| So Kevin McCarthy has been working hand in glove with the Biden administration to cover up The truth about January 6th. | ||
| The Capitol Police Board has three voting members, plus the non-voting member who's the chief of the Capitol Police. | ||

| You know, we have the acting director, the acting architect of the Capitol, who has come in after the Biden-McCarthy firing of the Trump-appointed architect. | ||

| So Kevin McCarthy took this from the possibility of two out of three of having a House GOP sergeant at arms and having a Trump-appointed architect of the Capitol on this board to assist in getting out this January 6 footage. | ||
| McCarthy helped Joe Biden every step of the way flip the script, completely flip it around and have a two out of three Democrat majority plus a Democrat-backed chief of Capitol Police who sits on this board, albeit not as a voting member, but still has sway on the board. | ||
| So Kevin McCarthy has just allowed this entire situation to be totally commandeered by the Biden regime and by the deep state, who doesn't want the truth about January 6th out there. | ||

| These are about two, two and a half minute bite-sized summaries of the white paper that we put out last April and was itemizing some of the major weaponization abuses at the hands of the FBI. | ||
| So today you can look forward to some information about how disturbing the protocols are for the FBI's use of confidential human sources, the informants, the snitches. | ||
| And just to cover it a little bit, you look at what happened with the radical traditional Catholic intel report that was generated by the FBI Richmond Field Office. | ||
| And Christopher Wray lied about when he testified in front of Congress and said that it was limited to that office. | ||
| And subsequently, we found out that there was involvement from Los Angeles and Portland and I'm sure others. | ||
| But that was a type five assessment where the FBI was recruiting informants, innocent Americans. | ||
| It was building dossiers on innocent Americans. | ||
| They hadn't committed a crime. | ||
| They were just being Looked into to see if they would be willing to become informants for the FBI and inform on their fellow parishioners about whether or not these people were prone to become radicalized as anti-government extremists because they held certain beliefs like being pro-marriage, pro-life, pro-border sovereignty. | ||
| And that's just one of the abuses that we see. | ||

| The use of informants with the proper authority, you can recruit clergy members, journalists, lawyers, and you can even recruit minors with the proper permissions. | ||
| So these are abuses that the FBI has within its policies. | ||
| And finally, I'll add that they can deploy Confidential human sources overseas without host nation's permission or knowledge. | ||
| And you can imagine what would happen to those folks if they wound up in front of the CCP. | ||
| I'm sure they would be disavowed and face some ramifications that you would never wish upon your worst enemy. | ||
| Steve, so how do we have oversight of this? | ||
| This is another one like FISA, all these things spin out of control. | ||
| Where's the natural oversight for this? | ||
| Because left to their own devices, they'll be infiltrating every evangelical church, every, I mean, because their number one thing, make sure everybody understands this. | ||
| Their number one thing on domestic terrorism is their new thing of Christian nationalism. | ||
| If you're a devout Christian and you're going to church, you're one of the part of these big evangelical megachurches, or if you're a traditional Catholic, a hobbit, going to Latin Mass on Sundays, they think those are breeding grounds for domestic terrorists. | ||
| Because they believe the number one threat to the nation. | ||
| With the entire thing imploding, the grooming going on in the schools, if you look around at all the madness, the number one problem they see is Christian nationalism. | ||
| They see that devout Christians are the potential big enemy to the system. | ||
| So where's the oversight supposed to be, Steve? | ||
| There's got to be some natural... You know, I got lectured yesterday by Mike Pence of the great checks and balances in our system. | ||

Well, I think the best oversight we could have is at a local level, which is why I've pushed for the idea. | |
| If we're not going to completely defund and eliminate the FBI, we should at least defund the armed agent and make them an unarmed investigator. | ||
| And then through appropriations, force the FBI to get the permission of a local sheriff who's accountable to his constituents to conduct an investigation and do it so with his personnel. | ||
| So you have trained deputies and experienced detectives who are far more uh far better law enforcement professionals than most FBI agents and finally when it comes time to an effective arrest we're not sending an FBI SWAT team because there just won't be one so we're going to rely on the local partners and and certainly the the Republican party could uh could message this to be we're not defunding the police we're empowering local law enforcement these are the guys that know the usual suspects and know what crimes need to be addressed because | ||
| The dirty little secret in the FBI is that there is a quota system, and it comes out of Washington, D.C., and it dictates the number of cases and arrests that all the field offices have to generate each year, and that's antithetical to law enforcement, which should be about bringing crime down, and that's what your sheriff is elected to do. | ||
| But now the FBI is incentivized to bring the crime stats up so it can justify its spending and get compensation, get bonuses for senior executives of the FBI. | ||

| Have you seen, as you've observed this over at CRA, over the Center for Renewing America, in the budget process that we're talking about, you know, when Russ and these guys talk about, you know, woke and weaponized, in the budget process, you followed it, have we taken out, are we really getting to the heart of the FBI's abuses? | ||

| I was incensed as a freshman when I had to vote on the farm bill and whether or not to authorize war in Yemen in the same vote. | ||
| And we can still have broad bills that relate to insurance or education or appropriations, but the notion that we lash all these things together does not serve our constituents and the American people. | ||
| Our vision is for a House of Representatives where all of the members are empowered to represent their constituents, to have a real voice on matters of appropriations. | ||
| And I think that's important given the fights that we have ahead with the Biden administration over spending. | ||
| And we're not asking for crazy things. | ||
| We just want to pass appropriations bills separately, single subject. | ||
| The requirement that every bill address a single subject and that the appropriations bills be considered separately, not just as one up or down vote. | ||
| So you've got to vote for the troops and keeping our military funded right alongside funding some of these woke agencies. | ||
| McCarthy has drawn a red line and said no to our demands that every bill on the floor adhere to a single subject. | ||
| The reason that's important is because we don't want matters log-rolled together so that each issue in legislation before the House for consideration doesn't get the scrutiny that it deserves, doesn't get the focused debate that results in better public policy. | ||
| You would think that Republicans, Democrats, everyone would want single subject, but Kevin McCarthy has said no. | ||
| The principal goal of the people who are objecting to Mr. McCarthy on the Republican side is that we don't believe the rules of this place unlock the potential of all of the members to be able to cast votes on individual bills and to offer amendments on Appropriations Act. | ||
| We got concessions that really were being rejected as early as Monday when it comes to being able to read legislation 72 hours before its adoption, individual appropriations bills, and ultimately what we negotiated ensures that we will never again have a circumstance like this omnibus spending legislation because bills will have to comport to a single subject. | ||
| There will be germanity requirements on amendments. | ||
| And so it's going to be an open process, a transparent process. | ||
| I'm thrilled at where the house of representatives is today. | ||

| You're seeing the battle lines being drawn right now. | ||
| I want to push out if Grace and Captain Bannon can push out that clip, that compilation put together. | ||
| These are the battle lines that are going to be drawn in the next three weeks about not just the impeachment and driving forward on that, but the most important thing is the power and the money. | ||

| Well, as you know, we first broke this story that there was eight to ten thousand Suspected fraudulent registrations in Muskegon, Michigan. | ||
| The state came back and confirmed our reporting days later, which was interesting. | ||

| They just confirmed what we had reported on the war room. | ||
| Last week, we released the fact that we had some whistleblowers who came to us, Steve, and they let us inside a Michigan clerk Facebook page, a private page, And from that, we found out, Steve, and we reported this on The War Room, that this wasn't just in Muskegon. | ||
| This wasn't just in one county. | ||
| It was happening in several counties where GBI Strategies was sending packages of these suspected fraudulent registrations to counties around the state of Michigan. | ||
| So this wasn't just an isolated incident. | ||
| Today, Steve, we have a big report. | ||
| I'm so glad you had me on to talk about this. | ||
| McMurray, our friend, wrote this report today. | ||
| What we have from this Facebook page group now is, it wasn't just GBI strategies, but it was the Secretary of State's office, the Bureau of Elections, that was sending these clerks these bogus, fraudulent, it appears to be fraudulent ballots, or registrations, excuse me, registrations. | ||
| Steve, some of them just had a name. | ||
| Some didn't have dates. | ||
| Some didn't have signatures. | ||
| And they were sending these not only where they appear to be absolutely fraudulent, but they were sending them within the deadline. | ||
| They're not supposed to accept these. | ||
| The clerks aren't supposed to accept these. | ||
| Let me read you what it says on that Jocelyn Benson, Secretary of State website. | ||
| It says within 14 days of the election and on election day, the voters may only register in Michigan in person at the clerk's office. | ||
| So the only way they could register would be to go to the clerk's office in all these counties and register. | ||
| Instead, you have the Secretary of State's office sending out these packages late at night. | ||
| They were getting emails. | ||
| They were also emailing these these registrations. | ||
| This is very suspect and it demands an investigation from lawmakers. | ||
| We now have fact that these clerks, we include this in our report today, Steve, they're all like, what's happening here? | ||
| The system's breaking down. | ||
| What's going on? | ||
| And of course it was. | ||
| And it appears now, I say, Jocelyn Benson was part of this apparently fraudulent registration. | ||
| It's beyond just using the not-for-profits. | ||
| The fish rots from the head down. | ||
| Nessel and Benson are up through the neck on this. | ||
| And remember, Whitmer She's in the bullpen because they're looking to her to replace either her or Newsom to replace Biden come next spring. | ||
