| The massive rally today in Waco will have Mike Lindell and others on here to discuss. | ||
| We have Professor Alan Dershowitz. | ||
| Professor, you talk about the corrosive effect. | ||
| You talk about your personal life, your family, your friends, when you defended President Trump to defend the Constitution. | ||
| That corrosive effect, how can we, because President Trump right now, and we got Politico's story this morning, The Guardian, NBC News all saying right now he's essentially running the tables on Ron DeSantis. | ||
| He is going to be the Republican nominee, so he's not going away anytime soon, right? | ||
| And our strong belief when we look at the numbers, he's going to return to the White House in 2025. | ||
| Project down the road. | ||
| It's bad now, but what's going to happen, sir, to the legal system? | ||
| Well, it's much worse. | ||
| It will become much worse because people will take desperate measures to prevent him from becoming president. | ||
| They will stretch the Constitution, stretch the law. | ||
| But I got a letter the other day from somebody saying he was a strong DeSantis supporter, but now he's going to vote for Trump just to show protests against how he's being treated legally and protests about our legal system. | ||
| I think another good protest is to keep my book, Get Trump a bestseller, because that sends a message to Bragg and others. | ||
| People are watching you. | ||
| There's accountability. There's historical accountability. | ||
| Your children look back at you in 10 years and say, oh my God, were you part of that Get Trump? | ||
| Were you part of the McCarthyism of the 2020s? | ||
| Were you part of undoing the Constitution? | ||
| Were you part of this process of helping to destroy the American legal system? | ||
| So I wrote the book Get Trump, not so much about Trump himself, but to assure the American public that there are ways of fighting back. | ||
| Look, Trump himself has mixed feelings about me. | ||
| In his recent thing on the social media, here's what he says. | ||
| Allen enjoys saying, I didn't vote for Trump. | ||
| I believe he probably did. | ||
| He just said that phrase for added credibility. | ||
| But it doesn't matter. | ||
| He's a brilliant guy who wrote a very important and special book. | ||
| It's called Get Trump. | ||
| So, look, every time I meet with President Trump, he asks me, why don't you vote for me? | ||
| I was the best president ever for Israel. | ||
| And he was. I was the best president ever for The Jewish community and fighting against anti-Semitism on campus. | ||
| And he was. | ||
| And yet, you know, when people vote, people vote for a variety of factors. | ||
| I am a traditional liberal Democrat. | ||
| And I don't know who I'm going to vote for in the next election. | ||
| It depends who the people are on both sides of the ballot. | ||
| But I never put politics before the Constitution. | ||
| I will defend people who I disagree with, and I have for years. | ||
| And this attack on Trump is one of the worst abuses of the legal profession I've ever seen. | ||
| I've been doing this for 60 years. | ||
| I've never seen a greater abuse of prosecutorial discretion than by District Attorney Bragg, who's making up crimes, just making them up out of whole cloth. | ||
| I have never seen a weaker case presented to a grand jury than this case. | ||
| Now, we don't know what the results will be. | ||
| Maybe some grand jurors will revolt. | ||
| It would be a precedent-setting thing if a couple of grand jurors said, look, no, we're not going to do this. | ||
| Yes, the expression is that a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. | ||
| We're not that grand jury. | ||
| We're not going to indict Donald Trump Just because you don't want him to be president of the United States, we're going to apply the rule of law. | ||
| And I hope grand jurors do that. | ||
| I hope there are some people in Bragg's office who will quit and say, no, you can't put Cohen on the witness stand. | ||
| You know he's a liar. | ||
| And prosecutors are not allowed to call witnesses who they know will lie to the jury. | ||
| That's a disbarrable offense. | ||
| And can anybody imagine Bragg looking himself in the mirror and saying, oh, I really think this time Cohen will tell the truth. | ||
| He lied to Congress. He lied to his lawyers. | ||
| He lied to the other grand jury. He lied, lied, lied, lied, lied. | ||
| But this time he's going to tell the truth because I'm the prosecutor. | ||
| Could any prosecutor really look himself in the mirror and say that? | ||
| I do not believe that. | ||
| And in Get Trump, my book, I go through all the four cases against Trump. | ||
| Every single one of them is made up. | ||
| Not a single one of them has any basis. | ||
| Consider, for example, the case in Georgia. | ||
| He made a phone call in which he said, I need to find, find, F-I-N-D, find 13,000 votes. | ||
| Look up find in the dictionary. | ||
| It means something's there to be found. | ||
| It's not something to be made up or concocted. | ||
| That isn't a crime. | ||
| That is a statement to a Secretary of State. | ||
| I want you to look hard to see if there are any uncounted votes. | ||
| You can't bring a criminal prosecution for that. | ||
| You can't bring a criminal prosecution for a speech on January 6th. | ||
| In which the president says, I want you to go and peacefully and patriotically demonstrate. | ||
| And then the January 6th committee in Congress doctors the tape and leaves out the words, those words, patriotically and peacefully. | ||
| If a lawyer ever did that in a court document, that lawyer would be disbarred. | ||
| So yes, I'm angry. | ||
| I'm not a Trump supporter. | ||
| I'm a supporter of the Constitution. | ||
| And I do not want to see this effort to get Trump succeed and our Constitution trashed. | ||

| You know Merrick Garland. | ||
| He was, look, he's not our cup of tea here, but he was a revered federal judge for liberal Democrats. | ||
| Yes. What has happened to Merrick Garland and the Justice Department? | ||
| Because this is deeper than just, there's something deeply wrong going on here. | ||
| What do you think it is? | ||
| Well, I'm concerned. | ||
| You know, I supported Merrick Garland for the Supreme Court. | ||
| I thought the Republicans were wrong in denying him a hearing. | ||
| He was a Harvard Law School graduate, a very distinguished judge. | ||
| But when you get into politics and the attorney generalship is a political position, it's an impossible position to hold because on the one hand, you're supposed to be an objective law enforcement person. | ||
| On the other hand, you're in the president's cabinet. | ||
| You're trying to get him reelected. | ||
| That's part of your job. | ||
| It's an impossible job. | ||
| I think that Merrick Garland has tried hard to separate out the two roles of advisor to the president, helping him get elected, and an objective law enforcement officer. | ||
| I wish he would lean further in the direction of objective law enforcement officer and give up any political interests and cabinet interests. | ||
| I don't think the Attorney General should be part of the cabinet. | ||
| I think it should be an independent civil service job, And held by very distinguished people who apply the law fairly and equally and not allow themselves to be used as part of the weaponization of the criminal justice system against political enemies. | ||
| Professor Dershowitz goes through all four cases. | ||

| What's your assessment right now of how effective is this Get Trump movement? | ||
| Are the American people seeing through this? | ||
| Are you seeing the Trump movement actually get its swagger back, its confidence back, sir? | ||
| Yeah, and more than ever, Steve, I'm speaking today in Waco, and this is exactly what I'm going to be speaking on. | ||
| And what Alan said there, evil has overplayed its hand, and you're attacking our Constitution to go after this great president. | ||
| He brought up that call in Georgia. | ||
| That's actually a call that proves the crime of 2020. | ||
| That actually proves the crime. | ||
| He had a list in front of him that came right from Crooked Brad, Secretary of State Brad Rassenberger. | ||
| I want to tell this to everyone. | ||
| It's showing in the polls as we have the Trojan horse down there, Ron DeSantis. | ||
| And we brought it out. | ||
| We brought out all the stuff about Ron. | ||
| As we bring more and more stuff as we're there, and then more and more they attack our real president, of course the polls are going to go through the roof. | ||
| If they arrest him, Steve, that solidifies his 2024 presidency. | ||
| People have seen through it. | ||
| Enough is enough. We know there's the evil does not want him as our president, but when 75 % of our country want him as president, I'm sorry, you're supposed to be a government for the people. | ||
| Drill down on this statement, you said evil has overplayed its hand. | ||
| What do you mean by that, sir? | ||
| Well, this is where we're at, everybody. | ||
| You know, God's had his hand in all this for a long time, but over two years now. | ||
| And if this would have all been revealed right away, or I mean, if we'd have put our great president right away, We would have lost our country forever. | ||
| I've said it before, but evil is greedy and more and more just keeps getting exposed because they're not only are they greedy, but they also, they fear him so much of getting in power that it's just a great combination. | ||
| And I've said that to people and look at it and look at the, but also with evil being greedy and overplaying their hand, all of the All the people out there, even people on the left now, are coming to the right because they're destroying our country. | ||
| People can see that. They're seeing through, not just through the horrible media and all the journalism out there that's corrupt and the breaking of our Constitution, but they're desperate, Steve. | ||
| Evil is not only greedy, but they're desperate, and very desperate. | ||
| They're losing. We have been winning now for quite a while. | ||
| You all might not feel it out there, but you're going to see the manifestation of two years of the last two years coming through over this next two years. | ||
| And I'm really looking forward to the rally today because the people are energized. | ||
| The more they attack, the more we're energized. | ||
| Talk about what are you going to talk about today? | ||
| That's exactly what I'm going to talk about, how God's had his hand in all this. | ||
| This is a spiritual battle of epic proportions. | ||
| The more they attack our great President Trump, the more this gets revealed every day. | ||

| This has been a great uniting of our country, not a dividing. | ||

| You're going to be a speaker today. Do you feel that we got our swagger back, that we have our confidence back, sir? | ||
| Absolutely. The confidence brings more confidence as you see the polls go. | ||
| He's very confident. | ||
| He's very upbeat. | ||
| He's very energized. | ||
| Like I say, I'll bet you if today's at the rally, his speech is just going to be the most amazing speech because we're ready to go. | ||
| He's ready to go. I believe today he's at an all-time high in the polls, from what I've heard. | ||
| I talk to the people all the time, and over the last three weeks or months, his closest person, obviously, Trojan horse Ron DeSantis, that just collapsed. | ||
| You got DeSantis down there doing stuff that Negative that's getting exposed, all these things he's doing, combined with the Donald Trump being energized and ready to go, it's just amazing. | ||
| And the people love it. | ||
| Talk to me. The Election Crimes Bureau, this entity you've set up, I want to talk about the importance of Carrie Lake, because I don't think that's really dawned on people how monumental this is. | ||
| If it plays out right. | ||
| Now, there's going to be a lot of pushback. | ||
| I know we're going to be reporting stuff Monday and Tuesday next week, but where do we stand right now with the ECB and with this Cary Lake situation in Arizona? | ||
| It's one of the biggest wins in our country. | ||
| This could be historical. | ||
| It already is. It's already a huge win where a Supreme Court of Arizona actually pushed back one of the counts and said, hey, you've got to go look at the signature. | ||
| You've got to go check this out. | ||
| You've got to bring this back to this judge. | ||
| He made a bad decision. | ||
| That's a big win, everybody. | ||
| That is enormous. | ||
| But we met a bunch of us last night. | ||
| We talked it over, and there's actually, Steve, what this judge now, You know, there's a hundred and some thousand signatures that have to be looked at, and the difference was 17,000. | ||
| Actually, for the first time, this is the best count to be pushed back because it can actually overturn the election in its own right. | ||
| That was an amazing thing I heard. | ||
| And I also heard you can now appeal this again. | ||
| And then we still have another shot at the US Supreme Court. | ||
| So I love what's going on down there. | ||
| We finally broke through everybody. | ||
| We have broke through and all these other things going on in our country. | ||
| I think there's over 50 cases now. | ||
| And you say, well, they're all small and they're all little. | ||
| But you know what? Hey, a judge actually said, hey, we're going to stay within the Constitution. | ||
| You're going to have to look at this again. | ||
| You did it wrong. And this is a big breakthrough. | ||
| I'm so excited. This week, we also have Shasta County news coming out of there in California. | ||
| And we got big news coming out of Missouri, Louisiana. | ||
| And Texas. And besides, like you say, Steve, the Carrie Lake case, huge coming this week with the Election Crime Bureau. | ||

| We talked about pardons. | ||
| Obviously, Steve, we know not everybody can get a pardon. | ||
| But I know that the president is going to look very closely at pardons. | ||

| A cancer patient. | ||
| He's been in and out of the hospital for the past two months. | ||
| This government tried to get him out of the hospital and forced him to come to trial despite his medical issues. | ||
| A very weaponized DOJ. There's a lot of corruption going on. | ||
| You know, all the craziness that is happening in the Proud Boy trial. | ||
| You know, we've got the great Nick Smith on that case, representing Ethan Nordean. | ||
| He's got an outstanding paralegal who has uncovered a ton of corruption. | ||
| by the government and the prosecution in the Proud Boy trial. | ||
| I really think you should stand by and pay attention closely over the next few days to what's going to come out even more with regard to informants who infiltrated all G6 things. | ||
| We have to continue to support these families. | ||
| There's more families that are getting raided and more people getting arrested. | ||
| We're hearing from more families that need help. | ||
| More lawyers, you know, getting on board who need help also with, you know, retainers, families that cannot afford, you know, to pay these legal fees and don't want to take a chance with, you know, a very biased public defender out of D.C. So we have to support these families and we have to support these lawyers. | ||
