		Sunday, some important parts of the government will shut down entirely, and essential parts of the government will be carried on by millions of federal employees and military personnel without pay.
		The shutdown will happen because a fully Republican-controlled House has failed in its constitutional responsibility to fund the government.
		But this isn't a debate between Republicans and Democrats.
		It's a fight between Donald Trump and everyone.
		Donald Trump pushed this shutdown because if you thought for a second that the extremist Republicans who are voting down their own speaker's bills are doing so on the basis of some strong moral belief or ideological position, you'd be wrong.
		Donald Trump, who by the way oversaw the longest government shutdown in U.S.
		history, is once again openly rooting for the government of the United States to shut down.
		And 21 Republicans, who care more about not getting primaried than about serving the American people, are doing his bidding.
		This week, Donald Trump posted on his social media site, quote, unless you get everything, shut it down.
		The New York Times reports, quote, a person close to Mr. Trump acknowledged that his support for a shutdown was providing encouragement to McCarthy's adversaries.
		Representative Matt Gaetz of Florida, a leading supporter of a shutdown, said in an interview that one of Mr. Trump's posts on social media endorsing a shutdown May have had an influence on some members of Congress.
		Quote, I think there might have been a few people on the fence who are persuaded by that statement.
		End quote.
		Mr. Gates continued, I view that as consequential.
		There are ways in which Kevin McCarthy can make up for his, the two dozen or so, whatever the number is, in his ranks.
		Who will not apparently do anything.
		They will not compromise on anything by talking to Hakeem Jeffries and getting Democratic support.
		I've spoken to members of Congress, Democratic members of Congress over the last few weeks and Republican members of Congress who have said that is probably a good outcome for the country.
		As you said, millions of people will continue to get paid for their work if that happens.
		Kevin McCarthy will probably be out of a job if he tries that.
unidentified		But who wants a job where you're beholden to these chaos agents?
		And again, frankly, if you really want to get in the weeds, and I know your viewers, you know, they know the weeds.
		They know these issues.
		Kevin McCarthy could put this forward as he did when we paid America's bills and lifted the debt ceiling.
		Democrats delivered the votes for that.
		He could put this bill forward, keep government open, And these chaos agents, they don't have a plan B. They just want to see everything burn.
		He would be a more confident, stronger speaker if he did that, because they would realize there is no plan B. But because he lives in fear, because he sees shadows every single day, and because he sees his own job as more important than anyone else's, we are going to suffer through this shutdown.
		It took 15 ballots and as the Washington Post reported yesterday, there are a faction of far-right members who are looking to the House Majority Whip, Congressman Emmer of Minnesota, to be somebody, Basil, who they would like to put up as a potential speaker.
		There have been three total stories about potential plots against Kevin McCarthy.
		Could we be not only looking at a government shutdown next week, but also potentially a vote on a new speaker?
		Well, I think there are a lot of folks that want to see that happen.
		McCarthy is a king with the sword of Damocles hanging over his head.
		It's a constant target on his back, but that's the speakership that he wanted.
		That's the speakership that he ascended to by all those deals that he cut in those 15 votes.
		But I do think that cooler heads might eventually prevail.
		You've got the center-right American Enterprise Institute scholar saying that this is the Seinfeld shutdown.
		It's a shutdown about nothing.
		You've got Congressmember Michael Ollis, Susan said earlier, he made the comment that his colleagues were stuck on stupid.
		And this is where I think the strategy aspect of this fails the Republicans, in my view.
		Because you have someone like Congressmember Lawler, who represents a suburban New York City district.
		He's in a flippable seat.
		There are three to four of them in New York alone that Democrats are looking at to try to reclaim from Republicans who won last year. So at minimum, why are you engaged in these exercises that jeopardizes vulnerable members of your own conference?

		We begin to break the fever, of course, over at Punchbowl.
		Brezhnev had just tweeted out this new GOP majority whip telling House Republicans there is no path For a CR, no 14-day, no 30-day, no 45-day.
		There are six hard no's on any CR.

		Incredible, intense, intense firefight all morning, all night last night about what's going to happen today.
		The Senate's over there, still hasn't passed anything.
		One thing I can tell you that's an amazing and monumental development.
		Ukraine is so toxic that they're telling Mitch McConnell that any attachment of Mitch to CR at all will be dead on arrival.
		Think about it.
		We had the majority of the majority vote against any Ukraine funding at all.
		Not just the new 24 billion dollars, but even the 300 million.
		Now we lost that because all the Democrats are all in, you know, they don't care how much they bury this country in debt.
		They're all in to send $80 billion this year to Ukraine.
		And of course, they wanted $300 million in training in the defense budget.
		But the $6 billion supplemental... Remember, first it was going to be $24 billion.
		Now, even on the CR, they can't get any traction of that at all.
		People are telling me from Congress and Senate, that's dead on arrival.
		A lot going on today.
		A very testy shouting last night at four o'clock in the afternoon.
		They were in each other's face.
		It started again this morning at 930.
		The Patriots are dug in and said, hey, listen, why are we not back at work?
		Why are we not going through these appropriations bills?
		We've got a lot of work to do.
		We've already funded or we've sent over our version of funding the government.
		I think 55 to 65 percent of the government in these big bills has been funded The Senate, remember, and you're talking about everything's the MAGA extremists, the ultra MAGA extremists.
		You saw Ali Velshi right there blaming it on President Trump.
		The Trump movement, right?
		What do they call it?
		The Confederate wing of the Republican Party, the new Confederate Army.
		That's what they're trying to position that in people's minds, right?
		Right now you're seeing the people standing on principle about this nation is in a crisis.

		There is a crisis and it is how you have this leviathan that's out of control and fed off of your money.
		And quite frankly, money we're borrowing from China, money we're just putting the bird making debt slaves out of everybody under 40 years old.
		You don't think we're making debt slaves out of everybody 40 years old?
		Think about all, every, every time Mike Pence, Judas Pence, and Chris Christie talk about entitlement reform, they all talk, well everybody under 40, everybody over 40, no problem, everybody under 40.
		If you're under 40 and you're voting for these people, you deserve everything you get.
		Because what you're getting is you're a Russian serf.
		That's what this fight's about.

		He said, let's get back to work.
		No CR.
		Break the fever.
		Let's work through the weekend.
		Let's get these appropriations.
		Have the Senate pass something.

		They want to roll everything back up into one thing and then have omnibus.
		They want to go back to having the cartel control.

		We've never gone through this process of the appropriations bills.
		You can actually see where people stand on votes and votes on amendments for these bills and where they want to cut and where they want to roll over.
		The Union Party and the globalists don't want that.
		That's why it's always been done in this way to kind of never get them done, do some CR, and then at the end of the year say, hey, we ran out of time, we have to have omnibus.
		That's how the cartel keeps control of the money.
		That's when Gates says break the fever, it's to break the fever.
		And this unaccountable apparatus is more than a bureaucracy.
		These are more than bureaucrats.
		This is an administrative state that has a deep state element to it.
		That element is choking down and has choked down the liberty and freedom of citizens in this country.
		You are not a priority.
		The 10 million illegal aliens coming through the country are the priority.
		The eastern-speaking, the Russian-speaking eastern border of Ukraine is a vital national security interest to that apparatus.
		If you look at CISA, the spying on you and the shutting down of conservative sites and conservative social media influencers, that's a priority.
		It's everything opposite of what this republic was built upon.
		And that's our point.
		There is no compromise in this.
		None.
		They're gonna win or we're gonna win.
		And right now what they hate, what they hate is that you actually have leverage.
		And they hate it.
		And they're gonna, I keep telling you, you think it's bad now?
		You ain't seen nothing yet.
		And if you think you're gonna take this apart, I mean really take it apart.
		When President Trump returns in January 2025 without every day being like Stalingrad, you are sadly mistaken.
		They're not going to give up control and power of the most powerful nation in the history of the earth.
		Not going to do that.
		Unless we continue to confront and take their power from them.
		And we're going to get to the Federal Reserve, get to all that and people, you know, and some people out there saying, well, you got to do this.
		Stop the wishful thinking.
		We're back in reality land.
		We got what we got.
		You got to fight with what you got.
		Look at the history of warfare.
		You don't have to start with overwhelming forces.
		You can start quite small.
		And victory begets victory.
		And then you build.
		And this movement, this is an inflection point.
		Today.
		Tomorrow.
		To break the fever.
		If you want to see the manifestation of it, they were prepared to throw Ken Paxton out of being AG in Texas.
		They are right now working.
		I'm sure they've set up a federal grand jury to indict him for crimes because we beat him in the impeachment process.
		They've thrown Colton Moore down in Georgia out of the out of the Senate caucus there, the Republican Senate caucus, because on that flank of the war, we're not actually winning that much.
		The possibilities are there and they're great pagers down in Georgia fighting.
		Up in Minnesota, they're trying to put Mike Lindell into bankruptcy.
		The financial institutions are trying to cut him off.
		The government's coming after him with multiple audits.
		There's other things going on we can't talk about that are even worse.
		And it's not just Lindell.
		They're going after the employees that work the phones.
		They don't care.

		On Monday in New York, Donald J. Trump's business empire is on trial.

		If he had not come back, understanding he won in 2020, and he had to set this right in this republic, or it was over, if Trump had not returned for this fight, it was over.
		Even as powerful as this movement is, if the leader of this movement had basically conceded to their stealing the election, the republic was over.
		That was a Republic ending moment.
		And that is why Donald Trump is a hero, not just for this age, but for all ages of the American Republic, like General Washington, like President Lincoln, and like Donald J. Trump.
		And this is why I say, only for the third time in the history of this Republic has the fate of an individual been inextricably linked to the fate of this Republic.
		And we're in it now.
		And it's going to get so much worse.
		And it's getting so much worse because you're putting up wins.
		If we were getting crushed, or people had quit, or people, and a lot have, a lot have just sucked their thumb and gone home and said, I can't take it anymore.
		I can't do this.
		Or they want to chase shiny toys.
		Let's go chase some shiny toys for a while.
		That fiasco on Thursday, you know what that fiasco was about?
		It has nothing to do, Biden, Biden is guilty of taking bribes from the Chinese Communist Party.
		Full stop.
		He's guilty of high treason to sell us out from the greatest existential threat we've ever had.
		Full stop.
		Also in Ukraine, I think you'll be able to prove in Ukraine, but Ukraine is a sidebar or terrible and we can prove it.
		And he took bribes, all of it.
		And it gets to the fact of why they're trying to put 200 billion dollars into Ukraine.

		Look what the FBI is trying to do.

		Look what the IRS is trying to do.
		If you don't think they're coming after you, you're dead wrong.
		When President Trump says they're coming after me because they're actually coming after you, that's that's correct.
		And his hair, look, he's he's an imperfect individual.

		That he stood up for his country?
		What is Donald Trump's crime?
		Donald Trump's crime is that when they stole the election, he just didn't go away.
		He made a decision in January, in February, in March of 2021 that he would not allow this to stand.
		He had nothing for himself to gain in that.
		This is all because of his ego.
		He had nothing to gain from that.
		If he had just gone away, none of this would have happened to him.
		There wouldn't be, was it, four indictments on 91 charges with 700 years in prison.
		And if you don't think they want him to serve all 700 years, you'd be incorrect.
		They've gone after his company, one of the great real estate companies in New York City, a city built upon capital markets and real estate.
		And they're going to liquidate the company.
		You have to understand this.
		They're trying to give him a death blow everywhere.
		Put him in jail for 700 years and bankrupt him and his family.
		Burn it to the ground and salt the earth around it.
		The stakes could not be higher in this.
		And President Trump will never come out and actually, you know, actually say that and look for support for that.
		You saw it in Detroit the other day.
		There has not been a more magnificent speech about working class people in this country than Donald J. Trump's speech in Detroit the other day.
		And there has not been a more powerful speech about what has happened in the great state of California with the Uniparty of Pelosi and Newsom than the speech in California yesterday.
		Trump's not holding back.

		Why is the United States Senate more focused on a short-term funding gimmick?
		That's what a CR is, a gimmick.
		With six billion dollars still for Ukraine, then funding our troops.
		Nancy Mace, and remember Nancy Mace in this regard is not a fire breather, but she was one of the 21 that voted against it.
		She's been taking a pretty hard stand.
		Republicans sent spending bills to the Senate.
		Number one, to fund our military.
		Number two, to secure our border.
		Number three, to help our vets.
		Number four, to keep America strong abroad.
		And the Senate has picked up and done no work.
		You know why?
		For the last five days, Mitch McConnell and the collaboration of the Senate has just worked on every different permutation of how to continue what the cartel wants to do.
		Because remember, he's the driver of the last omnibus.
		They don't want to be outed.
		They don't want to be outed.
		And they're just working on these short-term... Why is the short-term gimmick so important to them?
		Because it gets you past the forcing function of tonight at midnight.
		Gets you through that.
		And then it just, it's like, it's a gateway drug.
		Then it just rolls on.

		That is, how did we get away from convertibility?
		And here's the thing, both FDR in the 30s, and Nixon, and remember, because Nixon made a Faustian bargain.
		He would not go after the Great Society.
		Remember, he had the great Daniel Patrick Monaghan as his domestic advisor, and I think Ehrlichman also was on the domestic side, or the staff guy that focused on that.
		Remember, Nixon did not cut any of the Great Society programs, didn't go after them.
		The fight we're having here, they didn't have that.
		Which is the fight you should have had, and you should have had it right then.
		Before those things got ossified.
		And the reason they went off the convertibility of gold, there's a number of causes, but one of them is that they wanted guns and butter.
		Where we are today.
		You want all these social programs, you want all this social safety net, you want all this, and plus you want a massive empire that you're gonna fully finance.
		And not make, this is one of the reasons, and not make, look, NATO's not an ally, they're a protectorate.
		Ukraine's not an ally, it's not, they have no alliance with Ukraine, it's a protectorate.
		The Gulf Emirates, Middle East, are protectorate.
		You got two that punch above their weight, you got Israel, and you have, and you have Israel as an ally, and UAE, and they punch above their weight.
		But it's still a protectorate over there.
		Right?
		Go around to the South China Sea, the littoral nations around the South China Sea, protectorate.
		You go up to North, West Asia in this regards to Japan and Korea, still protectorates.
		That's the international, that's the post-war international rules based order.
		Here's the problem with that.
		On every trade deal with all those entities I just walked around those four, we're upside down.
		All the manufacturing jobs have gone there.
		Your children and your life is worse because the high value added jobs have all gone because they shipped them there because of lower labor, less environmental, less health care.
		So they shipped them over there and yet you underwrite, essentially underwrite their national security, their protection.
		And you send your sons and daughters You send your sons and daughters over there to defend it.
		And where are they?
		Where are they?
		And where are the elite's children?
		Where are they?
		Are they dying on foreign battlefields?
		Are they in VA hospitals right now with limbs blown off?
		You know, Brian Colfage has got what, three limbs missing?
		Well, he's in a federal prison.
		Are the elite's children, do you see any of those in VA hospitals?
		There may be, on a selective basis, some.
		I'm not saying they're all cowards.
		I'm not saying that at all.
	There's some people in the elite that believe in the old verities, the old values of what right now you can almost say is the old republic.
	That's what this fight's about.
	Don't let them misguide you on anything else.
	And for the pundits that you're hearing that are hammering this, Where were they in January?
	I remember this whole thing.
	Oh, they're the, you know, but in case of people as the chaos agents, you wouldn't have had regular order.
	You wouldn't have had these individual bills.
	You wouldn't actually be able to see how the process works and how you can defund it.
	If it hadn't been for that, they were also the cheerleader cheerleaders and the debt deal and the debt deal.
	Here's the original sin.
	Because it's buried the nation.
	And you don't see graves and these guys running around.
	Where are all the things?
	Remember all the huge cuts and all the permitting and all this great stuff that's going to happen, all the stuff on the border, where is it?

	And they're banging up the 21 right now.
	They're banging heads against walls over there.
	Trying to get to a clean start.

	And here's the thing that you got to understand.

	Why is it?
