Look at these moves that are taking place.
You said you don't think modern monetary theory is going to come back for a long time to come.
At least I think that was you.
Maybe it was Mick.
These are some pretty difficult lessons that we're going to have to learn.
What would you equate it to?
Because you've been watching the bond markets for a very long time.
rick santelli
Yeah, it's not only modern monetary theory.
It was never a good idea.
It was a stupid idea, and we're seeing living proof of that.
You can't print forever and think you can get away with it.
Look at what the pound's doing.
But I think if there's a lesson to be learned here, It's the fact that central bankers in general, and governments in particular, have this unique relationship that we need to find a way to separate.
And it isn't necessarily a political relationship, it's an enabling relationship.
They are enablers.
By these low interest rates and hanging out at zero for so long, they allowed governments to do anything.
They allowed companies to remain that should have died.
They ruined the entire infrastructure of global finance.
And to think that it's going to come together easily or if central banks have any plan.
There is no way to put this humpty-dumpty back together.
There needs to be lots of financial destruction first, and from that, the Arizona will rise.
The best fertilizer for the global economy right now is for all of these issues, whether it's foreign exchange, government debt, corporates, all of these financial instruments have to be pushed down to some level that represents True risk-to-value returns versus the pie-in-the-sky valuations and returns that many were getting with virtually no risk.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
It's 22 September in the year of our Lord 22.
Remember, we're going to play this over and over again.
That will be known as equivalent to the Tea Party scream he had back, and I think it was in March of 2009 that became the rallying cry for the Tea Party.
All of these instruments have to be pushed down.
That is, they're talking there about capital markets, about reality, the physics of capital markets, price is truth, that you can't run and hide from this, you know, with this modern monetary theory and it was we've been saying the entire structure of world Finance is based around low interest rates, negative interest rates, and that eventually was going to catch up and collapse.
You're starting to see the beginning of this.
But when he says all these instruments basically have to be pushed down or collapsed, that would be your life.
OK, understand your credit card is about to explode.
Your car loan is about to explode.
Your rent is about to explode.
The 10-year Treasury, all of it's going to roll back through your life and your life is going to be quite different because your wages, we're now in the 18th month of real wages declining.
This is, elections have consequences.
Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
100%.
This is not about some border conflict in Ukraine.
This is 1,000% the Biden regime's economic plan, their fiscal and monetary plan.
Okay?
It's all collapsing.
And we now know when you talk to the smart guys who are putting money to work at the NRCC, with Stefanik's group, with others, when you tie these lying Democrats to the policies they've supported, the American people, they hate it.
They hate it.
We have the issue set.
We have the right electorate.
We focus on the right demographics.
We made bets on the right people, working class Hispanics, working class African-Americans, MAGA.
We have focused on everything right.
It's all coming together as their lies and misrepresentations.
They can't kick the can down the road anymore.
Now, what they're doing in Washington, D.C.
right now, both parties about this continued resolution and spending more until you get control of this Keynesian orgy.
You're not going to be able to get control of that, and there's going to have to be some very tough decisions to be made.
I want to get in here, Dr. Peter Navarro.
Dr. Navarro, you called this along with Steve Cortez very early.
I think, and Cortez is going to join us back here in a second.
We are one or two moves, I'm telling you, you're one or two moves away from going over the cliff.
With the pedal down, and we're going to be in a depression.
Right now, let me just tell the audience, there's no short-term fixes for this.
Everybody under 35, understand you're about to go through a lost decade of your life.
Now, personally, and all that, you can grind through, but I'm talking about the overall macro environment.
You're about to get ground up, and I think, you look at your grandparents, your great-grandparents, the greatest generation that came through the Depression.
Get ready for it because we are getting close to that end because these radicals still have their hands on the throttle and will not relent.
Dr. Peter Navarro, thank you for joining us, sir.
peter navarro
Steve, Rick Santelli is one of the few voices of sanity on CNBC and in the financial press.
Why is it, Steve, that you have to listen to The War Room to get sage advice on where the economy and market's going?
Let me show you a first chart here.
This was me on The War Room back in November.
You can see the top of that chart on the left, Dow's at 36,000.
Right now, at the other end, as I predicted, it broke 30,000 today, and once it breaks that key level of support, Steve, it's Katie, bar the door, and I've said repeatedly on this show that we'll see 25,000 on the Dow before 40,000.
the lead at the $25,000 on the Dow before $40,000. Let me show you one other chart because this is the stagflation scenario. The same time you have falling stock prices, you have falling bond prices.
This is a short on the bond market.
You can see it's straight up since my same call on the stock market.
And what we've been saying all along, Steve, that with stagflation, there's nowhere to run, nowhere to hide unless you're sophisticated enough to be on the short side, which I don't recommend because it's too damn risky.
Okay?
But the point is, Steve, that We have a situation where on the war room, Cortez, Bannon, Navarro, Bratz, all the people you bring on have been talking about this for over a year.
I wrote a stagflation memo in May of 2020.
And the fact that Wall Street doesn't want to hear this tells you that it's a big game or the big money to fleece small investors and drain pension funds while they laugh all the way to Southampton.
And that's where we are today.
I'm going to come back at 5 o'clock and do the market wrap and see where we're at.
But as far as I'm concerned, this thing is heading towards $25,000 on the Dow.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on for a second.
You know, Navarro's like those guys, you have those fighter pilots that go out and they're transmit only.
You can't call them back.
It's like the Kubrick film.
It's like the Kubrick film.
Once he gets going, hey, we got to call them.
You can't drop the nuke, Dr. Strangelove.
I want to go back to your first chart.
I want to bring in Cortez, because I want to make sure people understand this.
And we're not doing this to out their horn, but economic reality.
This was in November, and I think for a podcast and radio audience, you can't see the charts.
This is why you got to go to warroom.org and get our daily emails to see the charts and the video part.
Let's put that first chart up.
Our smiling faces.
That first chart at the top, you called, you said, hey, this is a top you were calling for.
This is going to be a drop in a bear market.
Like you were the first guy to call it long when Trump On the morning that Trump won back in 2016, Navarro somehow booked himself on CNBC.
He's there in Squawk Box.
I've just got in from the thing.
I'm looking at it.
I see Navarro up there, and he's calling.
I think the mark is at 18,000, right?
He's calling 25,000.
25,000, that's his magic number.
And I'm going, what in the hell?
Because the markets were collapsing.
Remember that, Cortez?
Trump's here.
He's a maniac.
You got all these crazy people like Bannon and Cortez and Navarro running.
peter navarro
That was at 17,000.
Yeah.
steve bannon
17,000.
And by the way, it's crashing.
I mean, London's crashing.
Frankfurt's crashing.
Singapore, they're all.
Trump's the worst.
Cortez, Navarro goes on, he goes, no, no, here's our economic policy.
Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang.
Right on the screen, you see it kicking back up in the great bull market run of Trump.
But here's the reality. The reason that we did this and Navarro did it, and they've been talking about stagflation for a while, Cortez and Navarro, is they look at mathematics. This is not sustainable.
This was all just printing money in this can. And by the way, you had the complete, just spending this three, this off balance sheet, the $3 trillion, the $5 trillion, just priming the pump, continuing to do it, Republicans and Democrats.
At the same time, you still had the easy money policies of the Fed.
And that's going to lead – you guys sat there and go, we're heading to economic apocalypse because it's not sustainable.
peter navarro
It's more than fiscal irresponsibility.
If we learn anything from the 70s, it's these structural cost-push inflationary drivers Like, for example, the end of strategic energy dominance.
As soon as Biden reversed that, that alone pushed stagflation, recession and inflation through the economy, not just in energy and food.
Back to you, Steve.
steve cortes
That's such an important point, okay?
Because the exorbitant borrowing and spending was bad enough and risky enough for the economy.
But when you combine that with Biden's war on domestic American energy, what you then have is a true created crisis.
And then on top of those two factors, which are bad enough, You also have Joe Biden insisting on escalating what should be a regional crisis in the Black Sea, something that really shouldn't matter very much to the global economy.
But instead, he and his Davos pals have escalated it into a truly international crisis.
So all of those factors put together...
Think of the bond market in a sense like the bank, okay?
The bank is saying to the United States, you are a risky borrower.
And because you're a risky borrower, you have to pay a higher interest rate if you want us to lend you money.
my opinion, look at what bond markets are telling policies to go stick it.
we demand far higher inte of the bond market in a s Okay, the bank is saying you are a risky borrower borrower, you have to pay if you want us to lend yo think of in those terms, bank, the global bank has States because of Joe Bid are just incredibly severe.
steve bannon
You have to understand for the audience, particularly people just coming to this capital markets thing, the bond market is 10x the stock market.
Stock market is a nice, sexy thing to talk about, and your foreign cat got that.
The bond market runs your life, financial life.
And this is what's coming.
Yes, they're not so... Let's play... Navarra, hang with me for a second.
Let's play the Chalk Talk.
I want to talk about mortgage rates.
Let's get the Chalk Talk up there.
steve cortes
Patriots, we got new and terrible inflation data out last week on the Biden inflation explosion, which is sending interest rates soaring, which in turn puts homeownership out of reach for most Americans.
Let's look at the number in a Chalk Talk that is powered by Getter.
Looking at the beginning of just this year, this calendar year 2022, Medium price home in the United States was $370,000 then.
If you had a 20% down payment at then prevailing interest rates, your monthly mortgage was just under $1,600 a month.
Fast forward to today, just months later.
The underlying cost of the home has increased significantly.
The interest rates have spiked.
So if you're fortunate to have $88,000 to put down for a down payment, your monthly payment has now risen almost $1,000 per month to $2,550.
$2,000 per month to $2,550.
We can fix this mess and we need to do so on November 8th.
steve bannon
Okay, here's one of the ways you fix it.
Go to Taking Back Trump's America with Peter Navarro.
I'll tell you, Navarro, the timing of this book is unbelievable.
This tells you how we're going to win, what we stand for, how we're going to win, and most importantly, what we must do with the power that the people are prepared to give us.
We're going to walk you through the math.
If we show up, if the posse gets out there and makes sure these elections are not stolen, we can have a sweeping victory bigger than 2010 if we do it.
But Navarro's book, Taking Back Trump's America, tells you what we have to do when the American people grant that power to MAGA.
We have to use it smartly, toughly, prudently.
And Peter, you're going to be back on for the market wrap-up this afternoon.
But real quickly, how do people get to the book, Peter?
peter navarro
Yeah, it's on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, in the bookstores now, Walmart, and you can go to PeterNavar.com.
PeterNavar.com, that'll get you also the Getter, the Twitter killer.
Can't say enough about Getter.
Look, the Taking Back Trump's America, Steve, you know what it was.
It's security at home, prosperity at home.
It's a secure southern border.
It's everything that America needs and wants right now.
And it is the alternate universe of the Biden-Pelosi-Schumer America.
And the stock market and bond market crashing today, that's all on the Biden regime.
Remember that, folks, in November.
steve bannon
Peter Navarro, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
One more time.
The Steves.
peter navarro
I still love the fact that it's Steve at Getter, by the way, and it's the guy on Steve's right, not in the center there.
The troll of a lifetime.
steve bannon
I'm just a grunt dude.
Cortez, give me 30 seconds before we go to break on the importance of the bond market in American citizens' lives, sir.
steve cortes
Because I want people to see in real terms, right, what they are dealing with.
And that's for a median-priced home.
That's not a fancy luxury home.
That's a median-priced home in the United States.
The median borrower now spends $1,000 per month more than they were spending just at the beginning of this year.
Those are the consequences of the Biden economic implosion.
And Steve, that's if you actually have $90,000 to put down for down payment, which very few Americans have right now because they're working harder to get poorer every month.
steve bannon
Every month, 18 months in a row, real wages drop.
You're hitting your income statement and your balance sheet, personally.
Short commercial break.
Be back in the War Room in just a moment.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCB!
War Room Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
By the way, we're going to have Professor, because of the press of news today, we're going to have Professor Dershowitz is going to be on tonight to talk about the defense of Mike Lindell.
So we really thank him for changing his schedule around to do that.
We're also going to have Capital Markets, Economics, Politics, all of it in this evening's show, 5 to 7.
In the New York Times, and by the way, Captain Bannon and all the folks working with the live chats, I want to make sure everybody in this audience this weekend, somehow we've got to figure out the paywall, but the New York Times 30-minute piece on War Room and the precinct strategy and the school boards and all of it is actually brilliant.
Now, they've got a lot of snark in there, and you've got to get past that.
But they actually break down the system that we have set up, and it's quite great, and you've got to watch it.
It's the paper of record.
They respect you because they take you seriously.
They're afraid of you, right?
They think you're the rise of fascism.
We're going to talk to Harnwell in a second in Rome about the rise of Georgia Maloney, who we've known for many, many years, and they're afraid of her.
They're attacking her nonstop, relentlessly nonstop, as the rise of fascism, the biggest fascist party since World War II, all of it, and because she's a Christian mother.
In the Commonwealth of Virginia, there's probably no more with all the fantastic places from the Commonwealth of our revolution and the Civil War and the history of the founding of the nation and so much that Jefferson and Madison, everybody that came out of the Commonwealth, obviously General Washington.
But in modern times, Bedford County, Virginia, the home of the Bedford Boys, 40 of them were at D-Day on the first wave of the 29th Infantry Division.
19 of them gave their lives as an entire World War II museum and monument down there to them as they become really nationally recognized as these heroes that gave their lives on D-Day for really for the freedom of Europe.
I want to bring in Chris Daniels.
He's from Bedford County.
He's running for the school board down there.
How does something like the Bedford Boys You know, inspire you or live with you to do what you're doing now, which is going to basically have your face ripped off as you run for the school board, sir.
unidentified
Well, if it's not for the Bedford boys, then my grandfather does not get to get to the Battle of the Bulge.
So what we're doing here in Bedford County, what we're doing as parents fighting back for our kids, we owe it to this next generation to give them a better country.
And by doing that, we're also honoring the people that came before us.
And we don't get the opportunities that we get to do every day if it's not for the brave men and women that gave their lives and sacrificed so much for us.
steve bannon
Chris, what was it about what's going on?
Because, look, Bedford County is down in the Shenandoah Valley.
It's one of the most beautiful parts.
It's truly God's country.
People down there are fantastic.
What was the school board?
What was happening at the schools?
Because, I mean, this is the backbone.
You guys are the salt of the earth.
What was happening in the schools that basically got a dad to say, hey, I can't take anymore.
I got to run for school board.
unidentified
Well, it was everything that was going on in the country.
You know, we saw that with the lockdowns.
We saw that with the CRT.
We were getting very involved because of masking.
They had voted to mask our children.
So we got involved, and last year we had two write-in candidates that we got elected to flip the school board for three, and that was able to help us get the masks off the kids.
An appointment had came up, and I decided to throw my hat in the ring and run.
So I have the appointment.
I'm on the school board now and I'm running again here November 8th and actually early voting started today here in Virginia with 45 days of early voting.
steve bannon
How do people get to your site?
How do they get to social media to find out more about what you're fighting for in Bedford?
Because you're right.
With Bedford, Loudon in Texas and Florida, we've had moms from Arizona.
We've had them from all over.
And it's always the same thing.
These school boards are not interested in teaching the kids about how to compete, you know, with math and calculus and science and English and rhetoric in a, you know, in an advanced industrial society and have to compete against India and China and Europe and all of it.
There's an ideology.
So how do people find out more about you personally on social media?
How they find out more about your campaign?
unidentified
Well, you're right.
We have to focus on education and not indoctrination.
And, you know, as you said, we are the key that picks the lock for the rest of the country.
But you could go to Chris Daniels for Bedford dot com.
You can find me on Getter at Real Chris Dan on Getter.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Chris, is your is your grandfather still alive or has he passed away?
unidentified
No, he's passed on several years ago, but he was very proud of serving, having a purple heart, and he was very proud to show off his medals.
And I'm just hoping that I'm doing him proud.
steve bannon
No, you are, and everybody in Bedford County.
Let folks down there know, the War Room's got their back, and one of the most sacred places in the Commonwealth in the United States, Bedford County, Virginia, the home of the Bedford Boys.
Thanks.
unidentified
Yep, rock on.
steve bannon
Let me go back to the great Steve Cortez.
We're going to have Ben Harnwall in a moment, Jenny Beth Martin.
We're just jam-packed here.
Cortez, observations of where we stand today, sir.
steve cortes
By the way, that was, with Chris Daniels, that was so invigorating and so encouraging, Steve.
And we're seeing that all over the country.
So I was out in Central Oregon this week, in a state that has been, that the Democrats have taken for granted.
There's only one Republican in the Oregon delegation.
The folks out there, for valid reasons, looking at the polling, looking at the fundraising, they believe there's going to be three or four Republicans.
In their congressional delegation after this November's elections, they think the governor's race is actually very much in play and could go into the Republican camp.
So we're seeing this kind of activism all over the country.
People like Chris Daniels, who has said that complaining on the couch is no longer an option, right?
That we have to get involved, that we have to be active, that we're going to run for office, going to be poll watchers, precinctstrategy.com.
And Steve, I just want to tell you, as I've gotten all over this country and I've met thousands and thousands of patriots across the country campaigning in recent months, They all tell me, almost to a person, that the war room is what has armed them with information as well as the encouragement to go out and get active.
And they're not complaining on their couch anymore.
They are taking actual, real steps, running for office themselves.
It's an absolute wave.
And it's one of the reasons, Steve, again, why we can be and we should be very despondent about what's going on in our economy right now and the mess, the created crisis of Joe But at the same time, we need to be energized and excited about what we're about to do politically.
We are going to have a massive win on November 8th.
I mean, massive.
steve bannon
If we do our jobs, and this is what everybody's got to turn out.
We got to be poll workers.
You got to be judges.
You got to get in the room.
Make sure we get the count.
They're going to try to be stealing stuff.
So you got to, you got to, we got to power through that.
I want to go back.
Is it Deschutes County?
Is that how it's pronounced?
Deschutes County, folks out in Bend?
You know, this Bend, Oregon crowd has been fantastic.
And they've had Raheem out there.
They've had you.
They've invited us out there.
They're just fantastic.
But there's a deep lesson here that the cow, if you stick to it and you continue to hammer and you continue to build, you see this in Joe Kent in Washington, you see this in Oregon.
I want you to repeat about about what's going on about the house seats.
Because if you stick there and you build it and you do it, eventually the cavalry is going to arrive.
Right now in Oregon, they've got one.
Walk me through these house seats because I'm going to show it this afternoon.
I don't have time now.
This afternoon I'm going to show some of the spots they're doing.
The NRCC is going into Oregon.
It's going into Connecticut.
It's going into Rhode Island.
We're spreading the battlefield right now.
Walk us through what's happening in Oregon, Steve.
steve cortes
Exactly correct.
Steve, listen.
We're going to leave no place untouched, right?
Partly because we had the solutions to what Joe Biden, the mess that he has made.
But then also partly because, look, this patriotic populist movement, Steve, is able to win over voters that were not previously reachable by the establishment Republican Party.
It is a very different kind of movement.
And because of that, we are fighting in places like Oregon.
And I was in central Oregon.
Ben is almost exactly in the middle of the state in Deschutes County.
It's a fascinating place, by the way, Steve, because It's got elements of sort of cowboy culture.
It's a bit of Wyoming, but it's also a bit of Silicon Valley.
There's a lot of big tech stuff going on there.
It's really a crazy, interesting, eclectic place, a place that's been growing economically leaps and bounds, and a place that's very much of a swing area regarding partisan politics.
And thankfully, as I said, right now there's only one congressional seat, only one Republican in the entire delegation, House and Senate.
from Oregon.
So Oregonians who are conservatives are hardly represented at all in Washington, D.C.
But they've been doing the hard work, the fundraising, the door knocking, the registering.
They've been doing the hard work to change that.
And they've got the right candidates now.
And they really believe.
And I think, again, for valid reasons, not just, you know, hope, not just Pollyanna, you know, wishful thinking, but for valid reasons, when they look at the polling and the fundraising, they think that they can pick up three or perhaps even four seats there.
And the governorship is very much in play because they had perhaps There's a lot of terrible governors in America.
They probably had the worst governor in America and the least scientific, the most tyrannical regarding lockdowns.
That might play okay, by the way, in some areas of Portland.
That does not play very well out in the countryside of Oregon where people cherish their individualism and their freedoms and their rights and they really resist that kind of gubernatorial tyranny which was inflicted there.
Similar story in Michigan, for example, with Governor Whitmer.
Similar story in Illinois, a place that the Democrats take for granted that I think is very much in play because of J.B.
Pritzker and his tyrannical policies there.
So I think all these places are in play.
Again, we're not getting cocky.
We're not getting complacent.
But be confident that we are going to win, and we're going to win in a huge way.
steve bannon
It's not cocky.
It's focused.
We're over the target now, and we've done this right.
Everything's converging.
It's now execution.
We've done all the strategy stuff.
It's now just execution, and that falls now.
The baton gets passed to the posse.
It's literally becoming a force multiplier, not just owning your own vote.
Help people own their vote.
Become a force multiplier in everything.
It doesn't require you to write a check.
If you're inspired to send 50 bucks to these campaigns, that's your option.
But If you volunteer, what we need is muscle, right?
And Oregon, I think it's a congressional district outside of Portland.
And remember, the polling is kind of suppressed because a lot of people say, hey, I'm not, you know, FBI be kicking down my door.
The people in Portland, the good folks in Portland, they hate what's happening there.
The people in the suburbs around Portland, they hate what's happening there.
That's why you can start to pick up these districts.
They're sitting there going, these policies are not working.
They're not, and I don't support it.
I want to, we've got to try something else.
Cortez, how do people get to you over the weekend to get all the information before you come back on Monday?
steve cortes
Yeah, please follow me on the Getter.
You can see my Chalk Talks and all the other information there.
I'm at Steve.
And for now, I'm still on Twitter at Cortez, Steve Cortez with an S.
steve bannon
Don't you have something on the sub stack too?
You got a big piece on the market situation?
unidentified
Yes.
steve cortes
Thank you.
Yes.
And it coincides with my Chalk Talk, a new piece up on my sub stack.
Please read that about the Biden interest rate crisis.
This is an interest rate disaster.
It has massive fallout for your life.
All the details, all the charts.
I made it very chart heavy to try to prove my points with data and evidence, not just sloganeering.
steve bannon
We love War Room.
Posse loves charts.
One more time, a hat tip to the great folks out in Bend, Oregon.
You've done an amazing, amazing job.
This victory, when it comes, is because of your hard work.
Short commercial break!
We're gonna go to Rome, talk about Georgia, Maloney, and also Jenny Beth Martin, Tea Party Patriots next.
jake tapper
...about this trend of nationalism, populism, and racism that we're seeing all over the world gaining power.
A party founded by ultra-nationalist extremists and neo-Nazis gaining popularity in Sweden.
Italy has elections on Sunday.
A party there founded from the country's neo-fascist movement is leading in the polls.
Right now, we've seen obviously some of these elements in France, we see obviously some of these elements in the United States.
How worried are you about this spreading throughout Europe, spreading throughout the world?
unidentified
I think we have a big crisis of democracies, of what I would call liberal democracies.
Let's be clear about that.
Why?
First, because being open societies and open and very cooperative democracies, Put pressure on your people.
It could destabilize them.
And this is why we always have to articulate the respect of people's willingness, middle class's references, and all the progress made by our democracies Welcoming different cultures, being open and cooperative.
This is a matter of balance.
And it's clear that during the past few years we had an increasing pressure in our societies.
And we are at a point where, in our different countries, there is what I would call a crisis of middle classes.
They consider themselves a little bit fragilized, weakened by I mean, all this is destabilization.
Second, I think social media... By the way, this is the gobbledygook.
steve bannon
Remember Jake Tapper.
In CNN, Dr. Malone ought to be outraged.
You're putting a guy up that said the other day the MAGA movement is a cancer, a cancer inside the Republican Party.
It's got to be cut out.
And he's your primetime thing.
Right there, Macron and Tapper.
Populism, nationalism, racism.
Hey, Jake.
And the great guys at CNN, 55% of the Hispanic vote is going to vote MAGA.
This is one of the ways that we're going to kick you into the dustbin of history.
Let me repeat that, 55%.
It'll probably be higher.
That's coming from the NRCC.
As we run the tables on you, because in Europe and in the United States, you're destroying the middle class.
You're destroying the working class.
That's what it's about.
People can be very inclusive if you're not trying to destroy them economically and financially.
That's why working class Hispanics, remember, the Las Vegas Review, the newspaper out there said it, right there, said the Democratic Party made a bet on college-educated white women.
And the Republican Party made a bet on working-class Hispanics, thanks to Steve Cortez and others in this movement that said, let's focus on this, we can win.
Not with amnesty, not with DACA, not with any of that stuff.
With border security, stopping illegal immigration, making sure their wages are not getting crushed, and their families are not being destroyed, and their values not being destroyed in these woke schools.
Pretty simple.
Okay, we're winning, you're getting blown out, and no, we are the anti-racist party.
And Macron just sit there and that gobbledygook, right?
The middle class, the middle class.
You destroyed the middle class, brother.
You destroyed the working class in France, and this is why there's a populist uprising in Sweden, and this is why there's a populist uprising in Italy right now.
Let's bring in Ben Harnwell from Rome.
We've got Jenny Beth Martin, Tea Party Pages, going to be on deck to talk about all this.
Let's go to Rome and Ben Harnwell.
Ben, Barron's huge story about your rights are going to be in peril because a Christian mother is about to take over.
The Economist, and we put The Economist up.
The Economist has got his shot.
Georgia Maloney, the Margaret Thatcher of Italy, is made to look like Mussolini, right?
Obviously.
Tell us what's going on in this historic run-up to Sunday, sir.
ben harnwell
Well, Steve, with all due respect for Emmanuel Macron, there's no crisis in democracy.
This is a crisis we can see that is uniquely felt amongst our sociopathic overlords because they're losing their grip.
They have been doing for 10 years.
There's no crisis in democracy if you believe it is the people's democratic mandate to build a wall or to regulate how many people come into the country illegally.
There's no crisis there.
The crisis exists amongst the self appointed elites who insist on telling us what to do, how to live, what to think, what to say, what experimental dangerous medicines we have to take.
If we don't want to do that, there's the crisis then, but it's on the part of the people that are trying to run our lives.
And people are fed up with it.
Not only are they fed up with it, they can't afford it anymore.
That's one of the reasons we're going to see a real change now.
This Sunday, there's the article in The Economist I actually, the Economist, that article that was sent to me by a friend today, Steve, that actually inspired me to write Cornwell's 11th aphorism, right?
Whenever there is an existential directional decision for a country to make, you can be 1000% sure that the mainstream media will shill for the status quo globalist option.
And that is exactly what we're seeing in Italy right now.
Interestingly, now, a week ago, I came on this show and I said when the European Union came out with its smackdown on Hungary, putting a question mark over the disbursement of 40 billion euros worth of taxpayer money to be sent back to Hungary.
I said this isn't about Hungary.
This is about Italy.
This is a message that is being sent to the Italian people.
And some people said, Oh, Han, well, you know, you're being crazy again, something to do with stop obsessing, something to do with Italy.
What happened this morning or should say yesterday at Princeton University over in the States?
Ursula von der Leyen, the president of the European Commission, said quite explicitly, and I'm going to quote.
If things go in a difficult direction, if things go in a difficult direction, I've spoken about Hungary and Poland.
We have tools, he said somewhat ominously.
That's the threat.
It's there.
The European Union, if Italy votes in the wrong way on Sunday, they will stop the sending of Italian taxpayers' money, sort of given by Italian government, to Brussels.
They will stop that money coming back to be spent in Italy.
That is how sociopathic these people are, how desperate they are to maintain their control On a society which has now slipped beyond their ability to manipulate it.
steve bannon
Ben, hang on for a second.
I want you to stick for the rest of the show.
Can we put up... Can Denver put up just the cover?
Can you just see the cover?
This has now become a world media fascination.
And they are trying to... Put the cover up.
That's Giorgia Maloney.
Obviously, we know her quite well.
She's absolutely incredible.
She will be the Margaret Thatcher of Italy.
And they are doing everything.
They're pulling out every stop to destroy her.
Remember, she'll be the first, I think, woman ever to lead Italy.
And so they're coming at her from every different direction.
And the biggest hit they got on her is that she believes in her religion, what she calls her homeland, the sovereignty of her homeland, and the basic principles of free market capitalism.
So this is why they're coming after her with no holds barred.
Let me play, I want to bring in, Ben, hang on for a second, we're going to come back to Rome and talk about this, because it's all inextricably linked.
I want to play Rick Santelli's clip from this morning.
Jenny Beth Martin, one of the original founders of the Tea Party, remembers the Santelli clip from the spring of 2009.
Let's play Santelli.
unidentified
Look at these moves that are taking place.
You said you don't think modern monetary theory is going to come back for a long time to come.
At least I think that was you.
Maybe it was Mick.
These are some pretty difficult lessons that we're going to have to learn.
What would you equate it to?
Because you've been watching the bond markets for a very long time.
rick santelli
Yeah, it's not only modern monetary theory.
It was never a good idea.
It was a stupid idea, and we're seeing living proof of that.
You can't print forever and think you can get away with it.
Look at what the pound's doing.
But I think if there's a lesson to be learned here, it's the fact that central bankers in general, and governments in particular, have this unique relationship that we need to Find a way to separate, and it isn't necessarily a political relationship, it's an enabling relationship.
They're enablers.
By these low interest rates and hanging out at zero for so long, they allowed governments to do anything.
They allowed companies to remain that should have died.
They ruined the entire infrastructure of global finance.
and to think that it's going to come together easily or if central banks have any plan.
There is no way to put this humpty dumpty back together.
There needs to be lots of financial destruction first and from that the Arizona will rise.
The best fertilizer for the global economy right now is for all of these issues whether it's foreign exchange, government debt, corporates, all of these financial ins- Okay.
steve bannon
I want everybody to go to birchgold.com forward slash Bannon.
You get your free The End of the Dollar Empire.
The timing is exquisite.
You got to read.
It's totally free.
No obligation.
No nothing.
Just go get it.
You got the Politics of Money's first episode.
The second volume is The Fall of the Dollars, the Prime Reserve Currency.
Make sure you check it out.
We've got to get you up to speed on the Fed because we're going to spend a lot of time on ending the Fed, which has been one of the big reasons for this debacle.
Jenny Beth, you're one of the founders of the Tea Party movement.
You remember Rick Santelli's rant back in, I think it was March of 2009.
How does this one resonate with you today and all the populists over there at the Tea Party, ma'am?
jenny beth martin
I think he's spot on.
We've known for years that we've got a problem with the Fed.
You can't just keep printing money with the government and spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, and think that we're not going to have to pay for this at some point.
The government runs up debt constantly, and we're paying for it right now.
We're paying for it in the form of our gas prices, our grocery prices, our utility bills, every single thing that we buy right now.
is more expensive because of the irresponsibility with the government and the inability and unwillingness of elected officials to realize they need to stop spending other people's money at such a rapid rate.
Right now they're trying to figure out what they're going to do for the continuing resolution on Capitol Hill and Republicans are negotiating with Democrats about how long this continuing resolution will last.
Democrats, of course, wanted to To want to be able to have influence over it before the end of this Congress, so that if they lose the majority, they still have the ability to spend.
I think some Republicans also want that because they don't want to have to take responsibility when they are the majority and make the tough decisions that need to be made.
steve bannon
I just, we had Russ vote on yesterday.
I just want, Tea Party, the Tea Party pages, you've always been at the tip of the spear in these CR fights.
This is another thing that you guys are totally focused on, ma'am?
jenny beth martin
Yeah, we are focused on it.
The thing that we have been saying and that we've been advocating for several months is just the CR needs to get us through to the new Congress so the new Congress can vote on it and we're not doing it in a lame duck session.
I have spent entirely too many months of December trying to get Congress not to do bad things when most of America is paying attention to Christmas and New Year's and Hanukkah for Jewish people rather than And then focusing on the spending that's going on.
They're very far removed at this time in the during an election year.
They're very far removed from the elections of furthest that they possibly can.
And they do really bad things in lame duck sessions, hoping that everyone forgets.
So we want we're saying the continuing resolution needs to go through to January or later.
And then we can talk about what we want to see in it once we see how the election shakes out.
steve bannon
We're going to take a break in about a minute, but I want to go, you've also done some of that things amazing, because you understand the existential threat of the CCP.
Tell about the new film that you guys have put together.
jenny beth martin
Thanks for giving me this opportunity, Steve.
We've got a new film, it's called Innovation Race.
People can get details about it at innovationracemovie.com.
We're talking about the importance of intellectual property, and it's a very esoteric topic, but we have We've shown the friction between America and China.
We compare what's going on in technology advances right now, today, to what happened during the space race between America and the Soviet Union back in the 60s.
And we have created a nightmare problem when it comes to protecting patent rights in our country.
It happened with the passage of a law in 2011, along with some really bad Supreme Court decisions.
And we've got to get ahead of this so that inventors can protect their property.
steve bannon
The engine of growth is our intellectual property and our knowledge.
This is what the CCP, they've infiltrated still left and right.
Take a short break.
Jenny Beth is going to join us on the other side.
The existential threat of the Chinese Communist Party.
Also, there's a new site that you're going to want to see.
We've got it all next in the world.
unidentified
America has been the world's inventor.
A country whose ideas and innovations transformed mankind.
But today, our nation faces challenges at home and abroad.
Challenges that threaten our economic and military security and the very idea of American greatness.
We have a great history of inventors in America who've done great things.
The Wright Brothers, Thomas Edison, We have a system that has encouraged people to be inventors, to solve problems by providing them with the ownership of what they actually created and patented.
How do we turn inventions into innovations?
How do we turn an idea in an inventor's head or something in a lab or the garage into a real-world product or a real-world service that other people can use and enjoy?
And that's the key of the patent system.
That's what patents as property rights do.
A patent is a constitutionally created property right?
steve bannon
You gotta see this film because this is the heart, the beating heart of the American economic system, is our creativity.
And then you get a patent, you get to exploit the patent.
The CCP just comes in and steals it.
Offer your research, offer your thing.
This is what they've done.
$600 billion a year.
That's what the assessment is.
By the way, breaking news from the Washington Post.
Career prosecutors recommend no charges for Matt Gaetz and sex trafficking probe.
I want to repeat that.
Career prosecutors are recommending no charges for Matt Gaetz and sex trafficking probe.
Have more news on that later.
Jenny Beth Martin, you've been one of the leaders.
about taking on the Leviathan.
You were a key member of outside groups for Trump's election in 16 and also all the good things that went on the White House.
The Tea Party Patriots have been fighters from day one.
We're going to have you back on here to talk about this CR because this is going to be in the lame duck because they're going to get blown out.
If the posse does its job, which it will, they're going to get blown out.
They know that they're going to have the they're going to try to make this the The lame duck is going to be an orgy like you've never seen before.
We're going to get Jenny Beth and Russ Vought, all the team back on and make sure it doesn't happen.
How do people go get this film?
This is a great thing to watch over the weekend.
It's amazing.
You'll see why the Chinese Communist Party is an existential threat to the beating heart of the American economic system and every person out in the audience.
How do people go there, Jenny Beth?
jenny beth martin
Go to InnovationRaceMovie.com.
InnovationRaceMovie.com.
It's not available for streaming yet.
We're going to theaters in October, and then after our theatrical premiere, we will have it available online.
Sign up, and then come join us in person in October.
It's a really important film, and we need to be learning about this so we can address the problems from the film.
And congrats to Matt Gaetz.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Hat tip to Matt Gaetz.
Don't want to do a victory dance yet.
I want to hear that formally.
But the Washington Post is actually quoting prosecutors over DOJ.
Jenny Beth, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
Look forward to having you back closer to the release of the film.
jenny beth martin
Thank you.
steve bannon
Let me go to Harnwell in Rome real quickly.
Ben, talk to us about the Abandoned War Room Rome special.
When's it going to be?
How can people follow it on the eve of what could be a massive populist nationalist victory in Italy following the huge one in Sweden?
Where do people go, Ben?
ben harnwell
It's on my getter feed, Steve, at Harnwell.
Simply my surname.
It'll be there 12.30 Eastern Time tomorrow, 12.30.
Washington D.C.
time, 6.30 local Rome time.
It'll be in English.
You'll be on it.
And we'll just be going over some of the latest news and analysis.
steve bannon
So following the live show tomorrow morning, we're immediately going to that.
We're going to get everybody over there together.
Ben Harnwell, real quickly, one more time, your social media.
ben harnwell
Yep.
Getter at Harnwell.
steve bannon
By the way, Ben, fantastic job on this.
You called this shot.
You've been all over top of it.
Thank you so much.
Eve of a huge weekend for the populist nationalist movement.
Speaking of a populist, I want to bring in one of the great American patriots in here, O'Brien Colfage, and a guy that knows how to set up.
We wouldn't have a war room If it was not for Colfage, trust me, the early days for our launch, if it was not for Brian Colfage, we would not be here.
We wouldn't be on Real America's Voice or anything.
Brian, you've always got innovations, populist press, all this.
You've got a new idea.
It's a combination of Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump.
Talk to us about it because this is something that the audience is going to love the ability to participate.
So walk us through what you got.
unidentified
Right.
It's a website called The Ronald.
We want to take a platform and have MAGA Patriots have the ability to become citizen journalists, to have them post all the news.
So it's a traditional type of website, news website, where the Patriots go and they post the news.
So they're the journalists.
If they're out on the town and they see something happening, they can record it and put it on the website directly.
Or if they find an article or a video online, they can post it right to the website.
And then readers then vote for each story.
They upvote it.
So the most important content moves up on the website onto a hot list.
And so the American people who want to find just content that they can't normally find without having to dig for it, it's very easy for them to come here.
It kind of takes an aspect of social media and merged it with a news website and a forum.
And it's a great place for the MAGA movement to come hang out and just see what's going on in the world and be an active participant as a citizen journalist.
steve bannon
Okay, you try to always make something instead of curating, some guy curating like on Drudge or some of the other sites, right?
Citizens Free Press, you got Kane, Populous Press, you got your guys.
How do people actually, particularly people like me that are technologically impaired, how do you actually go?
Is there instructions when you go of how you actually take your content and link to the Ronald?
unidentified
Yeah, it's super easy.
You just sign up with your email.
If you find a news article you like, you just copy that link and paste it right in.
And our system will grab all the data, the image, article information and post on our site.
It takes literally 10 seconds to throw up a post onto the website.
It's very simple, and it's user-intuitive.
You have to go to the site and sign up.
steve bannon
I learned how to use Getter.
It's so simple.
I'm going to go this afternoon after the show and learn how to use the Ronald.
I'll be posting my best shots.
Brian, how do people, once again, Colfage, how do they get there?
unidentified
Where do people go right now to go check out the Ronald?
We have populist press, but right now we're focusing on The Ronald.
steve bannon
It seems to be a good hit.
It's awesome.
It's fun.
and everything's explained to him right there.
Kolfage, any other social media people can get you on, or any other sites?
unidentified
We have Populous Press, but right now we're focusing on The Ronald.
It seems to be a good hit.
It's awesome, it's fun.
And what's great about it is it's the American people coming together to become citizen journalists, and we're giving them a platform for that.
It's a little different than social media, but it's a great tool.
steve bannon
You buy your votes, you curate the news.
You upvote, you're your own curator.
Colfage, thank you very much.
It's a citizen's curation.
It's a citizen's curation.
I love that.
Brian Colfage, hero patriot.
Thank you very much for joining us.
Okay, five to seven tonight will be on fire.
Be back here where?
unidentified
in the war room.
steve bannon
Spread the word all through Hong Kong!
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone!
We rejoice when there's no more!
