Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
unidentified
I know you don't like hearing that.
steve bannon
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Baskin.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday the 13th of December in the year of our Lord.
You're here for the second hour of the War Room.
Thank you very much.
We didn't have enough Fight Club.
We had two boxers, one from Columbia, one from the Main Streets of El Paso, Texas in the first hour.
Steve Cortez and of course, David Rodriguez.
That wasn't good enough for you.
So we upped it.
We got two fighters.
We got Christina Bob joins us by Skype, one of the president's lawyers and also very close to Kerry Lake and the Kerry Lake team.
And of course, the one and only MTG.
You've been on the news a little bit lately.
We're going to get to all that.
The wild child of the Congress is with us.
And I want to get to Christina.
Here's why.
As you know, and you're very close to Kerry Lake, you went out and campaigned with her.
How important is it for us?
To make the case and to win that election.
I mean, because people are sitting there, if they're just going to be up in your grill and steal them, what do we even stand for as a party or as a movement?
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
You go first.
Christina, hang on.
Let me get MTG and I'm gonna come right to you.
unidentified
I think it's everything.
You know, we never fix the problems from 2020.
Only some of the states changed their election laws.
Just a few.
But most did not.
Nothing changed from 2020, Steve, and so we're seeing the same thing continue on.
steve bannon
That does not make you an election denier, does it?
No!
You want fair and free and transparent elections, correct?
unidentified
Absolutely, absolutely.
As a matter of fact, ballot harvesting happens to Democrats too, and they get angry when they lose.
Look at Caroline Maloney, when she was running against Jerry Nadler.
Do you know what she complained about?
She complained he beat her because of the ballot harvesting.
So, they can call us election deniers all they want, and who even cares?
No one even cares.
But it's extremely important that Carrie Lake challenge this in Arizona, and I want to see her win.
steve bannon
So, Kristina, you're the tip of the spirit there.
Tell us about this new in Mojave.
By the way, Kristina, Bob, are you an election denier?
You got a book coming out called Steal Your Vote.
Are you an election denier or do you stand for free, fair, and transparent elections, ma'am?
christina bobb
Well, I was about to own election denier, but yes, I stand for free and fair elections too.
You can call me whatever you want.
I'm a patriot and I'm an American and I want free and fair elections.
So yeah, I'm thrilled with this lawsuit in Mojave County.
This is the people of Arizona, voters in Mojave County who say that they've been disenfranchised because Maricopa County ran such a botched election that it disenfranchised their vote.
Cary Lake won Mojave County and they're saying that that victory was They were undermined by the shenanigans that occurred in Maricopa County.
I'm really excited about this case because it focuses on the signature verification.
We've heard a lot about signature verification from 2020 in here, but they've really traced it back to Maricopa County's contract, where Maricopa County effectively outsourced signature verification, which the Assistant Attorney General, Jennifer Wright, noted in her letter, is not lawful.
The county is not allowed to outsource important aspects of the election.
There's nothing in the law that allows them to do that, and they did that.
They outsourced it to Runback, the same company that prints the ballots, distributes the ballots, has the ballots returned to them throughout the tally process.
The same company that Carrie Lake's lawsuit alleges they have a whistleblower saying that ballots were being inserted all over the place to the tune of 300,000.
And thank God for Gateway Pundit that broke the story last night showing that Runback has a lengthy history and repeated donations to Democrats and the Democrat Party, particularly Joe Biden and Mark Kelly were listed on there.
They have a lot of power.
They've taken over the operations of the elections largely for Maricopa County and this lawsuit says Maricopa County didn't have the lawful right to do that and therefore Maricopa County's votes need to be set aside.
steve bannon
This goes back to the letter from the Assistant AG.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
And maybe I just don't understand it that well, but when you say outsourced, they also outsourced, it's by artificial intelligence.
It's supposed to be by humans to actually sit there and verify the signatures, correct?
That's exactly right.
This is key.
You just can't outsource it to a company that's going to use a algorithm or some sort of computer artificial intelligence program.
What is set up in Arizona in the process and procedures in the manual and by statute has to be done internally and has to be done by humans, correct?
There's no provision that you can actually have artificial intelligence do this?
christina bobb
That's exactly right.
Not only is there no provision in Arizona law to allow for artificial intelligence to check the signature verification, but it's never been done before.
I mean, we know it was done in 2020, but it was never done in a way that was proven accurate.
In 2020, they said, oh, COVID, there's new rules.
You know, they used the COVID excuse.
But they don't have that excuse here in 2020, and they needed to follow Arizona law.
Arguably, they should have followed it in 2020 as well.
But you're right.
They're basically saying, oh, we're going to make up our own procedures.
We're going to do whatever we want, regardless of the fact that the law doesn't allow for that.
And oh, by the way, when you actually have people that look at the signatures, they don't match.
And so whatever algorithm they're using, the standard isn't high enough, or maybe it's just not accurate.
We don't know.
But you're exactly right that that's what this lawsuit aims to get to the bottom of.
steve bannon
Last thing, Kerry Lake, they have a court hearing I think at 1 o'clock.
Is that just a scheduling to schedule when they're going to go to trial or witnesses or evidence?
What's going on in the process today, do you know?
christina bobb
That's what I expect.
The court didn't give a lot of detail about what they plan to cover in the hearing, but I would expect it to be similar to a scheduling conference type hearing where they set a trial date.
The statute requires that the court set a trial within 10 days of the lawsuit, so I would expect a trial date to be set early next week, and we'll go from there and see what happens.
steve bannon
Christina, how do people get to you?
What's your social media?
christina bobb
Christina Bob on Truth and Getter, and then Christina underscore Bob on Instagram and Twitter.
steve bannon
And the book is Steal Your Vote, Stealing Your Vote?
What's the title of the book?
christina bobb
That's right, Stealing Your Vote, and thank you very much to you for writing the introduction and putting your awesome take on it.
steve bannon
It's a great first-person account of everything that went on in 2020 and how we sort this mess out.
Sorting this mess out is a high priority.
Christina, Bob, thank you so much.
Thank you.
A lot going on in Arizona.
Let's talk about what's...
Okay, so the first hour, we had the new inflation number, wages for 20 months in a row are declining against inflation.
We had Todd Benzman, the guy's on from the border because now you've seen in the New York Times even puts it on the thing.
You had one of the biggest caravans, the biggest caravan in history crossing.
And it's just, it's out of control now, right?
And they said when Title 41 comes off, it's going to, or Title 42.
It's going to be they're talking about anywhere from 12 to 18,000.
I'm hearing up to 20,000 per day coming on this invasion.
Also, the Wall Street Journal broke this morning that in November.
We had the greatest deficit in the history of the country one month 250 billion dollars because as we've been saying.
Given given what the feds doing the drop in aggregate demand tax revenue starting starting to dry up and but they were spending still the same.
You've got this omnibus disaster up here.
The question is does the new house have the titanium spine you you gave this in fantastic speech.
At the on Saturday night, they picked up the most your incendiary comments in a joking form the sarcasm.
They didn't really focus on because it was almost a 45 minute speech about what has to happen and getting your body together.
The first question to you do does this leadership and does this conference have the titanium stones?
Well, Steve, I think that's yet to be seen, but I'll say it like this.
Let's leave the investigations off to the side.
I'm talking on spending, on energy, on the invasion of the southern border, ma'am.
unidentified
Well, Steve, I think that's yet to be seen, but I'll say it like this.
We have to.
We don't have the option.
And this is why I keep reminding everyone that we can argue about who will be speaker on January 3rd.
We can argue about rules set in place.
We can argue about how Congress functions.
But the most power that every single member of Congress has is our voting card.
And with 222 Republicans, all of us are powerful.
And that means that in order to move any legislation, in order to accomplish anything, we have got to get on board with one another.
And I am pushing hard in my conference because we don't have a choice, Steve.
You just laid it out.
Our border is being invaded every single day and we aren't even a serious nation anymore.
And if it were up to me and I were in charge, I'm going to tell you right now what I would do.
I would move our military to the southern border.
I would declare the cartels terrorist organizations.
Then I would warn Mexico very sternly one time.
Stop allowing our country to be invaded.
steve bannon
In this, let's talk about that.
In this situation right here with the folks from Central America, the migrants from Central America, Todd Benzman's on here.
The Mexican military is basically taking them from the southern border, putting them in buses, coming up, working with the cartels in all likelihood, taking a little spiff off the top, but they're delivering them right to the El Paso sector to come across.
So the Mexican, part of the Mexican government, The politicians say we have nothing to do with it, but parts of their apparatus, the federales and others, are somehow actively involved in this.
unidentified
They are.
They're not.
They're not somehow.
They flat out are actively involved, and the Biden administration is too.
They're allowing it every single day.
Now, let's give you some numbers.
Every single year, the cartels make anywhere between 19 to 29 billion dollars selling drugs into the United States.
And since 9-11, we can just go back to 9-11, there have been over 1 million Americans died from drug overdoses.
And you can directly relate that to the cartels and the profiting they are making off of the deaths of Americans overdosing on drugs.
I cannot comprehend how our country has spent over $8 trillion in foreign wars since 9-11, with over 7,000 U.S.
military members dying in those foreign wars, and many others injured, committing suicide, PTSD, and all of the anguish that they go through every day from being sent over there.
But here we are.
We are a joke all over America.
We're a joke because our border It's completely invaded.
Mexico is doing it.
The cartels are making money, and Biden and everyone else is sitting to the side, allowing it to happen.
steve bannon
Step one in your plan, you're going to call the military, the National Guard, whatever you do, to the border, the military to the border.
Number two, you're going to deem the cartels terrorist organizations go to war.
Number three, you're going to confront the Mexican government.
Uh, with all force to say, hey, you got to get with the program.
unidentified
You have one chance.
One chance.
steve bannon
Okay.
I've got the MTG plan.
I have two questions.
What percentage of your leadership would agree with that?
And then what percentage of, if you walked into the conference today and laid out your plan on a whiteboard and turned around and go, okay, let's go up or down vote.
What percentage of the conferences with you?
Steve, I believe that... Because you just talked about it.
You gave a beautiful speech where we all got to be together.
We all got to be together.
You're the hammer.
And I know you're moving the Overton window, but if you went and talked to the conference first today, what percentage of the conference would back your plan?
unidentified
I couldn't give you a percentage, but I can tell you many of them already agree with me.
But I think it's more important that the American people agree with me.
steve bannon
Well, the American people agree with you.
There's no doubt.
We just had David Rodriguez, I mean, a Mexican-American from, you know, a big part of the family still lives in Mexico.
He's a patriot.
And he said all the people in El Paso, it's so dangerous now.
The American people are with you.
The question is the political class with you.
And the conference, when you say many, is that 50 plus 1 vote?
Would you, would the conference today back the MTG plan on the border with 51%?
Because the majority of the conference rules, right?
This is your whole thing being put together?
That's right.
Are we there, ma'am?
unidentified
I don't have an answer.
You have a little work to do.
I don't have an answer for you, but I'll tell you something, Steve.
I am committed to moving it there.
And here, I want to go a little bit further.
steve bannon
Keep going.
unidentified
I want to talk about the fact that the Pentagon failed for the fifth time their audit.
$2.2 trillion they cannot account for.
Steve, you and I, you come from a financial background.
I'm a business owner.
steve bannon
And I worked in the Pentagon after my sea tour.
It's a mess.
You're a businessman.
unidentified
How do you have an audit that's $2.6 trillion?
steve bannon
You can't complete an audit because it's $2.6 trillion.
unidentified
My company is audited every single year.
And if you can't meet your audit... And you've got, not just operating income, you've got equipment.
steve bannon
Hey, I can see that there.
unidentified
That's right.
And the military, same thing.
They have to account for all their equipment.
They have to account for money.
They have to account for fences.
They have to account for everything.
Hang on.
steve bannon
We're going to take a short break.
I want to get into this because it's one I've been saving.
People that are part of the War Room producing team have been giving me this stuff about the audit.
So we're going to get into this.
We've got... I'm going to come back and get you on leadership on your board.
I love your border plan.
Now you gotta get me there.
unidentified
My border plan is going to happen.
steve bannon
Okay.
You heard it from MTG.
Short commercial break.
unidentified
back in a moment we rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCP here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon I come to Washington, I swear in on January 3rd I get accused of giving insurrection tours which I thought was hilarious because I couldn't even find the bathroom in the capitol
I don't know.
Thank you.
True story.
Then January 6th happens and next thing you know I organize the whole thing along with Steve Bannon here.
And I'm going to tell you something, if Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won.
Not to mention, it would have been armed.
See, that's a whole joke, isn't it?
steve bannon
Okay, so hold it.
We're gonna get the MSNBC part of it.
You said it as a joke, you said right there.
Give us the thing that they cut out that won't play.
unidentified
It's a joke.
Here's the joke, Steve.
The joke is this, that the Democrats and the media have attacked us over and over, blamed you, blamed me, blamed everybody, blamed Trump, calling it an insurrection.
But the reality is it wasn't an insurrection.
People were not armed.
If it had been a real insurrection, everyone would have been armed.
And I was joking up there, and then the White House and the media, they lose their mind.
You want to know why?
They can't handle the truth.
Because the truth about January 6th, the fact that all those Second Amendment supporters, all those gun owners, were not armed.
steve bannon
I know, but hang on for one second.
Hang on one second.
This gets back to my point about the titanium.
Are we going to see... Okay, so the Oversight Committee They have an exclusive interview with the great John Levine of the New York Post on Sunday.
And Comer lays out in excruciating detail that oversight, which it looks like you will probably be on, right?
Rumor has it.
Yes.
Oversight on the afternoon of January 3rd is ready with subpoenas to go to get to the bottom of the Chinese Communist Party's involvement with the Biden family.
Okay, they've got it.
They've been doing this for a year.
I was going to have new members on here, but they're full on.
McCarthy goes on Maria Bartiromo, I think Sunday morning, and says, hey, the 51 guys that lied, the officials, the men and women that lied about About the hard the laptop from hell and knew better.
We're going to look to strip their security clearances.
We're going to get them all up.
So things are off.
When we can talk about what your belief of the truth of January 6 is, but here's the thing.
Are we going to have do that?
Does this Republican Party up there?
Are they also going to have, I don't know if it's judiciary or house administration or oversight or whatever?
Are we going to have a series of hearings that gets to the bottom of Nancy Pelosi and what they knew, what DHS knew, what the intel knew?
Because these trials here, they have FBI informants in all these groups, but they won't allow that ever to come into a court.
Are we going to get that information?
Are we going to find out about the people who actually died?
Are we going to see all 14,000 hours of footage?
Are we going to get to the bottom of Ashley Babbitt?
And is Congress going to do that in a set of hearings that you get the whole story, not the Moscow show trial that they did?
Do you believe that's going to happen?
unidentified
I do believe that's going to happen.
I don't believe everything in the list you laid out will happen, but I do believe most of it will happen.
steve bannon
In the list, because I didn't give it to you in my priorities, what would you say you don't think will happen, not going after?
A full investigation of Pelosi's administration in the lead up to the incident?
unidentified
I don't think you'll ever see the 14,000 hours of video.
That's not my opinion.
I'm not saying that I agree with that, but I don't believe that one will come out.
But what I want to see happen, and what I will... What do you want, because they'll say it's some national security?
steve bannon
It'll be like the 15,000 documents the CIA and FBI have not put forward in the Kennedy assassination?
No, will they claim national security on this?
unidentified
Steve, you and I are on the same page, and I'll tell you why.
The American people paid for that.
They pay for the cameras, they pay for the building, they pay for all of it, and they deserve it.
And I firmly believe it should come out, because there's nothing to hide there.
There's absolutely nothing to hide.
steve bannon
All the intelligence leading up, DHS, FBI, Department of Defense, all the intelligence that people had led up to this, because they have operatives, they talk about in these trials, These groups have FBI informants and FBI assets in there, yet none of those guys ever come up and testify.
There's no testimony about what happened.
Will the American people actually get to see that, do you believe?
unidentified
I absolutely hope so.
And the main one we need to talk about is Nancy Pelosi.
And we need to talk about the Sergeant-at-Arms.
Why was the National Guard not there?
Why was the National Guard not there?
That's the number one question.
Why was the National Guard not there?
If the National Guard had been there, like President Trump approved it to be there, approved for the Capitol to be protected.
If Nancy Pelosi was doing her job, but she's not, she was derelict in her duty.
She had the intelligence, Steve.
She read the reports, and she did not have the National Guard there.
She's the only one to blame.
steve bannon
Do you believe that this house, this Republican House, has the titanium in it to go forward and actually look at that?
unidentified
We have to.
It's not whether they have it or not.
They have to.
We have to.
Everything that we're going to be doing for the next two years leads up to 2024.
And our base, our voters, The Republican voters, but also the American people.
There's a lot of people that will not vote because they don't see anything to vote for.
And I fully understand that.
I was one of those voters.
I refused to vote for Mitt Romney.
Couldn't even vote for him.
Couldn't stand him.
Still can't stand him.
Because I was like, why?
Why?
He does not inspire me.
There's Americans all over this country that don't vote because politicians do not inspire them.
That's the kind of Republican Party we have to be, starting on January 3rd.
We have to do our job in such a way that not only are we going to reveal truth and dig into what happened on January 6th, not only are we going to go into Hunter Biden's laptop and guess what?
David Brock, I don't care about his drugs and his sex on that laptop.
I care about his business deals.
We have to be that kind of Republican Party.
steve bannon
Are you intimidated by David Brock?
Part of the story, David Brock has got, is already trying to intimidate Absolutely not.
Not at all.
None of them do.
I've already been through the past two years.
raising money right now for defamation suits. Anybody that would come forward and testify, they would sue for defamation. Does David Brock scare you?
unidentified
Absolutely not. Not at all. None of them do. I've already been through the past two years.
We have nothing to fear, Steve.
steve bannon
If you have nothing to fear, are we in this process of investigation of a real investigation of January 6th? The intelligence, how much involvement was actually from the administrative state from the National Security and Intelligence Apparatus?
What was Nancy Pelosi's, what did she know and when did she know it?
Very simple.
What did she know and when did she know it?
And what action did she take or not take?
And of course, the rest of her administration over there at the House.
Is this since they're talking about the run up and they're in there and they got a grand jury with Trump and they got a new special prosecutor, Merrick Garland, saying, oh, well, you know, Trump and the guys around him, you know, Clark and Giuliani, all these guys.
Are we, is this house prepared to actually adjudicate what happened on 3 November of 2020, excuse me, yeah, 3 November 2020.
Are they prepared to go through and go state by state like we should have done that day before the event, you know, before the event took place and actually go through and have a real showing of the receipts of what happened and how the election was stolen in 2020.
Does the house have the stones for that?
unidentified
I don't think they have the stunts for that, no.
steve bannon
You do not think they have that?
unidentified
No, and I'm being very honest with you.
I don't hear anyone talk about going back to the election of 2020.
You know, Steve, I'll tell you the truth.
I got it.
Yes, yes.
What we do talk about is we talk about the investigations that must be done.
We talk about cutting things out of the budget that we absolutely have to do.
Absolutely have to do it.
steve bannon
Besides the IRS agents, which I think is horrible, but that's also a donor thing.
What else?
Besides, I got that that's McCarthy, that's the top thing they want to cut is the IRS agents.
We have a $250 billion deficit in one month.
They're going to pass a discretionary spending that's a trillion and a half to $2 trillion.
It's more than just cutting one or two programs, right?
You've got to go in with a meat ax and confront this administration.
Is there the titanium spine for that?
unidentified
Yes.
Now, we are talking a lot about that.
steve bannon
Okay.
unidentified
Because the spending that's happened from that capital is driving the inflation, has driven the inflation.
Yes.
It's destroying our economy.
Yes.
It's driving down the value of the dollar and is sinking our country.
And so, yes, that is being heavily talked about directly from Kevin McCarthy.
steve bannon
Now, is that, they just came out with this 10-year balanced budget to actually have a roadmap to try to get there.
When you say they're prepared to cut, If we can stop this omnibus, then what we call the hard votes are going to start right out of the box.
Now you're going to have the investigations.
You've got the anvil of that.
Do you believe, as you see it now, that they're prepared to confront the Biden administration, even if the Biden administration, at some point in time, you're not going to be able to have a CR and have the Biden administration have to shut down the government.
Do you see that type of confrontation on spending?
unidentified
Yeah, I think I do.
No one in our conference is afraid of the Biden administration.
As a matter of fact, it's the other way around.
The Biden administration and the Democrats in the House are terrified of us.
Because they're hearing us talk and they know we're organizing.
We're not afraid of the Democrats.
The Democrats are responsible for all of the harm that has come on our country over the past two years.
And then the Uniparty itself is responsible for all of the harm on our country for the past decades.
What we've been doing, and it's really interesting, people are arguing, people are clashing, people are also starting to agree.
And there's a meeting that's happening every week, and we meet in Kevin McCarthy's office, and it's called the Five Families.
And the Five Families, and you know my reference, the Five Families are parts of our conference, all the different parts, and we're coming together and having discussions on how we're going to govern in the majority.
And it's literally my favorite meeting.
steve bannon
Okay, let's take a short break.
We're coming back to it.
Did those meetings turn out better than the five families meetings in the Godfather?
Okay?
They went to war.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're returning.
We've got MTG in the house.
Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene here, next in the War Room.
unidentified
Let's take down the CCP!
Spread the word all through Hong Kong!
steve bannon
We will fight till they're all gone!
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more!
Let's take down the CCP!
Here's your host, Stephen K. Back.
joy reid
Thanks for watching.
She and Bannon.
She claims that was sarcasm when the White House reviewed her for her comments.
She claimed she was making fun of Joe Biden and the Democrats.
But she kept repeating the Second Amendment.
She kept talking about the Second Amendment.
Just listening to her ridiculous comments, it does kind of sound like she's saying they would have upped the violence and used the Second Amendment.
Which means there would have been more violence against your friends, the police officers who protected the Capitol, many of whom got hurt.
What do you make of her and the fact that the man who wants to be Speaker is her partner?
unidentified
She's going to be in charge in a few weeks.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is going to be in charge in a few weeks because Kevin McCarthy struck a corrupt bargain with her so that he can be Speaker.
eric swalwell
And so he is going to allow, under their tent, somebody who has this fever dream of an armed insurrection that's successful against the U.S.
unidentified
Capitol.
She didn't say that she was embarrassed or disappointed or disgusted by what happened at the U.S.
Capitol.
If anything, she was embarrassed and disgusted that it failed and that she, if she was one of the lieutenants, would have ensured that it would have succeeded.
Okay.
steve bannon
Is Swalwell right?
Is Kevin McCarthy got a Faustian pact with you?
And that what MSNBC nonstop I could have played 10 clips from MSNBC saying you're you're the you're in fact that you're the de facto Speaker of the House, ma'am.
unidentified
No, there's no deal.
There's not been anything struck.
I think Eric Swalwell is concerned because he's going to lose committee assignments.
That's probably what he's a little upset over.
But no, I'm the same.
steve bannon
Because of his behavior?
unidentified
Absolutely.
In a sexual relationship with a Chinese spy.
Those are reasons to lose committee assignments.
steve bannon
That's a problem, right?
unidentified
I think it's a problem in everyone's mind.
Should be a problem.
But no, I'm so excited for the majority next year.
I cannot wait.
I cannot wait because we get to govern.
I'm literally the same person as I was that walked in to Washington, D.C.
nearly two years ago, and I'm excited to work very hard for the people that are watching the show, Steve.
People that are watching the show, I still relate to them more than I do most people in this city.
steve bannon
OK, so let me two things.
Number one, the substance of your talk on Saturday to the young, because they had some fire breathers, Gavin Wax, and they had Vish and they had some people before they were fire breathers.
People, I think, were anticipating Marjorie Taylor Greene breathing fire for the entire 40 minutes.
And your reference to the five families and to the meeting you're in every week.
Your biggest fans, and supporters, whether they were in the audience on Saturday night and or the war room posse, love and have said, hey, you know, she's my girl because she is the fire breather of fire breathers.
Their concern, I think, is that because you made, quite frankly, Probably the most sophisticated argument for Kevin McCarthy to be speaker on Saturday night, right?
About bringing the conference together and actually getting things done.
In your reference to the five families or to the meeting, people are concerned.
Is Marjorie Taylor Greene made a deal that she's now part of the apparatus?
And yes, she still has.
She still has her default position are still the positions we like.
We just heard her on the board of bringing the army guard to the cartels.
Take on the Mexican government, you know, sort those guys out.
But is she now in the dealmaker business and not the firebrand business, ma'am?
unidentified
No, no.
And here's the way we need to look at it.
I think about all the people that knock doors for all these campaigns across the country.
I think about the business owners who went out of business during the COVID shutdowns and the business owners now that are barely hanging on because our economy is tumbling into a recession and stagflation.
And I'm thinking about all the kids who lost two years of education and who are being targeted with disgusting sexual immorality.
I care about our country and I'm sick and tired of the drama here in Washington.
And Steve, what I can continue to promise is to tell everyone the truth, whether they love it or not.
But I'm going to tell everyone the truth.
And it may not be like like when we're talking about going back to 2020.
I objected on January 6.
I would do it again right now, literally right now, if I could.
But I'm being honest because I don't want people to have false hope or false expectations And I think that's you're saying if we do have an investigation or we have a real January 6th investigation You've got Pelosi.
steve bannon
You've got some things you're gonna get to there's certain things you even brought maybe the 14,000 hours of footage and There's no chance you're saying there's no appetite for Up there to get back and to look at 2020.
They just want to move on.
Seal the case file on that and move on.
unidentified
I'm pretty sure most of them just want to move on.
But I'll say this, Steve.
I don't believe that we can ever win.
We may not even be able to win in 24.
If we don't care about our elections.
And that's how I believe.
That's how I personally believe.
That's why I care about Arizona.
That's why I care about Carrie Lake's lawsuit.
That's why I care about states like Pennsylvania and Michigan and Arizona and Colorado and other states.
They have to fix their election laws.
These are so important for our country.
Our elections have to be protected.
And they're not.
Now, do I think we could find a solution for that?
steve bannon
The Georgia situation wasn't so much an election problem, there were some hiccups, but that was essentially not letting Herschel Walker be Herschel Walker and not getting the MAGA vote.
This was the establishment not backing Walker, not letting you participate more than it was.
And Roethlisberger I think is out today saying that he wants to put forward rank choice Voting, like they had in Alaska.
I think he supports this.
He wants to take it to the Georgia Senate and House.
Your thoughts?
unidentified
I have not heard that, but that is not going to happen.
That's not going to happen.
steve bannon
You're not going to end up like Alaska?
unidentified
For the love of God, I hope not.
steve bannon
That would be... Well, that's set up to take people like you out.
unidentified
Of course!
steve bannon
It's set up to take the Sarah Palins and the Chabakas.
unidentified
Why does he continue to call himself a Republican if he wants to do that?
I mean, no, we absolutely cannot do that in Georgia.
steve bannon
It's the problem we also have that you just don't have.
You saw it in Arizona.
One, you had an election there that was completely mismanaged, and they've got witnesses that it was done on purpose.
But you also have a certain part of the business class of the Republican Party that are just simply not going to back populists.
They're not going to back populist America First nationalists.
It's not what they do in the country club, and they'd either rather sit it out and hope that the fever breaks and it goes away, or they're going to support center-left Democrats.
unidentified
The problem is Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham and their consultants trying to run a campaign in Georgia just doesn't work.
It just does not work.
And the 30,000 foot view on what voters want in Georgia was the failure.
That was the failure.
And I mean, that is a deep, detailed discussion that we probably don't have time for today.
But I'm going to tell you right now, they didn't have me going all over the state, and my district turned out the highest, highest percentage turnout for Herschel Walker in the state.
The 14th?
The 14th district, yeah, where I campaigned for Herschel Walker, but I didn't campaign for him anywhere else.
Another mistake they made is they ignored Atlanta.
They ignored the inner cities.
And that's... Republicans need to stop doing that.
I'm tired of it.
I'm tired of them ignoring the black communities in Atlanta.
They need to get in there and explain.
And I'm happy to go.
steve bannon
What's your message to the African American community in Atlanta?
unidentified
The message is the same message they already know.
Democrats are a failure.
Democrats keep them in poverty.
Democrats keep the crime rate high.
Democrats control the city of Atlanta, and the city of Atlanta is so corrupt, and it's embarrassing to our state.
And talking to people on the ground, they're smart, but they keep controlling them.
Stacey Abrams saying, oh, you know, we got to take care of you and make sure you have your right to vote, while she's insulting them to their Why won't Republicans go in there and take that message to the black community?
I don't know what their problem is.
They're scared to be real.
And it's a shame.
steve bannon
Let me go back.
Right now you think you're going to be on oversight and what other committees?
Because I want to talk about this audit, the audit in the Pentagon.
How do we approve, I believe, did you vote for the Defense Authorization Act?
unidentified
No, I didn't vote for the NDAA.
steve bannon
You won the 35 votes because it's too woke?
unidentified
Well, it's too woke.
Well, there was a good win getting the vaccine mandate out.
I'm so for that.
Our military has been abused.
I would love to see people reinstated as well, but there wasn't a guarantee that Lloyd Austin could bring that back.
So that was a problem for me.
The other part was money to Ukraine.
More money to Ukraine in our defense spending.
But, Steve, the thing that I can't even comprehend, it's hard for me to wrap my brain around.
Five years in a row the Pentagon has failed their audit and they can't account for 2.2 trillion dollars from just the most recent audit.
Now I'm so excited because our Republican conference now supports an audit of Ukraine.
And this is something that we're going to keep pushing for.
And I'm so grateful to, to McCall that he actually brought my resolution and supported my resolution to audit Ukraine.
in the Foreign Affairs Committee and every single Republican voted yes for the audit of Ukraine in that committee hearing, but every single Democrat voted no.
Every single one.
And that's like a gift to 2024 campaign ads.
steve bannon
How far are we away from, in the conference, of getting people to support you and say not one more penny to Ukraine?
Because the Ukraine situation is a European, the Europeans are not going to support this.
How far away are you from getting a majority of the conference to say, enough of Ukraine, go to the southern border?
unidentified
We're not there, unfortunately.
I've voted no the entire way.
No funding for Ukraine.
Because our border matters.
Our border matters.
And they, like I said, I brought up, I started with this.
steve bannon
Does you think your conference understands that?
That the southern border is a vital national security interest of the United States?
unidentified
Absolutely.
Now I will say they do understand that.
steve bannon
Republicans.
But they don't make the connection to the Ukraine.
Let me ask you, how could you fail an audit five years in a row?
You can't put your hands on 2.6 trillion dollars worth of assets.
In this latest one and still have people vote for a defense budget that goes up.
That's now 850, let's round up $850 billion and really a trillion dollars, but $850 billion in what universe can Republicans support that?
unidentified
I don't know, but let me ask you this.
In what universe can Republicans support the idea that the Pentagon can lose over $2 trillion, but Democrats can demand President Trump's tax returns?
What universe do we live in there?
How can Republicans, how can we all, how can any of us tolerate that?
Then think about this, Steve.
Any person that's being audited by the IRS would go to jail if they could not come up and produce an account for what they reported on their tax returns, but yet we allow the Pentagon to get away with this?
That should never happen.
steve bannon
So is there going to be any conditions in the new appropriations coming from Republicans that we control either in the first week of January or somehow somewhere in 2023?
Do you believe there are going to be conditions that you've got to get an audit done before you get more money?
I mean, we're talking about defunding.
You're talking about defunding the FBI, the DOJ.
What are you doing on the Pentagon?
unidentified
Well, if I had my way, no one would get any money until they accounted for what they had already been given.
They don't deserve it.
They do not deserve it.
That's what I believe.
That's the message I'm going to be speaking.
That's the message I want the American people to know.
That's the message I hope they call Congress and say.
How dare them?
Think about this.
How dare them?
Ask for more money, and they're like, we don't know where over two trillion dollars is.
steve bannon
Unbelievable.
unidentified
How dare them?
steve bannon

We're going to be there doing the show live for a couple of days.
We're going to meet everybody.
I think some other characters may show up too.
Josh Hawley, MTG, all of it.
Want to go Jason Brown at COVID Tax Relief.
Sir, I've been seeing some spots by your competitors up on MSNBC because we monitor that 24 7.
Tell us about your company and what can you do for the American people?
unidentified
Well, look, Steve, thanks for having us back on and essentially what we're doing for folks.
And I love what Marjorie Taylor Greene said about getting money in the hands of people that need it, that deserve it.
And that's the business owners.
And so what we do is help business owners qualify for the employee retention credit.
It's part of the CARES Act.
They can get up to $26,000 per employee.
Steve, it's not a, it's not a loan.
Unlike PPP, it's not a loan that has to be forgiven or paid back.
It's not a grant where they're told how they have to spend the money.
They can put it in their business, take distribution.
Yeah.
Great, great for business owners.
They had W2 employees during the pandemic, churches, nonprofits, private schools, you know, the people that, that actually retain their employees during During COVID, they're able to get some of those wages back.
steve bannon
So how do they know if they qualify?
Where do they go now to find out if they qualify for this?
Since it's part of the CARES Act, there's a formal process you have to go through.
What do people do?
What do business owners do?
unidentified
You know what?
The easiest thing out there, the easiest thing is go to covidtaxrelief.org.
Put your information in there.
Reach out to our folks.
You'll get to speak with a live body.
There's not a ton of moving parts to this.
We can tell you within a couple minutes if you qualify and roughly how much you qualify for.
steve bannon
So give it to me again.
People, if they call or go to the website, they'll get a live person to walk through and see if they're even eligible for this or not by whatever rules are set up under the CARES Act.
Walk through again.
Where do they go?
unidentified
They go to covidtaxrelief.org.
Right.
And there's a ton of information there.
Get to speak with the live body.
And Steve, what's crazy about this is the money comes in the form of a check from the U.S.
Treasury.
IRS is a little backed up on getting that money out the door, but we tell you if you qualify and how much you're going to qualify for right away.
steve bannon
Jason, one more time.
What's the website they go to?
What's the number they call?
unidentified
covidtaxrelief.org.
So go right to the website.
Look, last time you had us on here, the phone lines about melted from people calling in.
We know that's going to happen again.
Best thing is put your information in there.
Let us reach out to you.
But if you want to speak to someone right now, click on that number.
Give us a call.
Just some quick data for you before I let you go.
You had us on here about two months ago.
We have, to your listeners, we have had over $70 million in checks sent out, over 450 businesses qualified.
150 businesses qualified, again up to $26,000 per employee.
steve bannon
I want everybody to check this out.
Jason, we'll have you back on.
Thank you very much and thanks for providing the service.
unidentified
Good seeing you.
Have a great day.
steve bannon
Thanks, brother.
So the New York Post, we got about four minutes.
Talked about the Oversight Committee, about the Hunter Biden situation on the finances.
You've got SBF.
He got arrested last night.
He was supposed to get a grilling by Republicans on the House Finance Committee today because he's a money laundering operation for the Democrats.
Of course, the Southern District had him arrested last night in the Bahamas.
Just a coincidence.
Walk through.
Do people have the guts, intestinal fortitude to take these investigations where they need to go, ma'am?
unidentified
Yes.
Absolutely.
And we're so excited.
And the whole thing here, everybody keeps talking about Hunter.
It's really about Joe.
That's what, that's what this is all about.
It's really about Joe.
Yeah.
Hunter is the target, but Hunter is the one that left his laptop at a repair shop.
left all the evidence there. It's a Russian disinformation campaign, was it not ma'am?
That's what they say and they're you know they you know the conspiracy theorist. Well they call us conspiracy theorists Steve, but they have one going right now and I saw it I saw it on Twitter.
They think that Rudy Giuliani downloaded evidence on that laptop.
steve bannon
I'm sure they're going to make all kind of but the forensics that were done by the New York Post and people who've done forensics even the New York Times and Washington Post came out and and checked it out and said it was all a joke.
So they're going to have a tough time selling that.
unidentified
Yeah, they're going to have a hard, but that's what they have to say.
100%.
steve bannon
They're going to, by the way, David Brock and these guys are going to fight back.
But do the Republicans, you pointed to Joe Biden.
Is this going to be, are you guys going to be relentless and actually connect the dots?
Comer said, hey, we got the bank records, right?
That means you can connect the whole family.
The whole question is not, can we do it?
The question is, will we do it?
And on all these aspects, whether it's the audit at the Pentagon, the southern border, the spending, it's all, is there the intestinal fortitude?
To break kind of the cartel that's been up here in the Uniparty and actually get on with it.
Is it going to be more Marjorie Taylor Greene firebrand or Marjorie Taylor Greene dealmaker, ma'am?
unidentified
Well, there's not a dealmaker, Steve.
There's only one.
steve bannon
The original?
unidentified
The original.
And yeah, I definitely think we do.
Now, I don't want to get too far into it because Jamie Comer and the team, everyone, they're doing an incredible job.
I will never get that.
I'll never get out there and do that.
I can't wait to join them and be a part of it, but if I were Joe, I'd be really worried.
steve bannon
Okay, how do people get to you to follow you?
Because people now more than ever need to follow Marjorie Taylor Greene.
unidentified
How do they do it?
My accounts are on Getter, Truth Social, Twitter, all the social media accounts.
Make sure you find my verified accounts, RepMTG or RealMarjorieTaylorGreene.
steve bannon
And how do you get to your, you've got a PAC that supports firebrands.
unidentified
Yes, and we were thrilled to do that.
SASPAC, S-A-S-P-A-C dot com, SASPAC dot com.
steve bannon
They actually say the reason that you're the de facto speaker is that you're outside of Kevin and a couple of people who are prodigious.
This is what MSNBC is saying.
You're a prodigious fundraiser.
Okay.
Make sure you go to tpusa.com.
You got Charlie Kirk following us here at noon.
Stick around for Charlie Kirk, but also go to tpusa.com.
Make sure you're at the conference.
You're going to have the time of your life.
Also, Mike Pella, support Mike Lindell and the great Manufacturing company up in Minnesota.
That is MyPillow.com, promo code WARM.

It's going to be on fire.
We got Darren Beatty.
We got Colonel Derek Harvey again.

A couple surprises, too.
See you then, 5 o'clock.
Congressman Green, thank you.
Thank you so much for being in the house.
unidentified
Thank you.
See you at 5.
We rejoice when there's no more.
