This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country this country will be saved Here's your host Stephen K back Oh Ah Oh
In our lives so we pour out our praise We pour out our praise.
It's your bread in our lungs.
So we pour out our praise to you only.
It's the name above all day.
You have no rival, you have no rival, you have no equal.
Now and forever God you reign.
Yours is the kingdom, yours is the kingdom.
Yours is the glory.
Yours is the name above all men.
What about the name it is.
What about the name it is.
The name of Jesus Christ our King.
What a powerful name it is.
Nothing can stand against.
What a powerful name it is.
The name of Jesus.
steve bannon
It is Thursday, 16 February in the year of our Lord, 2023.
That's Ashbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky.
And the Holy Spirit is in the house.
I think they've gone seven days now in a row.
Seven days or more, 24 hours a day.
A spiritual awakening and revival going there with young people at that university.
We're going to actually hopefully have some reporters down there joining either today or tomorrow.
We're going to get into it. As a show, as we go on, by the way, we've got so much to go through this morning.
Some of it's uplifting, like that, and some of it is, let's say, maybe not so uplifting, but we've got to get our arms around it anyway.
I want to start with, I've got Steve Cortez, I've got Ben Harnwell.
I've got Cortez and Harnwell riding shotgun with me for the first part of this.
Frank Gaffney's going to join us.
He's going to try to cram in a lot here in the first 30 minutes.
Because people have certain things they've got to bounce to.
Also, Michael Patrick Lay is going to join us.
We've got a big update on everything going in East Palestine, Ohio.
Make sure we've got the backs of the good folks out there.
Let's go. Cortez, thank you.
Harnwell, thank you. I asked you guys to kind of get up early and watch this.
Nikki Haley. I wouldn't normally start the show with Nikki Haley, but this was so...
I don't know. I think a point that's got to be made here that I want to do it and share it with the audience.
Let's go and play the first clip right now from the NBC, her big exclusive NBC Today show interview.
unidentified
Let's go ahead and play it. The immediate past president still maintains that the election was rigged, that was stolen.
He's not alone. There's this recent Monmouth poll.
It found that 61 percent of Republicans said that President Biden won because of a voter fraud.
How do you navigate that?
nikki haley
I don't have to navigate anything.
We saw a lot of things happen during COVID that wouldn't normally happen, that created some mischief that shouldn't have been there.
Is Joe Biden the president?
Yes. Joe Biden is the president.
We shouldn't question that.
Do I think that everybody needs voter ID, like what we did in South Carolina, so that we know that everybody's vote is valid?
unidentified
Yes. But you know election denialism has become a pretty significant part.
nikki haley
There's going to be a percentage of people who don't think Joe Biden's president.
But 61 %? I don't think it's 61%.
I think you have 61 % who are saying, look, we need to have trust in our elections and we need it to be as transparent as possible.
steve bannon
No, that would be incorrect, Nikki.
That would be stone-cold incorrect.
First off, I don't believe the 61 % number.
I think it's 81%.
Okay, repeat after me, Nikki.
Elections have consequences.
Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
That's why we're here. Cortez, I'll tee you up on that one first.
There was some mischief that went on.
Was that... Steve, was there some mischief?
Or is Joe Biden...
Is Joe Biden...
Help me out here, brother. I see that this morning on the Today Show.
By the way, Melvin, he's a fantastic interviewer because he listens to the response and then he asks a question.
Tell me about that first, the opening salvo of Nikki's thing with...
There was a lot of mischief that went on.
steve cortes
Right. Listen, it's not as bad, okay, but it reminds me a little bit of Ilhan Omar saying some people did something, okay?
There wasn't some mischief, right?
There was whole-scale fraud.
There was mass illegality.
And there were significant violations of the Constitution that negated the results of the 2020 election, particularly as it relates to equal protection.
There was not equal protection.
In other words, Trump voters were not treated the same as were Biden voters all across the country.
It was Bush v. Gore on steroids.
That would be an honest answer about 2020.
But there's really nothing honest, right, about Nikki Haley.
Let's be real here. There's nothing authentic.
There's nothing genuine. It's all consultant claptrap.
That's the reality. When she says, I'm going to kick forward instead of kicking sideways, even though she has to win a primary first to kick forward against Joe Biden.
And by the way, those consultants really ought to give whatever she paid them back to the donors because it's complete nonsense.
Those kinds of platitudes.
Will not work, particularly in a time like this, when the country is in an absolute crisis stage.
And when she talked about some of those crises, I encourage the audience to watch the full interview.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I'm going to play the crisis.
I broke this up. I'm going to play the crisis.
But by the way, in the Republican base today, it's much higher than 61%.
It's two-thirds of 75 % minimum.
The election was stolen, no question.
At 74 million votes, Trump won in a landslide, flat out.
Is that the correct response, Brother Cortez?
steve cortes
It is the correct response.
And look, here's the reality.
Nikki Haley, essentially, this is what she's offering the people as her value proposition, is that I'm a woman, and I'm not white, and I spew a lot of platitudes.
That's a pretty weak-selling proposition.
In many ways, she reminds me, it's like Larry Hogan got a tan and he put on a wig.
That's who she is.
The fact that she gave, by the way, before she announced, she gave her exclusive sort of pre-announcement story to Axios.
Now, that tells you everything you need to know, okay?
Because Axios is basically Pravda for the ruling class of this country.
It is the House PR organ for the ruling class of America.
The fact that she gave her exclusive to them tells me two things.
Number one, she knows she can't win.
She's not in this to actually win.
But number two, she is trying to please the oligarchs.
That's the reality here because she wants, for her own self-aggrandizement, she wants to become even wealthier.
She served on the board of Boeing, remember.
She wants to become even wealthier and she wants to become more powerful with the oligarchs who are increasingly ruling this country right now.
In that regard, Steve, she's the exact opposite of what we are in the patriotic populist movement who want a diffusion of power throughout the country.
steve bannon
I want to give you the audience and make sure if you've seen this on the podcast, I'm going to hold up a couple of papers before I play the next clip about where we are.
This is yesterday with the head mullah in Tehran in Beijing with Xi.
Full military review right there.
It was announced today that she's been invited by the mullah to come to Tehran, and he's going to come.
This is part of the new axis with their partners in Pakistan, the Saudi royal family, Turkey, North Korea, all of it.
Right underneath it is all the disaster in Ukraine.
We can't give them enough ammo.
They're running out of ammo.
The Russians are having this big winter fence.
So that's the geopolitical.
This is the geopolitical reality.
Steve, you and I are going to get into a little more of this later.
But the lead story today in The New York Times, our beloved paper of record, the far right-hand column, you can see right there, it's the $19 trillion.
We've been asking for a financial model.
The CBO finally put it out.
$19 trillion, Steve Cortez, add it to the national debt of 31.5 right now.
19 will be over $50 trillion, that minimum, minimum, because these are based on very optimistic assumptions, minimum, by the end of the decade.
With that as a tee-up, let's play the second clip from Nikki Haley's exclusive interview with The Today Show.
unidentified
Months ago, you said that China was closer than ever to invading Taiwan.
If China does invade Taiwan, should there be a military response from the United States?
nikki haley
Republicans and Democrats for too long thought that if we were nice to China, they would want to be like us.
They don't want to be like us.
They want to destroy the West.
We need to change the way we look at them.
And so that means we should have a strong military.
And for God's sake, we should not have Americans look up at the sky and see a spy balloon from China looking back down on us.
And if we do those things, Craig, there won't be an issue in Taiwan.
Because if you are strong and China knows that we mean business, they're not going to make that move.
unidentified
If they do invade, should there be a military response?
nikki haley
I think we have to look at that when that happens.
But what we do is we have the backs of our allies.
unidentified
Let's talk Ukraine for a moment.
The former president, your former boss has said that he would stop supporting the Ukrainians if he's elected.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has said that the Ukrainians shouldn't get a blank check.
nikki haley
Where do you stand? The war in Ukraine and Russia is not about Ukraine.
It's about freedom. And it's a war we have to win.
Because if Ukraine doesn't win this, Russia will go on to Poland and the Baltics and then we'll have a world war.
What we need to do and what Biden should have done was give them what they needed to win early.
We're not putting troops on the ground.
We are not writing blank checks.
But when they need the ammunition to win, we should give it to them.
unidentified
President Zelensky has asked for F-16s.
Should we give those to him?
nikki haley
I think we give him what he needs to win, not money, but equipment.
unidentified
And you recognize there's some daylight between you and the other declared candidate for the Republican nomination on that front?
nikki haley
There's some daylight between me and Joe Biden because Joe Biden was slow to the take.
unidentified
But to be fair, Madam Ambassador, you have to win the primary.
You're talking about President Biden a lot, but there are only two candidates in the Republican primary right now.
nikki haley
It's you and your former boss. No, and you guys are obsessed with me talking about him, but what I'll tell you- Well, there are only two candidates.
It's okay. I don't kick sideways.
I kick forward. And what I'm telling you is Joe Biden has not let- There it is.
steve bannon
Hold it. Hang on. Hang on.
Hang on. Besides the claptrap, how could you have two possible, the worst dead wrong, if you had to pick a dead wrong answer?
Right. This is my point. If she's got a role out there, guys, the guys around here, make them big dollars.
Prep her. By the way, if they attack, we've got to be strong.
We've got to stand up to China.
If they attack Taiwan, I'll think about that at the time.
That would be an incorrect answer, man.
I want to tell all of our friends in Taiwan to watch the show, okay, forget what she just said.
No, she's not a CCP plant.
You will be defended.
Taiwan will be defended.
Taiwan will be defended.
And by the way, we'll stop the air blockade, the naval blockade, and then we're going to give anything he needs to win.
Ma'am, his definition of victory is Crimea in the eastern provinces.
Give him the F-16s.
It's like junior high school.
Did she just walk out?
Did anybody prep this woman?
steve cortes
Steve Cortez. And she's supposedly a foreign policy expert.
She was the ambassador to the United Nations.
This is supposed to be her wheelhouse, right?
But here's the thing. Why will we defend Taiwan?
Not because of, quote, freedom, all right?
Not because of some ridiculous platitude.
We will defend Taiwan because it is in our vital self-interest because the American economy would implode without Taiwan.
Now, that is a horrible predicament that the United States is in.
We should not be in that position, and we must change that vulnerability.
But the reality is, right now, Now, the American economy would collapse without the semiconductors from Taiwan.
So that's why we would, okay, let's be real here.
Let's be adults. Let's have a foreign policy of realism and restraint.
Taiwan matters existentially to the United States.
Ukraine matters not at all.
She has it exactly backwards.
unidentified
And guess what? I'm not going to sell it anymore.
steve cortes
She might have been coached in this kind of talk in the boardrooms of Boeing, of the neocons and the Davos crowd and the ruling class.
She might have gone native up there in New York City at the United Nations, but this is not going to fly in the Republican primary because, Steve, look, you and I know these Republican primary voters well.
Salt of the earth, deplorables.
They are not going to fall for this.
And by the way, one of the driving forces of the whole America First movement was foreign policy, was ending these needless interventions all over the world.
She has it exactly backwards, Taiwan and Ukraine.
steve bannon
Hang on, we're going to take a break.
Steve, it reminds me, I guess she was a young American for freedom.
It sounds like you stand up there in junior high school for a debate, and they taught you the question.
Later the debate coaches go, no, no, you got the answers reversed.
You got the answers reversed.
It's not serious.
She's not serious. Forget this.
Happy Talk Haley.
That's her new handle.
No, I'll think about it at the time.
Yeah, think about it at the time.
I'll think about it that afternoon.
Okay, short break. We're packed.
We'll be back in the warm in just a moment.
unidentified
Your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, cpac.org slash war room, $47 off.
People are pounding into this now.
We're going to have a big turnout. We want everybody there.
If you're in the Mid-Atlantic region, we want you there.
Make sure that you come.
You can be part of the live audience.
Eduardo Bolsonaro is going to be there.
Pompeo is going to be there.
Abe Hamedi, of course, Carrie Lake's giving the Reagan dinner speech.
President Trump's going to make his...
Nikki's going to be there. You can give your opinion of her speech right when she's there.
You've got to treat her with respect.
She's showing up. Some of them are not showing up, so she's showing up.
She's going into the lion's den. Okay, so make sure.
CPAC.org slash war room.
Want everybody to go. $47 off.
General mission ticket now under $250.
Frank Gaffney, you've got some very specific thoughts about all of this, about the predicament we're in.
Nikki Haley kind of gave a lightweight interview today.
Give us your perspective, sir, on Joe Biden and the global geopolitical problem we have right now.
frank gaffney
Well, we're in the Third World War.
As you keep saying, Steve, and I think you're absolutely right about it.
We have a very hot front open at the moment in Ukraine.
We've got one that is a building, I'm afraid, likely to go hot shortly with the Chinese Communist Party.
And sadly, what they've put into place, funded by us, that's right, Your pension funds, your 401 plans, your mutual funds, and so on, have been enabling the Chinese to build out a colonial empire worldwide.
that they will use to project power make no mistake about it in any future conflict and that will assure that it is a global war unlike anything we've seen before hope I'm wrong about all of this but I'm afraid we're right and this is why we've put together a new book and I'm very pleased that we'll be able to roll it out I think hopefully with your help Steve early next month we're calling it the indictment it's about prosecuting the CCP for its war crimes against America And other crimes against humanity.
And we're going to have nine charges that we hope to prosecute in the court of public opinion, laying out the case for why those war crimes have done incalculable harm to our country.
Economically, in terms of the health and well-being of our people with their, among other things, biological warfare and fentanyl murders, the destruction of our military, all of this aided and abetted, by the way, by their elite capture.
Of everybody from the Commander-in-Chief of the United States through senior political figures in both houses of Congress, Republican, I'm sorry to say, and Democrat, and of course in business, Wall Street, academia, the culture, media.
All of this is laid out as part of the charges against the CCP in this new book, The Indictment, and we are also going to offer 20 Specific recommendations about what we do about it, including, among other things, getting our country, as it must become, on a war footing, just as the Chinese Communist Party has become, and so much more.
Ending that remote, that elite capture, removing those who have been captured, delegitimizing the CCP, something that you appreciate was central to Ronald Reagan's strategy for defeating the last communist threat to our country.
steve bannon
Here's what we're going to do. We're going to have a big presentation of this at CPAC. We're putting out the book.
Frank and the team, we're putting it together.
It's going to be quite powerful. And as a run-up, we're going to have Frank and other members of the Committee on the Present Danger.
This is now a thing we're going to do.
We've got to because you've got people like Nikki Haley.
It's not serious. When you're sitting there saying, well, what happens when they invade Taiwan?
Oh, I'll think about that. I'll make that decision that afternoon.
No, that would be seriously incorrect, ma'am.
That would be serious. People in Taiwan watching the show, trust me, don't listen.
That's ridiculous.
Not happening. Frank, we've got to bounce.
How did they get to the committee? How did they get all the great webinars we've done?
The amount of content is incredible.
How did they get there? It's real easy.
frank gaffney
It's presentdangerchina.org.
And Steve, we're having another of those webinars today on the Chinese Communist Party's preparations for nuclear warfighting, something we better be paying attention to as well.
But we've really distilled the essence of all of these webinars, some 70 of them now, hundreds of participants into this book, The Indictment.
Stay tuned for it coming up shortly.
steve bannon
What time is the webinar?
frank gaffney
1 to 2.15 at presentdangerchina.org.
Register for all of them, please, if you would.
Also, follow us on Real America's Voice, too, alongside Steve.
steve bannon
Perfect. We're going to stream it, too.
We're going to stream it simultaneously.
Grace and Mo, and I'll probably jump in and give some commentary in the chat room.
Frank, thank you so much and all the great work.
Looking forward to the indictment.
We're getting serious now, but we're in the Third World War.
Let's get serious with it. We've got a war internationally, globally.
We also have one at home, Naomi Wolf.
Naomi, this last. Of all the ones you put up, ma'am, this may be the toughest.
Talk about Report 56.
naomi wolf
Yes, I will, and I think it relates to what Mr.
Gaffney was saying because this is just Report 56, I think, is incontrovertible proof that we are at war because it shows that this injection, which I've been saying is a bioweapon, is causing catastrophic damage in at least these 30 deceased people who were autopsied.
So to recap from yesterday, for those who didn't see the initial discussion we had last night, Dr.
Robert Chandler, one of our star volunteers for the War Room Daily Cloud Research Volunteers Project going through the Pfizer documents, turned his attention to a presentation by a pathologist named Arne Burkhardt in Germany, and Dr.
Burkhardt and seven other international pathologists, physicians and scientists Did autopsies at the end of 2021 and made an announcement about their findings at the end of 2021 and into 2022, February 2022, in which they autopsied 30 deceased people.
And they did so at the request of those people's loved ones.
They were second autopsies because the loved ones had been not satisfied with the results of the first autopsies.
And Dr.
Chandler notes that there have been many obstacles to loved ones getting answers and autopsies about what killed their loved ones if there was any possibility that it was vaccine related.
So these were a range of people ranging from 28 years old to in their 90s.
The average age was 69.
They died outside of the hospital and also inside the hospital, mostly women, a little less than half men.
So what they found, I'm really sorry to say, and I'll go into more detail with slides today, is catastrophic lesions throughout the body on many, many organs.
Blood damage, spleen, liver, brain, you know, throughout the body, skin, testes.
And then Dr.
Burkhart went into detail.
What the pathologist did was they took tissue samples and stained them to see what changes there were, if any, in the tissues of vaccinated people who had died.
And the deaths had been from seven days to six months after injection.
So they were looking for any sign that the spike protein or other ingredients had been the cause of the deaths.
And in the majority of cases, they found probable cause or likely cause that the vaccine was the cause.
So here's slide number one, and it's just very traumatic.
This is about the vascular system, and you can see on the left a normal blood vessel, and you can see the endothelium on the left.
For vaccinated people, it looks completely different.
The title is endovasculitis, paravasculitis, and vasculitis.
We've seen so many side effects of problems with vasculature, blood vessels, problems with clotting.
And their theory, Dr.
Burkhardt's theory and the scientist theory, is that the vaccine leads to damage in the vascular system.
And you see it right here in these cadavers.
Now we go to slide two.
They did a spike protein stain.
And there you can actually see positive expirmeation, meaning expression of spike protein in the myofibroblasts of the arterial wall.
This is the aorta.
And you see right there, you can see the spike protein in the aorta of these cadavers.
And again, so many people, so much heart damage, so much blood clots, lung clots, leg clots.
And so you can actually see the spike protein In the aorta there because of the stain in these cadavers.
Now we go to slide three and this is very distressing.
One reason it's so distressing is that in the discussion we had yesterday about these kids who are being solicited by universities to be test subjects illegally for this mRNA injection, one of the questions is about autoimmune disease.
And autoimmune disease is off the charts in the Pfizer documents.
Well, this shows a causal effect with the injection and autoimmune diseases.
This is a spleen showing the onion skin phenomena that is seen in some autoimmune diseases.
This concentric layering and around the artery hypercellularity is visible with the intense nuclear material reaction and these are the blue dots.
So autoimmune diseases related to the injection at scale.
Let's go on to the lung.
And this is slide four.
You can see a normal lung on the left.
On the right, you see a vaccinated lung, basically.
And you can see all the white areas of the lung alveoli.
And so, you know, the Congresswoman from South Carolina who challenged the Twitter sensors, she said she got asthma after the injection.
So many breathing problems, so many respiratory problems, pneumonias, bronchitis.
Well, here you see what you never want to see, these white areas in the lung alveoli.
And the alveoli are those tiny little pockets that allow people to breathe easily.
So you see the damage to the lung there from the injection.
Going to go on to slide five.
This is very traumatic.
You know, I've written an essay about how the lipid nanoparticles cross the blood-brain barrier.
Many people are noticing changes, personality changes, temperamental changes in their loved ones post-vaccination.
Dr. Flowers, one of our volunteers, explained that the inflammation in the brain is like...
It is going to cause damage to things like the prefrontal cortex, nuanced reasoning, nuanced thinking.
steve bannon
Sorry. Naomi, I know you've got to bounce.
We've got a short commercial break.
Just hang on. We'll bring you back.
Short commercial break. Naomi Wolf, who's got to take off, but this one is quite brutal.
I want to make sure everybody sees it and gets all the access to the charts and all that.
Short commercial break. Steve Cortez, Ben Harnwell, and myself.
unidentified
will return after a short commercial break.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bamm.
Okay.
steve bannon
Okay. Welcome back.
Naomi Wolf, you've got to bounce, I know, but we need a couple of minutes.
You need to wrap this up.
It's that serious. And I want to send everybody over to Daily Cloud to see this and get all the reports, particularly the last couple have been brutal.
naomi wolf
Go ahead, man. Yeah, so I was at slide 5, which sadly shows that the vessels in the brain have a focal lymphocytic infiltration, meaning the lymphocytes are in the brain, and the scientists and doctors concluded that that was what probably caused a rupture in the brain of that deceased person, again related to, they believe, likely or probably the injection.
And the last thing I want to show you is super disturbing.
Is the final slide, slide six, which says unidentified foreign material in the vessels.
And these are unidentified foreign material in vessels, especially in the spleen vessels.
And this was in five of the cadavers out of 35 cases.
And you can see case 13 down there below with this unidentified material and what these Scientists and pathologists concluded the likely explanation, which gives me chills, because, you know, as I mentioned yesterday, I've been screaming about this ever since I investigated lipid nanoparticles, which you can order by the box over the Internet, and they're made in China.
They concluded that these are probably the lipid nanoparticles coalescing.
And in the report, it's so disturbing.
The scientists conclude that, and doctors conclude, they have never seen anything like this before, this unidentified foreign material in cadavers, in all the cadavers they've, you know, dissected or investigated in the past.
And to remind everyone, and this is the conclusion they reached as well, we independently reached this conclusion.
They said, you know, what is likely is that in the warmth of the body, lipid nanoparticles are solidifying.
And causing this unidentified material, which is in the spleen in the case of these five cadavers.
This solidifying, almost plastic, this industrial fat hardening.
Because remember, and when I read this, I was so horrified and I broke this story on your show, Steve, about eight months ago.
But they reached this conclusion independently and it was buried in 2021.
That the lipid nanoparticles are transported and stored in subfreezing temperatures, in which case they are liquid.
But of course, when they go into the body or at room temperature, they solidify.
So that's what you're getting when you're getting an injection.
You're getting something that goes throughout your body, traverses every organ in your body, and then coalesces.
And this was a hypothesis when I brought this up, but these These seven or, I'm sorry, eight international pathologist scientists have confirmed it.
And I think what really is notable is that after this presentation was made at the end of 2021, Dr.
Burkhart was assailed and smeared and attacked and, you know, demoted academically.
He made this presentation again in February of 2022, and it was just memory hold.
So we owe a great debt to Dr.
Robert Chandler, who retrieved it and presented it and analyzed it in the latest report, 56.
And I guess I just want to conclude by saying, you know, I've been saying this is a bioweapon, it's a bioweapon.
This is not a medical product, everyone.
This is, you know, this is causing catastrophic damage to 30 cadavers.
70 % of them have catastrophic damage.
And the conclusion of these respected scientists and physicians is that, you know, it is vaccine related.
And this is the saddest report I've ever made of all the sad reports.
steve bannon
How do people get to Daily Cloud?
How do they get to your work, ma'am?
naomi wolf
Thank you. Please support us.
We really need your help.
It is a constant battle every day.
So go to dailycloud.io.
You can become a member.
Please donate. We run on your support.
And more importantly, see that upper right-hand corner.
The War Room Daily Cloud Pfizer Documents book is for sale on Amazon.
You have to buy it and send it to your loved ones.
They have to know the truth.
And I also have really wonderful news, Steve, in the middle of all this horrible news.
We've got two Japanese publishers vying to publish the book in Japanese.
So, you know, in spite of everything, word is getting out.
It's going to be huge. This is so important for the truth to come out.
steve bannon
Yeah. Thank you. It's going to be huge.
Naomi, I know you've got to bounce. Thank you for doing it last night and again today.
I want the morning audience to see it.
So thank you. Appreciate it.
Go to Daily Cloud. Cortez, I'm going to go to Harnwell here for Nikki, but you've given up so much professionally.
Now that you look at all this coming out, pretty smart move, right?
I think I'll pass on the vaccine for now.
I got herd immunity.
I'll take a pass. You feeling better?
You feeling better about that decision?
steve cortes
Certainly, but I don't feel better for those who are coerced into it, who are still being coerced into it.
Steve, this is important. This isn't only past tense, right?
Today, as we sit here today, there are university students who are statistically invulnerable to the dire effects of this virus.
University students who, as a prerequisite to attend school, have to take these injections from Big Pharma.
unidentified
Think about that. It's disgusting.
steve bannon
Ben, thank you for hanging around.
I got a lot on the Ukraine war.
I'll get to you tomorrow. But I got to give you give me your assessment of you analyze this Nikki Haley interview this morning in her announcement, what she's put forward.
Give us your thoughts from Rome.
ben harnwell
I think Steve Cortez is absolutely correct that somebody needs to be asking for their money back from the PR consultants.
However, she may well have got her money's worth because if nothing was witnessed in terms of the quality of her answers, her gesticulating, her hand movements, It was so distracting from the nonsense she was saying.
Perhaps you should actually be giving very generously to the people who had been filling her head with those empty words.
My thoughts are this. I've got two thoughts.
One of them is she says, you know, I don't want to deal with the nonsense that she said.
I don't want to give it the attention as if it actually deserves to be analyzed.
But one of the pretty dumb things she says is that there needs to be a new generation of Republican leaders.
So that got me thinking because she first...
achieved elected office in January 2005 for the South Carolina House of Representatives.
Donald Trump was sworn in as president in, as you know, in January 2017.
So, in a sense, if you want to deal with the nonsense actually saying and break it down, She's been in elected politics for 12 years longer than Donald Trump.
So if we need a new generation of Republican leaders, perhaps it's her herself who needs to be giving way.
But as I say, to be analyzing this is to give it a credit which it really doesn't deserve.
My other reflection is I have to lean a little bit here on MTG, who said that Nikki Haley I like it, but if I may, I think it slightly misses the target.
Because firstly, Bush 43 wasn't that bad as Nikki Haley is.
But secondly, it's not Bush in heels that Nikki Haley is resembling, but it's Chris Christie, I think.
And the character profiles that I think join them together is, I would say, an ambition, a personal ambition, which far exceeds any principle or talent that these office seekers hold.
And yet they are willing, perfectly willing, to be stooges for the not-Trump people.
Country Club Republicans.
And that's, I think, where both of these people try to pitch their credibility to.
But it's a market now with few takers.
steve bannon
Wow, incredible.
Great. You and I will discuss later maybe the issue about Bush 43, but it's a great analogy with Chris Christie.
Ben, how do people get to War Room Rome?
ben harnwell
How do they get to your content? It's Getter, my surname, at Harnwell.
There you go, at Harnwell.
Just tap it into Getter.com or go into the, download the app onto your website.
Onto your smartphone.
If I might just finish, I've got a very quick closing point.
I was very impressed with Craig Melvin there, who did the interview, the NBC interview that we watched.
And I was left.
I tell you what, my reflection was this.
Given the two of them, I would rather vote for Craig Melvin than, you know, that's the problem that you have.
When the interviewer has more charisma...
Right? Has more charisma and more capable of thinking on their feet than the interviewee.
You end up thinking, let's have him.
steve bannon
Put him on the ticket. Cortez, is Harnwell on or something here?
Is this according to the Roger Mudd, Ted Kennedy interview, sir?
steve cortes
No, totally. And by the way, you make a great point, Ben.
By the way, you and I, we might have to have a separate show on this sometime on George W. Bush, because I think he was the worst president in American history, at least until Biden.
But tabling that...
steve bannon
But hold it, and I include Buchanan on the list, the worst in the history of the country.
No, I'm serious. I think he's the worst president in American history.
Yeah, 100%.
steve cortes
But that's another topic for another time.
I think you're absolutely on to something.
I absolutely would prefer Craig Melvin because he seems to have an actual sense of himself.
He seems to have intellectual curiosity and you're so right.
About the pure ambition of Nikki Haley.
You know, I've said this before. It's not hyperbole.
I mean it, okay? She is as ambitious as Lucifer, but without the principles of Lucifer.
That is who Nikki Haley is.
She is literally ambition defined.
steve bannon
Ben Harnwell, thank you so much.
Give us one more time.
unidentified
War Room Rome and how to get to your content.
ben harnwell
Don't worry, folks. I'm not going to be pushing out pro-Bush 43 material.
By the way, to close this point, as a person, I never really objected to Bush 43.
It was all the coterie of hacks and grifters that he had around him.
Condoleezza Rice, Karl Rove, Dick Cheney.
steve cortes
He's still the president.
ben harnwell
Come on. Those are the people I think.
unidentified
Come on, yeah. I got proud of the whole family.
You're just digging yourself in deeper.
steve bannon
We're not buying Karl Rove.
We're not going Ken Millman.
Come on, that's all Grundoon's.
This is Bush.
By the way, the old man kept the CCP in business on Scowcroft over there.
Okay, Ben, you had your shot.
You had your shot. One more time.
How did they get to War Room Rome?
ben harnwell
It's my surname, Steve Atarnwell.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother. Appreciate it.
Steve, we've got a couple of minutes now, and you've got to turn your mic on.
But the lead story is the CBO, brother.
You and I have been bitching for the model and moaning.
They gave it to us, right?
Biden administration didn't, but Congressional Budget Office did.
Okay, you agree that this plan is dead on arrival.
If we hit this, every person in this audience under 40 years old will be a Russian serf.
That is a road to absolute stone-cold bankruptcy, is it not, Mr.
steve cortes
Cortez? 100 % to deprivation.
Look, we are right now suffering through 22 straight months of declining real wages, the worst streak in all of American history.
As terrible as this current predicament is, okay, the future, what the future portends, if we don't get a hold of our spending, our borrowing and spending, the future will make the present actually look like it was a good time, like it was a golden era.
And Steve, we got more terrible economic news out today.
We got another awful inflation report out today.
It was the PPI, producer price index.
Yesterday was CPI, the consumer side of things.
And on the producer side, 6 % year-over-year increase.
It was.30%.
0.7 % month over month.
That was the highest since last June.
So this inflation tsunami is by no means under control.
The Fed is not ahead of the curve.
The idea that it was transitory was always a lie.
The idea now that it's disinflationary is equally misguided.
And I think we'll get into some of the details after the break, but it's a remaining crisis.
steve bannon
Because remember, the PPI is upriver from the CPI. So when Cortez tells you it's bad, that means it's going to flow through to your CPI. Short break.
Steve Cortez will explain it all to you next.
unidentified
Only in the war room. The new social media taking on big tech, protecting free speech, And canceling cancel culture.
Join the marketplace of ideas.
The platform for independent thought has arrived.
Superior technology.
No more selling your personal data.
No more censorship. No more cancel culture.
Enough. Getter has arrived.
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
Download now.
steve bannon
Okay, make sure you go to Getter.
In fact, we're going to be streaming stuff today.
We stream at night. We did the Royce White show last night.
I'm in the chat on and off, time permitting, but the Savage Angels are always running it.
Also, all the content we put up there, it's absolute idiot-proof because I'm an idiot and I can use it.
It's the easiest technology out there.
And you get such an immersive experience.
CPAC.org slash worm.
Want everybody there. 47 bucks off the ticket.
And the ticket's now under $2.50.
You get to become part of...
The show, part of the war room.
Looking forward to it. Had a great time in Phoenix, great time in Dallas.
Looking forward to DC. Steve Cortez, PPI and how that flows through, how it's going to flow through.
Let me give you the bad news on the 19 trillion.
That's the upside case unless we take dramatic action.
The head, the people in this audience to the creditors committee, unless we take dramatic, and I mean dramatic, no more happy talk, kick it down the road because we don't want, you know, the word on some of the house guys, we don't want to burden a guy running in 2024.
No, we're beyond that.
The presidential candidate, which will be Trump, will fully understand this and he'll be an active participant in this.
But the cuts have to come $100 billion out of defense and $100 billion out of the social programs as an opening bid.
That's what we've got to do. That's a minimum we've got to do this year in this appropriations process.
Cortez, how bad a shape are we in?
steve cortes
No, listen, the economy continues, unfortunately, to just flail.
But just a quick point before I get into the economy and show some charts.
I just noticed that we've been talking about Nikki Haley.
Political playbook, for folks out there who might not get that email, that email every morning is essentially the morning paper for permanent Washington, political playbook.
And this was their headline, and if we have it, let's show it on the screen, please, because I just noticed this on the fly, so I understand that the producers couldn't get it up there in time.
But the headline is, Why Nikki Haley Could Sneak Through in 2024, okay, making the bullish case for Nikki Haley in Political Playbook.
And then I noticed, and I highlighted it there, it's a little hard to read, but I highlighted it there, presented by TikTok.
Presented by TikTok, Politico.
That tells you everything you need to know about how the ruling class operates in the United States.
Taking CCP money, okay, to publish a pro-Nicki Haley narrative in the most important morning notes, the morning paper, essentially, for permanent Washington.
steve bannon
I know that has nothing to do with her state that we're not going to defend Taiwan.
What happens if they invade Taiwan?
We have to be strong. We have to be peace through strength.
We have to be like Reagan. We have to be strong.
We have to stand up to him.
We have to be strong. What happens if they invade Taiwan?
I'm going to think I'm going to make that decision the day they do it.
Right. Nothing to do with TikTok underwriting it, brother.
steve cortes
Yeah. Well, anyway, listen, but getting back to the economy, which is critical.
And by the way, Steve, I was so glad that you opened the show with that incredibly uplifting spiritual scene of young Americans filled with the Holy Spirit worshiping the risen Lord Jesus.
It was absolutely fantastic.
When we talk about the economy, it is almost uniformly us complaining, right, diving into the terrible details of the economy because that's the reality.
Yeah. It's not because we want to wallow in the misery, Steve.
It's because we want to fix it.
We need to have a resolute and dispassionate approach to the problems we face so that we can then fix this current economic crisis, because the only way out is through.
We have to know just how bad it is, and we have to know the details of the current trajectory, which is terrible.
It's not just the inflation that's bad enough, but how is the inflation impacting Main Street?
So let's take a look. If we go to chart number two, please.
This is small business optimism in the United States, which unfortunately is very hard to find.
Okay, this chart goes back to the beginning of Joe Biden's tenure in office.
This is from the National Federation of Independent Business, the biggest group representing small business.
As you can see in the beginning months of the Biden presidency, he had a fantastic handoff from President Trump because the economy was surging, roaring back to life from the lockdowns.
Especially in freedom states, places like Florida and Georgia, Tennessee, Texas.
But what did he do with that wonderful inheritance?
Well, he absolutely squandered it, as you can see then, with the demonstrable trend toward the lower right-hand side of your screen.
We just got a new number out this week, and while it was a slight uptick off of last month, We continue to just bounce along the lows.
And when I say low, Steve, these are decade lows.
Okay, so realize right now in America, small business confidence in this country is lower than it was at the worst points of the lockdowns of 2020.
Think of how scary things were for small business owners back then who were shut down.
They are more pessimistic.
There is less optimism now.
This isn't Steve Cortez or Steve Bannon's opinion.
These are the millions of entrepreneurs, the doers, the risk-takers in this country who are the lifeblood of the American economy.
They have been squashed by Joe Biden.
That's the reality. But the news is also bad at the large scale, at the big end of the spectrum when it comes to big corporate earnings.
If we can look at chart number three, please.
This is a new story out from Bloomberg talking about profit margins.
Profit margins for corporate America, which is dominated by the big companies, Profit margins have now gone down for the first time again since 2020.
And in this Bloomberg article, I'm quoting, and profit margins are shrieking, squeezed by inflation and an economic outlook that's eroded the ability to pass on costs by raising prices.
Now, Steve, I think this is key.
That corporations cannot pass on these costs.
The PPI, getting back to the news today, they've got higher costs.
They can't pass them on.
Why can they not pass them on?
Because the consumer is too weak, right?
Because the consumer is tapped out.
The consumer has credit card debt that he can't handle.
The consumer can't handle the car payment.
On the utility bill.
So the reality is, okay, as seen by the numbers, not my opinion, not sloganeering.
I don't do the Nikki Haley stuff of platitudes, okay?
Numbers, data, evidence.
The reality is, both at the small end of the business spectrum and at the biggest end, inflation is unfortunately crushing America's prosperity.
And it's only going to get worse unless we take action because we have human agency.
steve bannon
And that's what we have to take action.
Steve, by the way, it's about capitalism, right?
I'm just kidding. Cortez, your stuff is amazing.
How do people get to you?
Thank you so much for taking the hour.
We had a lot to get through today. How do people get to you and how do they get to the charts, how do they get all your content?
steve cortes
You bet it. I will be posting these charts too.
Please find me on the Twitter.
I'm at CortezSteveCortez with an S. Thanks so much.
steve bannon
You know, the profit margin, Steve, when you talk about the full financing charges with the increase in interest rates, people are going to be paying more on their credit card, going to be able to buy less, but it also hasn't flowed through all the corporations.
The margins are going to get squeezed even more.
Steve Cortez, honored to have you on here.
Thank you, sir. Thank you. 90-second break, and we're going to be ready for Act 2, the second hour of the War Room, and we are packed wall to wall.
We're going to go first.
