Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
crom carmichael
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
unidentified
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Thanks for watching.
Are we maximizing the resources that we have to deliver the most effective results?
And under that definition, we are doing so very much to gain operational control.
So that is my response.
ron johnson
But you are failing Miserably.
Four to five million people, 1.4 million unknown Godaways.
We have no idea who those people are, what kind of security they risk.
You're not giving me any stats whatsoever in terms of the number of people that are human trafficked, how many young girls are sex trafficked.
You don't have a clue. You wouldn't even answer how many dead bodies, which is very well documented, at the border.
Do you not care?
Do you not have just an ounce of human compassion for what your open border policy, the type of human depredations it is causing?
You just sit there looking with a blank look on your face.
And you're saying it's a priority.
If it's a priority, how did we let four to five million people in this country in a little more than two years?
Four to five million people.
The population of 20 to almost 30 states, and you're saying this is a priority?
Mr. Secretary, you ought to resign.
unidentified
Senator Johnson, I'd like you to respond.
Well, I have a number of responses.
The senator mischaracterizes our policies with respect to the security of the southern border.
alejandro mayorkas
The senator, of course, disparagingly mischaracterizes our commitment to address human trafficking and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals.
unidentified
including children. And the Senator misstates the data because he confuses encounters with unique individuals.
But a number of things I'd have to say in addition to the Senator's statements.
And I would look forward to doing so, Senator Johnson, subsequent to this hearing.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you, Mr.
Secretary....you have there. You're asking for a 342 % increase in the funding for combating child exploitation.
You want to know why that is?
Let me tell you, because you won't tell me candidly.
The reason is that your policies have led to 345,000 unaccompanied children entering this country, which now the New York Times in multiple articles has revealed what that's led to in the quality of their lives.
You apparently believe this to be a game, Mr.
Mayorkus. I think that's why all the acrimonious interchanges that happen over and over.
Even, you know, the last time that I asked you whether you maintained that we have operational control back in November, and you said yes, and we're trying to make it, and we're trying to do more every day.
They played that on 60 Minutes.
And let me tell you this.
It wasn't because 60 Minutes is a fan of mine.
It is my testimony that the border is secure and we are working every day, day and night, to increase its security.
The challenges that we are experiencing at the border cannot be overstated.
natalie winters
Welcome to The War Room.
It's Natalie Winters, not Stephen K. Bannon, running the show today.
A very packed show at that.
We're going to start on the southern border, the impending doom that's going on there.
We're going to head over to dystopian California, Then talk to Cain from obviously the very loved website, Citizen Free Press, and conclude by talking to Darren Beattie about the insurrection, fedsurrection, whatever you want to call it, certainly the latest example of how our own federal government has been weaponized against us.
There's probably no better example of that happening than the whole debacle, the whole crisis that is immigration, both legal and illegal.
I think we should have Todd Bentzman down the line joining us to talk about what you just saw in the cold open.
That is, of course, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
I guess we're sort of picking up where we left off yesterday's shows.
We had Senator Roger Marshall from Kansas, who You introduced a resolution to actually have a vote of no confidence on the secretary, but you saw some pretty explosive comments, accusations, I would say valid accusations against the secretary.
So while we have you, Todd, can you sort of walk us through, before we get to your wonderful piece in the New York Post, just your thoughts, your reactions to the hearing that we saw unfold?
todd bensman
Well, I have to laugh every time I see the secretary call the border secure.
I just came from there, spent The last week in Juarez and it was just complete pandemonium with thousands of immigrants pouring over the river and into the US and being allowed in and just still going on to this day.
But I think what this boils down to really is a difference in definitions.
They're not asking the right question.
The question that they should be asking him is, what is your definition of border security?
Because I guarantee you that his definition is not like any of the rest of our definition.
His definition is really about accommodating the flow into the US with the least pooling up at the border that television cameras can see.
If he can get people moving through and not pulling up, that's security to him.
To the rest of us, security is stop, block, deter, shut it down, the human beings are not coming over.
That's what most of us think of as security.
natalie winters
Sure, the left has never been very good at definitions.
They can't even define what a woman is.
But I want to get into your really wonderful piece.
It's up in the New York Post. The title of it is, Human Tidal Wave is Waiting for Border to Open May 11th-Biden Has No Plan.
To stop it. Now, I want to get into the nitty-gritty details, the legality, talk about Title VIII, but if you can just sort of give us, again, a boots on the ground firsthand knowledge, really an insider account since you've spent so much time on the border.
Impending doom is a big word to use.
I used it in my open, but I think it's valid.
Can you explain what exactly constitutes this doom?
todd bensman
What we're seeing, I mean, first of all, we're already in a tidal wave.
We've been in the tidal wave in an onslaught for two years straight.
But I don't know if you can pump steroids into that, but that's about what's going to happen.
It's just going to be really much more vigorous numbers.
You're going to start to see, like now, it's already begun.
I saw it down there in Juarez, where the numbers of people just making a rush on the border is already happening.
It's increasing in the places where they can get across.
They're turning themselves in, and the Biden administration, Mayorkas, is admitting them.
So, as they admit them, those admitted people send selfies back down the line and everybody comes, and that's the snowball effect that we're about to see.
Now, that's happening now, and I'll leave you to ask me about the nitty-gritty if you'd like, but there are probably somewhere between 40,000 and 80 and 100,000 immigrants pooled up inside Mexico right now and with many,
many thousands, tens of thousands right now coming through the Darien Gap, as my colleague Michael Yan and Ben Berquam and Oscar L. Blue have been reporting down there.
That's where you need to keep your eye to know what's coming to the border very soon.
natalie winters
Certainly a bottleneck.
If you can just walk our viewers through, the piece really gets into Title 42 versus sort of the deflection point that the Biden regime is using, the concept of Title 8.
I know immigration, it's this grand concept, but it really boils down to the law, right?
Illegal versus legal.
So can you just differentiate what exactly they're repealing here, what they are at least purporting to replace it with?
todd bensman
Title 42 is not an immigration measure.
It's a public health measure.
CDC has the ability to call it.
Donald Trump put Title 42 in place where you can repel and instantly expel every single migrant that comes in illegally back to Mexico immediately without providing access to our broken asylum system.
And this is very important.
Title 42 kept people from abusing that asylum system.
So what's going to happen now is, and the Biden administration has reduced use of Title 42 from Trump's 80 % to about 35%.
Trump's 90 % to 35%.
So what they're going to do is get rid of that last bit and put in place a new plan.
And my column should have said that the Biden administration has no real plan, no actual plan.
They do have a plan on paper.
But the plan that they're going to replace 42 with It's something that's been around for years and years and years and has been abused for years and years called Title VIII, expedited removal.
Remember that. It's going to become the common currency.
We're going to be talking about this a lot.
And that is where they can come in and we place you in an expedited removal.
But the Biden's plan has these huge loopholes in it.
As I point out in the New York Post piece today, what those loopholes are.
For example, no unaccompanied minors will be subject to it.
So all unaccompanied minors are told right now that you have a free ride right over the border.
You come over that border and you're in.
So we've had 350, 400,000 unaccompanied minors on world record already come in in the last two years.
You're going to see that go from like this to like this.
Family units, have another loophole called the Flores Agreement, Google it, Flores Settlement, where we can't hold them for longer than 21 days.
So the detention centers will fill up quickly and they'll just let everybody go.
They all know that they're going to get to go in.
If you claim asylum, they'll give you a quick screening and if they decline you, you have five different ways to rebut it and appeal to the cows come home.
In the meantime, you get let in.
If you get rejected for an asylum claim, all you have to do is say, I fear being returned to Mexico, and you get a pass.
Really, every category of immigrant gets in.
The administration is preparing buses and planes.
There are surging resources and people.
They're building new tents everywhere.
They just put 300 new troops in Juarez.
Stop me if I'm running on too long.
But it's all designed not to stop them, but to facilitate and accommodate the flow.
And that is really something very outside of mainstream American politics.
Nothing like that has ever happened.
All administrations, even Democrats, have followed the law, which says you have to deport, detain and deport.
natalie winters
I was going to say, they always say comprehensive immigration reform.
That's the old buzzword now.
It'll probably be Title VIII, but I guess this is what comprehensive immigration reform looks like.
I'm just curious, you have about two minutes before we've got to jump to break, and I'd love to hold you over.
If I can, but you've obviously studied this very closely.
And again, it comes to really the internal question of the Biden regime.
Is it incompetence or is it intentional?
And like you just said, this really is an unprecedented level of just chaos on the southern border, but they're accommodating this, let's call it what it is, invasion.
So can you just sort of reflect?
And again, like I said, we've got a minute, but just the historical kind of precedent and how unprecedented really this is.
todd bensman
Yes, in one minute.
Well, first of all, my book, Overrun, has a chapter on this, so I'll refer you to chapter four, The New Theologians of my book, Overrun, which is all about this invasion, this border crisis.
But this is very, very much intentional.
This is purposeful policy because the ideology for it is coming from a very, very hard left-wing progressive coalition or part of the Democratic Party coalition that has always been very outspoken about, you know, there are no borders.
Borders are inhumane.
Detention is cruel.
Deportation is terrible.
Everybody should go wherever they want, when they want, into the country.
They all have human rights and civil rights, and they have an entitlement to come into the United States.
And it's this whole ideology. And it tracks perfectly everything that we've seen this administration do tracks perfectly with every aspect of that ideology.
natalie winters
Certainly. And hang with us through the break.
I have one more question I want to ask you.
We've got Todd Benzman joining us.
We'll have Kane from Citizen Free Press, Darren Beattie.
We're going to keep drilling down into what's going on.
These words, you know, open borders, open society, global government, they should scare you.
But stick around. We'll be right back.
We've got about a 90-second break.
Todd Benzman joining me.
Hang in there. The elites love illegal and legal immigration because it's the surefire way to suppress your wages and make them more economically reliant on the federal government.
But that's of course why we love companies like MyPillow who are not only very, very committed to making sure that their products are made here in the USA, but are of course committed to hiring Americans and of course supporting election integrity and election security.
We've got to vote out people like Joe Biden, so Alejandro Mayorkas doesn't even have the honor of getting to sit in front of those senators and be grilled.
We need real, fair, accurate elections, so that's why you should support.
Probably one of the biggest fighters on that front, Mike Lindell.
Make sure you use promo code WARROOM. My humble opinion, the best promo code there is, the best deals, like I said yesterday.
They have some pretty cool beach towels and, of course, MyPillow 2.0.
Definitely worth it. I know that's what Steve uses.
That's how he stays on top of his game so much.
I can only try to be as good as him.
But before we let Todd go, I had one quick question I wanted to ask him.
People may have seen it's sort of been making its way of the news cycle, but in New York City, some health officials sort of kind of just in a passing remark, Mentioned that only like half of these immigrants or illegal immigrants who are being bussed into New York City from the southern border have been vaccinated against very basic diseases like polio and tetanus.
And some of these diseases, they've sort of been resurging in local level outbreaks.
I'm just curious, the connection between public health and illegal immigration, it seems like there's a pretty, I would say, natural mutual exclusivity there.
But real quick, what are your thoughts on that?
And at the end, if you want to give us your socials and how people can get to you and your book, that would be wonderful.
todd bensman
Well, we should all just remember that and keep in mind that 40 % of everyone who is reaching our border It's coming from 155 countries other than Mexico and Central America, the ones that we're used to seeing.
This is truly a multinational, a real kind of Star Trek deck of people coming through from all over the world and from countries where, you know, public health systems don't even exist, frankly, or the public health systems are, you know, wanting.
So you're going to have diseases coming over that border with the people that you don't normally see.
And because that is one of these kind of taboo topics, you can't talk about the disease ridden immigrants, you know, like it's some kind of a terrible connection to make that you're stereotyping.
You're probably not going to see very much media reporting on this, if any at all.
You said that you saw this in the New York Post.
Okay, well, you know, they've got the guts to put something out like that.
But I believe that you're going to that we already have a lot of very We can look forward to that as being among many other long-term consequences of this mass migration crisis.
natalie winters
Diversity is our strength, as I'm sure the left would tell us, even if it comes to having a more diverse array of infectious diseases that you can contract here in the United States.
Todd, where can people follow you and your work and your book?
todd bensman
Right. I work for the Center for Immigration Studies, CIS.org.
You can find my postings there.
And for my general media, you can find me at ToddBenzman.com.
My new book is called Overrun, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S. History.
That is all about this particular crisis, two years on the border and beyond, all the way into Central America.
All my reporting in there about how this thing started.
I'm on Getter, T. Benzman Getter, and Twitter, Benzman Todd.
natalie winters
Follow me. Thanks, Todd, for joining us.
Only in Joe Biden's America will they mandate you take an experimental mRNA vaccine, otherwise you'll lose your job.
Meanwhile, they want to import a bunch of unvaccinated people to also take your jobs.
I think that's America last.
To the T. But speaking of how we're going to fight back against that and come together, get together, I think we have Dr.
Is it Sigmund? Karen Sigmund.
I'm working on that name for some reason.
It's hard for me to pronounce. Dr.
Sigmund joining us down the line talking about the American Freedom Alliance event that is happening very soon.
Before we get into the details of that event, real quick because I'm a California girl originally.
I'm pretty sure you guys are based out in California, which is where the event is happening.
And from what I understand, I'm aware of what your group has done.
You guys really used to focus on California politics and immigration, assimilation and cultural issues.
And it seems like this event is sort of unique in that you're sort of going to the more meta level, right?
And you're talking about what the ultimate agenda is, how immigration and these other issues are being used to advance really what is global governance and really just the abandonment of Personal liberty, your ability to leave your house if you're not vaccinated against, you know, disease X. So can you just sort of talk about that shift in terms of what American Freedom Alliance is doing and this conference, what you guys are going to focus on?
karen siegemund
Well, you're very right about this particular one are being focused on, as you say, the meta level.
World War III, it's hard to get more meta than that.
It pretty much encompasses absolutely everything from the global to the personal to the cellular, really.
It includes absolutely everything.
Everything that we're seeing now.
But our prior one was Globalist Puppet Masters, which was also on the meta level, and before that was propaganda.
Generally speaking, we've taken on the bigger threats.
On the other hand, we have been narrower, like about California, as you say.
We also did one on school shootings, because not only is it a horrifying thing, but it's a freedom issue when they take these horrific events that have nothing to do with the gun, but they used them as an excuse for going after Second Amendment.
So we've tried to, generally speaking, take on pretty big issues.
Yes, incursion.
Yes, immigration issues.
Yes, destroying free speech.
But we also did one, I think this might be one of the ones you're alluding to, California from gold to dust.
That was I'm very specific about what on earth happened to California.
You said you're a California girl, as am I. I grew up not far down the road from you.
And watching this once great, once golden state deteriorate, again, not through carelessness, but by design, is excruciatingly painful.
We do the micro, we do the macro, we do it all, but we really try to pivot to what the main threats are, and these days the main threats is that co-joining of the macro and the micro, when our very cellular integrity is now at risk because of globalist incursions, you know, It's everything.
It's literally everything.
Of course. This conference, World War III, What can you jam into two days?
natalie winters
Yeah, how can the War Room audience and Posse attend, get involved?
I know if the Southern Poverty Law Center is attacking you guys, it means you should be there.
But how can the War Room Posse get there and attend?
karen siegemund
Not only are many of our speakers War Room speakers, including Steve himself, but also a lot of our attendees are War Room Posse.
You can find the links on all of this at our website, AmericanFreedomAlliance.com.
If you scroll down a little bit, you'll find the links.
And we have a code, as you said before, the very best coupon code WARROOM will get you 25 % off.
It's two days with a dinner on Saturday where Douglas Murray will be speaking.
We have Ed Dowd, Steve Bannon, Frank Gaffney, Joe Allen, Dave Walsh, so many of the speakers who your audience knows and loves.
So, yeah, Trevor Loudon, Steve Coughlin, John Mills, Dr.
Reckdenwald, Dr. Thayer, they're all gonna be there speaking, and the audience that we draw loves you all, loves freedom, loves truth, loves America, and wants to do everything to fight these incursions against our national sovereignty, our national security, and our individual liberties.
natalie winters
Of course, you guys were very clairvoyant when you named the event World War III. I think that was before Trump actually tweeted rather infamously World War III about a week ago.
But I just want to ask on behalf of the War Room Posse, who either is blessed to not live in California or doesn't want to make the trek out to Gavin Newsom's hellscape, how can they watch it virtually?
Are you guys going to have some sort of live streaming or after the fact?
karen siegemund
We won't, generally speaking, be live-streaming it, but we record everything that we do.
Steve's speech at our last conference is up on our Rumble channel, and all of these...
We put...
unidentified
Freedom Alliance.
karen siegemund
So his speech will...all the speeches.
Can you, are you, am I back?
natalie winters
Awesome, and just one more time. I can, one more time, what is the link that if people want to attend, where can they go to get the war room discount?
karen siegemund
I'll go to the americanfreedomalliance.org website and then there's a couple hyperlinks to purchasing the tickets and using the war room discount code for 25 % off.
Two days, a dinner, breakfast, lunch, all included.
It's going to be absolutely an astounding event.
We're, we're beyond thrilled.
To have so many of your great war room contributors, Steve.
All of your great contributors and so many war room posse people.
And they're flying in from around the country.
So it's very exciting.
natalie winters
Thank you so much. My parents went last year and I remember they texted me and they said they loved it.
So thank you so much for joining us and I hope to see you there.
Maybe my parents will.
Speaking of incursions, you guys may have seen the story.
The Chinese Communist Party is operating these secret police stations, these surveillance little outfits across the United States, not just in New York, but even in states like Nebraska and Minnesota.
It's run by the same apparatus of the Chinese Communist Party that also conducts their foreign influence operations, making mainstream media journalists, academics, think tankers, politicians toe the Chinese Communist Party's line on basically any issue.
We are definitely under attack.
We definitely are already I would say definitely early maybe the mid stages of World War three, but we'll be right back after this break Stephen K. BAM Welcome back to the war room at It's still Natalie Winters filling in for Stephen K. Bannon, but we have a pretty cool special guest, Kane from the infamous, the famous Citizen Free Press.
He shows me his traffic numbers all the time.
It's crazy. He gets like more views than I think every news site except for like 10 or 15 of them.
I think we should have him joining us down the line.
Of course, not by video.
He's the man who likes to keep his identity secret.
But can you give us a little bit of an update on your traffic?
And you were telling me earlier today about some interesting numbers when it comes to Substack and their evaluation and raising funds.
@citizenfreekane
Yeah. Hey, Natalie.
Glad to be with you. I made a 90-degree turn away from the giant monitor and the stack.
And so, yeah, you and I spoke about a month ago, actually, and in the previous Seven-day run rate traffic was about 80 million page views.
Now, as of last night, we're at about 85 million.
So Citizen Free Press continues to, you know, it's alternative media.
It's Revolver and Darren, who you're going to have on next as well.
There's been this big drive the last two years.
And so now, you know, sort of the War Room audience and the independent conservative MAGA audience has Has helped sites like ours and Revolver.
And, you know, we're 55, you know, almost 55 % of drudges traffic.
So, again, I'm super humble about it.
For people who've never been, I'll make a shameless plug.
You know, just go to citizenfreepress.com right now.
The stories load immediately.
It loads faster than any other news site.
And it's a good time.
And you mentioned that substack.
You know, I had mentioned that to you in a pre-call.
Because I thought it was interesting.
Most of my readers know about Substack because I linked to so many authors there.
And they did a venture financing round last week.
They closed it. It was for contributors.
So the 1,700 riders on Substack as well as big fans.
And they raised $7 or $8 million at a valuation of $560 million.
So that'll show you the value that venture capital is placing on alternative media.
Now, Substack obviously is not right or left.
It's any side, but it's free speech, and it shows that there's value there.
natalie winters
The truth certainly prevails.
Before I let you go, I'm just curious.
You obviously follow the news.
It's what you do. I think you work, like I said, 25 hours a day, if that's even possible, eight days a week.
You're always working.
Can you sort of give us just from your sense of the media and the polls, right?
The narrative is that the arraignment has only helped Trump, especially in the polls, but also just the kind of general vibe, the general mood out there.
As someone who really watches this with a very, very, very fine-toothed comb, do you think that's a valid claim to make?
What's been your analysis of the media fallout after the arraignment?
@citizenfreekane
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, one of the things about CFP is commenting is super easy.
You don't even have to register to make a comment.
So we get thousands of comments every day.
And the outpouring was immediate.
You know, there's a lot of Democrats who read CFP. They're sort of, obviously, conservative Democrats.
But I've got my share of Democrats and independents.
And almost to a person, people were pissed off.
And, you know, we've learned it with the Tennessee Three, right?
When you turn someone into a martyr, the emotion and the energy gets strong.
So what I've seen in my readers, in my sort of MAGA base, is exactly what I've seen in the polls.
And I pulled up the 538.
unidentified
You know, this is a straight lefty thing.
@citizenfreekane
We all know about 538.
And they've got the DeSantis-Trump numbers.
Trump, you know, I've got it on my screen.
Let me have to turn 90 degrees back to the monitor.
But they've got Trump at 50 and DeSantis at 27.
And that 23-point difference It's about six points higher than it was before the indictment.
So I do think it's real.
I think the people are rallying around Trump.
Look, I'm agnostic.
I want to win. And it's not like my opinion would matter anyway.
But I really feel like the conservative MAGA base is coalescing around Trump.
And I'm a big DeSantis fan.
I'm happy for him to come along when his time is right.
And it looks like that's probably 2028.
So yes, to answer your question, the base is confirming what you're seeing in the polls.
Trump is gaining strength.
natalie winters
Full speed ahead.
Kane, how can people come to the site and stay in touch with you on the various social media networks?
@citizenfreekane
Yeah, how about that?
Citizen Free Press Twitter account.
I've got Spencer Neal running that puppy, and he's grown it from 25,000 to over 200,000 followers.
He's at it 14 hours a day.
So normally I blow off social media, but in this case I wouldn't.
So you can check out our Twitter account, and the website is citizenfreepress.com.
And the cool thing about the site is you can leave a comment anywhere on the site, put my name in it, and I'm going to read it, and I'll answer it.
So any readers who want to ask me things, they can get ahold of me there.
And I want to say thanks again to War Room and you and Bannon, and let's keep it going for another 13 months until victory in November of 2024.
natalie winters
Indeed. Thank you so much for joining us.
I think we should have Darren Beattie from Revolver.News joining us to talk about a pretty bombshell story.
There seem to be a lot of bombshells dropping as of late.
The title of the piece, it's available to read, like I said, on Revolver.News is, Biden regime's seven-year prison sentence for Green Beret Jan 6th whistleblower reopens festering wounds of Fed's erection lie.
That sounds like a headline that could have It's only been written by a fellow graduate of the University of Chicago.
But, Darren, if you can unpack that, go through kind of line by line what some of the bombshells are in it, I'd appreciate that.
And then we can talk about the news of the day, some other fun stuff.
unidentified
But let's talk about this exclusive first.
darren j beattie
Absolutely. First off, great to be with you again.
It's always nice when you're hosting.
Yeah, this is an amazing story.
It's fresh, it's white-hot, and it's really a disgrace.
There's short version, Green Beret, Jeremy Brown, is approached by federal agents, JTTF agents, in early December.
They want him to become an informant.
They tell him, this is early December, something big is happening in January, and we want to recruit you to just tell us what's going on, this and that.
They tried to recruit him for January 6th.
They figure he's a Green Beret.
He's tapped into some of these militia networks.
He'll be a good asset for us.
Jeremy Brown basically says, no, I'm not interested.
And that's that until January 6th happens.
And it's clear to anyone looking closely at the issue, something is fishy here.
Something doesn't add up.
And so Jeremy Brown, who's He served his country in many different contexts as a Green Beret.
He decided to serve his country again and to become a whistleblower.
And what he did was he released the recording of these agents trying to recruit him as an informant in March.
And he went to the media and said, look, here's an example of how they tried to recruit me.
There's no question they've approached many, many other people prior to January 6th.
And probably not everyone like I did said no.
There are a ton of federal agents involved in January 6th, and indeed, January 6th was Fed's erection in that sense.
And this was in March of 2021, so before Revolver's classic pieces even came out.
Well, if we know anything about the government, they don't like whistleblowers.
They don't take kindly to whistleblowers.
Just ask Julian Assange.
Asked this guy who leaked the Ukraine documents, who I think has a very difficult time ahead.
And so with Jeremy Brown, what they did is they said, okay, we're going to retaliate very hard.
And so they took this misdemeanor January 6 charge of trespassing, which, by the way, is a completely minor charge.
In fact, so many people were trespassing.
One of the things that Revolver showed is people were there pre-positioned While Trump was giving his speech and cutting the fencing, indicating that it was a restricted zone at all.
And so people walked right into a booby trap.
Jeremy Brown was one of them.
You probably didn't even know he was trespassing.
It's a trivial charge and misdemeanor.
But they used that as a hook.
And they amplified the case.
They claimed, oh, it was a domestic terrorist thing.
They found some pretext to search his home.
And sure enough, they found a grenade, which Jeremy Brown maintains, was planted.
And this gets to the trial portion of the case, where you see some of the most egregious abuses, the egregious cases of prosecutorial misconduct imaginable.
Now, here's the bottom line about his trial.
He claimed that the grenade was planted in his home.
The grenade didn't have his fingerprints.
It had DNA of other people.
There are all kinds of fishy aspects to this grenade.
He said, look, it was planted.
And the motive here was to retaliate against me for being a whistleblower.
The judge would not even allow him to admit into evidence the recording of the agents trying to recruit him that he subsequently released.
One of the agents who tried to recruit him was actually the agent who ended up arresting him on the search warrant.
They continued to track him.
The judge said, no, the fact that you recorded their attempts to recruit you and exposed it and called the January 6th a lie wouldn't be conceivable grounds for retaliation.
There's no motive there for retaliation.
So we're going to exclude this recording the fact that you're a whistleblower entirely from the trial because the trial isn't about January 6th.
It's about these You know this grenade that we found when of course the whole reason they were able to do the search was that they created these phantom J6 charges that they never went through with.
So the details themselves are deeply scandalous and they're kind of analogous to the I don't even call it prosecutorial discretion I call it prosecutorial gymnastics deployed for the trump indictment for instance where really it was a case of a misdemeanor and they really had to attach it to these Phantom felony charges pertaining to as of yet,
you know, still not described campaign violations in order to boost it up to a felony and get in.
It's a clear contravence.
It's clearly manufactured to a predetermined outcome.
And that's what you see in the case of Jeremy Brown.
So there's so many fascinating dimensions to this.
And finally, a dimension is it really puts to rest any claim That the government just didn't have a case against Ray Epps.
Because Ray Epps, at the very least, was guilty of the very same trespassing that they used to go after Jeremy Brown.
He was in the restricted grounds like just about everyone else.
So it's purely a matter of discretion at that point.
Now, in the case of Jeremy Brown, he clearly pissed them off by becoming a whistleblower.
But ordinarily, wouldn't you think someone like Ray Epps would kind of constitute the sort of person they would want to make an example of.
Here's a guy in a Trump hat, in camouflage outfit, telling people to go into the Capitol repeatedly as early as January 5th.
He's there on the 6th the whole day directing people to the Capitol, and his behavior was so egregious, he's one of the first 20 people on the FBI's most wanted list for January 6th.
If they wanted, they could have You know done a number on him just like they did to Brown but they didn't and this underscores sort of the friends and the enemies.
There's a reason they went after Brown and in all likelihood there's a reason they didn't go after Epps and so all of the details of this tragic story of the persecution of Jeremy Brown really kind of reopens and it intensifies all of these pre-existing questions damning questions that get to the heart of the January 6 feds erection.

Hang with us through the break, Darren, because I have some other questions I want to ask you.
I know people always give me a hard time and say I don't interrupt guests like Steve does, but with guests like that, with bombshell news like that, who can blame me?
We've got Darren Beattie talking.
I think we're going to get into RFK Jr., his announcement today.
I have a couple more questions about January 6th and the Fed's erection.
We'll be back in about 15 seconds before we go to break, but it's certainly wild.
The Gris Green Beret and the whole January 6 scam is the same guy who arrested him.
Coincidence? I think not.

Welcome back to the War Room.
We still got Darren J. Beattie down the line with us talking about January 6th.
It's really interesting. He gave a wonderful speech.
He was speaking at the National Conservatism Conference in Miami.
I think last year it was called, Can One Be an American Nationalist?
That the most patriotic Americans, the people who love this country, the fiercest and the most, many of you in the war room posse, I'm sure to fall into that category, are those who are most hated by the regime, by the Biden regime, and by their globalist counterparts.
It's an interesting paradox to kind of understand.
I think January 6th is a perfect display of that.
We should have a clip from RFK Jr.'s presidential campaign announcement today, I believe.
If we can play that real quick, I'd love to get that up and then Darren, after that, your response, your thoughts on this and then unfortunately got to let you go.
unidentified
This is what this is what happens when you censor somebody for 18 years I got a lot to talk about I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
They shouldn't have shut me up that long because now I'm going to really let loose on them for the next 18 months.
They're going to hear a lot from me.
natalie winters
I bet Anthony Fauci is probably a little scared today.
But, Darren, what are your thoughts on this whole RFK junior presidential campaign announcement?
darren j beattie
Well, I think it's tremendously exciting.
We have a possible I think this Kennedy is actually an upgrade from Bernie, a considerable upgrade.
He's become a very important, really indispensable voice on one of the most crucial issues of our time, which is the response to COVID, the vaccine, and so forth.
I think it could be a tremendous development.
It could cause disarray in the Democrats.
It could expose sort of the incompetence and hypocrisy within the establishment run by or nominally run by Biden, and it can introduce conversation into the race that really should be in there.
So I think on all accounts, it's a very positive development, and he seems to have some genuine charisma and genuine ability to resonate with an audience.
So I welcome this development very much.
natalie winters
Before I let you go, what are you guys working on right now at Revolver.News?
Any other explosive stories in the pipeline?
I didn't say pipe bomb, pipeline?
darren j beattie
We've got some big stuff.
This January 6th one we just talked about is a big one.
It'll take a while to digest, but we've got a fascinating piece on trannies, on transsexuals, and the kind of dark antecedent to the trans movement that you see in an ancient practice in the Ottoman Empire.
It's a really fascinating piece.
It's a disturbing piece, and it helps to contextualize this craziness going on where all of a sudden trans stuff is everywhere, and they seem to have taken a prominent role as foot soldiers and defenders of the globalist American empire.
So stay tuned for that.
It's going to be a bombshell.
natalie winters
Thank you so much for joining us, Darren.
Where can people find you on social media?
darren j beattie
Revolver.News on Twitter, at Darren J. Beattie, and we are always white-hot on Getter, at Revolver.News.
natalie winters
White hot. Love it. Thank you so much for joining us.
Well, with all these stories, I think Darren Beattie's specialty is probably getting you and your heart rate, your blood pressure to rise with what's going on, which means your health is all the more important.
Of course, you've got promo code WARMING with MyPillow if you want to get a good night's sleep.
But if you want to take care of your health, I think Krom Carmichael from Soul Tea has some interesting ideas with what you can do to put your health and your well-being first.
So Krom, can you walk us through Soul Tea?
This is my first time being on with you, so the honor and pleasure is mine.
crom carmichael
Great fun, great fun.
And I certainly enjoyed that last interview.
But I've got a bottle of Soul Tea right here.
It has 60 soft gel capsules in it.
And if people will take two soft gels a day, it will help manage their cholesterol and improve their overall cardio system.
We've been manufacturing the active ingredient in this product for close to 20 years and I've been taking the active ingredient for 19 of those years and I'm 74 years old.
My blood pressure is in great shape and my cholesterol dropped My bad cholesterol dropped from 130 to 89, and it's been under 90 ever since.
Your heart is a muscle, and it's also an organ.
It's the only part of your body that is both of those things.
Your cardiovascular system has 100,000 miles of veins and arteries, and your heart pumps 2,400 gallons of blood a day.
Your heart beats 100,000 times a day.
Keeping your heart healthy is the key to having a long, healthy life.
And Soltea's active ingredient is a molecule from green tea called theoflavin.
And what we do is we extract that molecule and we create a 22 % concentration of theoflavin.
We did clinical trials, and those trials and the data We're written up in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
If somebody goes to warroomhealth.com, that's warroomhealth.com, it'll take them to Soul Tea.
And if they want to order our product and get on our subscription, they can use the code WARROOM at checkout.
And when they use the code WARROOM at checkout, they'll get $29.95 off their initial shipment.
And then after that, they still will always get three bottles for the price of two, and we pay the freight.
And I'll say this, that World Room Posse has been tremendously responsive to Soul Tea, and we get some wonderful emails from people who are taking Soul Tea telling them how it has lowered their cholesterol and improved their overall heart health and cardiovascular system.
Is there anything that I can answer for you?
unidentified
I'd love to hear that. I think that's it.
natalie winters
Unfortunately, we're about to end the show, so I've got to let you go.
But thank you so much for joining us.
Make sure you go to warroomhealth.org to get yourself some soul tea.
Meanwhile, another $325 million in new military aid to Ukraine.
I used to always say the globalist elites were America last, and China first.
Now I think there might be a competition.
Is it China first or Ukraine first?
I don't know. My money, my, I guess, tax dollars that just went to support that new $325 million sum might go to Ukraine.
We'll be back tomorrow at 10am with Steve.
Thanks for hanging with me.
