| Like in my home state of Nevada, where I am right now, we have just, I've returned to find out that there were stabbings by an illegal immigrant that killed people on Las Vegas Boulevard. | ||
| Multiple people stabbed to death viciously by an illegal immigrant who walked across the border thanks to Joe Biden's reckless policies. | ||
| Of course they don't want to talk about that and normally that would be headline news, but instead they want to drown you out with fears of another wave of the China virus, keep people subdued and in their homes and away from the polls because I believe, like you have said, a red wave is coming. | ||
| But let me go back to this executive order. | ||
| A lot of people freaking out yesterday. | ||
| What got signed? | ||
| You're the expert of this since you worked on, you and Navarro are probably the guys that worked on more executive orders than anybody. | ||
| What is with this executive order? | ||
| Is it just about data in the EU or there's something darker here? | ||
| No, I think there's a lot darker here. | ||
| Look, as the former Deputy Director of National Intelligence under President Trump, we prioritize our collection posture to pivot against our enemies, i.e. | ||
| China, Russia, Iran, terrorism and the like, and preventing wars. | ||
| What this administration has done, and it's spelled out in the executive order, is shockingly bend the knee to Europe. | ||
| Because Europe wants to dictate, for the first time I've ever heard of, how America collects against its enemies. | ||
| And listen, we don't just collect against our enemies China in China. | ||
| China is operating against us all over Europe. | ||
| Russia is operating against us all over Europe. | ||
| So the problem I have with this executive order, this is my biggest one, is they have actually put in place a language that allows the Europeans To object and appeal any collection order that the United States engages in based on this agreement. | ||
| What's even worse, they have not set up the infrastructure behind it, which goes to prove my point that they're using the intelligence apparatus and community to nationalize and politicize our security posture because they want a headline. | ||
| And as you see, they got it. | ||
| They got their headline, partial revocation. | ||
| Limiting collection, and that's going to appease the left. | ||
| But here's the thing I can tell you from collecting all over the world intelligence. | ||
| We need to do it everywhere, and we do not need to be dictated on how it's done, nor do we need to bend the knee diplomatically to appease a radical left media. | ||
| It will leave us less secure, it will empower China, and China is winning on this one. | ||
| They are singing over there because they are going to steal more of our data as a result of this reckless executive order. | ||

| So whatever we tried to do at the border, we ran into court orders, injunctions in hostile courts, and it just wasn't working. | ||

| So what are we going to do? | ||
| So Cipollone, the White House legal counsel, and I come up with this idea, which is to threaten Mexico with tariffs as a way to get them to stiffen up their border on their side. | ||

| And 24 hours in the news cycle, you know, like Bannon be running morning joke clips with heads exploding, you can't do that, but sure enough, within 24 hours the Mexicans sent over 20,000 troops to the border, but more importantly, Stephen, this was the solution. | ||
| This safe nation, safe third nation agreement where the illegals had to stay on Mexico's side of the border until their status was adjudicated, which is the same as saying they might as well stay home. | ||

| As soon as this election is over, we've got to start a national effort for legislatures to reestablish eligibility to vote by mail, because that's where they're cheating. | ||
| And they want to cheat, and we have got to go back to, you meet these criteria, you can vote by mail, everybody else votes in person, where we can be observed, where the secret ballot is protected, but we don't have the ability to do that today. | ||
| That's why we have to have so many people watching every step of the process. | ||

| Real quickly, what happened in Delaware? | ||

| That was wonderful. | ||
| One of the things we're doing is starting to peel back and fight back against the left on these changes they make to the statute. | ||
| The Delaware Constitution says that you have to register so many days before the election and that voting will take place in person. | ||
| There are three categories that people can vote by mail and the legislature just adopted a statute that completely disregards the state constitution. | ||
| And fortunately, the Delaware State Supreme Court, in a lawsuit brought by the Public Interest Legal Foundation and J. Christian Adams, and I'm the chairman of that organization, and brought a lawsuit challenging these new inventions of the Democratic legislature as being in violation of the Delaware Constitution. | ||
| And yesterday, the Delaware Supreme Court agreed. | ||
| And we are fighting, we've got litigation going in Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, where finally we're fighting back against these changes that these leftists in positions of authority | ||
| have either through the legislature writing unconstitutional laws like in Pennsylvania Act 77 which completely disregards the Constitution of Pennsylvania but we're fighting back in litigation and we're fighting back and we're learning things by having people at the polls and things they've seen during the primaries. | ||
| We're seeing the laws that need to be changed and we're going to be a massive force not just through this election But all through 2023, all through 2024, and hopefully, by the time we get to the fall of 2024, we'll have a safe election. | ||
