| You know, so Saturday's always been, at least up till noon on Saturday, has always been a work day, but When I started getting into the news business with Andrew Breitbart years ago, we quickly came to the conclusion the Friday night dumps were so big and so important that we actually built Breitbart around. | ||

| Carrie Lake filed a massive lawsuit in Arizona that exposes corruption, malfeasance, not just incompetence, right? | ||
| And I saw also involvement of authorities, particularly DHS, other these government agencies, the administrative states, rogue element, the deep state. | ||
| But then a lawsuit in this Missouri, Louisiana lawsuit, the Gateway Pundit's part of, The exposure of the FBI and then Matt Taibbi going on a Twitter stream last night. | ||
| I think it's part three of the Twitter expose, Jack Posobica. | ||
| He titled it the removal of Trump. | ||
| It's an ironic title because the title is about the removal of Trump from Twitter. | ||
| Twitter is just an instrument in this. | ||
| It's not the main event. | ||
| The main event is the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the FBI. | ||
| And one of the breakdowns you're seeing right now, I shouldn't say breakdowns, one of the lines of demarcation in the conservative movement in the Republican Party is controlled opposition and people who are fighters, and I get to the bottom of this, the enemy of freedom in this, look, the existential threat we face from the Chinese Communist Party is the greatest enemy externally we've ever felt, we've ever had, but internally we have an enemy and that enemy is the administrative state. | ||

| The FBI and DOJ and other elements of Trump's administration, President Trump's administration, people he had picked and people that were confirmed by the Senate were actively engaged in and focused on his removal from office. | ||

| His thing is about Twitter, but it's also about the FBI. | ||

| And the White House still says this is all but no, no, no. | ||
| Hunter Biden's hard drive in his laptop, the whole Twitter apparatus, It's just a means to an end to get to the thing itself and the thing itself is the administrative state. | ||
| They had a coup. | ||

| They had a coup with many senior Republicans involved. | ||
| They had a coup that removed Donald Trump from office. | ||
| Okay removed him from office. | ||
| I hate to be that blunt about it. | ||

| And if anybody in this can hear the sound of my voice, if you think this is going to be, they're going to say, no, you got to talk. | ||

| So we're going to get into a day in every aspect of this, okay? | ||
| It's going to be a little choppy because people are traveling, they're coming in by phone, but I want to lay out the architectonics of all of this today. | ||
| So I want to start with Carrie Lake and we'll start with the great Michael Patrick Leahy. | ||
| In Leahy, I want to talk about Carrie Lake's, first off, her shot across the bow What it means, and then I've got the great Jim Hoft, and of course I've got Colonel John Mills, and Hoft is an interesting character in this. | ||
| He obviously understands, and Gateway Pundit, you saw on Drudge the other day, one of the biggest sites in the world. | ||
| That's through the effort of Jim Hoft. | ||
| It's unbelievable, and Andrew would be so proud of what you've accomplished. | ||
| Let's start with Leahy. | ||
| Michael Patrick Leahy, they put a 70-page complaint or lawsuit in yesterday. | ||
| Give us the highlight reel, sir. | ||
| Yeah, the lawsuit was filed in Maricopa County Superior Court late last night. | ||
| It's Kerry Lake v. Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State as an individual, Stephen Ricker, the county reporter as an individual, all the members of the Board of Supervisors individually, and Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. | ||
| It's a very strong case, and I'll tell you some of the real interesting details on it. | ||
| It's going to be, we're told before Judge Peter Thompson, Who has a pretty strong record of being upheld by the Arizona Supreme Court. | ||
| You all know about the election day problems with tabulation errors at the printers, which affected, in the case they allege, over 50% of the 223 voting centers on election day. | ||
| But here is the new information, and it's quite significant. | ||
| If they've got the goods in the exhibit, they argue and they allege that on election day in Maricopa County, 298,000 early votes did not have the proper chain of custody. | ||
| Now, you remember, we had this problem in Georgia in 2020. | ||
| We weren't able to get all the goods on it and the receipts on it until probably six, seven months later. | ||
| If you look at the exhibits, which they should produce, they may have the goods. | ||
| Well, in that case, that is a violation of Arizona election law. | ||
| And if the judge looks at that, uh, and the, if the goods are there that they don't have chain of custody for 298,000, uh, early votes, uh, delivered to the vendor who did the signature verification. | ||
| Um, I think that alone would be sufficient in my view to grant the remedy sought by the late Kim. | ||
| That remedy is either to declare her the victor or to have a new election in Maricopa County. | ||
| I want to do one administrative thing here right now. | ||
| We've got the lawsuit and Denver, the great team of Real America's Voice, has it. | ||
| I want to put it up on the screen if you can. | ||
| I also, Captain Ben and Grace Chong, the Queen of the Trolls and the Queen of the Hot Takes, I want to make sure it's in every chat room. | ||
| And let's get up on getter. | ||
| I need everybody to read this. | ||
| Your weekend assignment is to read this and be fluent in it. | ||
| There's explosions on every page. | ||
| The chain of custody is very explosive, right? | ||
| And that is, you can't tell if that's incompetence or malfeasance. | ||
| They've also have an expert that say they're prepared to, they have it prepared to bring forward and experts are expert. | ||
| That shows that the problems with the machines could not possibly just have been by chance, right? | ||
| Just couldn't have been random. | ||
| It just couldn't all melted down at that time. | ||
| They've also got, I think, whistleblowers, etc. | ||
| Leahy, go back to the chain of custody because that kind of jumps off the page at you. | ||
| This chain of custody thing has been a big deal. | ||
| We keep saying, hey, only chain of custody, verifiable, signature verification, ID, votes can count. | ||
| Mark Elias and the evil genius there and all those guys, they want all votes to count. | ||
| They want any ballot to come in just to count. | ||
| You find it on the floor, it counts, right? | ||
| You see it over there and it's supposed to be in bin three and it's actually In a corner, in a pile, they count, right? | ||
| Isn't that replete throughout this document? | ||
| The incompetence, malfeasance of how this thing was run? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| Incompetence, malfeasance are among the arguments made in the case. | ||
| If you don't mind, let me go back to this chain of custody issue because the reason I think that's so important, because as we've talked about many a time, judges are very reticent To go back on the instant replay and call the election differently. | ||
| This, however, gives the judge, and I believe it's Judge Peter Thompson, who has a good record there in Maricopa County, this gives him a strong legal reason to grant the remedy because it is a statute that all of these early votes, the ballots, the vote by mail, Must have chain of custody. | ||
| There are forms that are supposed to be filled out. | ||
| Now, I haven't seen the exhibits that show that, and it's very, you know, detailed to find it, but if, if, uh, Gary Lake's attorney, and by the way, it's Kurt Olson, who's very good, O-L-S-E-N, a very good election integrity attorney. | ||
| Um, if, if that the, if the judge looks at this and says, yeah, there are 298,000 election day vote by mail ballots cast And counted in Maricopa County for which there is no chain of custody. | ||
| I think at the very least you'll say, well, a misdemeanor has been committed, but I think that will give him a legal basis in my view, uh, to grant the remedy of either a new election or declaring period late victory. | ||
| Remember about a 1.5 million votes cast in Maricopa County. | ||
| 1.2 million of those were cast vote by mail. | ||
| I think about 300,000 election day or something like that. | ||
| Um, And she lost Maricopa County by 34,000 votes. | ||
| According to the count, she lost the state by 17,000. | ||
| To me, this jumps out as the most significant new piece of information in this case. | ||
| Michael Patrick Leahy, hang on for one second. | ||
| Michael Patrick, by the way, the publisher, founder of the Arizona Sun-Times and dozens of papers and websites and all these battleground states, Star News Network. | ||
| Let me go to Jim Hoff. | ||
| Quick, Jim, we got about a minute before we go to break. | ||
| I'm going to ask you to hang over also. | ||
| Your first take, Jim Hoff, on this lawsuit. | ||
| Steve, I agree with you. | ||
| Thank God for Carrie Lake. | ||
| This was such a powerful move by her. | ||
| And I think she speaks for all Americans and especially all Trump supporters today. | ||
| At what point were we supposed to just sit back and take all this? | ||
| They had 59% of the machines reportedly not working on election day and supposedly they were tested the night before. | ||
| At what point do Republicans stand up and say 59% is too much? | ||
| This is election interference. | ||
| Thank God Carrie Lake had the nerve to do this and how righteous she is. | ||
| And moving forward with this case, it's explosive. | ||
| I don't see how she loses. | ||
| This case is just full with nuggets, and Americans have to stand up to the fraud. | ||
| Carrie Lake did that. | ||
| Thank God for Carrie Lake. | ||
| This lawsuit shows two things. | ||
| Number one, she won, or they're going to steal it from her. | ||
| This is why people and the Republicans, if you want to have 20% of the people just go away and say, you know what, I'm going to go live my life. | ||
| You know, I've listened to War Room enough, or I've gone and rang enough doorbells, I've knocked on enough doors, I've gone to enough town halls, I've hit you with $50 bills too often. | ||
| If you're not prepared to stand and fight when it's obvious it was stolen, then hey, fine, go do it. | ||
| But you're not, I'm not going to support it anymore. | ||
| This is about making sure that the voice of the people is just not steamrolled. | ||
| This thing is outrageous. | ||

| Jim Hoff, what jumps out to you for Michael Patrick Leahy, who's a, and I always defer to Leahy's judgment on these things, because he's both a Harvard And a Stanford grad. | ||
| You don't get that too often, right? | ||
| What jumps off the page at you when you read the filing, the lawsuit? | ||
| I think there are several points in the filing that stood out to me. | ||
| One was they opened with the fact that 72% of Democrats and Republicans believe that people were deprived of their right to vote that day on election day. | ||
| That's a huge number. | ||
| That's Democrats and Republicans. | ||
| So they understand that there was election interference involved. | ||
| They spell that out immediately as they open their lawsuit. | ||
| They speak about mail-in ballot signatures and they include some examples in the filing, which is basically just scribble. | ||
| And these ballots were allowed to go through and they put some examples again. | ||
| Just a scribbly line, and they said that that was okay for a signature. | ||
| So there's basically no signature validation going on in Arizona. | ||
| Hundreds of thousands, they said, of illegal ballots, and they're going to prove that in court. | ||
| That's very powerful. | ||
| And again, 59% of the machines in Maricopa County, the largest county in the state, were not operating that day. | ||
| The calculators or the printers, one or the other, was not operating that day. | ||
| At what point is the election? | ||
| Null and void. | ||
| Is it 40 percent? | ||
| Is it 50 percent? | ||
| Or do you have to wait till there's 80 percent of the machines that aren't working? | ||
| I mean, at what point? | ||
| How much abuse are we going to take as Republicans and allow this to continue? | ||
| And I'd like to throw in, too, shame on the Republican Party for not standing up for their voters here and not standing up for Carrie Lake and that amazing slate of candidates in Arizona. | ||
| They were robbed. | ||
| And the Republican Party pulled out right away, as far as I understand, and that's from a message I got from the Republican Party. | ||
| The Republican Party of Arizona came out yesterday, I think I put a press release, all three of the national, the chairman, I think the two national committee people, they put out a thing saying they oppose Ronald McDaniel's re-election. | ||
| Do you think part of it's tied to this? | ||
| Well, I certainly hope so. | ||
| You can't have failure after failure. | ||
| And again, we're being abused here. | ||
| It's not just that we're losing elections. | ||
| It's that we're being abused and the elections are stolen. | ||
| And Steve, you know this better than anyone. | ||
| When is enough enough? | ||
| These people have to stand up for us. | ||
| I think a lot of Republicans are very, very tired of not being represented by the party and by the people they elect to go to Washington, D.C. | ||
| And these jokers in Maricopa County who pretend that they're Republicans, that is a complete Joke. | ||
| Those people are the furthest thing from Republicans. | ||
| Very toxic people who are overseeing this election. | ||

| He's bragging on LinkedIn, his LinkedIn account, about how Carrie Lake is gone now. | ||
| So, yeah, I think some really controversial people who are working in that county. | ||
| And I think Carrie Lake has a very strong case. | ||
| Um, is there any doubt in your mind as you read this and Gateway Pundits, a voice of the grassroots in your involvement, is there any doubt in your mind as you read this that Carrie Lake is the winner in Arizona and is the legitimate governor of, uh, governor elect of this great state of Arizona, sir? | ||
| Not only that, Steve, but Carrie Lake is a woman of our time. | ||
| Carrie Lake is phenomenal. | ||
| Congratulations to Carrie Lake for following this. | ||
| She has so much courage and she is such a great communicator. | ||

| Carrie Lake is not the governor-elect, and she will not be the governor-elect unless the Superior Court judge Who is hearing this case, and we believe it's Judge Peter Thompson, unless he finds the points of law put forward by Kurt Olson sufficient to either call for a new election or declare her the winner, I am not sanguine that he will have the courage to do that, but he may. | ||

| With each release of the Twitter files, They're being exposed as liars. | ||
| And I say that as a plaintiff in the case with Missouri and Louisiana against the federal government and social media. | ||
| What we found with yesterday's release is they've been lying to us. | ||
| We've asked Twitter for information. | ||
| We've asked the government for information. | ||
| They've hidden it from us. | ||
| And now that James Baker is gone, they're in a real pickle. | ||
| So, it doesn't look good for them. | ||
| In fact, yesterday, acting Attorney General and future Senator from Missouri, Eric Schmidt, sent out a letter, and he sent it to the federal government, and this is based on some of the latest releases from Twitter files, and we know now that they've lied to us. | ||
| They've withheld information from Missouri and Louisiana, and they've got caught. | ||
| Elon Musk did this. | ||
| It's amazing what Elon has done. | ||
| He's really exposed so much already about Twitter. | ||
| Things we already knew. | ||
| That they were censoring us and shadow banning us. | ||
| We all know that, Steve. | ||
| But now we have the proof. | ||
| And we also have proof through this lawsuit that the government has been lying to us as plaintiffs about their coordination and collusion with VTech. | ||

| What everyone is really waiting to see, however, is the Twitter information and thought process leading up to the time of the so-called election and ultimately the deplatforming of the President of the United States. | ||

| Yesterday, in the release from Twitter files, they admit the FBI says, we need to take this down because the PolitiFact had this up. | ||

| That was one of the groups that they were funding, the government was funding. | ||

| In November of 19, 1 November 1963, in Vietnam, there was a coup by the generals against the Catholic president of Vietnam, Diem, President Diem. | ||
| He was assassinated. | ||
| Kennedy had essentially authorized it or had Basically been in meetings where he, let's say, did not stop it. | ||
| It was supposed to be a peaceful coup by the generals, the military, that, you know, the Buddhists were lighting themselves on fire, the country was out of control, the North Vietnamese, and the military was lying about how we were doing, how we progressed, and they blamed it all on Diem, right? | ||
| And the Catholics that were holdovers from the French colonial government that were duly elected, but they said they were corrupt. | ||
| And so Kennedy either authorized or, let's say, didn't stop the removal of Diem, but he was shocked and everybody around him was shocked when Diem was on the way to the airport to the plane that was supposed to take him to freedom. | ||

| Diem and the family were going to be able to leave. | ||
| The generals would take over. | ||
| Diem and his brother, and I think the wife too, were all assassinated, brutally murdered in the back of the truck. | ||
| 22 days later, John Kennedy is assassinated. | ||
| The biggest thing that J Edgar Hoover and the FBI, their biggest efforts in the following 72 hours, and this is documented and I've read everything around the Kennedy assassination, was the destruction of files that showed that they had been watching, they had been watching the then alleged assassin, right? | ||

| 2 May 1972, Hoover dies. | ||
| A guy named Mark Felt, I think, was his deputy. | ||
| He thought immediately, because the FBI was so hermetically sealed, that hermetically sealed from when Hoover essentially founded it, that he would step up. | ||
| He was Hoover's boy, Mark Felt. | ||
| Felt did not get that. | ||
| The next day, Patrick Gray, who was a deputy attorney general, was in there, and the reason was Nixon wanted somebody to put some eyes on this thing, because Hoover had gotten too powerful, right? | ||
| Hoover had all the goods on him. | ||
| Hoover had the receipts on everybody. | ||
| They put Patrick Gray in there. | ||
| The Watergate burglary took place. | ||
| That was on 3 May. | ||
| His interim, and he was eventually confirmed, became FBI director. | ||
| The Watergate took place on 17 July. | ||
| Nixon won a massive landslide on November of 1972. | ||
| In the interim, As Bernstein and Woodward, who are two grundoons, one on the Metro desk, the other just another, you know, Woodward just kind of hanging around, former, I think, Naval intelligence officer. | ||
| Bernstein, just some guy, grundoon on the Metro desk. | ||
| As they're running around, there's meetings in the White House, and they got these issues. | ||
| Nixon's fingers felt in the FBI, I think starting in October of 72, even before the election. | ||
