| The only one that happened was the U.S. Attorney, I think it's Bill Swan, in Philadelphia, who was running for governor, had sent a letter to Maine Justice, said, hey, there's massive voter fraud. | ||
| We've got to look into this. Maine Justice Bill Barr said to stand down. | ||
| And the only one that didn't respond to the Epoch Times report for the FOIA request and still has not is Philadelphia. | ||
| So Bill Barr is a stone-cold liar, and this is one of the reasons this republic's in jeopardy, because of Bill Barr. | ||
| And then he also lied about Antifa. | ||
| They're too dark, we couldn't. He did nothing in the summer of 2020 when the country was being burned down. | ||

| So let me take them in the order you took them in and just say, look, yeah, FOIA fan had FOIA'd all of the battleground U.S. attorney's offices. | ||
| They've all actually now responded and basically they came up with the null set. | ||
| In addition to Bill McSwain in Philadelphia, who Barr told to stand down, there was the U.S. attorney in Florida Who also wanted to do a statewide investigation, and he's a former law partner of Matt Gaetz. | ||
| He was told to stand down by Barr as well. | ||
| So obviously, what gives when Barr professes in a November 9, 2020 memo to want to investigate the election, but then the evidence actually comes out and suggests that basically nothing was done except Some kabuki dances about whether there were suitcases or actual ballot containers at the convention center in Georgia. | ||
| So that's been a long disappointment. | ||
| And I don't think that the American people is going to forget about that, even though they're trying to sweep it under the rug. | ||
| But the latest thing, Steve, that happened on Friday was that Barr went to talk to the Cleveland Club. | ||
| And, you know, it was largely a fawning exercise. | ||
| At the very end, I would urge your viewers to look it up. | ||
| Geraldo Rivera asks a question and says Barr's his favorite person in D.C. And I think, you know, certainly you have to check your conservative credentials if Geraldo Rivera thinks that you're the bee's knees. | ||
| But the main thing I wanted to focus on that he said at this appearance was Look, he was asked about January 6th versus the Portland riots in the summer of 2020, where that happened night after night after night. | ||
| It wasn't just a few hours on January 6th. | ||
| And what he said was, oh, you know, we really couldn't. | ||
| Very tough to make a case there because they attacked at night. | ||
| They were wearing dark clothing and masks. | ||
| It's just hard to track them down. | ||
| We know that this makes absolutely no sense, particularly because they attacked night after night. | ||
| The FBI agents could have gone, rounded them up, found their IDs in their back pocket or wherever they kept it. | ||
| Okay, stop, stop, stop. | ||
| That's a bald face. Let's be blunt. | ||
| What he said about the elections is a bald-faced lie, and he told the President of the United States that in the Oval Office. | ||
| What he's told here, that's the best he's got, that is a bald-faced lie. | ||
| Oh, they're wearing dark equipment. | ||
| They put no Tiger teams together. | ||
| The Justice Department did nothing to stop the burning of the country by BLM and Antifa radicals in the summer of love of 2020. | ||

| And Steve, I can't, you know, since I participated in the process of what to do about Portland, I can't tell you about the internal deliberations except to say that there were a lot of tools that could have been used. | ||
| Let's talk about the ones that Barr mentions. | ||
| In his book, actually, he says, Oh, you know, there was the Insurrection Act and he concedes that he actually participated in using the Insurrection Act against the rioters from the Rodney King riots back in the 90s. | ||
| So, you know, you might like immediately ask yourself, what's the difference? | ||
| Like, wasn't this actually worse? | ||
| I mean, this was going on. Night after night, they were attacking the federal courthouse, the Marco Hatfield courthouse, with commercial-grade fireworks that could have burned the building down, with ball bearings that could smash the glass, with other kind of incendiary devices. | ||
| I mean, it was crazy. | ||
| It clearly could have been stopped. | ||
| And even if you took Barr at face value in saying that they were wearing dark clothing so we couldn't figure out who they were, then that just feeds right into the Insurrection Act. | ||
| Because 10 U.S.C. 252, which is part of the Insurrection Act, says that if it's impracticable to use ordinary law enforcement tools, then that's when the president can declare the insurrection. | ||
| Use the National Guard and use federal troops to actually put down a riot like this. | ||
| So then Barr's response to that in his book is, well, but, you know, there might have been riots in a bunch of cities and we really didn't have the capacity to go after them all. | ||
| I mean, it's just one ridiculous excuse after another. | ||
| It's a lie. It's a lie. These are ball-faced lies. | ||
| By the way, it doesn't even deal with the investment. | ||

| You put up four million hits, four million downloads, then it was taken off, but it totally counters the narrative of what went on here, and they're calling this guy a neo-Nazi. | ||
| They're trying to make him like a white supremacist. | ||

| Family friend forwarded that email or that video that you're watching right now to me. | ||
| They were in that restaurant. | ||
| They forwarded that video and said, look, this is video of the shooter. | ||
| This is what is breaking news across the country. | ||
| This is the biggest story not only on broadcast television but on Twitter and other social media platforms. | ||
| So I got the video and I wanted to get ahead of the curve, get ahead of the narrative. | ||
| That the shooter was going to be some, quote, white supremacist or one of these, you know, normal talking points that the left and the media likes to put out after a shooting like this. | ||
| So I did contemplate whether or not to push out the video because, as you can see, it is very graphic. | ||
| We tried to blur some of the images there on your screen, but I pushed it out on Twitter. | ||
| He got over four million views in less than about an hour and a half, Steve. | ||
| And what I noticed is prior to the video, that story in Allen, Texas, the shooting, was number one trending. | ||
| It was always trending towards the top. | ||
| Now, as soon as that video got four million views, it quickly, Steve, disappeared from trending at all, despite you can turn on every mainstream media broadcaster talking about it. | ||
| You can go to any website. | ||
| on the internet from a news organization, they're talking about it. | ||
| But for some reason, Twitter did not have the shooting in Allen, Texas trending in their news section or their trending section. | ||
| And I think, Steve, it's because The narrative of who this shooter was, or who they presumed it was, was broken by that video that was shared on the internet over four million times. | ||
| And people now know that it wasn't a white neo-national supremist. | ||
| That's not the narrative. | ||
| And I'll call out the Wall Street Journal. | ||
| They were actually, from what I can understand, the first publication to come out and say, Likely a white supremacist. | ||
| Before the video was even released. | ||
| Before anybody knew who this guy was, or who it was. | ||
| It wasn't a guy, it was just a suspect. | ||
| So, shame on the Wall Street Journal. | ||
| They were the first, but everyone else followed, and just copy-paste, Steve. | ||

| They take the main train routes to Juarez, to Reynosa, Matamoros. | ||
| And that's why you have these big concentration camps on the Mexican side, which now they're making their entry into the U.S. in mass numbers. | ||
| And those are the images that we're seeing now in El Paso, Brownsville, McAllen, Laredo. | ||
| And here in Acuña, it's been dormant since we had the Haitian invasion. | ||
| But once again, we're seeing activity. | ||
| Same thing in Piedras Negras and EcoPass where prior to CBP-1 being implemented, we'd see mass numbers crossing every single day. | ||

| If you look at what has happened in Texas recently, there was something called HB 20. | ||
| That was legislation that leaders in Texas put forward, state legislation that would have created Texas Border Defense Force. | ||
| The Texas GOP did not want that to happen. | ||
| So they opposed HB 20 legislation. | ||
| And in doing so, they authored a policy paper opposing HB 20 and implementing and suggesting as the alternatives The exact language of the United Nations migration policy, right? So what you have is a lobbyist group, which is called Texas—it's actually the American Immigration Council. | ||

| And this is a— The texasgopvote.com is where a lot of money comes on for a lot of people in Texas, a lot of senators from Texas, GOP Republican senators. | ||
| And what they are advocating is a safe, secure, open border. | ||
| That's literally the language that they use. | ||
| So we have moved from immigration law and immigration policies, where you have legal and illegal immigration, to the migration policies of the United Nations and globalist organizations, and globalist NGOs, as you just referenced, right? | ||
| And what these people talk about, what do they advocate? | ||
| Texas GOP is saying that we need to address the border issue, we need more migrant processing centers, we need humanitarian policies and processing, you know, and so on and so on. | ||
| Everything is aimed at ensuring More and more and more migration. | ||
| So it is an obliteration of sovereignty. | ||
| They're going around Congress. | ||
| They're going around the legislators. | ||
| They are going around the American people on both sides, Democrat and Republican. | ||
| They are going around voters. | ||
| They are actively opposing legislation that would give Texas, under state law, The right and the means to secure the border on their own without the federal government. | ||
| And they are assisting the federal government in their open border policy. | ||
| For a long time, they've been hiding behind Title 42, which is a joke, because the pandemic has been over for so long. | ||
| And it has been really a policy that should not have been in effect. | ||
| And most importantly of all, they are doing absolutely nothing to secure the border. | ||
| So you talk about a thousand people coming over in a day. | ||

| Not even in the great state of Texas, where I live, are the Texas leaders doing anything to secure the border. | ||

| What has happened in the Biden administration is that the situation has gotten worse and worse and worse because there is no immigration enforcement anymore. | ||
| This is, what they talk about is the safe, orderly, secure, you know, regular flows of migration versus irregular flows of migration. | ||
| And the policies that have been put in place have been completely ineffective. | ||
| So a while ago, Governor Abbott implemented Operation Lone Star, under which he sent extra resources down to the border. | ||
| So what Nick Soto is reporting is no different to any other part of Operation Lone Star. | ||
| They know that this is coming with the end of Title 42. | ||
| How do they know it? Because they are getting intelligence from the Mexican side of the border that tell them that all the way along the border, whether you're talking about Nueva Laredo, which is across from Laredo, or Matamoros, or Miguel Aleman, or, you know, any of these areas on the Mexican side, Juarez even, across from El Paso, they are packed with thousands upon thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants waiting to cross. | ||
| And so they know that this flood is coming, and they're doing almost nothing about it. | ||
| In fact, what they have done is move agents from the line, which is where they're out trying to secure the border, in order to do migrant care. | ||
| And this is this migrant care language is the language of both the GOP and of the Democrats. | ||
| I mean, if you want to see a unit party, you're looking at it right in the face because no one is talking about the cartels. | ||
| No one is talking about a secure border. | ||
| And instead, what they're doing is implementing policies. | ||
| I mean, here's a classic example, right? | ||
| You had the mass shooting in Allen, Texas this weekend. | ||
| You have conservative media outlets still talking about this as a white supremacist. | ||
| They are ignoring the fact that the perpetrator, the gunman who killed those people, including children, inside the mall in Texas this weekend was not white, okay? | ||
| He was Hispanic. | ||
| And you can see it from photographs of him. | ||
| If you look at the tattoo on his hand in the one photograph that they released, That is a tattoo that belongs to a Tier 1 gang in the state of Texas. | ||
| Well, what are Tier 1 gangs? | ||
| Going back to 2009, Texas began ranking gangs depending on how close they were to the Mexican cartels. | ||
| So now you have the tattoo of a Tier 1 gang member. | ||
| He is Hispanic. | ||
| He is non-white. And yet everybody is reporting this as another white supremacist shooting in the state of Texas. | ||
| And in the same weekend, you have a guy plowing into illegal immigrants on the side of the road in Brownsville, Texas, which is a total mess, because every single system in this state is overwhelmed right now. | ||
| Every single system. | ||
| So you want to know what are the Texas leaders doing about it? | ||
| What is the great state of Texas doing about it? | ||
| Absolutely nothing. | ||
| You ask the ranchers in South Texas, what is happening to their land and to their property rights? | ||
| Every time they step out of their door, they have no idea what they're facing. | ||
| Right? They have absolutely no idea. | ||
| There is petty theft and crime, destruction of property all across their ranches. | ||
| And, you know, you might think, well, I don't own a ranch. | ||
| I don't care. They have a bunch of rednecks in Texas. | ||
| I don't care. Imagine if it was your house or your property. | ||
| Because let me tell you, many of the people in South Texas are Hispanic. | ||
| Right? They're not white. | ||
| They're not white supremacists and white rednecks. | ||
| If you don't care about white people anymore, you think they deserve everything they get? | ||
| Well, how about you care about all the Hispanic Americans who live in those towns and cities, who are facing the same issues? | ||
| You have, again, in Plainview, Texas, You have an incident just this past you know in the last couple of weeks where you have a six-year-old in the classroom a six-year-old girl being forced to carry out oral sex on another six-year-old boy while other six-year-old boys watched and one of them filmed this and you have the school not caring about it not doing anything to help the families do you really think that these type of families who have strong family values all across the state of Texas, | ||
| that they want an open border, where you are letting in sex traffickers and you are letting in the cartels, right? | ||
| I mean, do you really think that this is what people want? | ||
| There is no security and there is no sovereignty and there is no United States with an open border. | ||
| It doesn't matter how secure they claim it is. | ||
| We know that there are not even enough teachers to teach the languages of the people that are coming across the border. | ||
