Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
ben bergquam
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
unidentified
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
natalie winters
Welcome to the War Room.
It's Natalie Winters filling in for Stephen K. Bannon on Thursday, July 6th in the year of our Lord, 2023.
He'll be back for the 6 o'clock hour, but in the meantime, we have a very packed and very good show covering all things big tech, big government, and big pharma.
But what I think you guys will come to realize, if you don't already know it by the end of the show...
Is that they really all form the same apparatus that is colluding to deprive you of your rights, whether it's to choose what you want to do with your body, what you can say, even what you can think.
And joining me to discuss all of this, someone who of course knows Big Pharma very, very well, and someone who knows what it's like to be silenced and censored even more so, is Dr.
Naomi Wolf. Now I have to say, on behalf of War Room, we're so glad that you're doing better and you're back with us.
I don't know if the same can necessarily be said for Pfizer being glad that you're doing well because it seems like you are already giving them hell.
If you want to walk the War Room audience through, at least legally, what you guys have been doing to actually get some, I'm going to use my favorite word, accountability from the big pharma giant, at least when it comes to their COVID-19, and I use the word lightly, vaccines, but their COVID-19 products.
dr naomi wolf
Yeah, absolutely.
Thank you, Natalie.
And as I said, when I was last on with Steve, I also really want to thank the War Room Posse for their ongoing prayers.
I was very, very, very ill, and I'm quite sure the War Room Posse's words of support and prayers materially helped me.
So I'm very, very super grateful.
Yeah, it's a huge milestone, Natalie.
We have two legal teams.
naomi wolf
One is George Smith in Ohio, and he's sent a letter To DOJ already, he's got 10 Ohio plaintiffs who've been damaged by this injection.
And his cause of action is reckless endangerment.
And our legal team in LA, and they're the same legal team who successfully sued the Biden administration to get masks off of travelers, as you recall.
Well, they, Scott Street and John Howard, Have completed all the initial hurdles, which included a letter to the FDA. And now the post is finally clear.
They sent what I think is an incredibly powerful, persuasive, kind of unanswerable 40-page letter.
And you can read it right on dailycloud.io.
They sent a letter to the Department of Justice on behalf of Daily Cloud.
dr naomi wolf
And by the way, this is not our victory.
It is really your victory.
naomi wolf
Or our victory together because it's the War Room Daily Cloud Pfizer Documents research team, these 3,500 doctors and scientists who came together when Steve put the call out on War Room and who have been working for the last two years under the leadership of our COO, Amy Kelly, to go through the Pfizer documents, these tens of thousands of documents released under court order, internal documents.
dr naomi wolf
And what they've found And they've, you know, written up in 74 reports.
naomi wolf
You can read them on our site.
You can order them in a book. But they found shocking, shocking, unanswerable, completely black and white evidence of fraud.
And so excitingly to me, as someone who's been, you know, helping to oversee this effort for the last two years, their findings are right in this letter.
dr naomi wolf
And so Scott Street quotes From their findings in saying that Pfizer has committed fraud against the people of the United States and the United States government.
And for example, here's just one paragraph.
naomi wolf
When seeking emergency use authorization from the FDA in December 2020, Pfizer said its shot was, quote, 95% effective, end quote, in preventing COVID-19.
dr naomi wolf
But of the 40,000 plus people who participated in Pfizer's trial, thousands contracted COVID-19.
Some of the Vaccinated people even contracted COVID-19 and got seriously ill or died from it.
Pfizer simply excluded these people from the data it reported to the FDA. It also manipulated the data by creating a small focus group of 170 people whose results gave Pfizer the 95% efficacy figure it knew the government was looking for.
naomi wolf
So as you recall from earlier appearances of mine, Natalie, on War Room, Pfizer got to that 95% effective number by simply dropping 200 vaccinated people with COVID from their math.
And if they hadn't, it would have had negative efficacy, meaning people would have been worse off with the vaccine than without the vaccine, which is literally what we now know they are in terms of COVID and other side effects.
So that's just one paragraph out of 40 pages of mountains of evidence that we and the war room together have compiled through these 3500 experts.
And I think it's kind of a brilliant legal strategy because it's kind of driving a wedge between Pfizer and the federal government and basically saying, we're saying Pfizer committed fraud against you.
And so that gives the federal government the opportunity to say, Oh yeah, Pfizer did commit fraud against us.
dr naomi wolf
But in the meantime, the letter forces them to start disclosing, and Scott Street has also begun a FOIA process to disclose communications about the procurement process with Pfizer, between the federal government, the FDA, CDC, and Pfizer.
naomi wolf
We're going to see what the federal government knew and when the federal government knew it.
So either the federal government was defrauded by Pfizer, in which case we will win, or the federal government was complicit with Pfizer in basically defrauding the American people and the Treasury and rolling out a bioweapon on the American people that they knew would be sterilizing and murderous and damaging, in which case we will also win.
natalie winters
I see a lot of parallels between some of these voting machine companies and their contracts with the federal government when you talk about manipulation of numbers and data but driving a wedge between these two entities that usually work so closely and locks up.
Obviously it's a very hot news cycle right now.
I wish I could keep you longer but I do want to cover one more thing before the end of this segment.
Which really is, again, we use the word bombshell a lot here in the war.
We like our wartime metaphors.
But Dr.
Peter McCullough and, of course, Yale epidemiologist Harvey Risch, both of whom have come on the show many, many times, they're good friends of the show, good friends of yours, put out a paper, or at least tried to, in the Lancet Medical Journal.
One of the top-line findings was that a review of 325 autopsies after COVID vaccination found that 74% of these deaths were indeed caused by the vaccine within 24 hours of being posted online, like I said, to the Lancet Medical Journal.
It was removed. It was wiped from the website.
The journal came out condemning the paper.
I know you just spoke with Dr.
Peter McCullough at length for your show about what exactly went on.
So if you want to give us a little teaser on that, but also for starters, just your thoughts and your reactions to this incident.
naomi wolf
I mean, you're absolutely right.
You know, I try not to exaggerate either, but it is a bombshell.
It's such a naked example of how thoroughly corrupted what used to be neutral objective processes in science and medicine are.
dr naomi wolf
So, yes, Dr.
naomi wolf
McCullough, who, by the way, has been checking in with me day by day on my treatment as I recover, and I think, you know, It saved my life, you know, with his care.
He's a kind of a blessing to all of us.
He told me more about what happened.
Truly shocking. So indeed, three of the most distinguished physicians, some of the most published people in their fields, Dr.
Risch of Yale, Dr.
McCullough, esteemed cardiologist, heavily published, you know, on the review board of two peer-reviewed publications, and Dr.
Hodgkinson, a pathologist, they looked at studies that reviewed what happened to people who had died within a month of receiving COVID-19 vaccine. And they did conclude, as you saw, that 74% of those deaths were attributable in whole or in part to the vaccine.
And Dr. McCullough went into very concrete detail. And it's an historic paper that they put together because they basically found the mechanism. All of these people, all of these athletes dropping dead on the playing field, all of these healthy teenagers and young adults dying by morning in their sleep, Dr.
Risch, Dr. Hodgkinson, and Dr.
McCullough, by looking at autopsies, have found the mechanism.
And the number one reason has to do with damage to the cardiovascular system that these injections cause so that electrical impulses cannot transmit normally to the heart.
And that explains why athletes would die in a surge of adrenaline on a playing field and also why people die between three and six in the morning when there's a surge of adrenaline in the body before it prepares to wake.
So it's a really important, I mean, in terms of like treating people, it's a very important finding because it can help us find treatments.
Well, sure enough, they posted it on the preprint server of Lancet after being turned down by three other medical journals.
And literally overnight, you know, before today, June 6th, it was deleted.
dr naomi wolf
And not only was it deleted, but the editor of The Lancet, and this is, as an academically trained person, this is so shocking to me, the editor of The Lancet gave a statement basically maligning the authors and saying that their conclusions are not supported by their methodology, but not saying why.
And, you know, as Dr.
McCullough pointed out, these are people who know methodology And know their field.
And so out of the blue, the editor doesn't just censor them.
naomi wolf
And by the way, it was downloaded hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times because people were eager for the truth.
dr naomi wolf
What's killing their patients?
What's killing their loved ones?
Sure enough, the editor gave this statement basically without any evidence, saying that their conclusions are not supported by their methodology, and that's what we know.
naomi wolf
So Daily Cloud is going to reach out to the editor of The Lancet, but I can't stress enough to your audience that this is not an academic or arcane issue.
If we don't have peer-reviewed scientific and medical publications, and The Lancet used to be one of the most respected You know, a place where the peer review process led to medical policy and treatments and discoveries and kind of the ongoing progress of science and medicine.
dr naomi wolf
If we don't have that, if even the findings of what should be a peer review paper are pulled before the peer review process can even begin, we really are going to be at the mercy of anything that Big Pharma and Big Medicine want to say or do about any intervention going forward and they can continue to sweep under the rug the most appalling side effects and deaths, and in this case, hundreds of deaths.
natalie winters
Well, and remember, it was the Lancet Medical Journal that really was the leading voice when it came to calling people like me, people or shows like The War Room who talked about the origins of COVID being traced to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
They set up a whole committee and commission to call us conspiracy theorists.
They sent out really what was a seminal scientific paper saying that anyone who dared to question the wet market theory, that they were absolutely bonkers.
The science that they were supporting had no basis.
In reality, eventually they had to recant that statement.
Peter Doshak, a friend of mine, a friend of this show, we got him recused from that committee.
But the Lancet really has been at the tip of the spear with a lot of this medical, and now it seems to be vaccine disinformation, at least when it comes to COVID. Now, we got a minute and a half before we got to cut to break, so I want to let people know where they can find you, where they can watch the show with Dr.
McCullough. But real quick, I know you guys are coming after Pfizer, but can we expect to see any similar...
Legal battles against their kind of sister companies, you know, Moderna, the other big tech giants who probably committed similar levels of fraud, maybe not to the degree that Pfizer did, but at least sort of got about 30 seconds.
naomi wolf
Great question. So the Moderna papers come out in July.
dr naomi wolf
Same judge, same lawyer, Aaron Seary.
naomi wolf
And our volunteers, the War Room Daily Cloud volunteers, are champing at the bid.
To get at the Moderna papers, and we'll go through the same process.
dr naomi wolf
We'll analyze the Moderna papers.
naomi wolf
We'll document the fraud if there's fraud.
dr naomi wolf
I think by now we can assume there is.
naomi wolf
And then, of course, we will take legal action.
I just want to say it's very expensive fighting with lawyers.
So please, everyone out there, you've been so generous, please ramp it up because we have gigantic legal bills to pay.
And you can see the legal letter on dailyclout.io.
By the end of today, early tomorrow, you'll see my interview with Dr.
McCullough, and we also hope to publish Dr.
McCullough's cancelled, censored, deleted, historically important major findings.
natalie winters
I love it. Thewarroom.org will happily post it, too.
Dr. Wolf, thank you so much for joining us, and we're so glad that you are feeling better because we need you.
I don't think the same goes for Big Pharma.
I'm sure they wish you weren't speaking up.
We're very lucky to have people like you.
Joining me next is Dr.
unidentified
question, Corka. We'll be right back.
Welcome back to the War Room.
natalie winters
It's still Natalie Winters hosting, but I'm very excited for our next guest, Dr.
Sebastian Gorka, of course, a good friend of the show.
And I'm not just excited to have him on because he's going to bring us scoops about all things Hunter Biden, Biden regime, misinformation, disinformation.
But because he was kind enough yesterday, I did his show to actually order me a MyPillow dog bed for my new puppy.
His name is Jefferson.
I don't know what promo code he used.
I know he has one, but I'm hoping that he used promo code War Room because that's what the War Room posse should be using.
Make sure you head over to mypillow.com and use promo code War Room.
We have a special square or a little rectangle up on the site to get all things you need for summer, or even a new dog bed.
They're actually, they're really cute.
So I'm very excited to receive mine, but onto the more serious stuff.
Although until we get to the super serious stuff, we got to start with Hunter Biden and what he has been or hasn't been doing in the White House, maybe in the library, somewhere in the West Wing, who knows.
But Dr. Gorka, before we get into what the Biden regime is doing and how they're colluding to suppress the spread of what they like to euphemistically refer to as misinformation, let's talk about Hunter Biden and what he's been doing, maybe not, in the White House.
sebastian gorka
What do you have for us? Well, yeah, let's talk about the facts of the matter.
My former Trump administration colleague, Mark Morgan, nailed it.
He said if they wanted to find out who dropped that dime bag, it would take 30 minutes to find out.
And let's look. I know that story changes every hour from the White House.
And we've got like the deputy press secretary saying, I can't comment because of the Hatch Act.
The Hatch Act.
What Hunter Biden is snorting has nothing to do with the Hatch Act and where he's dropping his coke.
So let's be clear.
We know where it happened.
It didn't happen outside of a meeting room where you have your cubby holes for your phones.
No. You can listen to the audio, I posted it, of the Hazmat team from D.C. where they're saying, we have deployed the Gemini chemical identification apparatus In the library, the yellow line is visible.
This is cocaine.
They're in the library of the residence.
Tours don't get to go to the residence private library.
I worked as a deputy for the president.
I had a blue all-access pass to the White House.
I only went to the library twice.
Once in my career, after a private dinner with me, the President, Jesse Waters, and another colleague from Fox.
After the dinner, he took us to see the residents, because, just as a treat, the idea that some flunky from the White House or some, you know, media person dropped it is total garbage.
We know who dropped it, and they could find out very rapidly.
Also, What was it Andrea Mitchell said?
Why didn't the magnetometers find the cocaine?
Hey Andrea, they're called magnetometers for a reason.
They detect metal, things that are magnetic.
They don't detect white powder.
So the level of fake news reporting on this story, Natalie, is absolutely stunning.
natalie winters
Well, we know Democrats love to accuse us of what they are guilty of, so it makes a lot of sense that they would say that we're guilty of spreading misinformation and disinformation when this story is a perfect example of them doing just that and using the mainstream media as their Praetorian guard to cover up for them.
But that brings me to, I think, a small victory, maybe a Pyrrhic victory, but a victory nonetheless that we should celebrate.
A wonderful court ruling, and I'll read the direct quote from the decision, saying that the government cannot communicate with social media companies urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner for removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected information.
This decision primarily focuses on content related to elections and vaccines, sort of the Achilles heel of a lot of these establishment-sanctioned narratives, right?
So, Dr. Gorka, I would love your thoughts specifically on this ruling, but more importantly, how the mainstream media and the Biden regime are already in full-blown meltdown and pushing back, trying to issue an injunction to stop this so they can effectively spread more misinformation.
sebastian gorka
Yeah, so I don't know if it's a Pyrrhic victory yet.
It's only one judge, but at least we found one honest judge in America.
And it's a 130-page decision.
You should read the three-page summary.
And it's really quite something to have a federal judge ban the FBI, the DOJ. The Department of Homeland Security from communicating with Big Tech because of the censorship he has witnessed of conservatives, of those who are telling the truth about COVID, about masks.
That's a big deal.
Now, if you read the decision, and it's only a temporary decision, We're good to go.
You know, censoring conservatives is suddenly going to be a matter of national security.
Just like they said, you know, malinformation, true information that's bad for America must also be censored.
So it's a victory, but it's only one battle, but it's a big deal.
And if you add that today...
To the clip I opened my second hour with, with Joe Rogan.
You don't have to agree with Joe Rogan.
You can think he's a bit of a Neanderthal or a knuckle-dragger and a libertarian who liked Bernie Sanders.
The fact that Joe Rogan said, yes, President Trump is right.
They rigged the election.
He says, not by Zuckerberg and everything else, but at least by tanking Trump.
The Hunter Biden laptop story.
If somebody with tens of millions of followers like Joe is finally waking up two years later, that perhaps, in terms of influence politically and culturally, may be more important than the judge's decision.
natalie winters
Certainly. And that brings me to my next question.
I know you're always really holding Congress's feet to the fire when it comes to their investigations, the hearings that they're holding, to really get some actual accountability for these people who feel so free to use the terms Like misinformation, disinformation, call people like me and you in the audience, conspiracy theorists, for daring to say the truth, for daring to just link to articles that include Hunter Biden and Hard Drive in the title.
How do you think, I think I know how you feel because we've talked about it a lot on your wonderful show, but in terms of Congress's actions, I know they're in recess right now, but these hearings, these investigations, do you think they're doing enough?
And if not, who do you recommend?
They subpoena, what do you recommend that they do?
sebastian gorka
Yeah, I think I asked you exactly that question yesterday on my show, America First Look.
They're not doing enough.
We're, you know, almost half a year into the new controlled lower house to the House of Representatives.
Why hasn't Hunter Biden been subpoenaed?
Why hasn't Eric Schwerin, the key individual who was the business partner, who understands and knows where all the bodies are buried when it comes to this collusion with communist China, with Russia, with Ukraine?
I don't want to see another...
I don't want to see a badly presented press conference with, you know, poster boards about various bank transfers.
No, I want to see Hunter Biden under oath.
And if he's not under oath, if he refuses to comply with a congressional subpoena, just like, you know, Peter Navarro and other people who worked for President Trump, like Steve Bannon, he should be arrested.
But this time for a real crime, not a trumped up one like contempt of Congress.
But for selling America's interest to the highest bidder.
So, guys, I know there are some good ones out there, especially the 19 who held out when it came to appointing or confirming the new speaker.
But we need action.
You were elected to get to the bottom of the corruption.
We may not have the DOJ. We may not have the FBI. But you have subpoena power.
Bloody well use it.
That's you. Chairman Comer, get busy.
natalie winters
I'm just curious. We have about three minutes before we got to jump, but I want to really drill down on the why, right?
You know, you say, why aren't these people subpoenaing the Eric Schwerens of the world, the Devon Archers?
And in your opinion, do you think that from the get-go, these committees were designed to just sort of, as Steve would say, be a shiny toy, be controlled opposition, sort of deflect from the actual issue?
Or do you think that they actually have the mandate, the true mandate and purview To actually get to the bottom.
And I think, frankly, when people say investigations, I think what they're really saying is to get the evidence for criminal referrals and for actual accountability.
Do you think that from the get-go that was their original intention?
Or with what we're seeing now, do you think it always was more just about optics and sort of messaging?
sebastian gorka
Yeah. Well, I fall between the two extremes there.
They had the mandate from us, but they're not using it.
And I mentioned this to you.
I mentioned one of the good guys on Capitol Hill.
I asked him, so... Do they have a plan?
Does Coma have a plan?
Is there a strategy? And he said, no, no strategy.
They just want to embarrass Biden every day with another tidbit, and they're firing a BB gun at the Death Star.
I mean, that's from one of the good guys.
They have no strategy because they don't think strategically, and they're like the dog that catches the bus.
They caught the bus. They bit off the wheel of the bus with the midterms, and now what?
They have no master plan because they're not serious and they're not listening to serious people.
And I just go with what Devin Nunes said on my show.
I had him on for an hour and he said, look, we can't arrest, prosecute and imprison these people because we don't have the executive.
They are criminals, but we don't have that power.
But we have a duty.
I'm not interested in one Romanian who gave Hunter Biden a million dollars.
I want the secrets behind the $1.4 billion deal he got with the National Bank of Communist China.
That's what the American people are owed, Natalie.
natalie winters
Yes, please, no more strongly worded letters and cringe press conferences.
Dr. Gorka, if people want to stay up to date with your show, your very hot Twitter feed, where can they go to find you?
sebastian gorka
Thank you. We're everywhere that matters, so everywhere except the fascistic YouTube platform.
So, sebgorka.com, sebastiangorka.com, all the social media platforms.
Just look for my name, Twitter, Truth Social, Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Getter, Telegram, and also I have a substack, sebastiangorka.substack.com, and of course, my latest book is The War for America's Soul.
natalie winters
Thank you so much for joining us.
I think I saw myself on your website, so you know it's a good website.
We'll be right back.
Darren J. Beatty joining us soon.
Host Stephen K. Bannon.
It's not transgenderism or the Chinese Communist Party or the Ukraine war, the money laundering that's going on there that is the greatest existential threat.
According to the Biden regime, it's misinformation and disinformation that is going to come for you, your life and your children.
So they must really use the entire force of the federal government and, of course, their subsidiaries in the private sector, too.
To make sure that not just you can't say what exactly you want to say, but they want to make it so you can't even think what you actually think.
Joining me to discuss what the Biden regime is doing to really bring this dystopian reality to life, what they have been doing for a long time, but specifically now, they're very outraged about that legal ruling we were just talking about with Dr.
Gorka, is Revolver.News fame, Darren J. Beattie, a fellow UChicago grad.
There's a lot of great UChicago people doing wonderful things.
Shout out to Daniel Schmidt.
People have been following those wonderful profiles.
Steve and I were talking about recently in the New York Times, what he's been doing on campus there.
The world would be a better place with more people like him.
Same goes for you, Darren.
But you've really been covering this sort of convergence between the public and private sectors, specifically when it comes to censorship online.
So can we get your thoughts, sort of walk us through this ruling and how the Biden regime is already putting a wall up against it and trying to push back?
darren j beattie
Absolutely. And I would only second your remarks about Mr.
Schmidt. Schmidt is a hit these days.
He had a great piece about him in the Times.
He is irritating all the right people, especially some hideous faculty member at Chicago.
And that's another story.
Maybe we'll talk about it another time.
But we have some illustrious alumna, as you mentioned.
And, you know, they're trying to hit us on all fronts.
And one of the most recent victories, I would say one of the most encouraging victories in a long time as it pertains to free speech on the internet is this recent ruling that you've discussed with Seb and others.
It's kind of a restraining order.
I say, wouldn't it be nice if we had a restraining order to keep Biden away from children from smelling them?
But we have the second best thing, which is a restraining order from Biden officials and institutions in the Biden administration from leaning on tech companies to censor American citizens' First Amendment protected speech.
And I encourage everyone, go and read the ruling of this Missouri judge because it has got bombshell after bombshell.
It gives you the best guided tour you can imagine through the archipelago of institutions and dirty, slimy, scumbag characters who exist solely to shut up American citizens who threaten This illegitimate regime on COVID, on the 2020 election, and on other topics.
And one thing that maybe has kind of been lost in the conversation is just the tone with which the Biden White House addressed the counterparts at these tech companies.
It was like, I couldn't believe it.
It was like they were their slaves.
They were saying, I sent an email over to Facebook and saying, you know what?
unidentified
I saw a Facebook post that was skeptical of vaccines.
darren j beattie
What the hell are you guys doing?
I thought you would do your jobs.
Do we need to come in there and do your jobs for you?
No, we've got leverage against you, right?
And then Facebook would reply saying, oh, I'm so, so, so sorry.
We've implemented all of these measures just as you've told us.
And just as an added precaution, we've started censoring and de-boosting and throttling the Information that doesn't even violate our terms of service, just to be extra safe.
The relationship was incredibly asymmetrical, and this brings to light, I think, a really critical dimension of the censorship story, because usually we think of it just as, you know, weird kind of crooked degenerates like Yole Roth and these others who kind of,
you know, slither their way up into these trust and safety departments and censor from the inside, and To be sure, there is a lot of that, but there's a component of the government just straight up bullying these tech companies into censoring things, in particular on COVID lockdowns, on vaccines, on the origins of the COVID virus, which War Room has been better than any other media institution in the world on this topic, and you in particular, Natalie.
So they're really sensitive on these issues and they're leaning on it, and so I think it's great To see at least a temporary victory, an injunction here whereby a federal judge acknowledges the likely constitutional violations and for now at least tells the Biden people to back off.
But of course already you see in the New York Times there's a whole industry of just kind of mediocre, I don't want to call them sub-literates but barely literates, of mediocre barely literates who call themselves disinformation experts Who would be working as a hostess somewhere, something like that, in an ordinary and healthy country.
But here, they're able to have jobs where they basically whine about speech that the regime doesn't like and work tirelessly around the clock to get people censored.
They call that disinformation, fighting disinformation.
So New York Times just did a piece about how the whole disinformation industry is just...
Howling at the moon.
They're up in arms. They're in a crisis point because, God forbid, the Biden administration officials are no longer allowed to bully the tech companies into censoring.
So this has rattled the hornet's nest, so to speak.
The Biden administration has already publicly said that they're going to fight this and appeal the ruling.
So this is a big case, probably the most important free speech case.
I should also mention that There are critical loopholes in the injunction.
The loopholes basically say if it's a matter of national security, you can still, you know, contact the tech companies to censor.
If it's an issue of election integrity, you can contact the socials to censor.
If it is a foreign operation, you can contact the socials to censor.
So, unfortunately, the downside is all of the loopholes are things that have already been exploited In an extreme degree in order to create the censorship in the first place that the injunction is intended to address.
Just as one example, one of the key censorship figures here is Rene DiResta.
It was kind of a hideous woman and mediocrity.
Maybe she would fall into the category of moderately literate.
But just to give you an example of the kind of people.
So she was caught as part of an organization that created fake Russian Internet accounts and had those fake Russian accounts support a guy called Roy Moore in Alabama.
And then on the basis of his support from fake Russian accounts, She and her organization accused Roy Moore of being some kind of Russian supported guy.
You can't make this up.
And her whole thing was, oh, I'm fighting Russian disinformation.
And she created fake Russian accounts.
So she should be, like, by her own standard of what she's doing, she should have been cancelled a long time ago.
But no, she was actually promoted, and now she has a prominent role at the Stanford Internet Observatory, which was one of the key university censorship think tanks.
And so just one example of the kind of slimeballs who work full-time in this disinformation scam industry, which is Really just an excuse to censor people under a different pretext.
So it's a really important story.
I know you're going to keep following it.
We're going to keep following it at revolver.news, and I encourage everyone to read the judge's ruling.
natalie winters
I wish we could talk more about this because the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, CISA for short, I think is one of the really central nodes of a lot of this work, and it's the most important agency that really is controlling your day-to-day lives, and you've probably never even heard of it.
Obviously, the war room policy is well-versed in it, but most people haven't.
We've got to go to Todd Benzman in a bit, but I know there is also a very important piece that you have up on Revolver.News, and I have to say, I do love the color pink.
I am personally excited for the Barbie movie, but I think you are here to shatter my world and tell me why I shouldn't be, if I'm not mistaken.
darren j beattie
You know, I have tremendous confidence in my persuasive powers and even I'm humble enough to admit there's nothing I could possibly say to dissuade you from watching the Barbie film.
So this is for the benefit of parents out there who might be persuadable or just, you know, to have education, to have full disclosure, so to speak.
There's a great piece at Revolver.News.
It's hot, white hot.
More people are talking about it than I could have ever imagined.
It's actually not by me.
It's by A rising star in the conservative movement, a great mom, a great activist called Peachy Keenan, pseudonymously, and it's called The Pink Menace.
And for anyone excited to see a wholesome, nice Barbie movie and this and that, I'm sorry.
You know, we started off with good news.
The good news was the Missouri ruling.
The bad news is that tucked away, no pun intended, tucked away, In the Barbie movie, they have some woke surprises, so to speak.
And just to make it explicit, there is a transsexual in this movie.
So maybe you could watch it and it could be like a Where's Waldo thing and you can see which of the Barbies you can identify as the transsexual.
But it's something that they've gone to great lengths actually to cover up.
The marketing for Barbie, to their credit, is really genius.
They've done a great marketing job.
The aesthetics are cool.
It looks like something fun.
I know a lot of people excited to see it.
A lot of families excited to see it.
I know even a lot of men who are excited to see it, believe it or not.
Their marketing has been great, but again, it's tucked away.
Remember those tuck-friendly bikinis?
It's tucked away.
There is a transsexual.

Well, Darren, we got to jump to Todd.
natalie winters
I know you always say your stories are coming in white hot, but I think in this case, it's coming in pink hot, or rather hot pink, if I may say so myself.
Very well done. But Darren, if people want to follow you and stay up to date with everything you're doing at Revolver, where can they find you?
darren j beattie

Darren J. Beattie, for joining us.
I'm sure we will see you soon.
darren j beattie
Indeed. Thank you.
natalie winters
And Todd Bensman, I think we have you, if I'm not mistaken.
We got about two minutes before we got a jump to break, so let's get right to it.
I'll hold you through if you can stay.
But your thoughts on the chaos that is continuing to unfold at the southern border?
todd bensman
Well, the big news of the last couple of days is that the Homeland Security Department's Office of OIG, of Inspector General, just came out with a devastating report Analyzing and investigating the release of an FBI watch-listed suspected terrorist at the border who got in last year,
was released in this crush of mass migration, made his way to Florida before anybody was able to finally realize the mistake and track him down two weeks later.
The OIG actually investigated this and produced a report, which I have analyzed fully for you guys.
You can find it under my name at CIS.org.
And the bottom line here is that the mass migration crisis is blamed for so overwhelming Border Patrol that they were too busy to do counterterrorism work, that they're supposed to do the routine stuff.
That they were supposed to do, which is what I have been warning about for two years straight now.
Now confirmed that counterterrorism programs, these protocols that they're supposed to do, they're not doing them.
And that terrorists actually are getting through and have gotten through.
And now an independent government watchdog agency has found that too.
I can tell you a little bit more about it when we come back.
natalie winters
Yeah, hang with us. We're going to be back in about 10 seconds, but I want to cover everything.
We also got Ben Burplum.
I have to say, imagine before Ukraine's border, pretty sure they'd be getting a lot better reinforcements.

natalie winters
Welcome back to the War Room.
We've got Ben Berkwam joining us live from, I believe, Mexico with a really wonderful, maybe some people use a different adjective, but really groundbreaking shot if we want to go to him.
Ben, where are you?
Who are the people behind you?
What is going on? We still have Todd Benzman with us, so we'll get his thoughts too, but just contextualize us.
unidentified
Where exactly are we right now?
ben bergquam
Well, I started this morning up in McAllen, Texas, went across to Reynosa, come down now across from Brownsville, Texas, and Matamoros.
These are all the migrants that have come up from Venezuela, mostly all from Venezuela.
They're all waiting on CVP1. They all say the app doesn't work.
I just came across the bridge.
There are people going across the bridge, but you have a thousand people here.
Let me just... Turn the camera so you can see.
This is the beginning of the camp here, but it goes back for about a mile.
And this is where people have stayed, some of them five months.
I was talking to them. You've got little kids over here, young girls, families, moms with their kids.
It's just an absolute disaster.
They took me down. I've been here several times.
And the moral of the story is it's not getting any better.
And the only people that are benefiting from this are the cartels who get to come in and rob and extort people as they, you know, as they sit here and wait.
For whatever it is that Joe Biden's going to do.
They basically feel like they've been lied to.
natalie winters
Wow. And Todd, I think we still have you if we do.
Link what you were just saying about what you had been predicting when it came to sort of the national security aspect of all of this and what Ben is showing us right now.
todd bensman
Well, remember that 40% of all those who are reaching the southern border are from countries other than Mexico and Central America.
They're coming from 150 other countries.
I've been to that very camp, spent a lot of time in that camp where Ben is standing.
And I know that a great many of them are not Mexican.
They're coming from, I've met Syrians in that camp.
I met Dagestanis.
I met Kyrgyzstanis in that camp.
I met Chinese in that camp.
And they are all in line for this CBP1 app that we talk about all the time.
And they're sneaking them through the ports of entry so that you can't see them.
But they're coming in just the same, unvetted, impossible to vet any of those people from places like, you know, Lebanon and Syria and Somalia, etc.
And that's a terrorism threat.
That's a national security threat.
And we know that so many are coming that our agencies are unable to fully vet and do counterterrorism methodologies that they're trained to do on the other side.
And that's what that OIG report that I was talking about and I've written about yesterday is all about.
It says it. It confirms it.
It confirms it.
natalie winters
If people want to get your book and stay up to date with your writings on all of this, because like you said, you've been in that camp too, where can people find you?
todd bensman
That's right. Well, my book is Overrun How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S. History.
But in this case, my other book, America's Covert Border War, is all about the threat of the jihadist infiltration and all of these programs that are sidelined and eroded.
And ruined now, allowing terrorists to just get free into the country.
That book is available anywhere books are sold to.
ToddBenzman.com.
I'm on Getter. I'm on Twitter.
And Ben, happy hunting.
You're right in the heart of it.
And your reporting has been fantastic.
I recommend that people go to his Twitter feed.
Look at the report that he did in Santa Teresa in New Mexico, right in there, where he's cutting down the ladders.
natalie winters
Thank you so much for joining us, Todd.
And yes, people should definitely check that out.
Ben, we've got about three minutes before the end of show, but can you just sort of put the war room posse on the ground there?
You know, when you talk to these people, do they say the reason that they're coming to America is because they think they're going to get in because of Joe Biden?
Do they know who Joe Biden is?
unidentified
What is the energy here?
ben bergquam
Yeah, it's a combination.
So they're all fleeing communism from the Venezuelans, from Maduro.
But there is a sense of consensus, as Todd was saying.
You have people from all over the world.
I was interviewing some guys this morning.
I haven't released the video yet, but I will from Kazakhstan, from Kyrgyzstan, from Russia, and basically all over from West and Central Africa.
Now, the group that's here with me right now are mostly Venezuelans.
But as he mentioned, you're getting people from all over the world because they've got the invitation.
Basically, what Joe Biden and the Democrats did in Washington was allow the cartels to become a global travel agency.
And they have tentacles out working in conjunction with the United Nations and the globalist, leftist, communist networks of the world to not just invade America.
You see what's happening in France.
You see what's happening in Europe.
It's the same model all over the world.
And the sad thing is, in somewhere like this, they just took me down to where they bathe They say they come out with rashes, infections all the time.
These poor kids over here, we were walking by and it's basically the ground has become a sewer because that's the only place they can go to the bathroom.
The cartel comes in at night, takes them out, robs them.
They'll kidnap women and children while they're here.
So it's an absolute disaster.
It's a disaster on our side, what's happening in America.
It's a disaster down here because, again, of the invitation, the incentives that Joe Biden and the Democrats have done.
And really, the only thing you can ask is, the only people that this is benefiting are the cartels.
You got to wonder, it's almost like he's working for them rather than the American people or even the people here.
You know, you talk to them, you can't almost fault them.
They're getting away from socialism.
The irony is they don't realize that the Democrats in America want to turn America into a socialist communist country as well.
So it's a battle on all fronts.
natalie winters
Joe Biden is certainly the MVP for the Mexican drug cartels and human traffickers.
Ben, if people want to stay up to date with you and really be truly wonderful, I know I've used that adjective before, and I don't know if it quite describes the scenery that you provide us with, maybe frightening and scary, but Ben, if people want to stay up to date with what you're working on, where can they find you?
ben bergquam
We'll say riveting. Yeah, at frontlineamerica.com is my website.
The articles post there. Obviously, follow Law& Border on Real America's Voice, americasvoice.news.
And then all of my recent ones, as Todd said.
Huge shout-out to Todd, though.
He was the first one to do the CBP line here in Matamoros.
He was asking them, which I did this morning.
natalie winters
Thank you. Thank you, Ben.
We got a job. Ben Berkwang, Steve Bannon, 6 p.m.
