That song, Trump Saved the USA, Is by, and I want to make sure I'm pronouncing this correctly, Fregadio Blow, the musical talent.

But we bracket it with McCarthy.
I think he can win.
I think he could beat Biden.
His policies are better, but the implication, he's not.
And this is just what he's saying on Squawk.
He's up there in New York right now at the donors.
And trust me on this, all they're talking about is how to offload Trump.
The question from McCarthy is, show me any of the Keebler elves.

I got it up on Getter. Another morning consult poll I think has Trump at 57, 59, something like that, and Governor DeSantis at 19.
The DeSantis thing yesterday, you know, the governor goes to the border to Eagle Pass, of which our audience knows because we've been there for years.
For them, it's like a big revelation.
He gives, once again, he just reiterates the Trump policies, but I can get this done.
As I remember correctly, I don't think Ron DeSantis, when he was in the House, He was kind of, you know, one of Paul Ryan's posse.
I don't remember him being a fire breather for any of these issues.
So don't sit there, you know, you had some catharsis and now you realize, you know, you're going to build a wall.
You're going to deport 10 million people.
You're going to do this. You're going to do that.
And I admit, I think he's done some very good things in Florida and I'm a big supporter of him as the governor of Florida.
But this is all part of a piece.
This McCarthy thing and look, Laura Loomer, people say, Laura Loomer is crazy.
Laura Loomer does this. Hey, she's like a dog on a bone with this McCarthy thing.
And the story she blew up in California yesterday is a very important story.
They are working nonstop.
They're working nonstop to make sure that Trump is not the nominee.
And if Trump's even the nominee, They don't want him to win.

They are going to go in, and if they prop up Biden, but if it's not Biden, I don't think it will be.

More of the value in this country, how they get more and you get less and you pay for it.

How does this all get done? He says, we've got to cancel the August recess.
Well, they're not canceling August recess because now they've said the quiet part out loud.
They're going to kick it down to the Christmas holidays and then do an omnibus.
So this is what McCarthy gave you.
Everything and every one of these people came forward and said, oh, we're going to do it in the appropriations process.
That's a lie.
And you're a stooge. And McCarthy sits there on Squawk Box and said, I don't know if Trump's the strongest.
I hope the president of the United States, Donald J. Trump, understands the court jesters he has around him that the McCarthy faction should be perp-walked out of Bedminster today.

Now we have a meeting with an IRS whistleblower and nine people, United States attorneys and FBI agents, where they admitted that Weiss could not bring the charges against Hunter he wanted.

And there hasn't been one subpoena sent out to every single person in this meeting.

It's time to start calling those guys out by name.

How about other states like Arkansas and elsewhere where we have state attorney generals who are Republican and then you get down to the next level below them, the district attorneys.
Who also can prosecute these crimes, not as a statewide crime, but as a county crime.
As long as the illegality occurred in your district, in your county, or you can bring that prosecution.
It doesn't have to be the whole thing, just a piece of it.
But everybody's gone lazy.
They're just like, oh, the FBI is looking into it for five years, so we're not going to touch it.
Of course we can trust the FBI and Chris Wray and Merrick Garland and all these other government gangsters out there.
This is what I mean. Republicans have not been hard enough on the elected officials we sent to be our law enforcement chiefs in counties and states where Hunter Biden committed crimes.

You don't need to go to law school, send out a subpoena, get the documentation, go to a grand jury and charge him.

And impeachment should not be political stunts.
We need to utilize impeachments, the bringing of charges in the House of Representatives to have a jury trial and presentation of evidence.

So the world learns the information that they're hiding and the world gets to hear from the witnesses.
The nine guys in the room that heard the DOJ shut down the Hunter Biden charging document.
That's what the purpose of the impeachment is.
I agree with you. The Senate's never going to convict.
But we can't use impeachment for political stunts.

I got it yesterday in Eagle Pass, Texas.

But now they're, I got it.
Let's take Trump's policies.
And put a different spokesmodel on them.
And then that way, this is how the donors say, that way, that's what we've got to do.
That's what we've got to do. Here's what we've got to do.
We've got to take Trump's policies, right, the Trump's policies, and we'll put another spokesmodel on them, and that way we'll win and everything.
That's a fairy tale.
That's a fairy tale. Remember, all these money guys have the maturity of teenagers.
They know how to pick stocks, and they know how to write algorithms, pick stocks.

Oh, by the way, the fiscal year, 30 September, the other piece of leverage, that's not really counts.
It's really calendar year's fiscal year.
So we're going to have a CR and then before the holidays, we've got to get back because we have to go, we have to be with our families You know, on Advent.
In Advent, we have to be with our families, right, because we're such devout Christians.
We have to be with, or we have to, you know, celebrate Hanukkah with our families.
We have to do that.
So we have to be gone for the holidays, right?
We have to do that. And so we have to pass an omnibus.
They're a joke. They don't care about the debt in this country.
They don't care about the deficits of this country because you're paying for it.
Why should they care? They're partying.
They're having the best times of their life.
They're getting richer. That's the scam.
Just understand what the reality is.
It's a free country or quasi-free country.

Well, I think that the appropriations process is going to be a big test for Speaker McCarthy to And House Republicans, if they don't actually cut spending, if they don't actually include appropriation riders to force policy changes, like, for example, not funding transgender surgeries on kids and prisoners, if they don't actually do those things, I think Speaker Kevin McCarthy will need to find a new job.

First off, when Ziegler's up here yesterday and says that in the laptop from hell, which I reviewed a couple of years ago, they still haven't subpoenaed Biden's secret phone.
Now, Peter Schweitzer's on Maria on the weekend.
They have not subpoenaed his secret phone from AT&T. Does that lead you to believe that they're serious at all in any of these investigations?

This is not an investigation of the Bidens.
This is a cover-up for the Bidens, and this has been going on for many years.
They've known since at least 2016 that there was evidence in January of 2016 that a leading presidential candidate could be compromised by millions of dollars and foreign bribes.
And Bill Barr, the Attorney General, sent it to the Democrat-pict U.S. Attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, and apparently didn't follow up.
Didn't think it would be a good idea to follow up to see where that investigation was going.
There could be a President of the United States Who is compromised by these corrupt foreign payments?
What do you know? We have a president in the White House right now who is compromised by Chinese and Ukrainian foreign bribes.
Why did the FBI cover up for Joe Biden?
Why did the Justice Department cover up for Joe Biden?
This is impeachable conduct.
The evidence is right in front of our noses.
We have a whistleblower who the FBI paid $200,000 over 10 years.
We have an IRS supervisory special agent whistleblower, two separate whistleblowers.
What more evidence do House Republicans need to open an impeachment inquiry and move forward with impeachment inquiry on President Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, And the FBI director, Chris Wray.
And you might as well throw Mayorkas in there, too, for allowing the invasion of our southern border.

And now we know also from the whistleblowers that the FBI, in November of 2019, I always gave them the benefit of the downside of December, in November of 2019, had already ascertained that the laptop from hell was legitimate.
It was the Biden's documents.
Knowing that, knowing that they haven't subpoenaed this stuff, are we in jeopardy now of having Merrick Garland appoint a special counsel to bury this?
Is that why Comer's talking about this?

What do we risk here with their ability to cover this up more by announcing a special counsel?

Well, regardless of what Merrick Garland does, Cash is absolutely right.
House Republicans should move forward with impeachment and have a public trial on this and let the American people decide.
But separate from that with the special counsel, we saw what Merrick Garland did with two separate special counsels.
Merrick Garland appointed a total left-wing hack, Jack Smith, to go after Trump for Trump having his presidential records in Mar-a-Lago, which he's allowed to do under the Presidential Records Act.
Biden gets caught with several stashes of stolen classified records.
The Biden Justice Department secretly colludes with Biden and his private attorneys, his personal attorneys, for two months until he gets caught.
When Garland gets caught, He picks Rob Herr to be the special counsel.
This is like Rod Rosenstein and James Comey's lap dog, Rob Herr.
He was the U.S. attorney in Maryland.
They say he was picked because he was picked by President Trump.
Yeah, technically he was nominated by President Trump, but it is the Democrat home state senators.
They are home state senators who picked the U.S. attorneys.
And it was two Democrat home state senators in Maryland to pick Rob Herr and two Democrat home state Senators in Delaware who picked David Weiss.
These are Democrat-picked U.S. attorneys, and they are running cover for Biden and his family.

Mike Davis, your thoughts? I mean, that's exactly what we've been saying since the Mar-a-Lago raid 11 months ago now, last August.
This was a clear play by the Justice Department and the intel agencies to go after Trump because Trump declassified and had his personal copy of the damning crossfire hurricane records.
The Russian collusion hoax, the Hillary, President Obama, Vice President Biden, the FBI, the CIA, The AG, they colluded together in 2016 to cook up the Russian collusion hoax, to say that Trump was colluding with the Russians.
And I think the reason they did this is because Hillary Clinton had her illegal home server as Secretary of State with our nation's most classified secrets.
It evidenced the Clinton Foundation's pay-for-play and other foreign bribery and corruption schemes.
It was hacked by foreign governments, probably Russia, and maybe Hillary was worried that Russia was going to leak this evidence before 2016, and so too...
To get ahead of that, they tried to say that Trump was colluding with Russia.
You say, oh, that sounds crazy.
That's a conspiracy theory.
Well, they ran the exact same play in 2020 when the CIA worked with the 51 former intel goons to say that Hunter Biden's laptop Evidencing the Biden's corruption, foreign bribery and corruption, was a Russian disinformation campaign.
They got the New York Post, America's oldest newspaper, deplatformed.
They got kicked off of social media.
You couldn't even access the stories link on the internet.
That's how much they are willing to weaponize our law enforcement and intel agencies to change elections, election interference at its worst.
And they're doing the same thing now in 2024.
Trump was getting ready to go.
Trump was in a civil lawsuit versus Hillary Clinton down in Florida over the Russian collusion hoax.
And I bet you anything that Biden feared that those were going to come out during the discovery process.
Hence, we got this unprecedented, unlawful, unnecessary home raid on a former president for presidential records he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
Our intel agencies, our law enforcement agencies have been completely politicized and weaponized, and the only way we're going to fix this is getting Trump back in the White House in 2024.
In the meantime, House Republicans must move forward with impeachments.
Biden, Garland, Ray, Mayorkas, all of these people are bad actors in many different ways, but we cannot have a politicized and weaponized justice system.
That is going to end our republic if we continue down this path.

Here's what Trump is up against.
Think about it for a second. He's up against the entire administrative state.
The rogue element Praetorian Guard, deep state part of that.
He's up against Silicon Valley.
