| Let's not forget, Stephen, how vital... There's no way we're in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and, you know, Ohio's now gone ruby red, but at that time Ohio, if we don't have the coalition and the Union Democrats... Big time. | ||

| And I think DeSantis sent them up outside of Kamala Harris's residence in the Naval Observatory to kind of, I guess, America's indifference to the Holocaust or what they did in the Holocaust in World War II. | ||
| Can you see, is there any relationship at all that you can see Sir, that connects what these governors are doing with illegal aliens of 4.9 million have invaded the United States. | ||

| The fact of squelching industrial production and industrial competitiveness in the country by attacking CO2 in the middle of... We're heading into a recession. | ||

| In January, it was high 7%. | ||
| That growth rate is cut in half already, here in August. | ||

| So we're seeing in the Western world significant negative impacts on the industrial economy from this recession we're careening into, which is energy-based. | ||
| So to be talking about the elimination of fossil fuels in the middle of that is so counterintuitive to any logic. | ||
| It's insane. | ||
| Because I will say, the United States of America traditionally uses 100 quadrillion BTU of energy. | ||
| And of that, 80% are fossil fuels. | ||
| Oil, gas, and coal. | ||

| The needle has moved on that. | ||
| Just to give you an idea how little the needle has moved on that over since 1975. | ||
| Only 4% movement in renewables inside of that from 1975. | ||

| It's a huge, huge endeavor to be talking about decarbonizing basic industries, steelmaking, stainless steelmaking, automaking, plastics making, and to wit, our exportation. | ||
| Our two largest exported products of our top ten are oil and gas, LNG now the fourth largest, 40% of our exported products contain oil and gas, plastics, medicines, and particularly oil and gas itself. | ||

| More cost of production means less competitiveness, means a more troubled economy, means higher prices. | ||
| And not to mention Ford Motor comes out on EVs. | ||
| We know EVs are already a subject of folks making 125k plus can afford them. | ||
| They're now mandating they're not going to have dickering anymore on pricing Ford on EVs. | ||
| And enforce the procurement of charging devices with the vehicles. | ||
| A new commercial policy promoted by Ford Motor, consistent with government mandates on EVs. | ||
| So, this is all nothing but cost. | ||

| Yeah, I've got a piece on the Federal Reserve needs a policy rule out at Newsweek today, but I want to follow up with a bomb that went off this week. | ||
| With the stock market losing 1200 points, the new inflation report, and we covered the sovereign debt crises in China, Europe, and even the US. | ||
| And so I want to offer some receipts on that. | ||
| That's not just crying that the sky is falling. | ||
| There are some serious receipts out there. | ||
| I'll share with you. | ||
| I'll post all this at Brat Economics on Getter. | ||
| So you can follow this stuff just doesn't fall off the tip of your tongue, but you'll see all these charts are related. | ||
| And they're all very significant. | ||
| This is not things may go this way. | ||
| It's gonna go this way. | ||
| It's just a matter of degree. | ||
| And so Denver, if you want to put up the first chart, right as the Fed starts quantitative tightening now, like it's never done before, it's going to go 100 billion a month. | ||
| So that's a trillion in a year. | ||
| And you'll see we started doing this just a little bit back in 19 to 20. | ||
| And the the treasury market, the bond market, the repo market, I'll get to that in a minute. | ||
| I got all sideways just based on that little gray bar over there. | ||
| Now, if you look to the right, we're going to get into some serious quantitative tightening, that green and blue going way down sharply from 22 to 25. | ||
| That's unprecedented dip in the Fed in stimulus is going to go bye bye. | ||
| And so you're going to hear stories coming up from the Big Short and all the famous names again that will remind you of the 07-08 crisis. | ||
| But the markets are still playing a game of chicken with the Fed, right? | ||
| Hang on one second. | ||
| I just want to explain to people. | ||
| We talk about quantitative tightening. | ||
| That is not the debt you see in the nation's debt, the $31 trillion from the federal spending in Congress. | ||
| This is the monetary side. | ||
| This is what is, the Fed has a, they have nine and a half trillion dollars on there. | ||
| That was what got us out of the OA crisis, where they basically flood the zone with liquidity to the investment banks, commercial banks, to prop up real estate stocks and bonds. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| It's totally artificial. | ||
| They admitted it at the time. | ||
| This is what we've been arguing about. | ||
| You have a false, you have this false, this false effort they did. | ||
| And a lot of people have argued against it. | ||
| A lot of people at the Fed. | ||
| Now, because of the pressure, President Trump actually did it. | ||
| President Trump took a trillion dollars off the balance sheet and had growth and no inflation. | ||
| That's why Trump, quite frankly, it was a miracle. | ||
| That economy in 2019 was a miracle because you had quantitative tightening taking away the juice. | ||
| Now they're in a jam. | ||
| They are going to be forced, as Dave said, they were saying we're going to take 100 billion a month, which is a trillion dollars a year, liquidity out of the market. | ||
| If you think things have been falling so far, wait till you don't have what they call the Greenspan put. | ||
| Wait till you don't have this artificial, this forcing of liquidity. | ||
| And how they do it? | ||
| They just hit a button. | ||
| They just hit a button. | ||
| If you read all about it, and not just the Lords of Easy Money. | ||

| The Fed just hit the computer and created a trillion dollars of liquidity. | ||

| This is how the wealthy have this is how the elites have become. | ||
| So what this house 0.5% of the nation now owns more assets in the bottom 90% sir. | ||

| I'm going to close with the Fed and the monetary base chart link to the economy. | ||
| But it's good. | ||
| You just brought up this is on the monetary side, right? | ||
| And so usually there's a distinction there, too. | ||
| The Federal Reserve was set up to protect our banking system. | ||
| Right now, when you look back at that graph back before 2020, the other, the first one, If you look at that first graph, that is the Federal Reserve. | ||
| You referred to the Greenspan put coming to the rescue. | ||
| But this was for the United States Treasury market. | ||
| That's not the banking system, right? | ||
| So that when we talk about a sovereign debt crisis, that's the full faith and credit of the United States. | ||
| And the Federal Reserve is coming in to rescue that thing. | ||
| And some of the markets are still betting on that. | ||
| Markets are down today, which is a good thing. | ||
| And we noted earlier in the week the reason they have to come in now is they finally did the math with interest rates going up and they did the calculations on what their debt payments are going to be added to the budget. | ||
| And they know it's devastating. | ||
| And so now we can go on to the second graph now. | ||
| But that repo market story is also significant. | ||
| That's the beating heart of the U.S. | ||
| financial system, and that's what got sideways. | ||
| And if it gets sideways again, we're going to be in trouble. | ||
| So this chart just shows you non-fed buyers of treasuries and bonds, etc., are nearing capacity. | ||
| So you would hope that as the Federal Reserve goes away, other financial intermediaries step in. | ||
| But they're at capacity. | ||
| And so, at some point, you hope that these higher interest rates and yields will draw and attract new buyers as the Fed pulls back, but it seems the market's about ready to find out if that happens or not. | ||
| No, they're going to puke all over. | ||
| They're going to have to raise interest rates so high because people are controlling more dollars because they're losing. | ||
| I want to say something. | ||
