This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies. | ||
unidentified
|
Because we're going medieval on these people.
You're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
|
MAGA Media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved!

|
War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
Given the work to date and Mr. Smith's prosecutorial experience, I am confident that this appointment will not slow the completion of these investigations.
Thanks. | ||
Transcribed by https://otter.ai Thank you.
The men and women who are pursuing these investigations are conducting themselves in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism.
I could not be prouder of them.
I strongly believe that the normal processes of this department can handle all investigations with integrity.
And I also believe that appointing a special counsel at this time is the right thing to do.
The extraordinary circumstances presented here demand it.
Mr. Smith is the right choice to complete these matters in an even-handed and urgent manner.
And he's not going to take any questions clearly.
Attorney General Merrick Garland saying it's the right thing to do, taking the extraordinary and in fact unprecedented step of naming a special counsel in two separate investigations involving the former president and Current candidate for President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Of course, one of them, the Mar-a-Lago documents case.
The other, January 6th, specifically related to any attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
It was laid out in the volume one of the Mueller report was the shared mission of the Russian government and the Trump campaign.
You're talking about Trump armed with national defense information that he didn't just take.
He lied about returning.
How quickly and with what sort of alacrity can a special counsel move to make sure that any sort of intention or plans to share a mission with the foreign government doesn't happen this time?
unidentified
|
Well, I certainly think one of the things that I would hope would be taken, would have action taken on it, is if there was anything developed in the investigation that indicated that there was a purpose to maintaining the information, or that people who didn't have authority accessed the storage locations at Mar-a-Lago, or whether there were folks who were coming in from the outside, be they a plumber, a caterer, a visitor, a member, anybody else, that if information had been accessed, that that would be made known to the intelligence community, and any potential sources or methods
that might have been compromised or could be at risk, that actions were taken by the intelligence community to protect those things.
But again, at the end of the day, that's very hard to get, you know, you may or may not ever get to the bottom of that.
And I think the strongest deterrent is to make sure that former President Trump never again has access to classified information because of the extraordinary threat to national security that he has proven to be and that he continues to prove to be.
Okay, welcome. | ||
You're in the War Room. | ||
It is Friday, 18 November in the year of our Lord 2022.
Want to bring in, do we have Boris up yet?
Okay, fine. | ||
We'll bring it. | ||
We got Boris. | ||
We have Mike Davis. | ||
We have Matthew Tierman, an all-star cast.
Jason Miller is going to join us in the second hour, and I believe Congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
So we got a lot to get to. | ||
Pretty big news today. | ||
Boris, and of course MSNBC can't help themselves by putting on the folks That have gone after President Trump now for six years with all the lies and misrepresentations.
They're 0 for about a hundred, but then they pulled this stunt today.
Another gimmick, another gimmick from little Merrick Garland doesn't have enough stones to, if you're going to indict him, indict him.
Doesn't have enough stones to do it, so he punts.
Tell me about your thoughts on this and how do you view this?
How do you think the President views it?
Steve, it's an honor to be with you.
It's an honor to be with the Posse.
The President out and with very strong comments on this tonight.
And there's a completely clear political opposition targeting, and it's a complete charade.
They're tying themselves into knots.
They know they've got nothing on the document hoax.
The President did everything right by the book on the Presidential Records Act and the Clinton-Soccer case.
We've talked about Amy Berman-Jackson.
They've got nothing on J6 because the President said, march peacefully and patriotically.
And by the way, offered tens of thousands of troops.
To secure Washington, D.C.
on January 6, 2021, at the day of his peaceful historic speech at the Ellipse.
They've got absolutely nothing.
Now President Trump has announced that he's marching back to the White House to take our country back.
And, of course, they pop this political nonsense on him.
And let me ask this question.
Has there been a special counsel announced in a complete grift, bribery, and crime spree by the Biden administration?
I haven't seen that. | ||
10% for the big guy being investigated?
Maybe they saw it somewhere.
Why isn't there a special counsel on that?
Why don't they need to bring focus to that with a Friday afternoon press conference?
It's clear as day that the feckless Biden regime, Merrick Garland, weaponized DOJ, the Department of Justice, in quotes, the unjust Department of Justice, are petrified of President Trump.
They're petrified of the MAGA movement.
They're petrified of the war on Posse.
And they're throwing everything in the wall possible, including putting this canard together with a special prosecutor.
As a result of both those deeds, they spent over $30 million attacking President Trump through the Mueller investigation.
And what they turned out with?
Complete and total vindication for President Donald J.
unidentified
|
Trump. | |
And that'll be the same result here.
Thank you. | ||
The president, do you think the president pushed back hard enough?
I didn't like the, it's unfair.
We all know it's unfair.
I actually thought he was not as forceful as he normally is.
He must be tired of this right now.
But this is a joke. | ||
I mean, my point is Merrick Garland, if they had anything, they would have brought it.
If they had anything, they would have brought it now, sir.
If you feel there's a long piece on, uh, you know, on Fox News Digital about Brooke Simmons where the president goes extensively, uh, and talks about how he doesn't even recognize This canard and the charade of a special counsel, and how it is a complete and total attack on him, an attack on the MAGA movement.
And that's exactly what it is.
Is the country tired of this?
Yes. | ||
But is President Trump going to be fighting this every single day?
Absolutely. | ||
He'll be fighting the weaponization of law enforcement.
Because if they could do this to a president, they could do it to anybody.
Did they just hand Trump the nomination?
Is this just, once again, the administrative state and the deep state coming after Trump?
And, you know, the Democrats was in Ciancini, the guy, I think that's pronounced his name, the guy from Rhode Island, is put forward legislation.
They have two things going.
They're putting forth legislation that Donald Trump can never run for office again.
They got that kicking around the lame duck.
And now they come up with a special counsel.
You know, Merrick Garland's had two years to do this.
He's got nothing. | ||
Right. | ||
The thing in Georgia is a nothing burger.
The thing in Mar-a-Lago is a nothing burger.
This whole thing they're trying to do on January 6th is a nothing burger.
Or Garland would have done something with it.
So they're going to punt it now to somebody else to try to give him political cover.
Is this just handed Donald Trump?
I mean, how do Republican voters come, not supporting him. If it's obvious they so fear him, the apparatus so fears him, they will do anything. They'll pass law. They'll pass these bogus laws. They'll have special prosecutors. They'll do everything in the world to try to destroy him.
Steve, it has never been more obvious, never been clearer that Donald J. Trump is the strongest political opponent, the most feared political opponent of not just the feckless Democrat Biden regime, but the unit party in the establishment.
And let's be honest, the party, the uniparty party of Davos and the billionaires who are beholden to the Chinese Communist Party, as President Trump said this morning on Truth Social, that the reason these billionaires are turning against him is because they're turning toward the Chinese Communist Party and other candidates who may be a little more, a lot more friendly to the CCP than President Trump was and will be.
So what you have here now is an absolute testament for all their squawk.
Oh, all we want to do is run against Trump.
Oh, it's going to be. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
They want to run against him so bad.
They're putting a special counsel together.
On two investigations that have gone nowhere, nowhere.
And by the way, that includes the, people forgot about the congressional J6 committee charade.
So they've had all these shams going and altogether, right, 15, 20, 25 of them since 2015, they failed to get Trump on all of them.
They failed to be, to stop him from representing the American people.
And now they're trying to do it through this charade of a special counsel, a completely politicized, A completely politicized mistake that they're going to come to regret politically, and let's be honest, legally, because this special counsel, now he's in The Hague, he's in the Netherlands, he's recovering, he had a bike accident.
He's going to come back, he's going to look at this case and go, wait, what have you been doing for two years?
This is what you're bothering a President of the United States about?
That's what an honest prosecutor would say.
Who knows what this specific person will do?
But that's how the American people see it.
The American people see that President Trump has done everything by the book, has done everything legally, and he is being targeted, harassed, persecuted by a weaponized, targeted Department of Justice and law enforcement.
This makes it makes even more than ever.
We've got to have a real J6 committee when the new Congress comes in.
It's got to go through Nancy Pelosi's role.
I mean, MTG was on the show today field stripping Nancy Pelosi.
We've got to get into everything Nancy Pelosi knew, everything Nancy Pelosi did or failed to do with the information she had at hand.
We've got to get to everything related to the J6 prisoners and the FBI's involvement, all of that.
And you also have to adjudicate Uh, the 20th, you know, people say, well, you can't talk about anymore.
Hey, they're the ones jamming it up.
They got a special prosecutor.
So let's, let's adjudicate this in the house where it should be.
Let's go through state by state and, and, and show the American people they stole it because they did stole it.
Biden is illegitimate.
Okay. | ||
Some people can accept that these establishment Republicans want to move on.
No, we can't. | ||
We're not going to move on.
We told you we're going to kill it in the crib.
We took the house and you saw because of the pressure the conservatives in this war room is putting on people.
All of a sudden everybody's a tough guy.
You got investigations coming up.
You got Hunter Biden coming up.
They got 10 felonies with Biden.
10 felonies. | ||
They found a special counsel today for what?
What are they talking about?
Seriously, what are they talking about?
Comer went to the microphone and laid out ten felonies that Biden is guilty of.
Joe Biden, not the pervert, drug addict, human trafficking son.
I'm talking about Joe Biden, the illegitimate regime head.
Okay? | ||
So we're going to prove that.
And we don't need you to have our special counsel.
We'll do it in the House first, and then we'll wait to take the White House.
First we'll impeach him, then we'll take the White House, then it'll be our Attorney General, and then you're gonna get jammed up.
Okay? | ||
We'll fight fire with fire.
Put your special prosecutor, what is it, the fight in the democracy and everything like that?
The American people, we are now in charge of the House, and trust me, Kevin McCarthy's being plenty tough, and if he ain't tough enough, he's gonna be gone.
They got eight votes against him, and he's sitting there, you know how he's getting votes to come to his side?
I'm gonna be hard! | ||
I promise you I'm going to be hard.
I'm going to unchain Matt Gaetz.
I'm going to unchain MTG.
Comer, you get up there and give me 10 felonies and say, and sit there.
Comer, he's not any fire breather.
He goes, oh, by the way, I want you to make sure you understand something.
This is not about Hunter.
This is about Joe Biden, the criminal head of the family and starts talking about multiple felonies, including human trafficking.
So bring it. | ||
What they ought to do immediately and say, hey, we're not going to give you one penny in the Justice Department.
And they ought to start the impeachment process on Garland and Mayorkas day one.
And Garland, it's not even how you weaponize the FBI.
We're going to get to Ray about that.
It's about what you've done on the southern border.
Ought to impeach him. | ||
Ought to impeach Mayorkas.
And here's the budget that DOJ gets.
How about this? | ||
How about zero? | ||
You want a special prosecutor, then you raise the money yourself.
Go raise your money. | ||
Go special prosecute that.
There's not enough nonsense with these people.
They're criminals. | ||
They twist the law. | ||
MSNBC's got the other clown from the FBI.
We're going to clean the whole rat's nest out.
Not the FBI, the American Gestapo.
And I don't care if they come on TV, it's terrible he says that.
You're the American Gestapo.
In fact, you're even greasier than the Gestapo.
You heard a comment yesterday in Jordan.
You're sitting there rolling up people.
They're saying the rosary in front of abortion centers.
You're coming in tough guys.
Super tough guys. | ||
They come in with all their SWAT stuff and the FBI like on Hollywood and on TV.
They're super tough guys.
A bunch of pussies. | ||
That's exactly what you are.
A bunch of pussies. | ||
Okay? | ||
Pussies. | ||
Ray. | ||
Tough guy. | ||
Lying. | ||
Oh, I gotta go catch a plane.
Gotta catch a vacation jet to some elite place to go rub elbows, you corrupt lawyer.
This is what Chris Christie got you.
He got you, Ray. | ||
He got you, Berman. | ||
Christie, go ahead and run for president.
We'd love you to run for president.
We would love to take you apart, field-strip you like you need to be field-stripped, okay?
This thing is a joke and a clown show.
The nation's in a financial crisis and this is what they come up with.
I can't wait to jam these people.
God, I love this job. | ||
Short commercial break.
Boris, fighting Mike Davis.
Matthew Tierman. | ||
Man, I got the fight club here today.
Throwing in Todd Bensman a little later.
I kind of like this. | ||
I kind of dig it. | ||
MTG, Jason Miller. | ||
It's nothing but punchers today.
Short break. | ||
Boris Epstein joins us on the other side.
Donald Trump said, yeah, I'm running again.
So I think what people are wondering is, will anybody ever deign to hold Donald Trump accountable to the same rule of law that the four or five of us would be held to?
unidentified
|
I think that's absolutely right, and we are well past the point in this country where we can pretend that blind faith in our legal system is warranted.
Donald Trump has challenged the rule of law.
I can't take her. | ||
She may be the dumbest lawyer in the country, and a host of dumbness over at MSNBC.
Look how wrong they've been.
The same level of rule of law, baby.
Have you checked out The Hart Laptop from Hell?
Have you ever read it? | ||
You see, they've never even looked at it.
Same rule of law. | ||
That's okay, folks. | ||
What's good for the goose is better for the gander.
And what I like so far in this Congress, look, McCarthy's fighting for his job.
That's why he's telling guys, come off the chain, come off the chain.
Right? | ||
He's trying to get those votes and they're coming off the chain.
Boris Epstein, your thoughts.
We'll let you go. | ||
We know you got a lot to do and you're observant, so we'll let you take off.
But what are your closing thoughts of this before I turn to Tirman and fight Mike Davis?
Look at about an empty G Margie Taylor green quarter, right?
Congresses better take a long hard look Republicans But MAGA Congress now better be looking at whether the DOJ should be allowed to have a dime for the charade sham of an investigation and Hey, guess who's in charge? That's appropriation and Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee Comer Hey, why why is there not a special prosecutor into the Biden crime family?
Mike Davis is going to talk about that, I'm sure.
Why is there not a special prosecutor into billion dollars being extorted in American aid, extorted until a Ukrainian prosecutor is fired, which is looking into Hunter Biden?
The billions of dollars from China for the Biden crime family, 10% for the big guy.
Where's the special counsel?
We know what it is. | ||
President Trump had a historic announcement on Tuesday.
They have found absolutely nothing on these sham investigations, and now they want to drum up and roll out this nonsense about a special counsel.
Well, you know what? | ||
President Trump is ready to fight.
President Trump is not going to put up with this nonsense, is not going to put up with the Biden administration spitting on America, completely disrespecting the American people as they let our southern border be destroyed, our economy be destroyed, our national security be destroyed, our international standing be destroyed.
President Trump is going to fight.
He's going to stand up for America.
And because this is vital.
And I said this before, I'll say it again.
I've said it before, I'll say it again.
If they can harass and persecute a president like this, there's nothing.
There's nothing that keeps them from doing whatever they want to us everyday Americans.
And President Trump is not going to put up with that.
How do you see that? | ||
Why do you think the Senate 14 SWAT FBI guys, tough guys, they're super tough guys, up armored to go get these Catholics that are praying a rosary in front of an abortion center?
Of course. | ||
And counting parents of domestic terrorists.
He's out of control. | ||
Garland's out of control.
I can't wait to impeach him.
I can't wait to impeach all these guys.
They're all scum. | ||
Okay, Boris, what's your social media, Boris?
People got to keep up with you.
No doubt about it. | ||
Everybody keep up. | ||
Everybody stay strong.
Everybody stand up strong.
We are not putting up with this organization and targeting of the strongest political figure in American history, President Donald J. Trump, by weaponized by law enforcement.
My information on the website is hot, boriscp.com, hot on boriscp.com, hot on gitter at boriscp, twitter at boriscp, hot on true social at boris, hottest on the gram, boris on the scrub stat.
unidentified
|
Stay strong, God bless, all law-offense, and Shabbat Shalom.
I think I'm worked up because I had a great show planned.
We're going to talk about Arizona.
Then I got all this stuff on the economy and capital markets.
And I got to deal with this nonsense.
Got to deal with this crap.
Mike Davis. | ||
By the way, Mike, why did they wait two years?
January 6 happened. | ||
January 6, I thought, of 2021.
They've been on this for two years.
Why? | ||
Why when Trump announces for president?
Did they come up and try to pass a law in Congress to keep him from running for any federal office?
And now they're going to do a special prosecutor.
Why haven't they moved these things along quickly enough as is, sir?
Well, obviously, Steve, it's because they have politicized and weaponized the Justice Department.
Against President Trump, his top aides like you, his supporters, everything MAGA.
President Biden has declared war on Trump and MAGA and his Attorney General Merrick Garland is following his boss's orders.
They are so scared that President Trump is going to beat Biden in the election, so they want to just eliminate the competition.
If you can't beat him, indict him, is apparently what their motto is going to be.
This is nonsense. | ||
You have an attorney general who has sicked a special prosecutor after his boss's political enemy, while there is smoking gun evidence that President Biden was on the take in Ukraine and China.
There's no reason that there should not be a special counsel appointed for President Biden.
There's no It's actually more compelling for the Attorney General to appoint a special counsel for President Biden than it would be for President Trump.
President Trump, Garland does not work for President Trump.
There's not the obvious conflict like there is with Garland working for President Biden.
And also, we have to step back and remember, it is not a crime to object to presidential elections.
Democrats did it in 1969, 2001, 2005 and 2017.
It is not a crime for presidents to take records with them, to take personal records with them when they leave office.
President Clinton did that when he took eight years of audio recordings, highly classified audio recordings, That is permitted by the Presidential Records Act.
They are using these non-crimes to put a cloud over President Trump's run for the presidency because they fear he's going to beat Biden.
Forty-two percent of the American people, seventy-five percent, or sixty-seven to seventy-five, depending on the poll, think that Biden's illegitimate.
He did not win the 2020 election.
I just want that to sit in for a second.
And now these guys, okay, maybe it was a topic we were going to spend a little less time on going forward, but now we're going to spend a ton of time on it.
We'll go back through chapter and verse.
We'll have fifty-five or sixty percent of the American people, that time is over.
That's a game we're going to play?
Hey, we're all in. | ||
We're all in. | ||
You stole the 2020 election.
Let me be brutally frank.
You stole it. | ||
Okay? | ||
And you tried to change the country.
And we just fought you back and we won everything.
If the establishment Republicans hadn't stabbed us in the back, from Arizona to Washington 3, all over the country, had not stabbed us in the back, you know exactly who you are.
You are going to be outed.
Not stabbed us in the back.
We run the tables everywhere.
But no, this is what you wanted.
And you're going to get it.
You're going to get all the economics you want.
You're going to get all the economic catastrophe you want.
You want it. | ||
Kids under 35, you college kids, University of Michigan lineup.
Hey, it's a free country.
You're exerting your right.
I have no problem with that.
Vote who you want to. | ||
Free country, you're free people.
Vote who you want to. | ||
But hey, you voted for a baby and you're going to get it.
Get some. | ||
But we're not going to sit here and take this.
Now we're going to go back and prove every day just a drip, drip, drip, drip, drip on Biden.
And we know the laptop from hell.
Hey, Merrick Garland, I'm the guy who put it out there.
And you sat there and you guys lied about it.
Barney, you lied about it.
The intelligence community lied about it.
It's CCP documentation.
He's on the take. | ||
Look at Comer. | ||
He goes through 10 felonies, including human trafficking.
I guess that's the pervert.
Son, and we can get child endangerment because it's all in there too.
Ooh, did I go there? | ||
Yeah, I did go there. | ||
If you want to go there, we'll go there.
If you want to do this, we'll do it.
If you want to do it, we'll do it.
We'll take you through the laptop.
I'll tell you, you'll be throwing up in your mouth every 30 seconds.
These people are animals.
The people that raised Hunter Biden are animals because they raised an animal.
Okay? | ||
Not just selling it as country.
Perversion you can't imagine.
You can't imagine the perversion.
We don't even show that part.
We're just talking about the documentation on the financial compromise by the greatest enemy we've ever had.
And what's he doing? | ||
He's over there rubbing up on Xi.
He congratulates Xi. | ||
Xi is the exact like Mao Zedong.
Ask Lao Baijing. | ||
How many Lao Baijing congratulated him when he took power?
They congratulate him?
The people that are slave laborers, the people working in those factories, the young girls committing suicide, the underground house Christians being tortured, underground Catholic Church being tortured.
The Oregon Harvesting, the Falun Gong being suppressed and eradicated, the Uyghurs in concentration camps.
Let's congratulate him!
First thing, congratulations!
They made Yamper, congratulations!
You know why? | ||
He's on the payroll! | ||
So if we gotta do it, we gotta do it.
Okay? | ||
Fine. | ||
I got it. | ||
Let's do it. | ||
Let's roll. | ||
Wanna play like that? | ||
Let's play Smash Bros. | ||
Let's go. | ||
Let's roll. | ||
Jack Smith, your special prosecutor, Garland, you're nothing but a gutless wimp.
And now you've proven how exactly gutless and don't have the balls yourself to bring it forward.
Bring it forward, Garland.
Don't put it on some guy, Jack Smith.
Don't want to start. | ||
Come on, man. | ||
Bring it. | ||
You got it. | ||
Bring it. | ||
Bring it. | ||
Let's bring it. | ||
President Trump was way too calm today.
Bring it. | ||
Let's go. | ||
unidentified
|
Let's roll. | |
Let's do it. | ||
I tell you what, you bring yours and we'll bring ours on Hunter and we'll see what the American people think, right?
And I tell you what, we're going to bring up all the perversion and all the, how do I say this?
unidentified
|
Inter-family conflict?
Conflict? | ||
The grieving widow. | ||
We never brought that up, have we?
The grieving widow. | ||
There's a lot there in that laptop, baby.
If you want to go there, we'll go there.
We'll spend days and weeks, because there's days and weeks of perversion, compromise, treason, selling your country out, and you're up there rubbing up on him?
Rubbing up on a murderous dictator like Xi?
Ask the people who have left mainland China, the new federal state people, the people who have lived under them.
Would they be rubbing up on him?
Would they be congratulating him?
unidentified
|
No. | |
You are. | ||
Mike Kangorn for a second.
I've got to get the great Matthew Tierman in.
Matthew, give me 30 seconds on your thoughts on this.
I'm going to go to break and bring you back.
I've got to get Brazil. | ||
I've got to get you in. | ||
I've got to keep Davis around.
Tell me your thoughts, sir.
Well, first, I haven't seen you this fired up since you were running Breitbart back when you were young.
I mean, what do you have?
unidentified
|
Like a red-pulled-penis grip going?
Adderall? | ||
I've got to say, I'm having deja vu of 2014.
So, I'll get on you. | ||
Uh, you're fired up. | ||
Uh, look, the gavel's painting ahead.
I tell you, hold on, hold on, hang on, hang on.
I'm gonna go to break. | ||
I gotta keep, I gotta keep, I want Tierman to drop the bomb when he drops the bomb.
I might have had a Red Bull this afternoon, because I had a different show planned.
We're gonna be very reflective and thoughtful.
We had smart things to go through, all this, and now we got to do this all over again.
unidentified
|
It's just another joke, but hey, that's okay.
That's okay. | ||
Let's go tick for tack. | ||
We get also to adjudicate November 20.
All of it next. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass.
Okay. | ||
I'm gonna let some other folks have the mic.
That's where I had fightin' Mike Davis here, a real fighter, and also Matthew Tierman.
I can't think of two other guys.
I won't have my corner throwin' punches.
Matthew, I know we gotta talk about Brazil, but give me your thoughts on this whole special prosecutor situation.
First, the gavel's changing hand.
They know it. | ||
In January, there's a whole new sheriff in town.
The House is very, very important.
It obviously starts, it can stop legislation, but really the oversight powers, the Judiciary Committee and OGR, Oversight and Government Reform.
And there are going to be some hearings.
We see Homer talking about, we see Jim Jordan.
These are the two ranking members who are going to be the respective chairs.
They're going to decide what's on the agenda.
They're going to decide what hearings to hold.
And with this year, especially with Jim Jordan, you know, with Merrick Garland, all the tax on reporters, you know, board member of Project Veritas, we've seen what's gone on there.
They are now going to be in the seat where they are going to be questioned.
They are going to be at the behest of those with subpoena power.
So what does Merrick Garland want to do?
He wants to put them some distance.
He wants to put in a special counsel and then say when he's called to testify, hey, I don't know what's going on, special counsel, you know, we'll just have to let the investigation play out.
We have a constitutional separation now.
We can't even talk about it.
It's actually a smart move, to be honest.
I mean, he wants to get some daylight between him and the investigations that they were, the BS investigations that they were running.
So, strategically, it's the right thing to do.
Obviously, these people aren't about law enforcement.
They're about hyper-partisan politicized weapon of the federal government against their opposition.
I mean, if they were, I mean, Peter Strzok on MSNBC, I mean, he should be in jail.
Andrew McCabe should be in jail.
How many others in the FBI who signed fraudulent FISA warrants should be in jail?
The Hunter Biden stuff, I mean, Boris mentioned, you know, I worked on Hunter Biden as well with the CUNY emails.
Schweitzer and I worked on stuff.
We saw tax scop law, FARA scop law.
selling American strategic assets to Chinese companies, like Hennig's Automotive, Peter and I wrote that one up.
I mean, these are all major investigations that should have taken place already, but obviously that hasn't happened for the reasons we know.
Hyper-politicized Justice Department.
Well, things are going to change now in the second part of Biden's term with the House being in control of the Republicans and the gavel in the hands of guys like Comer and Jordan.
And, you know, get your popcorn ready.
It's going to be like Trey Gowdy with Benghazi, Hillary back in the day.
It's going to be some very strong theater and these people are going to have their foots in their mouth and it will obviously help us in 24.
I gave a speech today to CPEC in Mexico City to talk about, it's already a headline down there, about the issues with voting, in particular the situation in Brazil.
I made the comment, I said, look, this is not about the Bolsonaro's.
This is deeper than that.
The people of Brazil have really, there's something quite impressive that's happening in Brazil.
What is it, Matthew? | ||
Well, we haven't spoken much about Brazil because we have our own sovereign issues to deal with with elections, so obviously your focus has rightly been on it, and especially the chicanery in Arizona and Nevada, which was a redux of 2020.
But in Brazil, things have been heating up.
As spicy and aggressive as today's rants, a circa-younger Bannon-style activity.
We are seeing protests.
I said this on Emerald Robinson's show.
These are the largest protests in the world since the late 80s in Central Europe when they were fighting communism.
We're not talking thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions.
We're talking tens of millions of people.
every city in Brazil, every region in Brazil, Brazilian regions that are supposed to be strongholds of Lula and the left.
He's supposed to have the indigenous vote, there are precincts that show zero votes for Bolsonaro, and we have videos of indigenous Amazon locals saying in videos, no, no, we voted for Bolsonaro.
Now they're marching in their headdresses. It's a powerful, powerful poetic imagery.
The whole country's coming together.
Truckers are doing blockades.
I tweeted, I got attacked by the few Canadians with some spine, that when I said that the blockades, the truckers blockades that are going to block every Brazilian artery are going to be orders of magnitude bigger than Canada, because Brazilians aren't Canadians.
It's, you know, in Canada, it's, you know, 5 or 10 percent have some spine.
In Brazil, it's 70 or 80 percent.
Don't forget, they elected Jair Bolsonaro twice while Canada was electing Trudeau twice.
So it is going to be very aggressive.
The people are going to stand with them.
And the police are going to stand with them.
The federal police force is going to stand with them.
We had the judges, the communist judges appointed by Lula, Dilma and Temer, like Alexandre de Moraes we talked about.
They were in New York talking about how they saved Brazilian democracy.
They were with the incoming Lula cabinet ministers at the Harvard Club on West 44th Street.
They booked that room months ago to secure it.
how did they know that they would be saving democracy with these eight communist judges supreme court and lewis incoming cabinet so you have brazilian protesting in new york and standing in front of their car they needed deep security now this is going to get i i've been i made the call couple days ago on social media martial laws coming the audit was released and what did the audit say probable fraud but the separate the supreme court's electoral court spirit or block us out from looking all the machine block us out from analyzing the tabulations
everything is pointing to article one forty two of the brazilian constitution that gives the military the right to adjudicate intra separation of power disputes and to oversee any in propriety to allegations of electoral impropriety So it is heating up.
And De Moraes? | ||
Imprisoning more journalists.
Sanctioning more congressmen.
Now he's fining truckers and the companies and the businesses.
They're even talking about separating the children from protesters.
They're going way too far, as communists always do, and the Brazilian people are tough.
They are not going to roll over and take it.
They're going to be on the streets for however long it takes.
And we're not talking a few thousand Occupy Wall Street types, you know, who are going to stay there, rain and shine in small number.
No, we're talking tens of millions across the entire divide, left, right, center, moderate.
The small cadre of communists that stole this, they are in for a rude awakening.
I am looking forward to when the military declares martial law and arrests these people because they belong in jail.
They've tried to co-opt one of the largest democracies in the world.
They've broken down the constitutional Republican borders and safeguards within the Constitution Society, and the people are not taking it.
So it's going to get really interesting in the next few weeks before they're supposed to certify it for Lula.
Tiramont, how do people get you on social media because they've got to keep up with this 24-7?
At Matthew Tiramont, M-E-T-T-H-E-W-T-Y-R-M-A-N-D, Twitter, Getter, it's honestly all Brazil right now for me with an occasional, you know, Elon Musk.
This is one of the biggest stories in the world.
I know you and Beatty are still the, got the pom-poms out for Elon.
Matthew Tiramont, thank you very much.
Appreciate you coming on.
OK, let's go back to Mike Davis.
Mike, your further thoughts on this on particularly what if people are tired of the nonsense in the House?
Because we got to get on with real investigations.
And that would be investigations of the of the of the Biden family.
Right. | ||
Because they're corrupt.
They've sold the country out.
Right? | ||
We know that. | ||
It's, it's, it's, you look at this material, you see what they've done, right?
What, what, what can the House or what can people, you were on, you're on Judiciary with Grassley.
What can the Republican House do to just shut this down?
Well, number one is aggressive oversight.
And number two, they have the power of the perks.
They can put, they can just put appropriation writers on appropriation bills saying no money's going to be spent for this.
It's pretty simple. | ||
You know, it has to get through the Senate.
Biden has to sign it. | ||
But if the Republicans hold firm in the House and say, look, we're not going to we are not going to allow our Justice Department be politicized and weaponized in this country, we are not going to allow the Justice Department to go every go after every Trump supporter on January 6th.
Even those who didn't even trespass, people who were just there, even if they did trespass, they took selfies and the Senate were throwing him in jail for 41 months.
Yeah, we're going to let people who firebomb Catholic churches, pro-life pregnancy We're going to let them walk free.
We're going to let people walk free who are terrorizing, obstructing justice outside of Supreme Court justices' homes.
We can't have two systems of justice in America.
A long time ago, I called for the House Republicans to impeach Attorney General Merrick Garland.
It needs to happen. | ||
They need to put it on fast forward.
What would you do? | ||
To start the impeachment process at Garland, what would you technically do?
I would. | ||
What I would do is I would have articles of impeachment and the article articles of impeachment are that he has politicized and weaponized the Justice Department to go after President Trump, Garland's boss's political enemy, while he gives amnesty to President Biden, President Biden's son, Hunter.
President Biden's brother, James, all of these abortion activists and other Biden supporters.
We can't have two systems of justice in America.
It's been corrupted. | ||
The Justice Department has been corrupted, even with this new special prosecutor that was announced today, this special counsel, this Jack Smith.
Remember, this is the Jack Smith who was appointed by the Obama Justice Department to run the Public Integrity Unit.
He's the one who went after Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell on bogus Corruption charges that got overturned 9-0 in the U.S.
Supreme Court. | ||
It is very hard to get the Supreme Court to overturn a case 9-0.
This Jack Smith managed to do it.
Oh, so he's the political side.
I didn't have a chance to catch about it.
He's the guy that went after when McDonnell was thought of being a presidential candidate.
So he's the one that went after that.
That's his special prosecutor?
That's his special prosecutor case?
Yeah, it's his special prosecutor case.
He's also the guy who was in the public integrity section who was implicated in the Lois Lerner cover-up at the Justice Department.
This guy is a hack. | ||
Do you think Merrick Garland just picked a random Boy Scout to be his special counsel?
Hell no. | ||
He picked a partisan to do his bidding for him.
Let's go back to that Virginia case, because the time that was brought, it was so ridiculous.
And I was no fan of that guy, but it was so ridiculous.
But the reason they brought it is that he was getting a little bit of traction and being talked about because Virginia was kind of a swing state as being a guy that had presidential chops.
That's why they went after him, right?
Yeah, it's exactly right.
Jack Smith is the prosecutor that Democrats unleash when they want to take out Republican presidential candidates.
So, what would be your advice to Jim Jordan?
Jim Jordan runs, you know, he's pretty tough over a judiciary.
What would you tell him and what would you tell the head of appropriations?
You know, Jim Jordan and I have had heated disagreements on big tech, but I'm fully on board with what Jim Jordan wants to do on the Justice Department oversight.
And he laid out an aggressive Justice Department oversight agenda, and I'm fully backing it.
There needs to be a house cleaning at the Justice Department.
President Obama was able to weaponize the Justice Department by appointing people like Jack Smith into these key career positions when Obama was president.
These people are dangerous.
They will weaponize, politicize the Justice Department and they'll keep doing it over and over and over.
They need to do aggressive oversight.
They need to use the power of the purse and they need to use impeachment.
Mike, how do people get to you?
Your social media, particularly your Twitter, is both informative, enlightening, and comes in a little hot.
It's entertaining, too.
How do people follow you?
Thank God Elon Musk is there so I don't get picked off six times permanently.
So it's M-R-D-D-M-I-A on Getter, Twitter, Truth.
Mike, thank you. | ||
article three project at article number three project on those three sites and then it's article three project org article number three project org and thank you very much Steve for what you do Mike thank you I tell you when you you when you watch that Twitter feed or you see Mike Davis on here and now all the other media hits he does That guy is one day going to be White House counsel and President Trump's second term or Attorney General of these United States.
We need a guy like Mike Davis in there.
A tough guy, a smart guy, and a good man.
That's what we need there.
We don't need more hacks like Merrick Garland and the scum they've got over there now.
Jack Smith already had a humiliating defeat on the McDonough situation.
Just unbelievable. | ||
Mike Davis, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
Okay, we've got a packed show.
In the second hour, we're going to have Jason Miller.
I think we're tracking down MTG.

I've reached out to Matt Gaetz.
I want to get some other voices on here.
Todd Bensman, I think, is trying to join us at 6 o'clock.

Okay, welcome back. | ||
Let's go to Mexico City, CPAC Mexico.
We got our own Ben Berquam and Oscar Blue down there.
Guys, how's the conference going?
It's awesome, Steve. | ||
You know, what's crazy about this is the importance.
We realize the fight that's going on in America.
You were just talking about Brazil as well, the attacks.
It's the same enemy all across the globe.
The globalist leftists, communists, the people that want to destroy freedom and liberty.
And what's cool about this, we were just with Matt Schlapp earlier this morning and the organizers here, is people are getting it.
It's not just America. | ||
It's time that all of the populist nationalist movements across America unite.
And the cool thing, too, is as we're down here, I think we're the only American media outlet that's here so far.
And we have people coming up to us.
We love Steve Bannon. | ||
We love the war room. | ||
They woke us up. | ||
We're Hispanics. | ||
We support the borders.
We love President Trump.
There is a shift change happening.
The mainstream media doesn't want you to see it.
They don't want you to hear about it.
But it's happening here.
Yes, and people like Mr. C. Bannon, they have created a massive impact over here in Mexico.
A lot of conservatives that are coming to this massive event, a lot of political figures that they know, Mr. Bannon, that the agenda of the left is that they are completely destroying the United States of America.
They have recognized that if the United States falls, the whole continent and the whole world falls.
So this is why a lot of Latin American politicians and a lot of public figures are reuniting today over here to fight against this leftist, you know, demonic agenda.
And most recently, there was a massive protest in Mexico against President Amlo.
Because he's trying to reform the electoral college and that was one of the things that it was really important today to discuss as he's trying to bring electrical machines to voting and a lot of people in Mexico are protesting against this because they don't want this and this is a massive impact.
CPAC, it is so important right now for us right now and political figures like you, Mr. Bannon, that they have created a massive impact also over here to all the Mexican people.
And I have to say, Steve, one of the largest applauses of the day was for the one and only Steve Bannon.
So they love you down here.
It's all connected. | ||
The patriots, the populace are fighting.
You have massive posse down here in Mexico as well.
I want the whole audience to know, and all the haters, the mainstream media that watch this, I did not have Ben and Oscar on, just to say that.
Although it does feel good.
unidentified
|
I'm just kidding, guys.

Krom, we got another order in.
Everybody I know, all my friends have gotten this or raved about it.
We really thank you for getting this done.
Walk us through what we got, how can people get to it, and what do they have to do?
Steve, thanks again for having me on.
And Solti, for your posse, they need to know what Solti does is help manage your cholesterol and give you a healthy heart.
In fact, we got an email this afternoon from one of our customers, and I just want to read it to you because it's the essence of what we do.
Good evening. | ||
I had my first lab work done since starting Solti.
I've never been able to take cholesterol medications without awful side effects.
My cholesterol numbers were over 200.
This year, they're now 115.
The only thing I've done differently is Salty, so I'm assuming that's why.
And we get lots of, lots of email.
18 years ago, I started taking our product and my bad cholesterol went from 130 to 89.
And so Salty, two capsules a day.
We have clinical trials to back it up.
Are those clinical trials, the data was published in the archives of Internal Medicine, and so it is a quality product, and I really hope that more and more, because your listeners and Posse have been extremely supportive so far, and I hope that others will come on board.
And Steve, the way to get it is to go to warroomhealth.com.
That's warroomhealth.com.
And then use the code WAROOM at checkout, the code WAROOM at checkout, and you get 50% off of your initial shipment.
It's extract, it's extract from enriched green tea, caffeine free.
I don't need any more caffeine, so that's why I really love this product.
As you can tell, today's show, the last thing I need is more caffeine.
So, Salty, one more time, Krom, tell people, I want to make sure people know exactly how to go and order and what they have to do.
Go to warroomhealth.com, that's warroomhealth.com, and then at checkout, put in the code warroom, and you'll get 50% off of your initial shipment.
And what we do is, the subscription is already, we discount the subscription by a full one-third off the regular price, and we always pay all the shipping charges.
Heart health and low cholesterol.
That's what you need. | ||
You got it. | ||
We need you here long-term.
Krom, thank you so much.
I appreciate you doing all the work to get another massive shipment in so we can satisfy all the orders.
Appreciate it. | ||

Short commercial break.
unidentified
|
We're gonna be back in a moment But the games you want to bring it on another fight to the end Just watch and see.
It's all started. | ||
Everything's begun. | ||
And you are over. | ||
Cause we're taking down the CCP!
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
