This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Thank you for watching.
We pour out our praise.
We pour out our praise.
It's your breath in our lungs.
So we pour out our praise to you only.
Tis the name above all day.
You have no rival, you have no equal.
Now and forever God you reign.
Yours is the kingdom, yours is the kingdom.
Yours is the glory.
Yours is the name above all men.
What about the name it is?
What about the name it is?
The name of Jesus Christ our King.
What a powerful name it is!
Nothing can stand against!
What a powerful name it is!
the name of Jesus.
I just don't know why you're watching this.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Thank you.
It's a little bit of a mess.
That's where we're playing.
Is it because you'd walk into like this different field?
Your goodness, Holy Spirit, you are welcome here.
Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere.
Your glory, God, is what our hearts long for.
To be overcome by your presence, Lord.
Spirit, you are welcome here.
Come flood this place into the atmosphere.
Your glory, God, is what our hearts long for.
Get up, get up, get up, get up out that gate.
You're not alone.
I am free.
We're not alone.
I am free.
steve bannon
Friday, 17 February, Year of Our Lord 2023.
We're going to go to Ashbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky.
Our own Noah Benjamin is there.
Noah, explain to the audience exactly what is happening at this revival at this Christian college.
unidentified
Steve, it is getting colder and colder outside, but let me tell you, the fire of God is getting hotter and hotter.
There's no doubt and a shadow of mine that God is continuing to move here on the campus.
As reported this morning, we're on the ninth day here on campus, and it's incredible!
We actually spent several hours in one of the services, continuing services today.
We're hearing that 5,000 people are coming to this campus Every day.
There's a line. I don't know if my camera, I'm in.
Andrew can pan my wingman and show the people that are out here.
That line is wrapped around the block, Steve.
It is incredible. It's a trickling entrance because people are is staying for a long period of time in the presence of the Lord, and they're just excited to be here, even in the cold.
It's amazing to see the community come in and give to the school and the people that are visiting.
We have Salvation Army out here.
We have multiple donations of water, food, snacks for all people that are waiting and visiting the campus.
steve bannon
It's incredible. Tell me, tell the audience, are people coming in from all over the country and from around the world, are flying in and getting down to Wellmore to actually be a part of this?
unidentified
Yes, sir. We were actually sitting inside and someone from Brazil flew in just for this.
It's incredible.
We've heard as far as Indonesia, people are coming here and flying and visiting to see what the Lord is doing here.
steve bannon
Noah, when you're actually inside, we've got this incredible footage you shot.
By the way, we're going to play some B-roll about the outside and the inside.
We've seen the clips we've put up of the singing.
What is it like to actually be?
It's a continual service.
What actually happens?
Is there reading a scripture?
Is there laying on of hands?
Is there singing?
What is actually going on inside continually?
unidentified
There is worship going forth as usual.
There is an open altar in the front of the sanctuary for people to come and kneel down and pray.
And there's a dedicated prayer team from the staff and volunteers praying for the people who are coming forth to the altar.
There's also moments of testimony from the students.
That are being impacted from this movement.
This whole event is organized by students.
Kids are coming and reading scripture.
There's a couple of short messages given in words of encouragement of what God is doing here.
And it's just, it's not scripted.
It can't be scripted because you can never plan for the move of God, but you can be expectant for what he's going to do.
And we never know what he's going to do.
And right now he's moving.
steve bannon
So in other words, this is what we call self-organizing or God organizing.
They have no structure.
There's no agenda.
There's nothing that's going one after the other.
No series of events.
unidentified
It's just happening? Correct.
That room in there, Steve, is 70 % Gen Z. And this is really amazing to see that this is happening because in Scripture, in Acts, actually, it says, It shall come to pass at the end of days, I will pour out my spirit on all fish.
Your sons and daughters shall prophesy, and old men shall see dreams, and their young men shall see visions.
And this is what's happening, Steve.
I believe we're in the end of days, and seeing a great move of God, it's incredible.
steve bannon
Noah, tell me, is this spreading to other locations or other campuses, or is this just still right at Ashbury University in Kentucky?
unidentified
Within this last week, we've heard about two or three universities.
One confirmed that we would like to also go check out as well is Lee University.
Not too far from here, but we're hearing reports of up to 10 campuses that are opening up their doors for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit into other campuses.
steve bannon
Noah, anything?
Do you have any scripture for us before we take off?
unidentified
Yes, sir. So one of the moments that was really powerful is the entire body of worshipers and revivalists were on their knees praying.
They were praying against the How people have so much sin in the land and people are repenting for the nation, Steve.
And one of the another scripture verses that I like to read is from 2 Chronicles 7.14.
And it says, If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, pray and seek my face, and turn from the wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, I will forgive their sin, and heal their land.
And I believe that is what's happening, Steve.
People are asking the Lord for healing in this land because we really need it.
steve bannon
Noah, how do people follow you on social media?
And we'll also come back to you before we finish this hour in the D Block.
unidentified
But how do people follow you?
Steve, I'm on all socials, Instagram, Twitter, and the Getter at Noah Benjamin.
steve bannon
Noah, thank you. We'll come back to you before the end of the hour.
unidentified
Thank you, sir. Thank you.
steve bannon
Something very special is happening out at Ashbury University.
We've got a team out there, and we're going to continue to follow this throughout the weekend.
Also, something very big is happening in the state of Ohio, the Buckeye State, but it's MAGA. It's MAGA Red, and you've got, with this tragedy, That's happened up in East Palestine on the eastern border.
They're 50 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Let's go to Columbus. Michael Patrick Leahy.
Michael, first off, people want to know, why have you left Tennessee, your beloved Tennessee, to go up to Columbus today?
michael patrick leahy
Well, this is where the action is, and I'm in Columbus, Ohio, as we speak.
I spoke earlier today with Governor DeWine's spokesperson, Dan Turney.
And he gave us an exclusive interview on the phone.
And he said the following, Steve.
This is our story. Spokesperson at the Ohio Star right now, published about 10 minutes ago.
Spokesperson, Ohio Governor DeWine agreed with the decision to execute East Palestine-controlled Byrne, but did not give order.
Here's the story. In our exclusive interview, DeWine's spokesperson, Dan Tierney, said he was unaware That legal authority was required to execute the February 6th controlled burn of vinyl chloride from five carriages of the Norfolk Southern train that derailed in East Palestine, Ohio on February 3rd.
He added, this is the key part of it, the Norfolk Southern executed the controlled burn after consultation with representatives from the U.S. EPA and the Ohio EPA and that DeWine agreed with the decision to execute a controlled burn was not but was not the person who gave the order to execute the controlled burn.
steve bannon
Hang on. Hang on. Hang on.
Hang on. You've unearthed the lies right there.
They've been lying for two weeks.
These guys said they had the authority and did it.
This is just...
michael patrick leahy
Well, let me add...
steve bannon
Tell his spokesman...
Hang on, hang on. Tell his spokesman he ain't getting off like that.
He agreed...
No, he...
The Norfolk Southern didn't have that.
You're telling me the governor of Ohio spokesman is trying to sell right now that Norfolk Southern had the authority to do a controlled leak first or control extraction and then a controlled burn?
That they had the authority and he agreed with it?
michael patrick leahy
I got one other piece of information from that interview with Dan Turney, the spokesperson for Governor DeWine.
I asked him if he was familiar with the statement made on your War Room program by former Acting Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark that the legal authority to execute the controlled burn was with the EPA on-site coordinator.
The attorney said, quote, that is not inconsistent with what I understand happening, end quote.
So, according to the spokesperson, First, the spokesperson said he was unaware that legal authority was required.
This is a spokesperson, not the government.
But then he said that it was not inconsistent that the on-site coordinator from EPA issued the directive.
So that's what we have from the spokesperson for the governor of Ohio.
steve bannon
But the EPA, so they're saying Norfolk Southern executed it.
Governor DeWine agreed with that.
But they're implying that EPA, okay, fine.
We're going to take a break, Leahy.
Amazing work, as usual.
You just stick right there. We're going to take a short break, and we're going to be back and get to the bottom of all this.
You know, I don't think the EPA guy will step up and say, oh yeah, I gave the order.
You're going to have a lot of people dodging right now.
A lot of people dodging. Why didn't Mike DeWine just say this at the beginning of it?
Why didn't he just come out and say, hey, I didn't have authority.
I didn't give an order. I agreed with that.
I didn't give it. Short break.
Michael Patrick Leahy from the Ohio Star, the Star News Network, is in Columbus.
unidentified
We're going to go back to Columbus, Ohio in just a moment.
This occurred early on, early on after the crash.
This allows clean water to bypass the area of the derailment and prevents clean water from picking up contaminants and carrying them into other waterways.
The remediation of the water in the direct area of the spill is going to take some time, just as it is taking some time to deal with the dirt.
This is not a simple process.
We're encouraging people to continue to avoid that area.
Now, I know there's been a lot of questions about FEMA and calling in FEMA for aid.
At this point, based on what FEMA has told us and continues to tell us, my chief of staff talked to them again this morning, we do not qualify for assistance.
Although FEMA is synonymous with disaster support, they're most typically involved with disasters where there's tremendous home or property damage, tornadoes, flooding, hurricanes.
That's why we do not expect that FEMA will come to East Palestine.
However, to make sure that if, in the future, FEMA is ever needed, we want to preserve our rights to be able to ask them for help.
So, to make sure that FEMA is ever needed in the future to help residents in regard to this crash, we're going to preemptively file a document with FEMA to preserve our rights in case we need their assistance in the future.
We believe that the railroad should continue to pay, and we're going to insist that they pay.
Whatever damages have been caused, the railroad is responsible for those damages.
We're filing this paper with FEMA just in case in the future we need that.
Let's say, for example, the railroad stops paying for whatever reason.
We're still going to go after the railroad, but we want to make sure that there will be support for people if that support does, in fact, stop from the railroad.
But turning back to East Palestine, Ohio, where the February 3rd accident caused hazardous chemicals, including toxic materials, to be released into the air, at least five class-action lawsuits have been filed against the railroad, and the state of Ohio has raised the possibility of filing a suit of its own.
Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost joins us now.
Attorney General Yost, thank you for being with us today.
Given the letter that you did write to Norfolk Southern in recent days, Are you still considering a lawsuit here?
And how are you thinking about that as more information does unfold on a daily basis?
Well, we actively are considering litigation and what form that will take.
There are significant federal preemption issues that we are researching.
But yeah, we believe that Norfolk and Southern needs to be held accountable for this.
That's why we sent the litigation hold letter.
Understood. And to what you just touched on, it is a tricky thing because the freight railroads, the Class 1 railroads, are federally regulated.
They are a common carrier.
They do have certain carve-outs within the law based on those regulations and how they operate and the types of materials they're essentially regulated.
I don't want to use the word forced, but they're forced to carry and transport around the country.
And so, thus, there are some precedents from a Supreme Court standpoint about what litigation could look like.
Just walk me through how you're thinking about it on behalf of the state, on behalf of residents of East Palestine, as more information has yet to be revealed.
Obviously, as you mentioned, we're still finding the facts.
Facts are important to a lawsuit.
You've got to produce evidence, not just law.
That being said, we think that the state of Ohio probably has several causes of action.
including nuisance and trespass.
Where that goes at this point is going to be partly dependent on the legal landscape.
It's also going to be dependent on what facts are found.
So right now, Governor DeWine has his EPA, his Ohio Emergency Management Agency, on the scene and doing their fact-finding.
There could be Actions available to the state as well.
We're looking to see if we get a referral from those agencies.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back. I just want to make sure the audience, because this is going to be a complicated one and we're not going to get off this.
If it was not for the Nick Sorters of the world and the Michael Patrick Leahy's of the world and other of these citizen journalists and these other, you know, people on Twitter and things like that.
And of course, War Room. And a couple of others.
This has all been buried.
And the poor folks in East Palestine, Ohio, would have just been thrown away like trash.
And their lives destroyed, the houses go to zero, the kids sick, all of it.
It's because of that.
And we're relentless. You got to remember, think of what the spokesmen, because everybody, they're all running for cover.
As I keep telling people, give me a timeline and give me the model.
Give me the model. Whatever your model is, I want to see the model.
I want to see the assumptions. I want to see the math, right?
And I want to see the timeline. What Michael Patrick Leahy has just reported at the Ohio Star, which has been on top of this and breaking a tremendous amount of news, that the spokesman in an exclusive interview The spokesman, the head of communications,
the comms director, the spokesman for the governor of Ohio said that, hang on, that Mike DeWine agreed with the decision and that Norfolk Southern executed on the decision on the controlled release and the controlled burn that came thereafter.
But that he did not disagree when Michael Patrick Leahy said, well, according to Jeffrey Clark, who was Trump's assistant attorney general for all things environmental, the only person who could, wait for it, authorize it, is the on-scene commander for the EPA. Excuse me.
He said, I do not disagree with that.
The Biden regime authorized this.
Now we're getting somewhere.
The Biden regime authorized this.
It's not Norfolk Southern's deal.
They authorized the controlled release.
They authorized to control Byrne and Michael Reagan, the EPA director who's running around and talking about other things that we find now.
We need to get him in front of Congress like on Monday and have a hearing and find out exactly what he looked at before the Biden regime polluted.
They're all running around.
You got a backyard creek.
They're up in your grill trying to put you in prison if you take the backyard creek and water your corn, right, if you're some farmer.
The Water Act, they got all this, the groundwater thing.
Hey, they're in your grill every time you turn around as the administrative state Nazis.
But here, what model did they look at?
We heard Michael Patrick, correct me if I'm wrong.
I think I'm getting the old okey-doke from DeWine.
Didn't DeWine tell us they checked in with the National Guard?
If he approved, did he also have his own deal?
He said the Ohio National Guard or Department of Defense or some kind of screwball association that should have nothing to do with this gave him wind velocity or did some sort of modeling talk about where the wind was going to blow over Pennsylvania, right?
Didn't he say that? Is he giving us the old okey-doke, or do you think he's being straight with us?
michael patrick leahy
Well, I certainly think it's within his capability to give you the old okey-doke.
Steve, you know, he did say that they did have modeling before the control burn was executed from the Ohio National Guard with help from the Department of Defense.
That is an odd environmental modeling group to take advantage of when you've got the U.S. That's really what the EPA has done for decades.
What's interesting about this is, and to his credit, Dan Turney, the spokesperson for Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, spoke with us about this, and he said it's not inconsistent with his understanding of how this happened that the on-site coordinator for the EPA authorized the control burn.
Well, the EPA, we've been asking them since Tuesday morning, To confirm those details, and they have not responded to us.
That, I think, is really, if you want to look for the smoking gun, if you will here, the document, the decision-making authority.
steve bannon
DeWine is pointing at the EPA through his spokesperson in this statement to us, the federal EPA. Okay, now we know the Biden regime, according to the governor's spokesman, who seems like a pretty straight guy, he's saying it's not inconsistent, and he's saying, hey, we approved it, or we agreed with it, didn't approve, we agreed with it, right?
That Norfolk Southern executed, Norfolk Southern executed, right?
There has my group executed and and or some press gang they just put together.
I mean, who knows? Right.
But the EPA, consistent with what we know, is the only person has the authority.
So Biden's regimes, you know, they're all for clean air and they got to have climate change.
And, you know, everybody's got to change.
All the school curriculum's got to change.
You got to shut down. No, you can't.
They can't pump any oil.
All the school kids, it's all got to be Green New Deal, right?
You know, the Financial Times Day has a big old cover story and a big old cover story right here.
The U.S. transitioned to a, wait for it, green superpower.
We're going to become a green superpower.
That's the next thing. It certainly costs us $19 trillion.
Right? You're only going to cost $19 trillion.
You'll be burning coal in your house so the atmosphere is like Dickens, London, as it is in London right now.
It's the highest, what, parts per million since the Victorian era because they're all huddled around the coal burner trying to get more burning wood.
They're out in London stripping the forest, stripping St.
John's Woods out there on the north side of London, right?
Stripping of all the wood.
Right? To burn it.
So you're going back to, you know, a couple hundred years ago.
You're going to be a green superpower.
But when something really important comes up, you don't see any modeling.
You don't see anybody taking responsibility.
The Biden regime did this.
And this is why Joe Biden, this is why Pete Buttigieg is not out there.
He didn't want to get asked a direct question from a guy like Nick Sorter with his iPhone.
It's all becoming clear now.
The Biden regime, oh my God, you know, the cult of climate change.
Yeah, not when it matters.
Short break. Leahy still with us from Columbus.
unidentified
Dr. Navarro next. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, Yair, President Yair Bolsonaro has been just announced.
He's going to be at CPAC. We want everybody there.
CPAC.org slash war room.
You get 47 bucks off the main ticket.
Get you to see everything, meet everybody.
Plus, you get to be in the audience, the live audience of the war room.
We're going to be broadcasting for four days in a row.
It's going to be insane, insanely good.
We want you there. We want to meet everybody.
And of course, with everything that's going on, you'll be right in the thick of it, not just getting the inside baseball.
But meeting all the players on our team, we're really excited about it.
It's going to be better than Phoenix, and even it's going to be better than Dallas.
Really stoked. Turning Point was fabulous.
The CPAC in Dallas was great.
This is going to top that, so we're really stoked.
Also, we had the great launch.
It's on fire. They're cranking these pillows out, so you can get one, buy one, get one free.
MyPillow.com. Promo code WARROOM. You get the MyPillow 2.0.
He's taking his game up.
Remember, you're not going to get...
A ton of hours of sleep because you're immersing yourself in all your activities around the war room to be a force multiplier.
But you've got to get quality sleep.
That's why the MyPillow 2.0 is a whole different technology.
Massive upgrade. You buy one, get one free.
Plus, we've got all the other sales.
On our square when you go.
MyPillow.com, promo code WARUM. Leahy, just great work.
I mean, you're doing such a great job on the story.
By the way, Jeffrey Clark, we're trying to get Jeffrey Clark on.
He's been watching the show. He's all worked up because he knows what the answers are.
He's the one who gave us the heads up the other day.
Leahy, you follow this nonstop.
This just shows you the Biden regime, they're all performative.
They want you to kneel at the altar of their new pagan religion, which is climate change.
They want you to kneel at the altar of climate change.
They want to indoctrinate all the kids.
But when it comes to something important, Like, maybe if we take this, what is it, the vinyl chlorine, and we start burning it, right?
Or if it gets into the ground, it gets into that creek.
You see the creek that's got the 14 or 15 million views?
He's got the creek, it looks like the rainbow in Wizard of Oz.
So don't tell me how much they care about the environment.
They're showing you they don't care about the environment.
They don't care about the people.
They don't care about people getting sick.
They just care about control.
Absolute total control.
Michael Patrick Leahy, anything you want to leave us with before we're going to try to track you down tomorrow to get you?
You've been doing such a great job.
michael patrick leahy
The next step, Steve, is to get a statement from the Environmental Protection Agency.
They have been dodging us since Tuesday.
You know, Michael Regan The administrator went up to East Palestine and gave a very blasé talk about how they care, but is not giving any answers.
We need to get answers, and if we don't get them, I think the Republican-controlled House and the U.S. Senators from Ohio should demand answers.
Those questions from Michael Regan.
Who was the on-site coordinator?
When and why did he get the order to burn?
steve bannon
Yeah. Sherrod Brown, and Sherrod Brown's a populist.
I got that part of it. He's talking a lot of smack.
He's going to do this. He's sending this letter.
Hey, Sherrod, have your secretary, have your assistant call the White House.
And ask him right now, hey, didn't our EPA guy authorize this?
And what was he looking at?
Can you share the model with me?
I like to see the analysis.
I like to see this thing called the science, the data, and the evidence.
I like to see those about how he made this decision.
And I'm sure he didn't make that decision unless he ran it up the flagpole of somebody in the White House.
So of all the cult of climate change, the new pagan religion of the 21st century, right?
Can we just ask how you did this before you put phosgene in the atmosphere and you polluted the creeks and the kids got rashes breaking out on them, the 600 dead fish?
Right? Just a couple of three questions.
What did you look at? How did you come to that decision?
I'd like to know how you came to that decision.
Can you show us? Can you show us something?
If they had anything, they'd already shown it to you.
They don't have anything.
And all they're going to do is lie, just like on the Chinese spy airship.
They're going to lie and misrepresent.
And the media is too dumb, too lazy, and also too in on it to ask any questions.
Of course, they're not going to be invited to the cocktail parties.
No, they're not going to be able to go to Andrea Mitchell's house and have canapes.
Oh, baby. Dad loved us on a Friday afternoon.
Leahy, how did they get to you? You guys are doing great work.
unidentified
Leahy, go from Columbus and go up to East Palestine.
steve bannon
I want to see you up there. How did we get there?
How did we get to the Star News Network?
How did we get to the Ohio Star?
michael patrick leahy
How did we get to all of it? TheOhioStar.com, TheStarNewsNetwork.com, and you can reach me on Twitter.
On True Social or getter at Michael P. Leahy.
steve bannon
Perfect. Thank you, Leahy.
I want to bring Dr. Peter Navarro, the manufacturing czar under President Trump.
Peter, here's the reason.
The folks in East Palestine, Ohio, all the salt of the earth in the backbone of this nation, right?
And they don't live in East Hampton, and so they're treated like not the deplorables, they're the disposables.
And that is the basic problem with the ruling class in this country and the financial oligarchs on Wall Street who are their paymasters.
This is the central problem with this entire thing.
And you don't need to go hunting over in Ukraine to find out what our problem is.
The problem is right here.
Nikki Haley's talking about freedom.
Hey, Nikki, how about the freedom of the hard-working, blue-collar patriots whose sons and daughters have fought in every war we've ever had?
What about their freedom?
Well, Nikki, shed a big tear on that.
You're shedding a big tear about the Slavic War on the Russian-speaking eastern border of Ukraine, right?
That you're letting the Ukrainian people get chopped up, right?
You're shedding a big crocodile tear on that.
Why don't you shed a crocodile tear?
Why don't you take that white suit and get up to East Palestine, ma'am, and meet some folks?
peter navarro
Peter Navarro. You're on fire, Ben.
Nikki, by the way, in her high school played Cassius.
And Julius Caesar, right?
She was like the biggest backstabber.
You know, Trump in the Oval would go, Ed too, Nicky, Ed too?
I mean, she's something else.
Look, yesterday, yesterday, and I want to make this point again because I think it's the point, these toxic burns, the harsh lesson, the deplorables who put on uniform for this country, and God bless them, Learn the hard way for those toxic burning pits in Iraq that these diseases take a long time to gestate.
So nobody in Ohio can assure the people of Ohio and the citizens of East Palestine that they're going to be just fine.
This stuff can harm you.
Amen. This administration is a gang.
It's a gang.
They shoot like... I mean, they've invented this gun, Steve, that can do, like, 90-degree angles.
steve bannon
They don't care. They don't care.
They don't care.
peter navarro
They don't care. But, you know, the thing I wanted to talk about today with your audience, there's a big story out, two stories that I want to bring to their attention.
I'm the finance guy, right?
One is that they announced, like, the big hedge fund winners today.
He's one of your favorites, Ken Griffith, right?
steve bannon
These guys... Hold it, hold it.
Hang on. Hang on.
Hang on. Hey, Doc.
Hey, Doc. Hey, Doc. You're an economist from the Arts and Crafts School.
Economics degree is from the College of Arts and Sciences at Harvard.
Don't say you're a finance guy.
You're from the College of Arts and Crafts.
You're an economist. Don't give yourself an upgrade here.
But keep going. I digress.
unidentified
I learned everything about deals.
steve bannon
I went to the trade school.
peter navarro
Yeah, yeah. You're good at that.
Show me the receipt.
Show me the real money.
When you've got the boots of the neck, keep it there.
I get it, Ben. That's why you've got a few bucks and you've got a few more than I do.
But here's the deal.
These hedge fund guys made literally tens of billions of dollars last year betting on inflation.
They effectively shorted The bond market.
Yeah, I got no problem with people making money, but this kind of obscenity, okay, this money came straight off the backs of the working classes of America, Steve, because, well, those bastards were making billions of dollars, and you can count on, like, two hands how many of them were doing it, right?
Millions of Americans were seeing their real wages going down because of that inflation.
These people are jackals.
And so I just want, you know, it's like, when you and I were back in 2017 in the Oval fighting Mnuchin and Gary Cohn about maybe putting a tax on the top 0.1 % of the billionaires in this country, I want people to remember that this kind of thing goes on.
The other thing which is interesting, Steve, is this guy, Mo Alarian, who used to run PIMCO, the biggest bond trader, they were back in Orange County, they were like, A stone's throw from the university I worked at.
He's gone up, and he does his, like, Fox News and all this kind of stuff.
But he comes out and makes the statement that the Fed has to raise its inflation target to 3%.
Otherwise, they're going to have to raise rates too fast and crash the economy.
So here's the thing.
This is like a no-win situation.
If you keep it at 2%, and Alarion's right, We'll crash the economy, we have a Great Depression, you know,.3.0, right?
But if you raise it to 3%, what you're essentially going to do is institutionalize a higher rate of inflation, and the only people who get hurt by that are the deplorables, the working men and women of this country for whom inflation is the cruelest of taxes.
And the point here is, and Donald Trump said this back in his 2016 speech, this is a politician-made disaster.
The inflation we are suffering is the direct result of Joe Biden screwing up our energy sector by stopping pipelines, stopping oil drilling, and by screwing up the supply chain, having Pete Buttigieg home giving milk to his baby when the supply chain was curating.
steve bannon
Okay, Doc, Doc, don't lose the plot here.
No, no, you're great, but hang on.
Hang on. But even with the target, because all he's doing is saying, you're going to have to take the pain of inflation longer, or if we do it quicker, both ways the deplorables get screwed, okay?
Now, but... But don't bury the lead.
The lead is if they continue and put this budget, if it's like the budget office says, and it's going to be a trade and a half, two trade, it's beside the point.
The inflation is going to stay there because you're juicing the economy.
unidentified
It's just Keynes 101. All roads lead to the fight we're going to have.
peter navarro
Over the debt ceiling. The ability of Kevin McCarthy to intelligently hold fast and make them cut the kinds of spending that we need to get cut in order to make some of this inflation go away.
Look, it's the deplorables that get screwed every day in this country by the Democrat Party and by Wall Street.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got to bounce.
I want to quickly give the podcast how people get to it.
It's on fire. People are raving about it.
You're 17th in the nation. I've got a minute.
Hit it, and then I've got Jeff Clark on deck.
Let's go. Tell us how to get there.
peter navarro
Peter Navarro is taking back Trump's America.
Go to Apple or Google Podcasts.
Get it. There's a great documentary on it this week.

Go for it. Steve, this podcast is important.
Because it basically is going to pave the way to Trump back in the White House in 2024 in a MAGA House and Senate.
Taking back Trump's America.
Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts.
All right, Admiral. Have a great show tomorrow, my buddy.
That's your show, buddy, Saturday.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother. Saturday, Saturday morning.
Real quickly, let me go to Jeffrey Clark.
And, Jeffrey, we've only got 30 seconds.
You're hanging with me. You heard the first part of the show.
You nailed it the other day.
The only people who can make that decision is the EPA, which the governor of Ohio just said is what happened.
I tell you what, Jeffrey, We're blown out of time in this segment.
You just hold right there. We're going to do a short commercial break.
We've got Jeffrey Clark has joined us.
He was President Trump's Assistant Attorney General for all things environmental in the first Trump term.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to be back with Jeffrey Clark to talk about exactly what went down in East Palestine, Ohio.
unidentified
Next in the war room. We're taking down the CCP. Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
You're in the War Room. We have Jeffrey Clark, Assistant Attorney General over at DOJ under President Trump in his first term for all things environmental.
Jeffrey, you watched the show. You were on here the other day.
You helped us break the case.
Tell us what's going on in your mind, sir.
unidentified
Sure, so having seen your guest Daniel Patrick Leahy show a clip and you show a clip of the AG of Ohio say that before they get involved they have to look at preemption issues.
Let me just take a step back and explain what that means.
What that means is that the state's worried that they don't have any authority here and that if they try to go after Norfolk Southern Norfolk Southern is going to say, hey, we did what EPA or other federal officers told us to do, and you can't intrude on that.
You can't second guess that.
So that's a very important issue.
Now let me tell you about a couple of scenarios, right?
Because we haven't seen the documents.
We haven't had anyone from the federal government fess up and tell us what really happened.
It's all very confusing and a morass.
One thing that could have happened, right, is that the federal on-scene coordinator showed up, as we know he did, from EPA. By the book, he did an analysis of scenarios, and he heard from affected parties, and he decided, hey, we're going to do this controlled release and controlled burn.
That's one possibility. Another possibility is that he showed up, and he didn't really do it by the book.
He just kind of had a group grope, and then they collectively said, you know, let's go forward with this.
And the last scenario that I see, based on the document I saw from the on-scene coordinator and from EPA, is that they showed up only interested in one thing.
Could they get their Superfund money to do a cleanup later at the way back end from Norfolk Southern?
And that's why they sent a letter saying, hey, I'm the on-scene coordinator, and you've got to do a circle cleanup.
But there's nothing in that letter that I saw about them doing a good analysis of public health in the now before the controlled burn took place, Steve.
So we don't know which of those scenarios is true.
Because they're just playing cutesy, and they're pointing at each other like this all over the place.
steve bannon
I'm going to talk to you after this show, and we want to have you back on tomorrow morning because you're my man on this.
Where would Jeffrey Clark, if you were in the DOJ right now, where would you be pressing this to make sure that the folks, number one, the environment was taken care of, and by doing that, the folks in East Palestine, Ohio were taken care of, the deplorables out there, sir?
jeffrey clark
Sure, so the first thing I'd do is I'd be on the phone with the EPA administrator and I'd be saying, look, you know, you had a federal on-scene coordinator, you know, good so far as it goes, but that federal on-scene coordinator was only looking at getting Superfund money.
unidentified
What happened? Who authorized the control burn?
And then that would quickly morph into a call, I think, of what we would call the federal family.
You would get DOT on the line.
You would get the National Transportation Safety Board people on the line.
You would get maybe some chemical safety people on board because, I mean, the number of chemicals involved here and how they mixed and all of the hazards from that, that makes them an interested party.
And you would also have representatives from the state and you'd also have representatives from Norfolk Southern eventually talk about this.
I'm not sure, Steve, that they did anything by the book.
It looks like there was some form of confusion or ball dropping and that now they're just trying to do a cleanup by either minimizing it or pointing fingers at some other agency.
steve bannon
Hey, they're not trying to do a cleanup in East Palestine, Ohio.
They're trying to do a cleanup in aisle three because of the Biden regime's lack of transparency.
Jeffrey, we've got to bounce. What's your social media doing?
Great work over there at the Russ Vote team.
What's your social media?
We're going to get you back on tomorrow.
Tell us where the people can get you.
unidentified
Sure. So we're at the AmericaRenewing.com is our website.
I'm at JeffClarkUS on Getter and Twitter and on RealJeffClark on Truth Social, Steve.
steve bannon
The Attorney General in the second Trump term, Jeffrey Clark.
Thank you, sir. Honored to have you on here.
Talk to you after the show. Thanks, Steve.
Clark's been on this, man. Nailed it.
Nailed it right at the beginning.
Okay, Boris is on the phone.
I had to get Boris on because the polls are breaking all over.
They're amazing. Boris, give me a minute on these polls.
boris epshteyn
Steve, I'm going to be with you.
I'm going to be with the posse. Two robust polls coming out today.
One, Harvard-Harris.
President Trump at 46.
The next contender, the governor of Florida, is at 23.
And the other pretenders slash contenders are all in the single digits.
President Trump absolutely running away with it, and head-to-head 56 to 44.
And then in the next poll, the big village poll, President Trump at 50, and the next pretender is at 24, and then Pence at 9, Haley 7, Cruz 4, Liz Cheney 3, Cruz Cheney 1.
Head-to-head, President Trump went 61 to 39 for the governor of Florida.
President Trump, again, absolutely dominating because the contrast between President Trump And hopeless, pathetic Joe Biden.
It's never been starker.
And the disaster in Ohio is another prime example.
steve bannon
The thing in Ohio is the disgrace.
And only a guy like President Trump can sort things out.
Real quickly, Boris, what's your social media?
By the way, we're going to have polling on tomorrow.
I'm going to talk about the spreads are increasing.
That's the key. That's the takeaway.
Boris, how do people get to you, sir?
boris epshteyn
The spreads are getting bigger and bigger, no doubt about it.
President Trump dominating.

Thank you, brother. By the way, we're going to do polling tomorrow.
Carmichael, can you join us?
People have been raving about this.
Everybody's been picking it up that's contacting me.
Number one, why do you need salt tea?
And number two, how do you get it?
crom carmichael
Steve, thanks again for having me on.
Yes, salt tea is a supplement.
It is a heart-healthy supplement.
It's one that our company's been making the active ingredient in it for 18 years.
And what we do is we extract a particular molecule from fresh green tea.
We ferment it. We have a special process of fermenting the green tea.
And that process allows us to extract one molecule and take it from a 1 % concentration to a 22 % concentration.
And then we take that raw material, that's our active ingredient, we put it in a soft gel capsule, and two a day will really, really help you manage your cholesterol.
I'm the poster child that shows you how it works, in that I've been taking our own product for 18 years.
I'm 74 years old and my bad cholesterol went from 130 to 89 when I started taking it.
It took 90 days to get there, and it's been under 90 ever since.
And the way that people get Soul Tea is to go to warroomhealth.com.
That's warroomhealth.com.
And then they use the code WARROOM at checkout.
That's WARROOM at checkout.
And they'll get $29.95 off their first shipment of their subscription order.
And then after that, they will then continue to get the product every 90 days.
And they get three bottles for the price of two.
And we pay the freight on an ongoing basis.
steve bannon
Crump, thank you so much.
Appreciate it. Next hour, we're going to Montana, one of the magnificent six that saved this country and turned us around, Congressman Matt Rosendale.
Then we got Natalie Winters about the investigations.
