Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
You're not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
MAGA Media.
I wish, in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bass.
steve bannon
It's Thursday, 8 December in the year of our Lord, 2022, and we're entering the Christmas season.
I want everybody, because we're very concerned about this here at The War Room, cyber theft is getting out of control.
And as we go on, we're gonna have Bratt on and Lou Dobbs.
We're gonna talk more about the economy, more about this choppy water we're gonna go through.
Right now, as you know, I don't know, 90% of the middle class's net worth is tied up in its home.
And of course, home prices, you know, what, in 2022, 270,000 people.
That bought homes in 2022 are already underwater, so you got to make sure that your home being your principal asset is secure because we're going to do a lot of choppy water.
You just heard the analysis you did on credit card debt versus the savings rate plummeting, credit card debt exploding, total debt exploding.
It's time now, you really got to get your personal house in order.
We keep telling people this.
You got to immerse yourself in information, be reaching out to people.
I want to bring in Matthew Cox from Home Title Lock.
Thank you for doing it.
Matthew, I'm really concerned about this whole thing because of the antiquated way, look, people, the election system's bad enough, the antiquated way we have elections.
Here, you got this situation of people can actually get to your title.
And my big concern is that guys can take guys, cyber thieves can actually, because the antiquated systems we have actually get in, take your title, get a bank loan on it.
Take the cash out on the loan.
Next thing you know, you're getting notification from the bank that you owe money on a loan you never took out and cash you never got.
And then you get big problems.
Matthew Cox, you were one of the biggest cyber thieves that the FBI had to track down.
You were one of the top guys that they had to round up.
You know this backwards and forwards.
How big a problem is this right now for our audience?
unidentified
It's a big problem and it's a problem that's getting worse all the time.
I get people texting me, they text me articles all the time that it's happening and thieves are getting more and more creative about it.
So it just amazes me that people protect their credit cards, they don't protect their homes.
steve bannon
Look, until I started seeing you guys and we started doing this, quite frankly, I had no idea and I had none of the titles secured.
We do now.
But walk people through just the mechanism of how this works and how it can impoverish somebody who's sitting there and thinking, hey, I got my home.
You know, I may be getting hit from my stocks may be down.
The bonds may be bad.
I'm running out of cash, but at least I got my house.
If I ever need to take out a second, I can always do it.
And then you find out you actually can't because somebody beat you to it.
That's not you.
So how do people, what do people do to prevent this?
Because it's happening, it's happening every day, and it's happening at an accelerating rate.
unidentified
Well, what I, what I, I like what you just said that, you know, people don't know that it's happening.
That's, that's the thing.
Like, the media doesn't understand it, so they don't report it that much.
And for someone like me, that's, that's great.
I'm, as a, you know, as a title thief, that's, I'm thrilled that the media doesn't Publicize it as much as as it's actually happening But it's a simple process where I could drive by your house get your name go downtown to public records Pull the deed to your house and I could transfer it into another person's name or I could pull your mortgage and I could create a Satisfaction of mortgage on your house and I could satisfy the mortgage on your house.
I then order a order of an ID in your name from some Russian website and I get it in the mail and then I just call a couple of hard money lenders or banks and I borrow against the equity in your house or sell your house.
It's really even easier to sell your house because I could sell your house to a company in California right now or New York.
They wouldn't even go by your house.
They'd do what's called a desktop review or desktop appraisal of your house.
They'd lend me half a million dollars on your house.
I'd do a virtual closing, have the money wired to a bank account and have that money placed on You know, any number of different things.
You could buy gold.
You could buy diamonds.
I could put it on in Bitcoin.
I could do whatever I wanted to do with it.
And you wouldn't realize it until the bank was foreclosing on you.
Or until somebody showed up to try and walk into your house.
steve bannon
The reason they do the desktop is they're going to take a huge discount on the house.
And these guys don't care.
They'll buy it.
Oh, a 25% discount will do a desktop.
So don't think these things can't happen.
It's a robust market.
Where do they go right now to find out more?
I need this audience to savvy up on this thing.
So where do they go?
unidentified
HomeTitleLock.com.
HomeTitleLock.com.
It's super inexpensive.
It's pennies a day.
And the system is great.
They notify you.
You get a free title searched to let you know if maybe you've already been a victim.
So it's great.
steve bannon
Take another headache away.
This is simple.
One more time, Matthew.
And Matthew was one of the biggest cyber thieves out there.
Matthew, where do people go right now to take this?
You've got enough to worry about.
Let's check boxes.
Let's get a punch list of what we don't want to worry about.
Where do they go?
unidentified
HomeTidalLock.com.
HomeTidalLock.com.
Yeah.
steve bannon
Go there today and let's get all the information you need.
Do it right now.
Matthew Cox, thank you so much, brother.
Appreciate it.
unidentified
No problem, I appreciate you.
steve bannon
No, this thing is absurd.
All the things you've got to worry about, take off the ones you shouldn't have to worry about.
There's systems out there and people out there that can help you.
unidentified
Let's play.
steve bannon
I want to play.
I've got the great Lou Dobbs.
I've got to play this because Lou is one of the fire-breathing.
He was one of Wall Street's first populists.
I want to play this for Lou.
larry fink
I don't think there's been any changes at all.
First of all, we're writing things that we think about are really being impactful for the long term.
Unfortunately, the long term is not something that is topical today.
And let's be clear, populism is not about long-termism.
Populism is about the moment.
And let me be clear, one of the greatest reasons why we have inflation is because of populism.
We are doing things for the short term.
And so many of the things... I mean, I could go on on the whole short-termism of populism and what we've done and created this inflation.
steve bannon
Okay, Lou Dobbs, you've been at this a lot longer than I have, right?
Larry Fink, one of the barons of Wall Street, kind of the guy that's doing ESG, this woke investing.
Legislatures in Texas are trying to game down their under subpoena to say, how much money have we left on the table with our pension funds by doing this crazy thing you're talking about?
Ron DeSantis has taken $2.3 billion of the pension funds in Florida and said, hey, upon further review, we're going to place this to somebody else.
Is Larry Fink right?
Is populism the cause of inflation as Lou Dobbs sees it, sir?
unidentified
Fink, how smart.
First of all, it's great to see you, Steve.
Thanks for having me on.
But here's Fink, one of the smartest guys on the street.
And he is blathering because of his, I believe, His association with ESG, and fundamentally he's a salesman, and what he's peddling is pure nonsense.
He knows it, and so does his audience, on Wall Street at least.
Populism is short-termism.
I mean, that doesn't even, you can't even wrap that around a coffee cup, for crying out loud.
What is long-termism?
That's Wall Street, you know, because they ignore the quarterly results.
They really want to focus on the long-term, 5, 10, 15 years, principally, right?
No, they want the quarter numbers and they want them now, and they want them better, and they want them to be ignored when they're not.
Fink is just, he's become an absurdist with ESG.
I mean, what utter nonsense.
What is ESG?
It's faceless nonsense that has been boiled up by a corporate, what was once corporate America is corporate global.
And Larry Fink is sitting right up there in the first car as that train rolls around.
But it's starting to go off the tracks, isn't it?
Populism is about the people.
And I've always said, I'm a populist.
And I'm for the people.
And if you're not a populist, what are you for, if not our people?
It's like America first.
One of the things I love when President Trump started driving America first.
The first reaction, as you well remember, was, well, wasn't that some sort of isolationist group in the 1930s?
And, oh, the left came after him.
He stuck with it.
America first means what it seems to mean, which is interesting in this day and age.
It means putting America first in all public policy.
It means making America first in private policy and enterprise.
It is extraordinary to me.
When you ask, well, if you hate America first, where would you put America?
Second?
Third?
Are we like seventh or eighth?
Where in your world?
Larry Fink is just sadly, sadly bereft right now of any logic or any evidence for the proposition that he is pushing, which is populism and short-termism.
Americans are about this country, our culture, preserving it.
And Larry Fink is the fella who's trying to take it apart.
steve bannon
Okay, Lou, so President Trump's down in Mar-a-Lago, and today, just from Georgia the other night, a complete onslaught against America First, MAGA, President Trump, MAGA Republicans, from these guys in the Senate, McConnell, and all the political media here, that MAGA Republicans are too radical, America First is too radical.
They're up there trying to raise the debt ceiling, right, even to take the debt ceiling away.
They're trying to pass a $2 trillion discretionary spending omnibus bill right now that's totally unfunded.
The Federal Reserve's got to print money.
And they're trying to, with an invasion of the southern border, $2 million amnesty.
Lou Dobbs, is the fault of not getting people motivated to go to the polls Donald Trump's fault, or is it Mitch McConnell and these senators that are stabbing the American people in the back, sir?
unidentified
Mitch McConnell took down three candidates just directly, a half dozen more as a result of the game he is playing.
He is unconnected to either the ideology, the philosophy, or the values of the Republican Party itself.
He is working in a world all his own.
And in Mitch McConnell's world, he is at the apex.
And he is a predator on, uh, on Republican candidates that have.
steve bannon
Do we, let's lose Lou.
Okay, fine.
Let's try to reboot him.
Um, Lou Dobbs, I think when he calls him, I think that Mitch might take that down when, when Lou Dobbs called him a predator, we lost.
Lou, did we have you back, sir?
unidentified
Yeah.
Yes.
Well, I'm here.
steve bannon
You just called Mitch McConnell, I just lost you for a second.
You called Mitch, you were calling Mitch McConnell a predator on Republican candidates, sir.
Pick it up from there.
unidentified
He's their apex predator.
It's not the Marxist left.
It is not anyone else.
Every fifth column in this country.
Mitch McConnell is heinous.
He is a traitor to the party, to the principles and to the candidates that were put forward, who were aligned with Donald Trump.
It's that straightforward.
It's that simple.
People can try to ignore it.
But that is the reality.
Had Mitch McConnell been engaged in support of the candidates that have been chosen in the primary system, I think we would have seen at least five more senators move forward, because they simply were starved of capital and money and, at the end, energy.
steve bannon
Lou, we've got about a minute.
I want to hold you over through the break.
I've got Dave Bradd up.
Dave's written an amazing piece about the Federal Reserve and what we need to do to try to get it under control.
But would you like to see a little more... What you just said right there is the perfect rejoinder.
Would you like to see that a little bit more coming out of the comms team around Mar-a-Lago to push that out in the conservative media?
Because you just answered the question.
This debate right now should be exactly what you laid out versus what McConnell and his people are swamping the airways with.
Lou Dobbs.
unidentified
McConnell, very quickly.
McConnell, I include McCarthy in this, certainly Ronald McDaniel.
They are talking about bipartisanship.
They are trying to talk the center.
In point of fact, their idea of bipartisanship is collaboration.
And people have to understand who this modern Democrat Party is.
They're not neo-Marxists.
They are full-on Marxist Dems who are driving to destroy.
Our values, our families, our heritage, our history, and our way of life.
And if the Republicans think this is some sort of opposition party that they should have a little tea summit with, they're idiots and doomed to fail.
steve bannon
Lou, just hang here for one second.
Got the great Lou Dobbs.
We have Dave Brat on this amazing piece he has up on the hill about the Federal Reserve getting it under control.
unidentified
All next in the War Room.
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCD!
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Okay, this show we're up against, the FDA just gave emergency use authorization for babies as young as 6 months to get the Vax.
Or the experimental gene therapy as it really is.
We're getting more into that this afternoon.
We're going to get, oh, we got Dr. Malone.
Dr. Malone is going to be on here in a second.
We got Matthew Tierman.
Dr. Malone was part of the, in fact, he's one of the guys that founded this working group with Senator Johnson.
We'll get to all in a moment, but I gotta ask.
So Lou Dobbs, let's assume we continue these fights and we win these in the next 10 days, which is, you know, possibility if we keep our shoulder to the wheel.
Start January 3rd, the first 100 days, we got the anvil, which is appropriations, which you can defund things.
You can force confrontation with the White House on the side control spending.
And the hammer is investigations.
Comer, Comer saying, hey, he's going after the bank records of the Bidens.
He's saying it shows direct uh... compromise by the chinese communist party among other things so you've got that you get the vaccine get falchi get wuhan you get the southern border you get the biden crime family give me an overview in a couple minutes serve the first hundred days uh... of the architecture that lou dobbs thinks net is necessary to save this republic assuming that the republican conference can come up with a leader
unidentified
who will lead with conservative principles america first principles and maggot uh... principles The first thing that has to happen is the conference and the leadership come together.
You mentioned James Comey, Jim Jordan, a group of folks who are going to be tremendous leaders.
How good they're going to be as investigators depends on whether or not they keep going back to the beginning.
They keep going back to six years ago.
Everybody knows what happened.
They now have to move And I mean with great, great urgency to come to a decision about an investigation.
And that means having an answer within 90 days, not six months, not nine months of this crap.
It's got to be fast.
It's got to be hard hitting.
It's got to be messaged.
It's got to be understandable.
And it's got to be exact and nailed out.
These mammoth committees that result with huge staffs and just go on with, you know, with sound bites and bull.
We've seen that from the Republicans for the last 10 years.
And it's got to end.
We have to see immediately, shutting down the funding of DOJ, the FBI, any program, any program that is before them, that isn't populist, that isn't America first, I think has to be starved immediately.
And there's nothing more important than that.
And you talked about the Hammers investigation, Right now, I think it's more of a ruler, you know, that they slap wrists with.
I can't think of a single person over the course of the past 10 years who has been in any way censured, punished for their—and they're all the perpetrators that have been revealed in two special counsel investigations, two impeachments, four years of FBI investigation and the political persecution of Donald Trump.
Not one person has been held to account.
And we know that four FBI directors lied in succession to the American people and the Congress.
See, this is madness.
So they have to get serious.
They have to get hard.
They have to have messages.
And as for Mar-a-Lago, President Trump has to get a group of people around him, and I mean now, who are professional.
They are tough, smart.
He used the word back in 2016, as you recall, in his campaign.
The people he's going to bring in are killers.
What he brought in, what he has right now, they're not adequate.
I'll just put it that way.
And he's got to have warriors around him, smart, engaged, and absolutely true to him and to the MAGA message.
And it's got to happen now.
87,000 IRS agents, that's not going to be discussion.
That isn't a photo op.
That isn't time on TV for these congressmen.
That should be a direct move now to stop those 87,000.
steve bannon
Before we lose you on appropriations for the 87,000, you said defund FBI, IRS, DOJ.
You are prepared to take in the first 100 days, sir, Lou Dobbs, a confrontation with the Biden regime that would lead to Biden shutting down the government if they didn't get the cash appropriated?
unidentified
You know, Larry Fink talking about short-termism.
Short-termism is trying to ram crap through in this lame duck and this has got to be a conference of conscience and integrity and dedication to this great republic.
They can't keep doing business as usual and have the respect of MAGA and most Americans.
Patriots want this country straightened out because they are bleeding.
They're bleeding half this country to death.
Economically, financially, morally, this corruption has to end, and it has to end with the requisites of our courage and commitment to do better and to preserve this great republic, because it is the world's only hope, and certainly ours.
steve bannon
Lou, how did we get to this?
How did people get to you and your brilliant new podcast, The Great American Show?
unidentified
The Green America Show.
It's on all the podcast platforms.
We invite you to do it.
LewDobbs.com will get you there as well.
And I'm at Twitter.
On Twitter, I'm at LewDobbs.
On Truth, I'm at LewDobbs.
So please follow me.
We love having you join us.
And thanks for inviting me, Steve.
Appreciate it.
Good to be with you as always.
steve bannon
Lou, always good to hear your words of wisdom, sir.
So we got Lou Dobbs wants to throw down a hardcore fight in the first hundred days.
Lou, thank you very much.
Wouldn't expect anything less.
And by the way, you come from a place of wisdom and encouragement for Mar-a-Lago.
I think those are very powerful words and I hope that they are listened to, sir, and acted upon.
Thank you.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Lou Dobbs, one of the President's biggest defenders, and can promulgate his agenda as well, or better than anybody.
Let's go to Dave Brat.
Dave, you wrote with Professor Salter, I think, down at the University of Texas.
I want to talk, first off, brilliant article in The Hill about Friendship.
Talk to us about, this is legislation that's being put forward now, obviously it will be acted on in the next Congress, to really help to re-torque the Federal Reserve, sir.
Talk to us about it.
dave brat
Yeah, well, I refer everybody to it.
Just go, you know, look up Bratt and Salter, Alexander Salter, a great monetary theorist out of George Mason, just a great mind on monetary theory.
And all the details are in the article.
But and the main point is we need to get rid of the Fed.
Just tie their hands, tie the currency back to gold or a commodity and get the Fed out of business.
And the article gives the long run evidence that they have not performed better.
Right.
Do you think the Federal Reserve has achieved a sound currency and moderated business cycles after 07-08?
That's quite a business cycle.
And now we're in another super bubble.
And it's the Fed had the Fed funds rate at zero for a decade.
unidentified
Right.
dave brat
So that's just kind of the evidence that you got to beat that.
Can a gold standard beat that?
Yes.
So and in addition, French Hill has a Price Stability Act, and he says, get rid of the unemployment mandate.
Just focus on sound money.
And so in the old days, you know, labor would get a little nervous on that.
You might have a hard time doing that.
But I think the American people have caught on this.
This inflation thing is if it's not intentional, the folks running the shop are all be fired for incompetence.
Right.
So either they're very smart and it's intentional.
These, you know, by the by the dip sessions we go through every year now.
And so French Hill says get rid of the unemployment mandate, just focus on sound money, because then wages will go up soundly.
If you return to a normal economy, the average American who's being hit, your pension funds are getting hit, you deserve wage rates that go up steadily with our productivity.
steve bannon
Remember the ten years of the zero Fed funds rates crushed the American people, the working people.
This is 10 years of the wealthy made out like no time in world history.
Real quickly, I want to go back though.
French Hill is a congressman from Arkansas.
Step one is to take their two mandates away.
Just get the Fed to focus on sound money.
Get them out of unemployment.
That stops all this madness.
They're walking in and doing all this stuff.
Just go back to what they originally said to do.
Sound money, correct?
That's step one.
Okay, that's step one.
Get rid of the second mandate.
dave brat
Yep, and then Congressman Alec Mooney, who's also maybe running for Senator, and he's a very bright guy, a good friend of mine back when I was up there along with French, and he's got a couple bills.
Number one, do a gold audit.
And that sounds very boring, but when you have the Congress' oversight on anything, You might be surprised at what you find, right?
How much gold do we have?
unidentified
Let's start digging down and do a little research on this.
steve bannon
Okay, but this is what I don't understand.
You got these issues where I get into auditing the Pentagon.
The Pentagon can't be audited.
It came back again and said it's impossible to audit, which is absurd.
That we've been begging for an audit of the Federal Reserve to get into that balance sheet and particularly get into fees that were paid to the 24, that the 24 prime banks paid themselves, right?
That's why they don't want an audit.
They don't want it.
But here's what blows my mind.
How do we not know how much gold the federal government, why do we have to audit that?
I'm worried about the shrinkage.
You're telling me right now we can't just go up to Capitol Hill to one of these committees or go over to the Treasury and say, hey, can I see the dashboard on the running audit of the gold that we hold and reserve in the United States?
You can't do that?
dave brat
No way.
Go read Secrets of the Temple by Greider, I think, on the Fed.
The first chapter is bathed in theological, mystical terminology surrounding the Fed.
That'll give you a hint as to what the problem is.
And then Mooney's second bill is, let's go to a gold standard or tie it to a commodity or something that's market-based and not government-run.
It's very clear the Congress and the Senate and the White House and the globalists are all running the shop.
steve bannon
Hang over a second.
Short commercial break.
These are getting to be kind of buzzy now.
By going back and tying the Federal Reserve or tying your Federal Reserve note, which you call a dollar, to some sort of commodity like gold, is that going to send us back to the horse and buggy time?
Dave Brat, the business dean at Liberty University, is going to answer that.
We've got Dr. Malone.
On this explosive workshop testimony yesterday with Senator Johnson, Matthew Tierman, the leftist government in Peru, guy got impeached and arrested in one day.
So hey, maybe some dominoes are falling in Latin America.
And maybe also Brazil's about to have a big game change.
unidentified
All next in The War Room.
Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
Dave Brat.
Dave, we got a, and we'll do it tomorrow, but the lag between when the Fed does something and the impact, it's very big.
I know you've worked this through and I want to get there, but I've got to go back to these, the time remaining, these three pieces of legislation, particularly Mooney.
Mooney is thinking of challenging Manchin in West Virginia for the Senate.
He's a very bright guy.
Just, when people start talking about the gold standard and all that, is that legislation, or is the counter to that, is it sending us back to the horse and buggy era, Dave Brett?
dave brat
The horse and buggy era, in terms of monetary theory, I'll just read you a short little paragraph out of the piece in The Hill that Solter and I wrote.
Inflation averaged a mere 0.21% per year before the Federal Reserve.
But since World War II, inflation's been 3.7%.
So the horse and buggy days ain't looking too bad in terms of inflation.
The economy's also gotten less productive.
Average growth was 4% in the pre-Fed years, compared with 2.25% productivity growth after.
There were no compensating benefits in terms of economic stability that the Fed brought about, and recessions have not become less frequent or less lengthy.
And so all the evidence goes against the performance of the Fed when you can just have a simple money pegged to gold or a commodity or whatever.
And then the markets work and you get away from central planning, the maestro, Greenspan, they all think they're the maestro until it all collapses.
steve bannon
So you're saying for the concept of stable money, of a stable currency in a stable economy, these guys have failed the test.
And now you have, I mean, Powell's no, he's, he's an apparatchik.
He's just a DC, he's a failed investment banker, kind of hung around DC and the Bush administration got, got signed up, could really didn't have a job, got signed up to be a, a functionary over at, over at treasury.
And then at the fed and kind of then eventually one of the worst decisions of president Trump's.
I mean, I got to put up there with Chris Ray and Bill Barr.
He's just he's just a factotum.
So your point movies points that, hey, these guys in the way to do is peel it back.
You do French Hills piece first, which gets a plumbing thing out of it.
Just focus on a stable currency, right?
And then you go after him in the stable currency.
Hey, we know how to make it stable, not let you make the decisions.
Tied to some commodity, gold or something else.
Brad, we got this up everywhere.
The piece is quite frankly brilliant.
Real quickly, 30 seconds, tell me about your co-author.
Because I know you're brilliant, but this guy must be brilliant too.
Who is he?
dave brat
Oh yeah, now he's the monetary expert.
Alexander Salter, a friend of mine.
We've been chatting, going through all sorts of ideas how to restore sanity to our economy.
And just Google, hey, he's got stuff going up every day.
So just Google Alexander Salter.
He's got a bunch of great pieces.
And then your budget piece yesterday on the show was great and shows the complexity, right?
The Fed's only excuse is they've gotten so complex that you need all these geniuses to manage the complexity they have put into play.
We got to get rid of that complexity and get it simple again.
Use markets.
steve bannon
The Rust Vote budget, by the way, had a great launch yesterday, but it's the first.
That's the fiscal part.
We've got the monetary part.
Remember, fiscal is the budget and spending the monetary is the dollar.
We're going to make sure the audience is fully up to speed because these are the big fights that are coming down the road.
Brat, how do people get to you?
I know you're up on Getter.
How do people get to you?
dave brat
Yep.
Brat Economics at Getter and third floor business school, Liberty University.
Come on up and visit.
Parents, bring your young scholars.
And hat tip to Rust Vote yesterday.
I just laid out the work that went into what he said yesterday.
I cannot fathom how many hours and hours he's dedicated to this country.
So God bless him.
steve bannon
Massive, and we're going to push that, the balanced budget in 10 years.
Dave Brad, thank you, down there at Liberty.
Okay, let's play the cold open for Dr. Malone.
unidentified
David, do you have the exact definition of where it went from to what it became?
We have the inventor of mRNA vaccines sitting right to my right here.
Robert, is this a vaccine or is it a gene therapy?
dr robert malone
As I've said repeatedly, it came out of a gene therapy research program.
These and the adenoviral vectors are absolutely gene therapy technology applied for the purpose of eliciting an immune response.
unidentified
I don't care what the FDA says.
There's your answer right there.
steve bannon
Thanks.
OK, I'm really proud of the War Room for giving a platform for Dr. Peter Mercola, Dr. Harvey Risch, who testified yesterday, of course, Ed Dowd, but most importantly, Dr. Robert Malone, one of the first ones out of the box.
Dr. Malone, one of the architects of the experimental gene therapy, that today, Dr. Malone, yesterday, historic day, but this morning, to tell you what the FDA thought of what you guys had to say yesterday, they extended, I guess, emergency use authorization for Moderna's experimental gene therapy down to six months.
They must not take what you say very seriously, Dr. Malone.
They do it the day after the morning.
You guys are up there.
The thing's live streamed.
There's four or five hundred thousand people have viewed it, and they just come in your grill first thing out of the box at 9 a.m.
the day after, sir, and tell, hey, we were going to authorize it for babies at six months.
What say you?
dr robert malone
They don't care.
They're not database.
This is one of the statements I made.
Senator Marshall asked me about what I would have done had I been in place instead of Tony Fauci.
Would I have approved a product on the basis of asserting that it had efficacy, safety, and long-term protection?
And I spoke directly about this.
What we clearly have documentation on now is the substitution of hope.
Based on the testimony and statements of both Dr. Deborah Birx and Rochelle Walensky, they substituted hope for data.
And then they employed one of the most profoundly powerful propaganda tools and strategies that the Western world has ever seen deployed in order to compel people To take these unlicensed medical products.
The whole thing is profoundly absurd.
At this point, the actions of the CDC and the FDA, I think most of us are clear that these are corrupt organizations.
They have been clearly compromised.
And they are not responsive to the American public.
They're not responsive to their mission.
They are not focused on protecting the public.
They're focused on protecting the pharmaceutical industry and serving the administration.
Remember, it was the New York Times that broke the story last February that the CDC has become a political arm of the White House.
It is no longer serving as an objective, independent protector and characterization organization for public health in the United States.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, what do you hope?
Yesterday was so powerful, right?
And I realized it was kind of a workshop environment.
You guys are going to come back to the new Congress, but give us the arc of this.
Where do you think we head next year as we get into the big fight?
See, Ron DeSantis is going to quote-unquote hold Big Pharma accountable in Florida.
There's a groundswell of people that are saying now with the evidence, this has to stop.
But the FDA and Big Pharma are doubling and tripling down.
They're not backing off an inch.
So tell us where you think Coming out of Senator Johnson's workshop hearing yesterday, where this goes starting in January?
dr robert malone
Well, further to your point, we now have a tweet that I just forwarded to Cameron from Elon Musk in which he's clearly speaking about setting up a commission of independent physicians and scientists to fact-check the United States government.
That's pretty profound.
Senator Johnson made it clear, and remember, this is Senator Johnson's initiative, his hearing.
This is the third in a series, and he anticipates moving forward.
Senator Marshall, by the way, was very involved in both the prior day's planning session and came in at the end of these hearings.
And ask questions, including to me.
So we are seeing signs that this is all expanding.
Remember, Senator Marshall is a physician.
So the plan of Senator Johnson, from his own lips, is that this is just a first step intended to alert the average public that there are a series of misconceptions, misstatements, For bluntly lies that they've been told over the last three years.
And the intention was to kind of keep it simple, stupid in the sense of us as academics and thought leaders often have a way of obscuring the truth through too many words.
And I'm guilty of that too.
Senator Johnson was very clear.
He wanted everybody to be short, concise, focused, make sure it was understandable for the common person, the non-specialist.
a way to start to tee this up so that people are aware that they've been misled, so that that then flows into additional similar hearings in which we'll expand on the issues around legislation, public policy, specific actions.
And of course, as you pointed out, Steve, the real action here is going to be in the House, unfortunately not the Senate, because Senator Johnson was blocked by the various decisions that were made by Republican leadership that resulted in not capturing the Senate.
And so Senator Johnson does not have the power of the subpoena because he's not chair of the DHS Subcommittee on Investigations.
Over.
steve bannon
Would you volunteer, if Elon Musk put out a call for prominent volunteers, would you volunteer for his commission, sir?
dr robert malone
My position is that, that I said to many others, I don't seek positions here, but if I'm asked to serve, I'm very grateful and willing to serve.
To serve the American people, to serve the American government, and so if I'm called to serve in some way, it will be my honor to do so to the best of my ability.
steve bannon
Elon Musk just announced up on Twitter he's going to put together some sort of commission or committee to get to the bottom of this, particularly given, I think, what they're finding inside of Twitter, even as we speak about the suppression.
Dr. Malone, how did they get your new blockbuster book, Lies My Government Told Me?
How did they get it?
dr robert malone
So it's now shipping from Amazon.
If you don't like Amazon, you can get it from Barnes & Noble.
The e-book is quite inexpensive, and you'll receive it immediately.
And from Amazon, the hardcover is now shipping.
And because we're having a wake for our family since we lost a nephew, How do people get to your Substack and all of your social media, Dr. Malone?
People got to follow you now more than ever.
This thing heats up.
Thank you, Steve.
be a two-day turnaround for delivery of the hardcover from Amazon at this point.
steve bannon
How do people get to your Substack and all of your social media, Dr. Malone?
People have got to follow you now more than ever.
This thing heats up.
dr robert malone
Thank you, Steve.
So the Substack is rwmalonemd.substack.com and of course I am on Getter and I believe I am still prohibited blocked from Twitter as well as of course LinkedIn.
So Peter McCullough and I both are at the rump of this, and apparently we're so toxic that even in the current plan of amnesty, we can't be allowed to speak on that platform.
steve bannon
If Laura Loomer can get out of Twitter jail, we expect McCullough and Malone will make their jailbreak, certainly.
Dr. Malone, thank you.
Honored to look forward to having you back on to go through this.
Go get the book today, Lies My Government Told Me, the personal journey of Malone, plus everything he found out in the process.
Thank you, sir.
dr robert malone
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Tiramont, 30 seconds, I'm going to hold you through the break.
Peru, left-wing government, impeached and then jailed.
What happened?
matthew tyrmand
So yesterday, and the Peruvian president, Castillo, also Sao Paulo Forum communist, we've talked a lot about the Sao Paulo Forum, he's been under fire for corruption.
So he just decided, hey, I'm going to dissolve the Congress.
Well, the society did not take it so well.
He also said that there's going to be a curfew, and that they're going to remove small arms from those who have them, hunters and people who are exercising their Peruvian constitutional rights.
Military, law enforcement, the legislature, they all acted immediately.
The legislature voted to impeach him.
103 legislators out of 130.
And now he's gone.
Vice President's being sworn in today.
Good story.
It's a great story.
Brazil can learn from it.
steve bannon
It's an appetizer for Brazil.
The story there.
Short commercial break.
unidentified
Matthew Tierman is going to make it all make sense next in the world.
Protecting free speech.
I'm cancelling cancel culture.
Join the marketplace of ideas.
The platform for independent thought has arrived.
Superior technology.
No more selling your personal data.
No more censorship.
No more cancel culture.
Enough.
Getter has arrived.
It's time to say what you want, the way you want.
Download now.
steve bannon
Okay, get to Getter.
We're doing live streams all the time.
I'm putting stuff up on my personal page.
We're putting stuff up on the War Room page.
All the big contributors here are all over Getter.
It's got information, totally free, download free.
And look, I put my stuff up on Getter by myself, and I'm a moron, so you can do it too.
Simple, simple, simple.
The technology here.
Even Elon Musk and those guys understand this is far, far advanced over Twitter and all things technology.
That's why Elon's spending 90% of his time on technology.
Turning Point USA, tpusa.com slash worm.
Go there.
17 to 20 December in Phoenix, Pacific.
Charlie Kirk putting it on.
Tucker's going to be there, Candace, myself, I think Josh Hawley, MTG.
It's going to be humongous, plus other special guests that have not been announced.
Great way to end the year, better way to start the year.
We'll be there meeting and greeting everybody from the War Impostor that shows up, so go check it out.
It's going to be a fantastic time, and we're going to be doing the show live, so you get to participate.
Well, it's interesting that Peru happened the way it did yesterday.
situation with the old vice president. You've got the president Peru kicked out.
matthew tyrmand
Tell me about Brazil. What is happening, sir? Well, it's interesting that Peru happened the way it did yesterday. Why would this guy look to dissolve the Congress? Because he felt emboldened by what he's seeing in Brazil.
The Sao Paulo Forum has just got battle victory after battle victory, but the war now hinges on Brazil.
He saw it.
Thankfully, the Peruvians who remember the time under Fujimori said, hell no.
Chile, Boric, another Sao Paulo Forum graduate, so to speak, He ran the presidency earlier this year and he made overtures yesterday saying that if Brazil, the people, fight back, Bolsonaro fights back, he's seated, they're going to invade Brazil.
As if.
But you know what?
It's bluster, but it was a gift.
Because Bolsonaro signed an edict to expand the military reservists and the second they signed it and they put up the site the site crashed because so many people signed up to defend their country and their sovereign borders and at the same time as defending the sovereign borders those reservists may be deployed for the things we've been talking about the last couple of weeks So you've got all of this going on in Latin America.
You've got Argentina.
Kirchner finally convicted.
Six years in prison.
Her, her husband, they looted the country the same way Lula and Dilma did.
Also, Sao Paulo Forum graduates.
And you know what?
The Brazilians see it and it only further emboldens them and steals their spine.
They are getting ready.
The reservists have expanded.
They're getting tips where Lula is.
They're protesting en masse.
We're getting, I think, this weekend another major Fraud breakdown from Saramido in Argentina.
He did a great job early showing the faults in the machines.
So there's a lot going on.
I was hoping for something this week.
The legal experts I've spoken to said everything's a formality with this certification that they pushed up a week illegally.
The court already voted, the ministers and justices of the court already voted the other day saying they saw Lula, he won, blah blah blah.
The formal certifications on Monday.
He gets seated after New Year's Day.
So we will see Give me 30 seconds on Jake Sullivan's visit, sir.
some time and I think the people are mobilizing.
steve bannon
Give me 30 seconds on Jake Sullivan's visit, sir, the National Security Advisor.
matthew tyrmand
Pure kabuki theater symbolism, nothing.
There's nothing that came out of it except he went there to give them a USA soccer jersey and said we're inviting you to the USA.
The White House, when they prepped their statement, said they'll talk about, you know, the great issues of climate change and inclusion and democracy and LGBT rights.
All kabuki, nothing material, but they wanted to show that they are together, that there's no distance between them and by the way the leftist in brazil the media the polos people are saying kirchner's conviction is a sham uh... the fact that kisty oh was not impeached yesterday so quickly a sham and they're saying these are the assaults on democracy these people are brazen but the people do see it on the ground okay what's your social media so people can follow you twenty four seven
at matthew term on a m a t t h e w t y r m and d and we will see everybody saturday night at the new york young republicans gala where you will be in europe best tuxedo the egg Ah.
steve bannon
Be there, be square.
Matthew Terramond, thank you.
Let's go to Jay Ellis.
Jay, you may have the best Christmas gift out there possible for people who want to be in the know.
Walk us through it.
unidentified
All right, Steve.
Thank you and Merry Christmas.
So we've talked about it before.
Election 2020, you decide, has got to be the Christmas gift of the season.
It's under 50 bucks.
It is fun to play and it goes over every single thing.
Steve, we have updated the mixes because it's an interactive game.
We have updated the mixes.
We have a Miranda mix.
We're going to do an Elon mix.
We're going to do an Arizona mix.
We're going to do a Congressional Investigation mix.
We're going to do a COVID mix and update every single thing that's going on.
It'll make the game so much fun.
steve bannon
Here's a copy of the game.
Just explain to people, it's a board game, but how do you do these mixes and you use your cell phone to get all the new content that comes up all the time?
unidentified
All right.
So there's cards throughout the decks that have a QR code and you put your phone over the QR code, just like you would at a restaurant.
And a packet of seven, or a mix comes up with seven videos or information packets.
And so what we can do is we can, and you, so you can, while you're playing the game, you can just watch these.
And if you are playing a game with somebody that's been gaslighting or somebody that's not quite sure, you can just show them exactly what's going on.
We have the facts.
We have, as you call it, we have the receipts.
It's all in front of you.
And again, it's fun to play.
It's the greatest Christmas gift for the holiday.
Everybody needs to have one.
I want you to put it on your getter.
I want War Room to put it out.
I want everybody that sees this to put it out.
Let's get this out.
It's a great Christmas gift.
It's under 50 bucks.
It's for the hardest person to buy for, and everybody will love it.
steve bannon
Where do they go right now to get it?
Because, by the way, with what Elon Musk is putting out, this is only going to become more and more relevant.
Trust me, 2020 ain't going away.
Where do people go right now, Jay, to get it?
unidentified
All right, Steve, thanks.
Electionfun.com.
Promocode War Room.
All right?
Electionfun.com.
And, you know, go to the website, order it now.
We've got, we had an additional batch of games coming for Christmas.
We've got about two weeks to get your games, so everybody needs to get on it.
Let's blast it out.
steve bannon
If you like it, get it out.
unidentified
Today.
steve bannon

We're back in the saddle here in the War Room.

Because a whole lot happened in Washington, D.C.
