| On the way to the DA's office on Tuesday, Trump should smash some windows, rob a few shops, and punch a cop. | ||

| Lindsey Graham wrote that. | ||
| And there's also loser Carrie Lake with another tweet she can submit for her VP audition. | ||
| It says this, quote, I don't know about you, but I have never supported Donald Trump more than I do at this moment. | ||
| Charlie Sykes, this is such horse you-know-what. | ||
| They hadn't waned. | ||
| I mean, to suggest that they're now, what is the moon with getting bigger? | ||
| Waxing because they'd waned is horse poop. | ||
| I mean, they were all behind him. | ||
| DeSantis is down 20 points in most polls. | ||
| The notion that they're going to try to rattle Democrats by saying, oh, we were going to walk away and now we're not, is absolute lunacy, especially from the likes of Lindsey Graham and Carrie Lake. | ||

| Tell me what's happened in Arizona today because they want to distract us from everything that's important and going on. | ||
| By going after President Trump. | ||
| We know President Trump's going to win the primary. | ||
| We know President Trump's going to win the nomination. | ||
| And President Trump's going to get back in the White House. | ||
| Carrie Lake has never faltered on that one nanosecond. | ||
| But tell me what happened under the cover of all this and the media coverage. | ||
| A big bombshell coming out of Maricopa County. | ||
| What is it, man? Well, it's all interconnected, isn't it? | ||
| I mean, they don't want to talk about what's happening. | ||
| They want people to think that the election interference, the election cheating, it's not true. | ||
| They want people to think that. | ||
| So they're concentrating over here. | ||
| Look at this shiny object and they're concentrating on this bogus indictment. | ||
| of President Trump as a distraction to not talk about some of the really big things that are happening. | ||
| We know that that's not going to stick with President Trump. | ||
| We know it's just part of the witch hunt, you know, that they're just trying to bring this guy down. | ||
| And let me tell you, if Joe Biden really had 81 million votes, they wouldn't need to be doing this with President Trump, okay? | ||
| And what's happening in Maricopa County is our Arizona Supreme Court has allowed the smoking gun part of our lawsuit, the signature verification part, because we know the signatures don't match. | ||
| These mail-in ballots, hundreds of thousands are just bogus, fraudulent ballots. | ||
| And so the Supreme Court has said, hey, to the lower court, you've got to take this back up. | ||
| Well, we filed a request for public information to get our hands on those envelopes with the signatures on them, and we have been denied. | ||
| This is outrageous. | ||
| They sent us a letter saying that. | ||
| I'm going to look at my quote here. | ||
| They said it's, It's for the interest, the best interest of the people of Arizona that we don't release this information. | ||
| Our elections are a joke. | ||
| Signature verification is a sham. | ||
| And frankly, Stephen Richer and those folks down at Maricopa County, by denying to give us this evidence, have proved what we've been saying all along. | ||
| The signatures don't match. | ||
| And they want to prevent us from finding that out. | ||
| But they just, in my opinion, proved that by denying us access to those signatures. | ||
| They know they don't match. They 1000 % proved it. | ||
| Look, for the machine guys, I love you. | ||
| You always know I've not been a machine guy, although I do buy into Mike Lindell's. | ||
| We've got to get rid of the machines. | ||
| But if we had the ruling in any court that Carrie Lake got in Arizona about the signature verifications, Trump is in the White House. | ||
| Georgia, Pennsylvania, they both come right back into his category, right back into his category in Arizona. | ||
| If we had got in any court Trump's president, we know he won. | ||
| This is the key. This was the biggest bombshell coming here at Carrie Lakes. | ||
| The smoking-est gun they've got that we can quickly prove is the signature verifications on these phony mail-in ballots. | ||
| Is that not correct, Carrie Lakes? | ||
| That's absolutely true. | ||
| And that's why they denied it to us in the lower court. | ||
| And that's why the Supreme Court said, hey, you got to take this up. | ||
| You denied it for the wrong reasons. | ||

| And when we sent that letter to Stephen Richer, the guy who runs the most corrupt elections, I believe, in the country, and they denied us access to that evidence, to me, it just showed how guilty they are. | ||
| And they're not going to stop us. | ||

| And if Stephen Richer's listening, he's probably in the fetal position. | ||

| It's shocking. Thank you, man. Jeff Clark, I've got to talk to you about the Department of Justice actually suing Norfolk Southern in East Palestine, Ohio, about that entire situation. | ||
| But give me your overview of what you've seen here in the last 24, 48 hours of the Justice Department, New York AG, the entire legal process being brought to bear to stop Trump, election interference to stop President Trump from winning back the White House. | ||
| Sure, Steve. So let me actually start with something quickly on Doug Mackey. | ||
| If you didn't know it, that case was brought by Seth Ducharme, who was the acting US attorney in the Eastern District of New York. | ||
| He was handpicked by Barr to go take over that in the late days of the Trump administration. | ||
| So he didn't bring that case against Mackey until seven days after Biden Or so after Biden was inaugurated. | ||
| But he was a bar pick. | ||
| He brought that ridiculous case. | ||
| I mean, that case is just shameful. | ||
| And if you didn't know it, Seth Ducharme, what's he currently doing, Steve? | ||
| This will blow you away if no one's made this connection yet. | ||
| He's representing Charles McGonigal, the Russian spy who was the head of counterintelligence for the FBI in New York. | ||
| There's just so many suspicious coincidences and various things that have happened. | ||
| But I share Darren's shock that Mackey was convicted. | ||
| It's crazy. He was joking. | ||
| Talk to me about this latest development out of DOJ, at least in going after Norfolk Southern. | ||
| Was this expected? What's the details of this? | ||
| Because very little has come out except for the fact they're going to sue Norfolk Southern. | ||
| Steve, I read the complaint which has come out and they had a press release about it. | ||
| I think the bottom line for your viewers and listeners is that it's a kind of CYA maneuver at two levels. | ||
| First, I think that after the Inspector General was announced to be looking into the EPA's handling of this contamination and controlled burn and a whole nexus of decisions there after the derailment, You know, it doesn't seem so coincidental that magically a case appears a few days later. | ||
| So I think it lets Michael Regan at EPA say, you know, hey, I've sued now. | ||
| What else do you want from me? | ||
| And then second, I think that it is CYA at a second issue, second level, that'll probably be particularly important to you. | ||
| I think the key paragraphs of the complaint, and you can find this on EPA's, I'm sorry, on DOJ's website, are paragraphs 47 through 57. | ||
| The key part is when they talk about the decision of the controlled burn. | ||
| They simply say in paragraph 55 that Norfolk Southern vented and burned the contents of five rail cars containing vinyl chloride in a flare trench on February 6th in order to prevent an explosion. | ||
| But there's no indication that EPA told them to do that, that EPA agreed to do that. | ||
| It's just obfuscating it or trying to point the finger exclusively at Norfolk Southern, and I'm sure Probably in response to this lawsuit, Norfolk Southern is going to explain more about how that decision actually came to be. | ||
| Paragraph 56 is also very important, Steve, based on what was said about FEMA throughout this crisis. | ||
| That paragraph says, Prior to venting and burning, the evacuation area was increased to a one-mile by two-mile area based on plume modeling conducted by the Interagency Modeling and Atmospheric Assessment Center, And the Ohio National Guard 52nd Civil Support Team. | ||
| So first of all, that clears up the mystery from our early days about why the National Guard was involved. | ||
| But most folks probably wouldn't know it, but the Interagency Modeling and Atmospheric Assessment Center is actually part of FEMA. So you remember that early in the crisis, the Biden administration was saying, FEMA doesn't have anything to do with this. | ||
| But that's also turned out to be entirely incorrect. | ||

| How people get to you? We're trying to get you back on tomorrow. | ||

| You were a prosecutor, you're a defense lawyer, a lot about these types of situations. | ||
| We've made a pledge here in the war room not to spend too much time on this because they're trying to distract us from the fights we have, like these huge fights you're going to have coming up in the House on border security, on the debt ceiling. | ||
| These things are right after the Easter recess are going to be huge. | ||
| But just explain to our audience How bogus this thing out of New York City is, sir? | ||
| Yeah, Steve, it's bogus on a number of levels. | ||
| First of all, we're talking about misdemeanors, and these are offenses in New York City themselves that are rarely prosecuted, and if they are, they're treated exactly as they're supposed to be misdemeanors. | ||
| That's where what they're saying is that somebody entered something wrong, and they're basically in their checkbook, in their accounting. | ||
| And when you do that, in New York, for whatever reason, that becomes a misdemeanor offense. | ||
| But in order to get through the grand jury as a felony, under New York law, you've got to bootstrap it with an additional crime. | ||
| So what they've done is they're bootstrapping to a federal election. | ||
| They're saying this should have been, he entered it here on these lines that were inappropriate, and he should have declared it as a federal election's expenditure or an in-kind donation, I guess. | ||
| So when you get those together, that's called bootstrapping. | ||
| They're trying to bootstrap this into a felony. | ||

It's really, really weak. | |
| You know it's weak when the Washington Post tells you it's weak, and that's what's happened here. | ||
| The other thing, too, is the leak is that President Trump's going to be charged For 34 counts. | ||
| Now, what I'm suggesting, I haven't seen it, I'm suggesting probably the case is they've taken every entry that's a mistake and they've called that a different count. | ||
| That's what a lot of prosecutors do. | ||
| They want to overcharge so they can intimidate And in this instance, they don't want to just intimidate President Trump. | ||
| They want to try to intimidate the world. | ||
| But they also are trying to embarrass President Trump. | ||
| And they're doing this for political purposes. | ||
| And I think all those things together kind of show the political motivation and intent. | ||
| And we aren't even getting into Bragg's campaign promises or those who funded his campaign, etc. | ||
| This guy is bad. | ||
| Is this election interference? | ||
| He's 20 or 30 parts up on his closest rival in the primary. | ||
| He's got 52 to 55 percent of the primary vote right now about all the national polling. | ||
| He's even or up on Biden in virtually every poll. | ||
| Is this election interference by the New York AG in the 2024 presidential election, sir? | ||
| Yeah, it is. I mean, when you think about it, they're trying to suppress the momentum that President Trump already has. | ||
| And more than just the momentum that President Trump has, they're trying to distract us from the lack of momentum or the slide in the Biden camp and the Biden administration, their policies. | ||
| So you have They've weaponized everything. | ||
| So they got ATF going after Second Amendment. | ||
| Americans don't like that. | ||
| They're trying to promote a radical transgender movement. | ||
| Americans don't like that. | ||
| They have let the border wide open. | ||
| Americans don't like that. They've got fentanyl coming in with over 100,000 people dying of opioid overdoses last year, most of them by mistake. | ||
| Americans don't like that. | ||
| You got crime in big cities. | ||
| You've got You see the rise of China as a hegemon. | ||
| You see Brazil entering into a dollar, a RIMBY arrangement with China. | ||
| Guess what, Steve? Americans see all this stuff and they feel it, and that's not even getting to the prices at the gas pump, your food prices, or any of the inflation or economic problems. | ||
| So for two ways, this is an election interference play. | ||
| Number one, they're trying to tarnish President Trump. | ||
| And number two, they're trying to distract Americans from what Americans really care about. | ||
| Congressman Biggs, you've been at the forefront of impeaching Joe Biden. | ||
| You've been at the forefront of border security with no happy talk, but real border security to secure the border. | ||
| You've been at the forefront of not another penny in the debt ceiling. | ||
| We've got to have big cuts in domestic spending. | ||
| You were at the forefront of the leaders that actually made tremendous changes in the House in the first week. | ||
| Of January of this year. | ||
| Where do we stand? You're going on recess. | ||
| You guys just started recess. You're not back until the week after Easter. | ||
| The schedule looks insane. | ||
| You've got the border security bill. | ||
| Now they're not going to put a budget in the debts. | ||
| They're going to try to go a different way. Please tell our audience going into the Easter season that we're on track to get this stuff done, sir. | ||
| Yeah, I think we are, Steve. | ||
| I think we've made progress on the border security bills. | ||
| There's eight of those bills coming out of the judiciary. | ||
| I'm told we're going to get those out and on the floor by May. | ||
| The debt ceiling issue, I keep pushing and pushing, and we've got some senators now that are with us, and a lot of my colleagues are there. | ||
| And the letter that McCarthy wrote to Biden It had at least a portion of the framework the Freedom Caucus and myself and others put out six weeks ago. | ||
| The point I guess I'm trying to make is we're seeing some movement. | ||
| I think we all would like it to go faster. | ||
| I'm frustrated that it hasn't gone any faster, but let's just be honest. | ||
| It is at least moving in the right direction at least today. | ||
| Now, that doesn't mean it's not going to be dammed up You know, by the 1st of May. | ||
| But right now, we're told that we're gonna get those immigration bills on the floor. | ||
| Not immigration. Let's never conflate that with border security. | ||
| We're gonna get those border security bills on the floor by mid-May, and we're gonna have, hopefully, debt ceiling stuff up right around the same time. | ||
| And when we go to debt ceiling, Steve, it needs to include clawbacks and rescissions so that we have a chance to push the debt ceiling out. | ||
| So if you can get $500 or $600 billion In clawbacks and rescissions, then you don't have to do a debt ceiling lift until after the fiscal year ends. | ||
| And that gives you another five or six months to find more ways to avoid a debt ceiling lift. | ||
| And you know how that works. I want everybody to understand the nomenclature here because this is an important point. | ||
| It's one of the reasons we want to have you on. The clawbacks about things are already passed, like a lot of this Biden spending on whether infrastructure, a lot of these other things. | ||
| The American Recovery Act has not been spent. | ||
| You guys want callbacks of that money to say, no way, we're not going to spend it. | ||
| That gives us a cushion on what the Treasury is saying is we're going to run out of cash, correct? | ||
| That's exactly right, Steve. | ||
| And there's a whole lot of ways to skin that cat, but not the least of which is to get a tax, say the Green New Deal tax credits and subsidies. | ||
| Which we had scored it in our plan at $350 billion, but I was told this week the number's closer to a little over $500 billion. | ||
| Let's say you got that back. | ||
| Steve, at the rate of our monthly deficit, that's five months you just bought. | ||
| And let's say that you actually get the IRS. That's another month that you've saved. | ||
| And so you could push that out six months. | ||
| Let's say you can get some of that money back on the student loan debt repayment. | ||
| In other areas, how about the money that we've got sitting just lying there in the COVID relief money that hasn't been spent? | ||
| Which, by the way, as soon as we introduced our plan, they started spending that as fast as they could, Steve. | ||
| So that's another $100 billion. | ||
| You have a chance to actually move that needle from $700 billion to even over a trillion dollars if you're relentless, you're focused, and you actually do this. | ||
| Do you think we got enough relentless up there right now to get this done, this aspect of it? | ||
| I don't mean to laugh about it, Steve, but no. | ||
| I mean, I don't want to be, you know me, I'm never going to blow smoke up your nose, but the reality is there's a lot of people that don't want to face that. | ||
| But I will tell you this, in some of the meetings that I've had with people, not in my group, not in my echo chamber in Congress, they all agree. | ||
| I mean, I'm asking for line-item budgeting. | ||
| I'm asking for zero-based budgeting. | ||
| I'm asking for the rescissions. | ||
| I'm asking for going through and actually holding, instead of giving states new money, find out how much money they have, which we suspect it's in the $150 billion range, and just say, we're going to allow you to use that instead of us giving you new money in the coming year, you're going to use that as money. | ||
| So that'll save you another month and a half or two. | ||
| Last thing, the border security bill. | ||
| With this border security bill that comes up in May, will it have Andy Biggs' stamp of approval, sir? | ||
| I'll let you know, Steve. | ||
| I know that they're fiddling around with a couple of the bills. | ||
| There's eight bills altogether, and one of them or two of them seem to be an issue for some folks. | ||
| I need to see what it is they're trying to do. | ||
| But I think we've overcome some of the big hurdles. | ||
| And I think, Steve, and I'll let you know, as for now, I am hopeful that even myself and those who really want true border security, people like Chip Roy, Bob Good, Rosendale, the gang of people who really want Gates, Marjorie, Boebert, Perry, all of us who really want real border security, I'm hopeful that we can get something that we can work on and get that out of the house by mid-May. | ||
| You know, so far this leadership has kind of excluded me from those talks, but that's okay because I'm getting reports. | ||
| And I just told him, I said, if you don't want me in there, that's fine. | ||
| That's up to you. But guess what? | ||
| If it doesn't secure the border, then I won't support it. | ||
| It's just that simple. And if you don't support it, MAG is not going to support it. | ||
