This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
|
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!
unidentified
|
This is the BBC Home Service.
We're interrupting programs to make the following announcement.
It is understood that in accordance with arrangements between the three great powers, an official announcement will be broadcast by the Prime Minister at 3 o'clock tomorrow.
In view of this fact, tomorrow Tuesday will be treated as Victory in Europe Day.
After nearly six long years, the war in Europe is finally over.
May 8, 1945 is declared Victory in Europe Day.
Spontaneous celebrations erupt throughout the world.
French soldiers pick me up, hoist me on their shoulders, and carry me down the Champs-Elysees shouting, Vive la France!
Vive l'Amérique! | ||
After four years of service in five countries, U.S. Army nurse June Wandry is on furlough in Paris on VE Day.
We are in the heart of Paris.
unidentified
|
The crowd is nearly hysterical.
Everyone is out on the streets.
Planes zooming overhead in huge formations.
All the important brass are there.
unidentified
|
De Gaulle. | |
And here I am. | ||
unidentified
|
A very great crowd has collected already.
Thousands upon thousands of people gathered to share this historic day with the King and Queen.
Listen to the crowd. | ||
The last communique of World War II is in.
The Russian people were told for the first time of Germany's unconditional surrender.
Our rejoicing is sober and subdued.
by a supreme consciousness of the terrible price we have paid to rid the world of Hitler and his evil band.
Let us not forget, my fellow Americans, our victory is but half won.
The West is free, but the East is still in bondage to the treacherous tyranny of the Japanese.
When the last Japanese division has surrendered unconditionally, then only will our fighting job be done.
All right. | ||
It's Monday, 8 May in the year of our Lord 2020.
in the year of our Lord 2020.
It is the 78th anniversary of victory in Europe, and think what those men would think today.
of the sacrifice that they gave to free Europe from the bonds of the Nazis and the fascists to know that 78 years to the day there's an invasion of their own country going on right now in the southern border exacerbated by an illegitimate regime that occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Think about that for a second.
That's today's lesson.
I want you just to contemplate that.
Throughout the rest of the show and then to this evening, the great heroes, the greatest generation, what they gave in battle to win in 1945, what is happening today.
And to think about it, our two greatest allies, the Russian people, not the Bolsheviks and not the KGB, the Russian people and the Chinese people, Lao Beijing, they're still in bondage.
They're still in bondage, 78 years afterwards.
Okay, I've got Cash Patel here.
Liz Herrington is going to join me in a second.
Cash, thank you for joining us.
Thank you. Cash, it'd be nice if that mic was on.
unidentified
|
Can we do that? It's on. | |
Getting some blowback from the producer, finally.
The Chaikoms, right? Hold it.
I got a question, and I'm so glad you're here.
I'm so glad you're in the studio for the first time.
Put up Mark Zaid. | ||
No, hold it. I think he represents me, kind of.
unidentified
|
Where's my book? No, no, Mark Zaid.
Mark Zaid, the biggest scum.
By the way, this guy makes Mark Elias look like a Catholic saint, okay?
Zaid is actually the lowest scumbag in the world.
Put the tweet up. | ||
unidentified
|
He's calling you out for different reasons, but he speaks for me.
Where's my book? We ordered the book.
I got nothing. Oh, I sued him in federal court.
Oh, okay, so they'll get to it in nine years.
Amazon will have my money.
You're killing me, Bannon.
I could be putting in birch gold.
I could be putting in birch gold, making a fortune right now, sending some kids to college.
Real quickly, tell me about Zaid.
Yeah, I know. Look, great to be live with you in studio.
I think the FBI is outside ready to arrest us both.
Big time. No, no. | ||
Finally, they don't think I'm the biggest comeback.
You're the government gangsta.
So the Zaid guy, so as you know, you have to submit your manuscript and end up, the Zaid guy has the monopoly on people who sue the government to get their books out, right?
Everybody gets them out in three months.
Esper, Barr, Pompeo, everybody, right?
Read his tweet. | ||
Can we read the tweet? | ||
I didn't hire him. | ||
unidentified
|
Oh, you certainly didn't hire him.
Remember, I don't know the guy.
I haven't talked to him ever. I don't think he's a fan.
I don't think he's a fan. After I filed my federal lawsuit, he wrote, expected, hashtag Cash Patel garbage.
He didn't voluntarily submit manuscript.
He held TSSEI and was lawfully required to do so.
unidentified
|
That's not the law. TSS, yeah, those are the highest clearances we got.
Nor could the Defense Department, which I sue all the time, realistically ever complete manuscript review from December to Feb.
Kesh, you're not special.
My response on Truth Social.
I give you the deep state chortler, Mark Zade.
This self-proclaimed legal scholar misstates the law and facts in one go.
DOD got my manuscript on October.
It's in the federal pleading.
Can you count? When someone wants to hire his aide for anything, ask him to spell ass-clown first.
Thanks for telling the fake news about my government gangster's book.
Hey guy, pick a charity.
I'll send all of today's profits of the book sales from a charity of your choosing from you.
unidentified
|
And then you spellcheck. Government gangsters.
We're going to get into more of that. But he also represents nine of the guys that signed the 51 Intel letter.
Mark Zade is their attorney.
He wrote a letter to the United States Congress, which almost no one has seen, and it literally says, hey, I represent these guys.
Don't you dare touch them. You, the committees of jurisdiction.
This is Mark Zade. | ||
Mark Zade also represents...
Has anybody touched him? I don't know.
unidentified
|
No, this is the inside game.
You know who else he represents?
Olivia Troy. Remember this gem from the Trump White House CNN reporter?
Called our friend Rick Grinnell essentially a Nazi.
You know who sued? Rick Grinnell is suing Olivia Troy for defamation courtesy of the Fight with Cash Trust.
Mark Zaid represents Olivia Troy.
Mark Zaid wants to come after me.
He represents a lot of bad guys.
But he's the best, Steve, according to himself and Twitter.
unidentified
|
He's the best. I'm just saying, 851, you know, maybe you ought to have it.
Listen, we'll get to it.
Frank Gaffney's going to be on the bottom, talking about the indictment, a book that's actually out.
You're killing me. My book's gonna go to zero.
Dude, I'm one of your earliest buyers.
It's coming out. I'm getting it.
Okay, we got Liz Harrington. Liz, a lot of action today and over the weekend on polling.
This is an inflection point for Donald J. Trump.
You know, Politico today had the killer article up about Wall Street, and they actually said in the first sentence, it's the home of the Never Trumpers.
They're pretty depressed.
As I told everybody, they talked to their buddies in London.
You know, Governor DeSantis did not deliver the goods.
It was nothing but flop sweat.
And now you have today at Politico reporting that the big money, except for Ken Griffin and some guys are sitting there going, we don't think this guy's got the steam.
The bigger news is even President Trump spreading the field against Biden.
And I've said now, hey, they're going to go to the bullpen pretty quickly.
You watch. Biden will not be their guy.
Liz Harrington, why don't you walk us through some numbers and your observations about this?
Sure. Thanks for having me, Steve.
This ABC Washington Post poll is really stunning because you have to remember exactly who these pollsters are.
This is the Wisconsin up by 17 for Biden sham left-leaning poll.
This is where they're coming from.
This is probably one of the most liberal pollsters out there.
And yet they have shown President Trump steadily gaining He was up three in January on Biden, and now he's up by seven, well past the margin of error in this new poll.
But it's stunning, because if you look at the numbers for African-American voters, President Trump gets 27 percent support.
Do you think someone, a generic Republican, like someone like the governor of Florida, is ever going to crack that high with African-American voters?
They're not. And the story you just referenced, you know, that is a bad headline for Ron DeSantis because he needs Wall Street.
He needs donors. | ||
Why? Because he doesn't have the voters.
He needs shadow campaigns.
He needs to be propped up by Rupert Murdoch, Wall Street, the donors, you name it.
But because he doesn't have support of the people.
These polls, which have never been kind to President Trump and certainly don't want to be, they can't look the other way.
And this tells me his numbers are actually much higher.
Another five points. | ||
Liz, you were at the RNC before you came over here and became executive editor of The War Room.
Let me ask you, why are we having debates?
Why are we having primary debates?
The DNC's not having them, and Bobby Kennedy Jr.
is at 21 % with no money, a bootstrapped opera.
He's at 21%. And they've already come out and said, hey, how about this?
Suck on this. No debates.
Boom. Done. And Biden, I think there's two-thirds.
Of the Democratic voters thinks he's too old, right?
It's only 34 % thinks he's okay.
They have no debates. | ||
Trump's spread the field.
He's got the Keebler elves.
And I got to tell you, I hate to say this because I do like Governor DeSantis a lot as governor of Florida.
I think you have to fulfill the term and take it on at 28.
But I got to put Governor DeSantis in the Keebler elves now.
He's down in, you know, he's got 14 or 15 points.
The people else combined can't get 74 million votes.
There's no primary. What is happening, Liz?
Give me your observations on that.
Well, it's this fake news corporate media trying to push a narrative that is so detached from reality.
I mean, the voters want unity.
They want to unify behind President Trump.
They don't want a divided, long primary for no reason, just for consultants to get rich.
When you know President Trump, he is the man he won in 2016.
He won again in 2020, and he's going to have to run and win a third time in 2024.
He's the only person who can attract these other voters in onto the Republican side.
And he's been talking about this.
Why would we go and do debates in front of this same rigged We've done this before.
He can handle it. He'll win.
That's not the issue. | ||
The issue is we need to focus on fixing our elections.
We need to focus on taking the fight to the out-of-control people who are destroying this country, as you said, facilitating an invasion on our southern border, collapsing the dollar, losing our primary reserve Status, trying to start World War III. This is what we need to be focused on.
And the American people want it, but they're being force-fed this narrative from people like Fox News and the rest because they want this show because they do not want President Trump because they're part of the problem and they're acting against the people.
So the people see through it and the people want President Trump.
Liz, in the run-up, how do people get to you on social media and your site?
Because in the run-up, we'll have you back on before the town hall at CNN, but people want to follow you.
unidentified
|
Where do they go? TruthSocial, at RealLizUSA.
You've got to follow President Trump.
He's been firing off all the time lately.
unidentified
|
You've got to go over to TruthSocial.
Liz Harrington, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here, ma'am.
Look forward to having you back. Okay, Liz Heron, they're all prepping.
They're getting ready for the big town halls.
President Trump's going to bigfoot some people.
John Malone, John Malone's not a fool, right?
He's not a fool. He knows exactly what he's doing.
You've seen a whole shift, a change of leadership.
President Trump with a town hall.
Cash Patel's in the House.
Short commercial break. We're going to be back in a moment.
We're going to get some observations.
We got Julie Kelly in the six o'clock hour.
We're going to get some observations of Kash Patel of the lawfare.
They're coming to Trump.
Can't beam at the polls.
Can't beam at the ballot box.
MAGA ascended. Trump ascended.
It's all coming our way.
unidentified
|
The only way they're going to try to stop him is with lawfare.
Next in the word. We rejoice when there's no more.
unidentified
|
Let's take down the CCB. We got Cash Patel in the house.
I was just telling stories about Cash.
I was down in... We can't give too much.
I was in the skiff being grilled.
Star chamber. I got Bill Burke and Alex Spiro.
I got two beasts as my lawyers.
They made this... And Shifty Shift and Swalwell come across the table We didn't do that with Cash.
Cash can't do that. Is that going to be a government gangster?
If you read the transcript, it's out, right?
Bannon's transcripts out.
It only took us two years to get those transcripts out.
Remember? Shift didn't want them out.
Shift didn't want them out. So I had to go to be deputy DNI and force them out.
Cash was, in fact, Colonel Harvey was a senior advisor to House Intel.
You were national security advisor for Devin Nunez and one assistant counselor, special counsel.
That thing was a battle every day.
Shifty shift, Eric Swalwell versus Devin Nunez, Derek Harvey, Kash Patel, and an army of others.
But here's the thing. Every day was a fight.
The Republicans had better be ready to run that op right now because that's what Comer's going through.
And if he's not staffed up, him and Jordan, to take this on, this is Russiagate all over again.
The 51 Intel letter is the Steele dossier 2.0.
And if they're not ready and manned up, they're going to get rolled.
Give me that again. The 51.
The 51 Intel. By the way, what is Morrell now?
There's another letter that Morrell promised these guys he'd already run it.
He had vetted this. This guy keeps lying.
You know, of course, there's a two-tier system of justice.
He only ran the CIA, so no problem. So no big deal, right?
But if you write anything for publication, you're supposed to submit it.
Right. That letter signed by him and, you know, a couple other big level of figures, SECDEF and DCIA, he promised them he would send it and he never did.
He just published it anyway.
So, A, that's a violation.
I don't see them going after him and his security clearance or any one of the other people that signed the letter.
But we're going to go after security.
The first order of business when we get back in under your leadership is to strip all those 51 other security clearance.
Have to, right? Not just 51, everybody else that's chimed in on this BS escapade, whether it's Hunter Biden or Russia.
This list, I've got the list.
It's published in Government Gangsters.
Don't even go there. Stop.
unidentified
|
Don't even go there. Page number 139.
Oh, it's redacted. But in all seriousness, Comer and Jordan and company, right?
We own the money in Congress.
You don't need the DNI. You just zero out their bills.
In all seriousness, the reason that Cash's book is held up And certain other books got through in like 30 days.
It's Cash Names Names. | ||
And Cash has got more stories.
Cash was on House Intel.
Cash was then brought in Chief of Staff of Defense Department.
Weren't you over D&I also?
Deputy D&I. Only Deputy D&I. House Intel.
And look, a lot of the problem we have was Paul Ryan.
Paul Ryan didn't want you guys to do anything.
He was the biggest obstructionist.
He had Nunez step aside.
Look, we have other problems in House Intel right now with Mike Turner.
I don't want to drag you into this fight.
This is our fight on the Sequoia.
The Sequoia Capitol, what we talked about last week, It's the front page of the Times of London on Coronation Weekend.
Coronation Weekend, the only two stories that made it are AI, which we've been talking about, about how you stop AI, and the Sequoia Capitol, and they've had a whole investigative team on it.
Natalie Winters, you've published another Blockbuster up on War Room.
Talk to us about it, because you're now full-time drilling down on all the lies, misrepresentation, influence peddling, anything associated with the influence of the Chinese Communist Party as it spreads throughout Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and particularly the United States government, ma'am? Of course.
They make my job very easy because there's no shortage of Chinese Communist Party corruption.
Certainly within the Biden regime, but of course, across all of DC, but specifically the story that I just published, which is not the one up on the screen right now, but that's okay, has to do with another sort of facet of corruption of the Biden regime, which of course runs through Hunter Biden.
And unfortunately, this extends all the way into the United States military.
Joe Biden recently released the names of a few individuals that he was going to be adding to the Board of Visitors to the U.S. Air Force Academy, which, if you read the whole description, basically grants them the authority to provide advice, all the way up to the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Army, House Armed Services Committee.
And one of the individuals that was nominated, her name is Jenna Ben Yehuda.
Not only is she, of course, a member of the globalist foreign policy class here, In Washington, D.C., but she used to be the CEO and president of the Truman National Security Project, which people may recall this is this sort of shady D.C.-based foreign policy nonprofit who put Hunter Biden on their board.
That timing overlapped with this individual's tenure as president.
But what's really interesting is that Sally Painter, who was the COO of Blue Star Strategies, people may recall, this was the consulting firm that was basically illegally lobbying the State Department on behalf of the Ukrainian oil giant Burisma, which of course has links, you know, multimillion dollar links to Hunter Biden.
She was also on the board.
So this is one of those kind of central nodes in the story of Hunter Biden's corruption, at least when it comes to Ukraine.
But what's so interesting is that we have exclusive emails, if you read the story from Hunter Biden's hard drive, where she actually explicitly emails him, offering him a personal thank you when she joins the Truman Security Project, saying, thank you for your confidence in me for the Truman role.
So there's obviously some relationship there.
And just the real kicker, as with so many appointees, are really apparatchiks in the Biden regime.
She's, of course, a member of the World Economic Forum, their Global Future Council, on U.S. national security.
Meanwhile, like I said, she's advising some of the highest members, our highest officials at the Pentagon in aspects, according to the White House, including morale, discipline, social climate, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, and academic methods.
Natalie, are you comfortable, given all the nefarious activities you've uncovered with Fauci and with Wuhan lab and everything, you know, I mean, literally dozens and dozens, if not hundreds of investigative pieces outing these folks and you see something like this, it's so up in your face.
Are you comfortable of where we stand in May, having been at the House?
The House has had power now for four or five months.
I understand there's a lot of stuff going on.
But are you comfortable with the direction, the urgency and the speed and the scale, let's say, of these investigations right now?
Absolutely not. And I know it's easy to throw stones and make judgments when we're not the ones in power.
It's not like the answers aren't there in terms of actually finding accountability, right?
I don't need just a bunch of experts testifying and giving interviews behind closed doors.
There always seems to be another whistleblower and then it never seems to materialize.
On the topic, say, for example, Chinese Communist Party infiltration, the way that they have managed to infiltrate the city is predominantly through lobbying firms.
And the fact that every single American citizen, let's call them what they are, traders who have worked on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party, including the foreign influence groups that were paying to take journalists on trips to China in exchange for favorable coverage, Those are the people that they need to be subpoenaing and having testify, not just in front of Congress, but in front of the American people.
Because when you start to unwind the very, very, very complex Really foreign infiltration networks and operations, and that's what they are.
They're like wheels. They have multiple spokes, multiple nodes in the sense that there are a lot of people at play.
You can't just go all the way to the top.
Yeah, I want to see Anthony Fauci testify too, but I think why it's so difficult, I know I said on your show probably a year ago, that so much of what drives my reporting is pattern recognition.
But unfortunately, to really get to the bottom of the deep state, I don't think you can just paint with a broad brush.
We really need to get down into the nitty gritty and not just put out, you know, 300 page reports in white papers, but actually have these people testify in front of the American people and have the right people testify.
Otherwise, I mean, I don't want to call it Benghazi yet, but that sort of seems the road that we're headed towards.
No, it's starting to feel like that.
And the right people asking the questions, the right people breathing people with cash.
It seems like, and how do we get this pattern?
You know, Merrick Garland stands up every couple of days and they throw out another grundune.
And by the way, rolling up the Chinese, you know, the Ministry of State Security police stations is very important.
I'm not saying it's not all the ones in Chinatown.
But that's a little bit like the Untouchables.
We've known those stations are there forever.
And they roll up a couple of guys and guys get bail.
Miles Guo is still in jail, the number one anti-CCP guy.
He can't get out on bail.
These guys get out. They throw out a couple of professors at Iowa that are stealing a seed or something.
This is all important, but it's nothing.
What Natalie's talking about, we have massive, massive influence operations.
Now you've got the situation with Biden, a whistleblower's coming out, maybe from the VP, and it turns out a U.S. attorney in 18 went to Maine Justice, and he didn't hear back, and the only thing he did hear back is that Apple one day or somebody contacted him and said, hey, you know, they've had a FISA warrant on you, they're looking in your phone records, and he's going, hang on, hang on, I turned the guy in.
Why is there, it seemed like, That there's been no progress or very little progress made on these massive investigations to get to the bottom of this corruption influence penalty and, quite frankly, fifth column inside of our government, sir.
Because the two-tier system of justice has never been able to look at itself inwardly.
That they've never been able to hold the people, the Comeys accountable, the McCabes, the Strokes, anybody like that accountable, the Haspels, the Espers, all of these folks accountable.
Because if they actually conduct that investigation, they will find corruption and unawful activity.
At Merrick Garland's DOJ, at Chris Ray's FBI, at the intelligence community during both the Trump administration and the Biden administration.
And so they shut those investigations down.
They surveil the prosecutor who had the gall to come in and say, I've got variable fruit.
They surveil this guy with subpoenas and surveil him while he's a senior staffer on the House Intel Committee.
That's what they do. | ||
This was Rod Rosenstein and Chris Ray, as it applies to me.
And they never let you get...
to them when it comes to actual accountability because their friends keep putting their friends in power.
All of these guys don't make any mistake about it.
Bill Barr is best buddies with Garland and Rod Rosenstein and Sessions and Bolton and everybody else, Chris Ray and all these losers.
Who destroy American confidence in the law enforcement system.
Because they have built it so it protects them and their egos.
Not so it meets out justice.
But then they dole out these, you know, singles.
Like, oh yeah, we took down a CCP cop station.
MSN, we locked them up. And then they're out the first afternoon.
Or they roll up a couple of assistant professors.
Natalie, hang on for one second.
I want you to hang through the break.
Natalie, when it's with us, Frank Gaffney on the indictment.
Frank names names and his books in bookstores tomorrow.
I'm just saying. Short break.
Cash is in the house. | ||
Next in the war room. We rejoice when there's no more.
unidentified
|
Let's take down the CCP! Okay, welcome back.
I notice I've seen you in the war room now more often than you're not on Fox anymore.
I'm not. Tucker Carlson is not on Fox anymore.
I don't think Frank Gaffey is on Fox anymore.
I notice a pattern here.
Brett Favre came out today and said he's joining the boycott of Fox.
We said it's an old man. Murdoch is the most corrupt, worst human.
on earth right now, and that's saying something.
Because it's all about stopping President Trump.
It's not going to happen. Ron DeSantis and Governor DeSantis is doing, I think, doing a very strong job in Florida.
Stay in Florida, continue to pound Disney, all these woke corporations.
You're doing great, but I gotta tell you, the money in your consultants are going to make, remember, they're going to make $30 or $40 million.
You're going to be destroyed. They're going to make $30 or $40 million.
They're sowing the wind Brother, and you're gonna reap the whirlwind, okay?
It's just the way it rolls. Cash, Tucker Carlson, as much as Tucker did in that time slot to go after the deep state.
I mean, hey, we don't believe in coincidences here.
His last real interview with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., where they're dropping bombs on Fox.
You know a man Murdoch like that.
Yeah, the CIA killed, killed, assassinated my uncle.
Woohoo! Right? | ||
What is to be done with Fox?
It's what I've been saying across the board about media.
We set out a year ago, my team and I, to take on a different course of action because people stopped having faith in not just CNN and MSNBC but also Fox and other big media corporations.
They're watching your show and it's exploding because they've been lied to over and over again about every single big Government scandal from Russiagate to Fisagate to J6 to Impeachment 1, 2 and Classified Docs and everything else.
No longer is it, oh, that's the Bannon Cash right-wing conspiracy.
There's no way our government would lie to a federal judge and illegally surveil a president of the United States.
You're right. They did it four times, not once.
But now that we've broken through, I think what Fox and everybody else is losing at is they don't want to report that because it still sounds like the boogeyman saying bad things, but we're actually reporting what's happening.
They're also a part of the system. That's the problem.
This thing the other day that broke yesterday, a U.S. attorney, a Bush guy, in 2018, he notifies him and says, hey, I have direct evidence, and it's coming from Ukraine.
I have direct evidence from a senior prosecutor that in the Obama administration, the VP took bribes, goes to main justice, I'm going to pursue this, we've got to pursue it, crickets.
Two years later, he hears he's been surveilled.
Well, it's a pattern. It's not a coincidence.
You know who's running main justice at the time?
It was the Trump administration.
Rod Rosenstein was running the DOJ. Rod Rosenstein has now established himself as a pattern of surveilling people who expose FBI fraud, waste and abuse and corruption.
This prosecutor in 2018, me in 2017, they surveilled as a senior staffer for multiple years.
And we still don't know the extent of it.
And oh, by the way, I'm suing them for that.
They don't know that yet, but it's coming.
But we're breaking news.
Yeah, we're breaking news. I'm taking news here. I'm taking on Mark Zaid.
Maybe you could represent the DOJ when I sue him and the FBI. But in all seriousness, that's what they did.
You have a guy who comes forward with verifiable proof that there's corruption in the Biden family and Rod Rosenstein does nothing.
Then, fast forward to Chris Wray and the current regime.
You have veritable truth from multiple whistleblowers over the last year and a half about waste, fraud, and abuse and corruption at the FBI. And they do nothing.
It goes back to what we were saying at the top of the hour.
They are in it to protect themselves.
They will never investigate themselves unless we go out there and rip these guys out of those positions.
And we're going to do it. Let me bring in Frank Gaffney.
Frank was in the Reagan administration.
Frank, you've been in this town a long time.
You've seen a lot. Now, Frank Gavin, of course, his book did not have to get cleared by CIA, DNI, and the Pentagon, as Cash's is.
But Frank's book, this great team effort, is in bookstores tomorrow, the indictment.
But Frank, you name names.
Cash names names, that's why we haven't seen it.
You name names also, but you didn't have to get government approval.
Tell us about the indictment.
Why should people right now, when money's tight, buy this book, sir?
Well, let me just say I'm honored to be sharing this podium with two of my most admired colleagues who've done incalculably important work along with you, Steve, in laying bare what we discuss in the indictment.
And that is that we are at war with the Chinese Communist Party, that it is a war that has been going on for decades, that they have pursued relentlessly, systematically, and almost without notice.
By most of, not only the public in our country, but by the people that they rely upon to monitor and protect them against precisely this sort of thing.
And that is, as you've been talking about, in part at least, because the leaders of those elites have been captured.
By the Chinese Communist Party is a very deliberate part of the takedown of our country.
Hence the subtitle of the indictment.
Prosecuting the Chinese Communist Party and friends for crimes against America, China and the world.
And what we've tried to do, drawing upon this incredible content that the Committee on the Present Danger, China, which you've been a member of from its founding, Steve, and an inspiration for it, has done in just the past ten months or so, over a hundred hours of deep dives on what is unrestricted warfare.
Who's been perpetrating it?
How have they done it? | ||
What has been the consequence of it?
And most especially, what help have they been getting from Americans in enabling it?
In some cases, making it possible.
In other cases, certainly helping obscure the damage that was being done.
So we have named names. | ||
You're absolutely right.
We've talked about elites, particularly on Wall Street.
The Larry Finks, the Ray Dalio's, the Steve Schwartzman's, the Vanguard's, the Fidelity's, the State Streets, and so on.
The people who have been taking our money and using it to help the Chinese finance their unrestricted warfare against us, and worse, to prepare for the shooting kind that they seem now set on perpetrating as well.
We've talked about academics.
We've talked about media.
We've talked about, of course, not least the political elites that have been implicated in all of this on both sides of the aisle.
You know, people have said, we want that select committee to do, you know, a nonpartisan review of this.
I say, absolutely. | ||
Go after Republicans as well as Democrats that are implicated in all of this misconduct and malfeasance and treason at the end of the day.
Frank, Frank, hang on for one second, and I'm going to ask Natalie and Cash.
Natalie, you've done this for years now under the mentorship and tutelage of Rahim Kassam first and then here at the War Room.
Is Frank Gaffney right?
Is the Chinese Communist Party, in your mind, at war?
We're already at war. Are they at war with us already, ma'am?
In some ways, I think they've sort of already won the infiltration war.
And I know the book is being printed tomorrow, so it's probably too late to change it.
But I sort of reject the notion of elite capture because I don't really think that's what we have going on.
I think what we have going on now is elite merger.
I think as someone who's studied Chinese Communist Party influence operations, The past decade, they really focused on dominating the narrative when it came to China's ascent and China's rise, and they really wanted to dupe the American people and our politicians into thinking that China was an ally and a competitor and all these euphemistic terms.
But what I think we're realizing now Something that, of course, you on the Committee on Present Danger China have known for a very long time is that the Chinese Communist Party is our existential threat, but they're no longer content with just manipulating narratives about China.
They're now in full steam ahead when it comes to wanting to really implement and spread, frankly, metastasized They're authoritarian sort of state capitalist model here in the United States.
We, of course, see this aided and abetted with entities like the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations.
So the infiltration aspect, I think we can rest our case.
I think that is proven. | ||
Just go to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
But I think now we need to focus on really the malign Agenda that they're now seeking to roll out with these apparatchiks that they have embedded already.
Okay, here's what I don't get.
You got Gaffney's done this book with all the community in the present danger, hundreds of hours.
I just bought it. | ||
Everybody's got to buy this thing right now.
Okay, fine. I got Natalie, who's the top investigative reporter, dedicated her life to this.
She's saying, hey, leak capture.
We're even maybe another stage merger.
They're all working together. You were in the apparatus.
You were over at D&I. How can we possibly be here today when it's 8 May 2023?
78 years ago, we won one of the greatest military victories, if not the greatest military victory in world history.
And here, 78 years later, not just an invasion of southern border, the greatest existential threat we've ever had Right?
By our allies. | ||
And Frank's book shows that the crimes against Lao-Beijing, who bled with us in World War II, fighting Imperial Japan.
We abandoned them. | ||
The State Department abandoned them.
McCarthy pointed it out.
We abandoned them to the Chinese Communist Party that have ruled on them.
How can we be in a situation today that the apparatus is not all over getting this existential threat, at least out of the United States, our universities, and particularly the U.S. government?
It's really simple. You either prioritize your efforts against the number one adversary, that is the CCP for the United States, or you have Joe Biden and his spokesperson literally yesterday go out and tell the world that China is our strategic competitor.
What is that? Diplomatic speed for hot garbage?
We are. | ||
And have been at war with the CCP. They've been at war with us, actually, more poignantly speaking.
And that's because warfare has changed from 78 years ago.
Warfare today is us getting our asses kicked in space by China.
Us getting our asses handed to us underwater, under the deep sea.
And then us having China intrude on our cyber capabilities.
Now, in the Trump administration, you reprioritize the intelligence framework.
It's called the NIPF. You make the CCP a tier one operator and you target them exclusively all day long with as much manning as you can.
But when you and the Biden administration set tier one goals of the sun and climate change and the weather and transgender this and equity that, then you take all of our operators off of the cyber warfare campaign that the CCP is leveraging and you put them on that.
And this is how they're getting at us.
It is war by a different definition.
One of the things he's talking about, we now know John Kerry's been having secret negotiations, secret discussions with the Chinese Communist Party about a partnership on climate change.
Hang on one second, Frank Gaffney.
I'll get to kinetic warfare in the next segment.
President Donald J. Trump.
And he says, look, Steve, I know you and the CCP and Xi, you guys are the hardest core of the hardcore, your whole team.
But as bad as that is, I think that the administrative state and the deep state is our number one enemy.
Frank Gaffney, you've been at this for 40 or 50 years.
Your thoughts? Well, look, the truth of the matter is, I don't think I would agree with...
The characterization of merger, because merger suggests that there are equals partnering.
I think what we have, whether it's the deep state or whether these old friends of China, as they call them, are completely subordinate to the Chinese Communist Party.
It remains the case that the mortal threat we face comes, I believe, from Beijing, and it is being executed through both their own external forces as well as those they control internally.
And let's be clear, Every single one of those who are friends of China, every single bureaucrat that is enabling its agenda will be the first put against the wall and shot by the Chinese communists if they actually manage to get their hands on us.
And the reason, Steve, that we started with that crimes against humanity charge is not only because it's the most monstrous in the history of the world, as we were talking about yesterday, I think, but it's the Keep in mind for us if they can get their hands on us.
And look no further than the, you know, biological warfare they waged against us, killing a million of us, the fentanyl chemical warfare, and the rest of it.
That's what's in store for us if we go down without a fight.
We're gonna hold you through the break.
Natalie's gonna hang through the break.
Cash is in the house. The book is the indictment.
You can get it at Amazon.
It's in bookstores tomorrow.

The book is out tomorrow.
The indictment will have other people that were part of this on the show the rest of the week.
How do people get the book, sir?
Well, as of tomorrow, you can get it, I think, just about everywhere.
Look for this cover, the indictment.
And let me just say, Steve, what we're trying to do is respond to what I think is the sense now that most Americans have that something's wrong here with China.
They may not understand fully what it is.
We want to connect the dots for them by demonstrating in nine charges how the Chinese Communist Party has been acting as our mortal enemy and most especially in 20 specific steps how we can do something about that other than lose.
And that's what they have in mind for us.
Present Danger China is the great resource for the various webinars and also securingamerica.tv, our television program, Real America's Voice, which synthesizes a lot of this as well.
It's amazing. The book's the indictment.
Okay, we're going to be pushing this up on all the chat rooms.
Let's go ahead and order it. You got to get up to speed on this.
Frank, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here. Thank you, Steve.
God bless. Natalie, real quick, does Comer have to put up or shut up on Wednesday?
I mean, do we have to see something?
He's indicted people. Is it now time to, and I think the New York Post, big breaking story right now at the Post, does Comer have to put up or shut up?
It's sink or swim. | ||
I think this is the moment where when we see our congressional leaders telling us that they have the evidence that the DOJ should wait to indict Hunter Biden.
And frankly, it underscores the point that Hunter Biden is sort of a sideshow that this goes all the way up to Joe Biden, which if viewers recall, when I had Marjorie Taylor Greene on, That was what she said.
She said the receipts that they have implicate Joe Biden and Joe Biden alone.
So I think if they're going to tell the DOJ to wait to indict Hunter, they need to have some very solid, very legitimate receipts to back up that claim.
And for the sake of the country, I hope they do.
Natalie, how do people get to all your great reporting and social media?
I'm Natalie G. Winters on all platforms, and make sure you go to warroom.org and sign up for the newsletter.
We're putting exclusive content on the newsletter, so make sure you go and get it today.
Natalie, thank you very much for the reporting and the presentation.
Thank you, ma'am. I'm going to get you back on Wednesday to talk about this Comer thing because New York Post is breaking a huge story right now.
But I got to turn something on. I got you in-house.
You were good enough to give us the song so we could break it here.
It became number one the first day.
President Trump, when we did the thing, first thing he mentioned, he got a number one hit.
But, of course, the Washington Post behind Trump's musical tribute.
Cash has got us in more trouble.
unidentified
|
Cash, what's the Washington Post tell us?
A magnificent song, Pledge of Allegiance, the Star Spangled Banner, all of it from the J6 choir.
Why is the Washington Post not happy?
Why are they not pleased it's the number one song in the country?
Because it's Jan 6th. | ||
But listen, on Wednesday, and I will come back, Comer can either become Adam Schiff or Devin Nunes.
He can hold blank envelopes up or he can put out the information.
We'll talk about it on Wednesday. So yeah, the Washington Post keeps...
That's a big... Do you agree? That's a big day?
Big day. It's the day for congressional oversight.
Yeah, the Washington Post apparently keeps writing articles about the number one song in the country.
They're not happy. They're not fans.
They're not fans of you. Well, they hate me, but they don't, of course, get their facts right.
They're like, we cut specific footage from in-house jails.
We use public footage that the media put out themselves because we knew they would write articles like this.
So now you can go stuff it.
But it's the number one song.
It was the number one song. And here's the funny thing about Justice for All.
The great part is we're raising a ton of money.
Yes. The funny thing is the Washington Post keeps doing our publicity work for us.
That's the comical piece of it.
And here's the side kicker that I think's the cherry.
So Billboard, when you hit number one on Billboard, they, not us, by their own rules, have to make plaques for every producer that was involved in the song.
So whatever, Taylor Swift or whoever other boobs we knocked off of, number one, You know who they have to make a number one Billboard plaque for?
Donald J. Trump. They love that.
And you should see the traffic between Billboard and us right now.
They could not be less enthusiastic to give this man another number one award.
But that's what he does. He puts out number ones.
I was glad to produce it. They got to put one in my name, which is hilarious, but...
Is this an indictment? You see that ABC, when we start with ABC, we're going to finish with that.
We're going to come full circle.
When Harrington talks about the spread, you've got Trump at 45, thingamajig at 38, seven-point spread.
He came and get to 40. | ||
Is that an indictment about everything they did on J6? Because the insurrectionists or the people they accused of being the insurrectionists, now the American people say, we want this crowd back in office and we want to sort this country out.
I think it's a collection of indictments, and Donald Trump just happens to be the target.
Whether it's all the people during January 6th in the insurrection, whether it's a classified documents case which hasn't reached an indictment, or Donald Trump's case in New York which did reach an indictment, and whatever's gonna happen down in Georgia, as Donald Trump has said.
They're coming to him with lawfare, no doubt.
They're coming to him, but they're also, what he says after that is, they're coming after you, I'm just in the way.
And what America has stood up for now and started to listen to is the theme I've been telling President Trump to run with all along, two-tier system of justice.
It is the theme that wins us the next presidential election, and we have succeeded because of programs like yours to defeat the conspiratorial bogus narratives, and Trump has shown them every day.
All kidding aside, you're in federal court right now?
That's been filed to get your book out?
It's filed in D.C. federal court.
Where else would you go to play?
We drew an Obama judge. | ||
We drew Cooper, the guy that had the Sussman case.
Can you believe this? Can you make this stuff up?
We'll see how that goes, but we're going to get it out.
Thank you for coming by. This is great.
Now that you're here, you've got to come by.
We want your co-hosts every time you're in town.
Next time I'm in town, I'll be right back here.

It's make or break. No, no.
Wednesday morning, live from Florida.
Okay, fine. I'll do it. And you agree it's make or break.
And I think very highly of Comer and what they're doing, but it's make or break.
And we'll talk about it on Wednesday.
Remember, and this is the reality, Schiff held up documents in a manila envelope and said, I have the evidence, and it was never released because it didn't exist.
He lied. Devin and I put them out in a methodical fashion.
He doesn't have to give us everything on Wednesday.
He just has to start giving it to us.
