| Obviously a day... Of reflection on exactly what happened in the Supreme Court yesterday. | ||
| As you know, we've been at the tip of the spear of this fight for quite a while. | ||
| And we're going to get into it even more in the afternoon show. | ||
| I want to pivot now. | ||
| Sound of Freedom. We're talking about Sound of Freedom here in the next block. | ||

| One of the themes that we have is that with the revolutionary generation and the framers and about this American consciousness that started to form pre-revolution. | ||
| And informed every aspect of the revolution. | ||
| Because you've got to ask yourself the question. | ||
| Why were these incredibly prominent and successful men? | ||
| Whether they were... | ||
| How do I say this? | ||
| The commercial types, the freebooters, the smugglers like Hancock and Sam Adams. | ||
| Why were these successful litigators, lawyers like Adams and Jefferson? | ||
| Why were these real estate... | ||
| Maybe speculators and people in real estate like General Washington and others, enormously successful inside the system of the British Empire. | ||
| What was it that triggered this kind of move in this American consciousness, as Ben Franklin talked about, to actually say, we can't be part of the system. | ||
| We have to be outside the system. | ||
| The central part of this Is the universities today, you know, the Harvard's, the William& Mary's, these were many that were divinity schools in the role of religion, in the centrality of the understanding of the Judeo-Christian West. | ||
| And we said about Rabbi Sparrow when he passed away in these kind of little mini... | ||
| One of the tributes we've had to him is about the American Judeo-Christian ethos. | ||
| The American Judeo-Christian ethos. | ||
| Rapper Sparrow dedicated his life to putting that forward, and we can understand that. | ||
| The formation of these future generations is absolutely central, central to what the revolutionary generation thought has been central from every generation passed down. | ||
| And that is why this is an inflection point because at the end of the day we talk about all the capital markets and spending and geopolitics and Ukraine war and the Chinese Communist Party and you're in Cuba and you've got all these investigations and all this stuff's happening and we try to give you a framework of what you think about. | ||
| That's all the outer manifestations as you just saw the Supreme Court ruling and Chief Justice Roberts who's flipped from being adamant about this 10 years ago in the Arizona case to completely flipping on it. | ||
| Because of the mob outside of his house, the revolutionary mob, the French Revolution. | ||
| Or, like John Eastman's going through in Orange County today, it's nothing more than Mao Zedong's Cultural Revolution. | ||
| The Red Guard is a struggle session. | ||
| It's a struggle session, and Project 65, the 65 Projects, understands this. | ||
| You do struggle sessions, and you strip these guys down, and you're going to put the fear in all this young generation come up that you can't go and you can never challenge the system anymore. | ||
| About what it says is right or wrong. | ||
| That's what's the importance of the 4th of July. | ||
| Remember, always remember this. | ||
| The 4th of July was just, as I tell you, war has three times. | ||
| Take the moral high ground, then absolutely completely destroy your enemy in unconditional surrender, and then fill said smoking hole with your system. | ||
| And that's what the revolutionary generation understood this. | ||
| They understood that they had to have a break with the British East India Company. | ||
| They had to have a break with the landed, worthless, decadent landed aristocracy of the British Crown and British aristocracy and the monopoly power of the East India Company and others. | ||
| We're going to break from that. Because as Franklin said, we're something new. | ||
| There's a new species because of this wilderness, this vast wilderness that we're trying to conquer. | ||
| There's something new that's coming. | ||
| We're coarser, we're rougher, we're more practical, but it's new. | ||
| And what did he warn? | ||
| He warned on the steps of the day of the signature, it's a republic if you can keep it. | ||
| Well, that's the moment we're in today. | ||
| And remember, the Declaration of Independence, that was just the declaration. | ||
| That was lawyers negotiating. Yes, it's a moving document. | ||
| It's an amazing document. But it took eight years of hard fighting to win that freedom. | ||
| If you didn't do the latter, remember, we're going to talk about it over the next couple of days. | ||
| The British Expeditionary Force had already left Newfoundland and was in New York Harbor when they signed. | ||
| An expeditionary force that started in mid-August and we had nothing but defeats. | ||
| one defeat after the other, catastrophic defeat, defeat, defeat, defeat, defeat, driven back across the Delaware River into the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It wasn't until Christmas night that we had anything you would say would be a victory. | ||
| So, about this formation of the spiritual warfare, what are we to do? | ||
| Well, the folks at Brave Books Have come up with a solution. | ||
| We're going to have people who are in this movement, people who are known, people who are good people and tough and fighters, they're going to write books for children with the basis of the Judeo-Christian West. | ||
| And we're going to go then to libraries and try to counter the drag queen hours and all that for formation. | ||

| Our children are being hunted in two ways. | ||
| In one way, as The Sound of Freedom shows you, But in another way, in a more insidious way, is in that critical area of what we call formation, the formation of character, the formation of your spirit, the formation of you as a person, that indelible imprint that comes in you when you're young, that informs everything else in the rest of your life. | ||
| That's what they're after. Remember, Mao Zedong went after to destroy the traditional family, just like the French Revolution, just like the Nazis, just like the Bolsheviks. | ||
| It's always the same. We've got to destroy the nuclear family. | ||
| And how we're going to do it? We're going to do it with the children. | ||

| And then talk to me about the process of how we get this out and how we fight, particularly because the librarians may be the most radical group in this country today, as we've seen from the Moms for Liberty and others are fighting at school boards right now. | ||
| You think the teachers are radical? | ||
| The librarians may be even more radical than that. | ||

| Talk to us about your book and about Brave Books. | ||
| First, let me start by saying what a great way to start off my morning, listening to you. | ||
| You just gave me and everyone else a little history lesson. | ||
| You are communicating this so sharply, so insightfully, and so articulately. | ||
| Thank you for what you're doing and, secondly, for having me on the show. | ||
| I love this country. | ||
| I love that it is built on and it is the Judeo-Christian ethic. | ||
| And it's also this unique form of government that understands that power concentrated at the top will always do what you just described with Mao Zedong or whether it's Hitler or the Chinese Communist Revolution, whatever that and that will happen here in America. | ||
| Unless the soldiers in the great army of compassion stand up and begin to advance what is admirable and noble and excellent and praiseworthy, true, beautiful and good. | ||
| So thank you for what you're doing. | ||
| What I'm trying to do is write children's books, as you said, that extol the virtues of the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control. | ||
| And my newest book is called Pride Comes Before the Fall. | ||
| It's all about teaching children humility rather than pride. | ||
| This month, Kids have had this pushed in their face continually. | ||
| And while we're being told to celebrate other people's sex life and to glorify pride, which by the way is the deadliest of the seven deadly sins. | ||
| It's the pregnant mother that gives birth to all other forms of evil. | ||
| I'm wanting to talk to children and more than that inspire parents to teach their children about humility. | ||
| About loving God, loving their family, and loving this great country, which is a rare and precious gift, as you're pointing out. | ||
| It's incredibly powerful. | ||
| Let's go, and I'm going to talk about the controversy and the resistance you guys are getting, but in the concept with the brave books, you've got posters, you've got others. | ||
| Did you come up with this idea and then write the book? | ||
| Walk me through the process, because the book's fantastic, and the title could not be more perfect for this time in history. | ||
| Pride Comes Before the Fall. | ||
| So how did you conceive it? | ||
| How did you think of this? Because I understand you've got, you know, you're an activist, you're an actor, producer. | ||
| You've got a pretty full plate. | ||
| How did you come up with this and how did you actually get the book done? | ||
| As you know, when you become a parent, your whole paradigm changes and suddenly there are things that are more important to me than myself. | ||
| I want my precious children. | ||
| I've got six of them. My wife and I want to help build the worlds that are a blessing for them to live in. | ||
| To which they can be a blessing. | ||
| So when I partnered up with Brave Books, they had a great program going. | ||
| And Kash Patel has written a book with them. | ||
| And John Solomon has written a book with them. | ||
| And many other friends with great values have done the same. | ||
| And so we created this book called As You Grow, Teaching Children the Fruit of the Spirit. | ||
| And we released it around Christmas time and what happened was I wanted to do a public library reading and I was denied by over 50 woke libraries who previously held drag queen story hours. | ||
| Well, I let my friends at the news know about this and wrote letters to these libraries reminding them that this is the United States of America, that these libraries don't belong to an elite group. | ||
| They're public libraries funded by taxpayers and that if they continue in their viewpoint discrimination, And excluding viewpoints, simply because they don't agree with them, that I would be exercising my constitutional rights in court. | ||
| Well, they reversed course. | ||
| We signed up, went to the libraries, and the first one was Indianapolis Public Library, and we were welcomed by over There were over 2,500 parents and children who overwhelmed six floors of this enormous, beautiful library. | ||
| The line went down the escalator, out the front door, and down the street. | ||
| And we found this in Loudoun County. | ||
| We found this in Seattle Public Library. | ||
| We found this in LA, DC, New York, Arizona. | ||
| So many places because parents have had enough. | ||
| They don't want to be marginalized, silenced and suppressed by this woke agenda that is shoving values down their throat and hijacking the hearts and minds of their children. | ||
| And they're looking for movements. | ||
| They're looking for a platform to lend their voice so that they can be part of advancing the good. | ||
| Kirk, could you stay through the commercial breakout? | ||
| I want to keep you for the next segment. | ||

| Obviously, we'll have news and everything like that, but we're going to get down to the heart of what the Declaration of Independence is, what the revolutionary generation, who they were, what they stood for, and particularly the long fight that was ahead of them. | ||
| After the signing of the declaration. | ||
| But think about it. We think back to them. | ||
| To think that we're even having this discussion today, they could not comprehend. | ||
| I want you to think about that revolutionary generation when you see a drag queen story out in front of those little children. | ||
| I want you to think of the revolutionary generation when you see these things that happen over the weekend, these parades that went on with the little children and the depravity that went on in front of these children. | ||
| I want you to think just what the revolutionary generation would say about that. | ||
| Because with the wisdom they had, the intelligence they had, the understanding of the Judeo-Christian West, any practical understanding of the Roman Republic, Understanding of Greece, but also the hard realities of life. | ||
| Like I said, these were tough hombres, right? | ||
| Tough hombres. They were men of the world. | ||
| They could not comprehend what's going on in this nation right now. | ||
| They could not comprehend it. | ||
| On many levels, they particularly could not comprehend this. | ||
| You could not have a conversation with them about it. | ||
| They would not comprehend it. | ||
| Kirk Cameron and others, the team at Brave Books, is doing something about this. | ||
| This is what it's about. You've got to fight it at every level, and this is the level to fight it, to come out with content that's counter to that, that supports what Rabbi Sparrow stood for, which is this understanding of the American ethos, the Judeo-Christian West, the American Judeo-Christian ethos, which is different than Europe, quite different than Europe. | ||

How did you end up in this place? Man, I just want to dive into the history of the United States with you. | |
| You just throw a piece of red meat out there for me. | ||
| And now I'm going back to Growing Pains. | ||
| The way I got here was I was nine years old. | ||
| I started acting in Hollywood, got on this show, Growing Pains. | ||
| By the time I was 17, 18, I was in the spotlight in this hit show. | ||
| I ended up getting married to the girl that I was dating on the show. | ||
| We've now been married for 32 years. | ||
| We've got six children and I'm still acting but primarily producing documentaries and films and now authoring books for children. | ||
| And I'm here with Steve Bannon on The War Room Show. | ||
| So it's been a pretty exciting life. | ||
| You didn't plan on that. | ||
| Your agent didn't plan on that when you were at the top of the heap on growing pains, trust me. | ||
| I'm not even sure that they would have recommended it, but I'm so glad that I'm talking with you. | ||
| I love what you're saying. | ||
| When you understand that the American ethos and the government structure that we have and the moral value system, how unique that is from Europe in the day, we actually go back to the ancient Hebrew Republic under the leadership of Moses with the division of powers and with a representative government. | ||
| There is so much magic here in the United States that is based on timeless truths. | ||
| People have no idea because this history has been rewritten and we've got this crazy revisionist storytelling in our public schools. | ||
| Public schools have become the established church of the secular state, right? | ||
| And so that's where our children are being brainwashed. | ||
| And what you're doing is so important. | ||
| Just can't thank you enough for this. | ||
| Talk to me about why is it controversial? | ||
| You've had this massive turnout in Indiana. | ||
| You've had massive turnout in Seattle. | ||
| Why are you guys still – and people should understand. | ||
| That's why Brave Books is so appropriately named to Brave. | ||
| This is like a firefight every time you try to go to one of these libraries. | ||
| Tell me who's in back of – And how did these librarians get so radical? | ||
| As we know from the Moms for Liberty and the Moms for America and the parental rights movement, it's just not the radical nature of the teachers union and who's on these school boards. | ||
| The librarians in these schools are probably the most radical of all. | ||
| How did that happen and what are you up fighting against? | ||
| So, to be fair, there are a lot of great librarians out there. | ||
| There's a lot of great public school teachers. | ||
| My father's a public school teacher, and so are my grandparents. | ||
| When we went to Seattle Public Library, they welcomed us, and they understand the First Amendment, and it was awesome. | ||
| But you go to these other libraries, and they are exercising a level of control over their communities that is completely unconstitutional, and now the American Library Association And particularly, the director of the Office of Intellectual Freedom has come out in a virtual worldwide conference instructing libraries on how to break the law and engage in outright suppression and censorship, | ||
| which, ironically, is what they say they stand against, that they want to make available information to all people, except, of course, if you're conservative, you love the Constitution, and if you love God. | ||
| So what they're doing is unconscionable. | ||
| And the great news is the curtain's been pulled back. | ||
| The mask has been taken off. | ||
| And more and more people are seeing what's going on, what we're actually facing. | ||
| And it's just what you talked about. | ||
| It's cultural Marxism. | ||
| It's authoritarianism. | ||
| And it's where the state... | ||
| breaks down the family and the church so that it can become the one everyone looks to to be provider and protector and ultimately the sovereign power over the hearts and minds of children. | ||
| So that's why we've got to fight. | ||
| That's why I'm using all the energy that I have to fight for the hearts and minds of children through Brave Books and this event coming up on August 5th called See You at the Library. | ||

| Let's bring in, we're kind of jammed now, but let me bring in Mark Mitchell of Rasmus who's doing amazing polling. | ||
| I want to talk about the Chinese thing a second, but I think you've got some new polling. | ||
| Is it on RFK? Can you walk me through that? | ||
| Absolutely. I think that that is really the most interesting part of this election cycle. | ||
| And to me it's because I'm a public opinion professional and the platform of Biden and Kennedy I don't think could be farther apart for Democrats. | ||
| His platform does not match the Democrat orthodoxy. | ||
| So what we've been doing is we've been taking each of the challengers and running them through a set of two questions, their favorability, and then how likely is it that they're going to be the nominee for their party? | ||
| And we just got Kennedy's numbers back, and he has a 49% favorability rating, which puts him pretty much in the middle of where Biden was and where Trump is now and the last time we tested it. | ||
| Among Democrats, the big news is for the first time, Kennedy has a higher favorability rating among Democrats than he does among Republicans. | ||
| So he actually lost a decent amount of Republican and independent support since the last time we tested. | ||
| But he's up to 54% among Democrats. | ||
| Now, that's a far cry from where Biden is among Democrats. | ||
| But I think that the big news here is that Kennedy has been out with some pretty public media appearances. | ||
| Where he is very vociferously arguing against certain Democrat orthodoxies. | ||
| And his Democrat approval rating has gone up. | ||
| Now, as far as how likely people think it is that he'll be the nominee, 35% of Democrats say it's at least somewhat likely. | ||
| 15% say very likely. | ||
| And based on the numbers that we've run for the Republican candidates, that puts him basically somewhere in between Mike Pence and Ron DeSantis. | ||
| So he's on the map. | ||
| What does it tell you about is because he's been going out and he's running in a Democratic primary, and he is a Democrat, but the things he said about the NRA, the things he said about guns, the things he said about abortion, is that people are starting to weigh and measure him, the Republicans, and really think about him and understand that, hey, he doesn't believe in some of the fundamental things that MAGA or Republicans believe? | ||
| 100%. A month ago, I think Republicans knew, well, he's a Kennedy and he is strongly anti-vaccine. | ||
| And now they know more. But Democrats also know he's strongly anti-vaccine and they've seen some of his other stances. | ||
| So the public opinion is following right along. | ||
| Trump and Kennedy are the two kind of radical anti-establishment You agree with that? | ||
| They both speak to a certain sense of the authorities and the establishment are not always straightforward. | ||
| In fact, very rarely straightforward. | ||
| Is that the theory of the case in both of their candidacies? | ||
| Very much so. | ||
| We were on your show talking about how I think the new political spectrum that's important for this election cycle is establishment versus anti-establishment. | ||
| But there's one real primary difference between Trump and Kennedy, and that is on the Republican side. | ||
| Trump's platform very much is strongly supported by Republican voters. | ||
| And on the Democrat side, you can't say that's the truth yet necessarily with Kennedy. | ||
| It's not even close. Okay, just hang on for one second. | ||

| So Joe Biden, who is quite a bit of SWAT, as they say in Ukraine, could have freed Gonzalo Lyra within hours. | ||

| He didn't say a word about it. | ||
| He remains in prison tonight. | ||

| These two stories had passed me by. | ||

| Because there's hardly any penetration whatsoever on the internet and the world's mainstream media about these two astonishing events. | ||
| For example, let's talk about the arrest of Gonzo Lira. | ||
| For the posse, by the way, you'll remember Gonzalo Lira, because at the beginning of the war, he was pushing out, based in Ukraine, he's married to a Ukrainian, and he was pushing out first-hand eyewitness accounts of what was happening when millions of young guys were rushing for the border of Poland to flee the country. | ||
| And of course, the world's media was saying, oh, these guys, they're all sort of running in fear for their lives from the Russian invasion. | ||
| And Gonzalo Leo was saying, this is simply not true. | ||
| They're leaving because they don't want to be drafted into Zelensky's army. | ||
| And he's Probably the only person that I could cite who was out there at the time pushing it. | ||
| The Secret Services of Ukraine obviously were very grateful for his sterling work on journalism at the time, and they promptly arrested him and then released him a week or so later. | ||
| You'll remember this because we spoke about this on the show like a year ago. | ||
| They released him without charges. | ||
| Now he was arrested on the 1st of May, Steve. | ||
| Now, I don't use Google. | ||
| I use Microsoft Bing. | ||
| Now, here's a search that I did for the posse, right? | ||
| In the eight days, From the day he was arrested on the 1st of May to one week afterwards, the 5th of May, I did a check. | ||
| How many articles are there about Gonzalo Lira? | ||
| 395. Now, the posse can go on to their own Search Engine of Choice and check this out and verify this. | ||
| There's basically one article on Business Insider where he was a journalist writing on economic affairs and another thing in Yahoo. | ||
| And the rest of it, Steve, it is a total media blackout. | ||
| Let's compare that to Evan Gershkovic, who is the Washington Post journalist who was arrested by Russia, thrown into prison by Putin. | ||
| He was arrested on the 29th of March, and I did a check to see how many times his name appears in the eight days, one week after he was arrested. | ||
| So let's compare Gonzo Lira, 395. | ||
| Evan Gershkovic has 84,500 different references in the internet in that same time period. | ||
| That is an illustration that the globalist Mainstream media is not fulfilling its service of informing us, the public, on what is going on. | ||

| And the more you look into this in Ukraine, it's simply not true. | ||
| Zelensky is doing everything that we're criticizing Putin of doing. | ||
| In fact, he's going further, because Zelensky, lest we forget, has He's banned political opponents, he's commandeered the free press, television and newspapers, he's throwing dissenters into prison, and now he's arresting journalists, | ||
| US journalists. So if, as is the case, these are basically two similar regimes that are, as you've been saying for quite some time, in a territorial dispute, why are we so heavily invested in one of these two sides? | ||
| What is the interest to whom? | ||
| Now we know the answer to this, but this is just yet another illustration of what is going on there. | ||
| Yes. Something very fresh. | ||
| By the way, you've done an amazing job on Belarus, and we're going to have you back on about that. | ||
