This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I've got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
Mega Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience...
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
kari lake
We're traveling in a time where we do need to start helping people and turning this country around.
I am really impressed with these New York Republicans.
Alright, maybe they're not as conservative as I am, but you know what?
They care about their city.
I was with some of them last night and said, why are we going to abandon New York?
We're not giving up.
We're not abandoning, sacrificing this hill.
We're going to save New York.
And they recognize that there's something wrong.
You can't walk on the streets.
The streets are filthy. The homeless population is growing.
God did not envision any of us living on the street in a tent with a needle in our arm.
There are ways we can help these people, but when we're just pouring money into dead-end Democrat policies that extend these problems and make them worse, it's not going to work.
And this is why I'm an America first Republican.
I believe it's truly the only way to save this country.
Anybody else agree with that here?
And the biggest lie ever told, the biggest lie ever told is by the fake news and actually a lot of these Uniparty creatures, I'm going to call them swamp creatures, who are acting like this policy America first is extreme.
unidentified
There's not a darn thing about putting our country first.
kari lake
There's not a darn thing extreme about wanting a secure border and wanting our children to get a decent education that actually prepares them for the real world.
There's nothing extreme about wanting safe streets.
There's nothing extreme about wanting to be able to send our kids to school and not have them come back indoctrinated against our country.
These policies are policies for everyone.
To put it into words that maybe the far left could understand, the America First movement, the America First Republican Party is the most inclusive party that we've ever seen in politics.
If you're a Democrat and you're fed up and you want safe streets, you want to be able to take the subway again, you want to be able to enjoy Central Park without looking over your shoulder or worrying, then the America First movement is for you.
If you're an independent who's kind of wondering, are we going to continue to go into these never-ending wars, the America First movement is for you.
This is really, truly about putting our country first, stopping sending our treasure overseas, and starting to invest in America.
And I believe that our greatest days are ahead of us if we come together with that mission.
I'm just beyond honored that you would all show up tonight and be here.
I'm really proud of this book.
I didn't realize this because I truly still am a newbie to politics, even though we ran an incredible campaign and we are leading a movement.
I didn't realize that when a politician writes a book, it means that they're up to something.
But I really wrote this book, and I'm not up to anything.
I found out that if you're a politician and you write a book, it means you're running for office.
You're going to do something big.
I actually was approached to write this book by a couple of publishing houses, and it was in a very dark time when our election, our victory, had been stolen from us.
I'm going to be honest. I didn't want to write a book at that time.
I didn't know what I was capable of.
I was so upset. I thought, it's going to be a pretty dark book.
Maybe I'll just write dark poetry or something like that.
But I got to thinking about it, and I realized that this is a story that has to be told.
I'm just an Iowa kid.
I grew up in rural Iowa, the youngest of nine.
We didn't have anything. We were dirt poor, but we didn't know it.
We thought it was normal to have to work to buy your own shampoo and toothpaste.
I thought that was normal. And I'm sure glad that my parents taught me how to work.
They taught me that if you work hard, You put your best out there, you can achieve the American Dream.
And I did. I put myself through college.
I graduated at 16.
I know I'm giving away the book.
I still want you to read it.
I put myself through college and at the age of 16 I graduated from high school and worked my way through college, including I did a stint as a janitor, which is still one of the most rewarding jobs I ever had.
I'll tell you why. Because you start with disarray, you start with a mess, and through your efforts, your diligence, your work, you watch as you restore order.
We need a little bit, but I think we need someone who understands that.
You know, going to Washington or being in state houses, people who know how to bring some order to this disorder that we're in.
And so I worked my way through and ended up in the most dream career I could ever imagine as a journalist.
I love telling people's stories.
I've never been jealous of people.
I've always been interested In how they had their success.
How did they get where they are?
Whether it was good or bad.
I mean, sometimes you wonder how somebody ended up on the streets, and you wonder what happened that caused that.
And so I've always been interested in telling stories, but along the way, 30 years in broadcasting, I looked up, lifted my nose off the grindstone after working hard my whole life, and I said, what's happened to my profession?
It's no longer journalism.
It's just complete propaganda.
And I walked away from that career.
I walked away from a seven-figure contract.
It was not easy to do, but I knew it was the right thing to do.
And little did I know that God had bigger plans for me.
I truly thought I was going to kind of just roam off into the background.
Uh-oh. That might cue to, like, be quiet.
LAUGHTER I turned my mic off.
I thought I would just go live a quiet life.
And to be honest, after being in the limelight and in front of a camera for 30 years, I was ready to just go live a quiet life.
That's not what God had in mind.
And I ended up running for politics with the people of Arizona asking me to run.
Leading a great movement that was never about me, but about me, the people, the moms and dads and students and veterans and frontline medical workers who were tired of being forced into doing things they weren't comfortable with.
It was just about the American people.
And we led an incredible movement that was taken from us by corrupt elections.
You notice that's the one thing we can't talk about?
That's the one taboo subject right now.
In this day and age, you can literally go into a school and talk to kindergartners about your sex life.
You can tell little children that they can change their gender, but you cannot talk about elections.
They want us to believe that it's perfect, everything is good.
When we know the CDC is rotten to the core, we know the FBI is rotten, the DOJ is rotten, the CIA is rotten, the government is rotten.
And corrupt, but they want us to think all of that, we know all of that's rotten, but they want us to think our elections are fine.
We need to start asking questions.
Why won't they let us talk about our elections?
I'm going to talk about them because I want to make sure that each person in here and each person across the country, every legal voter's vote counts.
It's not watered down by bogus laws.
So we're still fighting our election fight.
We have given notice that we're going to file a We're taking it to the appellate court.
We're going to appeal this. And we'd like to take it to the Supreme Court.
We'll see what happens. I don't have a crystal ball.
I don't know where it's going to go.
But I do know we have the truth on our side and evidence.
And I'm really proud of this book because I think it gives people hope, gives them a little bit Fed up.
You've got to have a little bit of that in you in order to get up every day and fight, right?
If everything's PG-keen, you just go, well, why should I get up and fight today?
We need to get up and fight for our country.
We have so much more in common as Americans.
We all love this country.
We need to come back to that.
And I hope that you're inspired by this book.
I put some photos in it for people who don't read.
There's 48 pages of color photos.
unidentified
But I promise you...
kari lake
From the beginning, President Trump wrote a beautiful foreword.
I'm honored. He's a friend of mine.
I can't believe that he's a friend.
He's a friend of mine. I adore him as a mother because I know he's fighting for our country and I respect the heck out of him.
I don't know of a greater fighter right now.
He is truly the Muhammad Ali of politics.
I just adore him, and I'm going to push to get him back in office.
We need him desperately. So he wrote the forward, and I promise you, from the very first sentence, you're like, yeah, right.
No, really, from the very first sentence, you're going to be hooked.
I just was communicating with Congressman Matt Gaetz, because he put out a nice post about it.
And I said, did you really read it, or did you just put that out?
He goes, no, I read it. I read the book.
I started it at night.
I read it all through the night.
It was so good. I picked it up the next morning, finished it on the beach.
That thing is fire.
I love it. I do throw a few full-on knockout punches at people who deserve it.
So I'm not going to give you all the tidbits, but you're going to love this book.
And I know it's not another boring political book.
It's really good. So thank you for being here.
Let's take some photos.
If you want to just mingle and have some drinks, do that.
I don't blame you. But if you want me to sign a book and take a quick photo, we'll just get started right over.
steve bannon
Welcome. That is Carrie Lake from her book launch.
It's Saturday, 1 July, Year of Our Lord 2023.
is the 160th anniversary of the first day of the Battle of Gettysburg.
Ten years ago, Breitbart, when I was running Breitbart, we had a Breitbart TV, which was kind of a launching of a streaming service at the time, just that we would do specials.
We were up there for all three days at the 150th anniversary.
I think we were the only...
A group that did all three days.
Fox News didn't even send a stringer.
They decided, I think on Fox and Friends on Saturday, they did like a two-minute hit.
Carrie Lake, that was her beginning of her book tour the other night.
If we hadn't had election fraud, if we hadn't had issues in Arizona in 2020 or issues in 2022, Carrie Lake would be the governor today.
Donald J. Trump would be in the White House.
There's a very important article put up on the American Thinker.
I want to get to this right now.
A very important article put up on the American Thinker by a guy named Jay Valentine.
And Jay is going to join us here in a moment.
Jay finishes the article with something that's quite powerful and quite profound.
He said, and I want to quote this because it's quite apropos, so I will go down because we don't print out things here in the war room.
I want to go down on my phone and make sure I get it in its entirety.
That is that the most significant confrontation on North American soil since Gettysburg will happen in 2024.
Supercompute can determine who has the high ground.
And Jay Valentine is going to join us now to explain that.
Jay, your opening paragraph is pretty powerful.
In 2024, Republicans cannot out-fraud the left, cannot out-ballot harvest them, cannot out-lawfare them, cannot out-media them, cannot out-contribution mule them, cannot out-Justice Department them.
But it sure as hell can out-compute them, and they may do it.
Now in your article, about two-thirds of the way down, you make the case that in your system, which you're going to explain it to, that Carrie Lake would have wanted to be the sitting governor, she'd be in the governor's office today if your recommendation had taken place.
So walk us through that.
Maybe we start with how would Kerry Lake have won, and I want you to walk and take your time, build the case, because I think this is quite powerful.
I absolutely do agree with you in an opening paragraph.
It's going to be quite hard to out-ballast harvest them, to outlaw for them, because these people have already got a system and they've already got killers like Mark Elias on watch.
So Jay Valentine, take it away, sir.
unidentified
Hey Steve, thanks for inviting me.
We were asked to do a data autopsy for some lawyers who were working for Cary Lake after the election in late November or early December.
And we have a technology called Frackle Technology.
We use it in the commercial area.
It's used to protect the power grid.
It's used to help maintain large commercial office buildings where we can determine in advance when the HVAC system is going to go down.
It essentially runs a thousand to a million times faster than any current technology.
It's a huge AI-based system and we're very successful in the commercial world.
In the Carrie Lake election, after the election was over, one of her attorneys called and said, could you look at the election data in that particular election?
And we did. And so what we did was something that really hasn't been done much before because it's so compute intensive.
It's called time series analysis of election data.
So what we did was we ingested two copies of the voter rolls for one or two of the counties In Arizona, the large counties.
And we ingested one voter roll that was dated October 7th, and the other was November 4th, which was four days before the election.
According to Arizona law, any change made to the election roll after 5 o'clock...
steve bannon
Hey, Jay, since I took such a big clip from the thing and since I went on one of my morning rants, we're going to go to commercial break.
And I wanted to kind of hit this from the top again because it's so important, I think, to get it.
The article is up on American Thinker.
We've got it now in the sites so Captain Bannon and Grace can push it out.
And, of course, my crack team here and in Denver.
I want to thank everybody. It's the beginning of this July 4th weekend.
We have specials all throughout the next couple of days.
We're going to get in. We've got Patrick O'Donnell, the combat historian, is going to join us.
Faith McDonald is going to join us about the film Sound of Freedom.
We've got a lot going on this morning.
We're going to get down to how do we win?
How do we take the high ground?
Most important battle since Gettysburg in 2024.
All next in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
So here, Jay, let's do this real quick.
Give people your bona fides.
What's the technology?
How'd you come up with it? What's been your...
You've got an incredible background.
I want to make sure the audience knows this is not just some guy wandering in because, as you know, in the voter integrity and the election crimes, every now and again you'll have somebody wandering from the prairie with some theory that turns out it's not quite right by modern physics.
So walk through your background.
What's the technology?
And what's your... What's your bona fides in this area?
unidentified
Well, thanks, Steve. So, I led the team that built the eBay fraud detection engine.
So, eBay was getting killed with auction fraud.
Somebody would buy a computer, they would sell it on eBay, they would get the money, the person would get the money, but they'd never ship the computer.
The next day, that person would change all of their identifiers, their name, Their location, their credit card, their telephone number.
eBay might kick them off, but they would get on with a totally new identity that had nothing in common.
There was no way to stop that.
Neural nets, any other technology, couldn't stop it.
And I led the team that built the technology called Similarity Search, for which we received six patents, and we put an end to that.
There is no type of auction fraud like that today.
Not long thereafter, because we were able to do such deep work in identity analysis, which means names and addresses, people hiding in data by changing their names, slightly changing their names, completely changing their names and addresses to avoid detection, our technology was used as the foundation for the TSA no-fly list.
Not long after that, virtually every major property casualty company, so State Farm, Geico, USAA, used our technology to thwart auto fraud rings.
So, in 2020, right after the Trump election, we got a call from Sheriff Clark in Milwaukee.
And he had read about our current technology called fractal technology, which runs a thousand to a million times faster than any current technology.
So our commercial clients use it to be able to predict when an HVAC system in a 60-story office building is going to go out in advance.
It's used by electric utilities to protect their transformers from blowing up because people have plugged in electric vehicles at night that they didn't know about.
So, Sheriff Clark said, can you use this technology to look at voter rolls?
We said, sure.
We've never done that before, but we'll be happy to do it.
And we looked at the Wisconsin voter roll after the Trump-Biden election, and we came back to Sheriff Clark, and we said that you must have given us a fake voter roll, which sometimes people do, to see if we can really find anything.
I mean, we found people registered to vote from Manchurian restaurants and from parking lots and vacant lots, etc., and we just thought it was preposterous.
So, over the course of two and a half years or two years, we ended up running the voter rolls, mostly paid for by ourselves, and Mike Lindell paid for a little bit of it, And we ran the voter rolls for 12 or 15 states.
And we can tell you Republican states, Democrat states, the voter rolls are all in horrendous shape.
steve bannon
So go back to the Wisconsin again when they first gave it to you.
It was so, because this is kind of what you're doing is you're checking the voter rolls, but you're also doing a canvas.
And Navarra and I have already said, and one of the reasons I wanted to have you on here, it's the canvas, not the count, right?
You could count phony ballots, but it's the canvas.
Want me to, again, the Wisconsin thing was such a joke, you thought they were actually testing you to see if it was actually a phony document?
unidentified
Right. That's called salting the database.
So when large corporations bring you in, a lot of times they'll say, we're going to give you a test case, and they put all kinds of crazy stuff in the data.
So when we did one for a large insurance company, they put a Russian fraud ring in there with all these weird names and things that couldn't be found.
And we found it with two clicks and showed it to them, and they knew that That we could do that.
So, we just expected that Sheriff Clark or the people in Wisconsin had done that.
And when we reported it back, they just laughed.
They said, no, these are the voter rolls.
We downloaded them right from the secretary of state.
And it's not just Wisconsin, Steve.
We have done 15 or so states, and they're all this bad, Republican or Democrat.
steve bannon
I thought that they had this—correct me if I'm wrong—I thought they had this ERIC system that was supposed to—this ERIC system is supposed to coordinate all the states so that this doesn't happen.
You're familiar with ERIC, I take it?
unidentified
I am, and ERIC's a joke.
So what ERIC does, and they're very public about this, is ERIC takes the position—and they publish this—and even Republican secretaries of state will use the what we call ERIC excuse to be able to say they clean their voter rolls.
Eric makes the position that cleaning a voter roll means if Steve Bannon is registered to vote in Virginia, and then Steve moves to California and also registers in California, and Steve Bannon votes in both places, not necessarily fraudulently, but just forgets that he's registered in both locations, they find that.
Of 1 percent of the voter fraud.
Voter fraud exists in two huge buckets, Steve.
The first bucket is elected election commissions jacking with voter rolls, like they did in the Cary Lake election in Arizona, to make sure one candidate, the favored candidate, is going to win.
And they can hide because it's very difficult for conventional technology to do a before and after voter rolls, which we do.
The second way, which is the huge bucket, is the mailing of ballots to people that they know either are not going to vote or don't exist.
And we have approached that with something called the Undeliverable Ballot Database, where we can determine in advance now Where every ballot is going to go and not receive an eligible — be received by an eligible voter,
which means that's the inventory the left is going to use, so that if Trump wins Pennsylvania by 100,000 votes, they got 400,000 ballots to make sure that they take care of that problem.
steve bannon
Now you get to the heart of the matter, because this is why I keep saying, and I realize I've gotten a lot more sophisticated about machines since this started, but I've always been historically not a machine guy, and the simple reason is they've got these methodologies out there to do it.
They don't need to go to the machines. I'm not saying they don't, and I'm not a believer and supporter of Mike Lindell, but this is the heart of the matter.
Let's go back to both of those, the two big buckets.
The one bucket, the elected election commissions.
What do you mean by that?
And they can hide it. And specifically, you're quite upfront about in your article.
And I want everybody to read this article.
It's a homework assignment over this weekend to read this great article at the American Thinker.
It's one of the best sites out there by Jay Valentine.
Because I think you can start to give people the foundation of what's got to happen now for 2024.
When you say the first big bucket is elected election commissions, and this is the Carrie Lake problem, what do you mean by that?
unidentified
Well, in the Carrie Lake situation, we did the voter database autopsy after the election, and we took a copy of the voter roll from October 7, about 30 days before the election.
We took another copy of the same voter roll for November 4, which was 96 hours before the election was actually held, and we compared them.
And what did we find, Steve?
33,000 voters In one county alone in Arizona, had their zip codes changed the week that mail-in ballots went out, and then they were changed back.
Now, those people didn't know that they didn't get a ballot, because they got the rest of their mail.
The Postal Service didn't change their zip code.
The Election Commission did.
22,000 new voters were added, most of which were added after October 11, which is a legal cutoff date.
Cary Lake didn't know that.
The leftists did, but Cary Lake had no visibility to that.
107,000 changes in one county alone were made to the election database by the Election Commission Most of which occurred after 5 o'clock p.m.
on October 11th, which was the legal cutoff date.
Carrie Lake didn't know that because she didn't have real-time visibility to the data.
Our thesis is that in 2024, We're going to enable in every one of the swing states— Hang on.
steve bannon
Full stop, full stop, full stop.
Let's not get off of Cary Lake.
How do you know this?
And how do you know this is fact?
Because this is pretty mind-bending.
How do you know this? How did you guys go in and ascertain this?
And have you laid out those receipts?
I know you referenced it in the article.
But have you laid out those receipts that people can actually verify that?
unidentified
Of course. We produced a report for their attorneys— How did we know it?
We had an official voter registration from voter commissions dated October 7.
We had an official database dated November 4.
We compared the two.
Now it's very difficult to do that with conventional technology.
With Fractal, we do it with literally one click.
And we produced this information and we demonstrated it.
steve bannon
And it's not just in this— What election commission can you actually—you must be able to ascertain, or if they did an investigation, ascertain who actually did this.
I know you guys can't because they're probably removed from—what you say was election commission.
You know the overall—how do you know the overall commission did it?
unidentified
Well, we know that this is Election Commission data that we received on two different dates.
The only people who can change Election Commission data are the Election Commissions.
So, if we find these variances in there We know that Carrie Lake's team didn't do it, so someone else had access to that.
Now, if someone wants to make the case someone other than the Election Commission did it, then you have a different gremlin.
And that is, how is it somebody other than Carrie Lake's team had access to those databases?
So what we're saying is that either it was done by a government body or the government body let someone do it.
steve bannon
Jay, just hang on for one second.
Another commercial break. Jay Valentine is going to join us in this quite provocative piece he's got from The American Thinker about taking the high ground for the 2024 election.
Remember, it was by the evening of the first day of the Battle of Gettysburg, it may have been won because General Robert E. Lee's orders were not—maybe his orders weren't that clear, but they weren't carried out.
And at the end of the day, the Union Army held the high ground right outside the town.
Cemetery Ridge, which a couple of days later was at the Business Center Pickett's Charge.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Babb.
steve bannon
Uh, Jay Valentine. Jay, so here's the question I got.
How come this pretty explosive evidence, why didn't that sway the judges?
And why is Cary Lake not in the, with that, what you had right there, why is Cary Lake not in the governor's mansion?
And why are those commissioners not under, you know, both state and federal investigation, sir?
unidentified
We're technology guys and data guys, and you're asking me legal and political questions that are outside the scope of what we do.
I can tell you that, from what I saw of the Cary Lake trial, when they were there and Kurt Olson gave the presentations, I thought the most compelling evidence I had ever seen were the actual signatures that didn't match, and they showed those.
So, I think they had only so much they could do in a short period of time.
They chose not to use that particular evidence.
You would have to talk to them on why.
It is a little bit geeky type of a thing to put in front of a court, but nonetheless, that is something that we presented to them.
steve bannon
Hold it, hold it, hold it. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
You think it's geeky to put in that I've got a voter roll on October 4th and I got a voter roll on November 7th?
No, October 7th and November 4th, and they've got these many changes, including zip codes?
That where the ballots will be sent to?
You think that's geeky?
That looks pretty explosive to me, isn't it?
unidentified
Well, again, I don't pass judgment on how attorneys—Kurt Olson's a very capable attorney—I don't pass judgment on that.
But this isn't the only one we find.
I mean, we're finding hidden characters in voter rolls in Wisconsin.
We're finding a streak made up that didn't exist in Florida.
This is something that's happening across the country.
And the voter integrity teams use our system and they turn this data over quickly.
To judges and to prosecutors.
And in some cases, they may take action.
In some cases, they don't, Steve.
But we find it compelling.
We just don't pass judgment on how it's used.
steve bannon
Talk to me about the other, the second part, the other big bucket, which you said is even bigger than the first, which is the mail-in ballots aren't mailed to, like, relocations or not mailed to people that would be registered voters.
Talk to me about the scale of that.
unidentified
Well, the scale of that is significant.
So first, let's talk about how do we know that.
So in every state, you have two types of databases that you can compare and you get real power when you can compare two databases from different sources for the same state.
So what we do is we will take the personal property tax records, which are the pristine records for all of the attributes about a property.
Now, it doesn't tell us who lives there, and it doesn't tell us who owns it.
We don't care about that.
We just care how many square feet, what kind of property is it.
Is it a vacant lot? Is it a church?
Is it a ballpark?
Is it a massage parlor?
Is it a 7-Eleven?
Then we take the voter roll.
And the voter roll tells us who, according to that state's voter commission, lives in those addresses.
And we compare them with one click.
And when we compare them, Steve, we find the following.
This address cannot receive any mail whatsoever because it's a vacant lot.
And yet it has 100 voters registered there who vote.
This address can receive mail And it can receive any type of mail.
But it cannot receive a ballot, because it's a bank, and you can't have voters registered at a bank, and yet they are.
This address can receive mail, and it can receive a ballot.
But it can't receive a ballot for these 15 people, because these 15 people have not put their unit number or apartment number on their voter registration.
Therefore, according to the state, they're ineligible.
And we keep going down that list.
And what we find, Steve, is that between 8 percent and as much as 15 percent of the addresses of the people or the combination of the addresses and the people in every one of the 15 states we've examined are fake.
Fake doesn't mean they're fake as in don't exist.
Fake means that they are not who they say they are.
And so, when we report that and we do this at the county level, Voter integrity teams in some of the counties, particularly Wisconsin, use that as a tool to find and hopefully stop mail-in ballots going to people who clearly are ineligible voters.
steve bannon
I want to hit rewind.
I want to make sure the audience understands this.
Just give me the two-minute version of that and finish with that punchline because this is the main thing.
Just do that one more time.

In every state we have examined, 15 different states, we take the property tax rule, which is the pristine rule of identifying a property.
Is it a church? Is it a vacant lot?
Is it a trailer park?
Is it a one-bedroom home?
We then compare that with the corresponding voter roll, which tells us who, according to the voter roll, lives at that address.
And from that, we can determine this address should not receive any mail whatsoever.
It's a vacant lot.
And yet it's receiving mail-in ballots.
This address cannot receive mail-in ballots, but it can receive regular mail.
It's a bank or it's a 7-Eleven, but it is getting mail-in ballots.
This address can receive mail-in ballots and it can receive regular mail.
But it shouldn't be receiving mail-in ballots for these 15 people.
And the reason is, they haven't put their APT or unit number on their voter registration form.
Therefore, according to state law, they're ineligible.
So we call this the Undeliverable Ballot Database.
It is a database of every address in the state That is going to get a ballot in 2024 and there is not going to be an eligible voter there to receive it.
steve bannon
This and this is I want to be careful I would choose my words.
This is just not by happenstance, correct?
There's obviously some thinking in back of this or is this just some a collection of random occurrences?
unidentified
Well, there's a whole infrastructure to support this, Steve.
So you remember a decade ago when ACORN got busted because they were standing outside of homeless shelters lining people up to vote.
Well, they knew those people were never going to vote.
They were never going to show up.
All they wanted were names on a ballot.
Well, Acorn may have gotten busted, but the program is still very much in operation.
So, in Wisconsin, you have leftist NGO groups who actually were able to create an app and just go ahead and register anybody they wanted.
In Houston, Texas, in Harris County, we know that, in 2024, between 240 and 400,000 new voters are going to be registered by NGOs beginning about 120 days before the election, and almost two-thirds of them are going to be gone 30 to 60 days after the election.
So, no, Steve, this is an organized effort.
It is being done by third-party NGOs.
It is being done by various leftist groups.
And in many states, it's being done with the full acquiescence of the Republican Party.
steve bannon
Jay, I only got about five minutes left, but I want to—you end this piece—you start dramatically to talk about, hey, you have all this happy talk, but it's not going to matter.
You end saying the biggest, most important confrontation since—on the North American continent since Gettysburg is going to take place in 2024.
What are you recommending be done here?
And if it's not done, what do we actually face in reality?
unidentified
Our thesis for 2024 is that 2024 is going to be determined by six swing states.
We all know which states they are.
But within each of those swing states, Steve, the outcome of that state is going to be determined by one or two counties.
So we're really looking at 12, 14, 15, 16 counties that are going to determine 2024.
So our thesis is this.
We have the power, the technology power, with practical programming and other systems.
It doesn't have to be our system, to be able to determine in advance for every one of those counties, where every mail-in ballot is going to go, and determine six weeks, eight weeks in advance if that ballot is going to go there, number one, and, number two, if it's going to have an eligible voter.
So, we're going to do a lot to be able to stop that.
The second thing, like in the Carrie Lake campaign, is we're going to be able to take snapshots of voter rolls.
And we're going to be able to do it on a daily, weekly basis in each of the swing states.
And we're going to be able to see where election commissions are jacking with voter rolls, thinking that we're not going to find it.
And we're going to be able to find it and report it before, weeks before, people start casting votes.
steve bannon
And your point is, you can have all this other stuff going on, but if this is not taken care of, if you're not on this down to the precise that only a registered, legitimate, certifiable, creditable voter gets that, then everything else you're talking about is just going to get washed away because they're going to be able to steal it again?
unidentified
Correct. They're not going to be able to steal it.
They're planning to do it.
But we believe that the — we don't need to stop 100 percent of the fraud.
If we can stop 30, 40, 45 percent of the fraud by keeping phantom voters from voting, even though we might not be able to get them off the voter rolls, that can be the difference in a fair election or not a fair election in 2024.
steve bannon
You're a technology guy.
Are you actually working with various organizations?
First off, how do people get to you?
Everybody's got to read the article.
It's a homework assignment over the weekend, number one.
Number two, how do they get to you and find out more about you, Jay?
And are there groups you're working with now?
I assume the RNC is not doing much here because it makes too much sense.
Are there groups that you're working with that you advise people to go to if they want to volunteer and help?
unidentified
They can get a hold of us through our website, omega4america.com, omega4america.com.
And if people want to volunteer there, we don't accept volunteers.
We're a technology company, but we do try to hook them up with some of the state volunteer organizations that we work with.
And if people want to send us a note and do something, we'll do it, and we'll hook them up.
We're also, Steve, working with legislators in two states, soon to be three, who want to employ the technology that we're talking about at the government level.
And we're pretty optimistic that several states are going to do that in 2023.
steve bannon
Well, if you, at the time, you can release those and want to come back and talk about that, we would love to know it and love to give you support, Jay, because it's incredible.
I want to thank Colonel Wendy Rogers, beloved by our audience and of course the war room.
She got this to me in the middle of the night the other night and I read it and I was like, I got to get this guy on.
Then I was, she got me the great interview you did on the Gateway Pundit and I said, we got to get this guy on.
So I want to thank you for joining us here.
This is kind of kicking off our Fourth of July celebration.
And the powerful way you ended it, that piece, by saying, hey, the biggest conflict on the North American continent since Gettysburg is about to take place in 2024.
And I said, this brother understands it.
He gets it. So it's amazing, quite amazing.
And I've said this from day one, that this is where And this is why the AG, Garland's Grandun, sent it when we first started the recount in the audit in Arizona.
They didn't want to get near. They threatened criminal penalties to get anywhere near the canvas.
They don't want to get near the voter rolls.
They don't want to get near the canvas.
They know exactly where they stole this thing.
To the T. Jay, do you have social media people who can get you, sir?
unidentified
It's all on our article at Gateway Pundit.
We have several Twitter accounts, and if you go to Gateway Pundit today or American Thinker, you're going to see all of our social media signed up there.
steve bannon
We'll put it up. Jay, thanks for taking time away.
Really appreciate it. The 160th anniversary of the first day of the bloodiest battle in the Civil War, a three-day battle, ended with Pickett's Charge on the 3rd, the day before the 4th of July.
Short commercial break. Back in the War Room in a moment.
unidentified
We rejoice when there is no more. Let's take down the CC.
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Thank you. It's, um, this is our kickoff for the next couple days when we're doing, um...
We've got some very special people coming on here as we always do our 4th of July specials.
And shortly we're going to have someone we always do.
Our special is with the great combat historian Patrick O'Donnell.
He's going to join us at the top of the hour.
Also, Faith McDonald, part of Frank Gaffney's group, one of the people over the Committee on the Present Danger, has actually reviewed, done a great write-up on The Sound of Freedom, and that launches this weekend, too, so we're going to get her on, get Faith on.
I want to talk about a couple things.
Number one, the Right after 4th of July, because I don't want to tie this up too much with the 4th, we're going to be doing a very detailed breakdown of this new concept they're pushing.
I talked a little bit about it the last couple of days, but this thing of Bidenomics, and I wanted to do it today, but I had Jay, and I thought Jay would be more important to kind of go through, because that is, we've got to get to the heart of this, the stealing elections, right?
Obviously. Um...
But this whole breakdown of Bidenomics and making sure we understand it.
Remember, I don't know, we're 45 days now out from Durban, and it's going to be quite historic.
You see what's happening geopolitically throughout the world?
Well, the developing nations, particularly the nations that control all the resources in the world, virtually all the resources, have kind of had a belly full of our It's one of the reasons that Inflation, core inflation is killing you, that your wages don't rise as high as core inflation.
So every month you're getting poorer and poorer and poorer.
And so Bidenomics is kind of convoluted, massive Keynesian essentially overregulation, but particularly Keynesian stimulus that's just supposed to jack up the economy.
It's not working. It's burying us deeper and deeper into not just in debt, but structurally where you can't come back from.
And so that's why we're on this, what we call the road to Durban to make sure that every day we're going to talk about this and want to make sure people get all the information we put out about it because it's now time for you to understand this like you did the debt ceiling.
Remember, your understanding of the debt ceiling is better than anybody.
You changed the course.
Of history in that regard to put it in the national consciousness and start to show, start to make sure your fellow countrymen now, 60% in the CNN poll, don't want any increase to national debt that wouldn't have concomitant cuts to federal spending.
That's what the apparatus hates.
That's why Kevin McCarthy went along and gave Biden everything he needed.
But at the same time, this destruction of the U.S. dollar, right, and now that in Durban they're going to come up with, I think, some sort of gold-back basket of currencies.
We'll see many of those countries are going to some sort of gold-back entity.
The Russians, when we tried to destroy the ruble, basically pegged it to gold and were able to right that ship when we were trying to destroy their central bank and their currency.
Make sure you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
You can get all the information.
Two things you get. Everything you got about Durban.
I've got a new package up with Patrick O'Donnell to kind of summarize it from the three-part series, The End of the Dollar Empire.
So we've given you a pricey so you can get up to speed on that.
And that's another homework assignment, totally free.
Also, you get the opportunity to talk to Philip Patrick and the guys.
Here's the question. Why are the central banks in the world buying gold at record levels in 22 and now record levels in 23?
What is going on? What are they seeing that I don't see?
And what should I see?
And that's when you should immerse yourself.
Remember, the purpose of the war room is to provide you a platform that you can immerse yourself in.
In the details and become smarter and tougher and more focused to help your nation, your community, your family, and yourself.
So make sure you go check that out today.
We're going to talk about this historic event, really the most historic event, I think, since Bretton Woods, the end of the world, when we set up the dollars, the prime reserve currency, Bretton Woods, right after the war.
Nixon taking us off the gold standard in that historic weekend in 71-72.
And we will get more to that in the days and weeks ahead.
Philip Patrick and I breaking down us going off the gold standard.
And then, of course, this coming weekend or the weekend in August.
Right around the same time we're in Missouri with Mike Lindell in Durban, all these countries are going to get there.
The BRICS nation, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, plus the African Union, the Sub-Saharan, and more countries.
Egypt's coming in, a bunch of the countries in the Gulf.
Iran will be there. I'm sure Pakistan will be there.
But the point is, it's the Chinese Communist Party's in back of it.
You always have to remember that, so get that.
Also, we've been talking the last couple of days really quite intensely about the unrestricted war for the Chinese Communist Party, the centrality of this military facility in Cuba, and it has to be removed.
And right now our politicians, particularly the Biden regime, unfortunately totally compromised by the Chinese Communist Party, should be giving them an ultimatum.
You have 72 hours to remove all the Chinese troops, all PLA members.
You're not going to be able to put down a cyber offensive weapon capability.
You're not going to be able to put in a Wuhan type bioweapons capability.
You're not going to be able to have chemical warfare like fentanyl that right now 90 miles away they have a base they can ship it all up to South Florida.
You're not going to be able to do that because you have to take it.
Now I will tell you In unrestricted warfare, this threat of cyber war.
And remember, when I say cyber war from state actors like Russia, which we know is attacking American institutions, like the CCP that we know, that's really a combination of criminal elements and state power and the control by state power.
But they're criminal elements.
And these criminals right now, cyber attacks, cyber attacks, Whether it's, you know, cybersecurity is everything.
Whether it's your credit card or your home.
And take this off your list.
Just go to HomeTitleLock.com right now.
It's simple. Go check the people.
HomeTitleLock. Make sure you check this out.
And don't allow it to happen, which I think is the biggest nightmare.
Where someone could go in and actually take out a second mortgage on your home.
It is not that difficult.
That's the problem. It's not that difficult.
For somebody to go to take, particularly one of these cash money, these hard money lenders, to take out $100,000 or $200,000 on, to take out a second on your mortgage that they've gotten to cyber theft.
And then these hard money lenders, these are not your neighborhood banker.
They're going to sit there and say, tough break.
You owe me the money and you owe me the interest.
And then you're in a jam.
Remember, in these trying times, particularly every month you're getting poorer because core inflation's ahead of your wage increases.
You're getting poorer and poorer every month.
The net worth in your house is everything.
Everything. Just remember that.
HomeTitleLock.com. Check it out.
Okay. Short commercial break.
It's the 160th anniversary of the first day at Gettysburg.
Remember, the first day at Gettysburg drove the entire battle because that's where the Union Army was able to take the high ground.
Take the high ground on the south part of the town, right?
The Confederacy came in from the north.
The Union came in from the south.
They took the high ground, and that drove the entire battle for the next three days.
The biggest battle on the North American continent.
Okay. Also, tomorrow is when they're negotiating.
On the 2nd of July is when the first ships arrived of the British Expeditionary Force in New York Harbor over at Staten Island.
