| I want everybody to read this 103-page opinion because he rips the Band-Aid off. | ||
| He calls the Biden administration exactly what they did, which was to game the asylum system to allow and exacerbate an invasion on the southern border of the United States and lose our sovereignty. | ||
| And this judge calls it out for what it is, and I think it's the beginning of We've got to get over these other committees. | ||
| Mayorkas is a grundune. | ||
| You've got to go after Garland and Biden. | ||
| Garland and Biden, because this is thought through by the Justice Department. | ||
| This is Garland and Biden, and this ought to be the beginning of grounds for impeaching these two clowns for what they've tried to do to our country. | ||
| Todd Bensman. Okay, well, the thing to watch for in the next week is whether the circuit court, the 11th, He maintains this judge's vacating of the administration. | ||
| He gave them seven days. This judge is not fooling around. | ||
| He said, seven days, you're going to undo everything you've done since Trump was there. | ||
| You're going to undo it, and we're going to start to secure this border. | ||
| Seven days. This is a federal judge who told the president of the United States, the quote-unquote president, the regime head, seven days to get it back to where it was, right? | ||
| That's right. If they maintain his vacating of the policies, whatever happens, and I predict that there could be a major surge at the border, people that are stacked up down there by the tens of thousands, rushing forward is not on... | ||

| No, they're going to try to blame it. Right, and what that's about is detention center bed space. | ||
| Remember, the administration was claiming we have to let everybody free into the country because we don't have any bed space, but they shut down the centers so that they can't Well, Alex Jones, he was down there all the time into these centers to show what a fiasco this was. | ||

| And the judge called them out on that. | ||

| To just force them to come and give a plan and withdraw the troops on a 22-year-old military authorization. | ||
| And we're going to try to force this on Ukraine to make Biden come on a War Powers Resolution and actually describe what in the hell they're trying to do there and be honest with the American people. | ||
| I think only 48 Republicans... | ||
| It's a start, 48 Republicans, but there's a lot of the Republicans, and quite frankly, if they, Republicans, don't vote for a War Powers Resolution, they should be turfed out, each and every one of them. | ||
| That's how big this is, and look, there's some people I know quite well, and I'm very close to, but it's too bad. | ||
| Like Ryan Zinke, I love Ryan Zinke, but he got there and gave the most idiotic thing I've ever heard in my entire life, and no offense, the folks in Montana should sit there and go, what in the hell are you doing, dude? | ||
| Steve Cortez. Yeah, and by the way, there were a lot of names that disappointed me, right, that voted for continued intervention, continued warfighting by America in Syria, where, again, we have no discernible, definable, vital U.S. national security interest. | ||
| But of all the disappointing names, Zinke, to me, was the most disappointing. | ||
| So I want to name names. I want to congratulate the people who stood up For an America First foreign policy of realism and restraint, and not just Republicans, okay? | ||

| And then let's also name names as far as who needs to be questioned and who needs to probably be primary, Republicans who voted for this constant Washington war machine intervention agenda. | ||

| We were massively outvoted, unfortunately. | ||

| Let's put it in historical context, because since Reagan, other than Trump, okay, other than a very notable exception of the peace president Donald Trump, America has effectively been constantly at war, either low-level or high-level at war, starting with the first Bush presidency, with the first Gulf War, leading then into Clinton in Serbia, in Kosovo. | ||
| And then all the way into, of course, massive escalation by George W. Bush, continued on by Obama in Iraq and Afghanistan. | ||
| So we have a country that has largely been at war for three decades, with the notable exception of Trump. | ||
| So we can't expect that we're going to turn that tanker around forever. | ||
| Quickly, but it is turning and it is coming our way to an America first foreign policy of realism and restraint. | ||
| And congratulations to Matt Gaetz, who represents the most military intensive district in all of America in the Florida Panhandle. | ||
| Congratulations to him for standing up. | ||
| for not just all the American people, but particularly for the warfighters who bear the most severe consequences of this constant intervention by the foreign policy establishment of Washington, D.C. So let's pull up, if we can, chart number two, slide two. | ||
| This is a headline from Mediaite on this, you know, who voted in favor of de-escalating, of getting our troops out of Syria and making, forcing a War Powers Resolution Act. | ||
| Some of the names are ones you would expect. | ||
| Obviously, Gates, who sponsored it, MTG, Lauren Boebert, Chip Roy, Harriet Hageman on the Republican side. | ||
| But look at some of the Democrats who joined us here, people we don't often agree with, Cori Bush, Pramila Jayapal, the squad members, Ro Khanna from Silicon Valley. | ||
| Another one who's not on that list there, but who voted for de-escalation, Chewy Garcia from Chicago, who just got trounced in the Chicago mayoral election. | ||
| So we do see here, Steve, a very interesting alliance of the populist anti-war left with the populist right. | ||
| And what I hope this should teach us, those of us in the patriotic populist movement in America First, is that we can reach out to them. | ||
| We're not going to agree on everything, that's for sure, but there are issues where the Bernie bros are in alignment with us, and when it comes to war, That's absolutely one of those issues. | ||
| But I promise to name some names. | ||
| So let's name the people who voted in the affirmative, meaning get out. | ||
| People like Norman of South Carolina, Rosendale, so Montana was well represented there, Chip Roy, Jim Jordan, Mike Collins, new Congressman from Georgia, Bishop of North Carolina, Biggs, Mary Miller of Illinois, all voted on our side, on the America First side. | ||
| Let's talk about some of the Republicans who voted against us, who voted for Raytheon and the Washington war machine. | ||
| Some of them not surprising, but some of them surprising. | ||
| Pence from Indiana, Salazar of Florida, Van Dyne, McCall, Crenshaw, Luttrell, Diaz-Balart, and then, of course, Zinke, which to me was the most disappointing of all, voting in favor of continued warfighting. | ||
| So the great news is we're making progress. | ||
| But all leadership. | ||
| Right? Stefanik, all of them. | ||

| You're sitting there now with this budget that's out of control. | ||
| People have got to start making tough cuts. | ||

| And there's nothing more dangerous than politicians and political monks who've lived in these ivory tower bubbles of Harvard and Yale and Georgetown and other places believing that they can make a war with Russia work. | ||

| But the Russians, we know, aren't ever going to give up, and they're only escalating and pouring more troops in and warning us it's going to lead to tactical nuclear weapons. | ||
| And in most scenarios, that's why the doomsday clock's now at 90 seconds to midnight, When the tacticals get used, then it'll spread into theater weapons, and then it goes right up to level 43 of the RAND Corporation's threat continuum. | ||
| And so we are marching directly on how all the experts have predicted that this would lead to a full-born nuclear war that would collapse civilization and probably kill about 5 million people. | ||

| Not just he's running the Supreme Court, he's running all these judges. | ||
| Davis is kind of legendary, as you can tell. | ||
| He's a hammer. But no, this is President Trump. | ||
| This is what is so important about getting Trump back in. | ||

| And I tell you, what the tapes Tucker's shown and what you've done in your reporting is actually breathtaking about how the administrative state, and particularly the legal aspect of the FBI and DOJ, they're essentially gangsters, right, as they're coming after people. | ||

| And then now Julie Kelly got the filing this morning. | ||
| She's put it out. On Twitter, and the FBI wanted to bring on a witness today. | ||
| So two days ago, they said, here's new evidence that we're going to be presenting. | ||
| Well, the FBI, just like they did in the Whitmer case in the first trial in Michigan that caused those guys to get off on the first trial because they've been set up, the FBI Turned over a bunch of files that they had intended to delete or evidence they intended to destroy, showing they set them up and basically threatened them if they didn't go try to kidnap the governor, which they never even actually tried to do. | ||
| This is bigger than that. | ||
| And you can go read it right now on Julie Kelly's Twitter. | ||
| I've got a lot more from the lawyers about what's in the documents. | ||
| But this is the court filing here, and it says edit out that I was present. | ||
| That's the FBI agent who's been testifying the last few days. | ||
| And then when you read through the documents, you learn that they didn't fully delete the LYNC messages, and so there's 350-plus documents. | ||
| Thousands of pages in this that they didn't delete. | ||
| So they thought they deleted it, but it was still there. | ||
| They were able to restore it. | ||
| And the FBI agent, to cover his ass, this is in the court filing in D.C., Miller's communications with another agent who states the agent's FBI boss assigned her 338 items of evidence I have to destroy. | ||
| So this is them criminally felonies, if this is true, ordering them to destroy evidence that basically the Proud Boys at the leadership level was about 50 % FBI and informants who were trying to get them to do something, but they couldn't. And it's in the documents. | ||

| Slow down. At the senior levels, the infiltration of the Proud Boys was at that level? | ||
| Yes. Because this is a question I'm going to ask you. | ||
| With Tucker's stuff, with Epps, and they couldn't use the facial technology of the Fed's erection, you're saying that the Proud Boys, what this is going to prove is that there actually was active involvement by federal either assets or federal agents like there was in Michigan, sir? | ||
| Some of the same teams that were in Michigan were in D.C. actually running the whole thing. | ||
| CIA operatives, sex operatives, this is all going to come out. | ||
| This is other documents they've got that the judge is trying to keep sealed and is trying to keep from the jury. | ||
| Yes, this is a hundred times conservatively bigger than Michigan that blew that whole fake case wide open. | ||
| And so, yes, I'm not saying the Proud Boys are bad, but at the leadership level, They were completely infiltrated. | ||
| Enrique Tarrio was not a bad guy, but he'd spent prison time. | ||
| He was an FBI asset and informant, but they couldn't get them to do any violence. | ||
| And that's what's come out. | ||
| The driver of Enrique Tarrio's car, on January 5th, when he was supposed to leave D.C., he'd been arrested at the airport the day before, when they had that meeting with Stuart Rhodes and the Oath Keepers in the parking garage, These informants are saying they didn't call for violence. | ||
| There was no plans. That's the type of evidence they're ordering destroyed that there was no plan to attack the Capitol. | ||
| There was obviously no coordination going on, and it's just totally and completely made up. | ||
| And so, yes, this is the smoking gun that backs up everything that Tucker Carlson is saying. | ||
| I mean, right here, these are federal filings where you have The FBI agent's names, everything, saying that they were ordered by their boss to destroy 338 items of evidence. | ||
| And then, again, there's thousands of pages of documents that they've been pouring over. | ||
| Obviously, the people that have this are pretty scared. | ||
| The court was supposed to go into session 9 a.m. | ||
| As of 10, the judge still wasn't having court go into session. | ||
| I don't know if it's in session right now because I was coming on air here. | ||
| But the feds asked for court, by the way, this morning, to be delayed for two days. | ||
| They are in complete, total panic mode. | ||
| And this is breaking right now. | ||
| And this is just the filing. | ||
| What I've been told in hours of discussions, I mean, they've been reading me these documents. | ||
| It is insane. | ||
| I mean, this is incredibly dangerous. | ||
| And the good news is they're not going to be able to suppress this coming up. | ||
| Alex, I want to take and tie it back to what we saw on Tucker the night. | ||
| I mean, I was gobsmacked to know that the QAnon shaman is being escorted around with a Praetorian guard of Capitol Hill police, and they're trying the door for him, and then he leads a prayer. | ||
| None of that footage, Tucker had the lawyer on it last night, and the lawyer went for exculpatory evidence, which the government is obligated to give you. | ||
| That was never shown to anybody, and this guy spent a year in solitary confinement here in D.C., and now he's still in prison. | ||
| This whole thing is sharing, but what gets me is that Republicans, you had these guys from red states, I mean super red states, South Dakota, North Dakota, some of the red states trashing Tucker Carlson and actually the efforts he went and his team in a couple weeks to put this information forward. | ||

| And almost everyone trying to break in, like Ray Epps, Who told the J6 committee in his text messages, he says, yes, I called my family and said, I orchestrated, that's the word, the break-in. | ||
| He's on video now, ramming in with huge signs over the police, leading the attack to break down the barricades. | ||
| And I'm told that's the footage Tucker was going to be airing from the HD federal cameras, not just citizen cameras out there that got blurry footage of it, but HD footage of not just Not just Ray Epps, but other Feds leading the attack over the barricades and up to the Capitol and in. | ||
| And then once they broke up the lightly defended police, because they'd sent half of them away for crowd control at the ellipse, a mile and a half away with Trump, so they had it lightly defended, then they ordered to stand down, then they cut all communications from the leadership for several hours, that's what Tucker covered on Tuesday, and would not communicate to the troops on the ground who were put in the middle of this. | ||
| And so, total, absolute, complete setup. | ||
| And they're panicking and saying that Tucker Carlson's the devil for wanting to show us the actual footage of what really happened. | ||
| And so, yes, the word is massive pressure from Rupert Murdoch after Schumer went on the Senate floor and threatened Fox, threatened everyone. | ||
| He's representative, as we know, of the deep state, one of their top generals or field marshals. | ||

| During hearing accused Ray of getting going and getting a FISA warrant against LaHood. | ||
| We'll get more details in this, but it shows you the Federal Bureau of Investigation out of control at the senior levels. | ||
| So Alex, the heroic Tucker Carlson, and people got to understand you ought to pray for Tucker. | ||
| He's under massive pressure. | ||
| What's happening behind the scenes on Tucker Carlson is some of the greatest pressure I've ever seen on somebody in media. | ||

| My computer looked like a Vegas slot machine, as just the first tweet about the blockage of the Hunter Biden laptop story registered 143 million impressions and 30 million engagements. | ||
| But it wasn't until a week after the first report, after Michael Schellenberger, Barry Weiss and other researchers joined the search of the files, that we started to grasp the significance of this story. | ||
| The original promise of the Internet was that it might democratize the exchange of information globally. | ||
| A free Internet would overwhelm all attempts to control information flow, its very existence a threat to anti-democratic forms of government everywhere. | ||
| What we found in the files was a sweeping effort to reverse that promise and use machine learning and other tools to turn the internet into an instrument of censorship and social control. | ||
| Unfortunately, our own government appears to be playing a lead role. | ||
| We saw the first hints in communications between Twitter executives before the 2020 election when we read things like flagged by DHS or please see attached report from FBI for potential misinformation. | ||
| This would be attached to an Excel spreadsheet with a long list of names whose accounts were often suspended shortly after. | ||
| Again, Ranking Member Plaskett, I would note that the evidence of Twitter government relationship includes lists of tens of thousands of names on both the left and right. | ||
| The people affected include Trump supporters, but also left-leaning sites like Consortium and Truthout, the leftist South American channel Telesur, the Yellow Vest Movement. | ||
| That, in fact, is a key point of the Twitter files, that it's neither a left nor right issue. | ||
| Following the trail of communications between Twitter and the federal government across, tens of thousands of emails led to a series of revelations. | ||
| Mr. Chairman, we summarized and submitted them to the committee in the form of a new Twitter file strike, which was also... | ||
| That goes on. And by the way, the Charlie Kirk at noon and Alex Jones are going to pick this up after the war room. | ||

| work against America, and to accelerate the command and control of the illegal censorship with government quarterbacking and commanding the operations inside of Big Tech, the surveillance and the censorship, then bringing in the outside fact-checking groups that were Corporate allies of that, | ||
| then bringing in the ADL and Southern Poverty Law Center to create the policies on hundreds of issues and then censoring Everything from criticism of the Afghanistan withdrawal, to the Ukraine war, to gain of function, to January 6th information. | ||
| So this is the control grid. | ||
| The internet has basically been seized, and now we're just discovering the little man behind the curtain. | ||
| So this is an incredible moment. | ||
| This can and should, and if we work to spread the word, bring down the deep state. | ||
| Because as you said, the gain of function, And Fauci lying. | ||
| And them putting out false reports. | ||
| And again, lying to Congress. | ||

| But the bureaucracy and the think tanks, the globalists, the Carnegie Endowment, the Rockefeller Foundation, the UN people, the Xi Jinping infiltrated organizations are literally setting us up to destroy ourselves. | ||
