What's the latest? So yesterday what happened, Steve, was a new wave of migrants arrived to Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, and they were carrying a rumor that they were going to be allowed in as soon as they came and turned themselves over into the international port of entry. | |

| It happened at two additional port of entries at a smaller scale. | ||
| And unfortunately, the reality is that As we reported yesterday, it was not 1,000 migrants. | ||
| Confirming this morning, County Judge Richard Samaniego said it was capped the size was at around 2,000 illegal aliens consisting of mainly males coming from Venezuela. | ||
| The minute that they were not allowed to come in, the port of entry had to be shut down. | ||
| There is financial losses for both sides of the businesses of the border and they were closed down for hours and it impacted a lot of the people that were trying to come back and forth. | ||
| As a matter of fact, there was an American citizen that was assaulted on the bridge because she was trying to coincide with the illegal aliens that were trying to come across. | ||
| She was pleading to be let in and she ended up being assaulted and I think I sent a picture of The damage that they did to her arms. | ||

| In all likelihood, it is going to show that inflation continues to persist well above wage gains. | ||

| It's not enough to keep pace with the soaring costs of the goods and services that you need to live your life. | ||
| So in an era of crashing real wages, the worst possible idea is to import millions of illegal workers to compete against Americans and further depress those wages for hardworking citizens in this country, many of whom, by the way, happen to be brown and black Americans. | ||

| Look, I don't care what color you are, it's bad for all Americans. | ||
| If you're an American citizen, you shouldn't have to deal with illegal workers in the job market competing against you, no matter your color or your ethnicity. | ||
| But I think it is also important for us to highlight that it does particularly Inflict pain upon minority communities in the United States, which is a part of why it's a ridiculous liberal narrative to presuppose that insisting on a border is somehow racist. | ||
| There's nothing racist about insisting on the sovereignty of the United States. | ||
| So the open border that Joe Biden has inflicted upon this country is incredibly reckless in so many ways. | ||
| It's a national security nightmare for our country. | ||

There was a new wave of migrants that was arriving into Ciudad Juarez coming from the southern border of Mexico, Steve. | |
| They were carrying a rumor stipulating that they would be allowed into the country if they simply just showed up to the international port of entries. | ||
| Many of these migrants are currently complaining that CBP-1, the application for them to come into the country, quote unquote, legally, is crashing on them, and they're really upset. | ||
| Because at some point when they all sign up as a family, only one or two people from that family unit are allowed to come into the country. | ||
| And so they are upset and they are complaining that they are separating families at the border. | ||
| And so part of this rumor was a part of the manifestation that was happening yesterday was also frustration of the migrants that have been stuck in Juarez because hundreds continue to arrive on a daily basis. | ||
| So it is creating a huge bottleneck It's potentially going to burst, Steve. | ||
| But unfortunately, we don't have the manpower. | ||
| Yesterday, CBP was under scrutiny because it was not just happening simultaneously in one location. | ||
| It was happening simultaneously in two other locations, just like the footage that you're seeing right on the screen right here, only on just a smaller scale of what you're seeing. | ||
| And so these migrants continue to arrive to the southern city in Ciudad Juarez, and it's only causing more frustration in Kansas. | ||
| Crime is creeping into the city of El Paso, Texas. | ||
| And once all these migrants were pulled away from this area, they began going into different breach points. | ||
| One, as you are very familiar with, Steve, where we build the wall, what structure is put up. | ||
| They actually have the gate for access open. | ||
| It is chained open still. | ||
| So a lot of the migrants began going through there, causing over 2,000 arrests just on Sunday alone in the El Paso sector, Steve. | ||
| Unbelievable. We built that wall and you keep that gate closed. | ||
| Nobody can get around it. It's the best model wall ever built on the southern border. | ||
| And one thing I am so incredibly proud of. | ||
| And what they do is they chain open the gate so people just stream through. | ||

| They reportedly called the Coast Guard, and they said that two boats were discovered on the side of the United States as they crossed illegally into the United States. | ||

| They were rescued and taken to shore. | ||
| But the other boat, they found it capsized as they send the Coast Guard, send a helicopter in a boat to rescue the other migrants that they were inside of this capsized boat. | ||
| Eight of them, they were found dead in the sea. | ||
| Seven of them are still missing. | ||
| James Spittler, the head chief commissioner of the Coast Guard in Southern California, has said that And this year they have had a humongous increase of illicit and illegal activity crossing through the sea. | ||
| 717 % of an increase of people crossing illegally being trafficked into the Southern California. | ||
| And only on the year 2021, 23 people have died crossing through this particular area, sir. | ||

Oh my goodness, that deal between the Saudis and the Iranians that the Chinese are going to take credit for having engineered, that is a huge setback for the Biden administration for the United States. | |

| Saudi Arabia has long been considered America's strong ally, but this administration has done its best to really alienate them. | ||
| One of the big concerns here is that Iran is a real enemy. | ||
| We've let China actually broker this peace. | ||
| It seems to be a peace agreement. | ||
| Now China is going to continue arming Iran. | ||
| They are going to feel unrestrained. | ||
| But even more important, you're going to see maybe some efforts and successful efforts to have the Chinese currency. | ||
| That will be now used more often in oil trades. | ||
| And that is probably the biggest blow from all of this. | ||
| It doesn't get the attention. | ||
| Our last big lever over the Chinese is the U.S. dollar. | ||
| Yeah, they take us as the prime reserve currency. | ||
| They do these massive output deals, and then they're going to have it not use petrodollars. | ||
| They're actually going to use the yuan as the currency to do it. | ||
| Look, unrestricted warfare is kind of the Bible that we've looked at of unrestricted warfare. | ||
| The shocking thing about your book, you actually look forward in time and talk about when it goes to a kinetic. | ||
| Walk us through that for a second. | ||
| According to you and your thinking, is your theory of the case We know the CCP's been at war with us economically, political warfare, economic warfare, psychological, cyber information. | ||
| Make the case of why they're heading towards a kinetic war that they think they can win, sir. | ||

Well, they've had 30 years at least of weakening us. | |
| They've hollowed out our manufacturing. | ||
| Just tons of millions of jobs have gone to To China, our financial class, our business classes are falling all over themselves to do business in People's Republic of China. | ||
| They're providing The Chinese with convertible currency by probably at least a couple hundred billion dollars a year that allows the Chinese to build up their military. | ||
| As I say, they've weakened us. | ||
| There's the biological attack they've launched on us and the chemical assault, the fentanyl, that killed 70,000 Americans last year in one year, and that number's going up. | ||
| Their cyber theft, cyber operations have been just Great help to them. | ||
| Once again, building up their economy, building up their military as well. | ||
| They've got any number of proxies working on their behalf. | ||
| Meanwhile, the People's Liberation Army has become a formidable force that in certain circumstances could give us all we could handle, which is a nice way of saying it could probably defeat us in certain types of fights. | ||
| That was not the case 20 years ago. | ||
| We've allowed that to happen. | ||
| Our military advantage over the Chinese is at best patchy in some areas that are ahead of us. | ||
| So they have weakened us. | ||
| And you can see, look at the way we're fighting each other, the confusion, just the animosity that you see in the United States. | ||
| This administration really can't decide what it focuses on. | ||
| It seems to be responding ad hoc to everything. | ||
| It can't decide if it sees the Chinese as an adversary or an enemy. | ||
| The shooting is the last stage. | ||
| So the shooting is, if anything, the last stage. | ||
| Taiwan is a very attractive place. | ||
| When I was as a young man on a destroyer in the South China Sea in, what, 76, 77, 78, the Chinese were fishing boats, right? | ||
| It is unbelievable. The freedom of navigation was the 7th Fleet, and it was unquestioned, not even questioned. | ||
| Today, if you look at it, the question is, could we stop an air and naval blockade or stop an amphibious assault? | ||
| Hang on one second, I'm going to come right back to you, Grant. | ||
| I want to bring Cleo Pascal. She's done amazing reporting. | ||
| We talk about the Eurasian landmass, but we're forgetting the Caribbean, South America, and particularly the islands in the Western Pacific, the South Pacific, Polynesia, Micronesia, all of it. | ||

| And you've released these letters that talk about the pressure they're putting the political folks down there under. | ||
| Is the Chinese Communist Party trying to sweep through what the second island chain, I think it's called, and make sure they envelop the United States of America? | ||

| The overt goal has been to push the U.S. back to Hawaii. | ||
| So that means not just the first and the second island chain, but leapfrogging, as the Japanese wanted to do kinetically using political warfare, and in fact unrestricted warfare. | ||
| And the letter that's just been released by the president of the Federated States of Micronesia, which is a geographically very large country in the Central Pacific, which has a compact or free association with the United States, which means that the U.S. uses it as part of the expanded defense perimeter. | ||
| The U.S. is responsible for its defense And security is a textbook case of unrestricted warfare. | ||
| He goes through all of the ways that China has tried to put pressure on him and on his government, bribes, threats, funding succession movements. | ||
| It is unrestricted warfare, the book, come to life. | ||
| And it's really — it can't be ignored. | ||
| It's a president of a country saying, this is happening to us, and we really need help. | ||
| And what we want to do to get out of it, he offers a solution, is actually to flip recognition from China to Taiwan. | ||
| It would be one of the first countries to do that in a very long time. | ||
| And so it would reappropriate the narrative that China has been pushing that Chinese expansion is inevitable. | ||
| I just want to make sure you got the first island chain up there with Taiwan around the South China Sea, the second island chain, I guess back to Guam. | ||
| You're saying, your theory of the case, is this what the Japanese tried to do in World War II? This is actually the third island chain to push us all the way back to the Pacific. | ||
| And you're saying they're doing this not in the kinetic sense that the Japanese tried it, but they're trying it with unrestricted warfare. | ||
| Is that, Cleo, your theory of the case here? | ||

Yeah, absolutely. And it's what the president of the Federal States of Micronesia has said. | |
| This was something that was testified to, I think, in 2008, if I'm not mistaken, by Admiral Keating in front of, I think, Senate Armed Services Committee, but I need to check. | ||
| But what he said, I'm very sure of, which is that a senior Chinese official had come up to him and suggested that the U.S. take Kauai East and China will take Kauai West and don't worry about it, China will make sure everything's nice and calm in that part of the Pacific. | ||
| And now we're seeing that come to life. | ||
| And if you take a look at what they've done with the Solomon Islands, they basically won Guadalcanal without firing a single shot, almost on exactly the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Guadalcanal. | ||
| Their political warfare has been incredibly effective. | ||
| And sophisticated. Real quickly, when you say that his recommendation is to flip it to Taiwan, would the United States have to then go forward, which I'm an advocate of, and say, hey, the one challenge policy that we've been beholden to since the early 70s is no longer operative, that we'd have to look at Taiwan as an independent republic, ma'am? Well, I think it is a country. | ||

| And the U.S. has been sending incredibly mixed messages. | ||
| I was just in Palau, which is a country that recognizes Taiwan, and they held a big oceans conference recently. | ||
| And they would have liked to invite President Tsai, but we're told that President Tsai couldn't come if Kerry came. | ||
| So they were given this choice of Tsai or Kerry. | ||
| And because of the compact and their relationship with the U.S., this is the location of the Battle of Peleliu. | ||
| This is a place where American blood is soaked into the soil for the sake of liberty and freedom. | ||
| But they are being told that they can't have the president of Taiwan come and visit their country, the democratic representative of the Chinese peoples, if you want to put it that way. | ||
| The U.S. needs to be much more clear, I think, on how important democracy is, not just to itself, but the U.S. as a symbol of democracy for the region. | ||
| Cleo, hang on for one second. | ||
| I want to go back to Grant. Grant, do the people, the folks in Taiwan, our allies there, do they believe that the United States can actually defend them militarily on the kinetic side from either an air or naval blockade of the island or an amphibious assault, sir? I think some of them do, but it's been many years. | ||

They hear the words that America supports them, really admires them, and yet the Americans will barely be seen in public with them in a military sense. | |

| And so the Taiwanese would like to believe it, but I think they need to see some more concrete actions on the part of the United States. | ||
| It seems as though US policy has long been handcuffed by fear of what the Chinese will say. | ||
| And if you don't get over this, China's going to keep turning up the heat. | ||
| And one of these days, if they don't subvert Taiwan and get it to surrender, they will start shooting and attack. | ||
| And one can imagine what happens. | ||
| They go hard, fast, cut off, isolate Taiwan electronically and cut the Internet, etc. | ||
| Learn from what the Russians did in Ukraine and don't make those mistakes. | ||
| And then tell the administration, look, you stand clear. | ||
| This is domestic matter or else we go nuclear. | ||
| And this administration, I am not at all sure what they would do. | ||
| I have a feeling they might crawl up behind the desk, unfortunately. | ||
| So we've got to take this seriously and show we're serious. | ||
