This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
steve bannon
It's Victory Day, 9 May in the Year of Our Lord, 2023, the two-day commemoration of the victory in Europe.
8 May is the Western Allies.
9 May is the Russians.
I want to thank Brian Kennedy.
Thank you for joining us, Brian. You'll be my wingman here for the hour.
Thank you for joining us. We have Frank. And by the way, Brian, congratulations.
You're one of the founders and chairman of the Committee on the Present Danger, and they're part of this Effort to put together all the material for the indictment, which opens number one.
Frank Gaffney, amazing.
Tell people why it's so important for them to get the indictment right now.
This is action, action, action.
It's not just an analysis. It's not just about the crimes against the American people.
It's about their old friends, their allies, the fifth column that is here in the United States of America, sir.
frank gaffney
Steve, I can't help but say thanks to Brian Kennedy.
This is all possible, really.
His leadership of the Committee on the Present Danger China and this webinar series that we've drawn on, all available for free at presentdangerchina.org, has been an incalculable public service, and I'm proud to be his wingman in this regard.
As to why we need to get this book into as many hands as possible right now is we're done admiring the problem, as they say.
We've been doing too much of that of late.
It's now at our throats.
We're literally looking at the prospect of a, well, shooting war, Steve.
And today, you know, you've been very helpful in promoting these webinars.
We have one this afternoon at 1 p.m.
Eastern Time. It may be the single most important one we've done, and that's saying something.
It's focused on the invasion that is taking place now of Unaccompanied, military-age Chinese men who Michael Yan, one of our favorite war correspondents, has observed coming through the Darien Gap in large numbers with identical kit.
This is not a pick-up team.
This is not just your average run-of-the-mill illegal immigrant.
This is an invasion, I believe, by the People's Liberation Army.
We're going to talk about the threat that that represents, combined with 300,000 students, all of whom have been selected by the Chinese Communist Party to be in this country, all of whom are under pressure to do whatever they're told, to say nothing of businessmen and spies and other Chinese nationals.
Steve, we face the distinct possibility that when Xi Jinping sends up the balloon, and I don't mean just the next weather balloon, I mean the war balloon, he will command a fifth column inside the United States that's been allowed to get into the United States by Biden policies.
A member of the captured elite, a friend of the Chinese Communist Party.
In fact, our colleague at the Committee on the Present Danger of China, Sam Faddis, calls him using the technical term of the trade that he practiced on our behalf for decades, namely spying.
Joe Biden is a controlled asset of the Chinese Communist Party.
So when you've got all that going against us, and the distinct possibility that Xi is perceiving it, as Eric was just talking about, as exploitable weakness, we have got to get on with cleaning out this captured elite, removing them from the position of being able to work for our enemies in time of war, an intolerable situation, and get on with the rest of the 20 action items that are here.
Action! Action!
Action items that people need to take aboard and ensure that their elected representatives are implementing right now.
steve bannon
No one has a close relationship to the Lao Bai Jing that are here.
They have fled the communist myself.
I'm totally sanctioned by the CCP. They are totally freaked out because it's not just the Ministry of State police stations in all the Chinatowns.
And the fact that the Justice Department does some performer thing against one, but they're not rolling them all up, they will tell you.
What's happening on the southern border with fentanyl, which they call the Second Opium War, and the CCP's strong relation with the triads and the cartels in Mexico is a paramilitary force, and on top of it, This, through the southern border that's coming, these Chinese nationals are not the guys, you know, you're going to find out.
A lot of these are not the guys that are fleeing the CCP. That's the big problem.
The problem we have right now in the poor students, when a student comes over here, remember, they are mandated to get a visa to get out of the country and come here.
And right now, you know, Xi is so restrictive on people leaving the country.
They are forced, and they keep an eye on their parents, they are forced to do reports about what they see here.
The CCP is playing Smash Mouth.
And the way to hear that is Lao Bai Jing that has escaped, and they're saying, hey, you guys have no idea the scale of this thing.
This is why we're trying to talk about what Russia did in World War II, the scale of what's happening.
It's totally lost on the American media and lost in the American people because people are not letting them see exactly what's going on.
That's the important indictment. Frank, we've got to bounce.
But starting game day, you're already number one, so we've got to drive this thing in bookstores.
Where do people go to get it, Frank?
frank gaffney
Well, Amazon.com is an obvious choice.
Barnes& Noble is another. I believe it's in bookstores across the country, Steve.
It's available, by the way, also in Kindle, and I hope people will check it out.
But most importantly, I hope that they will make sure that their elected representatives check it out because we need them to take aboard these action items and act on them.
steve bannon
Thank you, my friend. We're going to have a whole thing on that.
Yeah, we're going to have a whole thing on that.
By the way, when you walk into your bookstore, The over and under that it's at the front of the book propped up to see, probably you're going to have to go into the stacks.
In fact, grab somebody said, hey, do you have Frank Gaffney's the indictment?
Because they're going to search like Schweitzer's books.
They're going to be way in the back somewhere, right in some cart.
So it's not, they're not, they're not going to push.
Hey, hey. Okay, Frank, thank you so much.
Brian Kennedy. I got Dave Brett up on the economy, but your thoughts on this.
Particularly the mindset of the early days of the Third World War, why this book's important, and the CCP running the tables on us on unrestricted warfare.
brian t kennedy
Well, thanks, Steve. Great to be with you.
Frank's book is a great book.
That's the important piece.
It's a great book to read.
It's informative. It should sell a lot simply because we are at war with Communist China right now.
And the mere fact that most American policymakers are not taking that seriously is alarming.
And everything one should know about the crisis you could find in the indictment, in Frank's book.
steve bannon
In an action plan, if we actually lay out what an indictment would be, like a legal indictment.
brian t kennedy
Yes, and you could take that book, call your congressman, and lay out for them what is actually going on here.
And look, I think Frank...
And I and you are still in the process of waking this country up to the crisis.
steve bannon
I mean, those people cross the posse gets it, but we got to wake up more because you even see here among well-intentioned Republicans are that were the strategic competitors.
Maybe it means that thing I've met in the White House where, oh, we got to do something.
I've got the book about strategic, the strategy of denial.
By the great guy that was in the thing.
And it's a great book, but they don't talk about the central issue.
We must take down the Chinese.
We must aid and assist Lao Beijing in the taking down of the CCP. That's the point.
This is not about the Chinese people, and it's certainly not about the nation of China.
This is about a criminal gang.
And quite frankly, we have a fifth column here that finances them and makes tons of money off of them.
brian t kennedy
This book by Frank, I will say, it's not about The Chinese people there or even the Chinese people here.
It's about the American people.
What is good for the American people?
And how will we be defended?
Because the Chinese Communist Party is making war on the American people.
Those thousands of people they're sending across the border, that's to make war against us.
And those 300,000 Chinese college students, those are the children of the Chinese Communist Party.
unidentified
Elite, yes. They're not, yeah.
brian t kennedy
There may be the odd one from a father working in a factory.
steve bannon
And they don't have a choice. When you come here, you sign up.
brian t kennedy
I think they want to.
I mean, they're here to be masters of the United States someday.
steve bannon
One day. Can we play...we have the Lawrence Tribe...by the way, thank you for all your work.
Camille and President Danger would not be going if you were not in charge of it.
I mean, it's so complicated, the scale of it and what you pulled in.
Can we just play the Lawrence Tribe exactly where we left off?
And here's the point. I want to go back to the beginning of the show.
You, the war room posse, have driven the elites in this country mad because for the first time...
They don't actually have the ability to do what they want to do when they want to do it.
And remember, they hate you anyway.
They hate what you stand for.
They hate your values. But what's driving them crazy now is you basically have a scintilla of power over them.
They've got three gimmicks.
The discharge petition by the House off the table.
The platinum coin of Krugman, this gimmick, this ridiculous gimmick that Krugman actually makes the case for in the New York Times last week.
I love putting this up here when you get the evidence of how crazy they are.
That gimmick off the table.
The 14th Amendment, they've been talking about that for a week.
I want to play Lawrence Tribe.
He even knows the constitutional crisis.
He's got a zany, redonkulous alternative.
Let's go ahead and play, and we'll bring you Dave Bratt.
unidentified
New York Times titled, Why I Changed My Mind on the Debt Limit.
And joining us now to explain is Professor Lawrence Tribe, who has taught constitutional law at Harvard Law School for five decades.
As the New York Times noted in his latest opinion essay, he has advised three Democratic presidents on constitutional issues involving separation of powers and The 14th Amendment.
Professor Tribe, thank you very much for joining us today.
I am so eager to hear you about this.
I've read your new piece.
Explain what you've changed your mind about and what you now believe the president can do.
Thank you, Lawrence. What I changed my mind about is not the Constitution, not the debt ceiling.
What I changed my mind about is what is the right question to ask?
I used to think the right question was whether the president has special power to borrow without congressional permission.
The answer was no. Does he have power to impose taxes without congressional permission?
The answer is no. Does he have the power of a one-person Supreme Court to strike down an act of Congress?
The answer is no. But the real question isn't what hours does the president have?
It is what duties does the president have?
Does the president have a duty to execute all the laws of the United States, the ones that Congress passed telling him to spend money?
steve bannon
Stop it right here. Stop it right here. You broke Lawrence Tribe.
This guy was going to be in the Supreme Court.
We broke Krugman in 10 days.
You, this audience, you broke Krugman.
He's running around with a $1 trillion commemorative coin, and he got Tribe talking about it.
He just created some fantasy.
It's really the questions you have to ask.
After you wrote this definitive piece ten years ago, you know, we're not asking the right questions.
The reason we're not asking the right questions is the Trump movement's got them jammed up.
Now I'm going to ask a different question.
It's really the duties.
It's the duties. I can play it more.
Dave Brat, this unmitigated nonsense, sir.
dave brat
Yeah, well, we've been talking about this.
I view this largely as a moral question, right?
The term credit that the Federal Reserve is in charge of in all this debate we're having comes from the Latin word credo that you know from your days as the Oxford Don.
And credit and to believe credo, the word I believe, involves trust.
And it involves a moral argument.
And so right now with debt at $50 trillion, The Federal Reserve is technically bankrupt in an article I know you've seen already.
We have a credit crisis in the making.
And the threat the press wants you to believe and tribe wants you to believe in your moral duty.
And the thing that should keep you up at night is that we're trimming a radical $4 trillion off of $50 trillion in debt.
So we're only $46 trillion left in debt, which is absurd, right?
In a moral sense is to set the country and the economy on the right track.
And so we got plenty to talk about today, but I'll just comment Janet Yellen also on your duty.
unidentified
Hold it for after the break.
steve bannon
Dave Bratz with us.
We've got Brian Kennedy in house.
We've still got Joe Allen and Harnwell.
A lot happening on the artificial intelligence front.
unidentified
It's going to be the biggest issue of all these big issues in 2024.
steve bannon
Trust me, artificial intelligence is coming, and it's coming for you next week.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, two things. Number one, I need you to go right now and to get The End of the Dollar Empire.
Go to birchgold.com slash bannet.
Totally free. You get all three installments.
The one we need you up to speed on, though, is the Debt Trap, the third free installment.
Talks about the dollar, talks about precious metals, talks about the whole history of money, the politics of money, all of it.
Make sure you get that. Also, Now is the time to go get all the resources of Philip Patrick and the team at Birch Gold put available for you.
When the central banks, particularly of the BRICS, are buying gold at record levels in 2022 and 2023 starts off, it's time for you to learn about this.
I'm not here to give you financial advice.
We give you the macro. But the macro is pretty consistent.
What's happening is the BRICS. Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and every other nation that's a developing nation are saying, hey, we got resources.
They got this thing called a Federal Reserve note.
They keep spending and devaluing it.
Our resources are going to run out.
Maybe we get a gold-backed security and put our thing in gold, and maybe we charge the Americans and their buddies in Western Europe more for our resources.
That's where the world's going.
You need to understand that, and you need to understand how that rolls into your personal financial plan.
CNBC had yesterday—I got it up on Getter—42 % of baby boomers don't have any money saved for retirement, and the $1,500 or the $2,000 you're going to give Social Security, you're not going to hack it.
So you've got to get focused now.
Focus, focus, focus, action, action, action.
This is what we're here for. Go check it out.
Also about the unrestricted warfare.
This is one thing. You've got to check this box.
Take it off your... You've got to take it off your...
We're trying to take stuff off your plate.
It's too much on your shoulders right now.
We need to focus on the big stuff.
This open hacking...
The beginning of the Third World War is a cyber war, an information war and a cyber war.
Huge article in the Financial Times, I'll scare you to death, about what the cyber...
Remember, the Chinese Communist Party steals $600 billion a year in intellectual property from American companies.
Half of that, I would say, the American companies kind of know about it and look the other way in these joint ventures.
But $300 billion to $400 billion is taken by cyber, which they're experts on.
The Russians are experts on this.
The last thing you know, when you look at everybody's finances, 80 to 90 % of your net worth is tied up in your savings account, which is called your home.
You need to check and make sure that there's no possibility that a cybercriminal can come in and take your mortgage, or take your deed, change your name, and take out a second mortgage on your house of a couple of hundred thousand bucks, and you get the notice 90 days after that you're late on your second mortgage payment.
You're going, huh, what? Then you've got to hire a lawyer.
The bank's just going to say, okay, fine.
You didn't have your thing. It's fine.
The bad guys took it. We're just out.
Banks don't work like that, particularly today when the banks are upside down.
Go to Home Title Lock right now and just check this out.
Get all the information. If you put in Bannon, you get 30 days free.
But you need to check it out today.
HomeTitleLock.com. Brat, let's get into it.
On today's game day, 4 o'clock is the meeting.
Axios has the story.
It's up on Getter if we can put it up, Denver.
Where the buried lead is.
What they're going to do today is they're going to try to say, hey, hey, hey, you know, the taxes are short, we're out of cash, June 1st, you know, the Harris are going to run around on fire, come in front of the mics, the ultra-MAGA radicals, ultra-MAGA extremists, this audience, you're all bad guys, but we need, what we need is 90, we need Labor Day.
Just give us a trillion dollars, it's just temporary, just a trillion dollars, just give us a trillion dollars and we'll negotiate a side deal on energy and maybe some cuts.
That's all coming. Our response is, screw you.
Hold the line. Not interested.
How about this? No money.
How about that? Hey, there you are.
Boom. Not. Zero.
Dave Brat, your thoughts and assessments of where we are, sir?
dave brat
Yeah, we've been playing this game for 40 years.
The only thing that's changed is the people watching this show, right?
And so the credit committee now knows that this is a fraud.
Janet Yellen came out on the Sunday shows this week and said, speaking as Treasury Secretary, our priority is to make sure that Congress does its job.
Let me ask you a question.
Go out and Google this one. Which clause gives Congress the authority over the Treasury?
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5.
Article 1, Congress shall have the power...
So the Treasury's got it all backwards.
She works underneath the Congress.
Now it's time for the Congress.
Article 1, 1 comes first, the 4, 2, and 3, for a reason.
It's the will of the people.
And the $50 trillion part is the part you're never hearing in any of these stories.
If we give ground, if we give one inch a delay, all leverage is lost, everyone knows it, and we just keep going bankrupt.
The Federal Reserve itself is bankrupt in a new paper out of the Mises folks, probably associated with Mercatus, etc.
But all sorts of important news to get through today.
steve bannon
And I want to get to these, the Stanford professors say the 2,000 banks are insolvent because the banks, the banking crisis is a real crisis.
I want to go to the, Mercator did it a couple weeks ago, and now this professor I think over in Europe has done it about the Fed actually being upside down, which we were saying.
In the old days when you had the low interest rates, the Fed made about $100 billion a year in trades, essentially because of the arbitrage in rates.
They would kick that in to offset the deficit.
Now, Mercator, the great guys over at George Mason, told us a couple of months ago, hey, upon further review, because of where interest rates go, the Fed is sitting on that eight-and-a-half trillion.
They're sitting on another trillion-dollar loss in the bonds.
Remember, this is the spending.
The Biden spending leads to the Biden inflation, leads to the Biden bonds, leads to the blowout of the bank's balance sheet.
The same things happen to the Fed.
And yet nobody's talking about it.
You want to end the Fed?
Well, Fed right now, they have negative equity.
Now, the one thing they haven't done is mark to market.
Did I mention birch gold?
They're sitting on their gold.
They got the gold on the balance sheet of $25 billion.
It's actually the market value of the gold is about a half a trillion.
I have no problem with marking the gold up.
We ought to have a real balance sheet.
Mark it up to what the market rate is for gold.
But you've got to mark the bonds.
The thing's upside down.
This whole mechanism.
I tell people, if you read Lords of Easy Money by Chris Leonard, and if you read the trillion dollar triage of what Powell did during the pandemic, there would be a revolution in this country.
Not by the war room posse.
I'm talking about the middle class.
Hang on for a second.
What? This thing has no control by Congress, no oversight by Congress.
They just hit a button and they create a trillion dollars.
Shazam! And they just do what they want.
And now the chickens are coming home to roost.
And this has got Mercator on this.
You got this professor. You got the Mises Institute.
This is old school Ron Paul, baby.
Ron Paul, I'm telling you, the more time goes by, the more time passes.
Old Ron Paul looks more and more like an Old Testament prophet, doesn't he?
Got the personality of one, too, right?
unidentified
Like Isaiah or these guys.
steve bannon
Brad, tell me about how important this report is about the Federal Reserve.
The whole thing's a scam.
Because Brad has brought up the single most important point to keep in the front of your mind that these gutless SOBs on here are never mentioned.
The numbers 50 trading.
Because every plan they put forward gets you to $50 trillion in less than 10 years of total face amount of debt on the Treasury.
Just tell me, how are you going to deal with that?
If we gave you a debt ceiling now, we'd be back here in a couple of months, right?
If we gave you a trillion and a half, if you took the Republican plan, we're going to be back here in October arguing about the same thing.
The $50 trillion is the one to look for and then just calculate what the interest rate.
First off, the interest would be $2.5 trillion.
They don't. They're not going to raise taxes.
The economy's growing at one.
We're going to have a lost decade.
It's going to be 1.1 % growth because of what they've done to the economy.
So you're in a stagnant economy.
You're generating less tax revenues.
They're not going to increase tax rates because they're wealthy overlords that control them.
Don't want that. They can't sell the bonds anymore to the CCP and the Japanese Insurance Committee.
They said, hey, I got a belly full. I got too many of these because, you know, your bonds are risky because you keep printing money and the interest rates go up.
So then you're going to have a gap.
And how do you fill the gap? We fill the gap because the Federal Reserve can print it.
Why can the Federal Reserve print it?
Why can't Argentina do that?
Why can't Brazil do that?
Why can't any country in the world do that except the United States of America?
Wait for it because we're the prime reserve currency.
The greatest export we have is dollars.
And the guys that control the resources in the Global South, the BRICS, They're sitting there going, they got enough kids from Harvard and Stanford and Chicago.
Trust me, they got their HP-12 season running and go, hey, these Americans are giving us these Federal Reserve notes and they continue to devalue it because their elites are out of control.
So why should we play the game?
And now the guy said, no, it'll take you 100 years to de-dollarize.
Well, hey, baby, it's coming.
It may not be the yuan, but I'm telling you, ever since Putin pegged the ruble – remember, this is the ruble in the early days.
You heard all these great thinkers.
We're going to take down the central bank.
We're going to destroy the ruble.
We're going to take down everything more than we did with the Nazis.
Ruble's doing okay because they pegged at the gold and they're sitting on a ton of natural gas and oil.
And the Bricks in the South are doing the same thing.
They're sitting there going, hey, we're not idiots, okay?
And you've been treating us like idiots.
Your export of your dollars is being devalued.
And maybe we don't hold so many anymore.
Say, hey, Central Bank, Central Bank, go buy some, call Birch Gold and go buy some gold.
Get some gold. Dave Brat.
dave brat
Yeah, well, I think the Posse knows the main story here, right?
The Fed printed a ton of money.
They messed with a major price in the economy called the interest rate for over 20 years now.
07, 08 is the backdrop.
But now the new news, why is the Federal Reserve itself technically bankrupt?
Of course, they can get their way out of any financial hole they put themselves in.
But basically, they're just not making money as an institution, right?
Their book isn't making any money and they're paying higher interest rates.
Well, how did that happen?
Well, they printed a ton of money, right?
Their balance sheet's at $9 trillion.
They decided in the money markets and in the overnight markets, which are not...
I used to think of them as a footnote, which they may have been, but they're not anymore, right?
These reverse repos are $2.5 trillion, and this overnight funding money is serious business.
So the ton of money would naturally produce low interest rates, right?
If you got too much money sloshing around, you get low interest rates.
Well, the Fed can't have that.
They're trying to raise the interest rates to five and a half.
And so what do they do?
They charge interest rates on all of these overnight and repo funds that's complex, but you don't really need to understand it.
steve bannon
Hang on. Hold it. I want you to hang on.
Hang on, Brett. We're going to take a break.
I got Alan on deck.
Okay, let's make a rule right now.
There's no drinking. You can't go have a drink.
I don't want you to have a shot right now.
I know you feel like a shot, right?
Shot in a chaser. But it's only...
The sun's not over the yardarm yet.
unidentified
I know it's been around. The Federal Reserve is bankrupt.
It is. Suck on that, J-PAL. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
With the reverse repos, the funding overnight, People should feel like taking a drink, but we've got to solve this, right, Brian?
This is why this audience is so important.
You have to stand in the breach because if it's not you, it's the deluge, right?
If it's not you, the deluge.
brian t kennedy
Brian Kennedy. Well, I think this is great news.
I mean, you know, it's not 5 o'clock yet anywhere.
Somewhere it's 5 o'clock and people do want to drink, but I think this is great news.
We all knew Ron Paul was right all those years ago.
And now we finally got to the point where we can't kick the can down the road anymore.
We're going to need a president in office with a Congress and a Senate who's going to fix this and just fundamentally get the country back on track financially.
We need to spend only as much money as we need.
We need to have a growth economy again.
We need to focus not so much on having our best and brightest working on Wall Street and finance, but working in engineering and science and building things and building great cities again and really unleash the wealth and creativity of the American people.
Look, this is a very rich country.
The reason we're the reserve currency is we have the rule of law.
That's the thing that's been under attack for the last decade or more.
steve bannon
And the civic society underpinning it.
Right. We have the liquidity because people want to put their money here because we have the rule of law, but you also have the civic society that supports that.
Right. And that is the MAGA. That's the deplorable.
That's what I say. You're the full faith and credit of the United States.
Trust me. You. Not the SEC. Not all these programs we have and all these institutions, all these banks, because they're either morons or crooked.
Right? It's you.
It's the American people underpinning that.
brian t kennedy
Look, when people buy a U.S. Treasury bond, they're making a bet on the American people, ultimately.
That they're going to enforce the rule of law, and they're going to elect representatives and a president who is going to govern this country constitutionally.
That's what we have to get back to, and that's what we will get back to.
steve bannon
This is the question of Janet Yellen.
Under your watch and Biden's watch, those bonds are trading at 20 cents on the dollar.
That's what caused the first bank crisis.
That's the bank crisis. That's where the Stanford professors say there's 2,000 banks.
You did this. You talk about a default.
You crushed the bondholders because of your spending and you're not understanding the inflation.
It's your fault. This is not a default.
You've already defaulted.
The things were at 100 cents on the dollar.
They're 20 and 30 cents because of you.
Because you allowed the spending.
You pushed these programs.
Deflation was only transitory.
That was a lie. We said in the show when it happened, that was a lie.
Now it's burning like a dumpster fire.
And you want to come back and blame the deplorables.
You want to blame Amaga.
No, we're not extremists.
This audience is the only rational actor in the room, and you can tell that.
Are you coming up with gimmicks like the discharge petition?
Are you coming up with gimmicks like Paul Krugman, a Nobel Prize winner, of a trillion-dollar platinum commemorative coin?
Is that your idea? No, it's not.
Are you coming up with using the 14th Amendment and doing backflips and now the great Lawrence tribe at Harvard?
The great defender of the Constitution.
He's saying, you know, upon further review, I've looked and he's got some duties and he's got to be spending money.
It's all this mumbo jumbo.
Screw you. Not doing that, dude.
Lawrence O'Donnell, half a wit as he is, couldn't even buy it.
You destroyed it.
You defaulted. The bonds are 20 cents on the dollar.
You did that. You did that.
Not the American people. You did that.
And now you're looking for a bailout.
We ain't bailing you out anymore.
And Dave Brat is sitting there just saying, keep repeating, $50 trillion.
Show me the plan to then get us to $50 trillion.
You got four trillion here, three trillion there.
Show me the plan that doesn't get us to 50 trillion with $2.5 trillion of interest expense.
Current projections sucks up every penny we got.
You want to talk about Medicare not being paid?
You want to talk about Social Security not being paid?
Their plan is what buries everybody.
If you're under 40 years old, understand they're burying you.
Every second of every day, you're buried.
You're nothing but a Russian, sir.
If you don't own anything, you're not going to own anything.
Oh, yeah, but Davos tells me you're going to be happy.
You ain't going to be that happy, trust me.
You're not going to be that happy, like a hamster on a wheel.
Dave Brat, how do people get to you?
Particularly of all this great analysis you're putting up.
dave brat
Yeah, it's all the articles, Brat Economics on Getter, and what Brian just said.
The Treasury is still safe.
But when you see the Federal Reserve going bankrupt, when you see the greatest run on banks since 1934, when you see 2,400 banks in jeopardy, those are all signs that have to do with what I started off on, with credo, with I believe, with trust, with faith in our system.
Our story hangs together.
All of our data, all the stories on your show all hang together.
The other side is just fleeting about.
Right? Trying to connect dots that make no sense because they do not have any solutions to this crisis.
So keep the faith, do the homework, share it with the young people, and bring your young ones up to Liberty, third floor, Dean's office, anytime.
God bless. See you guys.
steve bannon
You're young scholars.
Got it. I tell you, let me get Joe Allen up.
And Joe, I don't have time to play the cold open.
We're going to have to do that at another time.
But here's why...
And, hey, it's only because this audience has got big shoulders.
I wouldn't do this to anybody else.
But we've got to talk about another crisis.
No. The artificial intelligence, as we've told you for a couple of years, the reason we brought Joe over years ago is we knew this day was coming.
And so now the mainstream media is catching up.
And, man, the articles. So the Times of London, on Coronation Weekend, They only have two other big stories.
This is the Times of London, the official paper of record of the United Kingdom.
One is on Sequoia Capitol, which we're going to go into more tonight and tomorrow.
Sequoia Capitol. Right?
We were talking about the other, and by the way, how they're funding the Chinese with American pension fund money, putting the profits back into the Democratic Party and splitting the rest among themselves, these thieves.
But the other one is Front Page Times of London.
Hey, these are the six things we need to do immediately to shut this thing down or stop it.
You've got, there's been a dozen major stories coming out of the European major press in the last 24 to 48 hours.
Joe, we'll get you back on Play Cold if we get into that, but are people awakening now to the fact that we are in an arms race?
Kissinger says we're in an arms race.
Charlie Munger and the Oracle of Buffett sits there and goes, hey, this artificial intelligence thing is not good.
It's an arms race. Give us a sense of where we stand right now.
joe allen
Steve, absolutely people are waking up to this.
Two problems that I see are that people are either worried about the computer coming alive and killing them in their sleep, or they just simply dismiss this in general.
That's two extremes that I think are real problems as we're moving into an era where artificial intelligence and all of the other technologies that we discuss are moving into our society and reshaping the way people learn.
The way that people work, the way that they play, the way that they connect with each other.
All of these changes are happening very fast, but I think the anticipation of them happening tomorrow makes people somewhat lackadaisical about it.
And then on the other hand, those who are lackadaisical about it, They tend to, I think, just they're not preparing themselves and they're not preparing their children and their families for the type of society that's being pushed on us.
Two examples that I've brought up a lot, mass immigration and the LGBT and especially child trans movement as they've swept over the country in the last two decades, the trans movement in the last, say, five to ten years.
People just shrug their shoulders about both of those issues forever.
Now we're seeing a mass invasion on the border and a complete disruption of the U.S. demographic.
You also see children being kind of primed or trained or groomed, however you want to think of it, to literally deny the sex that they're born into and chase these fads that have, at the end of the road, the entire medical establishment supporting these bizarre sort of gender transitioning experiments, whether they be biochemical or surgical.
So both of those things are having major impacts right now And people had been warning about them for decades.
Now you have artificial intelligence.
You have various sorts of genetic and even just phenotypic procedures that are starting to flood into the population.
And then, of course, you just have the mass digitization of everything and the sorts of kind of mind control that that enables and the intellectual laziness that it enables All of these problems are coming down on us very, very quickly, some faster than others.
But artificial intelligence, I think, as a symbol, it's waking people up to the real dangerous potential of technology.
I just hope, Steve, that people are able to kind of wrap their heads around the realistic possibilities, such as children literally becoming sort of dependent on the machine to think.
Or, you know, as the election comes up, this gets talked about a lot.
The flood of AI-generated disinformation that's coming, and I hope that people are able to keep their wits about them and not fall prey to these sorts of mass digital mind control or social discord and disruption campaigns that are coming.
steve bannon
You got that, and you've also got the ability, and I'm not a machine guy, but it's obvious with AI, I don't even know how you consider machines.
Last thing, and I'll let you go.
To give you some inside baseball, the argument right now is between the Luddites, hey, we've got to stop this and slow it down, get our arms around it, figure out trees, but we've got to slow this down right now, versus Kissinger, Buffett, Bill Gates saying it's an arms race, and unfortunately there are bad guys out in the world that are going to get ahead of us.
We've got to put the pedal to the metal.
Is that basically the two theories of the case right now, sir?
joe allen
Those are definitely the two extremes.
And then you've got really the people that are creating these AIs and deploying them riding right down the middle of that.
You know, I think one of the most skeptical voices, Yann LeCun, right?
Yann LeCun is Meta's chief AI scientist, and he completely dismisses the idea that artificial intelligence could be dangerous in any way.
At the same time, he does believe that the systems that he's working on and other corporations are working on are moving towards superhuman intelligence, meaning that that will become a sort of de facto decision maker and authority over decisions that are being made by human beings should human beings be allowed to make decisions at that point.
So I guess the point that I'm getting at there is that even on the extreme side, even Eliezer Yudkowsky, the guy who wants to airstrike data centers, They want to see this civilizational transformation take place.
They just want to slow it down.
On the other hand, you have guys like Sam Altman, or Bill Gates, or even more extreme accelerationists like Peter Thiel, who believe it should be all systems go, and that if the good guys are in control of this sort of godlike AI, then we'll be okay, whereas if the bad guys are in control of it, we won't be.
I agree that if the bad guys get a hold of artificial general intelligence or even a sufficiently powerful narrow intelligence, we're in trouble.
But if we end up turning our society into an electric ant farm in order to compete with the enemy, I fear that we will have lost anything worth preserving anyway.
steve bannon
Joe, how do people get to you on all the social media and where are your writings?
joe allen
You can find it at warroom.org under the transhumanism tab, jobot.xyz, and my social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z. Thank you very much, Steve.
steve bannon
AI, how dangerous.
brian t kennedy
It's extremely dangerous, and it's not god-like AI. It's demon-like AI. I mean, if these computers are programmed by human beings, and human beings are fallible as we know, We're going to create a system that is ultimately evil at its core because there's nothing redemptive about AI. So every failing that is man will be programmed into the system and none of the virtue.
And we'll realize over time that joy will not come by some computer-generated narrative that we're fed.
Joy will come from our human interactions with one another, beginning first with our relationship with God and our families.
And artificial intelligence has absolutely nothing to do with that.
steve bannon
That's why it's Brian Kennedy.
unidentified
Short break back in a moment Here's your host Stephen K band, that's his yes, yeah Okay. Brian Kennedy, thoughts?
brian t kennedy
Well, look, one problem with artificial intelligence also is the fact that here we are on the verge of an election season.
President Trump, DeSantis, all these folks are running.
The misinformation, disinformation that AI could generate about the whole thing will be massive and will cause an immense amount of confusion.
Whether it's parts of the U.S. government doing that to the United States, which is not out of the question.
Whether it's the social media companies working for the government.
Whether it's the Chinese or the Russians or someone else.
Once we turn over our lives to artificial intelligence, an immense amount of things can go wrong.
Not to mention the fact that we're still going to be voting on electronic voting machines in 2024.
The ability for artificial intelligence to influence that, how will we know one way or the other when these things happen?
If Trump wins and Trump's going to win in 2024, the first thing the other side's going to say, well, Russia used their artificial intelligence to make sure that Donald Trump won.
They manipulated the machines.
All of a sudden, everyone who was in favor of machines will be against machines because of all this.
steve bannon
You ran Claremont.
Right. And part of that was the Claremont Review.
That's part of the Claremont Institute, right?
Right. You have a PhD?
brian t kennedy
No. What's your education?
I studied political science and international relations at Claremont McKenna College, and I thankfully avoided getting a PhD.
steve bannon
You're one of the smartest guys I know.
Is there anything out in your mind that Trump won the 2020 election?
None. None. None.
Zero. And you were out there in the field checking this.
Right, right. You've looked at the data.
You know exactly how it was stolen, correct?
brian t kennedy
Talked to a grand jury in Washington, D.C. here three months ago for six and a half hours about it.
steve bannon
And there's no doubt in your mind?
unidentified
None. Um...
steve bannon
Brian Kennedy is one of the smartest guys I know.
By the way, they had to change the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
If they knew they had a case that Trump didn't win, they wouldn't have done that in the dark of night.
Those Biden electors should never have been certified.
I never made the case for having Trump electors, but it was always a case you could not certify, impossible to certify those Biden electors.
Am I correct in that statement?
brian t kennedy
I think you absolutely are, Steve.
This is the kind of thing we should have been investigating.
And we didn't get to the bottom of it.
And they have left the country in this kind of confusion and gray area, not knowing who won.
steve bannon
This is the problem. We have a crisis because of this.
brian t kennedy
This is the crisis. That's exactly it.
steve bannon
Mike Lindell, brother, welcome back.
Walk me through. You got Carrie Lake.
You've just appealed your case.
mike lindell
Tell me what's going on, brother. Well, first of all, I want to say that I believe we're going to have a lot of counties in this country with no machines in the 2024 election.
We're working every day to get rid of them, county by county.
Everybody out there has been working hard.
We've got the cash vote record report that just came in.
You can see that over at Frank's Beach.
It shows all the counties.
You can take it right up to your commissioner and say, look what happened in our county in 2020.
So my hope is that we get rid of the machines by 2024 or as many as we can.
Carrie Lake, the judge just ruled that all the discovery, everything's got to be in on this appeal this week.
So it really crammed the lawyers, but they're working around the clock, 24 hours a day here to get this out.
So we got good things going on down there.
And everyone heard about the $5 million fiasco, the challenge, they're challenging the The evidence or some of the evidence that I have.
And we're taking that.
We talked about with the lawyers yesterday.
We're taking that to court.
So that's a report on that.
We've got the Election Crime Bureau that's going great.
We've got the summit coming up.
We're going to keep pushing that.
August 16th and 17th in Springfield, Missouri.
It's going to be the biggest watch program, I hope, in history because We're going to show everybody the plan going forward.
We're going to say with all the evidence over the last two years, what we can do with it, what can we do with it, even though no judges are looking at it.
What are we doing and what can we do?
So that's going to be really important.
And Steve, the company's going great, and I want to thank the War Room for all they've been doing.
This is exclusive now.
Everybody listen. We are clearing out or closing out to make room in our factory for the MyPillow 2.0, the manufacturer.
We hired some more employees last week.
And our six-piece towel sets that were on sale for $39.99, they're regularly $80, are $79-something.
$25 clearance price here on War Room.
$25 a set.
And once they're gone, they're gone.
We're only doing it here and then internally.
But there you go.
$25 a set.
And you guys, you can also using that promo code WARROOM at MyPillow.com.
And remember, this is because you've made the MyPillow 2.0 the most successful launch we've ever had.
So we've got our employees back working hard.
They just made a new commercial.
A lot of the employees got to be in the commercial and they're They're just having a blast making these MyPill 2.0s that are helping every one of you out there get the best sleep ever.
steve bannon
Go to sleep the sleep of the just on the products of MyPillow, mypillow.com slash war room.
Just go there right now. That's the square.
Get all the sales, all the buy one, get one's free.
Real quickly before we let you go, Mike, I want everybody to pile into MyPillow today.
Real quickly, give me a minute on artificial intelligence, even if you're not a machine guy like myself and others.
And by the way, you've taken me a long way in machines, all the technical things you've shown.
But for all the non-machine people that said it was mail-in ballots, Can we even have machines?
Doesn't artificial intelligence change the whole game?
I mean, the computer can decide.
The algorithms can decide.
Then you've got everything.
Do you agree that artificial intelligence obviates the machines?
mike lindell
Absolutely. With anyone out there that was on the fence going, you think there really was election crime in computers and that they can get in?
With artificial intelligence, it's over.
And I want to tell everyone out there, this is really important.
If we don't get rid of the machines in our elections, these voting machines, these electronic voting machines, if we don't get rid of them in our elections, now you have people that are selected Instead of elected, and those are the people that are going to be running where we're going with the artificial intelligence and the evil out there that will be in charge of this, and it's over. We lose our world, not just our country.
steve bannon
Mike, thank you so much.
Glad you're back in the saddle.
Look forward to having you back on here.
Mike Lindell, mypillow.com slash worm.
Go check it out now. Brian Kennedy, thanks so much.
Where do people go to get you on social media?
brian t kennedy
Brian T. Kennedy at Getter and presentdangerchina.org.
steve bannon
All your writings. Amazing, amazing thinker.
Charlie Kirk's up next on Real America's Voice.
Leave it right here. Two hours of populist nationalism served up hot on the Charlie Kirk Show.
We're back 5 to 7.
It's going to be the meetings at 4 o'clock.
We're going to do an in-game analysis.
When you show up here at 5 p.m., be here.
