in 2027 or 2035.
But he did say, yeah, this can't go on forever.
We got to resolve this. | ||
And there was a background briefing for reporters and it came out and I picked up on it and reported on that.
So again, you have on the one hand, you have Xi saying that he's completely unaware of PLA plans for an attack on Taiwan.
And on the other hand, he's saying, look, here are the red lines, here are the conditions where we're going to resolve this militarily.
And they are going to resolve it militarily.
I think that's clear. | ||
And the Biden administration has sent All the wrong signals.
They've sent signals of weakness and appeasement.
I think this is the most dangerous period between now and November, because if the Chinese calculate that Trump could come back into office, they won't have the same window of opportunity.
You have massive attention and resources going to Ukraine and Israel, and at the same time, the Chinese could No, it's one of their classic moves.
Unrestricted warfare.
They've been at war with the United States for many years.
Your second story is something almost out of science fiction.
they attacked India across the border while the U.S. was in a nuclear showdown with the then Soviet Union.
No, it's one of their classic moves. Unrestricted warfare.
They've been at war with the United States for many years.
Your second story is something almost out of science fiction. Talk to us about it.
Yeah. | ||
This is a really significant story that I've been covering for quite some time now.
It's on China's use and development of cognitive warfare or brain warfare.
And there's a group called the CCP Biothreats Initiative.
It's a group of former intel and military people that have done some amazing open source intelligence collection.
And they just updated their report with some new information about the types of weapons that the Chinese are developing.
They're doing things like thought control, where you have computers interfacing with the actual brain.
They have sleep weapons.
They're weapons that can be used to put troops to sleep or in a state of vulnerability.
They also have radio wave weapons and all kinds of things that they're working on.
And this bio-threats initiative in their report, which I described in the Washington Times, it talks about how they're using these weapons and how they plan to use them as part of a major strategy.
And of course, you know, it goes back to Sun Tzu, who said, you know, the acme of skill is defeating your enemy without firing a shot.
So these are gray zone, these are unrestricted warfare weapons that they're developing.
And they're pouring massive resources into it.
The US military has to recognize this first, and then they have to develop countermeasures and training to be able to deal with these kinds of things.
Do you believe that people will become clear to people as we get into the impeachment process, because they voted for the formal impeachment process, as we get into it and people see the mask pulled off of the Biden crime family's monetary involvement with the CCP, that much of why we don't have an active, real active strategy against the CCP, either militarily or economically, will all become clear because Biden's been on the payroll?
Well, I've talked to a number of U.S.
officials who deal with China, and not all of them, but some of them have told me clearly they believe that President Biden is compromised by his relations with China and the Hunter Biden scandal.
So that is definitely a factor.
And I've seen this evolution.
It began in the very earliest days of the Biden administration, where they sent Wendy Sherman to Beijing.
The first thing the Chinese did was say, do you want better relations with us?
Here's a list of things we want, and the prosecution of Meng Wanzhou, the Huawei executive.
But the top of the list was The US has to promise not to undermine the Chinese communist system.
And this is the fatal flaw.
So they have this idea of competition.
They think it's some kind of a car race.
And you have the Secretary of Defense calling China a pacing challenge.
Well, pace cars never win auto races.
Bill, how did people get to your writing in the Washington Times and all your other content?
They're not going to target the Chinese Communist system, which is ultimately the source of the evil that is the Chinese Communist Party.
I got a website. | ||
It's called the Gertz file at gertzfile.com.
I'm on social media at at Bill Gertz, all the platforms.
And of course, at the Washington Times, which, you know, we're aggressively expanding our national security coverage.
Fantastic. | ||
One of the best papers in the country in the best op ed section in the country.
Bill Gertz. | ||
Thank you, brother. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
Have a Merry Christmas.
Same, same, brother Gertz.
One of the best. | ||
Dr. Seb Gorka-Jones. | ||
Seb, let's take him from the top.
The Joint Task Force. | ||
The Warfighting Task Force.
Biden has very specifically not set this up.
Mandated by law by the NDAA of 2022.
Not 2023. | ||
You see the same thing that happened with Taiwan.
He was told to his face we're going to reunify.
The Americans made no counter to that.
And we've got these impeachment hearings coming up where it's going to be stripped Well, let's go back to the question you asked Bill about Biden and whether or not he's an agent, a Manchurian candidate, or just compromised.
I think it was Tucker who first played that clip and I think also Gordon Chang.
Pushed it a lot way back when there was that key economist in China who at a conference in Chinese said the trouble with Trump was before Trump we could get all of our bodies in Wall Street and in DC to do whatever we wanted.
I mean, you have somebody who isn't speaking without the permission of the CCP, of Xi, of the Central Committee, saying in public that, you know what, we had it all sewn up.
Well, why did they have it all sewn up?
They had it all sewn up because of the millions and millions of dollars that have flown into this city in DC, and also into the Biden family coffers.
Just one story, people talk about where's the evidence, where's the evidence on Biden corruption.
Just one story, forget about Ukraine and the billion dollars in aid.
Joe Biden flies on Air Force One as point person for China as vice president.
He takes Hunter Biden with him.
When they arrive to Beijing, this is open source, this is declassified, Hunter Biden dismisses His secret service escort.
He arrives to the biggest communist dictatorship in the world and dismisses his secret service escort.
Says, you don't need to come to my meetings with me.
I'll be fine. | ||
And then what happens? | ||
He goes to those meetings.
They fly back on Air Force Two to America.
And a man who has no background in Asia, no background in finance, gets a $1.4 billion deal with the National Bank of Communist China.
You're a former Goldman Sachs guy.
You know, Steve, there's nobody, not Goldman Sachs, not Bank of America, not Merrill Lynch, nobody could have gotten a $1.4 Billion dollar deal with zero background in Asia or finance the way that Hunter Biden did.
So I think the question answers itself who the Bidens are working for.
Seb, hang on, we're going to play some Christmas music, take a short break and be back with Dr. Seb Gorka.
Seb brings up a brilliant point.
It wasn't simply just a $1.4 billion deal.
It was $1.4 billion of equity capital to invest.
The hardest capital to be able to raise.
Your track record has to be many decades and has to be absolutely spotless.
Hunter Biden was certainly not spotless and had no actual background in any of that.
Curious minds want to know.
Okay, short break. | ||
Dr. Seb Gorka on the other side.
unidentified
|
Who is he? Where? What is where he?
Sire, he lives, thou couldst me cleanse Underneath the mountain Right against the forest fence Why, Saint, has his fountain?
Bring me flesh and bring me wine Bring me kind Lord's feather Thou and I will see him die When we bear him thither On our forfeit rent Together through the moonbeams While the mess and the bitter weather Sire, the night is
by it because it has racist overtones I actually feel, as you say, we have to control the border and a lot of people coming across the border from anywhere in the world, we don't know where they're coming from.
But at the end of the day, the fact of the matter is that the Hispanic Americans that have come up from South America Have made great citizens.
You know, they have strong values, they're entrepreneurial.
My son-in-law was a Marine combat officer and he said the best Marines in his unit in Iraq were the recent Hispanic immigrants.
So, uh, I don't like these racist overtones.
In the broad sweep of history, the fact that we have a reservoir to our south of these people who come out of the Western tradition, they're religious people, good family people in general, uh, is a boon to the United States.
Does that mean they all are like that?
No. | ||
And does bringing in a lot of people at once from a different country... Stop.
Stop. | ||
You want to know why your country's screwed up?
That is Bush-speak right there.
That's Bush-speak. | ||
Don't point to radical Democrats and the guys doing the invasion.
That's the problem right there.
That's Bill Barr. | ||
Oh, they're all fine people.
It's gonna be great. | ||
They're all from the Western tradition.
All from the Western tradition.
It's an invasion of our country.
It's not these people's fault.
They're being invited in.
Sure, they should come in.
But Trump's a racist, Seb.
Yeah, I really hope Bill Barr has continued to do illegal things in the last three years so the statute of limitations won't apply to him and God willing if we win that guy will be up on charges not for being just a seditious bastard in the Trump cabinet but for the crimes he committed after he left.
Did you hear with his words that he said we don't know who these people are and in the same sentence he says they're great and then some
about well my son is a marine and he served with great hispanic marines what illegal aliens you cretin i mean this this fat oleaginous git is a cretin as well as being a saboteur and it's weird that he didn't call the president a racist when he was in his cabinet but your analysis is great i mean these are worse than the democrats because the democrats We know they hate America.
This person pretends to be a conservative and then peddles the Bush garbage.
These are the biggest problem for us.
These people. | ||
Because these are saboteurs, Steve, and they were at the cabinet level in our administration.
He's tossing out right there, amnesty.
You know, you're gonna get bigger markets.
This is what, behind the scenes, this is what the puppet masters, the paymasters of the Republican Party, the Kochs, all of them, this is the poison they put in real time.
Listen to his choice of words, Stephen.
This guy's supposed to be some big Catholic.
I met his cousin who plays bagpipes and taught Bill, you know, Bill how to play bagpipes, some big Catholic.
He called these human beings a reservoir.
Did you catch that? | ||
A reservoir? | ||
I mean, that is W.E.F. | ||
speak. | ||
It's a reservoir? | ||
Like what, like a tank of gasoline?
Is that what you're talking about?
It tells you who these people are.
They don't give a crap for other human beings.
Just power, power, power.
If you want to know who Bill Barr is, look how much he's worth and how much he was paid by the Beltway Bandits after he left the CIA as Chief Counsel.
Then you'll understand who that man really is.
We don't care what he's done the last three years.
We'll find something. | ||
Trust me, we'll find something.
We'll find something. | ||
Okay, Democracy Dies in Darkness.
I've been wanting to get this up, but we've been so jammed the last couple of days.
Or as Hanwell calls it, the Langley Bugle, has a tweet out.
Because, you know, it's all that crowd at Morning Joe, David Ignatius, you know, all the mouthpieces from the CIA, giving you the CIA's daily line.
They announce, brothers, this has got to be bad news for Zelensky.
The Washington Post announces they're shutting down their Ukraine war section.
Is that a tell, Brother Gorka?
Does that mean that they've won in Ukraine?
I'm a bit curious. | ||
If you don't need to report on it, does it mean that there's no war anymore?
I can't believe you guys caught that.
That is stunning. | ||
Absolutely stunning. | ||
I love this idea of the Langley bugle.
They just magically make things disappear.
It reminds me of that genius, that man amongst men, that Thucydides of the Beltway, Jake Sullivan, who wrote his piece about the great success of Biden's foreign policy for foreign affairs.
And he said in the piece just before October 7th, and how Biden has stabilized the Middle East.
And he writes this 8,000 word hagiography of himself and Biden.
Then we have the massacre of the Jews, the greatest since the Shoah, and they allow him The editors of Foreign Affairs allow him to go back into the electronic edition, the paper ones already printed, sorry Jakey Poo, and they allow him to delete the segments about how we stabilize the Middle East.
That is George Orwell. | ||
That is the memory hole.
That is the delete what we said because we don't want to look bad.
So whether it's Jake Sullivan being allowed to rewrite history in the pages of Foreign Affairs or whether it's the Washington Post hoping That the American taxpayer doesn't notice that they don't cover the Ukraine anymore.
These people wouldn't know truth if it bit them on the arse, Steve.
21 December 1945, General George Patton died today after I think 10 days in the hospital due to still questionable traffic accident led to a broken neck.
He was a head of the 15th Army Group after the war, had been a little controversial during the war and after the war.
When he died they asked his widow where he should be buried and she thought naturally they were bringing him home To be buried near their house, but a lot of the senior staff that had worked with him, had fought with him from North Africa all the way up, recommended to her that she think about burying him at, I think it's in Hamm, Luxembourg.
Yeah. | ||
At the cemetery where the Third Army, his famous Third Army that relieved the 101st at Bastogne, was buried.
And that's where he's buried.
So, comments, observations.
Patton, Bastogne, the combat history at Christmas.
Two things. | ||
Thank you, Steve, for always having that historic perspective that is so lost on most conservative commentators and analysts today and influencers.
Number one, if you want to have a bit of fun, and you know me, I hate conspiracy theories.
I kill people who call into my show, metaphorically, Media Matters, with conspiracy theories.
But if you want to watch an amazing movie on what might have really happened to General Patton, Brass Target with Max von Sydow as the assassin is a Christmas treat after you've celebrated the coming of our Lord and Savior, watch Brass Target.
And then if you want to talk about the importance of the people like Patton, I recommend you go online and watch the, I think it's a Hillsdale lecture by the great Victor Davis Hanson on...
pattern the Ajax of our time and its connection to people like President Trump.
How we need Ajax is to save civilization and once they save civilization we throw them in the trash because we no longer respect great warriors. Patton was one of them, President Trump is one of them as well and we need Ajax is more than ever.
So, brass target for a bit of fun, and VDH, the Ajax-Patton-Trump phenomena for some real history.
Like Ajax, fell on a sword.
By the way, one more list thrown in there over the holiday, Day of the Jackal with Edward Fox playing the assassin, trying to take out the foreign agent.
With the crotch? | ||
Not exactly happy. | ||

Leaving Algiers. | |
Yep, a classic. | ||
It's a must see. | ||
Merry Christmas to you and the whole posse.

Where did we get you Seb over the holidays?
Where do people go for your content?

My Substack, I've had two articles a day this week, we're cranking it out, sebastiangorker.substack.com, but the website, Seb Gorka, True Social, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Rumble, you name it.

Brass Target and Day of the Jackal.

I've got some time on this side.
By the way, Rudy declared bankruptcy today.
We're going to have America's Mayor on here in a moment, but I want to go to Lieutenant Commander Mike Cassidy.
Brother, you did a great turn of events up in Iowa.
Tell us what you did, sir.
unidentified
|
Well, Iowa used to have a satanic altar in their state capitol.
They put it up a couple weeks ago, and I took it down.
I don't think that our nation should be honoring the father of evil, especially, you know, around Christmas.
It doesn't seem right. | ||
It's not American to honor Satan.
Lieutenant Commander, tell me, you're a Navy pilot, you know, a fighter pilot, who in Iowa, they're about the most decent folks on the planet Earth, who in Iowa thought that was a good idea to allow that satanic statue to be there during the Christmas season?
unidentified
|
I believe it was some bureaucratic organization within the legislature, but to be frank, I'm not really sure.
I'm surprised, though, that nobody with authority took it down.
That was pretty shocking, pretty offensive, I think, to a lot of people.
Hopefully everybody. | ||
You know, it's Satan. | ||
It's not the same thing as the nativity scene.
They're not equal in the slightest.
Commander, can you hang on for one second?
We're going to play a little Christmas music on the way out.
We're going to take a short break.
Commander is going to join us on the other side.
Rudy Giuliani. | ||
We got Rudy Giuliani is also going to walk us through what this bankruptcy filing means.
Going to take a short commercial break.
We'll go out with some Christmas music.
We'll be back in just a moment.
unidentified
|
When the poor man came inside, Shall bring with him few words.
Hear the page and spell thy mind, And if thou lose't it, tell me, Younger peasant, who is he?
Where, what, is where he?
By him lives a goodly cairn, Underneath a mountain, Right against the forest fence, Why, Saint, as a child, He'll be a goodly cairn.
He'll be a goodly cairn, Underneath a mountain, Right against the forest fence, Why, Saint, as a child.
He'll be a goodly cairn.
Bring me flesh, And bring me wine, Bring me thy blood's hither, Thou and I will see him die, When we bear and thither.
He and Mama, Forth they went, Forth they went together, Through the rude rains, Flat the mesh, And the bitter weather.
Sire, the night is darker now.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banner.
Your host, Stephen K. Bound.
unidentified
|
Bye. | |
Okay, welcome back. | ||
Rudy's going to join us in a moment.
Lieutenant Commander Cassidy, you're an F-18 pilot, so you just said, hey, I'm not going to go through any bureaucratic channels.
It's inappropriate. | ||
It's unacceptable. | ||
It's unsatisfactory. | ||
You just went in and took the head off of Satan in the Iowa State Capitol?
unidentified
|
Yeah, you know, there's nobody there.
I didn't know whether there were going to be politicians there, protesters, when I got there.
But actually seeing the thing in real life, not just seeing it on social media, it had a pretty big impact, a bigger impact.
And I realized that it could not stand.
I couldn't walk away from that and one day have a conversation with with my maker and say, I let it stand.
So I went, I took it down.
Then I turned myself in to the authorities.
They gave me a citation and sent me on my way.
So that's where it stands.
You got a citation and they let you bounce, right?
unidentified
|
Yep, exactly. | |
And the big thing that... Is the Satanic group trying to sue you?
They've just pressed that criminal charge of the misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
That's the only charge that's been filed.
What do you mean? | ||
They've filed it. | ||
They want that. | ||
No authority has done that.
They say they want that pressed, right?
unidentified
|
That is correct. | |
Yeah, the Satanic Temple, they are the people that have filed that.
You know, if you're going to have any enemies, I guess having the Satanic Temple, As your enemy, that's not the worst thing to happen.
I'm certainly what I hope to get.
Yeah, I think St. | ||
Michael, when I think it's good when you're meeting your maker, I think that's a good one to say.
We say, hey, here's the guys that don't like me.
Satanic Temple, one of the criminal charges.
How do people find out more about your story?
Where do they go? | ||
unidentified
|
They can go on my ex account, which is Mike Cassidy MS.
Um, and they can see what I've talked about, and they can find out more about that there.
Commander, fortune favors the bold, as they say in the United States Navy.
We're very proud of you for taking action, action, action.
Everybody's proud of you, but particularly the veterans, the Navy veterans.
A lot of people talking about it.
A lot of people love the fact you took action.
So, Godspeed, farewell and falling seas, and we'll have you back on shortly.
Thank you, sir. | ||
Merry Christmas. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you, sir. | |
Appreciate it. | ||
Merry Christmas. | ||
Naval officer and a mad Irishman, I can tell.
Let's play the call for Rudy.
I'll go right to Rudy. | ||
unidentified
|
It doesn't get Rudy Giuliani off the hook, right?
It doesn't get Rudy Giuliani off the hook, but it does press pause.
So, Lucy, you were saying that yesterday Judge Howell allowed Ruby Freeman and Shane Moss to immediately enforce the judgment.
The impact of this bankruptcy filing is to re-pause enforcement efforts.
Right now, Rudy Giuliani doesn't have to continue litigating those cases against him.
There are a series of other defamation cases by Dominion, by Smartmatic, both makers of voting machines, by Hunter Biden.
There's a sexual assault and harassment case brought by his former employee, Noelle Dunphy.
All of those are on hold, and as well, any efforts to enforce pre... I've heard enough.
America's Mayor, you're one of the smartest lawyers in the country.
Tell us what happened this afternoon.
Well, I mean... | ||
I don't think it's much of an embarrassment to say that I can't afford $148 million, that that's way beyond what I consider to be a rather decent net worth and proud of it.
But I'm about $130 million short.
unidentified
|
And with the judge acting as one.
But Rudy, hang on. | ||
I thought normally when these things happen, it's years of going back and forth.
You said you're going to appeal.
You've actually asked for a new trial.
There's all types of stuff in the legal process.
This happens every day.
I shouldn't say a judgment like this a little over top, but the plaintiffs know this.
This happens. | ||
Their lawyers know this.
I thought there was a process set up that would just naturally go along a process.
What has happened in that?
unidentified
|
Well, there's no process here.
This isn't an American court.
This is the D.C. | ||
District Court, where people get held, you know, for 20, 25 months before trial, where people get sentences that are three, four times the prosecutor asked for.
I mean, this is not an American court.
And you would be fooling yourself to think that.
That's the reason they brought it in D.C.
rather than in Georgia, because even though Georgia can be pretty Democrat-leaning, corrupt city, there's nothing like D.C.
So the judge, very improperly, improperly is a nice way to put it, unethically, way beyond her role as a judge, gave them advice that they should proceed against my assets now and not abide by at least even the 30-day rule.
When she said that, I said, to heck with that.
I'm going to protect it all.
Not just myself, but any other people that are owed money.
And I have a perfect right to be in bankruptcy because I've got to take that $148 million seriously until it's changed.
And if I have to pay the $148 million, I'm about $130 million short, right?
So I went into bankruptcy, and it'll hold up everything.
I'll get a chance to appeal.
We'll find out what the real amount is.
If any, the whole case might get reversed.
The case was a joke. | ||
The verdict, the best thing you could do with the verdict is use it as a example of how irrational and unfair the case was.
Otherwise, they never would have come up with that number.
But I never got a chance to defend myself.
I would like an opportunity to do that.
Much like President Trump never got a chance to defend himself in Colorado.
Hang on, I'm confused already.
Is the path forward with you and your legal team, is it to ask for a new trial or try to appeal this?
Is the appeals process where you get a new trial?
I'm not a lawyer. | ||
Of course, yeah. | ||
Our appeal, the appeal has many parts to it.
The ideal appeal, I mean the ideal we would like on appeal is to throw this whole case out as a violation of the First Amendment, which it is.
Number two, if they're not going to do that, give us a new trial because of the unbelievable number of errors, constitutional, ethical errors in this case, including now the judge acting as a lawyer and giving advice to the plaintiffs.
So it's two-pronged. | ||
Throw the case out as a violation of the First Amendment.
Let's have a fair try. | ||
How unusual, just for our audience, how unusual is it for a judge to say, hey, I guess she saw you in the New York Post or on TV doing something, and she said, I'll pull this expedited.
It's not even the 30 days that you get to kind of get organized and to go back to the plaintiffs, but just pull it and say, you can go after him and seize his assets right now.
How unusual is that? | ||
Extremely. | ||
I mean, she's accused me of hiding assets.
Another reason I'm going into bankruptcy is everybody will see all my assets and liabilities.
I have no problem with that.
I had a problem with these dishonest people because the lawyer here was Hunter Biden's law partner, represented Burisma.
It seemed to me a lot of the discovery, which was beyond harassment, Was to benefit other cases of the Bidens.
This is not an isolated case.
These people don't have seven, $8 million to spend on a case.
They had eight lawyers in the courtroom.
I had one. | ||
They were represented like AT&T.
And then a lot of the discovery, Steve, was for things not having to do with my case, but for things trying to get at Trump, Bannon, Meadows, Everybody.
And when we would object that it was overbroad and harassment, she, of course, would just deny it.
Because like she demonstrated yesterday, she's working for the other side.
She's giving them advice.
I've never heard a judge do that.
I was a law clerk to a great federal judge for two years.
Of course, I was in the federal court for 17 years.
Judges generally do not give financial advice.
to one side or the other, and when they do, it's pretty obvious that they've lost all balance and control, as this judge has.
And if the D.C. | ||
District Court wants to regain some degree of respect, they should urge the circuit to reverse the case and throw it out.
When will you actually file the appeal?
When will the appeal process start?
And I take it the bankruptcy won't slow that down?
No, it doesn't slow it down.
We'll start the appeal.
I've forgotten the number of days.
We probably have 30 or 40 days.
We may even make a motion for a new trial first in order to make sure that we've marshaled all our points on appeal and give Judge Beryl Howell a chance to be unfair again and deny it.
One thing that caught particularly your friends and colleagues by surprise in the filing, at least the headlines in the New York Post and other places, CNN, you listed liabilities of $200 to $500 million.
We understand the $174 struck everybody as a little over the top.
How did you get the range of $200 to $500?
Liabilities of $200? | ||
I don't have liabilities of $200.
of 200? I don't have liabilities of 200. That's just wrong.
The liabilities that I have are in excess of that, maybe a million dollars.
So it's the $148,000 plus maybe $700,000, $800,000.
I don't have, I don't have any mortgage.
unidentified
|
I don't have any loans. | |
We will, we will split. | ||
unidentified
|
We will, we will spend 99% of my liabilities.
Are that is that judgment with 90 98% is that judgment?
Without that judgment, I'm perfectly solid.
I'm asking my Evercrack staff, can you pull the CNN headline?
I think New York Post was the same.
I think it said 200, 500 million.
Anyway, we'll get to that in a second.
Do you believe that this... Oh, maybe.
You know what they're doing?
I know what they're doing.
They're looking at the other cases.
What they're doing is they're saying if all the other cases were to go to conclusion, And get the money that they're asking for.
But that's I mean, that's really in never never land.
Like, for example, Dominion is asking for 1.2 billion.
So maybe somebody wants to consider that liability.
But it's not a real it hasn't become what it hasn't become any kind of a verdict or a judgment yet.
That's what I think they're doing.
They're taking all those other cases and they're saying, suppose he loses all those cases, he'd owe $500 million.
But I don't owe it right now.
And I don't think I am going to lose all those cases.
I don't even know how Dominion can recover another cent.
They've already recovered four times the value of their company.
Rudy, last thing. | ||
You think this is all about targeting President Trump?
That's about the easiest question I've ever been asked.
Of course it's all about targeting President Trump, targeting me in particular.
Look, you know I'm the one who brought out the first evidence of criminality about Joe Biden way back five years ago.
From then on, they've been after me, including a letter asking to keep me off television, going and taking my iCloud account the first day that I began representing Trump on a warrant that they have yet to show me.
And for three years they were spying on me.
They raided my house, my law office.
Then had to write a letter to the grand jury saying there was no probable cause that I committed a crime.
unidentified
|
Sure, I'm target number two.
Not just to get me, but to discourage other people from representing him.
They've been successful in that, as you know.
unidentified
|
It's hard for Trump people to get lawyers.
It was very hard to get lawyers for people in the Georgia case.
Rudy, hang on for one second.
We want you to stick around for a quick commercial break.

What's he fighting for?
Voter integrity. | ||
A poll comes out from Cook Polling, and their comment is, and this is the Cook guy, so pretty straightforward.
They said that Biden's so weak in Michigan and Nevada.
And I've seen polls showing him 10 or 11 down in Michigan and also 10 or 11 down in Nevada.
That they have now moved it to a toss-up category, so they're not having a good day over at the at the White House the Biden crime family Hang around we're gonna take a short.
