This is what you're fighting for.
I mean, every day you're out there.
What they're doing is blowing people off.
If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians, get total control and total power.
Because this is just like in Arizona.
This is just like in Georgia.
It's another element that backs them into a corner and shows their lies and misrepresentations.
This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.
As we've told you, this is the fight.
unidentified
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome.
steve bannon
It's Monday, 22 August, year of our Lord 2022.
And today, historic day, Tony Fauci finally gets the HEFO.
Of course, President Trump's fighting back on all fronts, on the legal side.
We've got a lot to do.
Tomorrow's a huge day in New York and Florida.
We're going to announce some coverage options we're going to have with the John Fredericks Radio Network.
John Fredericks is going to be down covering it.
Anthony Sabatini's Headquarters in Florida tomorrow night.
We're going to be doing a live coverage.
I want to go first, though, to New York.
Lieutenant Brandon Williams, a former nuclear-powered sailor, officer in the nuclear navy, now running up in New York 22.
You're going around knocking doors a day.
You're on the move.
We got you by phone, Brandon.
unidentified
Yes, sir.
I've been out just reminding people to get out and vote.
And, you know, this one lady hops out and says, wait, wait.
I got your name on a sticky in my car.
I just want to show you that I was planning on getting out and voting for you.
And it's just, you know, it's very reassuring, you know, to see that people are paying attention.
steve bannon
Brandon, they're dropping spots on you non-stop.
You're surging.
But the spots, I mean, they're kind of weird.
You're like from San Francisco.
You're sending jobs to China.
You never served your country.
Who are doing these spots?
And what's the truth and what's fiction?
unidentified
Well, I tell you, it's a good story.
One of the local papers did a fact check on it.
Are you ready for this?
This is this is me shipping jobs to China.
My adult dependent son owns 10 shares in Apple.
That's it.
That's their claim that I've invested.
steve bannon
That's the Pax head.
It's a company that shows it's because your son owns 10 Apple shares and they actually extrapolated that to your shipping jobs in China.
unidentified
And my opponent owns like 250 Apple shares.
So I guess they forgot to fact check them too.
It's just crazy.
This is what this outside money does.
And first, they're saying I'm an extremist, and then they say I didn't vote for Donald Trump in 2016, which we of course showed records I did.
And then, let's see, what else have they thrown at me?
But it's, oh, that I'm a liberal, even though I'm backed by the New York State Conservative Party and my opponent isn't.
I mean, they have sunk more than a million, too, in the last two and a half weeks.
Two and a half weeks to try to prop up this rhino.
The showdown tomorrow, Steve, is they're trying to put John Katko 2.0, literally his hand-picked successor, into the open seat here.
And the people aren't buying it.
Remember, Katko's one of the folks that voted to impeach Donald Trump.
So that's what's happening in my race.
People are not buying it.
And the truth is, we're leading.
steve bannon
You're surging, but what is the district looking for?
Why are you surging and all this money's not having the impact people thought it was going to have, the rhinos thought it was going to have?
unidentified
Yeah, that's actually a profound question.
I think it echoes across the nation.
People feel powerless, Steve, as you know, but to give voice to it, inflation, what's going on in our schools, the border, when they see the federal government sort of lawless, not to mention at a local level the crime surge around this cashless bail in New York State, people genuinely feel like they're disenfranchised,
there's no hope, and they're used to hearing people come and not answer questions and kind of dance, and I don't do that.
I just stand up.
You know, I'm a nuclear engineer.
I can't, you know how the nuclear Navy is, you know, you don't go to the captain and say, well, you know, the reactor's not doing too bad.
It's okay.
You know, you give direct answers to direct questions.
And so that's just, that's, that's what they find so refreshing.
And people want to believe in that.
But honestly, Steve, they will, they will look at me and they just say, Promise me that you're not going to let us down.
Promise me that you really are different.
And the only thing I can do is just stand up and be the same everywhere.
steve bannon
Well, Brandon, you're out knocking doors.
You're putting hangers up.
So we'll let you go back to work and look forward to talking to you tomorrow.
This is one of the most watched races.
The Catco was one of the impeachment people.
He stepped aside, but he's got a hand-picked selection.
So obviously everybody's very focused on this.
Brandon Williams up in New York.
It's the Squadia Tennis Auditorium, right?
New York 22.
unidentified
Sorry.
steve bannon
Outspent 6-3.
You're Joe Kent of the East Coast.
Brandon Williams.
I'm not afraid.
I'm not afraid.
The people are going to make a difference.
unidentified
We know that.
You watch and see.
steve bannon
And we know you're not afraid.
You're a nuclear-powered submariner.
You guys are the best.
And I say that as a surface warfare officer.
That really hurts.
You know how much that hurts.
Brandon Williams.
Keep fighting.
I want to go now to... Do we have... Okay, we don't have Glenn and Lee.
That's not up yet?
Okay, fine.
Thanks.
Okay, let's go to... We've got Angelique Contreras down in Palm Beach running for school.
We were going to start...
With this, we have this amazing story coming out of Texas about In God We Trust, the In God We Trust initiative.
Going into the school, LawPass in Texas, funded by the help of Patriot Mobile, but their not-for-profit philanthropic organization, there's huge pushback.
But also today, the Mother Jones had this piece on Moms for Liberty, saying that the most powerful group of women in the country, most powerful group of moms, they're the face of the Republican Party.
Tomorrow is obviously the big school board situation in Florida.
Rhonda Sands is actually getting involved.
Let's go to Palm Beach, Angelique Contreras.
Angelique, tell us about your race.
Why are you involved in a school board?
I gave this talk yesterday in Springfield, Missouri, at the end of the Moment of Truth Summit, and I basically started with, we can destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution.
It starts at the school boards.
Change in this country goes through the moms, it goes through the school boards.
So, Angelique, tell us why, in Palm Beach, you're running for school board.
unidentified
Well, first, thank you, Steve Bannon, for having me on, on The War Room.
It's really important that we let people know to get out and vote in the school board elections tomorrow on August 23rd.
But the reason why I ran was because I'm a first-generation Cuban-American, and I saw what our school district was doing to our children these past two years.
My oldest was in the public school system until I pulled her out in August of 2020.
And also, you know, when our school district in 2021 crafted a mission statement, they removed The statement that stated they were going to provide a world-class education for our students regardless of their zip code and they changed it to dismantling school structures in white advantage.
That's what we're up against right here in Palm Beach County.
That's their mission in Palm Beach County and that's why I decided to step up and be the voice for our community.
You have those conservative values on a school board because I will not allow the same Marxist ideology that destroyed my beautiful country, our homeland of Cuba, to do the same thing here in Palm Beach County in our great country, America.
steve bannon
Hold it.
I want to go back, you know, because we're not just a national show.
We're also a global show.
We have a huge audience of the diaspora, the Chinese people that have left their mainland because of the Chinese Communist Party.
I want you to go back and say what the mission statement was and what they changed it to.
Could you repeat that?
unidentified
Absolutely.
So in Palm Beach County, our mission statement was to provide a world class education to our students.
Regardless of their zip code.
We spent millions of dollars and we had a National School Board consultant come in from Washington D.C.
that crafted a new mission statement and it stated it was Palm Beach County School District's mission to dismantle school structures in white advantage.
steve bannon
And so what was that?
The whole focus became CRT or wokeness away from the basic elementary things you need to teach kids so they can think on their own?
unidentified
Absolutely.
It's been the big mission in Palm Beach County.
We're the 10th largest in the entire nation in America.
And everything that you see that's being pushed radically across our nation is being pushed here in Palm Beach County.
So their mission was to push equity embedded Uh, programs into our schools.
We hired a chief equity officer that gets over $200,000 a year to push this mission of diversity, equity and inclusion.
And, um, you know, that's what we're seeing, not just in our nation, but we're seeing right here on a local level.
And that's why we have to elect conservative voices that are going to step up and say, no, we have to push our American values first.
And we also have to get back to The basics of education for our students and stop this indoctrination.
steve bannon
So listen, there's a lot of ways to get involved.
You're obviously an engaged parent, but what does it drive somebody to actually take on a school board?
And what they would say, you know, what expertise you have?
They're saying there's all these crazy moms.
They're all worked up about these conspiracy theories.
So what's your expertise?
And why didn't you just go to the PTA meeting and sit there and go, Hey, I'm an active mom.
Why do you have to?
Why do you have to run for school board and then say, hey, we've got to change the school boards out to change the directions of these schools?
unidentified
Yeah, because just like your introduction says, we have to step up and we can't sit back and be silent anymore because we will allow those that seek to want to destroy our country to get full control.
And that's why we have to step up.
I'm just a mom.
I have three children, one more on the way.
Anybody can do this.
Anybody can step up and run for local office.
Anybody can show up to a school board meeting, call out one of the equity mission statements within your school district, call out a book that's inappropriate for our children.
We have to do it, and we have to fight back at the local level.
There's no more excuses.
Our nation is crumbling underneath us, and they are trying to eliminate the nuclear family, Steve, and we have to fight back.
We have to step up for future generations or we will no longer have a constitutional republic.
steve bannon
Angelique, have you been welcomed?
When you've gone to school board meetings or you started this process, were you welcomed with open arms as having input and having a family with roots in Cuba and seeing what the communists and cultural Marxists had done before?
Was your opinion welcomed or were you welcomed by the existing school board?
unidentified
It was the absolute opposite.
We were met with force by police officers with zip ties around them.
I would say there was five to one officer at the first school board meeting in May of 2021.
And then at that point, when we were told we could not address the board face-to-face unless we wore a mask, we were subjected to another room in another building to do teleconference just like we are on to speak to our board members.
So everything that parents are doing to step up has been pushed back When you started running, has it had this, I keep talking about commitment, has it had a big influence in your life?
parents step up and become more vocal and use platforms such as yours and Instagram and Facebook to get out the message.
steve bannon
When you started running, has it had this, I keep talking about commitment, has it had a big influence in your life?
Have you seen a change in your life?
unidentified
Absolutely.
My opponent has done everything to defame my name, has called me an insurrectionist, has told me that I am not the best role model because I have a conservative, strong voice.
Unfortunately, they have tried everything and thrown everything at me, but we've been prayerful this entire time with my family.
I have open conversations.
I think it's brought my family actually closer during this time, during this process.
And our community has grown stronger through this election process.
So, you know, what the enemy uses to destroy you, God will use to prosper you.
steve bannon
Angelique Contreras, how do people follow you on social media or your website?
How do people get to know you better?
unidentified
Yeah, you can find me at Angelique underscore Contreras1 on Instagram.
You can find me at Vote Contreras, C-O-N-T-R-E-R-A-S on Twitter, and you can also find me with that same handle on Truth Social.
steve bannon
You're a hero and a patriot.
This is how we're going to turn this country back.
I said, hey, the way to change it is to take it, go right through the school boards.
And I knew you existed out there in the tens of thousands, and it's just incredible.
So fight on, and we look forward to seeing the results tomorrow, ma'am.
unidentified
I appreciate you so much.
And yeah, we got to get out and vote August 23rd, all the way down the ballot.
And we've got to vote in some good, strong, conservative voices across our state in Florida.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Let's bring in, we got Lee Wamgans and of course Glenn Story over at Patriot Mobile.
I've got a bunch more of the moms we're going to get to in a second, but I wanted to, because every time I talk to these moms that are focused on changing the school boards, They always talk about the lack of spirituality, and you've got this wokeness, and it's almost demonic.
Tell me about the In God We Trust.
And Glenn, I didn't really put the two and two together.
I was reading these stories, because we really focus on left-wing media, about how they're presenting our movement.
You know, internationally, The Guardian, The Times of London, I mean, this story was huge over the weekend about a group that had gone out and put In God We Trust in the Texas schools and changed the law, and now they're freaking out that the signs are made.
Tell me about the In God We Trust initiative, how you guys got started, where do we stand right now, and then where do we go from here?
glenn story
Well I'm going to defer that to Leigh Walmsgon.
She's our VP of Public Affairs and she's really spearheaded that among many other things on the school board.
So I'm going to defer that to Leigh.
leigh wambsganss
So we were, this is a natural thing for us at Patriot Mobile, we give a portion of everything we make to Christian conservative causes.
So when we learned about this bill that Senator Brian Hughes spearheaded, to simply put the motto, in every school. The unique thing about Texas's bill is that it requires that if a sign is privately donated that the school must put the sign up in a conspicuous place.
So of course, our wheels started turning.
We, um, procured a little over 500 signs, uh, determined there were 500 schools in Tarrant County, Texas, which as you know, is critical to Texas and Texas is critical to the nation.
So, um, we have now distributed almost all of those signs.
We're just a few days out of being finished with, uh, the just under 600 signs being put up in schools.
unidentified
Okay, hang on one second.
steve bannon
The law passed.
Tarrant County is one of the most important counties in the country, right?
And last time I checked was kind of conservative.
It's just the phrase, in God we trust.
And it's supposed to be put in a prominent part in the school.
So, Glenn, why are people melting down about this?
I mean, this is beyond pearl clutching.
They're now enraged by this.
Why are they enraged on something that seems pretty straightforward?
glenn story
You know, it's just the spiritual battle, I believe.
Our business puts God first in everything that we do.
And it was just a logical thing that we decided to do as a group and we said, let's go put these out in all the schools.
We are trying to take the schools to just make them even instead of one-sided.
And quite frankly, I think folks get irritated with that because when God is first, How do you truly lose?
And I think every child in every school needs to know that there is a God that created this world and that through Him, we exist and He gave us life.
And it was really simple.
And I think that takes a very small percentage of people that dislike that, and they get fired up about it.
And boy do they get fired up that 5% or 1% of people make 99% of the noise.
steve bannon
When they get fired up, the law passed and you guys are just helping to implement it.
You have the signs made.
They're quite the ones I saw in The Guardian and in The Times of London were very impressive, would be an addition to any school.
It's a motto that's on all the coinage of the United States.
It's also in the pledge.
It's something that we embody.
Why is this 1% or however percent?
What's their beef?
When you hear this blowback, what is their complaint?
leigh wambsganss
Well, you know, it just absolutely makes no sense.
But what does make sense of the extreme left?
I mean, it's beyond words, truly.
That in God we trust, our national motto would be offensive to anyone.
If they want to interpret that as their God, that's their prerogative.
We interpret that as our God.
We believe in the one and only Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
That's our God.
If it's an atheist and they don't believe in God, then Why does it matter?
It absolutely makes no sense.
It's just more of the leftist narrative that they want to attack anything going on in schools that is not extremely left.
No one was screaming on their side when you had LGBTQ flags and BLM flags, but you put our national motto up in schools, authorized by a law, And there aren't even any tax dollars going toward it.
These are privately donated signs.
Their argument simply doesn't hold water.
steve bannon
So where do we go from here?
I take it, Glenn, you guys are close to the end of putting in the 500 signs or the 600 signs in Tarrant County.
Where does this story go from here?
Are other people stepping up in Texas?
Is Patriot Mobile thinking about it?
I mean, there's got to be thousands of schools in Texas, and it would seem to me that every Texas schoolchild, one of the best things to underpin their education is the motto up there, In God We Trust.
So where does this go from here, given the The blowback has gotten from the very tiny minority that any mention of God just gets under their skin.
glenn story
Well, I'm going to answer that question here, and Lee probably doesn't know what I'm about to say.
leigh wambsganss
I never do.
glenn story
Yeah, well, we're going to go ahead and donate a lot more signs.
Quite frankly, you hit the nail on the head.
I think every school child should be able to see that when they walk in a very front, conspicuous place in the school system.
You know, that's something that I think, that's why God continues to bless this company, because we do put Him first, and if we put that in every school, look, they don't have to follow God, they don't have to believe in it, but know that God is there.
leigh wambsganss
And you talk about the attacks.
What you need to understand is this company and the people in this company, we are not here to please man.
We are here to do what we believe God is telling us to do, and as long as we do that, We just brush off those attacks and move on, and quite frankly, the more that we're attacked, we know that we're doing the right thing, and it kind of fuels us.
I do want to give your people some resources, though.
There's an organization called American History and Heritage, and they have these signs.
It's just a very slight donation, and it just covers the cost of their printing and mailing it to you.
And they will do them for any state.
I think there's 17 states now that say these signs can be hung in schools.
So that's AmericanHistoryandHeritage.org.
It's just a small donation.
But additionally, Hobby Lobby has partnered with them to make the frames for the signs.
So I wanted to give them a plug.
They've been doing some wonderful things in this sign campaign.
steve bannon
This is fantastic.
If anybody, I know we got 17 states, we're tomorrow going to go into more detail, but if anybody's listening or watching in the rest of the country and want to find out one of their states, part of it, or two, how they even get in contact with the Texas legislature, they know how to pass this in their own state.
Where, where would they go?
What would be the website they would go to?
leigh wambsganss
Well, I'll tell you, you can just send a, send an email to the Patriot mobile.
You can call the 972-PATRIOT, and we can have that ready to go for our people.
But additionally, Senator Brian Hughes in Texas led the effort, and I don't have his number handy.
Actually, I have his cell phone, but I'm not publishing it.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no, no, no.
leigh wambsganss
They would be happy to help you with that.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Walk us through how we get to the Patreon mobile site that deals with your philanthropic work.
Where do people go for that?
glenn story
Well, www.PatriotMobile.com and if you've come through Steve Bannon, let's put forward slash Bannon.
But if I may, I'd like to just do about 10-15 seconds about what Patriot Mobile is.
We're America's only Christian conservative wireless company and we sell service from cell phone service and we carve out a portion of every phone bill and donate it back to conservative causes.
And most of them are biblical, or all are biblical principles.
The first amendment, second amendment, right to life above all, and then military and first responders.
So we'll donate this year about two million dollars to those causes.
And you know, I just feel they're biblical principles.
Every one of us are born, and all of our subscribers agree to that.
leigh wambsganss
I don't think he meant to say born, I think he meant to say born again.
steve bannon
Born again, yes.
No, we got the drift.
Do you guys have social media you can follow?
By the way, Patriot Mobile, we're so proud to have them as a sponsor.
You guys are a sponsor, but we just love this mission.
And I got to tell you, when I saw that story in The Guardian, in the meltdown of what the story was saying, I said, oh my God, these guys are on a roll right now.
So once again, how did they get to the site on Patriot Mobile overall?
And then I would like you guys' social media.
glenn story
Yeah, PatriotMobile.com.
Is the best place to get us, or you can just call 972-PATRIOT and talk to one of our customer service folks.
They're all based here in the United States.
And, uh, they speak Texan primarily, but you know, we have a base out in California as well.
So, uh, that's the best way to get ahold of us.
And we're, uh, at Patriot Mobile on Twitter and Parler, et cetera.
leigh wambsganss
And just one closing note, we'd like to invite all of your viewers and listeners to our Tuesday at noon Central Time on the Patriot Mobile Facebook page.
We hold a Bible study each Tuesday at noon, led by Pastor Rafael Cruz, the one and only.
And we would love for you to just tune in and watch, and it will be a blessing to you.
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
By the way, I want to just repeat that because I can't tell you.
Pastor Cruz, Reverend Cruz, man, that is old-time religion.
unidentified
He is anointed.
steve bannon
He's amazing.
I used to have him on the show all the time back in the radio days.
It was just incredible.
Can you give that, for the Tuesday Bible study, how do people get to it?
leigh wambsganss
So it's Tuesdays at noon Central Time, or Texas Time as we say, and it's just live on our Facebook page, on the Patriot Mobile Facebook page.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
I want everybody, we'll put it up on our site too and make sure everybody goes to it.
Guys, thank you very much.
Honored to be part of this and you guys are just doing incredible work.
So thank you so much for being on the show.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
glenn story
Steve, thank you for having us.
We love what you're doing as well.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Okay, we're going to go from Nevada to New Hampshire of these tight, tough races for Secretaries of State and for the United States Senate.
But we're going to start when we come back, back to the schools of America.
You just heard, putting up a sign in God We Trust is becoming a big deal in this nation.
unidentified
We're going to talk these school boards next.
War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
We got a lot of work to do from New Hampshire to Nevada back to Florida.
This is the battleground, and this is why it's the battleground.
I want to first go up to New Hampshire, General Don Bolden.
General, I don't think in the years I've been doing this, and I'll even go back to doing the victory sessions for KBC and LA and Breitbart Radio, I don't think I've ever seen one poll in a primary.
Have as many heads blow up as the St.
Anselm poll that I think we kind of broke on the show a week ago that showed you at 32%, the Rhino Sununu prop at like 14 or 15, 16%.
And then a couple of guys at 4%.
a prop at like 14 or 15, 16%.
And then a couple of guys at 4%.
They have come at you as hard as I've ever seen them come at anybody.
Explain to us what's going on in the great state of New Hampshire.
We have a huge War Room posse up there.
Absolutely, in the summit over the weekend, the Moment of Truth Summit, the New Hampshire team was just incredible.
And we know the word.
We get people every day reaching out to us from New Hampshire, from the Granite State, live free or die.
Why did that poll trigger the, not the Democrats, but triggered the Republican establishment to basically say a guy with your track record of serving his country and the patriotism you did and what you gave in service is not really good enough to be in the United States Senate, sir.
unidentified
Yes, that's basically what is going on up here, right?
I mean, I'm an extremist on one side by the Democrats, and I'm not a serious candidate and not qualified to be a U.S.
Senator on the other side for reasons that none of them can articulate.
It's unfortunate.
Because I do believe, and, you know, most importantly by the poll, and by, you know, being on the ground here in New Hampshire, you know, granite staters feel that I am a serious and valid candidate.
And that's really all should that, you know, that's the only thing that should matter.
But unfortunately, because I'm an outsider, Because I don't follow the establishment rules, because of a huge fear I can't be controlled and I will actually work for the people to do the right thing by them economically, fiscally, security-wise, and they can't guarantee that I will fall in line on their every whim, they are now
Launching this, you know, these attacks against me and quite, quite honest with you, it's not working.
The more they pull people out of the wood line to attack me, the more support I get.
steve bannon
Well, I want to go there for a second because, you know, the people on, you know, the war room's got to be quite big and, you know, it's a, people interchange information.
They know the Jeff Flakes, they know the Ben Sasses.
They've way to measure these guys.
They see what's in the United States Senate.
They, and the Granite Staters up there, they weigh and measure.
They know what type of politicians, particularly the establishment, the trust and control state.
Just give us a second.
Talk, just briefly talk to us about your service to your country, sir.
unidentified
Real brief, I mean, I started, you know, right out of high school, 11 days out of high school, and joined the United States Army.
As a private, went to sergeant, you know, went to college, Army paid for my college, ROTC, got commissioned in 1988, went from lieutenant to general officer.
Spent a total of 33 and a half years, retired in October of 2017.
A total of 81 months in combat from, you know, almost every conflict from Grenada on forward to the war on terror, 10 tours in Afghanistan.
Nearly 3,000 special operations vehicles, marine special operator, air force special operators, Army Special Forces in Africa and 28 different countries going after, you know, the terrorists that were causing problems there.
That was our mission.
And in an area two and a half times the size of the United States.
And so, you know, I was wounded twice in battle.
I lost 72 service members in combat and commanded thousands.
Worked at the highest levels of our country in the Pentagon.
on four different assignments, brief presidents, vice presidents, national security council, interagency partners, worked with them all, wrote border policy, worked on the border, trained the CBP, you know, worked homeland security while I was in the Pentagon, wrote homeland security curriculum, Southern New Hampshire
University, worked with state, worked with ambassadors, you know, but I'm not qualified to be United States Senator.
steve bannon
By the way, should we try to re-hook up with General Bullock?
Yeah, General Bolduc, can you call back in?
I want to make sure this signal is clear because this is a story I definitely want to tell.
Can you just call us back and we'll put you right up.
Let me go to Sarasota, Florida and Bridget.
Just want to make sure we get a great connection.
I want to go to Bridget Ziegler.
Tough race down there for school board in Sarasota.
This one's a little controversial.
They're all controversial, a little more controversial than most.
Why is it controversial, Ms.
unidentified
Ziegler?
Me on again, Steve.
it out wide controversial I've been a pretty outspoken school board member incumbent which is kind of rare in this moment but I've not been captured and been on the board as a mom for three or two terms and running for a third but you know I've been outspoken I stand strong on conservative values and like I said I didn't subscribe to the group think and and I think perhaps it's it's But let's be specific.
steve bannon
When you say controversial and you've taken tough decisions, just walk us through a couple of those that were deemed by the folks down there to be controversial.
What positions did you take?
unidentified
Well, back in 2018, there was something called the Gender Diverse Guidelines, which you'll find across the country in every county, something of this exists.
But it was about transitioning students, and in it I had parameters that said it's up to the student and the student alone to determine if they... Hold on, we've got to get the nomenclature for our friend.
steve bannon
When you say transition, you mean transition from like a fourth grader to a fifth grader, transition to a sociology to study history?
When you say transition, what do you mean?
unidentified
So transitioning their gender, if they're a boy transitioning to a girl.
steve bannon
This would be something that would be taught or access to resources in a public school paid for by taxpayers?
unidentified
That is correct.
And that was news to me.
But what was even more egregious on top of that was that this was guidance to staff in which it basically gave language to prohibit staff from notifying parents.
And even when as far as saying any documentation would not be subject to FERPA, which is the Federal Education Records Act for Parents.
So I spoke out against that.
steve bannon
When this first came up, did you ask these people what they were thinking of?
How that had anything to do with public education?
These issues that should be, if they're to be dealt with at all, should be dealt with in the family and with the family's physician or however it's dealt with.
Did you bring up the fact of why is this even part of a public education curriculum or even access or resources to help kids in their education?
unidentified
Absolutely.
And I think that's what you're seeing is more and more it is, you know, you want to ensure that the learning environment is safe and free from any bullying, but so that they can focus on education.
And, but what you see is time and time again, there's a myriad of circumstances, which school districts are creating more barriers and doing everything except actual educating.
They're doing, they're managing and dealing with all of these other issues.
And keeping their eye off the ball of the actual purpose of public education, which is allowing and understanding critical aspects of reading, writing, arithmetic, science, actual real science, like biology.
And we're so far removed from that.
Meanwhile, our children are graduating without being able to read at a third grade level.
Our taxpayers are paying into this.
And then they're focused on the gender theory and CRT and all of these other things that are... But hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
That couldn't be controversial.
Please don't tell me that was controversial.
You taking a stance that this is not right for the school, the CRT is not right for the school, this gender ideology.
Are those things that people thought were controversial?
unidentified
Yes!
Oh my gosh, it was that you can't say this, you can't speak out about it.
And alternatively, they didn't even want to bring it to the board and I went to every press outlet and made sure my community Because listen, I'm an elected official.
I'm there to serve the public.
Being transparent about what's happening at their school district is part of my job as a board member.
And so yes, that has been, you know, there have been a number of circumstances like that.
And a lot of times the board and National Union or the Florida School Board Association and the National School Board Association want board members to think in lockstep and there is no room for There's no room for any kind of different mindsets.
You have to have 5-0 unified votes.
And that's just not what I stand for.
It's not what I promised my community when I ran for office, that I would fight for parents and I would fight for conservative values.
And I have done that since.
And I'm going for a third term only because I believe we can have a majority board.
And help our children and our students to be focused on education and not all of this other social agendas that have no place in public education.
steve bannon
So how do people find out about the race and how to support you?
I take it this is a tight race for your third term?
Do I hear that correctly?
unidentified
Yes, it is.
And I know that you have lots of listeners.
So beyond just my race, I think it's really important.
So Governor DeSantis has been an incredible champion for parents and just for Florida's policies in general.
But I think it's important that he's also shined a light, endorsed 29 candidates.
I'm humbled to be one of them, two others in Sarasota County.
But he shined a light on how important local school board elections are.
I mean, he held a rally across the state yesterday, one in Sarasota as well.
And so I want to make sure that everyone listening in Florida to understand these elections oftentimes have low voter turnout.
And these are critical.
As you always say, it starts in education.
So we need everyone to go out and vote tomorrow.
If you live in Florida, go vote.
In the school board races, make sure you know who the conservative candidates are.
Governor DeSantis is back 29 across the state.
And anyone who's listening that doesn't live in Florida but has family or friends, please call them and make sure that they know that the school board election is tomorrow and that every vote counts because the left and the liberal media has been no assistance and they're doing everything they can because they know that they're actually at risk of losing their decades-long control of education and exploiting our children for their agenda.
And we need to put a stop to that.
But we can only do that when every single person actually does something, and that goes by voting tomorrow in the school board elections across the state.
steve bannon
What's your social media or what's your website for your campaign?
unidentified
So I'm on Twitter at Bridget A. Ziegler and on Facebook at Bridget A. Ziegler.
And you can check me out on my website at Bridget, thank you very much.
steve bannon
Honored to have you on here.
We'll make sure we get the list of all 29 of the SANSES-endorsed school board members.
Huge day tomorrow in Florida.
unidentified
It is.
Thank you so much, Steve.
steve bannon
The turnaround of our country starts with the school boards.
Let me go back to General Bolduc.
General Bolduc, I just want one thing.
You kind of come in garbled towards it.
You start as a private, you made the sergeant, then the army sent you to college.
So you're not a West Point grad.
You know, you're, you're, you're a guy you're what they call a mud soldier, right?
You start in the, uh, as an enlisted man, make it all the way up to general.
Just give me a minute or two about the size and scale of the commands that you ran towards the end of your career.
Can you just walk us through that again?
unidentified
Sure.
So in Afghanistan, you know, I commanded special operation forces all over Afghanistan, which was about 6,000 of our finest special operators, SEALs, Marines, Army, Air Force, civilians.
And then the end of my career, I was my division level command.
I was a special operations command to Africa.
Nearly 3,000 special operators, 28 different countries in Africa, in an area two and a half times the size of the United States.
steve bannon
General Bullock, the guys running, don't get me wrong, they've been mayors and the kind of things you do in a more traditional, you know, career politician, you know, town council, whatever they've done, and that's all great.
We're huge advocates of that.
What is it in your resume, in your lived experience, in your life experience, that guys like the Sununu's, who I haven't seen any service in the country, I'll have to double check that, but what are they, what's their beef about you're not qualified to be a United States Senator?
unidentified
They don't have a beef with that.
I mean, they don't have anything that they can say that substantiates it.
It's just a narrative, right?
When you're the anointed New Hampshire political family and you say something, they expect people to believe you.
But in this case, I have been running a ground campaign from the bottom up for two years Getting every city and town in this state talking to Granite Staters, and my bottom-up strategy is beating their top-down, come in a couple months before, flood the zone with money, and we'll tell you who to vote for, and you vote for them.
Well, that's not happening in 2022 because, quite frankly, people are fed up with career politicians and being told what to do, and they want to take their country back.
They want to take their state back.
They're scared of the future of their children and their grandchildren.
They're suffering out there.
And all they see is career politicians on both sides of the aisle, only serving themselves, not working for the people.
And they're tired of it.
So that narrative is an old narrative.
It's not working now.
But my goodness gracious, they won't, you know, they won't stop.
You know, they'll pull every stop to try and get it, you know, back on track and headed their way.
It's just not going to happen.
It's not going to happen, Steve.
It's the way it is.
steve bannon
General Bolduc, what is your, how do people get to your website to find out more about you and more about this campaign?
unidentified
You go to www.donbolduc.com and you can find anything you want about there.
You can give to the campaign, you can volunteer, you can provide advice, you can do whatever it is.
You go to my, go to supporters of General Don Baldick on Facebook.
You know, last time I talked to you, Steve, we got a whole bunch of new supporters that asked to get onto that Facebook page, so I'm really appreciative of that.
And the donations were just incredible, so if people can keep that up.
You know, we just put out our new ad today, and I know we sent it to you.
New radio ad today.
It's the first time that we've hit the, you know, the radio.
And it's because of the donations from the people out there listening to the war room.
So I want to thank everybody very much for that.
steve bannon
Well, we have a huge war room contingent in New Hampshire.
We love New Hampshire.
I spent a lot of time there.
Love the state.
General Bullock, we got to bounce.
We're going to get back more on this.
This is one of the most important Senate races in the country.
So thank you very much, sir.
Appreciate it.
unidentified
Thank you.
And God bless you.
Appreciate all you do.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
I want to go to Jim Marchant.
Talk about it.
Marchant, there's a poll out, if we can get it up, and we only got a couple minutes, but I need you to take time to walk it through.
Okay.
Here's what the story is.
There's a poll out today.
I think it's up in the Reno paper, and I think it's a Suffolk poll.
I also think there's another.
He's back.
I also think there's another poll out from yesterday.
Marshawn's back.
Hey, Jim, real quickly, tell us about this poll that you, the MAGA candidate they've been dumping all on like crazy, are leading by four points.
Yet all the other guys, Laxalt and the Governor, all these guys are down 7-5.
What's going on here, brother?
unidentified
Yeah, so there was a poll.
I guess it was commissioned by the Reno Gazette-Journal and the USA Today.
And the poll shows that Adam Laxalt, running for U.S.
Senate, and the guy running for Governor, Joe Lombardo, And Seagal Chatter running for AG are all down either three points or seven points.
And I'm the only Republican in the state that's up and I'm up 4.8%.
And so that's good news for me.
And I wish that it was good news for everybody because we need our entire slate here in Nevada.
So I'm excited, but we got a lot of work to do and it just shows that our message is resonating with the people and we're going to keep it up.
steve bannon
Marshot, real quick, he says, oh, he's to these people to MAGA.
You're actually leading.
We got about a minute.
Walkthrough for the people of Nevada, independents and Democrats.
What what what will you offer as secretary of state, sir?
unidentified
Well, first and foremost, a fair and transparent election, something we don't have now here.
And I have been working since November 4th of 2020 on getting to this point where we have a fair and transparent election.
And then I think you know, in Nye County, we actually are implementing our fair and transparent election system in Nye County for the November election.
So that's going to be huge.
That's something that we can roll out all over the country.
And that's exactly what we're going to do.
And we're certainly going to try to get it done.
Here in Nevada and more counties before November, but that's going to be a tough job, but I guarantee you once I get in we're going to implement it statewide and we're going to have a fair and transparent election here in Nevada and so... Jim, give us your campaign site before we bounce.
steve bannon
We got a hard out.
Give us your campaign site.
unidentified
Yeah, jimmarchant.com.
J-I-M-M-A-R-C-H-A-N-T and SOS for America. SOS number four.
steve bannon
By the way, Jim Marchant, a MAGA candidate out there running for Secretary of State, up 4.8% out there.
Amazing.
Okay, 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.
It's game day in New York and Florida.
