| That's a carry battle group or over a division of troops have completed this exercise now north of the Philippines and off of Taiwan. | ||
| As the exercises, Taiwan has announced a no-fly zone. | ||

| He's head of digital for NBC News, and that's, you know, whether people like her or not, it's one of the biggest, most important news agencies or news networks in the country. | ||

| But this flippant glib dismissal of transhumanism, which AI is an important part, is we've got to correct that. | ||

| But just give me your assessment because you've been at this and I know you're working on a bunch of different projects behind the scenes of the mainstream media has just not taken this seriously at all. | ||

| Some dismiss it. Others run around like it's cute. | ||
| It's far from cute. Whether it's the war in Asia or in Ukraine or different aspects of finance or education, this is going to rip through. | ||
| By the way, taking jobs, this is going to rip through society and culture, which we're not prepared for. | ||
| Joe Allen. Steve, I think that someone of Ben Collins' stature should probably be able to recognize a major political, social, and spiritual movement when he sees it. | ||

| What we saw there, we saw a lot of talk about demons. | ||

| And while they may seem disconnected on the surface, all of them represent something that is very profound. | ||
| You have the transformation of the human being fundamentally, biologically, and psychologically. | ||
| And then you have this image of this inhuman intelligence that is invading our world, right? | ||
| So the demon-summoning circles that Elon Musk or Yudkowsky are talking about, or the sort of alien mind, artificial intelligence as an alien mind, as Kevin Kelly talks about it. | ||
| This is very, very common language among people in Silicon Valley and certainly among transhumanists. | ||
| It doesn't have to be taken literally. | ||
| I know a lot of people do take it literally. | ||
| I don't. Not necessarily. | ||
| So what's really important to focus on is that the reason those metaphors are used is because this is an extraordinarily powerful technology. | ||
| Artificial intelligence and all the other technologies that branch out from it, from brain-computer interfaces to genetic engineering, All of these are extremely powerful technologies that are going to transform us, certainly psychologically, certainly socially, and to some extent, or to a dramatic extent, biologically in the coming years. | ||
| And so to dismiss it on the basis of the sort of conspiracy theorist version of it, I think it's very unfortunate for two reasons. | ||
| I think that it really does mock a lot of the people who are working really hard to critique the technological system that really does threaten human freedom and human dignity. | ||
| And two, for those people who are watching NBC or MSNBC or any of these sort of vanilla generic channels, it really doesn't allow their viewers to think through the problem on a deep level because the problem of artificial intelligence And the problem of automation and the entire apparatus that seeks to change human beings psychologically and socially has been a problem for two decades. | ||
| It is going to be a much bigger problem in the next ten years. | ||
| All of us need to be able to think this through. | ||

| Alvin Bragg sued In federal court in New York City and just got handed his first loss. | ||
| The judge denied even a temporary restraining order, which is a pretty low bar. | ||
| So that goes to show you that Bragg's lawsuit against Jim Jordan is frivolous. | ||

| We had back in October of 21, Mark Houck is protecting his son praying outside of an abortion. | ||
| clinic in Pennsylvania, and she gets into a scuffle, and so the Biden Justice Department brought felony charges against him and sought 11 years in prison under the FACE Act. | ||
| Now, fortunately, the federal jury acquitted Mark Houck, but it just shows you that the Biden Justice Department is willing to go after Christians praying outside of abortion clinics. | ||
| Let's contrast that with what happened back in June of 2022, that we have this maybe nota out in the Western District of Washington, the Bellevue, Washington area. | ||
| So this deranged trans person attacked a Catholic church badly, spray painted it, caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage, destroyed a statue in the church, assaulted a church worker, assaulted the police, terrorized an old lady praying. | ||
| So what did the Biden Justice Department do? | ||
| This is coming from the same civil rights division that runs these things under the FACE Act. | ||
| So the Biden Justice Department For the NOTA case, did not seek a felony under the FACE Act. | ||
| The Biden Justice Department sought merely a misdemeanor, and then they let this NOTA plead guilty to a misdemeanor, and then they just did the most incredible thing. | ||
| They recommended zero jail time for this terrorist who attacked a Catholic church worker, a Catholic A cop, a Catholic old lady praying in the church. | ||
| This shows that the Biden Justice Department has two standards. | ||
| One for their crazy trans activists who are attacking Catholic churches and one for Christians praying outside of the Catholic churches. | ||
| And I'll tell you, this leads right up to this Matthew Colangelo that we've been talking about. | ||

| I would haul in those four senior Biden Justice Department officials, put them in a chair, and make them explain why we are going to sick the FBI and the full force of the Justice Department after Mark Houck, try to put him in prison for 11 years for defending his son outside of an abortion clinic, | ||

| Break it down. What's the important numbers here about this, sir? | ||
| So, Steve, the headline number, 5 % overall inflation according to the CPI. Many people, and I'm one of them, believe that that actually understates the reality of how bad inflation is in the country. | ||
| But nonetheless, if we're going to use official statistics, it is slightly less worse, okay? | ||
| Don't fall for the myth, the narrative out there that the corporate media will try to promote today that prices are coming down. | ||
| No, prices are still galloping higher, just not with quite the intensity As in previous months. | ||
| But it is still a terrible situation. | ||
| And the devil's off in the details. | ||
| Let me give you some of the details here. | ||
| Because almost all of the break, the cooling of the rate of inflation, was in gasoline, which was down 17%. | ||
| But if we look at shelter costs, up 8.2%. | ||
| That is the highest level since 1982, Steve. | ||
| The highest level in 40 years for shelter. | ||
| If we look at groceries, up 8.4%. | ||
| Electricity, still in double digits, up 10.2%. | ||
| And I would also stipulate, Steve, that those gasoline savings from last month are going to be very short-lived because crude oil today, as we speak, is again above $80 a barrel, $82 a barrel right now. | ||
| It was $40 a barrel when Joe Biden was elected. | ||
| So the reality is the inflation situation is still terrible. | ||
| It's a bit less awful than it was And I would also stipulate the only reason that it's a bit less awful is because the economy is crashing so hard, particularly on the manufacturing side. | ||
| So by no means is this good news. | ||
| It's unfortunately more of the same and more of crashing real wages. | ||
| And let me show that to you in chart form, if we could, please. | ||
| We can pull up chart number four. | ||
| This is real wages in the United States. | ||
| Going back five years. | ||
| Real wages meaning, what is your pay doing? | ||
| And if your pay is increasing, is it keeping pace with the increase in prices for the goods and services that you need in your life? | ||
| The unfortunate reality is, as of today, we now have 25 months, more than two years straight, of crashing real wages as shown on that chart where I highlighted the time that Biden took office, real wages began to immediately tank and has stayed negative ever since. | ||
| So Steve, Americans are working harder to get poorer every single day under Joe Biden. | ||
| And that unfortunate reality persists for yet another month. | ||
| This is the worst streak in all of American history. | ||
| Not just the worst streak of the last five years or ten years or since the 08-09 recession. | ||
| It's the worst streak in American history, and it is caused, Steve. | ||
| It is a created crisis. | ||
| It's not bad luck. It's not the business cycle. | ||
| This is a created crisis by the policy failures of Joe Biden. | ||
| Real wages crashing. | ||
| The Financial Times of London has the IMF report. | ||
| Global economy faces hard landing if steep inflation persists. | ||
| IMF warns they actually have growth rates. | ||

| The growth rate the IMF has for the United States is 1.6 % this year, and wait for it, 1.1 % in 2024. | ||
| Basically a no growth at the beginning of a lost decade. | ||

| Unfortunately, it's sort of like, you know, the doctors of former ages when they thought that they were healing people by bloodletting, right, by bleeding them. | ||
| That's effectively what the Fed and far too many people in Washington, D.C. are advocating for right now. | ||
| They want wages to come down. | ||
| As the solution to inflation. | ||
| Now, the correct solution is the Fed reducing its balance sheet, okay? | ||
| And on the fiscal side, the Congress enacting some actual fiscal sanity, some rationality regarding the exorbitant borrowing and spending that this country has engaged in for far too long, massively exacerbated, of course, by Joe Biden. | ||
| That would be the legitimate answer to an inflationary crisis. | ||
| But instead, what the ruling class of the United States proposes is, Let's put the answer on the backs of working people. | ||
| Let's make sure that wages come down enough to cool inflation. | ||
| They don't care that real wages, which is all that matters, that real wages have already been crashing for now more than two years. | ||
| And you're exactly right, Steve. To connect the dots between the economic failure and the national security and sovereignty failure of Biden's open border, one of the key reasons that the ruling class loves an open border is because an open border means lower wages for American citizens, which means fatter profit margins for multinationals and corporate conglomerates. | ||
| That is the reality. So they are, of course, totally interconnected. | ||
| And by the way, on this theme of the small guy, the small business paying the price, we also got out terrible news this week from the National Federation of Independent Business. | ||
| The NFIB is the largest organization that represents Main Street small businesses in America. | ||
| And if we can pull up, please, chart number one. | ||
| I want to show you their optimism which came in at a very terrible 90. | ||
| That chart there goes back 10 years. | ||
| And as you can see, we are now at a lower level than we were during the lockdowns in the spring of 2020. | ||
| So think about that, Steve. As harsh as things were then, especially for small businesses, which were almost uniformly shut down by those draconian and unscientific tyrannical lockdowns, things are now worse according to small business operators. | ||
| than they were in the spring of 2020. | ||
| We have now spent 15 consecutive months below 98, which is the 50-year average of this index. | ||
| We have a lot of history on this index from NFIB. It goes back a half century. | ||
| The long-term average is 98. | ||
| We are at 90 now. | ||
| You can see, by the way, during the Trump boom before the CCP virus, it hit an all-time high near 110. | ||
| If we go to chart number two, more data, please, from the NFIB on small business. | ||
| They ask them a very simple question. | ||
| This chart goes all the way back in the 1980s, Steve, which I really love to give you a lot of history and context. | ||
| They ask small business owners, is this a good time to expand? | ||
| Very simple question. Is it a good time to expand? | ||
| Right now, all time low, Steve. | ||
| Two percent. That is it. | ||
| Two percent of small business owners say that this is a good time for them to expand. | ||
| That is atrocious. | ||
| That is an absolute crisis right now in America. | ||
| So don't be fooled by corporate media. | ||
| Don't be fooled by even the business media, which only carries water for the Biden administration. | ||
| The reality on Main Street right now, the reality for small business, which has always been the lifeblood, the dynamism of America's economy, the reality is harsh. | ||
| Inflation has crushed them at the same time that growth is slowing dramatically. | ||
| So listen, price is truth. | ||
| Charts are truth. This is the reality, the truth of the American economy as seen by small business owners in this country right now. | ||
| We are in a crisis. | ||
| This does not take into account the credit restriction. | ||
| Access to credit is shrinking dramatically. | ||
| All-time drops in March. | ||
| It's going to get worse in April and May. | ||
| That is going to affect all the local real estate because that's going to get crushed. | ||
| But it's also going to affect the consumer because they're going to call, hey, your $5,000 credit line is really $2,000. | ||
| Where's your $3,000 check? | ||
| But also small businesses are going to get eviscerated. | ||

| And listen, all of us, even if you don't think you're involved in commercial real estate, you do have exposure to commercial real estate for exactly the reason you cited there, Steve, because it is leading the risks of commercial real estate. | ||

| In this case, it's in commercial real estate. | ||
| And even if you don't think you're directly exposed, the reality is there is a credit crunch going on. | ||
| The loans simply will not be there for individuals and for small businesses, especially from the regional banks. | ||
