Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
Well, Mr. Durham, was that what you were doing?
I'm sorry, is that what?
matt gaetz
Was finding out who Nifsud was, what you were doing?
unidentified
We pursued that avenue, yes.
matt gaetz
Right, but was he...
This whole thing was an op, Mr.
Durham. This wasn't like a bumbling, fumbling FBI that couldn't get FISA straight.
They ran an op.
So who put Mifsud in play?
You don't know, do you?
unidentified
I do not know that. I can't give you the answer.
matt gaetz
For years, you had years to find out the answer to what Mr.
Jordan said was the seminal question and you don't have it.
And it just begs the question whether or not you were really trying to find that out.
Because it's one thing to criticize the FBI for their FISA violations, to write a report.
They've been criticized in plenty of reports.
Some have referred to your work as just a repackaging and regurgitation process.
Of what the Inspector General already told us.
So if you weren't going to do what Mr.
Jordan said you were going to do in that video and give us the basis for all of it, what's this all been about?
unidentified
I'm not exactly sure of the import of your question.
If your question is, do we try to locate and interview Mr.
Mifsud, the answer is yes.
matt gaetz
Why didn't you subpoena him to a grand jury?
I'm sorry, why then? Why didn't you send him a grand jury subpoena?
unidentified
Mr. Mifsud? You'd have to find Mr.
Mifsud before you could serve a grand jury subpoena on him.
matt gaetz
You guys were out in Italy. Was it you and Bill Barr looking for authentic pasta over there or Mifsud?
unidentified
No, we not.
We were looking for information that might help us locate MIFSA. But you know who I think could probably locate him?
matt gaetz
The features of Western intelligence and possibly our own government that put him in play.
Like, your report seems to be less an indictment of the FBI and more of an inoculation.
Lowercase i, of course.
And like many inoculations, it may have worse consequences down the road.
We'll have some time to discuss this matter further, but...
It's just hard to, like, pretend as though this was a sincere effort when you don't get to the fundamental thing that started the whole deal.
unidentified
I yield back. I was away from my family for four years, essentially doing this investigation.
My view is a sincere effort.
The fact that you can't find somebody overseas should not come as a big surprise to me.
Reclaiming my time, is he alive or dead?
We don't know. Gentlemen, time has expired.
The House will be in order.
Will Representative Schiff present himself in the well?
Representative Schiff, please come forward.
By its adoption of House Resolution 521, the House is resolved.
But the House of Representatives censures Adam Schiff representative of the 30th congressional district of California Your parents are from Cuba and then we find out that China has stations in Cuba where they're able to spy As many as four. I'm very concerned about it.
I've been talking about this since the spontaneous July 11th protest a few years ago.
Cuba has been converted from an ideological threat into now a national security threat.
We're seeing not just the spy bases, but they're talking about training bases as well.
China's all over our hemisphere.
We're giving them a trillion dollars of our wealth in the form of our trade deficit and the stealing of our IP. And they're taking that money and they're using it in our own hemisphere to subvert us.
Before, the problematic countries in our hemisphere were Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela.
Now we're seeing left of center governments in Mexico, in Colombia, in Brazil, in Argentina, in Chile, in Bolivia.
I mean, this is getting out of control.
The Biden administration does not have a coherent policy to deal with it.
They've done nothing to confront China.
Obviously, Secretary of State Blinken just went and said that Taiwan, you know, is a part of China and a territory of China.
You know, they're building 90 % of our semiconductors in Taiwan.
That is the chips that we use for our tablets right here, for our phones, for our defense systems.
I mean, this is a major problem for the United States of America and one that Suarez's president will confront.
Mr. Mayor, what are you supposed to do?
matt gaetz
They're a superpower. They have their military base.
unidentified
They came back and say, well, you guys have a military presence in Taiwan, and that's about 90 miles off our coast.
matt gaetz
So what are you going to do about it, America?
unidentified
You've got to start immediately.
You've got to start a multifaceted approach.
The first is we've got to compete with them.
We've got to stop giving them a trillion dollars of our money, which they're using.
So decouple. We have to decouple at a very, very grand scale.
We've got to use the money not only to reinforce America's economy, but of course create friendships in our hemisphere.
We're losing our hemisphere. I just talked about, what, ten countries that we're losing in our own hemisphere?
And what happens when you lose those countries?
What happens is it creates more immigration pressure on the country.
Why? Because it's a horrendous form of government and nobody wants to live under it.
Let's take Venezuela as an example.
They've lost a fourth of their population.
They've lost a large percent of their GDP. 90 % of Venezuelans are living below the poverty level.
If you're living below the poverty level, guess where you're going to want to go?
To the most prosperous country on the planet, which is the United States of America.
matt gaetz
To all of my hawk friends on the committee who think I'm too much of a dove, this amendment is an authorization to use military force given to President Biden to take out the Chinese assets in Cuba.
Part of China's leveraged buyout of Russia has been them taking control of Russian property and Russian assets in Cuba and then vastly improving those.
So, like, whereas we didn't really care too much about the Russians having 1960s technology 90 miles south of Florida, we are increasingly concerned and should be a lot more concerned that China right now is functionally turning Cuba into a stationary aircraft carrier right off the coast of Florida.
And so I do not offer this authorization to use military force.
As in any way an effort to spark or provoke war.
I loathe war.
I stand against war.
I try to wind them down when we can.
But in this case, I believe giving the president the authority to take out these Chinese assets in Cuba might be the very thing necessary to prevent war.
To deter the Chinese from putting this in.
And it is amazing to me how much we have allowed the Monroe Doctrine to just atrophy right out from underneath us.
We would never have allowed these types of encroachments by China into Latin America, into the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Cuba.
If we really cared about the Monroe Doctrine, so while the Foreign Affairs Committee has unfortunately asserted equities here, and I'll have to withdraw the amendment, I do think we need to have a very serious conversation about what these Chinese buildups in Cuba mean, and we cannot view them through the same lens that we viewed Russia's participation in Cuba's military enterprise.
steve bannon
Okay, it's 22 June, Year of the Lord 2023 is Thursday.
Kash Patel's in for the first hour.
Thank you, Kash. We've got a lot to go through.
This is all of a piece.
The shift, the Durham punt, the shift essentially punt, quasi-punt, and Anna Paulina Luna did a fabulous job.
We're going to talk about the restraints against her.
We've got Jeff Clark. We had Garrett Ziegler all over the Hunter-Biden situation, the compromised Biden family.
First off, Cash, let's start.
We're going to get to all of China, the CCP and Cuba.
This is worse than the Cuban Missile Crisis.
And when Mayor Juarez...
Who I've kind of said, this guy's a lightweight ceremony.
When Juarez is 10 times more hawkish than the Biden regime, that tells you something.
He says grand decoupling.
Come on, brother. Juarez, all of a sudden, I don't know, man.
You put him right off the coast of Florida.
He said grand decoupling immediately.
Kash Patel, let me tee it up first.
Let's go to Durham. I'm going to get Clark in here, then we'll talk shifty-shift.
Durham. That was a complete joke yesterday.
And I gotta tell you, Jim Jordan trying to make a saint out of Durham is a joke.
You've covered this probably close to anybody.
kash patel
Your thoughts? Look, John Durham validated what Devin Nunes and I proved six years ago.
It would have been helpful if the legacy media paid attention to the truth then.
I'm glad the message is getting across that Donald Trump was unlawfully surveilled illegally for years.
The FBI lied to a federal court and more people should have gone to prison.
People now know that is a fact.
But I was Durham's biggest champion, and now I've been his biggest critic.
And here's where I lay it down.
Are you telling me you, a special counsel in the United States Department of Justice, doesn't have subpoena power to go in and get the co-conspirators you outlined in the Sussman prosecution and the Denchenko prosecution and the Clinesmith conviction?
What is it about that? You can't find Comey?
steve bannon
What is that? Is Matt Gage right?
kash patel
Was this an op? I mean, you know, I don't know what the word is for it, but Matt's been one of the harshest critics of John Durham, as I have been after yesterday.
His justification for not subpoenaing Strzok, Lisa Page, Priest-Stab, Comey, McCabe, Charles Dolan, Fusion GPS. Oh, they told me they didn't want to cooperate.
I was a federal prosecutor, a national security prosecutor.
I was a public defender.
If someone told me I didn't want to cooperate, you know what comes out next?
You and I know. You get hit with a subpoena.
And then you know what happens when they say, I'm not cooperating with your subpoena?
You drag them into the grand jury, you force immunity on them, and you make them cooperate.
This is what the DOJ does all the time.
steve bannon
So why didn't that happen, and why didn't Bill Barr make that happen?
Because they knew what was going on the entire time.
kash patel
Well, that's a question somebody should be asking Bill Barr because he had it for 18 months.
Whether or not Garland restricted Durham, I don't even care about that.
His answers yesterday to that question defeat the very purpose of prosecutorial authority.
And he exercised none of them.
And imagine if they had done that and the tables reversed and they said, oh, Cash and Steve, they didn't want to cooperate.
So you know what? It's fine. We'll just pass.
We'll just Yeah.
steve bannon
Hang on for a second. I think we saw how they did that with Congress, and that's in appeals right now.
But, hey, the Democrats dropped the hammer.
The Democrats play Smash Mouth.
We play Patty Cake. Jeff Clark, your assessment, sir?
unidentified
Dave, look, this is a rare opportunity for me actually to say that I called this from the start.
I never had any faith in Durham.
If you want to do an aggressive investigation, you don't go grab a Republican prosecutor from up in New England and assign him to do it.
It reminds me of sending all the Hunter Biden stuff.
To the Delaware U.S. Attorney, right?
That's sending these things off to die.
This was absolutely an op.
It was Bill Barr and Durham working together to contain the damage, as Matt Gaetz put it, to inoculate the hires up.
It's completely ridiculous, as Cash just said.
That these people were not, you know, summoned in, right?
There was no Comey subpoenaed, no pre-step, no Simpson, no Elias, no Jaffe, no Christopher Steele, no Igor Danchenko.
No Strzok, no McCabe.
And, you know, there's the Oval Office meeting he revealed in August of 2016.
I'm talking about Durham.
So that's like one, you know, new kind of thing.
But that, you know, he didn't call in President Obama, who was involved in learning that it was an op and a soft coup or maybe even hard coup against President Trump at that point.
You know, Brennan wasn't called in.
Attorney General Lynch was not called in.
You know, this was just ridiculous.
You know, it made no sense.
I can't believe that there were not more Republicans yesterday screaming at Durham of his answers make no sense.
Do we see Jack Smith proceeding this way without subpoenas?
steve bannon
It's crazy. It's a gobbledygook hangar for a second, and we're going to go to break room and come back in a second, but Jim Jordan took away the seniority of Gates.
I thought Gates, when we first opened the show yesterday, Gates had already gone.
I think I told the audience, because we started at 10, they started at 9.
It turns out, Jordan, so that Gates wouldn't be on TV, made him go last.
Jim Jordan, and Jim Jordan trying to make a saint out of Durham?
Jim Jordan has been an absolute disgrace as head of judiciary and the government.
Let's just call it like it is. Jim Jordan's a good man, but you know what?
You're over your head. I'm seeing the Peter Principle right now.
Got to staff up.
Got to give more power to Gates.
We need tough hombres on this.
Jim Jordan's playing patty cake.
Is McCarthy telling me that?
Why didn't Gates lead the questioning in that start off?
The Republican Party, more controlled opposition.
We're going to talk about solutions to this when we return.
Jeff Clark, Cash Patel. Okay, that thing was a debacle yesterday.
Can Jordan, as head of judiciary, continue knowing that we didn't get the answers and you laid out?
And I'd like you to tell us who should be called before the committee.
Can we have Jordan re-initiate this at judiciary?
kash patel
It's not even a re-initiation.
It's picking up whether DOJ and FBI failed in the special counsel.
They gave him all the space in the world.
He came in yesterday and said, I stopped at the 50-yard line.
Well, we got 50 more yards to go.
And it's very simple, Steve. Look at the rules of the road the January 6th committee laid out for us.
This guy was the first guy subpoenaed by the January 6th committee.
And they were relentless with that congressional subpoena.
So now we know the authority, as do you, of a congressional subpoena.
Great. Take every witness and co-conspirator that John Durham failed to subpoena and subpoena them.
I've got the names. It's up on Truth Social.
I've posted a million times. Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Priestap, Fusion GPS, Charles Dolan, Mark Elias, Hillary Clinton, Jake Sullivan.
Bring them all in. They're all going to say, no, no, no, we don't want to come in.
We're going to tell you to propound stand.
You know what you do? You, as Congress, can give them immunity.
And then you immunize them.
And then they've got to show up.
And that's how you get them.
steve bannon
But you can also go into the preparations and then do the homework.
You can start to write there, start to cut off the money.
kash patel
Well, they should have been doing that for two years.
You and I have been telling them to do that for years.
And no one over there is doing anything else.
steve bannon
But they've got to start playing. I mean, yesterday, Jordan was pathetic.
He tried to make... Clark, did he try to St.
Durham? Did he try to make Durham St.
Durham? Yeah, absolutely.
unidentified
I mean, you know, the way I explained it is it's like the left-right paradigm, right?
jeffrey clark
If the Democrats are going to say that Durham is, you know, a nothing burger because he failed in two convictions and all he got was a low-level Clinesmith FBI lawyer, then, you know, then what we do is we just turn that around and say, oh, you know, Durham's great and he revealed a lot.
unidentified
That's not the truth. The reality is that He contained the damage for the intelligence community.
And as Cash said, we need to go the extra 50 yards.
And in addition to the Holman rule, in addition to the congressional subpoena route that Cash just described, he needs to lay in the wartime conciliary staff members and lawyers that can actually do this, right?
So Cash was like that when he was working with Devin Nunes.
And we need to have that.
This was the approach the January 6 Committee used.
They got at least two U.S. attorneys to come in and a whole slew of young assistant U.S. attorneys.
These folks, they knew complex And then they were set to work.
And if we can't find people like that on our side because all the people who did that for January 6th are now being rewarded with big law firm partnerships, then we can go to the red states and we can find aggressive state prosecutors, aggressive city prosecutors and put them on the step.
steve bannon
Why is Jim Jordan not doing that?
By the way, the staff he has is not aggressive.
It's not aggressive on the weaponization.
I hear he's not hiring people.
They're trying to husband the budget.
Hey, there's $6.8 trillion.
Plenty of money to go around for this.
Why are they not hiring killers?
kash patel
Look, I know those guys, and I like them, and they're working their tails off, so I'm not going to personally attack any of those guys.
I don't know why.
steve bannon
I'm all about results. You heard what your record says.
That was patty cake yesterday.
kash patel
You're right. They have a massive budget.
They could go outside and hire him.
And to Jeff's point, we don't have to go far.
We got the bench. They're here.
Whether it's me or him or whoever, there's 50 of us that'll go into it.
Would you volunteer to go do this? I've volunteered 100 times.
You would go do this? And it's easy.
And that's what I'm saying.
It's not rocket science.
I don't have to go in there and get into the minutia of how to issue a subpoena.
You go from Jordan to McCarthy to subpoena.
Jordan to McCarthy to subpoena.
steve bannon
You've got the whole map laid out anyway, I bet.
kash patel
We did it in Russiagate. Everybody can do it.
It's not how to do it.
You don't need to hire brains.
steve bannon
It's the will. It's the untouchables thing.
We know where the whiskey is.
Do you have the will to go knock down a door?
Jeff, how do people get to you over the center?
What's your social media? Sure.
unidentified
I'm JeffClarkUS on Getter and Twitter, at RealJeffClark on Truth Social, and the center is AmericaRenewing.com.
Thanks, Steve and Cash.
Keep going after them.
steve bannon
Jeff, amazing interview you gave Bill O'Reilly yesterday.
But as you know, here in the War Room, people know your resume in detail and think you're a rock star.
So you're always home here in the War Room.
But that was a great interview with Bill O'Reilly.
Fantastic interview. Yeah, I urge people to watch it.
In fact, I'll put it up on our social media today.
Yeah, it's very good. Sounds good.
You'll be able to take more time and break it down.
Thank you, sir. Appreciate it.
Shift. Let's turn to another.
Anna Paulina Luna did a fabulous job of getting this through.
But without the $16 million, without the expulsion.
You saw him yesterday, the Democrats all around.
kash patel
It's a win for them. It's a win for them.
Look, nobody dislikes Adam Schiff more than me.
He called me a genocidal dictator.
He leaked my personal information and jeopardized the safety of my family in my home.
This guy is a menace, not to mention the fact that he's been lying for a decade.
And what they did yesterday, and credit to Annapolino Luna for pushing the measure through, But who cares about a censorship?
That guy was being paraded.
We basically anointed him the next senator out of the state of California unless something happened to Dianne Feinstein with that kind of momentum he's writing.
You need to actually step up and play the game like you're a king or just don't do it.
Expel him from Congress.
That's the move they would do to us if we lied for seven straight years.
steve bannon
What about they say that's going to go to the Ethics Committee now for an investigation?
kash patel
That's a cop-out. Oh, the Ethics Committee.
I'm going to be referring Schiff to the Ethics Committee and Dan Goldman to the Ethics Committee.
But that's where investigations go.
steve bannon
You've announced, I think, a federal lawsuit, right?
kash patel
What are you going to do with Schiff? I'm doing a massive federal lawsuit, and it's going hot against Andy McCabe, Comey, Strzok, Page, Rosenstein, Ray, Schiff, Swalwell.
We are dropping the hammer.
on a federal lawsuit for them violating my constitutional rights and unlawfully surveilling me in 2017 just to get dirt on Devin Nunes.
Mind you, I was a senior congressional staffer.
Wouldn't you think this Congress would be upset knowing that senior congressional staffers were surveilled in a Republican administration by a Republican DOJ? You would think that they would know.
Oh, wait, we might want to stop that.
They're probably doing it again now.
But it's like all they want to focus on is a shame parade for Adam Schiff and meaningless reforms that don't actually do anything except get them on the legacy media at nighttime.
I'm sick of it. I blasted them yesterday.
steve bannon
I'm tired of it. Can you still go back and still force through when you've got guys like Thomas Massey in this crowd?
Can you get to the $16 million penalty and can you get to expulsion?
kash patel
The penalty probably, the money-wise, probably not.
Expulsion, I think you can get there.
Because that's something that even guys like Massey will be like, okay, if you lie repeatedly to the United States of America and the world and you destroy our system of justice, you shouldn't be in government.
That's an easy sell.
It's a McCarthy leadership decision where you sit all the guys in the room and gals and say, look, we want to move for expulsion.
And then put them on blast.
If the vote fails, we know who not to support and who to primary.
steve bannon
What is the problem here?
Because the old Jim Jordan, in fact, yesterday there was a clip, I think, actually from the hearing, and he had Jordan in the old days going after him.
And we said, hey, that guy's picture ought to be on a milk carton because he's missing in action.
What is the problem?
Why? Because we've got these investigations, and Comer's doing his thing.
We'll talk about that in a second. But you've got...
You've got people like yourself in Clark over at the center, yourself.
We got Garrett Ziegler who's putting up the stuff outside independently, but the committees themselves are not moving aggressively enough.
You would think, having given away everything on the debt ceiling and given Biden a complete blank check here, that they would be super aggressive on these investigations.
What is the problem at the top?
kash patel
Steve, I wish I knew the answer to that.
I have no idea what the leadership in Congress on the Republican side and the chairman and women are talking about when they get together biweekly.
I really don't. We've been on it.
Don't run 100 investigations.
Run two. Run two.
Run DOJ and then Comer can run the bribery Biden stuff, right?
Those two investigations are all we need to do.
I'm not sure why these guys can't get it in their heads that the American public care about that.
The people that voted them in office care about that.
They don't care about post office reform right now, okay?
They don't care about downsizing the Department of Education, even though we need to do that.
That's not the priority mission.
And so for them, I don't understand it.
The budgeting process is always going to be automatic.
It's never going to stop.
I don't want to hear this crap that people are like...
steve bannon
You mean about the appropriations or anything like that?
Yeah. So it's going to happen in the bottom line. And not just that, the way they said, oh no, we're going to have rescissions.
The way it's set up is that the Senate's never going to approve it.
You're going to have this fight that McCarthy and those guys are going to blink.
They're never going to be, oh, we're not going to get blamed for a government shutdown, although it would be Biden.
You're going to get a continuing resolution in late September, 90 days from now.
They're going to kick it down, and by Christmas Eve, you're going to get an omnibus that takes care of all their sins.
kash patel
Right? Yeah, or some junk CR, you know, where they bootstrap a continuing resolution.
steve bannon
Well, the CR are coming late September.
Right. They'll kick it into the first quarter, and then they'll tie it in a big bow right before Christmas to go home.
Yeah. So it's a joke. So, once again, you know these guys.
You say you could give them today...
Very aggressive, like U.S. attorneys and other assistant U.S. attorneys, people in the process yourself, that would be very aggressive.
And you don't even need a lot. Why have they turned that down?
kash patel
I'm not on the inside.
I don't know. I've asked them.
I've offered the help. I've told them I don't need the credit.
I don't even care who takes the credit.
You take it. Give it to your staff.
They deserve it. And I can't answer it because I'm not in those rooms anymore.
steve bannon
I don't know what they're saying. 202-225-3121.
Make sure you call Jim Jordan's office and say, hey, we want the investigation that Durham was the opening salvo.
We want to take the Durham report, and now we want to have real hearings about the people they named that were not subpoenaed by Durham, essentially, correct?
kash patel
Yeah, and it's not just judiciary.
Intel. You know, where Devin and I were.
steve bannon
We did the work from there. Well, Mike Turner's a disaster.
You got Mike Turner shut down the investigation.
So, Corey, we're going to get to that in the next segment.
Because we're going to pick your brain on this Cuban situation.
kash patel
And 702 RIOF. Yeah, that's my point.
steve bannon
So you've got, I mean, turning it to Intel, they've turned it over to shifting this crowd.
That's why it's important to get Shift out of Congress or Alpha Intel.
But the Intel Committee is a disaster because they're not going after anything.
They're not going after Sequoia.
They've suppressed that. You've got Jim Jordan.
Let's be blunt. If you didn't have Matt Gaetz yesterday and a couple of others, they were making him St.
Durham. It's a disaster. Particularly for guys like you and John Sum and others, Hannity, that did a good job in trying to support this guy and get information out over years and years and years to see him.
And he's also a pathetic human being.
He was a homunculus yesterday, right?
It was just some worm that was getting beaten by the Democrats and then trying to be held up by the Republicans until Gates came in and said, hey, this was an op.
This is just not incompetence.
It's just not some overreaching by individual guidance.
kash patel
But it goes back to Barr. Yeah, exactly.
steve bannon
It goes back to Barr. Barr knew all this, and this is another aspect.
Barr knew about the laptop from hell.
Barr knew about everything with the Bidens.
He knows about the SARS reports over Treasury.
This is where we've got to get to it.
Look, if the Republican Party, the established Republicans are not going to support it, then hell with them.
Move on. We've got to take it over ourselves.
Short break. Trying to get Garrett Ziegler from Marco Polo.
He's filed some suits today.
Anti-slap. And then we've got Cash Patel next.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, this is all of a piece.
Everything we're talking about from the shift, the op, That Intel ran against President Trump initially, to this shift situation, to the Durham failure, to what's happening in Cuba, the CCP. Also, in Durban, South Africa, the BRICS are going to meet, I think, 60 days from today, on the 22nd.
With Birch Gold, we're going to be going through every day and talking about it, because the Chinese Communist Party are hitting us from every direction.
Remember, These guys are very strategic.
The entire situation is Cuba is to get us out of Taiwan and to make sure that we back off Taiwan and essentially turn over the, as Juarez was talking about, the advanced chip design plants to the Chinese Communist Party that would choke down the American economy.
Until that type of capacity is back in the United States.
And ladies and gentlemen, that'll take a decade plus.
A decade plus.
So you don't have a choice.
You just don't have a choice.
And this whole play in Cuba is to try to do some trade-off.
You watch. At the same time, they're coming after our economy.
They're coming after the dollar and they're coming hard.
And, of course, we're not helping it because you've got a radical Fed that continues to print money to support the Biden regime's $6.8 trillion budget this year.
It's going to have a $2 trillion deficit.
And, of course, McCarthy, the same weakness that won't go after these guys, the same guys taking money from Sequoia Capital, Right?
Sequoia Capital, a CCP front, with Neil Shen, the same guys using your pension money to pay for advanced artificial intelligence technology of the CCP. Those same guys, there is absolutely no teeth right now to these investigations.
No teeth. And you saw it on full display yesterday.
Durham was treated like St.
Durham, St. John Durham.
Make sure you go to birchgoldrightnow.com.
To get all the three free installments on the end of the dollar empire, you need to be up to speed on this because what's going to happen in Durban, South Africa is the BRICS. You're going to say, hey, we love it.
You've got these things called Federal Reserve notes.
We've got these things called oil, wheat, rubber, all the commodities in the world, and we're going to back it by gold.
They're going to a gold-backed standard.
They're going to have an alternative.
We're going to make sure you fully understand it, so go check it out today, birchgold.com.
Talk to one of the representatives.
Find out why the central banks of the world are buying gold at record paces and why you should understand that.
Go do it today. Garrett Ziegler is at the railhead of this.
He's not on a committee. Cash is not on a committee.
Clark's not on a committee, not an advisor, but he's doing more than a committee.
Right now he's blowing them up.
He's exposing, and he's doing it both ways, both their compromise financially, right, the way he's annotated this website, and he's showing, quite frankly, the perversion.
The New York Post reporting today, the top secret sex club, the high-end sex club in Los Angeles, kicked Hunter Biden out after his first night there for being too big a pervert for those guys who are kind of professional perverts.
Garrett Ziegler, down in Arkansas, first couple of questions.
You filed a bunch of suits last night, or you're in it against this Hollywood lawyer, Kevin Morris, I think, who's funding all of this.
But the rumor's coming out, and you were down there last week.
We had Ben Burquam down there.
Did the baby mama, did she cut a deal, like, not make Hunter pay the $20,000 a month because he's too impoverished and only take $5,000?
That's what I think the New York Post is reporting.
garrett ziegler
Well, first of all, nothing's been settled.
And in fact, the article in the New York Post by Miranda Devine, the first article was taken down 32 minutes after it was initially posted because the Biden camp leaked, sealed confidential information from the discovery cache of materials to Miranda Devine.
And then Miranda Devine, for some reason, Obeyed their demands and took the article down.
So the very thing that Abby Lowell in his nasally voice told the court in Arkansas that I did, that I've been leaking to the media on May 1st in front of everyone.
I was there in Arkansas.
They did yesterday and on Tuesday.
So it's pure Gables propaganda.
They're doing the very thing they accused me of doing.
Nothing has been settled yet.
steve bannon
Hold it. Miranda Devine's a warrior.
You're telling me that Abby Lowell, who's a snake, but he's like Mark Elias.
They're effective snakes.
They're evil people, but they're effective.
Abby Lowell's smart. He knows when to leak.
It's a strategic leak.
Was it a leak with false information?
garrett ziegler
Yes. Because there's been no settlement.
And we actually, there was no archive on archive.org, no archive on archive.ph, which are two sites that we use regularly.
But Google had cached the article.
And so we were able to, we do have an archived version.
By the way, that first article in the New York Post put confidential information about London's savings accounts in the piece.
So that's on them.
Number one, I urge everybody to go check the docket this morning.
There's been no settlement.
That article was false along with being premature.
It's both. It's false and premature.
Number three, this exercise in Arkansas, again, just shows how much Evil resides in the Biden family because even after Hunter has been proved to be the father, they do not recognize her.
We can go into this more, but it's a Tom Wolfe novel on display in America.
But I think it is second importance to the investigations we were talking about into the Biden family.
There's some potential in this case.
I'm just a witness for the mother of the child.
I'm not an attorney. I'm not technically London's client.
I'm technically the law firm's client.
steve bannon
But here's a question.
So help me out here.
If they take it from $20,000 a month to $5,000 a month, it's because he's been able to prove I don't have any money.
And since we're talking about millions of dollars sloshing around here that they've been paid, why can't we track back?
You've done a good job. Why can't those guys track back?
Besides his art, besides the bribes they're paying for these phony books, because the book publisher's giving me money for a phony book.
The art guys are clearly just bribing him with his crap art, right?
Why can't you prove that these guys are sitting on a lot of cash?
kash patel
That judge should just go get the bank records or call Comer and just have them handed to him.
steve bannon
Why don't her lawyers do that?
kash patel
It takes a lot of money to fly in a private jet to your child's alimony hearing.
steve bannon
Is Morris the guy you got?
Talk about your slap. Is Morris underwriting this entire thing?
Underwriting him flying around?
garrett ziegler
His entire thing. Morris is suing us on behalf of Hunter.
Joe is, if not directing, at least approving all of this.
Kevin Morris is the one who's funding Hunter's lifestyle.
He's the one suing us.
If the judge is even somewhat fair, he'll grant his attorney fees because it's a joke.
It's not worth the paper it's written on.
kash patel
Is he the guy that paid the tax bill?
steve bannon
Yeah, he's the guy that paid the tax bill too, right?
garrett ziegler
Of all the people talking about the Bidens, Morris is focused on us because he knows that we're not giving up.
We're on this like a dog on a bone.
I've been on it for two years.
steve bannon
I want to answer your question, Steve.
garrett ziegler
Go ahead. Go ahead. The judge hasn't made that determination.
The judge seems fair.
The only way Hunter ends up paying less is if there's a private settlement between London and Hunter.
But in terms of the judge making that determination, that could be decided next month at trial, July 25th.
And she'll see that, like Cash said, this motion is ridiculous.
In fact, he's had the same lifestyle that he did in 2017 and 2018.
He's just taking the money through different means.
steve bannon
Okay. The over and under, that is, he'll never go to trial.
Never. This has got less chance of going to trial than Murdoch Haddock being the first guy, the first witness called a dominion.
unidentified
Well, I hope you're wrong and I'm doing everything for my perch.
steve bannon
I know you are, but okay, note to self, hey, write this one down.
The reason I'm not going to go to trial, because you would be a witness.
I would think in the Biden crime family, they said, you know, we probably don't want that madman, Garrett Ziegler down, with the computer brain, sitting in an open court down in Arkansas, getting ass teed up.
unidentified
Putting docs out. Into the record.
steve bannon
Into the record.
He was almost crying.
kash patel
I think that...
garrett ziegler
When I was in the court. What do you mean?
I trigger him so much he was almost crying.
Ask anybody there on May 1st.
There's so much there, guys.
It's such a rich piece of...
steve bannon
We sent a crew this last time. Oh, we did. No, hold it.
garrett ziegler
We sent a crew this time. That was phenomenal work.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no. We sent a crew.
We had Ben Burquam, who now lives in Arkansas.
Burquam's the best. He's the man.
He's sitting in the Secret Service, shows up with about five cars, and they got a door in the back, and so they take him up, and we still catch that, and some guy from the courthouse walks out and throws Burquam off of the courthouse.
We said, hold it, this is a state property.
Oh, it's a state court. He can This is a deposition.
garrett ziegler
Yes, so it was a private building in that stupid security guy said, you can't film the building.
Ben was like, I'm not sure which country you think you're living in, but in the United States we can film a private building.
It's like Kevin Morris doesn't like anybody criticizing him.
Dude, this is not how litigation works in the United States of America.
I'm not sure which country he thinks he's in, but I can say what I want about him and he has to sit there and take it.
steve bannon
Hold it. Tell the audience about Kevin Morris.
What's in it for Kevin Morris?
He's one of these Hollywood scumbags.
What's in it for him? Is Hunter getting him drugs or women or pimping for him?
What is it for a guy like Kevin Morris who's got access to everything?
garrett ziegler
Very good question. He met Hunter supposedly in 2019.
His whole plan was to make a documentary about Hunter and rehabilitate The second son, the spare, and to somebody who has beat addiction.
So, in fact, he registered an LLC, Media Courthouse Documentaries LLC. And so what this laptop has done is totally crushed his plans.
That's why he hates me so much because I won't stop talking about the laptop.
He didn't expect...
He had no way of foreseeing this laptop material getting out, and it's ruined his plans about rehabilitating Hunter.
It was going to be a documentary thing.
That's what he does now because he has too much money on his hands.
He has over $100 million, and he's got nothing to do but smoke and snort cocaine.
By the way, one more important thing.
Kevin Morris is funding a Microsoft executive.
We know this for a fact because he just filed a declaration in the LA lawsuit.
Morris is funding a Microsoft executive.
Named Vinny Steropoli.
Microsoft is actively censoring our report.
If you go to bidencrimes.info, which is the online free version of our report, on a Bing browser, meaning the Microsoft proprietary browser, it says it's unsafe.
This guy is an executive at Microsoft, and he's being paid by Morris to do that.
So we finally have the five Ws of who's messing with us.
steve bannon
Wow. So hang on.
I'm going to keep you. If you can hang on, Garrett, because I've got to spend some time with cash.
You just hang on. And the next time, I guess you hang on.
I guess they're saying your site, you'll get like a Hunter STD, right?
You get a Hunter STD if you go to the site.
That's false. That's false.
garrett ziegler
You go to Garrett Moore. Remember that email he sent to Hallie, the lovely daughter-in-law of the U.S. president?
Hallie, you need to get tested for HIV today.
Remember that? Yeah.
It's disgusting. Feral dog.
steve bannon
We're going to talk about that. Excuse me, excuse me, excuse me.
Sir, that was the grieving widow.
We refer to her as the grieving widow here in the war room, having gone through all this footage.
unidentified
All of Bo's life insurance, Paul. The Grieving Widow.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a short break.
You got the Garrett Ziegler.
Cash. We're going to talk about Cuba.
This is as serious as it gets.
This is more serious than the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Nuclear technology is a 20th century weapon.
They're going to have offensive cyber down there.
They're going to have bioweapons down there.
They're 90 miles away.
And there's a false analogy with Taiwan.
kash patel
And they already did their microwave emissions program.
steve bannon
100%, because the guy's sick.
Cash has been there a couple of three times.
I don't know if he can talk about all those.
Some of those are the cash hops.
Okay, we're going to take a short break.
Cash Patel's with us.
Garrett Ziegler's back on deck.
We got Frank Gaffney.
We're going to have Mark Mitchell give some polling on all this, on the CCP. All of it here in the War Room.
steve stern

They've been after Trump from the beginning, but...
Questions swirl around President Biden's handling of classified documents.
Found in President Biden's garage.
steve stern
Multiple classified documents.
unidentified
You and the former president are both now under investigation by the Justice Department.
But they didn't indict Biden.
Instead, Biden's DOJ went after Trump.
Anything to block him from becoming president again.
Stand with President Trump against Biden's corruption.
Make America Great Again, Inc.

steve bannon
Okay, by the way, the war room engine room, just wanted me to mention, ask you about, but Durham's done this before in the Whitey Bulger case, right?
Didn't he protect Comey and all those guys?
kash patel
Yeah, he's an institutionalist.
steve bannon
Exactly. And Barr, this also goes back, Barr's breaking bad on Trump nonstop.
This goes back to Barr also, right?
Barr, his relationships with Epstein, what he did with the family, him wanting to protect the DOJ. And Epstein dying on his watch, being suicided.
Also about Barr in Durham, this whole situation with Durham.
He knew what was going on at the time.
They know what these special prosecutors, he knew updates.
kash patel
Yeah, the Democrats didn't stop him.
Bill Barr, the Republican Attorney General stopped him.
steve bannon
Unbelievable. China, CCP, we've got a...
Is this at the level of the Cuban Missile Crisis right now, where they've already announced they're going to have Chinese troops?
Blinken said he tried to bring it up, and he said, we're very concerned.
We're very concerned watching the situation.
You've got a military base taking over, the old Russian base taking over, already a couple of hundred troops are going to be there, potential cyber warfare and biowarfare.
kash patel
Well, you can't rely on anything that our top diplomat and the commander-in-chief say.
They can't even get on the same sheet of music about China and Taiwan.
And now these guys, when asked about a Russian forward operating base in Cuba, 90 miles southwest of Florida Keys, they first said it didn't exist.
What kind of intel are they looking at?
steve bannon
That was a lie, another lie, right?
kash patel
Exactly. So if they're willing to lie to the American public about the posturing of one of our world's greatest adversaries on basically international waters that touch the United States of America, then they're going to lie to us about everything else.
Russia's been going there for years.
You should see the embassy they have down there.
It's straight out of Judge Dredd.
These guys aren't messing about down there because the Cubans need their money.
They need their tech, they need their intel.
steve bannon
It's like the Bahamas. The thing in the Bahamas is the most massive embassy I've ever seen.
kash patel
It's unbelievable. And what do you think they're doing down there?
Working on their tans? Right.
You know, eating caviar and drinking vodka?
steve bannon
So we give them 72 hours to get out or you're gonna cut them off from all capital technology, you break bad on these hundreds of couplings?
kash patel
You just cripple their economic institutions.
steve bannon
But you have to throw down the gauntlet on this.
kash patel
Yeah, otherwise they're gonna be airmailing it in from down there, from a cyber capacity, from an aerial capacity, and taking our tech and data from us and using it against us, just like the Chinese are doing with their spy balloons and everything else.
The Russians got... If the one thing the Russians are better at than the Chinese is ripping off our data sets, the cyber warfare campaign they're putting on is massive.
And they've been building this for five years.
steve bannon
Tell me, the great Hoff brothers, the twins over at Gateway, had a segment of the book up yesterday.
Talked to us about that, the book.
Yeah. And you're actually here.
kash patel
Ben and I won. You owe me money.
steve bannon
I know, I did. I think I owe you a steak dinner or something.
kash patel
Something like that. Yeah, the Government Gangsters, my book at governmentgangsters.com.
Nine months, a federal lawsuit, and these clowns come back after sending it to nine...
steve bannon
It took your lawsuit to break it free.
kash patel
Break it. Nine months.
They sent it to nine separate agencies and departments, unheard of.
You know how many redactions they came back with?
Less than nine sentences and less than nine words of my 260-page book.
steve bannon
Was this a valentine from Millie?
kash patel
He didn't want it up before the 2022.
And all the classifications, all the redactions you're going to see, the very minimal, are all DOD silly, just absurdities.
My lawyers left the other room. But the guys at Gateway Pundit broke it, and I released Chapter 3 completely unredacted.
What's Chapter 3? We're going to put it up on War Room.
It's basically the obstruction of politics and justice, what we've been talking about, the two-tier system of justice.
So for free, everybody, go up to War Room Electrons.
Chapter 3 is out there.
steve bannon
Why isn't the Hill staff, why isn't Judiciary and House Intel taking the book and having you brief them on the book?
kash patel
I'll just go give it to them.
They can read this chapter and everybody can get their pre-order copies.
Now we have a release date in September, 100%.
Okay, where do people go? GovernmentGangsters.com.
Amazon's the easy button, but GovernmentGangsters.com.
I'm signing copies and personalizing messages.
steve bannon
We're going to break some more news here. The New York Times got a report.
Turner, who's got to go, is House Intel.
He refuses to put out the classified version of the origins of the Wuhan virus.
kash patel
Yeah, there's a great report that House Intel did on the origination of COVID. And I was Deputy Director of National Intelligence when we went to Trump and said, this is where we think it came from.
The next week, he shut down Travel to China.
But I don't need to see that report.
But the American public does, because they put it in one place, and for some reason, you know this is an op.
The New York Times puts out a story this week saying the unclassified report is out there, nothing to see here, nothing new.
Where is the classified report?
The HIPC team said they were going to declassify it, so we can definitively know where COVID came from.
We know, but it would be nice to have the intelligence in one place for Americans to see.
steve bannon
Why are they holding it? Why is Turner holding it back?
kash patel
I don't know why they're holding it back.
It's another question in Congress that's above whatever pay grade I'm making now.
steve bannon
We're not seeing a lot of aggression out of this, aggressive behavior out of these Republicans.
kash patel
You would agree? Oh, yeah.
It's borderline feeble.
And I know a lot of these guys, and I don't want to downtalk them, but I got so ticked off that I've been just hardwiring on Truth Social calling them out.
I said, act.
steve bannon
Accordingly, but they're not. This gets back.
Follow the money. That's what Garrett Ziegler said.
This is the donors. The Ken Griffins, the Black Rocks, they don't want...
You saw yesterday with O'Keefe's great expose of Black Rocks continuing.
They don't want any hardball played with the Chinese Communist Party.
They're making too much money. Once again, social media, where they get to your writing, where they get to your writing.
kash patel
At Cash, at KSH, I've been putting out heaters on Durham, on Biden, on the two-tier system of justice, on Government Gangsters.
It's the only place I am on social media at Cash.
And help us out at thecashfoundation.com.
We're helping whistleblowers.
We're not buying them. We're helping feed their families, put rent over their heads, active-duty soldiers, military, kids going to summer camp.
Cash Foundation, best swag in the business.
Check it out. New release today, Government Gangsters T-shirt, just after war.
steve bannon
Cash is the best, and Cash is going to go up and make some visits here and get some business done.
Okay, home title lock.
Right now, remember, the CCP is now going to have an active post 90 miles away from the United States in Cuba.
This is not just gangsters anymore.
This is now state power.
Cyber from Russia, cyber from the CCP. Go to home title lock.
The last thing you can have happen to you right now.
