| You and I did an hour on Getter livestream breaking it down, how anomalous it was, the down-ballot performance uncorrelated to Bolsonaro's performance. | ||
| The regional districts, the states, everything. | ||

| So the second that there are questions about the credibility of this and there are allegations of fraud, they took the data down two days after from the public site so you couldn't scrub it. | ||
| It was already obviously taken down by the weaponized office of the masses, thank God for them, so that we had material to work with to analyze. | ||
| But they immediately scrubbed their own data and put it back up. | ||
| So questions percolated. | ||
| The military in the Constitution has a role to adjudicate separated powers disputes. | ||

| You've got the judiciary and the electoral court, which reports the judiciary. | ||
| It's a functionary of the judiciary in dispute with the executive branch and the legislature. | ||
| Constitution says it's the military's role to adjudicate these disputes to maintain order. | ||
| And they had a right to audit the machines, the code, and the tabulation data, and the court would not give it to them. | ||
| They just ignored them. | ||
| They said no. | ||
| And the military put out a 65-page report saying, we have indications that there are things that are anomalous, but we can't say for certain because the court won't give us the machines, the code, and the tabulation data. | ||
| That alone was the pretextual material needed. | ||
| According to constitutional lines to invoke Article 142. | ||
| Who judges the judges? | ||
| The judges violated the Constitution, violated the law, and ultimately the military because of corruption and traitors within the highest rank. | ||

| Is the military really coming in full force to arrest people, or at least has it so far? | ||
| Here's what's very interesting, Steve, because I'm seeing videos, some aerial footage, some on the ground, where it looks like the military is actually standing off from the police. | ||
| And so the police are trying to come in and conduct mass arrests in these videos. | ||
| And you've got military, you've even got some armored personnel carriers, where they're blocking the police from going in and conducting these mass arrests. | ||
| Overnight last night, so we're watching these videos and trying to understand what we're looking at, but it looks as though the military is standing up to the police forces, which would be very interesting, and it tees off of what Tierman is talking about, about this constitutional role that the military plays in Brazil. | ||

| So, brand new op-ed in the Amazon Washington Post, the Jeff Bezos Washington Post, from none other than Condoleezza Rice and Robert Gates. | ||
| Condoleezza Rice, of course, Bush's National Security Advisor and Secretary of State. | ||
| Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense for Obama. | ||
| So, you really couldn't come up with two better examples, Exhibit A and Exhibit B, of the failure of the foreign policy establishment of the United States. | ||
| That dragged America into constant wars that served well the defense contractors, served well the power of the Washington Beltway, but were disastrous for the world and particularly disastrous for middle America. | ||
| By the way, speaking of that disaster, let me just give you quickly a few of the stats. | ||
| These are from Brown University. | ||
| Believe it or not, for an Ivy League school, they do a very good investigation of the costs of war, both the financial and the human costs in their Watson Institute. | ||
| They said that in total, the wars that were created by these two, by Condoleezza Rice and Robert Gates, who are now lecturing to us that we need to escalate Ukraine. | ||
| Over 7,000 Americans killed. | ||
| More than that killed if you include contractors. | ||
| More than double that amount, in fact. | ||
| But in terms of regular uniformed military, over 7,000 killed. | ||
| Since 9-11, 30,000 veteran suicides. | ||
| 30,000 veteran suicides. | ||
| And of course, tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of veterans who are wounded for life, whether it's physically or mentally. | ||
| Our partners in the war, mainly Afghan and Iraqis who were fighting alongside us, 177,000 killed, according to Brown University. | ||
| And that's not counting the hundreds of thousands, perhaps even millions of civilians killed. | ||
| So that is the human toll of the disastrous mistakes of Condoleezza Rice and Robert Gates. | ||
| And yet they have the temerity to come to the United States and to write this op-ed before the American people and put it in the Washington Post and advocate for a massive further escalation, forgetting about what we've already done to escalate this war, a massive further escalation. | ||
| Steve, one final point on the financial cost of what we're already doing in Ukraine, even without this escalation that they're proposing. | ||
| We are now spending as a country, just the United States in Ukraine, a country thousands of miles away that does not matter to us strategically nor economically. | ||
| We are now spending more, significantly more, than the entire defense budget of Russia, our adversary in this war. | ||
| We are spending more than Russia is spending on what should be a regional conflict in Ukraine. | ||
| It is a regional conflict. | ||
| We're the ones escalating. | ||

The focus for you, I know, is in Mexico City and for perhaps Joe Biden, but for everybody else, people want to understand what the aftermath is from the C-SPAN ratings bonanza, which has been the negotiations over the Speaker of the House. | |
| There is a question of what the ramifications are for some of the concessions that we saw from Kevin McCarthy in order to get to become the House Speaker. | ||
| What is the sort of projection of what this gridlock will look like, the internecine gridlock among Republicans? | ||
| Well, you could even talk to Republicans like Representative Gonzalez, who on Face the Nation over the weekend talked about the fact that C-SPAN ratings is going to continue. | ||
| Even little procedural, I would call maybe the plumbing of Congress, the plumbing of democracy, electing a speaker. | ||
| They're going to have a vote on the House rules. | ||
| All of this usually just evaporates from the headlines. | ||
| Pretty much American public ignores it. | ||
| Now, this is prime time, days spent on this, and the next big fight, I mean, we should note they're meeting at 10, some of these GOP leaders to discuss who's going to get top positions on committees and who is also going to staff those committees. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| Hang on one second. | ||
| We don't have time to play this. | ||
| The entire thing just talks about what the war room has been focused on for weeks in this audience. | ||
| That's why it's primetime. | ||
| Russ, vote. | ||
| We'll get into the tactics later about what happened on Friday night, but where are we today? | ||
| Are we going to get this rules package, the plumbing? | ||
| If you want to drain the swamp, you got to get the plumbing right, okay? | ||
| So just cut with the cutesy thing to drain the swamp. | ||
| This is the hard work of breaking the cartel. | ||
| Do we have a chance to break it today or is it going to be voted? | ||
| Is this rules package going to go through vote? | ||
| I believe it will be. | ||
| I'm not as concerned about the rules package passing because McCarthy knows that it is part and parcel of his speaker vote. | ||
| There's a couple moderates out there right now saying they may vote against it, but leadership knows this has to pass, and I think that they will get it passed. | ||
| They may have to work on it to get the last few votes, but I'm confident it passed. | ||
| What I'm most interested in today is The parts that are not a part of the rules package. | ||
| Most of the agreement really is not necessarily a part of the rules package. | ||
| The motion to vacate, which is kind of the vote of no confidence ability going forward, is part of the rules package. | ||
| Very critical. | ||
| A lot of the 72 hours to read a bill is in there. | ||
| But a lot of these things are the decisions that the steering committee makes to Execute the agreements to put people on rules committee and things like that. | ||
| That's where I'm focused on. | ||
| And the quality of the people who then get those slots is how this is going to actually be a force multiplier for the underlying underpinnings of a transformational agreement. | ||
| And it's really important as well that the members themselves begin to act muscularly as if they are part of a coalition government and to make decisions based on that and not them being previously rank-and-file members. | ||
| That's my biggest concern over the next 24 to 48 hours. | ||
| You mean the 20 that stood up? | ||
| You want those guys to act like they're not backbenchers, but act exactly with the courage and the focus that they acted last week, correct? | ||
| Is that what I'm hearing? | ||
| Exactly. | ||
| That's what you're hearing, and I want to make sure that the next 10 or 30... | ||
| The next 10 makes that 20 number 30 so that the size of coalition government continues to increase week in, week out. | ||
| That'll make it so that the moderates get back in their lane and just ensure that they're a part of their rank-and-file member now to make sure that they vote for what the team does and let these things play out. | ||
| I love the fact that people are tuning into C-SPAN. Why? | ||
| Because there's now actually something to tune into. | ||
| And that's what we want. | ||
| That's the evidence that cartel government is going away. | ||
| When you have real stuff being voted, debated on the House floor, that's what we've been pushing for. | ||
| That's what these guys secured. | ||
| Now the implications, the manifestation of that agreement needs to be increasingly clear in the days and weeks ahead. | ||

| And then what has to happen to make sure it's fully executed of the quote unquote deal that's on the table, sir? | ||
| Well, to be clear, we wouldn't be in this position without those 20 heroes. | ||
| So they deserve all the praise for achieving what I think is a historic agreement. | ||
| And I love people who think we didn't get as far as we could have. | ||
| That's what makes this place. | ||
| That's how you know you have a thriving grassroots MAGA movement. | ||
| What I'm seeing, and I can just give you the facts, what I'm seeing is that we've got something that we haven't had in 60 years, which is an independent rules committee. | ||
| Now, it matters a lot as to who those people are. | ||
| We're going to see that in the next 24 to 48 hours. | ||
| And those conservatives need to put on their shoulders the weight of being able to deliver on behalf of the country in this late hour that we find ourselves in. | ||
| But the power is there for them to take, and they've already secured it. | ||
| Now they just have to kind of step into that suit and wear it and lead and be a statesman on behalf of the grassroots, on behalf of the country. | ||
| Not statesmanship as the Washington Post describes it. | ||
| Statesmen that come on this broadcast care about where the American people and deliver on behalf of their voters for the first time. | ||
| They have power to do that. | ||
| They're not rank and file anymore. | ||

| Jim Jordan announced this morning, Axios broke, that he's going to actually head, the subcommittee is going to be a subcommittee, a judiciary looks like, a select committee. | ||
| He's going to head it up. | ||
| How important is that for the conservatives and for He's definitely going to be a part of that subcommittee. | ||
| I don't know if it's firmly been decided that he's going to be the chair of it, but the church committee itself is mission critical. | ||
| And one of the things I was worried about it being in judiciary, but the language got changed to address this, is that it will have the ability to not just be focused on law enforcement, but to be focused on the intelligence agencies, which is so vital. | ||
| The best thing about it being at Judiciary is they've got some of the best members within the conference, guys like Matt Gaetz, Dan Bishop, Chip Roy. | ||
| The people that led this 20, a lot of them are on Judiciary. | ||
| And so those are the people that are going to be on this subcommittee. | ||
| And they've got to be able to really kind of get in the trenches and realize... | ||
| This is what they're focused on. | ||
| The larger committee will be focused on big tech reform and other things like that. | ||
| This subcommittee has to be 100 % focused on dealing with the national security apparatus, and we're going to do everything we can to get them started with where they should be going first. | ||

| So we had a lot of patriots who were arguing passionately on principle and came to, I think, a far better place with a far better rules proposal, assuming it passes today, far better than we had previously. | ||
| So I think all sides on the Republican side should be congratulated. | ||
| Now, that said, we also need to realize that within the Republican caucus, even on the House side, there are some House members like Gonzalez, unfortunately, who you played this morning, who are a lot like Mitch McConnell is, on the Senate side. | ||
| What I mean by that is that he is firmly a member, Gonzalez is firmly a member of the Washington Uniparty. | ||
| He is firmly under the thumb of firms like the defense contractors in favor of a globalist vision that is far more in line with the Democrats than it is the Republicans. | ||
| So there is still a lot of work to be done, but I'm really optimistic that this House, and particularly this news about Jim Jordan, that this House is going to get real work done. | ||
| Jim Jordan in charge of that select committee It is so necessary to have a modern-day Frank Church Committee to investigate and hold accountable this parallel government. | ||
| We have a parallel government right now, the Intelligence Committee of the United States, that is operating, that is almost totally unaccountable, certainly unelected, not chosen by the American people, and wields enormous power, often in conjunction with big tech, big business, corporate media. | ||
| All of that needs to be thoroughly investigated. | ||

| New data out from the Census Bureau. | ||
| shows that over one-third of Americans are using dangerous, high-interest credit card debt to pay for the necessities of life, for the basics. | ||
| Last spring, that number was only 21%. | ||
| So it has risen by two-thirds in just a matter of months. | ||
| Here's why this is so dangerous. | ||
| The interest rate on credit cards right now above 19%, the highest in almost 40 years. | ||
| So if you have an average balance in America, which is unfortunately $5,000, and you're only making minimum payments, It's going to take you over 15 years to pay off that balance with a total interest cost of over $6,500. | ||
| Patriots, fixing this mess is a primary task of the incoming House GOP. Let's do it. | ||
| This was the fight, and this is why you had to get the balanced budget in there, the balanced budget plan from Russ Vogt. | ||

| This is where the House GOP can start to fight back fiercely against what Biden has done to this country, the created crisis of the economic calamity that he has wrought upon this country. | ||

| We need the House GOP. We need Speaker McCarthy to be strong, the whole caucus to be strong, and hold the line on spending to get inflation under control. | ||
