Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
chuck todd
The people have had a belly full of it.
steve bannon
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
chuck todd
Are we going to prevent China from having a military base on the island of Cuba?
unidentified
We have been not only looking but also engaging in a number of countries over the last couple of years where China's trying to get a foothold.
And we've been engaged diplomatically in a number of places.
And we've had some success in either preventing that, delaying that, or turning that around.
We continue to do that. I've raised that directly with my Chinese counterparts.
They know where we stand on that issue.
chuck todd
I noticed you say you raised it with your Chinese counterparts.
We have no relations still with Cuba.
This decision to pull back relations with Cuba, did we not just throw them into the arms of the Chinese?
unidentified
No, we actually have raised this with the Cubans as well.
For them, there's no secret about the concerns that we have and the fact that we're watching this very carefully.
chuck todd
Are we going to make sure it doesn't happen?
Is this a line in the sand?
unidentified
Again, we've made clear that this is a real concern.
And as I said, in a variety of places where China's tried to get a foothold militarily or with intelligence, we've been not only looking at that, we've been taking action to try to push back and we've had some success.
The Titan. All week I've been fascinated with this story.
Billionaire trapped in the bottom of the sea in search of the Titanic.
It'll take six hours to get there and only eight hours of oxygen.
Suspense. Will they live?
Will they die? Duped by the f***ing media again.
Monday, the Titan is missing.
Tuesday, there's a banging sound.
Wednesday, they're running out of air.
Thursday, oh no, we found the wreckage.
But the entire time, they knew it was BS. US Navy knew the sub already blew up on Sunday.
Sunday. But they distracted us, again, to hide the news cycle.
What happened this week?
Let's do a quick recap on what you missed.
JP Morgan and Jeffrey Epstein emails were released, and now they have just mistakenly deleted 47 million emails.
Joe Biden is undergoing an impeachment vote in the House, or at least trying.
The Pentagon fat-fingered $6 billion to Ukraine.
Hunter Biden gets a slap on the wrist while FBI whistleblowers are going missing.
And John Durham had his congressional hearing this week regarding the Russia hoax.
But I was so busy wondering about the billionaire who decided to go boating in a submersible soda can.
I missed it all. Okay, welcome.
steve bannon
It's Monday, 26 June, Year of the Lord, 2023, the afternoon and early evening show.
Next two hours, quite intense.
Colonel Derek Harvey, the intelligence specialist from the formerly of the House Intelligence Committee, is going to be with us.
Brian Costello, Laura Loomer, we're going to be talking about Silicon Valley.
And giving money to Republicans.
Also, obviously, spreading cash over to Democrats nonstop and where the Chinese Communist Party is in all of this.
I got Benzman about the border.
Guess what? The situation's just as bad, if not worse.
We're going to question him about Kerry Lake was with President Trump.
President Trump says he thinks there's 15 to 18 million I think Benzman says $10 million to $12 million.
Both DeSantis and Trump are talking about massive deportation projects.
Mark Mitchell, stunning polling on Taiwan.
And Mike Davis is going to join us.
Mike will be here because this impeachment effort is going to gear up.
There's something deeply wrong with the IRS whistleblowers.
This situation with what the special prosecutor's saying versus Garland.
I just put up New York Post.
He's got a brutal story. And I said, hey, commence the impeachment inquiry tomorrow on Merrick Garland or today on Merrick Garland, tomorrow on Joe Biden.
But Mike Davis is going to be for that. Also, the Supreme Court's coming out with this monster investigation.
So let's get into it.
Matt Kim, very perceptive.
Tell me, your point there is what?
Are you saying that the mainstream, because it was nonstop, and being a naval officer, Posobiec and I talked right away, it would be highly unlikely up in that part of the world, because that's really...
The gap and where the Soviet both ballistic missile the boomers and the fast attacks got to come through.
So it's it's pretty well you can basically tell the difference between these submarines by their the signatures of their propellers.
So obviously the Navy knew something.
Was this a misdirection play by the mainstream media or what's the point you're trying to make?
unidentified
The point that I'm trying to make is we don't ever really know.
And we as just normal people out there trying to consume the news, trying to get a feel of what's going on in this country, it's really difficult because a lot of it is so much misdirection, so much distraction.
How do you know where you can get the truth from?
And I think that's the hardest part for us normal people.
Who do you believe these days?
Everything just seems so manufactured.
I think that's the point I was trying to make, and I think that's what resonated with people.
How do you know what to believe?
steve bannon
Matt, it seems pretty...I mean, it was wall-to-wall.
On the war room, I'm so proud we didn't mention it one time, not once.
But it was wall-to-wall.
In fact, when Sopik and I were talking about it, it was...I haven't seen coverage like this on anything.
And quite frankly, the probability that they were going to find anybody was close to zero anyway.
But it was wall-to-wall.
Have you seen a news cycle like this where so many massive stories that are signal...
We're going on, yet they threw a bunch of noise out there and everybody bit on it?
unidentified
I mean, the last time I remember something like this, and I don't know if we're allowed to talk about this one.
The last time I remember a news cycle was when Trump was going through the first time that they were going to raid his Mar-a-Lago or that they were going to go give him his first indictment.
And in that news cycle was a lot of Hunter Biden emails, a lot of the bank records that originally came out.
I think this was two months ago.
Also, Miles Guo was a trending topic that I tried to find more information on that got hidden away.
And that was an interesting week as well, where they bring out something that doesn't seem all that important or covered wall to wall with one news topic.
And then if you look around and look at the week, we missed a lot.
steve bannon
Matt, Kim, tell people, tell the War Room audience, this is your maiden voyage on the show.
Tell the audience who you are, what do you do, and how did you get to be such a smart curator of real information versus the spin that's out there nonstop?
unidentified
So, my name is Matt Kim.
I started a podcast six months ago.
I'm literally nobody.
I just saw some Peculiar things in the world and wanted to make commentary on it.
That's all our podcast is, which is noticing what the world is and how we can be better.
How can we be better human beings?
How can we help each other?
And how do we think for ourselves?
That's the most important thing that we talk about on the podcast, which is how to free things.
How to go through all the noise of what's out in the world and really make your own decisions.
I think that's what's most important to me.
I think COVID was a big wake-up call for a lot of people.
I think the reason why so many people are starting to follow the journey is that they're feeling lost.
I've had thousands of messages in the last two days of people reaching out.
And the message is pretty clear.
People are feeling lost.
People are feeling forgotten. People are feeling disenfranchised.
And people are concerned that if they speak up, that they would be cancelled, that there would be repercussions.
And I'm just giving a voice to those people.
I don't think it's something I ever planned to do.
It just kind of happened. Matt Kim, you're far from a nobody.
steve bannon
You're the backbone of what makes MAGA MAGA and what makes this country great.
What's the podcast? Where do people go?
How do they find out more about you on all your social media platforms?
unidentified
MattAttack009 on Instagram is kind of where the action is right now.
Podcasts can be found on YouTube, can be found on Spotify, Matt Kim Podcast, or MattKimPodcast.com.
steve bannon
Matt, fantastic. I want to make sure everybody, if Grace Chong, the Queen of the Trolls, and also Captain Bannon and our other staff push that out, we want to make sure everybody gets acquainted with Matt Kim.
Great job, Matt. Fantastic.
Short and to the point. Thank you, sir.
Thank you, brother. Mark Mitchell.
Mark, you saw at the top, I got Todd Benson.
Todd Benson is going to blow your head up with this piece he's got up, because everything you're being told is a lie about the invasion of the southern border, and Benson has brought the receipts.
Mark Mitchell, this poll you have out about Taiwan.
I started the show with yesterday, and I was stunned that they're not better prepped when they go on these shows.
But Blinken sat right there with that little weaselly voice and the kind of mealy mouth.
And Chuck Todd asked me a straight question.
Are you going to allow the Chinese Communist Party, the PLA, to put a military base 90 miles from Miami in Cuba?
And you get the hubbada hubbada hubbada hubbada hubbada.
The American people are actually starting to think through this concept of what's at stake with the Chinese Communist Party.
And Matt Kim just said one of the most important things.
Remember, a month ago or two months ago when Miles Guo got rolled up, one of the great voices for freedom is right.
You had all this other stuff going on, and that story's really not gotten the coverage in its head.
But the American people are weighing and measuring this themselves, right?
They're not being... Even though the information is being suppressed and they're being spun by this regime, plus the media, they're thinking things through.
Talk to us about your latest polling on Taiwan.
mark mitchell
They're absolutely getting this news somehow, whether it's from Trump or alternative media or literally just their own eyeballs.
And you're absolutely right to point out there's two stories here.
There's the numbers that we previewed last week about Taiwan that show that China is Biden's worst-rated issue.
American voters, totally contrary to what's happening in the administration, want to see the independence of Taiwan protected, and even think it's incredibly likely that Taiwan is going to be invaded.
We have the final numbers.
They are absolutely damning, and I'd love to get into them, but there is that other story.
Which is barely a little more than one and a half presidential terms ago, China was not perceived by voters to be our enemy.
And now half of voters do think it's our enemy.
And it's because all of these little things that they've picked up along the way.
And whether that be COVID, whether that be the fact that our new president they believe has a China problem, I can get into all of those as well.
But really the big one, you talk about Anthony Blinken.
64% of voters say that they would like to see the U.S. recognize the independence of Taiwan.
Only 14% say no, and only 13% of Democrats say no.
So Democrats voted for that administration.
steve bannon
This is a blockbuster.
I want to go back. Take the Taiwan part first, plus the crosstabs, and let's get into the bigger picture on China.
mark mitchell
100%. 64% of U.S. voters say they want to see the U.S. recognize the independence of Taiwan.
14% say no.
That's almost a 5 to 1 margin.
Among Democrats, it's 62% to 13%.
And among independents, ostensibly whose vote the Democrats should be trying to win, it's 58% to 17%.
Biden's rated horribly on China.
It's one of his worst issues.
Only 14% rate him excellent.
48% rate him poor.
And only a combined 34% rate him excellent or good.
Only 25% of Democrats rate him excellent.
And 53% of independents rate him poor.
So horrible. But the one that scares me, how likely is it that China will invade Taiwan in the next few years?
And 71% of US likely voters say that it's at least somewhat likely.
32% say very likely.
And with Democrats, it's two-thirds of them that think it's likely.
And ostensibly, they're the ones rating Joe Biden pretty good on the issue of China.
Republicans, it's 80%.
I mean, come on.
And then independents, what is this?
66%, two-thirds of independents think it's likely that over the next few years, again, probably in Joe Biden's term, that China is going to invade Taiwan.
Now, if we ask them, should the US get involved militarily, I think US likely voters have had a pretty good lesson about how that can sometimes pan out.
And so a plurality say yes, but it's kind of a weak plurality.
37% say yes, only 31% say no.
But believe it or not, Democrats and Republicans, probably for different reasons, are actually in agreement on this.
About 42% of Republicans, 40% of Democrats say we should get involved militarily to defend The rights of Taiwan from an invasion in China and only 30% of Republicans, 29% of Democrats say no.
So those are the numbers. 1,046 US likely voters.
It's a poll. And I don't know what the Biden administration is doing.
It's sure not the will of the people.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second. We're going to bring you back.
Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen.
Some explosive polling regarding the independence of Taiwan.
And this is where the Biden regime won't even stand up.
They're a tributary state or they treat the U.S. as a tributary state to the CCP's empire.
Back in a moment, Mark Mitchell.
And then your head is about to blow up about the invasion of your country along our southern border.
Next. Let's take down the CCP. Okay, MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM, a massive sale on the PerCal sheets.
A one-time good deal. This is never going to happen again.
So make sure you go to MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM. Check it out right now.
You go to the square. You got the percal sheets on a massive discount.
Plus, you've got MyPillow 2.0.
Buy one, get one free.
The topper, another big discount.
Make sure you go check it out right now.
Of course, the MyPillow 2.0 is changing the way you sleep.
MyPillow.com, promo code WARROOM. Check it out right now.
Mark Mitchell, these are explosive numbers.
One, that people in the last couple of years, and this is related to Miles Guo, myself, and others that continue to point out the Chinese Communist Party is an existential threat to the United States.
They are now building a military base, a military base, 70, 80 miles from Miami, right?
And the Biden administration, you just heard it.
That wasn't me saying it. That was Chuck Todd asking a simple question to Blinken, and you see just the mumble tank.
Next hour we're going to talk about the same thing about some of our biggest venture capital firms and private people shipping our most advanced technology to the CCP out in broad daylight and nobody doing anything about it.
So this is beyond a massive problem.
It's a crisis.
Once again, because nobody's made the case for this.
The mainstream media would never hear about this, and the mainstream corporate media doesn't want to cover it.
Just give me that number again on what the American people think about the independence of Taiwan.
mark mitchell
64% yes, 14% no.
That's closer to a 5 to 1 margin than a 4 to 1 margin.
Republicans, 71 to 11.
Independents, 58 to 17.
Democrats, 62 to 13.
I mean, that's what they want.
steve bannon
Did that number blow you away when you were in the field and started coming back?
Were you a little bit in shock about where these numbers came?
mark mitchell
That's why we came on your show last week.
It's China. You read as many polls as I do, and you talk about a five- or a ten-point shift in public opinion, and that's massive.
When have you heard of a 37-point shift in public opinion in just a few years?
Going from 73% of voters saying that China's somewhere in between an ally and an enemy to only 36% and 48% now saying China's an enemy.
They don't know that China's building a base in Cuba.
I guarantee you that maybe about 5% of the people we poll actually know that.
But even coming in before Biden's term, 47% thought it was at least somewhat likely that China influenced the 2020 election.
And 50% of voters said that Biden's policies toward China would be worse than Trump's, and only 31% said better.
So even before the Biden term, they knew that there was a problem.
And now when you look around and you ask questions on any topic related to China, north of 60% think it's at least somewhat likely that Biden profited from a company in China.
63% of voters think that Biden's profiting from illegal pay to play schemes.
67% of voters, when we asked about the report that claimed that the virus leaked from Wuhan lab, 67% of voters said, oh, we already believe that.
Only 20% said they were surprised.
And 66%, like we said last week on the show as well, 66% of voters think it's at least somewhat likely that our current government is covering up for China's role in the pandemic.
Public opinion, these people are not stupid.
They have their eyes open.
Sometimes they just have a hard time keeping up with the news cycle.
steve bannon
This is incredible. This tells you about the American people.
You get them the information, they're going to make up their mind and they're going to make it up the right way.
Mark, how do people get to your YouTube?
You guys are doing great work.
And what I love, you're always updating stuff every day.
You're in the field nonstop.
So tell me about how do people get to you for the deeper analysis?
mark mitchell
Yeah, we're going to have to pull on that Cuba thing as well.
Rasmussen underscore poll at both YouTube and Twitter.
Love to have new Twitter followers.
And we powered all of our stuff together and TrueSocial, too, so people can check us out there if they're not on the mainstream platforms.
steve bannon
The Cuba thing, definitely, but I got to tell you, you're polling right now on Biden and what the American people think of Biden's relationship already with China and about the money and everything like that.
That's all, and not just that, the government not telling the truth on the Wuhan lab.
That is all going to have massive implications.
This is just the very beginning of this.
But just remember, what you heard Mark Mitchell say first about the Biden situation, what people think about his relationship with China and about money.
Just put a pin in that.
Put a pin in that when the first time you heard it, the first time you heard Mitchell, the first time you started thinking about it, put a pin in that.
Because that's the railhead of a lot of things that are going to develop over the days, weeks and months ahead.
Mark Mitchell, thank you for coming on here, brother.
mark mitchell
Appreciate it. Happy to be here.
steve bannon
Okay. And, you know, Mitchell brings a good point.
You know, folks out there, and I don't care what your educational level is, I don't care what your economic level is, your financial level, you are in the, if you watch this show and listen to the show, you're in the top 1% of the 1% of information in the world.
You're getting it from the top experts in the world, and you're getting it every day for four hours, relentlessly.
So remember, you may say, hey, well, I'm not elite.
I didn't go to Harvard. I didn't go to all these, you know, MIT, Stanford.
You know, I don't read the New York Times.
I'm not an inside loop. I'm not a board member.
You're getting it just like any board member gets it.
On that, I can guarantee you.
You're getting the most sophisticated news, and you guys want more, so that's why we keep giving it to you.
But don't think you're on the outside looking in.
On this one, you're on the inside looking out.
That's why you see stuff, and then months and months later, all of a sudden, the American people, like everybody in this audience, you know about the CCP. You know about China.
Another thing you know about is the invasion of the southern border.
Because we have guys like Benzman.
Okay, so the mainstream media, Politico, they run stories every day.
Man, how Biden avoided a crisis, how this thing is over.
It never happened.
It's all good with the nation.
Is that true, sir? Is the invasion of our country ended, sir?
todd bensman
So that narrative is very popular right now.
It's a lie. It's an outright lie, totally untrue, objectively, materially untrue.
The numbers show it.
What they've done is we've talked about this many, many times.
I don't care how many times it takes that I have to repeat it until it finally absorbs, but it has to get absorbed somehow.
That the administration has rechanneled border crossers, intending border crossers to this new program and bringing them through the ports of entry with these permission slips that they get on an app.
We now have had enough time since the end of 42 to kind of get a handle on how many of those there are.
And we're looking at probably in the neighborhood of 80,000 a month coming through the ports now.
They're not releasing the numbers, but we can extrapolate from other numbers, which I have done.
It looks like about 80,000 a month.
That essentially makes up this 70% decline they're talking about.
They're saying, oh my god, the numbers coming through the ports of entry are down 70%, we win.
But they're just sending them through the ports and counting them in a different way.
In May, we had 169,000 apprehended in the brush.
In other words, between the ports.
And they're like, hey, this is great.
It's down from, I mean, it's still ridiculously high, historically high.
170,000 is nothing to write home about.
That is a terrible number all by itself.
But they're putting it out there like, oh, it's a decline from this other terrible high that we had back in December.
So, if you were to add $80,000 to that, you're right back where you started, $250,000.
Back out, give them a little bit of leeway for Title VIII expulsions, that they did do some expulsions, about $36,000, and you're right at $215,000.
If you're a city...
steve bannon
Okay, okay. Hang on, hang on.
I just want to make sure we do the math here right.
If I have $169,000, that is what total apprehensions?
You back out $35,000 because of $169,000 for May, right?
Yes. That's May, just at Southern Border.
You back out $35,000 because that's the ones of that $169,000 or others, they're using expulsion on $35,000, Section 8, Title 8, right?
todd bensman
Correct? Yeah, about $36,000, yeah.
steve bannon
$36,000, okay?
So that gets me to $133,000, right?
Am I doing that math right? That gets me to $133,000.
I'm doing this on the fly. $133,000.
My sums are my sums correct.
Now you add, this is where they're using it on an app, so they're saying this does not come through a port of entry.
It's an app. You add $80,000 to that, correct?
Correct. So I'm at $220,000, roughly?
todd bensman
Correct. Yeah, 215,000 coming between, coming through the land ports of entry.
But Stephen, also, that number includes about 40,000 that are being flown into American airports, from foreign airports into American airports.
So altogether, that's about 81,000.
44,000.
By the way, those numbers, inadmissibles, they call them, have doubled since 2020.
Normally it's 20,000 a month in 2020 when Trump was in office.
And those with this new CBP program where they're giving the permission slips out online, those numbers have gone through the roof.
I mean, a hundred percent increase.
And I expect that next month or for this month, it'll be a hundred thousand because they keep expanding and expanding and expanding it.
So by the end of a year of this, it should be a million people brought through Ports of entry and airports in the interior.
It's not a small number.
This is a very, very significant sleight of hand that they're doing here.
And I keep repeating it, but it's complicated.
I get it. But you're not going to understand the border crisis until you get a handle on what they're doing with the shell game with the numbers.
steve bannon
Both, hang on, I'm going to hold you through the break.
I got Mike Davis because I want to ask you about this invasion of Southern border and Garland and Biden's impeachment about this.
But real quickly, Carrie Lake on the show today, she was at Faith and Family.
She said Trump said there's between 15 and 18 million at the end of the Biden regime.
He's going to deport them all.
Your number of that, of the 15 to 18 million, is that your number?
todd bensman
Where's your number come out? Well, For years and years, my organization, Center for Immigration Studies and other ones, we're on the restrictionist side and others.
Everybody pretty much agrees that the number has been 12 million illegals inside the country.
unidentified
But we have to add 5.5 million now from this border crisis.
So it is 18 million that are living inside the country.
todd bensman
Trump's right. He's right.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on for a second. We're going to take a short commercial break.
Benzman's going to join us.
We got Mike Davis on impeachment and the Supreme Court next Host Stephen K band Okay, Ben's been here's the reasons is important I don't think it's... Because Biden's got $5.5 million now.
He's going to have another couple of million.
Biden's going to be close to $10 million on his own watch.
Just let's leave aside the $12 million that have been here historically.
That's actually much higher, but that's kind of the number from, what, 15 years ago.
Biden is at $5.5 or $6 million now.
By the time his regime's over at the end of 2024, If it keeps going in this path, it's going to be 10 million people, right?
10 million illegals here on his watch alone.
Is my math incorrect there, sir?
todd bensman
No, you're right, which means plus 20 million inside the country.
Already you can't say...
steve bannon
Go ahead.
todd bensman
Go ahead. Already it is incorrect to ever again say there are 12 million illegal immigrants inside the country.
There are 17 at least.
I just saw the New York Times do that in a piece yesterday or the day before where they said the 12 million and they just like in passing, the 12 million that are here, uh-uh.
It's 17 and a half, 18 already right now.
Another four or five, it's going to put you over 20.
steve bannon
Did the Supreme Court, I'm gonna get Davis in here a second, did the Supreme Court rule that you can't, you can only go after the criminals, you can't go after the people that have been here for a while, for deportation?
todd bensman
Technically they ruled that the states have no standing to make an argument.
They did not actually rule on that question, they just ruled on standing.
So like at some future point, Somebody has to bring some kind of a case.
The right person, the right people withstanding would have to bring a case.
But it does say shall.
You shall deport, detain and deport.
But they just left it so that you have prosecutorial discretion in lieu of the resources.
steve bannon
Ron DeSantis now has old-time religion.
He's down, I think, in Del Rio today or Eagle Pass.
He's somewhere in 115 degree heat.
He's throwing down Trump's policy, maybe with testosterone, saying he's going to deport everybody.
Both Trump and DeSantis would have the authority to do that, correct?
todd bensman
Absolutely. This is a double-edged sword.
The Biden administration can exercise prosecutorial discretion.
To not deport anybody, a Republican could certainly have the prosecutorial discretion to deport everybody.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, the ruling.
If the states don't have standing, help me here, bro, you're my Supreme Court guy.
If the states don't have standing about deportations, who does?
Some schmendrick like Steve Bannon and Todd Benzman?
I mean, who's got standing if the states don't?
mike davis
I mean that's the problem.
That is the problem with lawsuits like this.
The Supreme Court has generally allowed states to bring these lawsuits and they are more deferential to state lawsuits on standing than they are.
Other plaintiffs who bring In order to show standing under Article III of the Constitution, you have to show as the plaintiff that you were injured.
I'm not sure how these states aren't injured when you're letting millions of illegal economic migrants flood across our border and the Biden administration is allowing this to happen on purpose.
Justice Alito wrote a dissenting opinion in this case.
It was an 8 to 1 case.
Kavanaugh and the Chief Justice joining the three liberals, former boss Gorsuch and Barrett, and Thomas wrote a concurring opinion in the Judgment, and Justice Alito wrote a dissenting opinion.
Justice Alito would find that the states have standing here.
steve bannon
Before I let Benzman go, Boebert brought these articles of impeachment last week just on this topic, not the ones we're going to talk about, just on the topics of the invasion of the southern border.
Mike, I know you're a contributor to the show, but you also watch the show.
You've seen Benzman now for years go through this chapter and verse.
He just showed all the lies you're seeing right here of how they're trying to cover up.
In your mind, do you believe there's enough evidence there about the southern border that you could bring an impeachment inquiry into both Garland and and Biden on the invasion of the southern border, sir?
mike davis
Absolutely. I mean, that President Biden is violating his oath of office.
It's his job as the President of the United States to faithfully execute our laws, and he is faithfully ignoring our laws, right?
So he can import illegal economic migrants from these Marxist third-world hellholes For cheap labor and future Democrat voters.
Notice that we're not seeing Biden allow in the anti-Marxist migrants.
He's letting in the Marxist.
This is about transforming our country.
They want its replacement.
That's a controversial thing to say, but I don't know what else you can say about this other than Biden and Democrats are trying to replace American citizens with third-world Marxist immigrants who are future Democrat voters and cheap labor for the corporations.
steve bannon
Todd Bensman, your book is overrun.
I don't think I've ever seen a book.
Maybe Cash is a government gangster.
It's never be as timely. How do people get to your writings, your analysis?
Because you've nailed this from the absolute beginning from the, I think we had you on the afternoon of Biden's, the regime came into office back in 2021.
And you've laid it out chapter and verse of what was going to happen at every step of the way.
Where do people go to get this analysis?
todd bensman
Sure. The book is available anywhere books are sold on Amazon, Post Hill, Bombardier Books.
Put that out.
And we do have an audio version coming in about three weeks, I'm told.
But in the meantime, you can buy the hardcover anywhere.
And also, you know, follow me on social media, Benzman Todd.
I'm on Twitter, Truth Social and Getter.
steve bannon
Roughly in May, netting everything out, roughly 210,000 to 220,000 new folks here, correct?
todd bensman
Yeah, and listen, if I could just add one more.
steve bannon
Sure. Go ahead.
todd bensman
The thing is, the cities and towns and communities of the interior of America are receiving $200,000 a month, however they got in.
They don't care how they got in, whether it was between a port or a port.
At a port or in an airport or whatever, that is the number that cities, towns, and communities are being inundated with, and they are unfunded for that.
And they're complaining and declaring states of emergency.
That is going to continue all the way through to the end of this term.
So it doesn't matter how they got in.
steve bannon
Todd Bensman, thank you very much.
We'll obviously have you back on for more analysis.
Since we're in the month of June, we started this on about 6 June, the entire Allied Army, all the Canadians, all the British, all the Americans, 4th Infantry Division, 1st Infantry, the Big Red One, I think 29th Infantry Division, the 82nd Airborne, the 101st Airborne, all of D-Day combined.
150,000 troops.
The Third Army, Patton's Third Army, I think it's biggest, I might be wrong, I think it's 350,000.
You're having, these are armies that are coming in every month, month after month, after month, after month.
That's an invasion. Mike Davis, there's other...
I've got to bifurcate this.
I'm going to get to the Supreme Court.
Massive decisions going down in the next couple of days, but I want to go back to impeachment.
Exploding headline in the New York Post day about the whistleblowers and what Biden knew.
McCarthy, who's no hammer, came out this morning and said, or yesterday and reinforced it today, he thinks he's open to an impeachment inquiry on Garland for lying.
Give us the Mike Davis assessment in the fog of war here.
Where do we actually stand?
Let's leave invasion off to the side.
We know we got the goods on that, but let's talk about the situation with the special prosecutor, the situation with the Hunter Biden laptop and the money from the Chinese Communist Party, sir.
mike davis
There's no question that Merrick Garland should be impeached.
He should have been impeached 10 months ago when he ordered this unprecedented, unlawful illegal home raid on President Trump to get back President Trump's presidential records, which he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
Garland has completely politicized and weaponized our Justice Department to go after Trump, Trump's top aides, including you, Steve, Trump's supporters, Christians praying outside of abortion, clinics, parents at school board meetings.
At the same time, Garland has ignored the lawlessness and the corruption of Biden and his scumbag family.
We have evidence that tens of millions of dollars potentially have flowed into Biden and his family's coffers.
It seems like every Biden's on the Chinese or Ukrainian or Romanian or some other payroll corrupts foreign payroll.
Every Biden family member except for the four-year-old granddaughter that they don't claim down in Arkansas.
But, you know, look at the Bidens.
This guy is dumber than a box of rocks, and he's making tens of millions of dollars after he left the vice presidency broke.
What do you think that people are paying him for, right?
It's because he did the bidding of China and Ukraine, and we have evidence of that.
We have evidence that as the vice president of the United States, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden took a $10 million foreign bribe And used his power as the vice president who Obama put in shock.
steve bannon
You're a lawyer.
You've been a Gorsuch clerk.
I mean, you're the guy that ran the confirmation hearings.
You're a smart guy. You got a special prosecutor in Delaware.
He basically gave the guy a couple of misdemeanor charges and some sort of, you know, for the gun charge, some irrelevant thing on the gun charge that's not going to amount to anything.
So you had a special prosecutor, and Garland keeps telling us, excuse me, a U.S. attorney up there, keeps telling me all the time that this guy played by the book.
What do you see that's different?
mike davis
Well, there is an IRS whistleblower, a supervisory agent at the IRS, who has come forward with evidence that his hands were tied behind his back.
This investigation was obstructed.
And David Weiss, who was the U.S. attorney up in Delaware, people say he was a Trump U.S. attorney.
No, he was not. He was handpicked.
by the two Democrat senators.
I was there when he went through the confirmation process on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
He's the Democrat pick as the U.S. Attorney.
David Weiss is telling this IRS whistleblower that Garland will not make him special counsel, will not Certain investigations will not authorize charges.
So either this Democrat U.S. Attorney David Weiss is lying to the IRS whistleblower when he was protecting the Bidens or Garland was protecting the Bidens.
One way or the other, there should be an impeachment on this.
You have clear obstruction of an investigation, clear obstruction of justice when either the Attorney General or this U.S. Attorney are corruptly using their power to protect their boss, Joe Biden and his family when they took millions and millions of dollars illegally.
steve bannon
Before you get to impeachment, you have to have an inquiry or investigation.
Do you think this raises up to the evidence?
What evidence do you point to that would raise this that you can actually start a formal investigation slash inquiry on this, sir?
mike davis
I mean, the impeachment, I mean, frankly, they should impeach President Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, the DHS Secretary Mayorkas.
These are bad people, right?
These are bad people who are doing serious harm to America, and there's evidence for all of them that they are not faithfully executing The law as they're required to do under the Constitution, and there's clear evidence of corruption.
When you have Garland or David Weiss, one of the two is protecting Joe Biden.
When you have evidence that Joe Biden has taken millions and millions of dollars in foreign bribes, and this is not speculation.
These are whistleblowers.
One of them was an FBI whistleblower.
One of them was an FBI source, this whistleblower.
on the $10 million foreign bribe that the FBI paid $200,000 over 10 years.
This IRS agent, this is an IRS agent who's putting everything on the line to blow the whistle because he sees obvious corruption that the Biden Justice Department is covering up for Joe Biden and his son.
steve bannon
Mike, just hang on for one second.
I'm holding you through the break. I got questions on the Supreme Court.
These massive decisions come in the next couple of days.
Also, Laura Loomer is going to join us.
An investigative report she's got about McCarthy's donors in Silicon Valley.
Looks like they're never Trump.

We need a shot of patriotism.
Mike, I'm going to change it up. I'm going to hold the McCarthy question in the end before you go, because I've got Laura Loomer here with an explosive expose regarding that, and so I'll get to the end.
Quickly, I think the Supreme Court today ruled again about there's going to be another predominantly black congressional district carved up in Louisiana, and Are they going to rule this week about the state legislature in North Carolina and this kind of massive ruling you and I have talked about for over a year now about how important that is about elections,
mike davis
sir? Yeah, so in the Louisiana case, the Justice Kavanaugh and the Chief Justice joined the three liberals to essentially allow the Democrats to gain five House seats for 2024.
After these legal challenges where it's supposed to be that state legislatures redraw house seats every 10 years.
And these liberal courts and liberal commissions try to do this because they don't trust the will of the people, apparently.
They want to do this to give more power, give more seats to Democrats.
And there was a bad ruling on this Louisiana case, essentially on They're saying that on gerrymandering that apparently there aren't enough Democrat seats in Louisiana.
So Justice Kavanaugh and the Chief Justice and the three liberals gave Democrats another House seat in Louisiana and four others across the country.
As to the independent state legislature theory, the North Carolina case, it's Moore versus Harper.
What happened before is in North Carolina, the Supreme Court four to three said that political gerrymandering is unconstitutional.
Well, there was an election.
Now it's five to two conservatives.
The North Carolina Supreme Court reversed its prior bad decision that was appealed to the Supreme Court.
So it's unclear whether the court will decide this case on the merits or say that it's moat.
steve bannon
Affirmative action that's due this week is the other big one.
mike davis
Affirmative action's a big one, whether you can consider race in higher education admissions.
There's also the illegal North Carolina, or excuse me, the illegal Biden student loan giveaway.
And then there's the 303 Creative case where a Christian has a website and these left-wing radicals are targeting another Christian business owner.
It was the baker before in Colorado that it was the florist.
And now it's the website owner where these left-wing radicals target Christians who are literally minding their own business and saying that these Christians are bigots and that these left-wing radicals want to put them out of business.
There are plenty of florists.
There are plenty of bakers. There are plenty of website designers out there.
I live in Colorado 80% of the time.
There are plenty of Democrats and liberals who run those types of businesses.
Let's stop targeting the Christians for their sincerely held religious groups.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, you believe there's enough evidence to start an impeachment inquiry into Garland and Biden.
Does, in your belief, McCarthy have enough information to go ahead and pull the trigger on this, and does he have the stones to do it?
mike davis
He definitely has the information they should impeach Garland.
Actually, they should impeach Biden, Garland, Chris Wray, and Mayorkas, all four of them, because they have completely violated their oaths of office to faithfully execute the law.
And they're corrupt, right?
And as for Kevin McCarthy, I mean, I was a vocal, loud critic of Kevin McCarthy.
I did not want him to become speaker.
I was on your show constantly trying to rally the troops 15 rounds.
We shall see. We shall see if he has the stones.
unidentified
This will be a good test.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, where do people go to find more information daily that you're putting out?
mike davis
Article3project.org, article number 3project.org, at article3project, at article number 3project on Getter, Twitter, Truth.
And my personal is at MRDDMIA.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Garrett Ziegler joins us next hour to drill down on this topic.
I've also got Brian Costello about Sequoia and Kevin McCarthy and Derek Harvey.
To tee that up, Laura Loomer, you've got an explosive report out there.
We've got a couple minutes. Walk us through what you're exposing about McCarthy's donors.
laura loomer
Thanks so much for having me on, Steve.
Last week, Ron DeSantis was in California in the Central Valley for a fundraiser because he's running against President Trump.
The donors who hosted the fundraiser for Ron DeSantis did it at a place called Harris Ranch.
A guy by the name of John Harris and Richard Spencer.
And they're two of the most well-known GOP donors in the state of California.
And they also happen to be friends with Kevin McCarthy.
These are guys who donate a lot of money to Kevin McCarthy.
And knowing California congressional candidates who are running in the Republican Party, I spoke with some of these candidates and they told me that you only get a check from people like John Harris or Richard Spencer if Kevin McCarthy approves it.
The story here is that Kevin McCarthy is essentially greenlighting his top donors in California, and who knows, perhaps around the entire country, he's got a very large donor base, to have fundraisers for candidates who are running against President Trump.
So people like Ron DeSantis, People like Nikki Haley, of course.
And the reason why Kevin McCarthy is doing this is because, well, he's Speaker of the House and he just asked President Trump for his endorsement.
So he can't exactly come out with a full blown verbal assault and verbal endorsement for his opposition.
So he's using, right, he's subverting Donald Trump through the donor class, just like he's using his son, Connor, who works for Joe Lonsdale, a big tech, CCP-tied anti-Trump tech investor, to also work against President Trump in support of Ron DeSantis.
I know that you yourself are not a big fan of Joe Lonsdale and you know about his shady dealings.
Kevin McCarthy's son works for Lonsdale.
steve bannon
Real quickly, we've got 30 seconds.
Your story's blowing up on Twitter, but particularly in California.
laura loomer
What's the problem with the heads of the California GOP? My sources tell me that the California GOP is furious.
The chairwoman, Jessica Patterson, who's a staunch McCarthy ally, is calling around to the different offices and telling them to keep quiet about this because it's quite a scandal.
And look, you know, just like I said...
Trump needs to cut McCarthy off.
steve bannon
Laura, real quickly, what's your Twitter?
laura loomer
How do people get to you? They can follow me on Twitter at Laura Loomer, and you can read this report on my substack at lauraloomer.substack.com.
I'm also on Getter and Truth Social at Laura Loomer, but be sure to read it because it's quite scandalous.
steve bannon
